I bought 2 televisions about 2 to 3 years ago, an Emerson and a Magnavox. Both went out. This is a shame for someone selling a crap and do not want to do anything about it.

I bought an Emerson 32-inch TV in March 2010, the TV has never work since I've bought it. I called Wal-Mart to see if I can return the TV. I informed them that I didn't have the receipt and I was told very rudely even though it was bought within the 90 days, they will not accept it because there is no receipt. This was a gift to my mom and I was so embarrassed because of this. I think I should be offered something. I was willing to just do an exchange, but that was not possible. All I wanted was another TV for my mother.

It's not just one time but every day, I go to WalMart and I will be looking for something yet I cannot find anything! They have moved it or discontinued it or they are out of it and won't give a rain check on hardly anything. When I go to the food department, they are out of everything! Their stock is not what it used to be at all, not to mention the quality. I bought a whole bag of potatoes and half of them were rotten. The rest of them looked good on the out side but when I cut them up, I had to cut out rotten spots and only ended up with maybe half of each potato! That’s with all their produce. Every time they change the look of the product, it seems that you get less quality or fewer products.

I have also talked to some friends that I know who said when they got to a point when they were ready to retire, WalMart fired them or came up with some reason to get rid of them. When I'm ready to check out, the lines are so long and several registers are closed. I see employees just walking around the store. When you ask one of them where something is, they don't know! I know WalMart wants to get people to walk around the store so they buy more but well, I think I have said enough. I am going to buy as little from WalMart as possible except dog food. Oh and that reminds me. I went to buy dog food and the price said eight-something. It rang up as nine-something and the lady would not give me that price because she said that was the price! Yours truly, sick and tired of false advertisement and lazy people, that's their job!

I purchased a Great Value Grape Cranberry Juice from Wal-Mart on Friday, September 10, 2010. I took a drink from the last of it last night on September 14 and felt something in my mouth and took it out of my mouth. I found it to be a tip from a rubber glove. In fact, there was also another one in the bottom of the jug! I ask myself, were their fingers attached when the glove was severed? Is their blood in the juice?

I placed a preorder of Ironman 2, Blu-ray with Walmart.com for $15. Then a day later, I received an e-mail stating that my order was canceled due to availability issue. However, Walmart.com continues to sell the item, but at a higher price of $24.96. It was clearly not an availability issue and blatantly lied to their customers in a classic bait and switch. Called customer support only to get a "tough luck" reply and stated that I can reorder if I still wanted it, but at the current listed price of $24.96. It has obviously wasted my time to set up an account with walmart.com and go through their ordering process. Gave them all my personal information including credit card number only to get nothing in return.

We purchased an upgrade cell phone from Walmart.com (did not realize at the time it was actually through letstalk.com) on 12-29-2009. We received the phones and they came programmed with the wrong numbers. We contacted our cell service provider and they helped us reprogram the phones.

On 7-15-2010, I received an email from letstalk.com that we had been charged an early termination fee of $250/phone. When I explained the situation they claimed there was nothing they could do. They charged this fee without knowing the disconnect date, and 180 days had passed, which they are not allowed to charge after that time.

They did not understand we still have the phones and the same service, with the same provider. They will not refund the money, they will not return my calls or answer my letters. They took this $500 out of our checking account with no warning whatsoever. They just keep repeating the same nonsense over and over that I should have called them when the phones came wrong, and it was in the paperwork, in the box. I have checked the box, it was not.
Why would I call the retailer? I called my service provider, who by the way has been wonderful, even getting on a three-way conference with me and letstalk.

When $500 was taken from our account, it took the account negative and we incurred additional bank fees until we could get more money in there.

Our experience began with a purchase of an LCD TV from our local Wal-Mart Store. The total purchase came to $575.40 so we therefore put $200 cash down and charged the remaining $375.40 on our newly obtained "Wal-Mart Card" specifically for this purchase otherwise it is customary for us to use our debit cards. Two months later (within the ninety day return policy), after experiencing problems with TV, we returned it with original receipt and was informed by the CSM working the desk that either we could have the full amount of the purchase price ($575.40)c redited to our Walmart Charge Card, given a Gift Card in the full amount or apply $375.40 credit to our Walmart credit card and the balance in a $200 gift card. We said we wanted the $200 back in cash as we'd originally transacted the purchase however was refused because she said that was not Wal-Mart's policy.

Although very unhappy with our options, we'd opted for the full credit towards our charge card however sought out an assistant manager to voice our displeasure and clarification of Wal-Mart's return policy. Initially he couldn't understand why we didn't receive cash back and upon speaking with the CSM she'd informed him that it was not only "store policy" but she was "Locked Out" (a term for couldn't be bothered considering management all have keys)! Since he was a "manager in training, he abided by her word.

We then asked if instead of applying the full amount to the credit card (for a surplus of $200 would be on the card) she would issue the $200 gift card. Obviously annoyed, she retracted her previous offer. It was apparent the CSM was disturbed by the fact we'd "gone over her head" and sarcastically declared store policy dictates two options: Full amount credited to credit card or in a gift card! Frustrated we left store with the credit applied to our Walmart Card.

Knowing another Walmart store was 10 minutes away, we approached a CSM there and asked for clarification of Walmarts return policy regarding our experience. She informed us that they'd absolutely without question have returned us the $200 in cash and credited the balance on the Wal-Mart Card and just to back up her claim. She called over another CSM (a 10 year Wal-Mart employee) who not only agreed that it was store policy that they are expected to refund a customer in such a manner but even offered to do the transaction right there for us upon presenting her with the receipt. It was at that point we'd realized the receipt was not returned to nor offered us. She immediately advised us to contact Corporate and explain the situation for resolution of this matter.

Having returned home, I'd contacted Corporate, explained the situation and was told that "although Corporate issues guidelines, each store has the independence of setting their own return policies and would forward our complaint to the store and management would be in contact with us for resolution of this matter." Two days later, we'd received a call from the original Wal-Mart store where our problem originated and he identified himself as an "Assistant Manager" and wanted to work with us. After relating the problem to him he asked us if our problem was remedied by the other Wal-Mart Store with them having redone the transaction to our satisfaction. We'd replied "No" because we didn't have the original receipt for his store kept it. He said he'd research the "original receipt" and be back to us within the hour which he was. He was in agreement that "we were indeed entitled to our cash portion of the transaction returned" and although we couldn't meet with him that evening at the store, he'd leave word at the Customer Service Desk to proceed with the transaction.

We'd arrived at the store the following morning, approached another assistant manager at the desk and we asked if he was aware of our situation for a note was left from another manager who was going to resolve our complaint. He exclaimed "No" he'd received no such notification and after having relayed our situation with him, he declared that "it was impossible" and the full amount can either be credited to our Walmart Card or in a Gift Card! (Apparently Wal-Mart is now dictating that irregardless of the initial purchase transaction, all monies will be spent in its entirety at Wal-Mart! ) We experienced an excessive amount of "finger shaking," the pointing out of the large wall display of Wal-Mart's return policy (which makes no mention of how Wal-Mart processes a return when two methods of payment are used nor is it stated on the corporate website) and our request is impossible!

Once again, I'd asked how two Wal-Mart stores within a 10 minute driving distance can have such distinct return policies of which he could provide no answers. I'd then asked him if indeed we were advised by the other manager to return to Wal-Mart under false pretenses and that no intention existed of returning our cash portion of the transaction. Steadily his face had been reddening with embarrassment for apparently he realized his deception was becoming more and more transparent. His last line of defense was that to rectify the matter, it would have had to transpire during our original visit and that after all this time (3) days, it was impossible. After approximately 20 minutes of this I politely requested if I might present the whole situation to the General Manager of the store and that I/We were prepared to take this to the district manager and beyond should our meeting with the GM not produce any satisfactory results. He (the assistant manager) disappeared for a few minutes, returned and said he did have a way to resolve the matter and return our cash portion of our original purchase!

(I should also note at this time that although I hadn't noticed, my partner realized that he was in fact notified of our situation and the solution we sought by the other manager we'd spoken to on the phone for he had a copy of our original store purchase receipt in hand before him on the counter! This normally takes time to research and he hadn't been out of our company at all! )

In closing, self determination brought this experience to our satisfaction however we wanted to share our experience with others who might be inclined to use a "Split Payment Method" involving the use of cash! Think twice!

When the Wal-Mart at 1251 Centerville Road Wilmington, DE 19808 got in their original shipment of $0.25 per book for 100 sheet composition notebooks, I purchased several boxes. They told me they were out, but had lots of them on order. They asked me how many I wanted, and I asked them how many would be coming in. They said that 2,700 would be in, and I said I would take them all. They told me that the shipment would be there in a few days.

