I tried to purchase a TCL 55" Roku Smart TV that went on sale at Walmart on 11/11/20 at 7:00pm. Although I attempted to make the purchase right when the sale started, I received an out of stock message. Looking through deal sites later that night I found out that for most people, the “deal” was gone in 60 seconds or less. I also found out, too late, that Walmart then “magically” found more stock of this TV at 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30 that evening. At 10:04 the next morning their website indicated that there were 94 available, but when I tried to add one to my cart I was told that it was out of stock. When I went back to the main page, it still said that there were 94 available. At 3:29 that afternoon the main page indicated that 83 were available, but the same thing happened.
At 9:30 that night I was actually able to add it to my cart, but when I tried to check out, surprisingly it was out of stock. Immediately afterwards I was able to add it to my cart again, with the same result...rinse and repeat. At 10:31pm the website showed that the TV was available for pickup locally, but the “add to cart” was gone.
Even though this TV is clearly unavailable, Walmart has the nerve to continue to prominently feature it on their “Black Friday Deals for Days” page (“Deals for Seconds” would be more accurate). This experience has really soured my opinion of Walmart. They obviously only obtained a token stock of this TV that they featured so prominently, and then distributed their miniscule stock in a staggered way that was very unfair to those who attempted to purchase the item when it was scheduled to go on sale. To then rub salt in the wound, their website has repeatedly indicated that the TV was available when it wasn’t. This is in stark contrast to the very positive Black Friday experiences I’ve had at Best Buy and Home Depot.
Walmart offering deals that they have no intention of honoring is an awful way to treat their customers. I greatly resent Walmart’s sales practices, their poorly managed website, and the time I’ve wasted pursuing this rigged “deal”. From the many concerns I’ve seen expressed here and at other sites, my experience is not an isolated incident. I suggest that in the future, we direct our time and money elsewhere.

I wrote a previous review on a problem I had with Walmart Help Center about a lost delivery. In this review, I want to give credit to the Resolution Department of Walmart for rectifying the problem I had. Once I contacted the Corporate Office, and explained what had occurred, they were right on it! Did their investigation, called me back with a resolution, and also listen to some feedback I had to help improve the communication from a consumer's view. I will say I was very satisfied when the call ended.

I had to contact Walmart after I didn’t receive my item after 3 days of staying “Out for Delivery.” That’s when they stated it was lost. I allowed them to reorder but I wanted to pick it up. It was stated I could, which was a lie. They canceled my order for a second time without my permission, and refunded my payment, which will take 5 days. The TV was for my grandson’s birthday which is Monday, but I won’t have his gift due to my money is held up.

I have ordered a long list of groceries. There were more raw vegetables, eggs, yoghurts, meat. I have clearly mentioned to ring the doorbell when it's arrived. Because maximum products are not supposed to be outside for longer time. But the delivery guy did not responded as per the instructions. Bags were outside in hot weather for 5 hours the cold products melted, meat was rotten and the vegetables lost freshness. It was such a mess of $50, I would never order through online delivery.

They sent a short dated Rx that normally has a shelf life of 24 months. The expensive medication that they sent is short dated and now expired. I’ve talked to 2 different representatives asking for assistance — no help — no adjustment — no replacement— not even a return call that was promised. My vet had warned me about them sending expired Rx’s. I should have listened to my vet. VERY DISSATISFIED. BE AWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Was helping my parents to purchase a TV, unfortunately my dad purchased the wrong TV. I immediately canceled the purchase as to not get the wrong TV. I called customer service right away hoping they would be able to swap my order for the TV I truly wanted. When I spoke with an agent I was told that they could not take my canceled order and put to a new order, that I had to wait 48 hours to receive an email stating that my order was actually canceled in order to repurchase the TV. Or I could just go ahead and purchase the TV I wanted and still get my refund so I wouldn’t be out additional funds. So I repurchase the TV I wanted and not to have that order canceled by Walmart.
I called customer service to gain an understanding of why my order was canceled. I was put on hold by the agent then hung up on. I immediately called back and spoke to another agent who informed me that because I had previously purchased a TV earlier they canceled this order as a protection. I informed the agent of what had taken place earlier and that I would like for the order to be placed. She informed me that I had to wait 30 minutes and reorder the TV again. When I purchased the TV it stated 2 day shipping, which means I would receive it on the 4 (Nov). After the purchase it stated I wouldn’t get it til the 6th.

I just came from the newly redesigned Walmart in Douglas GA. This is the second time I have shopped there this week. First off, there were no buggies to be had at the entrance. I had to walk to the other end of the store to get a buggy. Each time I shopped I was only able to purchase half of the items I was shopping for. Many of the aisle are very narrow and stock is ridiculously low. As for the Vitamin aisle it's nearly impossible to find what you need. A couple of years ago all the vitamins were on the shelve in alphabetical order. Now they are all over the place even on top shelves that you can't reach and no, they are not really categorized. Please make it simple and sort them alphabetically again. This is not to mention how many vitamins they are out of stock on.
On one aisle the sign says "canned beans" and Not canned vegetables. Very limited stock of beans and vegetables. Same goes for frozen vegetables. I found one bag of broccoli florets. Most of the vegetables freezer compartments are nearly empty. On to the bakery area. Zero Italian, French, everything bread. The rack was completely empty. I ask an associate. She said they either don't have any or they haven't put it out. No offer to check the back stock for me. The deli has associates that act like they are doing you a favor and most certainly are not trained on how to cut cold cuts (lunch meat).
The new layout is not bad but will take some getting used to. Associates are constantly stocking the shelves and shopping for customers. Stocking the shelves should be done overnight and not while customers are trying to get down an already crowded and narrow aisle. I just don't understand Walmart. We have a distributions center 2 miles away yet the store is always low in stock. Bottom line "You can't sell what you don't have".

I have ordered from Walmart 4 years now. I understand covid-19 has affected our way of life. The reason I'm writing this review is because I felt Walmart was there to assist me. Unfortunately in the last six months for sure WalMarts delivery time has gone down the tubes. I have had deliveries sent back; I have had deliveries missing; the last one was cancelled by them. I cannot believe how quickly their service is having such issues. I will no longer order from Walmart online due to this fact.

Corporate management, the Ethics Committee, and the head store manager, don't care to take such a problem seriously, so I have to shop online and have my groceries delivered, but now, they're even refusing to serve me in that sense, after having spent over an hour gathering around $300 in items, I'm told they are too busy to check me out, even a week from now, so what am I to do now with no food after having wasted my time shopping for food?

I've always just like mango. You'll have purchased brands that we find out later are Walmart brands and Walmart gives warranty on some items but when it's time to use warranty due to item not working proper Walmart refers us to company that handles warranty but only paid warranty. Eventually I like many people give up but after so much money wasted on Walmart brands that go bad I fought for my right to return item under manufacturers warranty and lucky me I had my call answered by a caring representative at the Walmart number on back of my microwave.
I went back to Walmart and still they refused to accept it but that rep called Walmart store and BOOM manager was making excuse of she's never knew this info of Walmart was responsible on exchanging Walmart brands under the manufacturer warranty and I finally walked out with replacement microwave. Remember what manager said about not Knowing store suppose to honor manufacturer warranty since item was Walmart brand she also said she's worked for Walmart over 20 years. That's slot of money Walmart kept from customers cause we the customers eventually take the loss. I was treated like a thief,a scammer, I was insulted and threatened of calling police etc. Whole time I was right.

Their online shopping is pathetic. I ordered 2 25lb weight plates on July 21. Ship date was months later on 8/31, to arrive 9/17. The only shipment progress states "label created" and ready for UPS. When my item still doesn't show any shipment progress on the 17th, I check with customer service. They claim the item was "lost" during shipment. First of all, how the heck do you lose 2 25lb weight plates? Secondly, it was never in the UPS system every time I checked. Sounds like they're trying to cover up what really happened? Definitely not shopping at Walmart either in store or online. The entire time (from July to September), I could have ordered from another merchant who is honest and won't take months to ship an item.

