I went to the Tire Kingdom store in Davie 13760 W. State road 84 Fl, 33325 date 05/27/2025 to replace my car battery. I was told the service would take one hour. I paid $301.95 for the battery. INV **. After waiting more than seven hours with no updates, I was informed that they could not guarantee my car would start. I arrived with my car fully functional, but Tire Kingdom returned it damaged and not running. I had to pay for multiple tow trucks and take my car to Ford, where it was confirmed that a cable was damaged during the battery replacement.
What should have been a simple service turned into nearly $3,000 in additional expenses, including towing and a rental car. I submitted a formal complaint for postal mail, followed up in person, and call, but I never received any response or accountability. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. I do not recommend this company.

Went there with my best friend on OCT 18, 2025 to get an oil change to go to Orlando for the weekend. We arrived about 9:45am and cashed out 10:53am. It took about a hour and some. Only for the car to break down almost and hour later right before jumping on the highway it began to sputter and stall with the check engine light flashing on and off. We luckily made it to a side road and got out of traffic and harms way. We cut the car off thinking it wasn’t nothing major only for the car to never crank again at all from the time we cut it off till this very day of me writing this review. Stranded we immediately called Tire Kingdom and told them what happened. They told us that an oil change could have not possibly made the car break down and to bring the vehicle back to them so that they could service it which that took almost 4-6 hours to get Triple A to come out. The vehicle was finally picked up at 5:58pm.
Curious the Triple A driver asked why did we need a tow. Once he arrived we told him what happened. He ask us to turn the vehicle on but it would not crank. He proceeded to tell me to check the oil. Pulled out the dip stick and nothing. Not enough oil in the car at all to say we just got an oil change. IDK what they did or didn’t do but they were negligent in changing my best friend's oil. We never told them that we knew it wasn’t any oil in the car to see if they would be truthful and accept responsibility for doing a messed up oil change. Car Sat for 3 days at their Green-acre location 5901 Lake Worth Road before any one touched the vehicle. On the 21st of October Manager Carlos looked at the vehicle with two other technicians and they seen it was no oil and proceeded to lie and say it was oil in the car because we are women and they think we are ineligible of having any car knowledge.
On the 22nd of October the very next day we returned with her dad to check the vehicle after manager Carlos had check the car only to find that the car had been broken into and the engine was filled with oil. Mind you they never service the car like they said they would and only looked at it on the 21st. The car sat 3 days with no oil. Once we arrived and check the car to see it was full of oil manager David said he was there the day before with Carlos the General manger. He was aware of what was going on and that Carlos told him to refuse us of a service check so we still never got the service check even though that was the initial reason the car was towed back and David was the initial manager of the final transaction on October 18 when we got the oil change and he was not present on the 21st the day Carlos and the two technicians checked the car.
For whatever reason he lied and proceeded to say he was present until the sheriffs came to get statements then he admitted he was not there and also refused us service of any kind. This is not the first time or the last time they have messed up a perfectly good vehicle due to negligence and it seems as if it’s a sexist thing because majority of the people who have been done like this with no reparations and them not wanting to take accountability is women because they believe we don’t know anything and that they can do whatever. Since then my friend has had to Uber her 5 year old daughter to and from school and uber to and from work which is not fair.
She has had to rent a vehicle multiple times on top of that and just ended up having to get a whole new vehicle with no remorse or help from tire kingdom in no way, shape or form. They don’t care about woman and think that they can keep getting away with treating us like our voices don't matter. This is not the first time they have done this nor will it be the last. Even the district or corporate manager Hector does not care about what these managers and technicians at tire kingdom 5901 Lake Worth Road green acres Fl do to people cars. We can’t stand for this. They need to take accountability and fix this situation. It’s just saddens me they would do a hard working single mother with a deceased child’s father like this! Zero out of ten. DO NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! 0 OUT OF 10. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY NOT THE WOMEN ONES.