I have been back to the store at least 10 times, and each time I am told that the warehouse hasn't sent them. If the store had no intention of honoring my request, the management should have told me when I first inquired, or at one of the 10 follow-up visits.

These books were for an alternative school that serves drop-outs. We do not require the students to purchase the books, since they have little or no money to make such purchases. The students are now in school, and I do not have books for them. Had I been informed that the order would or could not be filled, I would have opted for some other source.

I may be wrong in the way I feel but Wal-Mart is really getting petty. I bought a camera and it would not do video right. I was one week past the 30 days. I explained to them that my mother-in-law was dying and it would be our last chance to video her with the family. They only gave her days to live. I didn't want my money back, just an exchange. They wouldn't do it. How petty can this company be.

On Saturday the 4th, my wife and I bought two Wii system games on sale for $15 each, didn't think anything of it and went home to play them. We opened them up and there was only one packaged. (One CD missing in action) Shari called them up and told them only one was in its package; one was missing when we opened it, and they said bring it back. We told them we didn't have any gas cause its 100 miles round trip. They told us to call when we'll be in the area and so Wednesday or Thursday we called and said we’d be there this weekend the 12th, No problem they said. It takes $45 in gas for one round trip to Parker AZ and so Sunday 12th at 6 am we left for Parker. Fine.

My wife went to exchange the CD game for another game, exactly the same game and they swiped the number's off our receipt and it read two of the same #'s and thus saying, of the same game. They said we bought two of the same games and we said No we did not, and then they said maybe the girl that rang us up swiped both of them at the same time. They wouldn't honor that and said they had to investigate this matter. Over and over, they had to investigate this. What does that matter to us? Then they took the empty game package and rapper from my wife and said they’d call us. I went back and got the container and the rapper back, by than we both were steaming; they tried to lay their way out of it and then take the package and rapper? I told them I didn't trust them. The game now is not on sale and we didn't have proof we had bought that game, but they said again, we have two of the same games. Come on now, Sorry, we’re not that stupid and we are not going to lie.

They kept saying they have to investigate this and they'll call us when the investigation is over. What--- over a game they double swiped and now we have no proof of, wanting the empty case and rapper back, and off sale $4.96 more, not like it was a lot more, but pennies more. We don't have the game, we've used $45 extra to fix this in gas, that we don't have, and if they say OK in their investigation, it'll cost another $45 and each trip is 2 hours each way. Time and money now a day is hard to come upon. We only wanted our game with no bull with it and then they can do their investigation, Why involve us because they couldn't do their job right and to make us angry? This is Sunday. Please help us. All they had to do was call TV and games and ask them about the sale, all of this could have been avoided with no more expenses of any kind out of anybodies pockets, and, happiness and joy would have been restored.

I purchased a package of boneless chicken breasts at $1.78 per pound for a total cost of $9.97 for 5.6 pounds. When I got home, I started packaging the chicken breasts into separate freezer bags. After picking up the empty packaging they came in, it felt unusually heavy. I weighed it at 1 pound. I then weighed the chicken which weighed 4.6 pounds. So, in fact, I really had paid $2.16 per pound. Is this false advertising, or what? The packaging had padded material similar to a baby's diaper but there is no way these chicken breasts lost this much liquid to weigh a pound.

I returned the item back to WalMart and wanted to exchange it and not get my money back. I was then told that we only had a 14-day exchange time. Why wasn't I told this at time of purchase, as I never gave it to my daughter till after the return time was over? As it was a gift she explained this to the store and they said that was too bad! Now I'm stuck with a camera that doesn't work that I don't want and I'm out of my money also. This so unfair, if I had the money to throw away, I wouldn't complain. This afternoon, I needed to purchase tobacco. I was in the checkout line behind 4 carts. I had a full cart. I always do the checkout at the tobacco checkout because that is the only place in the store to purchase the tobacco product I need. This man approached us saying he was opening checkout 16. Two carts were left in the line. I told him that I needed to make a tobacco purchase. He nodded. When my turn came, I proceeded to unload my cart. The female behind me started to loudly count her items as she talked to her child. "Yes we have less than 10 items. Then she tells me that I can't count. I turned to look at her. Then she says, "As much gray hair as she has, she should have learned to count”. I am 69 years old. I have taught school. I have a Master's plus 30. I have been a Reading Supervisor for 33 years. The female then tell me and everyone around she has an amendment right to say whatever she wants to say. I now fear her. I turned to the checkout clerk and asked her to call a Manager.

The same man that opened checkout 16 came over. Two or three clerks were hearing all the commotion. I said to him that I had told him I needed to be in that line. He didn't at that time tell me I had too many items to checkout there. He told me the next time not to checkout that many items in the tobacco line. I looked at him and ask, "Do you want me to leave?” He looked at me a say "No, WalMart wants your money.” Well, Wal-Mart in Amite got my $301.06 for the 53 items sold. However, by this time I was so upset that I forgot to ask for the tobacco product. My checkout clerk tried to calm me. She was great saying I had done nothing wrong. The female doing the loud demeaning talk should have been escorted out of the store, not me being reprimanded for being in the only place in the store to make my purchases. Personally, I would not want this man working for me. I know the bottom is making money as he said. What about how I feel? I was shouted at, insulted and reprimanded for having too many items. I will defiantly rethink the Amite Wal-Mart Super Center.

Today, my husband, son and I were shopping in Wal-mart like we normally do and came across a really good deal for a 5 piece child's playground that was listed for $29.99. With only 4 left, we took one and proceeded to cash out. Upon scanning, it showed a price of $99.99 so we told right away the cashier that it has to be wrong. So my husband went to double check. There were no other price tags on the shelf other than the $29.99. So the cashier called someone to help, and I went with him to show him where I found the item and the pricing. He then recognized that I didn't make a mistake. He asked the department boy why the pricing was labeled that way meanwhile, the actual item that is $29.99 was not even on the shelf. But there was a child's wagon and basketball Playskool net that are also on the shelf all displaying for $29.99. The department boy had no clue as to why it was priced that way.

So they called the co-manager and she realized that the pricing is wrong for all the items on the shelf and she proceeded to take them down. She then told me that she cannot give me the item for the price that I saw because it is really $99.99. I obviously am going to try to fight for it because it was not my fault that the pricing was wrong and I had promised my 3 year old we would get it for him. He was heart broken when we had to put it back because all Wal-mart could do was give me 10% discount off the $99.99$ item but then, we had $30 on our minds.

So after wasting about 20 mins to settle it, we decided that we just don't have $90 to spend on a playground that probably wouldn't be used till next summer. I would've even bought it for half off just because my little boy wanted it so badly. But we had to put it back and settle with my little boy screaming his head off until he fell asleep. Then he wakes up saying, "But I've been a good boy", which is really heart breaking because he behaved the whole time there and we told him if he was good, we would buy it for him so he did just that.

And to make us take it away from him at cash out and ready to go home with it, he just lost it. Now, all he knows is that mommy and daddy took it away and he doesn't understand why. So there's nothing we can really do. We went home. I have to say that Wal-mart this time really disappointed us and left us unsatisfied. If there is any thing you could do please contact us. My son is obviously very upset about the whole thing that I have to come home and waste more time on this.

I bought a headset from them but I wanted to exchange the headset. But they gave me all types of problems just for the exchange. It's not like I wanted a refund or anything but I don't think that should have even been an issue. If that was the case, there have been other incidents where they have given me problems. The headset was needed for work so I couldn't work without one so that made the situation that much more stressful. I just hope things improve or if ever faced with a similar situation I may start shopping at a different dept store altogether.

Also, I recently came across this free information that tells you how to get your money back if you are ever charged overdraft fees or faced with a customer service issue that no one wants to help with. I know AT&T, Verizon, Target, Wal-Mart and a few other major companies are notorious for giving people the runaround. This book should help. It really taught me a lot of things that I didn't know. I wish I knew this before. I was led in circles trying to get a customer service issue resolved. It would have saved me a lot of frustration,

The Fish Department, more like where they come to die a slow painful death, is horrid! I mean awful. I made the mistake of getting some Fan Tails, a Calico and a Coy. They are dying as I speak despite doing everything correct. The day I got them, they seemed fine! Yes, I'm not an expert but I know the rest will soon die. 2 already died within about 4 days.

I recently went back to get food for my cat and decided to walk over there and look at the tanks and in about 5 days since. I got them there was at least 15 to 19 maybe 20 in one tank (that's the only dead ones I actually counted). That was all like stuck together and then in a tank below that there was between 1 and 5 dead lying on the bottom and with other fish feeding on the dead ones! Ugh, I was so mad and sad. I threw the cat food literally and left and got in my car and bawled to be honest. And yes they also keep the Betta fish in almost 2 inches of water. Dear God it is so inhumane!