Initially delivery was the 9/18. I could have purchased from Amazon. Since you had the earliest date I ordered from Walmart. Your online ad tricked me into thinking I was ordering full sized plates. The price was what I normally purchase adult sized plates for. In very small print 6 inch is noted. All you stores that are going out of business wonder why? Rudeness and Dishonesty that's why! I took family vacation photos with my 9, one-use cameras. And as I left these cameras with Walmart store #5447 at 150 Harrison Avenue, Kearny, NJ, staff there said they'd call me in a month, once my photos finally would be developed. COVID-19 struck, and I got NO Walmart messages about my photos. So I called the Walmart store this month, only to get a ringing phone and no answer by anyone there. So I then called corporate Walmart phone numbers, and was told the Kearny Walmart gradually would call me back.
Well, I got the call-back, from a Kearny Walmart guy who only said, "sorry," my cameras and photos were thrown away, since Walmart and the Fujifilm lab that Walmart uses, automatically throw away consumers' cameras after one-and-a-half months! I told this Kearny Walmart guy that Walmart never called me about my photos supposedly, being developed. So Walmart gradually gave me some compensation. Right? Wrong! Walmart did NOTHING! I just got a hard-earned lesson to, NEVER leave cameras with Walmart!! Find someone - ANYone else - to care for, develop, and return, your precious photos!

Walmart uses DoorDash to delivery groceries including dairy and other perishables. Went great for 18 months. Got us through knee replacement and back surgeries. Then door dash changed to doing deliveries to multiple addresses in the same load. Walmart acknowledged the change in delivery policy AFTER I had two bad deliveries that I rejected. They then told me how they schedule the deliveries to be within 5 minutes of each other, yada, yada yada. The lie wasn't believable because my 5-7 minute delivery time changed to 30-45 minutes in 100 degree summer heat, in the uncooled trunks of cars!
The lie was even less believable because Walmart stupidly started showing the car's delivery route online. First stop other side of town, not in my neighborhood like I was told. Next stop at a quick food place part way to my house... Finally to my house. Refused that last order and cancelled my Walmart unlimited delivery service. Then I get a bill for the groceries which were supposedly delivered 2 days later without notifying me (no rotting groceries on my door step). NOTE I still use Walmart online, they have always been great but can only do limited non-perishables.
Other issue (lie): Local store in Benbrook, TX shows items out of stock for delivery. I drive right down to the store and items are on the shelf in plentiful quantity. I am now back shopping Albertson's and will try their pickup service during my next major surgery since I suspect everyone is using Door Dash with multiple deliveries and the Albertson's is too far away to trust for delivery in summer heat anyway.

I went to Walmart located at 1550 S Valley Drive las cruce NM 88005. Upon arrival there were no E carts available so I was waiting, soon a walmart employee rolled in the front door with one. I said I need one of those. He shook his head no and was trying to tell me something while wearing a mouth nose mask. I informed him repeatedly that I cant hear well and I need to read lips, asked him to step back keep the distance and pull down the mask so I can understand him. He refused, instead he kept trying to talk to me from behind the mask, I could not understand a word he said. I asked for the manager. He continued to talk (nonsense to me because I dont hear well). I got upset and went to the service desk to report the matter to a manager.
The manager woman I spoke to did the same thing the door greeter did, talking to me from behind the mask. She only pulled it down to rudely shout at me, she said ok when I told her what happened but they have a habit of letting the info go in one ear and out the other, just plain shrugging me off. This is not the 1st time I was treated rudely by the staff at this walmart and I expressed that I was sick of the abuse and being ignored. She then pulled the mask down and shouted, "I dont have to confront him in front of you."
By then another employee brought me an e cart and I did my shopping only to be approached by a LCPD officer who walked with me outside and told me I was banned from the store for cussing (becoming angry that I was denied accommodations). The officer did not investigate to confirm wrong doing, he just stood on their side and banned me. I was refused disability accommodation and wrongfully incriminated. When I reported it to walmart corporate via website the only reply I got AFTER INFORMING THEM I AM DEAF they tell me to "Call the manager of the store". How the heck am I gonna call the manager? I AM DEAF!.
I told them I need the manager to accommodate and email me but it never happened!~ I'm sure the manager is as much of a moron as the employees that he hires!~ and I guess this issue gets settled in a court room because walmart has such morons who discriminate the disabled and fail to accommodate, the company fails to properly train their staff to handle a person with hearing disabilities that does not sign~ so far after telling me A DEAF PERSON to make a phone call I have not gotten any further replies. So I had a friend call asking for that manager they told me to call, the woman he spoke to was rude and hung up on him and he did not get to speak to the general manager....So far the issue has been ignored by the crooks of the walmart corporations....LAWSUIT TIME!!!

Walmart has the company's buck tucked by not offering their best prices available to those shopping online, for delivery. For example, paper towels is not a delivery option unless you are going to pay for one of their most expensive options of them. Walmart will only offer their great prices to in store/pick up only. If delivery, most of is it not an option, or pay up. That is also how they strategically pay for their "over $35 free" shipping.

So yesterday I had groceries delivered to my home from the Walmart "pickup and delivery" service they have. I always specifically request "NO CONTACT DELIVERY" and for the driver to simply leave my groceries at my door. Easy enough right? Well not for this driver. This driver knocked on my door, shouted "HELLO??! WALMART DELIVERY!!!! HELLO?! IF YOU DON'T OPEN THE DOOR I'M GONNA HAVE TO TAKE YOUR GROCERIES BACK". He threatened me that he was gonna take back the groceries I had already paid for.
This driver did not respect my request of NO CONTACT DELIVERY and he also lied to me about him having to take my groceries back if I didn't open the door. Supposedly "it's a new rule Walmart has" but I know that's not true because I asked about this before. I was busy at the moment so I couldn't immediately open the door but regardless that's none of his business and he needed to respect my NO CONTACT DELIVERY request as this is part of his job he's getting paid to do. This driver just didn't care to respect my privacy and requests to leave my groceries at my door. That or he can't read or he can't understand what "leave at my door" means. The driver's name was Daniel.

Then they scanned the barcode on the old battery, said the sale of that battery didn’t show in the computer, so they weren’t honoring their warranty. I ordered three times from Walmart this month. Not once did they deliver on time (when THEY said they would). The first of the three times they canceled after a day, stating the product was out of stock. Why did it take a day for them to determine that after I spent an hour searching and asserting they had a good price? I had to find the product at another vendor and order it again.
The second of the three times they promised to deliver a product in two days. That was essential because I needed it for a trip I was taking in three days. The product was not delivered before I left 2.75 days later. When I got home from my trip the package was on my porch. I had to return the package unopened as it was no longer needed. That is when I learned about the return shipping policy. They use US Postal Service, and the system is not as convenient or reliable as Amazon returns, in my experience. For example, there is no links provided to arrange the return. They do provide a return label, but you have to arrange the return separately with the USPS, which has its own reliability issues (I arrange for them to retrieve the package on a certain day, but they did not come, so I had to arrange it a second time).
The third time I ordered from Walmart this month was two days ago. The package was supposed to arrive "by the end of the day" yesterday. It did not arrive, which is why I'm writing this review. Their delivery provides a tracking number. But unlike other package tracking services, this provides minimal information that is hardly useful. It only indicates the time the package was shipped and the deadline for meeting their shipping agreement. The arrival deadline is provided when the product was ordered, so that is not helpful.
Importantly, there are no updates when the package is late, so if you need something, you are in a bind. So their tracking system is essentially useless. The only reason to buy from Walmart is sometimes their prices are lower than Amazon or other online vendors. But the time I have wasted just this month suggests the few bucks I would have saved is not close to the value of the time I wasted dealing with them. I will avoid them in the future.

Hamilton Beach and its third party sellers should be ashamed of themselves because upon researching this product, I began to learn that other consumers who have recently purchased the product within the past year also experienced "electric zapping and popping", overheating, hearing "crackling" sounds, and observing "electrical bolts of lights" going off inside of the microwave while in use.
I am extremely dissatisfied about this dangerous experience and the fact that this product, which was a returned item placed on clearance, even had an opportunity to be resold despite these prior customer reviews that clearly indicated a similar experience. The only things I've had problems with are: it gargles a lot, as if it needs to be cleaned, which I've run vinegar through, but it's not filled with calcium or any bits, so I'm not sure why it's loud when filling. The other is the lid, that kind of catches, and sometimes needs a little push down. Other than that, all good. I had one for a long time before it just stopped working, and I replaced with the same coffeemaker.

