I purchased a Colorway ebike from Walmart's website. It came as advertised and is a good bike for $600. Unfortunately Fedex delivered the bike upside down and with a hole in the box. My crankshaft was damaged during delivery. A new crankshaft is only $25 but Colorway refuses to send one. I offered to buy it out of pocket....No response yet. They requested pics and videos for something that was not my fault!! Just buy from a local ebike store if you want ANY SERVICE at all. The bike performs so it gets 5/5. Customer service gets 0/5.

Walmart marketplace shopping and customer service has been the biggest disappointment. My recent shopping experience of over $2,000 has resulted in the wrong sofa delivered late and missing and zero response from the seller. Walmart does not support marketplace customers as they deceptively imply. This seller offered free extended returns yet has been COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE with no support by Walmart. Buyers, reconsider purchasing from a reputable retailer. This was a huge mistake.

I have been a Walmart customer for over a year at least. I have orders delivered once to twice a week. This delivery contained groceries and bottle of champagne. I was aware I would need to sign for it and had my ID ready. For whatever reason, the driver was unable to scan it. He contacted his supervisor who told me ALL my items were going to be returned to the store because the driver couldn't scan the ID. The items were already in my home, and I informed the supervisor, that was not going to happen. He was incredibly rude and condescending. Had this driver entered my home, removed my items, this would have immediately become a lawsuit.
The driver contacted another supervisor who had him enter my information manually. This whole nightmare took over an hour. I work from home for an attorney and am on the phone nonstop for over 8 hours a day. I could have been fired for this which would have been another lawsuit. WORST customer service EVER. Cancelling my membership and NEVER using Walmart again.

We have been Wal-Mart Plus customers for over 2 years and have spent thousands of dollars for home delivery due to our long working hours. We mostly buy our groceries for 2 households with this service and have bought expensive household items as well. The convenience was nice. Today, I was notified by Wal-Mart that a package of troll toys was delivered with a photo of the package on my porch. I went out to my porch less than 5 minutes later and it was gone. I then reviewed my cameras and for some reason, the Ring doorbell cams did not work (I'll explain later).
Luckily, a wired camera caught the incident. The video showed delivery driver walked up, placed the package on the porch, took a photo of it then got into their car and left. Less than 1 minute later, the driver returned, got out of their car, ran up to my porch, grabbed the package, ran back to their car with the package they just delivered and left fast! I reported this to Wal-Mart and offered them the footage after waiting on the line.. The phone call took close to 2 hours and I was transferred several times. Wal-Mart refused to give me a refund and said to call the police and file a credit card dispute. Their explanation was that the driver uploaded a photo of the package.
They did not want the video showing yes, the driver did do that, but then came back and stole the package! I then examined the video more closely and saw the driver had what appeared to be a Wifi jammer device in his hands, when he walked up to my house, which explains why 2 porch Ring cams did not work. It was like the delivery driver was a ghost. Luckily, the wired cam on the inside window caught the crime perfectly. I cancelled my longstanding Wal-Mart Plus membership after seeing how they simply did not care what this thief did. I even tried to text the thief with the app asking them to return the package but said it was through an Uber service and could not go through. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Wal-Mart Plus or this or it could happen to you. Of course we are filing a Paypal dispute as well and have preserved the video footage. BTW, the package was only $26. I am very glad it was not an expensive package!

I wish to raise serious concerns about Walmart.com's business practices, which I believe border on discrimination and customer mistreatment. On Cyber Monday, November 27, 2023, my attempt to purchase products at a sale price was unjustly blocked, leading to a financial loss and broken promises from customer service. This incident is part of a larger pattern of blocking purchases without justification and providing misleading information to customers. I believe these actions not only undermine consumer trust but also raise questions about fairness and ethical business conduct. I am seeking your guidance and support in addressing these concerns and ensuring fair treatment for all customers.
To remediate such issues and enhance customer experience, I propose the following:
* Transparent Communication: Ensure customers are promptly informed about any transaction issues.* Accountability in Customer Service: Adhere to promises made and provide consistent information.
* Review and Revise Policies: Reassess the policy of blocking purchases, ensuring it aligns with fair customer treatment.
I believe these steps can elevate Walmart.com's service standards, aligning them with the leaders in customer service excellence.

**** Update number 2: same crap different day. I was right to be skeptical. Woke up today to another cancelled item, no explanation. Refund to my bank card but no refund for my gift card. So it's going to be another week wait at least. I'm so over it. I've been stressing over this stupid phone for over a week. Now I get to go to work with no phone and a new born at home since Walmart had this "great online sale" that I won't even get to use since they won't honor the original sale nor do I want to. Whenever I get this refund back I will be selling it and taking the $60 hit because I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH I do not want to deal with this headache and sad excuse of a reputable company again. Hopefully some people take this review to heart and I save them the time and hassle. NEVER AGAIN! Walmart should be ashamed of themselves.
**Update: I got my refund 8 days and 2 escalations later. I feel like if I hadn't bugged and bugged, emailed corporate it wouldn't have got done for a long time. I will change my rating when and if I receive my phone, I'm still skeptical after this whole experience.**
If I could write down -1000000 best believe I would and looking at these comments everybody is experiencing similar problems. Customer service is a joke. They place me on hold and just kept me there. They've owed me almost $400 for the past week. It's all games when you call, just the run around. They don't give any proper information out. They don't tell you if you use a walmart gift card on the walmart website, to use at least 1 cent of another payment method or it will cancel.
I order a phone and the next day I wake up to a refund in the form of another gift card, no explanation. I reorder the phone with the gift card they sent me back because I wasn't trying to miss the sale. This one just gets cancelled. Nothing about a refund. I call and they say they are giving me my refund. They don't send anything about the gift card yet. They actually send me an email telling me to use the same payment method and everything which would of screwed me over again if they had actually refunded me. They don't say anything about the gift card until the third time I call, then they tell me that I can't use just a gift card online. They say that's the reason why I can't get my refund right away because of their error, with their gift card, on their website.
There's a second sale on and the phone I should already have is $40 more. The way things are going now they are just going to hold it off until the sale is done and I'll be stuck with a useless gift card to a useless company. I really regret not getting a cheaper phone from Amazon or even paying 100 more for the same phone. At least I would have it and customer service gets stuff done if need be which I've never really needed. Walmart is supposed to be a reputable company but they are jokes. I ask for corp's number and they give me the wrong one. AMAZON IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!

On 12/5/23 I ordered approximately $500 in groceries for delivery. I received notification as normal except when I received a text stating my items were delivered though the photo clearly shows them in the back of the drivers vehicle. They were never delivered. I contacted Walmart, they said it would be 10 days to refund, but to order express and they would send me a $10 promo code and I waive the delivery charge. I did so. The groceries were picked out, and were in process. I saw they were "checking out" and then all of a sudden get a text they are delayed. Today (12/6/23) I called Walmart at 0700 to figure this out. Between going back and forth from the store, Walmart.com, the delivery company (whom I pressed charges on both drivers for failure to deliver and stealing my groceries) and a different department I was basically told there is nothing they can do for me to get groceries for my family today.
I would have to wait 10 days for the refund, they try to expedite, but again no guarantees on when I will receive my refunds. I have 4 children, live paycheck to paycheck and have just dropped $1000 on food. I had received NO FOOD and have no more money. I pleaded for 6 hours while my phone call kept rolling over every 45 minutes to a new person (as if it is on a timer and automatically rolls over.) I basically have no options other than to starve my family until I get a refund. This is not OK in any way shape or form.
I did what I was supposed and what Walmart directed me to do to rectify it. Yet I had to nickel and dime my friends and family to afford food for my table, I am out now $1500 and am unable to pick up my groceries until after their bedtimes tonight. This is the worst service I have ever heard of. I should receive free groceries and express delivery for all this. Absolutely ridiculous you care this little about your customers and their families that you would let them starve rather than find an appropriate resolution.

I purchased Dickies pants and spend $35.00 for one pair of pants and found out that the company made cuts in the product. They cut the size of the pockets to about half size to save money and di not cut the price on the product. I got so tired of things falling out of my pockets that I took a $35.00 loss and threw the pants in the trash and then I purchased the tshirt. Spent another $33.00. After only two times wearing the shirt the button came off. I purchased sewing material and sewed the button back on but for $33.00 I should not of had to do that.