I have another Wal-Mart near me in Weirton, WV. I've only been to the fish section 4 times but it never had any dead fish (yet) in it in any of the tanks but they do keep out one Betta fish in 2 inches of water. My store had about 7 or 8 Betta on display. The boy-20's at the one in WV told me that he's "supposed" to keep more out but he, "don't". I told him don't and to put more water in there, etc.He just rolled his eyes and said, "Yeah I know they need it. I only bring one out and I leave it up here on this table because the manager told us to display it on the shelves next to the tanks."

I'm going to cry again thinking about the ones I'm going to be tending to tomorrow dead. There is no way I'm taking back there. At least here they can pass in *Some* kind of "Peace". Tomorrow, I'm calling them and telling them exactly what I think of them, and this guy there that likes me is going to get an earful too-if anyone ever has anything that needs my signature on it look me up. I will be the first to sign it or write to whoever you write to? People please pray that this stops asap. Damage that resulted was innocent living creatures died due to severe neglect and millions more are dying everyday at America's Wal-Mart.

All I could find is mouse traps, glue boards, and poisons. They tell me they don't make rat traps just mouse traps. It makes me mad cause Wal-Mart is in town, they don't think people in the country need things like that. And there are employees that you can ask a question about something. They will sit there and tell you anything just so you will buy it.

Then when you do, you bring it home open it, and it not work. So, I take it back and they tell me they can't exchange it for a different one. It would have to be the same as the one I was returning. The need to say, "I don't know, let me find someone that might be able to help you."

I'm going to have to put about 20 miles on my car and drive about 45 minutes, making a special trip into the store just to place the order.

My comment is about the Midlothian Virginia store where Betsy Allen is the GM. I will start by saying she was not there but her name is on our receipt. Our visit was Sunday 08/29 we went in to pick up 2 Xbox cards, as I checked out I noticed the cashier did not activate the cards, she went and spoke to someone and said that the directions were on the back. I will make this story short as it was a very long experience. We returned to this store 3 times as none of the cards worked. At the last visit my Husband and I sent our three teens 19, 17 and 15 with the receipt. My issue is with the way my teens were treated by 2 managers. Linda who refused to give me her last name over the phone, and had to be asked by me 6 times for Kim Albrights and K Phelps names and never would give me a way to reach these people. This woman was very rude to me over the phone as well as all 3 of my teens. I never used bad language or raised my voice to her, but she hung up on me as I was asking for her regional and or area director’s names.

The male manager who clocked in at 7pm (this is how long this process took as we were there before 11am) made the crazy sign at my 15 year old son and yelled at all three of my teens. Told my 19 year old to be quiet and had his voice risen for their entire conversation all over $5. I bought 2 $20 cards to equal $40. We returned to this store 3 times to fix a product you sell. The manager for our trouble gave us a $25 gift card, (we had to ask). It was not offered, in the end my teens were $5 short for what they were buying. I called and asked to put in on my card over the phone, it was not allowed. After 3 20 minutes trips to fix a problem that was your fault. The big event became about $5 bucks. Five dollars. The managers treating my 3 children ** for five dollars.

I would love for you to pull up my Wal-Mart credit card or my Sams club card to see the thousands I spend with your company. In life you expect adults know that treatment of peoples children no matter their age is a make it or break it deal. Wal-Mart and their managers crossed the line with my children, please pull up my accounts look hard. I have 9 children and own a business in chesterfield, I will face book, twitter and tell the entire world about this experience. I will not give my money to a company whose managers use the universal sign for crazy to my children. If I had been there I would have gotten respect, this wasn't about $5 it was about the treatment of my teens. Again let me make it clear, $5 is $5. The manager Linda hung up on me and refused to give me her last name, the male manager’s name, the area director’s name, and regional. I was not given a way to reach them either. I have always shopped this store never ever been treated bad, in fact loved this store. Wal-Mart was ugly to my children. Think about that one crazy sign, rolling of the finger by his ear that was your manager, yelling at my girls and son at the front of the store. You messed up big.

I was given a Wal-Mart money card with $75.00 on it as a gift from a friend. I called the number on the card in order to activate it. The phone was answered by a machine that asked some personal questions. First, I had to give my name, address, date of birth and then I was asked my social security number. I wouldn't give my social number and I was finally put in touch with a real person. I complained that all I wanted was to use the $75.00 that I was given as a gift and didn't want Wal-Mart to send me a permanent debit card.

Apparently, when a person buys a gift card, Wal-Mart wants you to have to end up getting a permanent card to use as a debit card. The person that I was complaining to hung up on me when I said that they didn't have any right to insist on someone's social number and would refuse to activate the card if the social number was not given. After I was hung up on, I went online to try to activate the card and again was told to put in my social number. The option was given to put in your driver's license number instead, but when I did that, the computer wouldn't take it and would not process my request to activate the card without my SSN.

I feel that no one has the right to force someone to give their SSN and refuse to activate a card that someone has paid out cash for a gift for someone else. Wal-Mart is certainly holding people hostage in order to get personal information that they should not have access to.

I purchased four pillows that were on sale for $3.50 each and two on sale for $8.00 each on 8-15-10 at the East York Store located at 2801 E Market St Bldg B, York, PA 17402, Phone number 717-755-1600. I also purchased two pair of shorts that day and needed to return one pair for a refund. When I was looking over my receipts for the shorts, I realized that I was over charged for the pillows I purchased the same day. I live in Dover, PA. I rarely shop at the Wal-Mart in East York, maybe once or twice a year. I rarely go to the East York area as it's too far to travel and way too much traffic. I live within a few miles of the West Manchester store location.

On 8-30-10, on a visit to the West Manchester Store to return the shorts, I showed them my receipt and asked for a refund for the difference on the pillows' overcharge. I was told it's been too long to refund the difference. I finished the process of returning the shorts and decided to find a manager. The person who said they could help me I'm sure was not a manager, however, I decided to explain the situation to her. As I was looking for my receipt, she seemed annoyed at the amount of time it was taking me. Finally when I found it (only a minute or two) she said, "This is not our store, you need to take it to the East York Store for a refund."

I first problem with that is that they had just refunded my money for a pair of shorts I didn't purchase at their store location. Why couldn't they refund the overcharge? I was given two separate reasons as to why I couldn't be refunded the overcharge and neither is a legitimate reason. The second problem is that if I need to check every receipt to make sure I have not been overcharged. I will not shop at Wal-Mart any longer! I wonder how many pillows were sold at the wrong price and how much money Wal-Mart profited from customers like me who don't normally check every receipt. What a way to make a buck!

My fiance received (4) pairs of slacks as a gift which all have the Wal-Mart price tags still attached. They did not fit him properly, so we went to exchange them for the right size or return for store credit and would look for something else. The person who gave them has since passed away and there is no receipt. The customer service rep at the 1st location told us they were not scanning as items sold at that location and they weren't in their "system". Most likely they were purchased at a different location that carried this specific item but since we didn't know which location it was, she directed us to any Super Wal-Mart locations and said they would be able to take care of us.

After visiting 3 other Wal-Mart locations where we were told, there was nothing they could do to help us as the items were no longer in their system. We asked to speak to management at the last two locations and both store managers were not available. The department manager took the items and said we should be able to exchange or receive store credit since the Wal-Mart price tags were still attached and showed the UPC code with price but she also came back to us and said the same thing, "they were no longer in system", which at one time, meant they had to be in the system somewhere! We asked if they could just be returned for store credit and we would look for something else but that was also turned down. We have never experienced this type of customer service from Wal-Mart and do shop there on a regular basis.

When we came home, we decided to email customer service since we needed some type of resolution. I have gone back and forth with emails to their customer service department and with each reply there was an objection as to why they couldn't help us and for every one of them we were able to provide the information or answers needed to resolve the issue we were having. I provided pictures of pants with the tags attached which I scanned close up and sent with the email to customer service. One of the replies stated that since the items were no longer in their system, they would not know how much to refund us! Seriously?

The Wal-Mart tags that are attached also have the Wal-Mart price printed on them which I sent with the last email. They are not generic price tags either. They actually have Wal- Mart printed on them and the price $13.96 on each of them. Nobody could answer my question of how long do they keep their items in the "system" or where is the "main" system that houses all the items they have sold previously.

I took picture and filed an incident report with the manager who also took pictures. This isn't a small scratch. It looks like the train of buggies was going at least 35 MPH; huge dent! This happened on a Saturday.

I received a call from Bonnie at CMI who left a voicemail that she will be out of the office for the next week. I called around and got a number to her team lead. This lady informed me that the store had sent in a contradicting statement that I hit the buggies, which I find absurd considering that there is no gear in my vehicle to make it go sideways and ram something with my passenger door. They would have to review the tape before a decision is made.