They offered a good selection, although not quite as good, easy-to-use site and fast/free shipping. Once Walmart gets their product selection on par with Amazon, we may have a real race here. I hope they do. 4 stars for now, until they do.

Since I had had such incredibly good luck with this product, I went right out and bought another Murray mower from Walmart in 2018. I don't believe there has ever been a time that I have been able to go out and start it up and mow the lawn without another problem. In short, the merchant fulfilling the order via walmart.com is using a real storefront, Electronics R Us, Brooklyn NY, for fraudulent activity. ERU states on their website they do NO internet business nor are they affiliated with Walmart as a third-party seller. ERU does have a local traffic market who do seem pleased with their services. Despite reporting these findings to Walmart, they continue to market numerous cameras ranging in price from $389.99-$1149.99 from this "merchant". Bait for more victims. Never got it. They keep telling her that she's going to get the computer. She's never got it. They also said that it was a replacement order but it was not. We never got the computer but we sent back the Apple earpods and paid for shipping for 2 days and have not got nothing - not one refund for the two days, not a refund on the computer and no computer at all.
I suggest nobody order online from Walmart. It's nothing but a hassle and they do not care about their customers. If you order any product from the third part seller, Walmart customer support will not resolve any issues on the order fulfillment from third party vendors. You have to resolve the issue yourself from third party vendors on any order fulfillment issue.
I had issue from 2 orders submitted from Walmart: On one of my order I received something unusable which is different from my order, when I contacted Walmart customer support they gave me reseller contact to resolve myself. On the second order, I did not even receive anything and it is still showing delayed from DHL (I was thinking due to the COVID issues it may be delayed), when I did not receive over 6 months and contacted Walmart customer support. I am disabled with multiple health issues and on SSI. My bed broke during this Covid-19 issue around May 9th. Because of my health issues I cannot sleep on floor without serious problems. Could not afford a new bed, only a Cot. Local Stores that were open had nothing. Ordered a Coleman ComfortSmart Cot from Walmart.com on May 11th that was scheduled to arrive the 14th. It arrived late, it was damaged, the side of box was punctured, the box had been opened and resealed by FedEx with Fedex tape, the product was not packed in a separate shipping box just a shipping label thrown on to the product box, product was left in driveway with no notification of delivery during rain and by the time I saw it it was soaked.
I spent more than 6 hours trying to communicate with FedEx and Walmart to remedy this abominable treatment - and was forced to make multiple requests for a callback waiting between 45 minutes and 90 minutes each time. I explained to Walmart repeatedly I was disabled and could not load this into my car to drive 20 miles to the nearest Fedex ground to initiate a return and they insisted I had to - I even clearly stated I wanted accommodation due to health and disability and was disconnected twice. I finally spoke with someone at around 8pm on May 15th that said a refund would process immediately and Fedex would retrieve the package - it is now May 27/28 and FedEx did not retrieve the package until May 23 and gave me a defunct tracking number, I still have no refund!
I tried to reach out to Walmart repeatedly over the week of the 20th and was rudely disconnected every time I brought up the incident number or asked for a supervisor. They are intentionally preventing customers from resolving disputes and disconnecting them - the fact you cannot call them direct or have to wait on hold for such ridiculous times just to have them casually disconnect you is absurd. I was caused significant hardship - I cannot afford to get another cot while they still have my money - it has endangered my health and caused me significant problems as I have been forced to sleep on a floor now for 2 weeks due directly to Walmart's underhanded actions and attitudes. I have no cot nor my refund. Walmart are nothing but thieves and liars!

I went to Wal-Mart to purchase some paint and $150 of merchandise. The associate that mixed the paint did not seal the top. I took it out of the buggy and ended up covered in paint from head to toe. This was at the self checkout. Keep in mind that the employees watch the self checkout like hawks. Earlier I had purchased two jugs of bleach and an employee rushed over to remove one jug as she said it was limited due to coronavirus. I've actually had employees rush over and tell me that I rang an item twice. They are obviously stalking self checkout.
Somehow a customer covered in paint is not noticed. All employees watching the self checkout snickered and ran like hell. The manager actually departed the store and ran out front to hide. I stood there covered in paint for a while and decided that I must fend for myself as the plethora of employees staring and whispering were not going to assist. I went to the paint department to get a tarp to cover my car seats. I still paid for the tarp. On the way out I almost ran into the manager that was hiding in the parking lot. She asked me if "They" had talked to me. I don't know who "They" are but all the employees inside had not talked to me and seemed to be entertained by my misery.
I explained what had happened and she just repeated at the end of every sentence I Said "I understand" about 7 times. This Wal-Mart management bot was obviously in a loop. I finally asked her, "If you understand then are you going to do anything about it?." She asked me if I wanted a change of clothes. Keep in mind I'm covered in paint from head to toe. I guess she assumed that I might just want to wallow in a gallon of paint and ruin my car interior. They finally got me a change of clothes. I had to throw away my clothes, shoes, belt and wallet. I got paint all over my steering wheel and gear shifter on the way out. I wrote to Wal-Mart corporate twice and all they say is that "we're very sorry about this incident and we've forwarded your complaint to the local store."

It's no excuse for them to keep my money on merchandise I do not want or did not receive. I opened up a dispute with PayPal. They are manipulating PayPal by showing a tracking number like they sent the whole order and they did not, because they only sent the wanted part of the order but charged me for both the wanted part and the cancelled one.
It's really shameful how Wal-Mart can be a multibillion dollar corporation and be screwing people out of their money. I asked online if I had made a donation to this company and someone who pretended to be Customer Service on Facebook said I did. Overall this is a terrible company to work for. I would not want to work here because the employees and the customers seem miserable and I am also sick of hearing about the "complaining Karen meme," which Wal-Mart perpetrates because they force their employees to put up with so much because Wal-Mart makes sure they screw over their employees and their customers equally.
People should take their business elsewhere and remember how badly Wal-Mart acted during this crisis with the stealing money, the dying employees (two Wal-Marts in my state had employees die from COVID and many got sick so they had to shut the stores), the customers who didn't get their money back, and the return/cancel policies. COVID is no excuse to keep a customer's money either. Wal-Mart should have contacted me and said, "We attempted to do a refund to PayPal and it was not successful. Due to terminal jaw cancer my partner uses one 170 count box of kleenex a day because he is unable to keep his mouth closed. On average we go through seven boxes a week.
The line outside overlaps not 6 ft a part at all times. The line is in the form of the letter 'S', people in the middle are not able to keep 6 ft apart on all sides at the same time. Neither of the two practices is keeping with the Maryland stay at home order and does not comply with social distancing. I stopped going to the Dollar Tree store in Nottingham because they also posted a one box of kleenex per customer. This was my first time going to Walmart in Nottingham in at least two months. This is possibly the worst company to order from online. I ordered a couple of sets of dumbbells just before the pandemic hit. They said was in stock and shipping was 2 weeks out. They never updated my shipping during this time and customer service said everything is fine. Then day of delivery, the order is delayed. Customer service says they don’t have the ability to contact warehouse to find out why? What the? Why have a customer service department that does nothing different than your app? Waste of manpower.
They send message to upper management. They never call me just send a email that’s it’s out of stock. What the what? It was in stock when I ordered it. So are you are overselling product you don’t have? Not so. It turns out during this two week wait, Walmart had been shipping multiple dumbbells to all Walmart stores instead of fulfilling orders online. I know this because through my local Walmart, I tracked the trucks coming in and picked up some of my orders myself (because I didn’t trust online). So instead of fulfilling actual orders online, they decided it was more cost-effective to ship to stores (BTW option to ship to store for customer unavailable). Just terrible experience from beginning to end from all levels of this company. Best example of what NOT to do with a business practice model.