Ordered tires online for installation at the Islandia NY automotive location. For 2 days I tried calling auto department and they would not pick up. The operator said she would page them overhead and transfer me. They still wouldn’t pick up the phone. After 10 minutes of getting kicked back to the operator she then got belligerent with me and hung up. I decided to cancel my $500 order. I called customer relations and Spoke with Danish **. He was absolutely ZERO HELP, in rectifying the situation. He kept firing off generic emails stating how “Walmart values your business” and wanting to “Rectify your situation”. I provided multiple solutions, basically doing his job, to which he responded no. Mind you these solutions didn’t require the company to lose any money, nothing asked was for free. I have called their so-called customer service several times since but still no refund. I called again 12/01/23 today and got the same bull that it would be taken care of but person wanted me to stay on hold 15 minutes minimum to talk to someone else. About 11 days ago I had ordered something off of Walmart online. I waited a week after for them to send the item that I had placed an order for. They told me that they were waiting for my payment to be cleared. Strangely it was taken from my PayPal account. So I canceled my order. I then ordered the same item off of eBay they had sent the item the next day. As for Walmart I waited for them to refund my money. 5 days later. I contacted them. They said that it will take 10 days. Well, it's been 11 days now. And they never refunded my money. So I'm just posting this Here and Now for other people to learn from my mistake. Do not order anything from Walmart online. Chances are they are not going to refund your money. Especially if you order through PayPal.
I already file a complaint with the federal government concerning this. I will never see that money ever again. But at least they have my complaint filed with them if this ever happens to another poor soul. To those who work in Walmart. I apologize to you. But as far as I'm concerned your company is crooked. And I heard that it might be facing bankruptcy soon. Sorry but it deserves it. Again I apologize for this complaint. I just wanted to get it off my chest. But for now on any online shopping I do I will probably do it on Amazon and eBay. Which are pretty much helpful to its customers. Walmart sucks. Btw feel free to share it if you like.

Walmart provides customers with a not so dedicated customer -delivery model. I think during the holidays such as now, the store deliberately gives deference to large orders. Walmart is a sophisticated operation and planners have the skills to forecast traffic demand for its deliveries and operations. I placed a standard weekly grocery order on Friday, 11/24/23 to be delivered Saturday morning between 8am to 9am on 11/25/23; but it has yet to be delivery and I am writing this alert at 8:41pm Saturday evening.
When I called in at approximately 4pm I was told my order time had been changed due to the large number of orders received. You mean you are delivering the high-dollar ones before me, don't you? They stated I would receive my order by 8pm, but it has never come. It is 9:06pm now. I called back into the live customer service number and was told my driver was on the floor now and would be delivering my order soon. I was given a number of the driver that was supposed to be his direct number, but it was an Uber outgoing message number that stated my call could not be forwarded because I do not have an account.
Meanwhile, I am medically unable to drive and am older and I and my dog are without food and water since last night. We are in a precarious and dangerous situation and rely on this service weekly. I spend an enormous amount of money at Walmart, but the company is choosing to ignore me, and if me others, too, in the delivery of my order. If they haven't been sued yet they will be sooner or later. My situation is dire. I need a dependable service year round, not when the company just wants to provide service, when the lavish holiday spenders are overshadowing the companies bread and butter/mainstay customer-base and are giving preference to them. This matter should be brought to every t.v. station in the US and customers like me should consider forming a class-action lawsuit against Walmart for discrimination because I know if they are doing it to me they are doing it to other customers like me, as well.

That Walmart online, the sellers and the third party sellers, that have been advertising products saying it is new, when it is not new, then delivering the products with something that has nasty oil stuff on it, with the items and getting on your hands and also other times sometimes old and not working that is damage, that is gross.
I have not shopped at the Walmart online in 4 or 5 months, because I am not sure they are going to do it again, but to listen to what I am saying, and that their sellers and their third party sellers are not doing their job, instead of rushing and packing the product in the package any kind of way and I know they see that oil nasty stuff on these items, instead they are rushing and putting them in the package any kind of way and some other people I have talk to and have said, the same thing, that they are getting the same thing.
If you ignore this, sooner or later you will regret it, because all this phony fraud of advertising something new when it is not and trying to charge someone to pay for a new item for a higher price, before it is delivered, then cheat them into something old, is not right, that is fraud. If it is new, sell it new, if is old sell it old for the lower price it is suppose to be, but not to lie and try to pretend something is new, when it is not. Because if it keeps going on Walmart online is going down.

I've been shopping at Walmart since 1987. Everything was good until the pandemic. Walmart has third party delivery with Doordash and Uber. I started having problems with my delivery in this community with dishonest employees. Walmart has a system where you have to take a picture when your order is left at the door. This didn't solve my situation. Some of these drivers would leave the merchandise at the front entrance of my building or at someone else's address or keep the merchandise then send a text saying delivered over time. My situation with Walmart got so out of control to where Walmart made the decision to cancel my account. Walmart blame me for the whole situation even though I left instructions on my account. Please call me and knock on my door real hard because I live in a senior citizen building with six floors.
Some of these drivers didn't want to do their jobs and I just couldn't make Walmart understand I can't control your employees, you hired these people and did a background check and made decision that they were a good fit for the company. I'm 62 years old. I have no control over these people in this community. I was punished for someone else's actions and Walmart would not make these drivers take accountability but they wanted me to take accountability for what someone else actions. This was the ultimate betrayal with Walmart

Walmart does NOT actually sell this item (or anything else online, for that matter). I ordered it, they charged my card for $267, and five minutes later they canceled the order. They said that the item is available, but it's standard procedure for them to cancel all first orders, that that anyone must order anything TWICE. That sounds very sketchy and illogical to me. They also said that they will take 10 business days (which means 15 calendar days) to refund me. This is obviously fraud. Walmart are con artists.

Was shopping for a small Frigidaire refrigerator freezer online. Found one I liked at Costco, Amazon, and Walmart.com. Walmart had a substantially cheaper price. Exact same model. A well reinforced carton arrived by FedEx. Upon removing refrigerator from the box which had no significant damage, there was a broken part in the cavity in the back of the refrigerator. It was a broken drip tray with a missing piece of plastic and taped together with a metallic like tape. The small broken piece was still attached inside the refrigerator but the drip tray itself was just laying on the bottom of the refrigerator.
There was no indication on the website that the refrigerator was being sold as damaged. It just said “sale price”. After finally connecting with the Authorized Frigidaire Repair business, the owner confirmed that: 1.) They don’t make spare parts for this model Frigidaire that Walmart sells; 2.) That the drip tray does not normally come taped together. Also, Walmart sold me an extended warranty which must be very limited if they don’t make spare parts for this model.

My family and I will never spend another cent at Walmart, period. I recently moved and ordered quite a few needed items from Walmart. Many order items came late, broken, &/ or defective. When I tried to address that, they abused me unbelievably - hours and hours on so many calls it’s unbelievable - hangups, impossible 3rd-world treatment, broken promises, gaslighting, and repeats of this cycle of offense over and over - and then when I pushed back at that they flagged my account and then canceled my account - with active orders still pending - telling me that I can’t do any more returns - for supposedly “violating their standards.” Unacceptable, unamerican, and absolute malarcky!
Moving is ranked among the top of all stressors that exist, including divorce and grief over a death, and here I am trying to move and my entire move’s interrupted, delayed, and stymied by not receiving the things I need, or having them arrive broken, etc., and then, being abused like in some sort of third-world dictatorship by the company from whom I bought the needed items (furniture, etc.).
If somebody orders 10 things from you, and you deliver half of them late, broken-in-transit, or defective, and you mistreat that customer when they call to get redress for those items - causing them to have to make multiple calls to the most ridiculous, unfathomable degree, and be hung up on, disconnected, and gaslighted - and then, when they persist in expecting proper redress, you punish them for complaining too much, and cancel their account - rendering them unable to return any other items, including even the ones that are currently still in transit if they turn out to be defective or damaged as so many other items have been, then that is a complete, disgusting, abusive breach of everything that the free market stands for.
This was just egregious and disappointing. I’m done wasting any more of my breath, energy, effort, time, or money on this awful “company.” I cannot imagine or believe that I’m alone in this experience and sentiment. Other than perhaps being able to receive service/ returns as might or might not be necessary on any items that don’t arrive or arrive broken, etc., from among the remaining orders that still haven’t been delivered yet, I want nothing from Walmart ever again. I don’t want anything from them nor do I want to give them any of my business. I’m just sharing my experience.

My husband and I ordered a bike for our son's 8th birthday via online through Walmart. When we tracked our order it read "delivered" on Monday, September 18th 2023. Nothing was ever delivered. We check our neighbors houses, all around the yard, driveway, and nothing. We called the customer service number, the representative stated that sometimes the delivery (USPS) drivers will mark a package as "delivered' even when it's not, and to check back in 48 hours. I can't believe the representative actually said that! In what world do delivery drivers mark off delivered, when it hasn't been?! How is this even acceptable.
Walmart is lying to their customers! The whole reason why we ordered online was to receive our son's birthday bike by 9/20 so he could have it on his ACTUAL birthday. Come to find out, the package with our tracking number attached was delivered to a completely different address and weighed 7oz. So this tracking number didn't even belong to us!!!! It was ridiculous!! I've NEVER had ANY company send an email saying my purchase was delivered when it wasn't! Or ever had this much of an issue with tracking numbers and orders!! Totally useless! We submitted a request to get our money back, and thank you for nothing Walmart! You suck!!