I tried to call the manager back at the Wal-Mart store, but she will not be there for the next three weeks. A week later, I received another call from Bonnie. They would not be settling after reviewing the tape because it was my fault. I didn't yield to buggies that weren't in my driving path and almost ran over the buggy guy, but she cannot send me the video tape nor is she able to send me a report of her findings. If I was bright enough to request a copy of the report I filed, that's all I'm entitled to.

I purchased a 32" Emerson LCD on 5/28/2009. 1 year and 2 months later, I began to have a problem with this product not turning on. Luckily, I purchased the In Home Warranty. I have had the technician out twice for the same problem. There were parts ordered and installed on two different occasions, starting with the first service call on 7/28/2010. There were parts that had to be ordered. The second service date was August 9, 2010. It was at this time that I was informed by the technician that yet another part was needed. I have called the local Service center on numerous occasions only to be informed that they were still waiting on the part to be ordered by the Wal-Mart Service Center.

I have called this (Wal-Mart) parts company on many occasions. I have been lied to repeatedly that the part had been sent out. My latest call was on August 24Th. I talked to an assistant by the name of Laurie. When I asked her for a confirmation number naturally Laurie had o such number to give me, but assured me that someone would call me later that day with the number. Needless to say that did not happen. When I did speak to her she told me that the item had been sent out on 8/19/2010. Much later that night I called the Service center again and I spoke to a technician by the name of Savannah.

She informed me that the records indicated that a part, which is called an Inverter Board, had been shipped on 8/24/2010, which is the same day that I called. Of course I was irate and very much unprepared for that startling revelation! I asked Savannah what shipping service that Wal-Mart used. She informed me that she had no idea. I find this impossible to accept. Surely someone has to know something, or how would they be able to stay in business? I live in St. Louis Mo. The weather has been unseasonably hot. Because of numerous medical conditions, I am unable to go out in extremely humid weather.

I have an Implanted Cardioverter Defifrillator, along with drop foot, Osteoarthritis of the lower spine, and I have to use a Orthopedic Device for my leg, as well as a walker and a cane for ambulation. That is the reason I purchased what I considered to be a reliable product. I am on permanent disability, unable to drive. I use my TV for entertainment. I have endured a complete month without a working television. I inquired about the turnaround for service repairs, and was informed that it is usually resolved within 7-10 days. I suppose if there were a mathematician available, I could count somewhere about 20 days over the limit. I also have a condition called Spinal Stenosis and have had reconstructive surgery on my back.

I have Titanium screws inserted to my spine which had to be rebuilt. Having to sit up all day for entertainment has become an enormous task for me. It causes me many adverse reactions to my condition. The bottom line is that Emerson Products suck and so does their extended warranty service. I can't say if there is any advantage in purchasing the warranty. Better luck for the next person, I am still out and waiting for a resolution. And to think that they have the unmitigated nerve to have a lemon law. Well, personally, they need to go on and make the lemonade!

I am a Preschool Teacher so it is very difficult not to sit down. The doctor gave me bed rest for the week.

I spoke with a Walmart claim representative and gave her a recorded statement on 24 August 2010. She called me back on 25 August 2010 to tell me that the claim was not a payable claim because the liquid had just gotten on the floor. I asked her how did she know that it had just gotten on the floor and she said "You did not fall when you walked up there and the person that came up behind you did not fall." I asked her questions that she appeared not to like and I told her that she was getting upset and that I am being polite to her so there was no reason for her to be upset.

I told her that I would just get an attorney. She said "I will tell the attorney the same thing" and she hung up in my face. I was the one that was hurt and had my lifestyle and daily routine disrupted. I should be the one upset not her or Walmart. I have been a Walmart customer for years and do not appreciate the customer service that I received from this claim representative.

I will be seeking an attorney to prove that this accident could have been avoided if the cashier was doing her job. There would have been no reason for me to walk back out towards the way I fell and someone may have found the spill on the floor. Someone else could have possibly fell, but it would not have been me. I went to work after being off for three days and had to go back to the doctor because standing all day was very painful because I was having to put all my body weight on one side of my body.

I have a hematoma on the left side of my buttocks and the doctor said that it could take up to sixty days for the pain to go away. He said that all they can do is give me pain medication and let the hematoma thin out by itself. I am a teacher and a full time student, so I will have to deal with the pain because I cannot take vicodin and function at work or at school. I missed time off from work and I am a dedicated employee that never calls out unless I am very sick. I am an honor student and never miss my classes. My pay check is going to be short because of the time I missed from work and do not have enough leave time to cover the days I missed from work. My entire life was altered because of this accident.

Two weeks later we received an e-mail that it arrived to the store. Next day we came to the store to pick it up. The manager and the staff were looking for the trampoline for more than 1 hour and found only one box 2 of 2. There was no box 1 of 2. The manager told us that everything must be in the box. When we unpacked the box at home we found out that only half of the trampoline was in the box: safety net, several curved tubes, 9 foam sleeves, 4 straight tubes, jump mat and some hardware. It was not enough to assemble the trampoline.

We went to the store again but there was no other box 1 of 2 in storage. The manager called customer service representative and explained the situation. The answer was that we had to buy box 1 of 2. But it is impossible to buy it online or in store because they don't sell box 1. We had to go back home, to pack all the parts and bring the box back to the store.

Altogether we spent 3.5 hours to get nothing plus 2 weeks waiting for shipping to the store from site. When we placed an order it was written Skywalker 15' trampoline with enclosure combo, price $174.00. It was not mentioned that we have to buy something else. Walmart.com is selling 1/2 trampoline and now ask to pay more for another half. As a result our grandson did not receive his present for his 7th birthday. I'd like to tell you how the recent changes in our local Wal-mart affect this town. Before the renovation, Wal-Mart was the place to go if you needed anything, and you got a good affordable price. If Wal-Mart didn't have it, you had to drive an hour to find a Target or other big-box store. Aberdeen is a busy little place filled with salt-of-the-earth people, but it has very little appropriate shopping opportunities. The next towns nearby are Southern Pines and Pinehurst, but they have only exclusive little boutiques and shops which are too expensive for us common people. We all went to Wal-mart.

Then Wal-mart got renovated. The pluses are that you can move around easier but that's about it. The minus is that inventory got pared down and phased out. There's fewer choices among brands, no fabric, which was a serious blow to the many quilters in this area. It's harder to find anything because there are few or no signs to direct you. The store is literally plastered with the meaningless word 'Rollback'. It may have seemed like a fab catchword to the executives, but all it does for the consumer is to crowd out space for signs that tell you where anything is. You have to ask a cashier, who is always too busy to help, and the customer service counter always has long, slow lines. Seeing the word 'Rollback' is incredibly annoying. It means absolutely nothing. We go to Wal-mart for low prices; we don't need to be bombarded with your corporate **. We are all hungry for good shopping.

No one was in the hardware department to mix the paint and I went to another department to find someone to look for the person working in the paint area, which took about 20 minutes.

After she arrived, the first words the sales associate said was not "how could I help you" but "I am working this area, but I can't mix by myself so you will have to wait until I can find someone to help me." So I gave her the sample card with the color I wanted to mix. She said after looking for 10-15 minutes, "We're out of medium base needed to mix this color in the price paint you wanted but we have it in the next higher priced paint." I explained to her that this happened several times before and most stores will substitute the next priced paint for the same price. She said she would do it if I don't tell anyone, she would sell it to me for the same price. I told her that if she would get in trouble for substituting, I would prefer to ask the manager.

After another 20 minutes, the supervisor finally came to the paint area and said she could not do any substitution for the lower cost which was only $3. I ask to speak to the manager and they never responded to me and started mixing another customer's paint. After she finished with that customer, I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she responded with, "yes but you will have to wait." I then asked her what the manager's name was and she told me his name was Tim. I waited for another 15-20 minutes and then left. I hope this is not what hometown customer service is.

Randy appeared and said the same thing that it is not the store policy to do this. He could not produce any documentation to this policy. So I asked for his name, phone number and marketing number. He gave it to us and he apologized and we left the store immediately without buying anything which never happens to me at Walmart. I will be contacting the Marketing Department tomorrow as well. This was an inconvenience to us as well.

I am concerned about the employees and the smoking that goes on within the entrance/typically on the left entrance. Over the years, I have asked them to please move at least 20 feet away so we can get through. I literally came home once and my daughter asked me if I had been smoking and I had only walked through the door at WalMart. They have seats set up for non employees and it is always covered with employees hanging around with feet up, cigarettes out and they are piled up together talking.