After tracking the order on Walmart, I found out that the order has been sitting in Rochester, NY since April 6. When I checked the USPS website, their Service Alerts states that “The Postal Service has so far experienced only minor operational impacts in the United States as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.” So the problem is not with the Post Office. I live in New Jersey, shopping has been very hectic lately. I arrived at Walmart almost 1 and 1/2 hours prior to them opening the store to wait online. I was approximately third or fourth in line from their closing time last night until I actually entered the store. I continuously looked on the app for items that they had in stock.
While waiting 1 and 1/2 hours to enter the store I was seeing employees leave the store with shopping bags full of items I guess they purchased from the store. Lysol spray hand sanitizer disinfecting wipes everything along those lines. As I noticed I continue to look on the app and it said the store was well stocked with all those items.
After finally getting a chance to enter the store once they opened after waiting one and a half hours in the cold for items that I need and my family needs all the items I seen employees walking out with were no longer on shelves in the store and we’re not to be found anywhere. When I was Passing the toilet tissue area I’ll I had noticed people taking stacks of toilet tissue but yet when I lifted up two boxes of gloves in a different aisle I had a representative tell me I could only take one. I explained I was reading the box in checking for sizing but she was literally within 1 to 2 feet of me breathing very close to me without a mask which is violating the 6 foot rule in New Jersey.
I am extremely disappointed in what is going on at Walmart, and personally I feel if that the employees are allowed to purchase whatever they choose to purchase before leaving the store that, that line I was on which contained over 300 people by the time the store opened should’ve been made aware of the fact that this would be allowed and it would have gave everybody a chance to decide to leave the line and go shop at another store where they do not allow things like that to happen. There is much more to the shopping experience than just that, and I will continue to post regarding the shopping experience I had today for the world to know. I did not even get a chance to explain what happened when I called Walmart customer service about it and what they actually told me on the phone, truly speechless!

During this time of enhanced sanitation and preventative measures related to the spread of Covid-19, Walmart has seemingly complied with insuring social distancing and general sanitation. However, when cashiers routinely lick their fingers in order to separate the plastic bags before placing a customer's groceries inside, this defeats the purpose of social distancing, and any other preventative practice.
This highly contagious virus is commonly contracted through coughs, sneezes and oral fluids which become airborne and land on surfaces. The common practice of applying one's saliva to plastic bag surfaces is a convenient short cut for any virus, and could very well endanger the lives of shoppers who then make contact with the bag's surface, as well as carry the bags home to their families. This places customers at high risk. This was seen on several occasions, but the most recent incident was reported to Walmart management. This is a policy issue which should be addressed throughout the franchise. Todd H.

Today was the second time I was duped by Walmart's bait and switch pricing. I purchased a Mainstays Microwave for $53.88 using the Walmart.com app. When I selected store options I was taken to another page which stated "Order now pick up in store" for $13.00 with a date the item would be available for pick up. However when I went to pick up the microwave I still paid the online price, even though I did exactly what the app said to do. Ordered online, and picked up in store. This is a misleading and deceptive pricing tactic. When speaking with associates and even supervisors I was given complex reasons as to why the price shown online could not be honored.
This is an issue Walmart and Walmart.com really need to address. If the in-store pick up price advertised online is not going to be honored once picked up in the store then it should not be shown. Further complicating the issue is the store not able or unwilling to make price adjustments to honor the price online without having me go through a complicated process. I was told by Walmart personnel that in order to receive the pick up price shown online I would have to return the item and wait 24 hours to repurchase at the advertised price. None of this is explained when making the purchase and seems contrary to pricing policies stated online by Walmart. Either do away with showing different pick up prices or streamline the price adjustment process so customers like myself are not deceived.
I had a similar experience with another purchase. However when I went to customer service the associate made the adjustment quick and easy. I've also made an online purchase for pick up at different Walmart location and upon pick up the price was instantly adjusted to the store price. So again I just implore Walmart and Walmart.com to update and/or honor its advertised pricing. For me I've been duped by this misleading practice one too many times now. I'll be sticking with Amazon.com for my online purchases from until Walmart/Walmart.com fixes this problem. I'll also be contacting my local news WSB channel 2 and 11 Alive investigative reporters to see if they are interested in doing a story on this. I think others should be aware of the scrupulous bait and switch tactics of Walmart.

Walmart refuses to honor the service plan as their agents claim it is my fault that I did not check the email receipt to see that it said TV rather than Phone. My point is that I chose a service plan when buying it, and it is not my fault that their software somehow associated my purchase with a TV (and we have never purchased a TV from Walmart). Furthermore, how was I to know that when TVs and Phones are sold in the same area, that the service plan heading might not be TV for all electronics.
I called and lodged the issue, with a promise that they (Walmart) would contact me in 24 hours. After 5 days, I called to find out status. An hour of combined time on hold and then to an agent that claimed to be able to resolve all issues, all that agent was able to do was refund the service plan ($10) fee. I stated that if Doug McMillon said that I was to be refunded, then a full refund would have happened. The worker continued so I finally stepped in and demanded that she stop it immediately. The store manager called mad and gave what she thought was an apology but she was more upset that a call got made. That manager could be why the worker was stressed out to start with. They are treated badly and will take it out on the customers and their products are junk. I mean who wants to send a phone off for repair when you bought it at a store?

Walmart is a joke. They're a big store that doesn't actually care about their customers. They are so huge that they just let the customer be disappointed and don't even try to fix it. They don't listen to the customer when the customer contacts customer "service". They leave NOT EVEN ** voice mails that you cannot understand a word of. They cancel your orders and lie and say the item was damaged in transit. Then they don't even try to replace the item. They just refund you and even screw THAT UP. I ordered a shelf from AMI Ventures Inc through Walmart.com. The shelf was cheap and I think they screwed the price up. So then because they obviously screwed up, they lied and said the shelf was damaged in transit.
Oh, and get this. IT WAS THE LAST ONE IN STOCK. So I asked if they could just send me the same shelf in a different color. Because those were in stock on the site. AMI Ventures Inc sends me an email, which was as grammatically incorrect as it gets by the way, saying there's nothing more they can do and they've refunded me. Then I get an email from Walmart saying my item had been shipped and there was a price adjustment. So I'm here thinking they shipped it. I email them to check and Walmart says it's been refunded. So then why does it say that I have been charged $1.18 if I've been refunded? Idiots. It's amazing that a company has so many employees and they can't fix something this small. Confused reading this review? Imagine my confusion from the 10 different employees I've spoken to so far and none of them have even remotely tried to actually fix anything or help. Customer "care" is a joke. Avoid Walmart if you can.

Let me tell you about the fun I had. First of all, when I called to make the appt it took 25 mins on the phone and the person was not with it. I arrived 10 min early for my appt and instead of being asked to fill out the paperwork while I waited they told me to leave and come back in 10 mins! Then I find out they scheduled multiple people at the same exact time as my appointment, 2pm. I told them when I made the appt that I was leaving work to do this. So, it was a race to fill out the clipboard paperwork with the same info I already gave them on the phone. Whoever finished first got to go first and everyone else had to wait. I waited. Why do I have to compete with the other patients for my time slot? Isn't that what appts are for? The real kicker was they had nobody scheduled after me and could have made my appt for 2:30pm where I wouldn't be waiting.
After starting the exam and completing one test for peripheral vision they tell me they can't access my results from the computer and that they have to reboot the whole office and to please come back in an hour. You've got to be kidding me. Staff is not winning at Jeopardy and no telling where they find them to work there, the short bus? But then again this is TN, not exactly the education state. So, I rescheduled and left accomplishing absolutely nothing. I'll be a no-show for that new appt.