Resolved and finally initiated a refund. But some of the customer services are bad. One of them told me to dispute the transaction instead of refunding it. And he told me, "You received the order and why are you contacting us."
Original Review: Sept. 13, 2023
The customer service is very bad. I bought a Breville Barista Pro espresso machine for 468$ which is too cheap because the machine's price is 850$. The third-party seller was a scammer. He puts low prices to attract buyers. He sent me a tracking number to the same city as my address but to a different address and sent a small box that fit a mailbox. The machine is about 30 pounds. I called the USPS and they told me that the tracking number was not to my address. So Walmart charged me 468$ and later they removed that seller from their site due to quality issues (that means he is a scammer).
I contacted Walmart Customer Service. First they told me they would refund me after 48 hours, After 48 hours they told me they would refund me. After a few days, and after a few days, they asked, "Why you are contacting us, you already received your order. No refund to you." They did not ask USPS if they delivered that tracking number to my address or to a different address and what was the weight of that order. They are not professional to ban the scammers to sell on their site. They did not take responsibility for sending me the machine from their store or refund me my money. It seems that not only the seller is a scammer but Walmart is a scammer as well.

I have attempted to put this review on Walmart.com but it indicates I have been 'opted out'. I purchased Binax covid tests online to pick up at store. Good product. Product is FIVE STARS, online shopping experience is ONE STAR. Online order Sunday 8/27/23 with Store pickup on Monday 8/28/23 around 2pm. I am reviewing to caution other online shoppers to ALWAYS scroll down before adding ANY item to their WalMart cart because the NOTICE if something is not returnable isn't visible unless you do. I picked up my order on the way out of town, and only later saw that the expiration dates were all close enough that I NEVER would have purchased the same amount of tests had I been shopping in-store. So I clicked 'start a return' on my receipt and only then found out I had purchased something non-refundable.
I immediately tried to look at the item on the site to learn how I could have missed this, and the item was no longer online. Very aggravating, and doesn't inspire trust in WalMart. The customer service person emailing me about this (called a 'coach' for some reason) mentioned where the 'non-returnable' notice was, so last night I went back to the website to check. Surprise, the Binax tests are posted again! So I walked through putting one in my cart without ordering. It's possible to add one to your cart, get a confirmation page re: that, and go to your cart to checkout without EVER SEEING the notice- if you don't scroll down. If you're familiar with a product as I was with this test, you have no need to scroll down. (screenshots available). The notice is in small print and is seriously less than obvious. I consider this an expensive lesson in online shopping (most of these will likely go unused), and will avoid WalMart as much as possible in the future.

I have been a Walmart plus member for years now and well how this all played out has really left me in shock. Due to their errors and failure to fulfill my orders they have closed my acct due to me refusing to pay for items I didn't receive. Before I moved to my new place I rarely had any issue with the walmart delivery but once I moved it seemed like every order there was more and more items missing.
In the beginning I figured it was just they overlooked items and it was a mistake but after a bit of time I started to think that they knew just what they were doing and they were charging me for items they never shopped and hoping that I didn't check my orders. Well they picked the wrong customer or did they? Because due to me being thorough I got my acct closed and am no longer a member but to top that off they waited till I paid for my membership to be renewed and the next day closed my acct and didn't refund my money and basically told me take it up with my bank!! So I won't let this go. I will make sure it is a well known situation and let others know how Walmart treats their so called members!!

I refused a living room set that they sent one week ahead of schedule. I refused it while there was still one week left to the delivery date. They brought it one week ahead of schedule and then charged me a $155 'shipping return and restocking fee' saying it was the buyer's fault. It took Walmart 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to finally give me a refund of $665 out of my $1038 return. Their customer service said I need to call their Angi living room assembly service separately to get my assembly refund of $194. This was inspite of the fact that Angie sent me a cancellation email the day after I returned it saying Walmart will refund me directly. Each Walmart agent thereafter kept giving me different numbers to call Angie. When I finally called the 'right number', no one picked up. Will NEVER order anything from Walmart again!!

I have spent hours on the phone with no resolution since Sunday. I'm done paying for Walmart Plus and in home when I rarely get my stuff when I'm supposed to. I had to do their job in my opinion. Why should I have to fix the stores mess up? Why should I pay on time every month and not get the service I pay for? This irritated me, not only because I didn't get my order but because of the lack of effort and knowledge by the customer service representative (except for 1 that actually called the store). Bottom line is, I pay for a service, I should be provided with that service or I should be fully refunded for that service. My order was supposed to arrive between 2-6 on 8/13/23. I get a call from them at 8 telling me the van ran out of battery. Ok, then use a gas vehicle. Not only did it come up that they "attempted" to deliver it, but they don't even reschedule or even try to accommodate. I wasted hours trying to resolve this.

Reading the previous complaints, I can only concur with Walmart+ membership service in general. It’s obvious that customer service representatives are located overseas and speak broken English for starters. Why? They are trained for niceties, in the hopes to quell the poor services, it serves no purpose if the simple question why my promised delivery twice in one week did not appear. Insult to injury, I contacted the local Walmart where the delivery was coming from (1.2 miles away) the operator told me there was no store manager that I can speak to, and referred to the online customer service representative.
Needless to say, after contacting the overseas customer service representative 5 times, I canceled my order for the second time in one week and canceled my Walmart+ membership. Why I don’t like to see any boycotting of Walmart however, falling in deaf ears and trying to appease the customers with $15 to $25.00 discounts on your next purchase of $35 is just kicking the can down the road if this unacceptable delivery service continues. So, my question remains - Will a CEO be big enough to answer my complaint as well as others. “We the People“ deserve an answer!
Respectfully requested,Mr. David

While it may be difficult to not shop at Walmart due to their obviously very competitive prices versus their competitors, the reason they are able to do this is because they cut corners everywhere else. Whether it’s the terrible conditions for their employees, or the overseas labor they use as their supposed customer service department, that don’t speak English and respond only with automated scripted answers, or the lack of any type of sales support at all once the initial purchase is completed, until we as consumers stop giving them our billions of dollars each and every year, you can expect to continue to receive the same 1 star treatment as evidenced by the thousands of reviews posted here and elsewhere.
Why would anyone make any type of change if they were continuing to make billions year over year without seeing any loss in their profits. If you all want to stop receiving the same crappy shopping experiences you all posted here about, shop literally anywhere else but Walmart, until they make the most basic of improvements so that we no longer have to vent in frustration on these review sites.
The sheer ** you attitude their customer service department has for its customers is absolutely appalling and nothing is going to change that until and only until they start hurting in their pockets. Spend the couple extra cents and buy your items at the thousands of other choices we have other than this scandalous, racist, homophobic conglomerate, that we have fed countless billions to, only to be treated like the stepchild junkie in the family when all we’re asking for is the most basic of common courtesies.

I called support and spoke with 2 reps and a supervisor. They told me that since I do not have access to the old number I would need to create a new account. The catch is that I cannot use my email address, I would have to create another account with a different email address. When I told them I don't have another email address they said there is nothing that they could do. Basically, they are saying they no longer want my business. Also since my credit card information is on my account that I cannot access, if my account gets hacked, Walmart will be responsible for the loss. I will never shop Walmart again.

The 1st agent told me the generic answer that it would be here by 8 pm and totally ignored what I was asking. As expected the pool did not arrive, but the pre auth was still in my account. Called in again. 2nd rep also ignored my needs. So I went to website and canceled the pool. I was told I would receive an email when cancelation was complete. I did not and I called in a 3rd time. I requested a refund for the canceled item. 3rd agent couldn't help but escalated the refund request to a different department who was supposed to call me back in 24 to 48 hours. No one ever called me back but the pre auth did disappear from my account.
The next day I got an email direct from the supplier of my chlorine tablets giving me. A refund I never requested. I went on the website to check and it was stated that the shipper had returned the product to the supplier. Next day I received the tablets anyway. So this Monday I called a 4th time about the tablets and was told to keep them. I assumed everything was good. But this morning Walmart went into my account without permission and placed a pre Auth for over 300 dollars for a pool I canceled 2 weeks ago. I did not order anything or in any way give Walmart any permission to charge my account today.
I called in yet again and was hung up on three times denied permission to speak with a manager by 2 different people and finally told just to wait for a refund. A refund for a charge Walmart had no business placing in the 1st place. Now my card company has frozen my account due to the unauthorized charge. I have to wait 14 days for a new card to arrive. I can't buy groceries or gas or anything for the next 2 weeks. You suck soooo bad Walmart.com. Your unauthorized access to my acct has created a big problem for me and my children.

I need dog food in one day and now Walmart has my money I need for the dog food. Refunds take 5 to 7 days.
Four days came and gone. Still no dog food. On Wednesday, June 21st my online order then said “Package delayed- Redeliver on next business day”. Nothing came the next day!! Then on Saturday, June 24 my online order said “Package Damaged - Please contact customer service”. However when I checked the tracking it said arrives by Tuesday, June 27th. So I waited again. On Wednesday, June 28th at 10:37 am my order stated, “Package Damaged - Please contact customer service”. This is cruel!! Why doesn’t Walmart just state that I was never going to get my order and refund me instead of this runaround?! I’m never ordering from them again!! Hello, I was harassed at Walmart in Parker, CO by employee Francis whom caused an humiliating scene in front of a few dozen people by screaming a storm of violent vulgar words directly at me. This happened recently when Francis watched me check out at the self checkout right over my shoulder, and then harassed me for my receipt right after I finished checking out. I politely ignored Francis, but this is when he screamed a a storm of curses at me. This is the 4th offense where I was harassed like this, at this Walmart. This whole situation is unacceptable behavior for all Walmarts to not have policies in place for greeters to not harass customers. There is no policy where I am obligated to show proof of purchase, therefore Walmart is legally liable for harassment everytime they falsely accuse customers of theft by asking for proof of purchase at the door.
This harassment causes uncomfortable emotional distress and makes me feel unwelcome at my public store, when in fact, it is the harassing false accusing criminals that are not welcome in society let alone the store. If Walmart want to ask for receipts at the door they need to be doing so under a policy like Sam's club or Costco, until that policy is written, they have absolute no right harassing and false accusing paying customers such as myself, because it is illegal and Walmart should be held liable for their crimes. Also, Walmart has no right to discriminate against me and my future visits to the store, for abiding by the law and store policies and refusing to show receipts and be falsely accused and harassed, because discrimination is a crime as well, and they should be held liable for such "shadow bans" or remembering my face with hatred and resentment to make me feel unwelcome in my own Walmart.