I literally watched a manager come out to ask them to move a distance away from the door. She pointed at me then they all gave me ‘the look’ and then the manager lit up right there and they all stayed where they were and smoked. I drove by and snapped a picture! Now I don't say anything and figured I would get outside help! I have complained at our WalMart numerous times this year and last year. I banned WalMart for months but it is the only thing near me and I need to purchase items there at least once a week. After telling two managers there last week, one went out. As I was driving away, I saw her light up outside the door. The smoke in hair and clothes, children walking through the second hand smoke.

I Purchased a microwave. Came home to do dinner and when I opened the door, it was greasy and dirty (it had been used). We could not warm up dinner. I called and asked for the manager. Talked to a Jason and I told him how wrong this was and I was disgusted with being sold a used and dirty appliance, let a lone not to use it to cook dinner. Jason told me to bring it back for a replacement. I told him there was not another one like it on the shelf unless he had one in the back. He told me he was sorry but to bring it back and he would make good on the purchase even if he had to upgrade the microwave. I Asked him to make sure the service desk was alerted so when I come back first thing in the morning, I would make the exchange quickly and without any problems.

That did not happen. I came in and had to explain the situation with the customers service clerk. She was clueless. I told the clerk I wanted to talk to the manager which was Chris not Jason and of course they would not honor what I had been told the night before. Let alone I waited and waited and after an hour, I left without the microwave because Chris told me he would not accept the same brand that looked like the one I wanted, but was a little bigger. It was $30.00 or so more.

I do understand that, however, it was not I who suggested upgrading. I did not really want a bigger one, just one that looked the same. I am complaining because I was told that my needs would be met and then it was not honored when I got there and the two trips to Price to get me a microwave, and then to wait in the store an hour. And the embarrassment of having people around while I tried to explain what Jason had promised me. But the worst was to purchase something new and opening it up and finding it is dirty and used. And I could not cook dinner last night.

I've been hearing many stories about their electronics and other items. People don't realize that Wal-mart drives a very hard bargain with suppliers and manufactures so they can sell things at a very low cost. They say guaranteed for a year; well, that's about all you'll get, maybe 13 months. People don't realize from the manufacturer to the shipper and employees of Wal-mart and bottom line is for profit at Wal-mart. Everybody takes a piece of that purchase price the consumer pays and what happens is "quality suffers". People throw caution to the four winds have to go and get one of those "deals".

I think a few government agencies need to deal with Wal-Mart and their practices. In reading consumer's comments, it seems that Wal-mart puts the monkey on the manufacturer's back and they in turn say it's out of warranty but we will sell you the part for an ungodly amount. Maybe, just maybe, people need to boycott them en masse. Also Wal-mart needs to offer double the manufacturer warranty and offer to sell insurance for 2, 3, or 5 years to fix all or anything on these TV's. Then we'll see what kind of a deal on these sets. I will not buy electronics from a place that sells everything from Apples to Zip drives. Would you buy your car from the guy who's selling fruits and vegetable?

My friend Rosie gave me $100.00 to buy a bike that I had my eyes on for awhile at Walmart, for my early birthday present. I am an veteran and ready to retire from nursing. Anyway back to the Huffy mountain bike, model number 56360, the tires were made cheap, I haven't even ridden it yet! I decided to return it to Walmart where I bought it. A Mr.** I think, told me I didn't have the right receipt so I couldn't replace the Huffy bike with another Huffy. So, my friend Rose and Bob was told the real truth, this was the second time they tried to return the bike. Anyway Mr. ** told my friend Rosie and Bob that the tires were made with the thinnest lowest grade of inner-tubes that you can get and all of their bikes are made this way.

So, if we wanted to buy a better inner tubes for this bike we would have to buy it to replace the ones that got flattened. My friend Rosie couldn't believe what she was hearing! My friend Rosie said Mr.** was trying to put words in my friend Bob's mouth trying to say that Bob said that I rode it across our yard with sticks or stones which made the tires flat. Mr. ** was blaming the stones or sticks on the ground of our yard, for the flats on both tires. Like I said, I haven't even ridden it yet. My friend Bob did walk it across the yard and put it in his garage so nobody would steal it. But the next day, when it was taken out both tires were flatten. What's wrong with this picture?

My friend Rosie really didn't have the money living on a fixed income but she knew I wanted the Huffy bike for my birthday present. I think when anybody buys something brand new, they shouldn't have any problems with their gifts or whatever. My friend told Mr. ** that Walmart should have a sign saying that the tires of all kinds of bikes are made with the thinnest lowest grade inner tubes so that the customers should have an option, if they want to buy a Huffy or any kind of bike at Walmart. Mr. ** did say that the information is in the manual in a plastic bag with the bike. But my friend Rosie told Mr. S that it's too late for that. The customer has already bought the bike.

My friend Rosie said that Mr. ** was an uncaring person and really didn't want to be bothered with, even though he had to. My friend Rosie was really upset. And I felt really bad for her, she does all her shopping at Walmart because it's so close to us. The bus goes right by our house and by Walmart.

My wife and I entered the Wal-Mart store in Rushville to purchase some paint for use in a room we are working on. While waiting for the paint to be shaken, we were looking around for other rooms and found four areas of paint marked half price. Three of these areas were one gallon cans and one was five gallon buckets. I ask the clerk who got a manager to address the question. An older lady came out and stated it was mismarked and I could have one gallon at the price but no more. Our rooms are 18X16 with 13 feet ceilings, which I explained one gallon would do us no good. I could have used at least 6 gallon and was glad to find a color of our liking at a good price. It was more her attitude than the company policy she spewed that offended us.

She was busy in the back or elsewhere as it took some time for her to appear and had no time for discussion with us. I was told by an employee they were short-handed and have a lot of problems, but that is not our fault as we were looking at prices in good faith. I was under the impression that the price on the shelf was the price we would be charged. This is not the case at Wal-Mart in Rushville and it has left a bad feeling towards the store.

Several days ago, we had to go to Shelbyville to get joint compound as our local Wal-Mart store was out of stock. More often than not, we have to go out-of-town for supplies as locally they are out of stock or no one to help out. At present, I am very upset with Wal-Mart and its policy as I have had many occasions thru the years where a company would honor the shelf price. It’s time-consuming and disgusting to not have a store worthy of doing business with and having to go out-of-town most times to get supplies. If this is not an appropriate place for this, accept my apology.

When I move it cuts off, was not doing this when I first used it have done all possible to make sure it’s not gas. Also the rear adjustment is wrong it rubs against wheel, I check others out at Wal-Mart and their adjustment handle is longer than the one on my mower. I bought on my credit card there, mower about three months old and I have a small yard.

Since wheel adjustment is wrong and before I take it to a lawn mower person would like to exchange the reason is I can't change wheel adjustment even if mower runs. This was just put together wrong, just would like some good advice on and how to settle this. I have notice at the Wal-Mart store there is a lot of refurbish mowers there the same brand as mine. Could you please tell me how to settle this or exchange this so I can cut my grass? While I have been generally appalled by the service, rather lack thereof, in Wal-Mart, I have to point out that the fish department in Marshfield Mo doesn't seem to be that bad. Even though our Wal-Mart is grossly understaffed (not the employees fault), it appears someone cares enough about the fish to at least keep the tanks clean. I usually see one or two dead fish but nowhere near what I have seen in other Wal-Marts. It's the only Wal-Mart in a small town so maybe that helps. The Bettas look fairly healthy and have plenty of water. The tanks aren't usually overstocked, even the crabs look healthy. I have seen a couple spots of ick, which is unfortunate, and I have no idea if their puffer fish are in brackish water. Probably not, but at least the puffers are never overcrowded. I have a comet, a pleco and a fantail all purchased from here at different times, all of which are getting old enough they're outgrowing their tank.

Yes, I've bought fish from Wal-Mart only to have them die in a week but considering that the tanks in Marshfield look clean and undercrowded, I would tend to suspect Wal-Mart's supplier, rather than Wal-Mart themselves. I mean, think about it, the ick had to come from somewhere, it didn't just appear. It came with an order of fish from the supplier. I have heard that practically all gold fish in the Midwest come from a single hatchery. They sell to both pet stores and Wal-Mart. I'm sure they are reputable, it's just that any fish with ick that go to a pet store get scooped out of the tank and treated. I hate to see and hear so many incidents of animal cruelty at other Wal-Marts.

Clearly contacting Wal-Mart head quarters about it isn't the answer (and a huge waste of time). You'd do better to contact the fish supplier and petition them not sell to Wal-Mart or possibly get a hold of your congressman. Just because our Wal-Mart seems to not be the holy hell of fish doesn't mean any Wal-Mart is staffed or equipped to sell live merchandise. I always look at the fish department when I go and I know they stock the tanks on Tuesday and by the next Monday they're all nearly empty, so at least most of the fish probably only stay in the store for a couple of weeks at the most. I would sincerely like to know if the thing about the door sensor is true, and if it is, how that could possibly affect a fish, or how it could possibly affect a human. I always hold the fish over my head, just in case, and wonder what sort of radiation I'm getting pelted with.