Then I asked her to check with her manager, her manager said it is 3 month return policy but system saying 55 days policy and they can't override system. I came home and called Walmart. Every time they said, "We will reach store manager and someone will reach to you in 1-3 business days." But no one called. Then I called 3 more time and they said same thing. Now they saying we can not do anything and asking me to try different different store to return item. Very disappointed and helpless with Walmart service. I immediately tried to cancel that order. I received an email stating that the order was shipped and I could track the status, When tracked, website claimed that the cancellation was pending even though my credit card was charged. I contacted Walmart via their customer help chat function.
I was told that eh item was shipped via email but that was not the case. They would also not give me a refund or substitute and send a Windows based product. They said I could contact the manufacturer and have them disable the product key and send me another version but since I didn't receive the email for download, I have no access to the product key. Overall, I have no product, no support that would help me either get the right product or refund. Beware, when ordering from Walmart software that will be downloaded via email, they will not help correct the issue and you end up paying for nothing.

Walmart has gone down over the years. They don’t care to correct their mistakes because they don’t care about customers. I had orders repeatedly messed up and was given a complimentary fake promo code. I tried using the promo code on three different occasions and each time my order would be canceled. They kept giving different reasons for canceling my order and I would constantly have to argue about a new promo code. I feel it is owed to me and should be honored. The third time they canceled my order when I used the promo code, they said the item was out of stock. But for some reason they did not want to give me a new promo code and said they are only good for one time use. I’ve tried on four different occasions and have not been able to use it the one time.
I was going to stop being a customer months ago but stayed because I thought they was trying to correct their mistake. I stayed for months trying to use one promo code that they never intended for me to use to begin with. Even if a place has higher prices, I will not shop Walmart anymore because it’s a waste of time and they don’t care about customers. Clutch your purse or wallet and run.

Older, or disabled people cannot stand in line for an hour because Walmart chooses to be too cheap to open more checkout lanes. I intend to complain to Change.org. I would rather do without than to have to shop at your store. Amazon gets my business because I don't have to wait in line, or walk for hours on concrete floors when I need someone to help me, because there aren't any of those employees working in your store. Walmart will eventually close their doors because people will stop shopping there and having to do their own work. Shame on you Walmart!!!!

Capital One recently took over Walmart credit card accounts from Synchrony bank. I have been using Walmart credit card since 2012 and have been making regular payments (full statement balance) using automated payment option. When Capital one took over the accounts in 2019, I received an email stating that I will have to set up my automated payment again by creating a capital one account to make sure payments are not defaulted so I created one. I received my first month statement (October 2019) from Capital one. Was for $9.89 which was supposed to be paid automatically. Did not get processed and I was charged a late fee of $9.00 and interest of $10.89 in my November statement. I called up the customer service and spent almost an hour explaining the scenario and finally the agent was able to find out what went wrong with their system. He reverted the charges and helped me set up my automated payments.
Later next month (Dec 2019) I received a statement in which I am seeing an interest charge of $10.89 for outstanding amount. My previous month's payment was made in full through the automated payment option then how come there is an outstanding amount on which I am being charged an interest? So I called the customer service again and spent literally an hour and 15 mins to get this issue resolved. I have explained the whole issue to 2 agents and none of them are ready to analyze the issue and come with a solution but instead they said that the charge would remain on my account. I have about 12 credit cards with different banks and this one is the worst!!!! I decided to close this account permanently even if it is going to hurt my credit score.

Updated on 01/27/2020: Well I posted an ad before about the problem I was having trying to Buy a TV at Walmart and the problem is getting worse. I finally found an Ad on Google for the Philips 65" 4K HD Android Smart TV where I couldn't order it but the price was for in store pick up. This time was the first time the TV was available for at least in store pick up in over two months. So I called the Walmart store on Wrightsboro Rd. Augusta GA. 30904 to make sure that they had the TV in stock and was told they had 2 of them.
Seeing they had it in stock I decided to drive up & get it but of course because I've been looking for a TV at that price since before Thanksgiving. Again I ran into another problem. Yes they had the TV in stock but refused to sell my the TV for the price I saw it at online. I was told that I would have to pay $448.00 instead of the online price of $278.00. As I was leaving the store I called the corporate office to find out why and the woman that was helping me said that she was able to find it for the same price. Seeing it couldn't be ordered online because it was a great price & was set up for in store pick up only. The manager was unable or refused to find it at the price I found it and the office found it. I feel like they do this in order to get us to the store so we would spend our money on something else.
The woman from the office then was trying to make excuses for the company by trying to tell me that it's up to the manager whether or not they will give it to me at that price. She also went on to say after reading the ad that this was a special price meaning there was no need to price match. I'm sick of the store committing what I call theft by deception and not only posting here but will be filing with the Better Business Bureau because I'm sick of the store playing games to get our attention and for wasting my time and gas just to be let down. I will also be contacting the under cover news channel.
Original Review: I've been trying to buy a big screen TV online from Walmart since before Thanksgiving and been unsuccessful. Been asking Google to find me big screen TV's on sale & even though I find them online they are never available for pick up or delivery. I have been looking for ones under $300.00 and yes I find them listed for $278.00, back around Black Friday I was even looking at the 58" TV's and the 65" TV's. Unfortunately when I do find them for that price they've all been unavailable for pick up or delivery. It's now been about 2 months and even spoke with someone from Corporate office's and was told that they are completely out of stock and not sure when they would be getting them.
I told them that they should have pulled the ads down until they get them seeing they are not sure when they will have them again. By advertising them while they are out of stock and no clue when they will get them again that this is false advertisement. I was looking at the Philips 65" class 4K ultra HD android smart led TV for $278.
Lets just say I looked for them while I was in Boston from 11/22/19-12/2/19 and the same thing with no pick up or delivery as well as been looking in Georgia and South Carolina. They are never available no matter what so not only am I writing this, I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau. They need to be looked into for false advertisement and I know that the BBB can only do so much. So I'm letting everyone know that we the customers can help the Better Business Bureau keep all businesses doing what right but not only posting a Yelp but by helping the BBB even if we all have to band together and get a petition going so the BBB can look into it and make all businesses do what's right. Yes I also have screen shots of these false ads.

They do not have the sense of delivering the order on time but they are in complete senses to force the order on you once you receive it post 20 days of the delivery date. Pathetic company, huge set of cheaters and the most shameless organization I have ever seen. I am providing proof of their emails where they are forcing me to keep the item and return only 30% of the amount when I asked for a refund.
Walmart has been an extreme troublemaker this time. I am extremely unhappy about the order that I placed online from Walmart Canada. Firstly, the order got divided into two types. Type One -- Groceries – This was delivered through door dash delivery on the expected day but wrong time and hence, I had to wait most of the time at home to just receive the order.
Type Two - Product One – From Walmart – Magic Bullet Blender – Estimated delivery Date 18th Dec 2019, which kept on changing to different dates like 27th Dec, 2019. Canceled this order on 26th Dec, 2019 but still received the order on 31st December, 2019. I had to take trouble of making multiple calls then finally go by myself to return the order to Canada Post. What is the point of shopping online if the executives ask you to visit Walmart to return the order? Pathetic People. Product Two – from Tasharina Corp – This one is a huge blunder and I really do not have any strength to explain the scenario. All I have done is attached emails of various conversations where neither Walmart has been helpful nor Tasharina is willing to return my money.
Basically, Tasharina is a cheater company and Walmart cheated on me too. If I do an online purchase from Walmart Canada then how can Walmart run away from their responsibility and ask me to deal with the third party on my own? Walmart and Tasharina are partners in a way and hence, the products are available to shop online on Walmart’s website. So According to Walmart, you can buy their partnered product online but cannot return through them. I am simply frustrated and would never ever shop from Walmart.