My experience with Tire Kingdom on Ulmerton RD in Largo FL was without a doubt the worst service ever received. Our van was skipping at the time and they fixed a few issues but that didn't stop the skipping in the engine. Three days later still in the shop. They replaced the valve cover gasket but had problems putting everything back together. Day four still in the shop. They said the injectors or whatever were bad causing the skip but their mechanic called out and they only got 4 injectors and not 6. At this point we had to rent a vehicle not knowing when it would be completed. The service manager there was not on top of things and had to ask the mechanic every time we called them.
Finally on day 5 we got the vehicle back and was still skipping so my wife brought it back and the mechanic gave her big time problems like accusing her that she did something to it. They said the computer had to adjust to everything that was replaced and now the transmission feels like it slipping or something which it was not doing that when we took it in. End result is they lost us as a customer. It seemed like there was one excuse after another. Ever since Mavis Tires took over Tire Kingdom their service in my eyes has diminished poorly.

Terrible customer service! Make an appointment to purchase and have a tire installed. Arrived 15 minutes early, sat and noticed other cars being service at my appointment time. Asked about why my wasn’t and was flat out lied to. Unfortunately made an appointment for my son to have his brake pads replaced. Very nice on the phone and agreed to a 1:00, that day, Sunday appointment. Again arrive 15 minutes early and waited until 2:30, thinking the car would be ready, not even touched yet. Actually had to remind them about my car. Very unprofessional, rude and out of touch management. Screw them!!

When we got the bill, they threw on a fictitious oil change. Went to the store to call them on it and they swore they did the oil change until I called the complaint line. Then got a text from the store manager telling me that he “found the hard copy,” and they didn't do an oil change and would remove the charge. Total sh$t show, dishonest company. Brought my in my 2021 jeep wrangler Rubicon in for a wheel alignment 3 different times because they weren't able to get it right. As I'm driving my jeep keep pulling to the right and my steering wheel isn't straight. The 3rd time I went in I told them they needed to use a adjustable wrench (2) to get my brand new tie rod and drag link out so they could do the wheel alignment. They didn't listen and scratch both tie rod and drag link and end up breaking them.
Spoke with someone in corporate office 4 days later after calling 5 times. Jonathan decided to call me back to tell me they had no records of me ever being at Tire Kingdom in ST Augustine FL. Called corporate when I got there and show the manager what they did. And all they wanted to do was issue me a refund for my wheel alignment and told me they would not fix the broken drag link and tie rod they broke and scratch. Been on the phone several times they to get a manager to help fix this but all I been getting is the runaround. Be extremely careful with this company. All the techs are drug addicts or heavy drinkers. The will damage your car and lie about it. When you call corporate office to file a complaint, they will give you nothing but the runaround especially that girl Brook. She made it seems like she was helping me but at the very end she ended up ignoring all my calls. This place is nothing but trash.

I had my alignment done at Tire Kingdom in Ormond Beach. The employee who worked on my car stole my Apple AirPods out of my center console and admitted it to the manager. When the manager confronted him, Bernard ** was the thief. I have reached out to the store to talk to the GM, left my number twice, and emailed twice. I haven't gotten a response yet. I just received a call from the regional Manager, after calling corporate. He said his company's policy is not to replace anything left in the car. The alignment was done twice, and it still pulls to the left, so don't go here. Dishonest thief employee.

I brought my truck to Tire Kingdom because of a squeaking noise that happened any time the vehicle was rolling under 15 mph. They diagnosed the issue as worn suspension components. I specifically told them I didn’t believe that was the problem, but they assured me that replacing them would fix the noise. I agreed to the repair and paid $1,100 for new suspension components. When I went to pick up the car, the squeak was still very present the moment I pulled out of the parking lot. I went back inside immediately, and an employee told me the sound was actually due to “chopped tires.” That explanation didn’t sit right with me, but because of time constraints I left without further investigation.
Once I got home, I spent only about 10 minutes checking the issue myself and discovered the actual source of the noise: a faulty U-joint. In other words, the original repair I paid over $1,000 for did not address the problem at all. I am extremely disappointed with the misdiagnosis, the unnecessary expense, and the lack of accountability. Customers deserve accurate diagnostics and honesty, not to spend over a thousand dollars on work that doesn’t fix the problem.

My husband took his truck in for an alignment. It wasn't completed entirely and ended up with more issues. Tried telling him he needed brakes, not so much. He discovered his ABS, air conditioning and rear lockers for his tow package were no longer working after having it home. After further investigation using his Autel scanner on his truck to find out what happened he found all 3 were failing. Coincidence no. More investigation...found that the fuses were removed to cause all of these failures. Luckily he had fuses. Replaced them and guess what no more failures. We will never use this company again! Fraudsters! Paid $200.00 just to get duped to get us to come back for more fraudulent work. Auto owners beware of this company.