I have just returned, frustrated and empty handed from your Bristol store after being led there by faulty price labeling. My daughter called me at my home, from the Garden department in the Walmart store, to inform me that there was knitting yarn on 3 clearance shelves in the Garden department. There were only 2 red price labels pasted on the shelves. One red label said $2.00 and another red shelf label stated $4.00 or $4.50 adjacent to that. A third shelf had no pricing label at all. No other price indicators were present on the shelves or the skeins I selected. I drove all the way over to the store (approximately 30 minutes) because I was interested in the yarns on the $2.00 shelf and the ones on the shelf beneath which had no price labels.

The sales clerks conferred and thought theses yarn were $2.00 also. However, when the cashier attempted to ring up my selection of 28 skeins from both of these shelves, none of the 28 skeins of various types and colors (which I had spent considerable amount of time selecting) from the $2.00 shelf and the shelf beneath it were $2.00. (or $4.50 for that matter)The prices that rang up on the register were varying $3.00 or more for each skein. (Perhaps a discount from the original prices? )The cashier called a service manager who agreed that there should have been a pricing label to indicate the prices of the yarns which I had selected and that, she was sorry for my inconvenience. The best she could do was offer a 10% discount.

I thought I was making a $56.00 advance winter knitting projects purchase. Why should I purchase that many skeins for such a small discount? I can purchase the yarns as I need them when I knit my projects for my grandchildren at similar or better prices, and would never have made the trip wasting my gas for such a meager saving. At the very least, there should have been original pricing labels so I could determine if indeed the cashier prices were discounts at all. This whole experience has left me with a distrust of your sales practices and a reluctance to visit WalMart again.

I had a book of coupons issued from makers of Huggies Diapers that came out of a box from prior purchase of Huggies from Target. The diaper wipes were on sale at Walgreens for a dollar off also. Wal-Mart clerk refused to honor the Huggies $3 off coupon, refused to honor the $1 off coupon for the wipes, and the sale price at Walgreens. I stated the Huggies coupons came out of the box of diapers purchased at Target and from the Huggies manufacturer. They stated since the coupons had the "Target" emblem on them even though they came from the manufacturer, they would not honor them.

This is the fourth time Wal-Mart here in Missouri refused to honor another store's sale price and coupons. They stated they will meet all competitors coupons and sales but they said yesterday they do not match Target prices. I was speechless. I think that is false advertising. Did you also know that they state children's toys are considered "electronic" and they do not warranty them either if they run on batteries even?

I also have another gripe. I bought a humidifier at Wal-Mart. After about seven months, it leaked all over the floor. You could see that it was leaking clearly on the side. I took the receipt and the humidifier back to Wal-Mart in Fulton, Missouri. Guess what? They said "all returns have to be returned within a certain amount of time" and it had been too long. It took that long for it to start leaking which was about six months. I could go on and on but I think something needs to be done about Wal-Mart and they flipping back and forth on people. Did not get money back for humidifier and did not get a new one so had to purchase another elsewhere using gas and time. Did not get the 2 plus 1 dollar plus 1 dollar off of diapers and wipes and am stuck with a child's toy that cost $30 or more.

For the past 3 weeks, I have been trying to find an air conditioner filter for my central unit. It's a 20 x 25 x 1. I have not had problems before getting the 3M brand, but now all they have is the PUR brand and the associate that tried to help me told me they couldn't keep them in stock, because the PUR dealer comes out and inventories once a week and orders, but they never have enough. He said he never had this problem when he used to order the 3M brand himself, that he could get all he wanted and never had a bare shelf. I asked why they didn't go back to the 3M or another brand and he didn't know. The PUR brand is about $2.00 higher than the 3M brand and I'm assuming that's why, but if they don't keep them on the shelf where they can be sold. Then they are not making any profit that I can see. I will go elsewhere from now on to get whatever I need.

This is not the first time I have come across this problem. I use a certain shampoo and have for a long time and never had a problem until a year or so ago, and then they never have it anymore. It would seem to me when something sells that it should be replaced. Also, the generic quit smoking patches, they quit selling them. At first, the associate told me they were back ordered, but that has been months ago and they still haven't gotten any. Could it because the other brand costs about twice as much? Well, I'm not paying double for them.

Walmart is really going downhill and people aren't going to put up with it. I don't blame the associates whatsoever. This comes from the top and if Sam Walton were alive, it wouldn't be happening. He cared about the consumer. Well, Walmart is not too big to go under. I am not the only one who has problems with them. You can hardly ever get waited on in the sporting goods department. You have to have someone page them and then I have waited up to 30 minutes before; same in the jewelry department. Yours is not the only store in the town or nearby towns.

I find stuff at the Dollar store that I can't find at Walmart and at a lower price. You have put a lot of companies out of business and it is the consumers’ fault that that happened. It would seem to me you would want to take care of your customers. The grocery part is lacking because there isn't a variety of name brand items. It seems you want us all to like your store brand and that just isn't true on all items.

The local pet store was closed that day so we went to Walmart. We feel sorry for those poor fish and decided to save a few. It took almost half an hour to find someone to catch the fish for us; apparently no one is in charge of the pet department. We got some goldfish: two black moors, two gold fantails and two calico fantails. We also got a leopard plecostomus.

Things seemed to go well at first. Within a week, all the goldfish were showing the characteristic spots of Ich, which they could only have had when we got them, as there had not been any fish in the tank before we put the goldfish in it.

I went back to Walmart and bought the Ich treatment, and while I was there, I noticed that other fish from the same tank we got the goldfish from were also sick. The two gold fantails have died from the disease, and the rest are barely hanging on. At least, they will die in a loving home and not in a heartless corporate "super center". I was in Walmart this morning and while I was there I checked on their goldfish; the poor fishes now have fin rot, too. Any fish that gets put into those tanks at Walmart are also at risk for infection because Ich can persist in a tank as long as there are fish for it to infest.

Also, the same net gets used in all the tanks for all the fish, spreading the ich parasite through all the tanks. Sadly, the fish at the St Mary's, Georgia Walmart are in much better shape than the ones at the Walmart in Yulee, Florida. Those tanks are just horrifying. Walmart should not be allowed to sell live fish at all. There is no one to properly take care of those little living beings who just suffer and die from lack of proper care.

Something in the electric box was messing up; it was turning itself up and down and shutting off and on. So, I called GE the 1st time: they said they would replace it and advised me to take it to Wal-Mart and get a new one. Wal-Mart said no, as it’s been past the 45 day mark.

So, I called GE the 2nd time and they said to call Wal-Mart and gave me a different number. Wal-Mart would say different and they said they will send me a FedEx box, send it the unit back then they will send me a refurbished unit. Are you kidding me? I called GE the 3rd time and they said they cannot help about Wal-Mart’s return policies and that if that’s what they said I have to do, then that’s what I have to do!

So let’s see, I buy a new window unit for it to go out in a matter of 9 weeks, to have to send back and get a used one! So today, there are heat warnings the past week and today, so I have to go purchase a new one which won't be from Wal-Mart or a GE model, mind you, just so I can send this one off cause it will take a couple of weeks to get the other one back! So if you think you are buying quality anything from Wal-Mart, think twice, especially if you are spending your hard earned money only to be stolen from you from Wal-Mart! It’s almost like a scam!

The customer service, the selection, and the appearance is the worst that I have ever encountered in my life. I drive to Wal-Mart to get the things that I need along with my Mom. I swear that if there are two bottles of aspirin of any kind on the shelf, we are lucky. Not just one or two times, all the time. The store is never stocked. Even the employees that I spoke to have told me that half the time, they do not have the things that they shop for.

Today is Saturday. I went there Friday evening after work and I went for about six items. Out of those six items that I went shopping for, I found two on the shelf. They are lazy and won't check in the back for anything. The store is disgusting; there is trash everywhere and I have now decided that I will drive 16 miles out of my way to shop at the Quarterfield Road Walmart instead of driving five minutes to the Washington Blvd. Walmart. There were two other customers in the Health and Beauty section that were angry because the one man had been in the store three times in the last five days and they still did not have any Tylenol on the shelf.

Someone must do something about this. It is a sin for the consumer. This Wal-Mart is the sorriest excuse for a store that I have ever experienced. Get a new regional, or a new manager. They clearly are not doing their job. It is really sad that when you go to a Wal-Mart and you are lucky that there are three packs of candy bars in the candy aisle.