December 2019 Joplin Missouri, I was out there visiting some family and I developed engine failure. I spent $819 in your Range Line store earlier that day. I called the manager of the Range Line Walmart and expressed my concern for needing to bring back a few things in order to pay for the wrecker to get me home back in Springfield Missouri. I said I will hurry my best and get there. I'm disabled and a good 2 miles away on foot. I want to hurry because it's 17 degrees now and supposed to get colder. He said okay, shouldn't be a problem. That was about 8:45 p.m. The car quit on me about 2 miles from the Range Line store so I grabbed the items that I wanted to return so I could afford someone or somehow to get back home.
By the time I got to the Range Line Walmart, it was 10 minutes after 10. I walked in with my items that I needed to return. I was about dead since I have a neck injury and can't look straight up. I have to walk with my head in a downward position. Nobody would wait on me. I had things in my arms and they knew that the return department was closed, so I called the manager. No one showed. I called several people. I waited at the manager's door. I could hear her in there. They wouldn't open the door so finally fell from exhaustion and the manager came up to me and said, "Can I help you." I said, "Yes I called earlier and my car is broken down on me. It's up the road 2 miles where it quit running. I need to pay for a wrecker. I need to bring these items back. I spent $819 in here earlier today but I'm not able to keep all of them because I need some of them to return so I can get home."
The manager told me, "I'm sorry the returns department close 10 minutes ago. You have to come back in the morning." I said, "Please let me return these. My car is down the road. I have no place to sleep. I have no money. I will have to sleep in my car tonight out of middle of nowhere on Range Line Road. It's just a couple hundred dollars I need." She said I'm sorry so I called Bentonville explained my troubles and they told me they were sorry, but they let the managers of the store make store-level decisions now on returns and they cannot force a store to help a customer out.
I explained my situation being stranded, I'm disabled, I'm 56 years old and I can't walk very good and I can't talk very good and they told me to come back at 7am when the returns department opens. I said, "So OK, you're going to let me walk out this door and now it's 12 degrees and walk all the way back to my car, holding all these returns let me walk out the door." I said, "I'll have to stay in a cold car. It's 12 degrees outside. Is that what you want me to do? And I give every disability check I have 90% of it to shopping at Walmart." They said, "Yes, we are sorry but you will need to come back at 7 a.m. in the morning when the returns department opens." So crying from anger carrying 6 items I needed to return, dropping them- about an hour or I was back at my car. I had no blankets and so I just climbed into and curled myself into the tightest ball for heat I could.
I'm a man but yes crying I walked out the door walk to half a mile or maybe, it was starting to snow and I got in my car and I'm sitting on Range Line road and it's only not even midnight yet. My heater don't work on car. Wouldn't be running anyway since I have no heat. Hour after hour my feet are freezing. I didn't have extra clothes. My hands were frozen. My face is frozen. My windshield wipers quit working. There I was 11:30 at night until 7 the next morning. I sit in that cold car because it was 10 after 10 and Walmart would not to me right good return for me so I can have some place to stay safe to sleep at night. The next morning I grabbed the returns again and walked the 2 miles back to Walmart but this time my hands and feet did not have any feeling in them so the cold wasnt as bad.
When I got back to the store that morning I was wore out and trembling from the walk and the cold and sleeping in the car all night. I made my way to the returns department and the lady glanced up and me then back down and continued to mess with some paper. I was friendly. There wasn't any reason to involve her because she was not there last night. She said, "Can help you?" And I said, "Yes I broke down last night and need to return these so I can get home." She looked at them and said, "They are wet, we cant take back wet items." I didn't say a word. I couldn't. I just looked at her. She grabbed the stuff I brought in and started ringing it up and finally I was getting somewhere. She said, "Sign this ticket," and handed me a Walmart freaking gift card and said I can use it anywhere in the store.
I said I used my debit card on these and I need cash to get home. She said, "Since they are wet we have to put them on a debit card." There was no need to call management. No need to call Bentonville again. I was so full of hate and anger I was beside myself and at almost 60 years old, damn near a heart attack. I went outside and fell over right there by the Coke machine. I cried like never before with anger so bad. Some people stopped and asked if I was ok and I told them the whole story and they took me back to my car to put the stuff up, took me to get something to eat and then gave me $200 to get my car fixed and back on the road. I have paid them back, but I have never set foot in Walmart again.
You know what, you won't care either. You seem to have forgotten that it's the people like us that built your empire. There are good people at Walmart, and I have taken things back after 10 before at other stores and they just use a designation register for it. Do I think you should compensate me for how I was treated and everything about that night, hell yes I do. My part I am doing right now. You need to remember, WE the customers pay your salary. Without US, you would still be a small shop in Bentonville, if that. I think the part that hurt the most was her grin when she handed me the gift card, and when she has seen my face go from a small smile of hopeless looking like someone just hit me in the back with their fist.

I went to their site and you have to start the return there. It took several steps to check off each item I intended to return. If returning by mail you have to print the shipping label. If returning to a store you print a receipt. And if anything was from a 3rd party, print the shipping label to return it. Needless to say, owning a printer is a must. I could have avoided all this by returning to the store for store credit. I got so frustrated that I ended up giving everything away. I bought a Walmart Visa gift card to make a purchase on an online site I was new to, for extra safety. 1. After the required 24 hours, I went online and activated the gift card. 2. I checked the balance were activated and my balance shows correct. 3. The gift card will not work for any retail purchase; I presume a physically bad or damaged gift card. 4. Went to Walmart for resolution. Told they will not refund or replace the card per cardholder agreement (which you can only see after purchase inside the packaging). I was directed to speak with Walmart's vendor of the gift card. 5. Called the phone number on the gift card and was led through an array of menus that do not provide a path to resolution. It is impossible to get to a real person to explain the quite straightforward problem.
Conclusion: I have lost the initial purchase value of the gift card plus many hour wasted unsuccessfully trying to get a resolution. I am appalled that the retailer (Walmart), that accepts your money and receives profit, can simply shoo you away after purchase and send you off to resolve with their vendor (for which you have no relationship and did not pick to do business). I believe the person or company for which you give your money should be responsible for the products they sell you, period.

And when there was an issue, an immediate resolution. I decided to test out Walmart.com for the first time this year and it has become my greatest regret. Customer support is terrible. Solutions to problems don’t exist. Hours of time has been wasted. Resolution is non existent. I cannot even begin to understand how Walmart.com still exists. It is a painful crap show and a joke of an experience. Walmart.com is pure trash. If you can get what you’re looking for from amazon.com, eBay or anywhere else, do that.

2) Many items only for p/u.

5) Once you buy an item they increase the price.
6) Orders not delivered in 2 days as posted, they change the delivery time in the history, is not the same day as confirmation after the order.
7) Items go on sale days after buying. They do not refund the difference.
8) Wrong items send or broken /spilled on arrival.
9) Item in orders cancelled after ordering showing available at the ordering time.
10) Prices not always low as per Walmart site "commitment".
There are reasons why people buy online. 1 is convenience, this is not the case as problems described above persist or saving time.

I want to share my experience as a Walmart customer, victim. I ordered and paid a snowblower last November, and today December 29th, I have not received it yet. When I called the customer service they simply asked me to cancel the order, reorder it again and they will deliver it in the next 3 weeks. So I paid for them $478, waited 5 weeks, and have to wait another 3 weeks, if I want to get the snowblower after this winter, otherwise I have to cancel the order and wait another 2 or 3 weeks to get my money back. Anyway, I accept or not, they are going to keep my money for 8 weeks. I don't know how many other victims were scammed in this way by Walmart, but certainly Walmart make a lot of cashflow by using this strategy, collecting money and don’t deliver in time or at all. I am wondering whether there exist any US law that protect consumers from this “smart” kind of scammers.

December 24th, Walmart.com shows a wreath box storage lot (6) at $7.98, but this is a “pay and pick up in store only” type of offer. It is apparently available at my local Walmart (15 min away from my place) in Woodstock, GA. I have been looking at wreath boxes for a few weeks and this offer is pretty neat. It is Christmas Eve, but I rush to the store before the boxes are gone. No lot of 6 is available. They have the product I am looking for, sold individually for $11.50. The clerk and the warehouse associate can’t find the offer, despite me showing them live that it is active and available exclusively at their store. The manager arrives, cannot find the offer in his database, says it is “probably” a mistake, but refuses to honor the offer.
The Walmart IT department says it is a Store Experience issue. The Store Experience department tells me it’s a mistake, but refuses to help in any form to honor the offer. This was Christmas Eve, and today, December 29th 2019, the false advertisement is still online. Fun fact, I found out it is a nationwide fraud, stating it is available for “pay and pick up only” at about half of their store (I tried different postcodes). For a few bucks more, it seems Wal-Mart attracts shoppers by misleading them, via a very sought after seasonal product, and keeps the greed going still today, December 29th. If you read this today, just Google “wreath storage lot”, and see for yourself the offer popping up at $7.98.