SO NOW I HAVE TO WORK AT WALMART TO SHOP THERE? I decided that the Fiesta up the street would not require me to search for a shopping cart. Oddly, as I exited the Walmart I noted that a large number of shopping carts were stored outside out of reach of customers and, yes, there were carts in the parking lot.

I didn't have service so I purchased it and the A23 then continued my shopping. I gathering the that I needed, stopped at the self check out, waited at the front entrance for the phone to charge. Tried sending up the phone but the activation key disappeared when I put in my information. Someone not only reported me for STEALING THE PHONE I JUST PURCHASED, but they put my imei and my name on the internet giving people access to my device. I tried to returned the first cell phone and they acted as if I was trying to STEAL THE SIM CARD FROM THE PHONE I JUST PURCHASED.
The two associates checked and everything was still there and we decided since I couldn't return the refill card that wasn't scratched or damaged, and I asked, then I should exchange the phone. I did but they ask the same merchant the first time to checked me out again. I knew they were aware. Same issue, but I tried to resolve it myself. I couldn't, no second phone, no text now. So I went to the customer service desk and they tried again to send to Electric with my full cart. I said no can speak the store manager.
Two people acted as if they didn't know what a store manager was but I did speak to someone. She approached recording me and people who knows me knows I hate that. I told her I do not give you permission to record me she continued. She blamed me not the merchant. She had someone who was not manager listening to our conversation, neither were managers. On September 15, 2022, I placed an order for a Kid Kraft Modern Outdoor Swing Set. This purchase was to be a Christmas present for our children. It shipped in two boxes and arrived at our place on September 16, 2022. The boxes were placed into the garage, and we waited patiently for closer to Christmas to set up the swing set. On December 17, 2022, while my husband began to open the boxes and started the process of putting the swing set together, we noticed we received two boxes with the exact same parts. Two boxes of 1 of 2, we were missing box 2 of 2. We immediately got on the phone and called Walmart’s Customer Service. We had the pleasure of speaking with Najae, she promptly informed us there was an available box 2 of 2 for this order and we could replace one of the duplicated boxes for the box 2 of 2 and it would arrive no later than Monday December 26, 2022.
We would just need to return one of the boxes 1 of 2 and Walmart would ship the replacement for box 2 of 2. Again, this was a Christmas present, and she guaranteed we would receive the parts and be able to build the swing set. We explained to her that if we wouldn’t receive the box that we would send both boxes back and ask for a refund. On December 28, 2022, I received an email stating the return was received and Walmart would be refunding the money. For obvious reasons, we were upset that we did not receive box 2 of 2 as promised, and now the money was refunded to a card that is no longer active.
After multiple phone calls and live chats to Customer Service from myself and my husband explaining the situation, no help has been received. We have a box with parts that we cannot use to build a swing set and after being told we needed to call our financial institution to receive the refund or that Walmart’s billing department would be contacting us for additional information, with no communication at all, it magically appeared into our bank account on January 25, 2023. I have requested a refund for the remaining order, and I am willing to mail back the box 1 of 2 at their cost. I ordered it for a Christmas gift but was advised it wouldn't be delivered until 01/12/2023. I waited patiently although my son needs the item asap and my money is in Walmart's hands. On 01/09/2023 I received notice that the item with the tracking number was delivered to our mailbox. We were concerned because we didn't believe the item would fit in the mailbox.
When we retrieved the item it was a torn envelope the size of the shipping label with a tiny emery board inside. I immediately contacted Walmart Customer Service and demanded my money back so my son could get what he needed and had been waiting on since Christmas by purchasing something locally. I got the runaround and after about 1 1/2 hours I requested to speak to a supervisor. After another 30 minutes on the phone I got an apology, a $25 gift card and a promise that I would be able to get a refund on Saturday the 14th because there was a window and because the delivery date fell between 01/09 and 01/12/2023 and because Walmart rules said I had to wait two additional days I would need to call on Saturday.
I waited one additional day and called today, Sunday, 01/15/2023. Once again I got nothing but a runaround waiting considerably more time after two additional calls and a bunch of research. The first person on today's call promised me a refund but said I'd have to wait 24-48 hours for the funds to be refunded. (I'm sure Walmart prefers for the money to be in their account as long as possible rather than mine). I asked for a confirmation and she said I'd get an email advising me of what she had stated. I checked for the email and what it said was they were investigating where the item was and contacting the seller and I would hear from the seller in a couple of days. So what she said was a lie.
I made actually two more calls because the first one just sat there, finally after the initial conversation I had to ask for another supervisor. He was completely uncooperative and said I had to return the item first before I could get a refund. I said I wouldn't waste my time returning a one inch emery board, if I received the item and wanted my money back of course I would return it but not this total insult of a package. I did offer to provide a photo of the label and item. I also advised I was already promised a refund immediately and I believe they would have taken notes as all businesses I know take notes regarding calls. He continued to insist he wouldn't give me a refund without returning the junk I received in spite of the promise previously made by a supervisor.
I would highly recommend that no one do business with Walmart in light of their horrible customer service, dishonest promises and crappy vendors. I looked up the vendor and they had terrible reviews and I could only find reviews about clothing items, nothing musical or electronic. Franklin NJ Walmart, not the pharmacy itself just a particular pharmacist. I would give a 0 stars if I could. My husband had a prescription filled. The Dr. usually does not put generic allowed but this time he did. We did not know until he got a text from the pharmacy that the prescription was filled. I had to explain to my husband it was a generic. He had tried a generic 30 years ago it didn't work as well as the name brand, but he thought his condition has improved and the cost difference between name brand and generic is over $100 he would give it a try. I preferred he take the name brand When he got home, he rethought it and felt the name brand was better choice. He didn't know what to expect when he returned to the pharmacy.
He didn't know if he would have to call the dr, he didn't expect to be able to return it didn't expect a refund or insurance to pay and he didn't blame the pharmacist. He was hoping he would be able to pay cash for a name brand prescription. As soon my husband started to explain the pharmacist started to rant, rave and yell you accepted the generic. Every time my husband would try to explain he would be cut off. He said he didn't expect a refund, he would pay, and the pharmacist would go back to you accepted. My husband said several times it was my husband's fault He never got to explain why he didn't think the generic was right for him. As a professional pharmacist if he listened, he might have been able to address our concerns with generic.
I then got involved, tried to explain to the pharmacist he stopped me in midsentence." Oh no you knew it was a generic". No one was denying it. My husband said there is no use in trying to explain. Finally, I said to my husband get the prescription we will go someplace else. Only then did the pharmacist ask an assistant to get the name brand prescription while still yelling there may not be enough, insurance won't pay and it will be 100s of dollars more. After 20 minutes of a ranting pharmacist the assistant came back with a thumbs up and a smile. There was no reason for it. We weren't blaming him.
He just wouldn't let us talk and when we tried, he either didn't listen or stopped us before we could explain A simple we don't take returns; you shouldn't have taken the generic since you did insurance won't pay or we can't do anything about it. I realize it was all our mistake, but his behavior was unprofessional, no one should be talked to the way he spoke to us in front of other customers. There was no point to it, he ended up refilling the prescription. I was being scolded like a 2year old in front of other customer. It was ridiculous.

I know nowadays a lot of people rather sit at home collecting free money from the government than getting a job, but Walmart should be able to get someone even if they have to pay what the market calls for.

Love WalMart+, it's a great service. But my state has few laws limiting the sale of my private info. When you sign up for the + service there is a link you can click to "limit the sale of my private information" but when I click it, I'm told my state (Co) doesn't allow for stricter control. Been swamped with ~50 junk emails a day since I signed up - for a year! And yes, it's Wal-Mart+. Signing up for and using WM+ is the only change I've made as far back as a month before I signed up and started using it. I've set my computer on the strictest security settings and I clean up cookies every day. Still getting a junk email tsunami. Really do love Wal-Mart+, and it's not their fault I'm getting all the junk emails. It's my stupid state. So be aware of this situation, and in case your state is like mine, are you willing to spend a lot of time getting rid of your junk email every day?