We drove back immediately to show them and express the concern, the manager stated "it wasn't them" and they cannot do anything about it. We just spent $1050 total on this repair, and they couldn't do anything???? Now again, we are out a vehicle and have to buy ANOTHER tire. They called us and offered to refund $50 on the card. I understand that we left the property as we didn't notice the slash when we left.. We were back within 10 minutes.

After getting four tires in February 2025, was driving down the expressway when it was raining and my car was sliding all over the road, when I looked at my back tires I noticed that the tread was half gone on the outside of both back tires. Took my vehicle back to Tire Kingdom. The manager who I've never seen there before said that I had to have gotten in an accident or something, which I had not or done anything out of the ordinary. I also told him when I got the tires they talked to me in to getting an alignment coz they said that I needed one, after the first day of driving had to take it back because the alignment was so off my assisted driving wouldn't work and it was all over the road. The technician told me the one that did the alignment didn't have as much experience and that he was more experienced in doing alignments.
Now after only 4 months I was told I had to pay $200 to get two new back tires because I did not pay for road hazard, had several people who are more knowledgeable look at the tires and they all agree that either they're defective or the alignment was messed up. The manager was very nasty about it, and told me it was something that I did and no matter what I was going to have to pay the prorated amount and that I had no warranty because I did not purchase the road hazard. he was also a real jerk to me and got right in my boyfriend's face who has a corporate account there at least for now

Michigan resident trying to get tires put on a vehicle located in Florida, at Tire Kingdom (now called Mavis) in Punta Gorda. I spoke with an employee about putting new tires on a vehicle which would be brought over by a Florida friend. The employee took my deposit over the phone, using my credit card. I asked if it was okay to call me for payment, when the job was done. The employee agreed to my request, given I was in Michigan. On the day of service (1 week later) I received a call for payment. The employee told me he couldn’t accept my payment over the phone, per company policy. This was after I specifically asked about giving payment over the phone. I had to ask the friend to pay for the tires, which was very frustrating. Needless to say, I will never do business with Tire Kingdom again, due to the company policy and lack of communication. I am very disappointed with this company!!

Took my Lexus IS250 for an oil change. They called about 30 minutes later and said my rear brake pads were at 5% and asked if I wanted to have them replaced. The price with a brake fluid flush was a little over $400 which I found expensive so I decided not to do it. On the way home I purchased a set of premium brake pads for the rear for about $70. When I got home I removed the rear tires and began replacing the pads. To my surprise, all 4 pads were at 50% or more. I went ahead and changed them anyway since I had already bought the pads and the old pads were already off.
Next day I went to the store with the pads and asked the manager which of the pads was at 5%. He looked at them and said: "I wasn't the one that looked at them." So he just basically tried to wash his hands. I told him that I did not care who looked at them. They all work for the same company and had to stand behind their word. He was in shock but could not even offer an apology. I told him this is a very dishonest practice and that I was going to leave reviews everywhere I could about the incident. This happened at the Cape Coral store located on Skyline Blvd and Veterans Pwy. Just a word of caution if you go there, make sure to ask for the replaced parts or check them yourself. There are 5 vehicles in my household and none of them will be ever serviced at this or ay Tire Kingdom location.

On 05/03/2023 while performing my vehicle's third oil change, my 2 years old Camry rocker panel covers were damaged by Tire Kingdom at 1416 W NEW HAVEN AVE MELBOURNE, FL 32904-3904 321-380-3654. On the next day I returned to show the damage to the manager **. Very politely Mr. ** asked for my name and phone number. He added that needed to make phone calls, order parts, etc., etc.
One month later I return to ask for status of ordered parts. I was told that back-order parts was the issue that I had to wait until they could ship them to us. One or two more months went by and I returned to ask for status. I was told that the company went through ownership changes and that that was also delaying things. Then I returned or called one more time later and I was told that the parts were not even ordered since the money for it had not trickled down just yet. Ok, at this point now I am 100% sure that Tire kingdom/Mr. ** is lying to me. I realized that it has taken me some time to report this and that I should have done it right when it happened but I was played/lied-to very well by Mr. **, the manager.
The cost to repair the damage caused by Tire Kingdom, will be over $2000 since the new rocker panels will need to be also painted by a body shop. Yes, I complain online and they made me go through the process of obtaining 3 repair estimates but I never heard again from Tire Kingdom ever again. Since then, Tire Kingdom has not and will never see any of my vehicles, or my money again!!! I have also asked my two children and spouses never to use Tire Kingdom. That's about 5 cars or 10 oil changes or around $1000/year that Tire Kingdom will not see again.