They have poor customer service. I recently went in to buy a few items. One of the items, I had noticed was tore when I got to the register I asked the cashier if someone could go get me another one to replace it. The cashier told me to go and get it myself and I replied with "No, I would like someone to get it for me." The cashier called an assistant. Then the assistant stopped at another register where he stayed and told me to go and get what I needed. I proceeded to get my item. When I returned to my cart which i had already paid for my items, I had to place all my bags in the cart my self. God forbid the cashier lift a finger to help. Poor customer service!

No one was in the yard at the time. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The chairs and table itself are fine. There are shards of glass (small, to be sure, but still sharp) 20 feet away from the table. We paid almost $500 for that set. We feel we have no recourse other than to buy a new table.

Absolutely the most disgusting Walmart store I have ever visited. I took my 4-year old son to the restroom. There was excrement all over the toilet seat, the stalls smelled of urine and feces. The restroom were so disgusting that I decided to have my son wait until we found a store in the area where he could use the restroom. After I left out of the restroom, I told a manager about the bathroom.

I don't know if she had it cleaned. I immediately told my wife, who was shopping, about the restroom. As I was telling her, I noticed potato chips spilled all over the floor and someone simply swept them to the side. I will never visit that particular Walmart ever again. I feel that if this Walmart was in a predominantly white area, it would be much cleaner. This is totally unacceptable, perhaps corporate should make a surprise visit to the store.

I just find it extremely frustrating that it is constantly advertised that with all of the registers, there is no need to wait or at least it will be a fast wait. I find this to be a total joke, because of all of the registers, only 5 of them are open at any one time. Today, I went on a Sunday, and there were only 4 open which took me 15-20 minutes of standing there with my groceries. I understand the fact that not all 30 of them need to be open on just a regular Sunday. But I believe 10 would suffice and take care of the problem and fulfill your advertising requirements.

For the last few months, most times I visit the store, all wheelchairs are discharged, and the number of wheelchairs at this store has been reduced. When I do get a chair, the battery frequently runs low and I have had great difficulty getting back to the front of the store. I have been told by Wal-Mart employees that they sent back several chairs because they didn't need them, and several chairs were in the back broke down.

This problem is getting worse and it doesn't seem to be any great concern to the management. Today, like several times before, I waited for a chair for nearly an hour and I finally did my shopping elsewhere, spending over 200 dollars. If this situation persists, I will no longer be a Wal-Mart customer, and I will tell my contacts to avoid a company that has little concern for the disabled. Additionally, I will make Wal-Mart's concern for the disabled known via the internet and all means available.

I am an Oregon State resident who recently ordered a desktop computer online (Sat, Jun 26, 2010 9:09 pm) from Walmart.com as a gift for my father who resides in Washington State.

When I placed the order the computer sales amount came to $378.00, but what I didn't realize is that Walmart.com had charged me sales tax of $29.86. When I have bought items from Walmart while visiting Washington in the past, they have never charged me sales tax since I am an Oregon State resident. After I discovered that they had charged me sales tax, I contacted Walmart.com right away (the next morning) and asked them to remove the sales tax from the order. They said that they could not do that. After this response, I requested that they ship the desktop computer directly to me in Oregon, and that I would deliver it myself to my father in Washington State when I visited him next. They told me at this point that they could not change the shipping location of where the item would be shipped. After this, I asked them to just cancel the order and that I would buy a desktop computer from a local store where I would not be charged sales tax.

The lady on the phone said she would "attempt" to cancel my order, and that it hadn't shipped or processed yet, but it wasn't a guarantee that the order would be cancelled. Unfortunately, on Monday I got a notification that the desktop computer had been shipped and then later in the week on Friday it arrived at my father address in Washington.

I again called Walmart and asked them to take off the sales tax from the order, but they told me they wouldn't. They told me that I could have my father deny the shipment of the order (before it was delivered), but at this point my father needed a computer since his old computer had problems and I didn't want to have the computer go back and then try to collect the money back from Walmart. That could take weeks. I contacted Walmart.com customer service over 5 times now, and nobody there seems to want to help me with this problem.

The last time I bought any was about 2 months ago and I purchased 50 bottles (2 liter). Today when I went to buy more, I could not find any. I searched for an employee to help me but had to walk from the food section to the video game area (half way across the store) and asked someone in the cell-phone section to help. After a short wait the employee returned and told me that they were out of the product and were going to discontinue it. I have no idea where to purchase this particular brand in the 2 liter bottle.

I was very disappointed in being told that WalMart would no longer carry it, but what made it even worse was having to go to several areas before I could find someone to help me. Mesquite Nevada Wal-Mart has some major ongoing issues they cannot overcome. I’ve seen this store open and go through a lot of attempts to change. It appears they get so far in making these attempts to change before the employees to train the managers in a bad way to stereotype the people in the town. 1) The employees who’ve been there a long time who work day shift in customer service dept. tell the managers not to trust Mexican people, because they steal and bring back things and steal things out of the packages, and nothing is legitimate about their purchases when they return their products for exchange or for refunds.

    2) Prior to this was the store would not order anything due to these same types who would say the Mexican people were stealing the products etc. Who are supposed to be shoppers or customers? 3) I have experienced these types of girls make up policies off the tops of their heads to deny exchanges, and refunds with the receipt in hand within 24 hours of purchase and product defective or failure. 4) I stood in line watching ** shoppers not being questioned. While every time a Latino or Hispanic gets in line, there is some kind of issue. Then, the employee will call the assistant to back them up to deny the customer with the receipt.

    5) I had the assistant usually try to intimidate me, and scoff or laugh and deny any kind of help and interrogate me when I got the receipt in hand and explain my issue normally. 6) Some of these employees are Stacey, two heavy set girls hillbilly types, and Kevin or Frank, who were the assistants who laughed and said you can get as many lawyers as you want; it won’t matter. Or, that’s where you are going with this. 7) When the facts are what they are, complaints won’t be addressed. These types have been doing this for so long. This store has an inability to be like driving to Saint George, Utah, or Las Vegas Nevada.

    8) I purchased a display, TV, display laptop, and display printer. I was pushed around by some employees to tell me what I can and cannot buy and do, when I had to ask for the manager for each purchase because they cannot stock products. I bought all these in three days. I had the same issue with each employee as well. I was told I could not buy a warranty or service program, or even the product itself because it’s a display model, even when we found the manual and the product had the serial number on the product.

It keeps going on and on at this store for every single thing. They will try to deter a Hispanic or Latino customer from purchasing, anything display or not. And they will not allow or accept any refunds or exchanges with receipt and will not honor any warranty with purchased warranties etc. for anything and everything. And they will not provide the policy or show the policy for exchanges other than making it up, then being corrected from the store manager. Many times they will not call him or delay calling anyone and then say they are gone etc. and play games.

I went through a lot of these issues and have seen others bring back electronics and same products with no interrogation or scrutiny. And these girls and some guys here take things personal, rather than help the customer who wants to do business or return to spend their money. This is out of fear of not having any recourse at a reasonable level of human attempts to refund or exchange the products with receipt and time limit met, and haggle and hassles. I wonder how much money this store has lost due to these types at this store with this attitude, to stop the customer from having the satisfaction of having a positive experience with returning or exchanging and purchasing Wal-Mart products.

Good luck with your store. I won’t shop without an attorney for certain products at Mesquite Wal-Mart. Anyone ever decide to class action this store, I will be on board. This caused emotional distress and mental anguish.

Next time greeter lady told me it was in the charging area, go get it. So I was as nice as she was; I left it inside the store. Next time, greeter man told me to get it from the charging area. Told him I did not know where to put the cord. He said, "oh just hang it over the arm, it may not fall off". So I left it inside the store and he told me that was not the place to leave the scooter. I did not reply.

Aren't these greeters paid to help customers with problems and not be so rude about it? They may have a broken toe/foot someday. Hope I'm around to tell them to go get the scooter for their use. Not sure what I'll say the next time I ask for a scooter.

She said she would do it just this time, so I went back and got another bag of chicken. No reduced prices there and she said that I couldn't return the chicken because I bought it at a reduced price. So I left, got home, called and talked to the meat manager. He wasn't there but talked to another guy there. He said they would return it and give me another one, so I drove back to the store. Another 9 miles, one way.