I went to Weymouth Massachusetts Walmart and I went to go return electronic headset. Yes number one I have my receipt. Number two I had bought in this headset at Quincy Walmart maybe an hour and a half beforehand. Remember I have my receipt. I was told I could not return at a different Walmart and I specified, "I have my receipt. Why can't I return at this Walmart?" I went online and looked to see if I could return so there was a young woman that come over on the service desk. Was absolutely disgusting the way she treated me. Pretty much told me how pathetic I was for returning a $15 product that I'm going to get mad about it and then she called over supposedly another manager and another manager had told me, "Yeah you can't return this here." And I asked, "Why? I have my receipt. Everything's in the box." There's no reason for it so then they pretty much laughed at me. There was now people actually videotaping this.
I had my neighbor across the aisle that looked over because they were pretty much embarrassing me. I've never felt like that in a storm my entire life. I have my own business. I would never treat anybody in this manner. I think that the young girl has a little bit too much power and she just thinks she owns Walmart but it doesn't matter if I'm returning something for 10 cents. I work very hard for my money and nobody should judge me on what I'm returning and second of all I call Walmart the Weymouth Walmart and I ask the exact question I went to Quincy which is a couple miles up the street Walmart, "Can I return my headphone electronics?" "Of course you can as long as you have your receipt" and he says, "Wait a minute. Did you return it more than 30 days?" I says, "No maybe an hour and a half ago I bought this."
I just can't believe that Walmart is allowing these people to treat people in this manner. It's disgusting. It's embarrassing and if that's how they treat people all of us that are shopping there we need to do something about it because it's disgusting. So tomorrow after I talk to the young man excuse me today I'm going back to the Walmart and the same girl is going to be working there and I'm going to see how this goes and I will tell her that I will record this because I'm not going to be treated like that again. I still can't believe my poor neighbor looked at me. Imagine if it was my my son's school if somebody saw me in there like I'm trying to beg for $15. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Shame on you Walmart.

I didn’t have it with me and was told “too bad”. Then I tried to get a roll of quarters and was told that Walmart doesn’t make change. And to top it off she was rude about both transactions. So I did some grocery shopping and paid in cash. A cash transaction and didn’t have to show an ID for that one. The employees at Walmart think they can run the show. I will NEVER go to Walmart again.

Wal-Mart said I must send them the phone back. Until it arrives, they will not send me a new one. I waited all that time for nothing. They took my money and then basically called me a thief. On September 19, 2022, I purchased a Baby Relax toddler bed frame from the Wal-Mart Store in Villa Park, IL. I assembled the bed but found issues with some of the wooden slats, items labeled K and L. These wood slats were supposed to fit into some peg holes that were inside a grove in the inner sides of the actual bed frame. It turned out that some of the wooden slats were a little too short to fit the pegs into the holes drilled on the insides of the side bed frames, or the peg holes were drilled too deep for them to fit in the designated holes. Either way, some of the slats cannot be secured to the bed as they were theoretically supposed to fit. I recorded a video of the issue with the wood slats. And today, September 15, 2022, when I walked into my grandson's room I saw one of the slats had fallen to the floor.
I contacted Wal-Mart corporate customer services and was referred back to the local Wal-Mart Villa Park, IL store. After trying to contact the Wal-Mart Villa Park Store by phone (they never answered the phone), I received an email from Wal-Mart's local store manager where she apologized for the situation of no one answering the phones, but she never addressed or responded to my email about the Baby Relax defective bed frame. I did video record the issues that were going on with the bed frame and a took a picture of the slats that fell off of the bed tonight. Lastly, I reached out to the actual manufacturer of the bed frame - Dorel Asia- but have not received a response. I will be happy to supply the aforementioned video and picture. Thank you.

Doublecheck your sales receipt. On September 18, 2022, at approximately 12:15 PM, I entered Walmart #01148 on Lawrence Road in Wichita Falls, Texas. There were two clothing racks inside the front door on the north side of the building. The rack on the west side had a sign, "Everything $1 Over ride at register." A customer was asking a Walmart associate a question concerning the prices. After she finished, I asked, and the Walmart associate confirmed that everything on the west rack was $1. I took three items marked $1 to the self-checkout counter. The first one rang up at $5. The shirt had two marked tags—one for $3 and a clearance tag for $1. I got the attention of an associate. He told me it was going to cost me $5.
After, I asked for a manager. The manager said the price was $3. I showed her the $1 tag. She answered that she did not care. I went to the rack, removed the sign, and showed it to the same manager. She repeated she did not care. I explained that to her I had bought two almost identical shirts Thursday for $1 each. She said that was Thursday, this is today. I asked for another manager who rubber-stamped what the first manager said. Somewhere in the exchange, it was implied I had added the $1 tag. I had two shirts with the same logo. The second one did not have a $3 tag. It only had the $1 tag. I was told someone from apparel would have to approve the override. They were not going to call anyone from clothing for me. I taped the sign to some water bottles by the register and took a photo.
I went in search of someone who worked in the apparel department. After a few minutes of searching, I found an apparel associate. She told me she had been told earlier to reduce everything on that rack to $1. There appeared to be some tension concerning that rack before I arrived. She went with me to the register and told the checkout associate the three items I had were $1 each. (I was not the only person having problems with prices.) The associate who checked me out said he had overheard my conversation with the managers.
Attached is a photo of the sign, the shirt, the sales receipt, and a photo of the first manager. All this should be a moot point because the shirt was clearly and professionally tagged for $1. I believe this situation is covered in the Texas Penal Code, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA). Walmart used to have a "Price Match Policy." Recently I found two identical items with different prices on them at Walmart. I was going to be charged different prices for the same item. I left the higher-priced item at check out. The computers in Walmart have been raising prices before the old prices were raised on the shelves. Walmart now ignores the prices on the shelves.

It is required for me to order TVs quite often for work. The delivery drivers have stolen at least 3 TVs and Wal-Mart will not do anything about it. The 1st time it happened, I was notified via email that the TVs were left at my door on a Saturday around noon. This is a business located in a strip mall attached to a Publix. This is a public sidewalk with lots of foot traffic and somehow the delivery driver thought it was smart to leave a clearly marked TV box (2 of them) outside our locked door, on a weekend, on a public sidewalk. Needless to say, they were gone Monday morning when I arrived to work and saw the email that was sent showing the TVs in front of my door on Saturday. That time, at least, Wal-Mart did refund the purchase so I was not out any money.
Next problem happened 3 weeks ago. I have ordered at least 20 TVs in the time since the 1st incident and this next incident with no issues as they had started coming from FedEx instead of direct from the store. I was notified on a Tuesday morning that a TV had been delivered the night before @ 9:57 pm and the item was left at the door. Surprise, surprise, there was no TV at the door. I contacted customer service that said the TV had been signed for. So I asked why did the email say the TV was left at the door, to now be told it was signed for. The agent said it was signed for and there was nothing they could do so I had to dispute it through my credit card.
So, a few things here. I had updated the delivery instructions that the TVs need to be delivered during business hours and signed for. So the agent says it was signed for. I asked for a screenshot of the signature, she said she couldn't do that. I told her I would send a copy of my ID which has my legal signature on it for comparison and she said she couldn't take that. I also told her that the cameras of our business showing the sidewalk, parking area and lobby area showed no one attempting to deliver a TV and no one here to sign for it. Again she directed me to dispute the charge with the credit card.
So Wal-Mart sold me a TV, "delivered" me the TV but wouldn't offer any solution when there was proof that I did not receive the TV. Nor did she think it important to speak with the supposed delivery driver who is now probably enjoying movies on a free 55" TV. Well, as a business, things go on so I dispute this issue and move on. I order a 50" TV and clarify the delivery instructions even further. This includes instructions that the TV must be delivered during business hours (9-5) Monday through Friday, that the TV must be brought INSIDE the building and that signature is required INSIDE the business. I come in on Monday morning to an email that the TV was delivered Friday NIGHT at 11:57 pm (3 minutes shy of midnight). Again the email says the item was left outside by my door.
I contact customer service through the chat feature for that order. The person was completely incompetent and uninterested in helping and said the same thing as before, dispute the charges with your credit card. I contact 1-800-WalMart and spoke with a representative that had at least 1/2 of a brain to see that the delivery driver obviously ignored my very specific delivery instructions. The agent was able to process a refund for the order and I was able to order the TV again. So this morning, I open an email that the replacement TV was delivered and left at my door (AGAIN!!!) at 8:20 pm. Again the delivery driver has now made off with a free TV as the cameras show no one approached the door and no attempt to deliver was actually made.
So I call customer service AGAIN and this time I am told I have to wait 48 hours before either a refund or replacement can be completed. Are they expecting the TV to fall from the sky between now and then? I find it ridiculous that this company will sell you a product but do nothing to guarantee it actually gets to you. Also, that they think it is ok for their delivery personnel to completely disregard delivery instructions and that leaving obviously branded, boxed TVs on a public sidewalk is ok. Since the cameras never showed their delivery personnel actually approaching our business door (at obviously closed business hours) one would think Wal-Mart would take things much more seriously.
I would press charges if I knew an employee took an expensive item that a customer paid for and never attempted to deliver it. I am done with Wal-Mart. On a personal level, I have always disliked Wal-Mart for being substandard in regards to quality and customer service. I have used them for business purposes only and now that is over as well. I will source the TVs needed ANYWHERE but Wal-Mart. They don't even seem to care that they are losing a purchaser that spends at least $5000.00 or more monthly with them. They are so big now, I'm sure it means nothing to them.
It truly disgusts me that they would put a customer through so much and not actually replace or refund in these situations. It is despicable that the accountant now has to go through our corporate credit card to take care of a problem that Wal-Mart created but will not address. I hope this at least spares a consumer from going through the same infuriating, disappointing problem.