Hi, I wanted to register a complaint. I had the most pathetic customer service experience during Black Friday 2019. I bought 2 phones at Walmart in Folsom CA. I took the last appointment available, to avoid busy times in store. Here is the summary:
1. I went to the store at 11.30AM on Monday. All the customer reps in wireless dept were on break at the same time. I waited for 45 mins before someone came. One rep helped activate one phone and took about 2 hours. First rep had to go on his lunch break and I was handed over to second rep (Aryhan). Aryhan was SUPER SLOW and had no care for any customer service. He was helping me activate the second phone and in middle of helping me, he walked out to answer some other customers in gaming department. He was chit-chatting with them for another 45 mins. PATHETIC! I went to him and asked him to finish my activation, for which he just nodded. I spent 3.5hrs and got one phone activation.
2. I was asked to come at 6pm next day to activate 2nd phone. I was there at 6pm sharp. AGAIN, all reps were on break at same time. I called the store manager several times but it went to voicemail and I haven't heard back from her since. I now got hold of assistant store manager. He went in to check on the reps and NEVER returned to me. So I waited for 1hr AGAIN. It took them another 1.5hrs to activate the 2nd phone.
3. SCAM alert: One of the reps requested me to add a line in my account so that he can buy the phone for his wife and get the walmart discount!
4. I called the STORE manager several times during this whole time. I had ZERO response from her.
5. I even called customer service number to register a complaint. Reference number: **. I haven't heard back yet!
In all I spent 7+ hrs to activate just 2 phones and supremely frustrated with the service and carefree attitude towards customer waiting. Also, scam alert: It felt like the reps were trying to frustrate customers in walking out of the deal so that they can buy the phone for themselves. Of course, the Store manager was non-responsive and not available for any of this issue.

But only when I placed my order did it actual tell me that that Dec 31 was for Dec 31 2020... More than a year after my order is placed. This is completely fraudulent activity on Walmart’s part to not tell their consumers that their item won’t ship for more than a year when I would naturally assume that when it says ships December 31 it is talking about the December 31 that occurs in five days time.
When I contacted them they said that they couldn’t do anything about it because according to their policy they can’t cancel and order more than 30 minutes after it is placed. Like 30 minutes... seriously? I didn’t even notice the date for 2 hours because that’s when they sent me my order confirmation! That is seriously ridiculous for them to send me my order confirmation after the cancellation window has passed. Be safe with your money... Every time I buy something from Walmart, the prices for the items are not accurate. One or two items are always rang up more expensive than what was labelled on the tags on the store shelves. For example, a while back I bought three 1-gal glass canisters with lids. The tags indicated they were $8 each, but at the cash register they charged me $10 each. I went to the customer service counter to ask them about it and they send a sale associate to check on the price and came back agreeing they are $8. The sale associate said out of courtesy she can only offer me one canister at the $8 price and the other two at $10. To me, this is consider false advertisement. It is important for shoppers to check their receipts before leaving Walmart. THEIR PRICES ARE NOT ACCURATELY LABEL FOR A LOT OF ITEMS ON THEIR SHELVES.
A second incident involved online order. I recently placed an online order with Walmart. I ordered a dollhouse from them. It was almost about a week passed the indicated arrival date. Out of the blue they send me an email notifying me that I am getting a refund on the dollhouse because I failed to come pick up the dollhouse. I chatted with customer rep on Walmart.com and called the store to ask why am I getting a refund and how did I failed to pick up the dollhouse when I never received an email indicating it was ready for pickup.
No one could give me an accurate answer as to why they cancelled my order. I have to waste more of my own time and go to my Walmart store and speak to the online ordering dept to finally figure out that they lost my item during shipping and it wouldn't get here by Christmas. So instead of giving me call and letting me know the dollhouse was lost and they did not received it at the store. They blamed me and claimed I failed to pick it up. The sale person told me I could reorder the item. But the dollhouse is now $30 more.
And to make the situation worst, when I went to pick up my cash refund for this order at the customer service desk, the sale associate couldn't give me my refund because my order number is no longer valid or exist in their system. I have to wait an hour for them to sort this out and to finally to hand me my cash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

I purchased an item through Walmart.com. I used Affirm to pay for it and when it was ready at the store I picked it up. This part was great. Then about 5 days later I noticed the same item had dropped $50 so I went to my local Walmart to see if I could get a price adjustment. The customer service person told me they could not do a price adjustment and I would have to return the item and then re-order it online. Ok so I thought I will return the item for a refund on the Affirm loan and reorder the same item at the lower price and use Affirm again. That night I got home and tried to order the same item and suddenly Affirm is unavailable. And Affirm continues to be unavailable. Then the next day the refund is processed through Affirm but I still owe $24.67. I double check my refund receipt and that is when I notice that they had only refunded me the purchase price of the item I had returned and not the sales tax.
I tried through Walmart online customer chat and they told me it was Affirm's problem not theirs. So then I went to the store I had returned the item to and they told me that Affirm had to refund the sales tax since they charged it. My reaction was what the hell? That can't be right. I ordered and paid for this item through Walmart.com and used the Affirm app to pay for it. They would not budge so I called Affirm and had them dispute the charge since I felt I should not be on the hook for the sales tax of an item that I returned in unopened condition. What a rip off. The issue has not fully resolved and I can only hope that I do not end up with a collection's agency after me over sales tax on an item I returned. I placed an online order on December 3rd for quite a few items with Walmart. A lot of their Cyber Monday deals were still going on & I needed to get some Christmas shopping done. I hate going in their store which is literally 5 minutes from me. It's one of the worst in the area & even have had employees there refer me to another farther away because of the issues (tons of staples out of stock like bread, milk, diapers...or they'll be there in the back but no one will stock them or go get them if you request & you can sometimes literally see the products through the cooler sections just sitting there). It's always a madhouse with few registers open & takes as long to checkout as it does to do your shopping. This is when it's NOT Christmas!
All of the items in my order said they were to be delivered prior to christmas (all of the items had different delivery dates) but then 3 switched to delayed. I still didn't mind as long as they were showing up before christmas. One I tracked down with Fedex (which all 3 of my delayed orders were sent through, the other 7 came from UPS or USPS) after the other had said delayed & showed up. The 2 packages that eventually arrived still show as delayed on my order w/ Walmart. This put me on alert something was off about their shipping with Fedex so I was watching my tracking statuses after the first delayed order arrived.
This morning I called fedex about a Ryan's World deluxe figure set I'd ordered for my 5 year old. I'd ordered it on the 3rd. It said on the 10th the label was being made & then there was no further updates. This is kind of what happened w/ my 2 other packages so I assumed it was again on Fedex' end & it would arrive. Today is the 17th though & there was absolutely no change so I thought I'd call Fedex to see if they had more info. They told me Walmart never sent them the info for them to pick up the order & just that the order existed so I needed to call Walmart.
I called walmart & they told me this item was no longer available for delivery & they could refund me the purchase and I could go to my local store to pick it up. I told them I'm not doing that for the reasons described above. I did not wait to order until last minute & when I had ordered this item was available for delivery. The customer service woman was polite & issued me a refund & said she would give me a promo for $15 off my order I could use to get something else for my son. Well when I checked my email, the promo was only if I spent $25 online. My initial purchase was much larger but this item was only $20. It'd still be $10 off if I spent an extra $5 above what I initially did, but forget them.
I just went on my Amazon account & ordered then same item. It cost more but it will be here in a couple days (probably from the same vendor) & I won't need to babysit my order. The only reason I didn't initially go through my amazon acct to begin with is because of the Cyber Monday deals but Walmart has been as much of a headache to order through as they are to go into the store & do business with! I wouldn't even had known they weren't sending the item if I hadn't been tracking my orders & called!
I had a similar experience last year with a toaster oven I bought on sale & it was supposed to be ready for pickup in a few hours. Before the end of the day I literally went in & grabbed it off the shelf myself 10 hours later & they had to get someone over to pickup to check it out (it was the last one in the store but stock said there was 3 online). Another reason I was unwilling this time to purchase the item they canceled online and go to the store to pickup it up. There's a great chance I'd still never of gotten it!