Today I hoped for an apology from the manager at the royal palm beach store. Instead I got an excuse rather than recognition of how much their mistake actually cost me. So back on 6/10/2024 I took my wife Ford F150 to Tire Kingdom for service. One of the services was new brakes and rotors. Upfront, I just knew brake pads in the rear. A few days after the repair was done, my wife noticed that it was shaking when she hit the brake pedal, the steering wheel would shake.
Instead of taking it in right away, we thought, let's give it a few days or sometime to see if it was just something that would go away, but it didn't. After some time, it was getting worse until it got to the point that I had to take it in for service To see what happened. At first, the manager said that it was probably the brake caliper that was failing. But I interested that it was not and that it was just one of the rotors had gone bad it warped somehow, so then the manager went and told me that it cost him $200 out of his pocket. In order to repair the truck and that I should be appreciative of that, which I watch because I had assumed that the vehicle was now safe to drive, fixed is what I was told. But just a couple of days afterwards, my wife said, honey, it is starting to do the same thing again. Of course, I couldn't believe it. So I told her keep driving it and I'll get a chance to drive it on Saturday.
Saturday came and I drove it. It was bad when you put your foot on the brake. The steering wheel would almost rip right out of your hands. It was so bad. Now, mind you, I had already brought this in 2 Tire Kingdom. Term fixed the mistake. The first time they didn't, but they told me they did. So now yesterday I took the truck to Ford and Ford went ahead and put 2 brand new rotors. Add to brand new sets of brake pads on the vehicle. I then drove the vehicle, and it is perfect. No vibration, no shaken steering wheel. It's exactly the way it should be.
So on the way home from picking it up from Ford. I stopped the Tire Kingdom and I asked to speak with the manager who was not there. Then I spoke with 2 of the gentlemen who worked there, and they asked me every question that should be asked, and they agreed that there was something That was missed. By the manager and the mechanic at that time when I brought it back the first time for them to fix it, they didn't. I was told that he probably just put new pads on it and hoped it would go away, but it didn't. And then I said, all I want is for this guy to call me and recognize the mistake he had made. By setting my wife back out on the road with the vehicle that was not safe to drive. That's not what I got.
I got called back by the manager who insisted that I should've just brought it back to him. So he could address it. I explained to him that after I brought it back to you. The first time to address it and you did not get it right. I wasn't willing to take the second chance. The man did not apologize flat. He did not apologize for the inconvenience. He did not apologize that. It cost me an additional $650 to correct his problem. After all, I took it to them cause I wanted to support small business. And perhaps save a few bucks. In turn, it cost me more and the manager would not apologize for that. Therefore, I'm writing this review to let everybody else know. The character of the man who's running Tire Kingdom. I ran a business for 40 years. I never treated a customer like this. And I would never send somebody on the road with a vehicle that is dangerous to drive.

Title: Unsafe Service and Unprofessional Attitude. I went to Kings Tire for a wheel alignment, but the service I received was both unprofessional and potentially unsafe. After the alignment, I noticed my car was pulling to the side when I released the steering wheel, and the tire pressure was set to 37 PSI, even though the recommended pressure for my vehicle is 33.
When I returned to the shop to point this out, the manager dismissed my concerns by saying 37 PSI "won’t make the tire explode" and told me I shouldn’t be letting go of the steering wheel while driving — completely ignoring the fact that a proper wheel alignment should allow the car to track straight. They only readjusted the tire pressure, but even then, it was still left at 35 PSI — not the recommended 33. The alignment issue was not addressed at all. This kind of careless service puts drivers at risk. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values safety, quality service, and respectful communication.