I parked by the automotive department. I was driving an suv with a trailer. I parked behind the garden dept taking up more than one spot. As I entered the store someone in a car asked me to move so he could park where I had parked. I pointed at several open spaces and said cant you park over there? I entered the store got my items and returned to the register in the automotive department.
As I approach the counter I see the person from the parking lot, apparently an employee. He is now pointing at me while talking to the other automotive employees. Upon exiting he passed by and I commented Tattling didn't help? To which he responded with "I'll see you next time". I commented he would not be working here that long and got in my vehicle. I then went directly to customer service to speak to the store manager about what I consider a threat. I had 2 employees come and claim to be the store manager while a third employee said yes that's the store manager. Neither of these employees were the store manager. The woman who stepped forward wore a name badge that said ** and a title of front end team lead. ** then clarified 3 times that yes she was the store manager.
When I pointed to her name tag and her obvious lie she immediately walked away. Several minutes later I was approached by a tall ** Male with short hair identifying himself as Shane an assistant store manager. This man was not wearing anything that would constitute a walmart uniform or a name badge. I had seen ** speak to this man a few moments earlier as he exited the self checkout. I relayed to him my disgust over 3 employees lying about being store manager, I assume so they could take the complaint and ignore it. I explained to ** the situation in automotive and explained that I was parked like I was, Not blocking the access to the automotive dept. Because I have an artificial hip and a handicap parking permit. I informed ** that I took the comment "I'll see you next time" as a threat to do harm to myself or my vehicle while on Walmart property.
At this point I confirmed ** that I had parked close to the doors of the automotive dept., my intended destination, because of my artificial hip. I clarified that I am disabled and have a parking permit for disabled parking, that walmart does not provide in the automotive dept. I also informed ** that since he was not in uniform and did not have an Id badge I was not sure he was who he claimed to be. I then left the store.
I find the comment from the employee as a threat against my physical safety or the safety of my vehicle while parked unattended in the Walmart parking lot. I find it a clear violation of Walmarts own ethics policy that an employee would threaten a customer in this manner. I also feel that I am no longer safe in the store. I also feel that my vehicle may be in danger of damage at this store now
I feel the multitude of employees lying about who they are is a problem that needs to be addressed. There were at least 2 employees lying about their title to take a complaint. To the customer this looks like an attempt by lower level employees to prevent customer complaints from reaching the intended person's. This makes it seem as though our concerns as customers do not matter. This is my statement that can be verified by the extensive audio and video recording that is claimed to be present in this store.

1. 99% of the time, when I go to the store, what I'm looking for is there. When I order from Walmart, they have a high percentage issue with an order not being there. I believe they are baiting customers to purposely cause them to re-order, which is fraud.
2. When I contact Walmart regarding an issue, they normally, I have to explain to someone I can't understand, due to heavy accent, and by the time I become argumentive with the issue, they do the right thing and offer me something.. just barely enough to keep me as a customer.
3. I've had an issue where I reported to my bank regarding a refund that I should have received, and I didn't receive the refund through the bank.
4. My last contact was regarding a blender. The blender was 19.99 but the final cost with tax and delivery was 30.22.
When I contacted the rep about it, they explained they could refund the item. Then, I could reorder. I'm not sure why I have to waste my time. I'm certain the proper way of handling this issue is not to refund and cause me to have to reorder. It takes too much time. One would either exchange by sending a return box and label or exchange with an upgrade. I think these companies are getting away with too much. It's causing them to waste time and money.

Walmart tells me to call GE and Cool living, and BOTH tell me they won't replace them because the warranty is out after 1 year. The GE lasted about a month beyond the one year warranty. The other is a Cool Living 10,000, which acted really funny at the end of the summer but I didn't use it again until this year, so it was barely used either, It blows hot air. The other is a 12,000 BTU cool living and it's barely working now.. They all act like the cheap compressors are going out.
I've spent close to a thousand dollars on a pile of useless scrap iron and not one of these sorry companies will replace this garbage. I bought another GE from Walmart a few years back, it worked less than a year and did the same thing but they said it didn't have a warranty on it .. It's ridiculous what we pay for this stuff and it last a year.. Why can't we have an American product any longer that last like the old GE products did before they sold out to China? This junk doesn't last a year and neither Walmart NOR the manufacturers will stand behind these products.. It's shameless. I'm not rich.. I can't buy air conditioners every year like this..
What's wrong with them? Why they won't last any longer than a year? It's like they're made to last 10-12 months total running time and if you make it past the year, they tell you to get screwed.. It's completely wrong what these companies are doing selling garbage like this and won't stand behind it, Nor will Walmart apparently.. First for a HIPPA violation; and second for Intimidation Tactics and Bad Customer Service. Exactly what happened was me and my friend were going to pick up condoms (since I was running low) and Plan B (since with the Roe vs Wade decision I was worried it was going to get pulled off the shelves). The first example of Bad Customer Service was the response timing for opening the cabinet. It took us bothering the Pharmacy twice and the front to get someone to arrive 35 minutes after we first pushed the button. It was a busier day and we are dealing with a high theft item so if that was all that had happened I wouldn't be leaving this bad review.
Here's the HIPPA Violation. The associate that came to open the cabinet was an Older Indian Man. He asked what I needed and I said I needed access to both sides of the cabinet. He then said "No, I need to know exactly what you need." THAT IS A TEXTBOOK EXAMPLE OF A HIPPA VIOLATION. I used to be a Supervisor at a Pharmacy and when it comes to health related items they are NOT supposed to ask that. What you are supposed to do is unlock the side of the cabinet indicated, step back and allow the customer to select what is needed and take note if it's a high theft item. Or if it is an aisle under video surveillance (which this was complete with monitor letting us know we were being watched), step back and let the customer take what they need then relock the cabinet.
Here's the Bad Customer Service/ Intimidation tactics. Once I answered his inappropriate HIPPA violation question that I needed 2 boxes of Condoms and a Plan B he opened the door and stood next to the lock within 5 inches of me and made me remove the items while leering over me, which was made more difficult by the fact that the items weren't properly faced and the boxes were falling over. After I was forced to remove the items with him invading my personal space he then wanted to take the items. He told me I would have to finish my shopping and then ask AGAIN for the items up front. I had at that point had ENOUGH. I asked him if I could buy the items right now at the Pharmacy. He said yes but tried to insist that I needed to do the go to the front procedure.
I however am an advocate for my health and said No he could take them to the Pharmacy and I would pay Right Now. He dropped them off and finally left and then I had to get the Pharmacist's attention to finally Ring them up so I could get on with my day. My heart breaks for anyone who these intimidation tactics and inappropriate questions could have worked on. Like the 19 year old guy who has unprotected sex because getting a condom was made this difficult. Or worse yet the 17 year old girl who was one of the many unreported ** in this country asking for Plan B and getting leered at and violated again by this associate's questions. This sort of behavior is unacceptable and I will be sharing it publicly. Retrain your people and be happy I'm not suing after all you have the whole thing on tape which Can be subpoenaed.

We've been "members" of the WalMart+ program for 6 months now. I think we've had maybe 2 weeks without issue. We've had our delivery dropped on the wrong doorstep numerous times. Today our driver delivered the wrong order. This order was well over $400 (mine was $130). Called the store 4 times w/ no answer. Called Customer Service.
The agent argued that he could see a picture of my order on my doorstep. Sure, my doorstep, but not my order. Put me on hold then hung up on me. I texted the driver directly and he returned to pick up the wrong order and drop mine off. This is my last straw. I wasted 40 minutes today trying to track my order down. For that amount of time I can go to the store and get it myself. I got no apology from Customer Service, or the Store. The driver did text an apology. Additionally, they are always out of everything, even things I KNOW they have. Seriously, they had no lemons last week? None? I know there are shortages, but to not have something like that seems odd. If you are thinking of joining, don't bother! Go to Instacart! I will be as well!