Why was this clerk so poorly trained and working this layaway department unassisted?
I did return to this store to finish my transaction today which is 12/9/19. I experienced such a lack of customer service at this store that I refuse to ever walk into another Walmart. When I initiated the layaway of my item, I was told that certain delivery arrangements were possible. The clerk gave me information on whom I should contact regarding this. I did not know any better as I have never put anything in layaway at a Walmart.
I went in today and was not only met with indifference, but was told over and over what they could not do and what Walmart does not do. No attempt was made to address the misinformation I was given. I presented the card that I was given when I first initiated the layaway. In, fact one the clerks who was at the layaway department at this time today told me that the information I was giving to them was "jankey" and implied that I was trying to get something without paying for it. I said that I wanted my money back and another clerk in the department suggested to me that it would be easier, (easier for whom????).
If I paid the remainder of my layaway balance in full, pick up my item at the front of the store, and proceed to return it for full refund. I told them that was not going to give them another dime, and again I asked for my money back. The clerk seeing how very, very unhappy and displeased I was with this Stupid suggestion (policy?), that he gave me a partial refund. To insult a customer and make to no attempt to redress the situation has lost them a customer, as I do not condone nor support poor customer service. If I could give them a minus star I would.

I am now being punished for something NOT OF MY CONTROL. THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK WITH ME OR ANSWER EMAILS REGARDING MY CONCERNS and being penalized causing tremendous hardships for me.

I purchased 3 items from Walmart.com at around 2:00 am on Friday 11/29 (Black Friday). I am now a Mom of two and although I have an Amazon account, the prices and promise of prompt shipping from Walmart was alluring. Two-day shipping from Walmart is a complete lie. Do not believe it - but if the items came AT ALL - I would be happy. The first item was a Frozen 2 singing Vanity for my daughter. It was supposed to arrive Thursday 12/5. I stayed up waiting, with the front light on. No package. The next morning, I received an email that said the package was delivered by FedEx at 10:34 pm. NO ONE DELIVERS PACKAGES TO HOMES AT THAT TIME. Plus - I was sitting on a couch right by the front door and there were NO cars on the street at all.
We live in Hanover, MA. When I looked back through the shipment history for the package, it says that the product went from Framingham, MA to Virginia and then to Hanover, MA all within the span of an hour. Obviously this is not possible and must be a mistake on the shipping company's part. I sent a group message to all of our neighbors (we are all very close in a small neighborhood) to see if the package had ended up at someone else's house. Apparently Walmart delivered packages to wrong addresses throughout the neighborhood recently - but mine did not show up.
I contacted Walmart and they assured me that it was delivered (despite not being able to explain that time of night), but said that they would refund me. I asked for a new item to be delivered because this is the "big" gift my daughter is getting from Santa. Walmart said it was out of stock in stores and online and they don't know when they will get it back. Checked Target, Amazon and Kohl's and it's the same deal for all of them too. I could get one by Christmas if I want to pay almost four times what I did the first time. Who can afford that?! So now I'm waiting on the next few packages to arrive from Walmart.com.
The other two items were supposed to be delivered on Friday 12/6. Again - have not received these items. The items are said to be in Quincy, MA and have not moved from there since Thursday. Now it just says that my packages are delayed and they are unsure of which day they will be delivered. Obviously after they lost the first package, I am extremely nervous about the other two arriving at all. On the other hand - I ordered from Amazon on the same day and everything came within 2 days! INCLUDING A GIANT BRITAX CARSEAT!!!! Don't let Walmart fool you into thinking they can ship things quickly like Amazon. This is day 9 and I have nothing. I am so sad and bummed. I feel like the worst Mom for not being able to give my kids the Christmas presents on Christmas morning that I ALREADY ORDERED. Thanks for nothing Walmart! =(

Bought a tv online on Black Friday. Got an email confirmation about picking up the tv when ready. A couple hours later, received another email that the tv was out of stock, no rain check??? Cyber Monday: received an email about TVs on sale. Same identical tv on sale for $70 more. I thought they were out of stock on Friday, suddenly appeared on Monday???? Scam. False advertising. Will avoid Walmart period moving forward.

Am a fairly laid back and understanding person. I had literally the WORST experience. I literally spend so much money at Walmart having a large family. I placed an online order to be delivered for Thursday night. My home store is the one in Lake Saint Louis, MO. The order was not delivered so I called customer service. They stated the order had been rescheduled for the next day at the same time. Nobody called me to notify me or ask me if this was acceptable. She instructed me to call back the next day which I did. The next day I called and asked if the delivery be moved to the following day (Saturday) morning and she called the store and confirmed an 8-9AM delivery with the manager. I waited and no delivery.
I called shortly after 9 AM and the customer service agent called the store again and spoke with Manager Dave. He promised to have my delivery to my home by 5 PM Saturday and he would call and confirm with me beforehand that I would receive the items I had already paid for. I waited around the house all day, not having an exact time. 5 PM came and was gone and no delivery. I called Customer service and explained to them that I wanted my delivery completely cancelled. Walmart will never get another dime of my money again. The customer service agents were fabulous. The store above obviously does not have things in order. This was unprofessional and inexcusable the way they treated a customer who orders frequently and spends so much money at their store. Shame on you Walmart!

On December 4th at approximately 12:00 pm, I purchased a product at Wal-Mart and realized on my way home that I left it behind at the cash desk. I immediately called back at 12:57 pm on my way home and spoke with an agent who assured me that I could return to the store whenever is convenient for me to pick up the item again or receive a full refund. Keep in mind that I was ready to bus back but was reassured that I can come another day. I returned on December 7th with my receipt at approximately 12:15 pm and was told by customer service that nothing was written down and nothing can be done. I am appalled at the service I received and as a loyal customer to Wal-Mart, feel cheated and lied to.
I bought one product that day, and was assured that I could get a refund for it or pick it up whenever I was available. I was ready to return on Dec 4th to pick it up again but believed the agent and decided to return another day. I am prepared to show proof of my purchase and demand answers as to why I was treated this way, and have taken steps to contact Wal-Mart themselves. I am appalled by the service I received and my trust in Wal-Mart has been lost. This error reflects poorly on the brand and I am unsure of when or if my faith will be restored. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this one is needed to be shared. Bought some tires for my truck at an awesome price from Walmart but because they were Not factory spec 245/65 r17. They were 245/70 r17. They would Not install them and I had to go somewhere else to have them installed. Do you think maybe the website could have Warned me first before making the choice. ** NO, they're all about making a buck and could give two ** about their customers?

Business clothes by George at Walmart are my favorite selection, especially if they are cuffed. I find that cuffed pants are more appropriate & appealing in appearance. They are never out of fashion, in my humble opinion.

I ordered a $100 gift card off Walmart.com two weeks ago along with a few other products. Received all the products as described, but the gift card was lost at Fedex. I've called Walmart more than 5 times to be put on hold, disconnected and told I would receive a call back within a few hours as the .com gift card department were experiencing technical difficulties. Needless to say I never received the call back. I don't have a gift card and have to wait 30 days to dispute this with my bank. Their customer service is terrible at best. I now have to go out and replace this Christmas gift (who has lots of extra money around the holidays), but it won't be to Walmart. I will no longer shop or do business with Walmart!

Just a warning, I did a lot of shopping during Black Friday, and Wal-Mart is trying to compete with Amazon offering 2–day shipping. It is a scam, they bait you into it, but have zero intention of shipping anything to you in two days. Not one item I ordered under this farce has arrived in two day let alone arrived at all. I don’t have a problem with an item shipping in a week if known, but they pretend they can play with the big dogs, but should stay on thief porch. Be honest so my grandkids aren’t disappointed with not getting their gifts on time. Worse Grandma ever here now. I feel like a schmuck, because Wal-Mart Lied to get my money.