I recently purchased a 29" piece of luggage but received the 21". I ordered online due to being disabled and could not return it to the store. Customer service emailed me a shipping label for FedEx and said they would pick up any where from 8am-5pm on April 2nd but they never showed up. I called customer service again the following day and this time they said that USPS would pick it up on April 4th between 8am-5pm. I asked if they would be emailing me a new shipping label since it was now a different service picking it up and the customer service rep said "no and that the FedEx label was ok". So...I waited for another whole day for the product to be picked up and when the USPS man came, he refused to take it because there was a FedEx label on it and the USPS would not get paid.
So...once again I called customer service and this time after speaking with several representatives (for an hour) they have told me that they will be sending FedEx out again and it will be any where's from 24-48 hours. I have already wasted 2 days waiting for this to be picked up and now they (Walmart) wants me to wait around for another 48 hours (2 days)? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

On February 4th, 2022 I ordered (5) Premier 14” Platform Metal Bed Frames from Walmart.com along with two sets of Ceramic Plate Sets for $506.57. I noticed later on after midnight on Feb 5th that the shipping address was the wrong address and immediately phoned Walmart to correct the address. I spoke to a young lady who was rude and obnoxious who said that she could NOT change my address per Walmart’s policy. She told me that I needed to get the order cancelled which she said she would do while I was on the phone and that I needed to re-order my items and send them to the correct address, which I did.
Walmart sent me an email stating that the shipment would go out Feb 7th, so that meant there was time enough to cancel that order instead of charging me over $1,000 for (10) bed frames. On Feb 10th, I received an email stating that (5) bed frames were sent to the address that I didn’t want them to go to and I called them immediately and told them to come and pick them up. They told me that I needed to carry those heavy bed frames to Fed Ex or Walmart and I told them that I am not able to do that seeing that I cancelled the order and I already purchased the 5 bed frames sent to the correct address in a few days.
I spoke to Representative Edward on 2-10-22 @ 12:45pm to complain that Walmart charged me (2) times for bed frames. Solution: Edward said that since I couldn’t physically bring the items into the store or Fed Ex and I didn’t have a printer to print out a return label that he would run through a transaction to get my refund within 3-5 biz days. He said that I could Dispose of bed frames or keep them since it wasn’t my fault that the original order was NOT cancelled by Marcella (or so says the email) as she instructed it would be.
I waited a week and there was NO refund so I phoned Walmart back and that is when all the games begun. The horrible customer service agents hung up in my face, put me on hold when I asked to speak to a supervisor then hung up while waiting to speak to a supervisor, told me that they weren’t giving me anything because the items were delivered, laughed at my distress, and told me to call my credit card company to get my refund. I cannot find any corporate phone numbers to inform the higher ups that they have severe problems with their customer service agents and policies.
I believe Walmart has very deceptive policies and certainly horrible CS staff & practices. Looks like from thousands of reviews I read, after the fact, that many people are experiencing these terrible things and have been for years. Reviews after reviews within Walmart are simply horrifying and this company is declining every minute of the day. I will stick with Amazon from now on and pay a higher price than to be ridiculed, gas lighted, and tormented with the games they play with their unfair practices. Walmart SUCKS and gets a negative ZERO thumbs down from me. I am writing to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, Trustpilot, and California’s Attorney General, and so should you all if you are reading this post and have experienced any of these horrors!!!

The associate in auto dept. was rude to other customers also and wouldn't give me an estimated time arrival. I had to call corporate to get any information. They offered me $5.00 coupon for my troubles. That would only pay for gas to & from store. What a joke Wally World has become. My future shopping will never include Wally World again. Buyer Beware. They gave me a refund and a $10 credit, but I will not be using it because this will be the last time I do business with them. Their stores are no better either. They always have to do a refund of some sort on every order that I have placed. Then they have the nerves to charge you twice for items that you may never see and you have to wait until the charges drop off. Once they had me in the negative at the bank because they charge twice on most orders without even letting you know. I should not be the only one complaining due to their poor services. If they can deliver more than half of their orders they need to close due to lack of services. Walmart.com don't deserve one star because they have been terrible on orders.

I had bought a hoverboard for my son’s birthday. He was beyond thrilled! Unfortunately in the first two days we noticed it wasn’t holding a charge. Immediately filed for a return. I received a shipping label to send it back. Headed to FedEx and dropped it off. Received a confirmation from Walmart that the package was enroute to them and I would be receiving my refund within a few days. I never received a refund!
I have now called and chatted online with them numerous times in the past several months and I still have not received a refund. They always tell me my problem is being escalated but no one ever gets back to me as they state they will within 24 hours. How can this company accept my return and then never give me my funds back? I wouldn’t be as upset if it wasn’t over $100 but I’m out $136 and Walmart received the merchandise back. Shame on Walmart!!!

But afterwards after my order was delivered a couple of hours ago I noticed in my bank account they still had me charged for the original order and had not removed the charges for the out of stock items so I booked a call back and I asked the rep why they were still charging me for all the items even after I had not received all of them and he put ne on hold like three times and eventually came back on the phone and said to me it would take 48 hours for my difference to show up in my account. Some still weren't acceptable AND others couldn't be reproduced because the order had already expired in their system. I was advised to cancel the entire order and get my money back. I was also advised to order online again for a shipping option because the production would be made by a machine instead of people so would look better.
I reordered a second time as advised on November 27 (Order# **). I then called Walmart.com and cancelled the original order. They provided a bar code and advised me to take the original items back to the Elizabethton Walmart. (#690). I took the items back to the local Walmart store and dealt with customer service. I was unhappy with the only option given. The option that was repeatedly given was that I would have to return the item to the actual store in order to get my money back. All I wanted was a replacement item. I was sent a damaged product by one of your employees whom works in the warehouse that shipped out the item in question. The item I brought was only $39 plus $3.46 in taxes totalling $42.46. I live in NYC and the closest Walmart to me is in North Begen, NJ. Why would I go all the way to New Jersey where I have to pay almost $20 in toll fees in order to to return home across the George Washington Bridge. In addition, I have to pay for gas to get back and forth in a SUV (Cadillac Escalade) truck. That's the same amount of the return, if not more. I'm losing at the end of the day.

I call again Friday, they are closed check back tomorrow, which is a Saturday. Guess what they are closed. I call back Monday- no answer and I talk to a different dept. they said they are actually open today however they are about to go to lunch, just swing in and talk to them in an hour. I arrive to find out they only have 3 tires that arrived. They track the tire and say it's lost 8 states away from me. They can't get one from another location. I have to fend for myself to call corporate to get it straightened out. I call corporate and they say, "Why are you calling us. Talk to your local Walmart. If they won't help call back another day."
Local walmart tries to help however once again told to talk to corporate...Are you not the same company???? Anyways talk to a few people in corporate and then they ask, "Why are you trying to get a refund for your tire." For the millionth time it's because I don't have it and it's now winter while driving my vehicle with the spare on it. This process has been almost been a month long ordeal. Not happy and haven't received any goodwill. I'll gladly pay a little extra for a local shop to complete the job next time. My mistake for giving this a try. SAVE YOURSELF the headache!

I have been a loyal customer for 7+ years & spend thousands of dollars on online orders BUT now Walmart has permanently banned my acct from ALL online orders. Walmart took it upon themselves to review my acct & make a final decision claiming that I have violated the return policy without even speaking to me, allowing me to defend/explain myself.
Yes, my account has had more returns in the last year but that is NOT my fault. I always speak/chat w/ Customer Care to report the exact issue & suggestions on how to prevent repeated issues but I'm guessing those aren’t documented. My “return” issues are always the same… I either received molded/spoiled/expired/damaged items OR have missing items. When I report missing items, I always reorder them.
For example, I recently received a bag of frozen fries that had a hole/tear in the bag & fries were coming out. Another time, I received molded fruit. Why would a walmart associate pick these items for a grocery delivery order?! If they were shopping for themselves, would they choose them items for purchase?? Another common issue is either: Fed-ex delivered my pkg to some other house than mine & I either never receive it or I have to go looking down my street at all of the porches OR certain items are just simply NOT in the bags when I have a grocery order.
I have already reported several times that Walmart needs to look at their 3rd party delivery drivers. All of these mistakes are NOT made by me but I'm ultimately the one that is now suffering. So, it should now be VERY clear as to why my returns have increased. Nevermind the fact that online orders are being handled by several people before the order actually gets to me. AND, most of my “returns” are missing/stolen items & should not count against me as a return because there is physically NO item that I can return. And I ALWAYS tell Customer Care that I dont want a refund… I just want a replacement sent. They respond the same everytime, saying they cant do that & will issue a refund back to my card so I can re-order myself.
I literally place a delivery order every 2-3 days & spend A LOT of money per month & Walmart didn’t even offer the courtesy of speaking with me before banning my account FOREVER. I was also told by a Customer Care Supervisor that there is NO ONE that can lift the ban or even review this UNFAIR decision! I also paid the monthly membership for Walmart+. The point of me/other customers paying this service every month is due to people not having a car, not wanting to go to the stores to prevent the spread of Covid-19 or just out of convenience.
Walmart needs to take a closer look at their own employees & 3rd party delivery drivers instead of banning loyal customers of almost 10 years. I will make sure to research/speak to someone regarding my rights in this UNFAIR situation. Also, I assure Walmart that I will let as many people know about how my account was discriminated & how I received ZERO help & communication.
I found out that my acct was permanently banned when I placed another grocery order & it was instantly cancelled & an email was sent stating:
"After a careful review of your account, we’ve noticed a series of returns violations, described in our Terms of Use. For this reason, we had to cancel your order **. Please know you weren't charged for this order. Any temporary holds will be removed within 10 business days, in accordance with your bank's policy. While future online orders from this account will also be canceled, you're always welcome to shop in store.Sincerely,
Team Walmart"
I chatted in right away & was told the block is permanent & the decision has already been made final. Wow, way to go Walmart!

I ordered a game for my ps4. I was charged 87.58 and they took the money from my bank account on Oct 30th...Today Nov 15th 2021 I check my account because it says I have less money than I should have. I go to my bank. They tell me I have another pending charge from Walmart.com for $68. I hadn't ordered anything since Oct 16th when I placed my order. My bank tells me to contact walmart.com so I call them. They tell and admit they charged me 68 dollars for the same product that I ordered which means they charged me twice since they got paid by my bank on Oct 30th 2021. I told them it's fraudulent to charge me twice for the same item they refuse to make it right and give that money back and reverse the charge. This company is a fraud. They steal from customers and should be charged with theft.

I went shopping with my mother. I wanted to pay for her stuff so added it to mine. The cashier quoted the price as $120.00 I gave her $200.00. She did the transaction gave me my receipt and money. I did not count my money or look at my receipt like I should have. When I got home I counted my money and checked my receipt to find I was short $20.00. I was suppose to get $80.00 and I got $60.00. I am writing this review to warn people to count your money at the register.

Horrible experience in Riverton Utah Supermarket and South Jordan Gateway. Both food deliveries. First was Riverton, sent a pic of my siding and said he delivered my groceries. I called Walmart for 30 min before a human picked up. Finally got pick-up and told her the driver lied, did not deliver and she said the groceries were still at the store. Many words later told me she would have delivered by 5, 5:30 rolled around, another round of 30 minutes to get a human and hung up on. Finally a person at pick up said my items were picked up- but you see, I never received those too. I asked if it was the same thief, she said probably. So, they let the kid pick up again and not instantly fired- WOW. He stole from me and lied twice.
Second from South Jordan Gateway, they delivered someone else's order to my 90 year old grandmother. She picked up her bag, expecting grapes, croissants and canned goods. The bag ripped and all 12 eggs cracked all over the bread, porch and grapes. I had to leave work and go clean up her porch. AVOID USING DELIVERY, they have gotten so desperate. They kept a thief employed after deceit and dishonesty. Harmon's, Smiths and Amazon are much more safe and quality workers. When I talk to the employees, they are completely helpless on helping fix their problem and act like everything is cheery, it is not cheery and all I need is the problem "fixed" when I am stolen from by a store employee.

After MONTHS of playing Walmart's release game for the X Box Series X, I finally won! They took forever to ship it! And when they did, they went with a second-rate shipping company... Needless to say, it was Lasership, a company KNOWN for "losing", "not delivering" and "stealing" packages.. Needless to say, I never saw my X Box! As soon as Lasership got their sticky paws on it, it was immediately marked "Lost". (Yeah I bet it was!) Wal-Mart refused to replace my X Box stating "Microsoft" Wouldn't allow it! Even during the MONTHS, I have been fighting for a replacement they had at least 3 releases of X Boxes! I was informed, "Yeah we have them, we just can't give one to you even though you purchased it and we messed up..." What kind of MESS is that?!?! You have what I ordered but refused to replace it!
I was offered a Playstation.... But this was not what I purchased, if I wanted a Playstation I would have brought a Playstation and I'm sure this rant would be about a Playstation... But NO! I brought an X Box Series X! Give me what you owe! They basically said f-off we not giving you the item you sat up months trying to buy and playing this release game for! They gave me funky ass $50 thinking it would make me go away quietly! WRONG!!! I don't need your funky ** $50. CLEARLY I just paid 500.00 for a gaming system you refuse to replace. A gaming system I'm sure has been placed back on your website for $1,000+. CROOKS! O and this offer came MONTHSSSS after trying to go through customer service, who was absolute of NO HELP!
Those agents are liars and useless!!! Trust me you aren't getting their real names if you are taking notes. I write everything and everyone I speak to down, so I found it beyond funny that I was given names like Lynn and Lisa only to get a survey asking me how my chat with LoveJoy went.... WHO? YEP! CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS. Don't waste your time with the X Box **. It's all for show! And for NOT!

Buyer BEWARE. I ordered $250 of gift cards from Wal-Mart. Normally I receive an email telling me how to activate my cards when they come in the mail. I ordered the cards 9/23/21. I never received an activation code. I have called around 6 times over the past month and I have been told they are having issues with their beta version and they cannot activate the cards and they are working on the issue. Wal-Mart did charge my credit card $250. They said they have no "eta" for when the issue will be resolved. They told me they can't refund me the $250, nor can they send me cards I will be able to activate. At this point I have paid money for cards that don't work with no timetable for resolution. I think after 30 days, Wal-Mart should refund me my money and once they figure things out, just don't activate the worthless cards they sent me. I would suggest you not buy any gift cards from Wal-Mart until this issue is resolved.

If I could leave a negative star amount for my experience today, I would! I have a physical disability; therefore, I thought it was a wonderful option to have my dry dog food delivered to my house automatically once per month. The price was $20.40 per bag if I chose this option. Great. The first month, I only received one bag, called in and was told I would be given a credit for the second bag. Then I noticed, the price had suddenly risen to $25.63 per bag. I called in again and was informed that I would still receive the original price. All I had to do was call in and provide the reference number that the CSR gave me. I thought, great! Thanks! I didn't cancel the order for the second month at the higher price because I thought I would get a credit. Wrong!!!
When I tried to call in for the credit, the first CSR put me on hold for 43 minutes before I finally hung up. The second CSR contacted his supervisor, then came back to me and said it was impossible to give me the credit that I had been promised. I asked to speak to the supervisor who told me the same. Not only was I lied to, a few days ago, I was at another store where I saw the same dog food on sale for $23.00 a bag. If I had known I wasn't going to get my credit, I would have cancelled the automatic delivery immediately and kept my eyes open for sales.
My dog is 100 pounds and goes through a lot of food, but I physically cannot lift the large bags to take advantage of the bulk prices. So yeah, if you sign up for the automatic monthly delivery, keep your eyes on the prices. It was literally less than a month before the dog food went up over $5.00 a bag. Sofia, no idea why you left me on hold for 43 minutes without at least checking in occasionally, but not cool. Justin from India being a supervisor is a crap job sometimes, but I had an agreement with your company and you just totally ignored it. Shame on you!

Gave her hard time then told her I had to wait a week to get my card credited back. Why do they keep my money for a week when they took it out the minute I ordered it? Do not order from this store. They will sell you used dirty merchandise in a new box. And for any one that want to rip them off was told they don't open returned merchandise boxes so you can put what you want in box and they'll give you money but it makes it hard on people like me that are honest. Bottom line is don't order anything online from Salisbury Walmart. Their store and customer service stinks. Called corporate. Let me start by saying that I've been a Walmart Shopper for many years. This, primarily because their prices are the best. Lately, I've been taking surveys and the rewards I get I divide into Walmart and Target Gift Cards. Unfortunately the last 5 or 6 times, when I go to check out, the Cashiers have no idea what to do with these gift cards since they're paper and not a physical card. They ALWAYS have to look for a Supervisor to help them. It doesn't appear that there is any way to signal one either. No walkie talkies (like Target) and apparently not able to flash the light on the aisle number to get anyone's attention.
I waited about 3 minutes this past Sunday when I finally gave up and paid cash for my items that I had a $15 gift card for. Had there not been a long line behind me, I would have waited but I didn't want the people behind me get irritated. It's irritating enough just shopping there!! It was a crazy busy day and the store was mobbed. Now, let's take Target....If there is a long line, they will open a "mobile" cash register to assist. You do have to use a credit or debit card since they are not actual registers. But it sure does help!

We have shopped from Walmart for a number of years. Yes, the growth of Amazon has helped and made it even easier to shop - from the comfort of our home. Recently, unable (a rarity) to find the items on Amazon, we ordered them from Walmart. After waiting for over 3 weeks - they were 2 weeks late - I was told the items were finally delivered! Yeah! Great - but no, not great, they weren't delivered and I was told I would be charged for them since I now had them. These were TWO BIG boxes - that were never at my door, or garage, or anywhere on our property - never delivered. Walmart emailed, called and "told me" it was my responsibility to get the items back if I wanted a refund! I now had to do THEIR job, find MY order AND get it back to THEM to get MY money back. Last time I checked, if you have a job, you carry through and complete it. If I order something and it doesn't come through, I get a refund - except, apparently, at Walmart.

Classic bait and switch scheme: advertise something online for low cost (TI-84 Plus CE for $71), saying have to come into store to buy, then tell customer that item is sold out, and try to sell them lower quality model for almost twice the cost (Ti-84 for $129). I was in the store, showing the manager that online currently states there is stock and she said there must be something wrong with their inventory. What a crock - they lie to get people in the store and then try to sell things for full price. Rest assured that I will never shop at Walmart again, and neither will any of my family.

I have purchased quite a few things from them. I'm done. I'll go back to Amazon because they make sure you are happy. When something arrives in the mail and it is defective Walmart makes it very inconvenient to return the item. You have to mail it back to them or go to one of their stores. If you are handicapped and that is the reason you buy online do not buy anything from Walmart. Amazon will pick up your order when it is returnable or when they are at fault.