I got there, gave her my name and she said "go get another bag". So I did and she told me that she wouldn't return it because I didn't have another bag at the same price. I am broke so I didn't have the money to go the difference. I really counted on this meat to feed my family. Now, they have the spoiled meat and I have nothing. Not even the money I spent on it or a replacement I'm to do without. So my kids and family will go hungry. That bag of chicken would have fed us at least 3 meals. I don't know what I'm to do now. We are going through a very hard time and Walmart made it worse for us. Now we have to worry how we are going to feed our family. There were 2 registers open for 20 items or less and 2 registers open for full service. There were lines of about 7 to 10 people in each line. I understand the economy; however, I spent $267.00 in one trip. When I finally got home all my frozen food was thawed out and milk, creamer, eggs, etc. were all warm. I love your store. You by far have the best prices, but at the risk of my family getting ill from bad food, I will be doing my food shopping at Publix, and will pay a higher dollar amount to ensure my family's health. Customer service should be any store’s first priority. Find you cuts elsewhere in the store and keep your registers ringing; after all that is what pays your employees in the first place, and more people would come back as they did not have to wait so long to pay.

Two days ago I returned to one of the Lakeland stores, and again this store has discontinued the product. I spoke to a department manager and he suggested that it was because both this store and the Auburndale store had recently undergone complete renovation and had discontinued a number of items.

I do not believe I am the only customer who purchased the aforementioned product and I would greatly appreciate you returning it to the shelves of the Auburndale store. I hate to shop elsewhere as over a period of one year, including gasoline and medications, I average approximately $75 per week at this store. She said, “Yes, ma’am,” gave me an ink pen and asked me to endorse the back of it.

After she had scanned my entire purchase as well as bagged my items and put the bags back into the shopping cart. She said to me "Oh, I don't have enough money to cash your check." She sent me to the front of the store to the Cash Center to have my check cashed. Like I said, I have cashed these checks at this store in the past. The lady at the Cash Center took my check and my driver’s license and instructed me to enter my Social Security Number on the keypad. Then she gives me a slip of paper with a phone number on it and told me she could not cash the check.

I asked why and she said she didn’t really know and that I needed to call the number on the slip of paper. She also said she knew the check was good, as she had been cashing checks from the college all day. She told me that she had not been allowed to cash any of the college checks over $1,500.00 for some reason.

I called the number on the slip of paper she gave me (866-** Courtesy Check Services). The lady I spoke with asked me for my driver’s license number, date of birth, account number and routing number from the check I had tried to cash. She said she found that transaction but that someone had entered my driver’s license number in wrong and there was no date of birth entered.

She instructed me to return to the store and tell the clerk to fix this error and I could cash my check. I returned to the store, shopped once again and informed the clerk of the error. She said it still would not go thru and she said she knew the check was good too but thought it was over the limit. I’m not sure what limit she was talking about because this check was only for $2,675.00 and I cashed a $4,000.00 check there in January.

I asked for a manager so he could explain to me. The manager came to the register and said he really did not know but that some of these checks were going thru today and some were not. Then six months later, I tried to create a graduation invite, using a baby picture and his senior pictures side by side. Again, no problem.

He was disrespectful in his reasoning and even when his support supervisor asked, "Do you scan them for copywrite?" and he said no, it is a judgement call and I am not giving these to her! I explained to him as nice as possible in my bit of dismay that I have printed 300 of these exact photos here with no question and that the photo he was questioning was taken in my backyard. I have a very expensive digital camera myself but thought it would be better for my son if someone other than me stood behind the camera, and being a teacher, I had access to a student of mine that aspires to be a photographer came over to build her resume as well. She gave me the disc and told me to go to Walmart or Meijers and print what ever I liked.

On 5/29/10, I went to Wal-Mart to purchase stuff for a family picnic. When I got up to the register, I stood in line for about five minutes. Then the cashier said my register is closed. A lady behind me was extremely mad and I watched her go to a Wal-Mart employee and complain. I told the guy on the register that my stuff was on the line already. He said he had to go on break. I told him had I not stood there for five minutes, I could understand but my stuff was on the line already. So he took me and rushed the whole order. I did not get two bags that was about $30 of merchandise.

So when I got home, I realized that I did not get some of my items so I checked off what I did get and called Walmart. I talked to a girl name Jessica. She said she had the items up front that I could come pick them up to bring the receipt. I asked her if I could pick it up the next day because it was late that evening, she said yes, she would be there tomorrow. I asked her name and wrote it on the receipt. So the next day, I sent my husband to go retrieve the items for me.

When he got there and asked for the items, he misunderstood that the checked items was what I had and the ones that was not checked was what we were getting from there. He told them that and she said she could not give him the bags that belonged to us and he was trying to explain that I had called. The girls name was on the receipt that I had talked to and that they said to pick it up today.

Well they would not give it to him. I don't understand why they had to upset my husband over a purchase that was paid by me. He had the receipt with her name and all the items on the list. All she had to do was look and see on the receipt that all those purchased items was on there but instead, my husband which is very ill, dying with liver disease, was denied what was ours. He got upset with her and got loud and then he asked to speak to the manager. This Lloyd Jr. came and threatened to call the police on him, made a big scene in there, over two bags, that all they had to do was look on the receipt to see that it was ours. My husband left without the bags. He came and told me that they refused to give him the bags.

So I again called over there. They said that my husband said that he was to pick up two bags from there that his wife left, that it was the items checked off. They refused to give him our bags because he said it wrong. I told her I would be over to get it. So now I had to make another trip to this Wal-Mart store to get what I paid for because of people that will not do their job professionally. I told the girl at customer service that I came to get my bags, no questions, I did not have to even show the receipt or sign a thing. So why did they give my husband such a hard time?

This manager in the Northeast, Maryland Wal-Mart should not even be in there working with people, let alone manage. If he does not know how to manage, something should have been done with the girl Jessica because she knew that the bags belonged to us, her name was written on the receipt and I had just talked to her the night before. I have spent a lot of money in there as for my sons and family and friends but I will not go back there. I will shop at Kmart from now on. What a good way to treat your customers, Jessica and Lloyd Jr. (manager) so called. You should be proud of yourselves. I hope that one day you are treated like my husband was.

On Sunday, May 30, 2010, my daughter Emily and I went to the Walmart located on Hwy 21 in Monroeville. Emily wanted to buy a TV using some money she had received from her HS graduation. We found the TV she wanted and went to the counter in the electronics department. There was only one person at the counter working so we stood there and waited for about 15 minutes.

I saw another Walmart employee and asked her if we had to check out in electronics or could we go to the front of the store. She said we could go to the front and check out if would like to. We got to the front and the TV rang up the wrong price. It is marked on the box, where the bar code is, as $268.00. It was marked on the shelf $268.00 It had a tag on the display TV in electronics for $268.00. You would think the TV is for $268.00 but it rings up $288.00. I told the cashier it rang up the wrong price and she called the asst. customer service manager to the register. She looked at the box where the price was and told me that Walmart policy is to give it to me for $3.00 off. Not the price marked in 3 different places but $3.00 off the $288.00 which is not the right price.

I then proceeded to go to the electronics dept. and got the tag off the display TV and the tag off the shelf (they just slide out of the plastic holders I didn't mess anything up). There's a lady removing the tag from a TV that is located next to the TV that Emily picked out. I took the tag out of the holder and she looked at me and said, "You won't get it for the $268.00 if that's what you think." So apparently they called her and told her to take the tags off before I got there. She just took the wrong one off the wrong display TV.

So I then proceed to the front of the store with my tags in hand and the asst. customer service manager asked me what that's gonna change and I told her that I wanted her to see that it was clearly marked in 3 places $268.00 not anywhere was it marked $288.00. She said,"It doesn't matter, what it ring up is the right price at Walmart. Be glad we're gonna let you have it for $3.00 off the $288.00." What!!! I've had just about enough so I asked to see her boss. He came to the register and looked at the TV and looked at the tags and looked at what the register had for the price. He asked me if I want the TV and I told him only for the price marked. He then said OK and voided it out and re-rang it for the correct price.

This kind of thing happens all the time at this Walmart. I have never bought more than three items where at least one of the items does not ring up the correct price. I have pointed this out on numerous occasions at the customer service desk when I go to get my money back. If Walmart overcharges every customer $.25 or more per visit, they are making a killing and most people just don't want to go through the trouble of making things right. If I had not stood my ground, I would have been cheated by $20.00, $17.00 if I had allowed Walmart to do the right thing.

I've been very unimpressed for a long time now from their lack of employees and good business practices to how rude and unprofessional the employees are. There has been times it's taken an hour to two hours to get checked out. Other times, I have left angry, because I didn't get what I came for because of laziness, like they wouldn't get a price check on an item that didn't have a price tag or they just "couldn't sell it to me" for various reasons. There has been times I've asked to talk to a manager, and then suddenly, they could do what I was asking.

But here recently, they have been remodeling the store, and everything is in chaos. It's impossible to find any thing, and when you do find where it should be, they are all out. There has been items that they haven't had every time I've went for the last three weeks. I can understand that; it's only expected, but from what I've heard, they have stopped ordering a lot of their products until they can get everything organized. I'm trying to be patient, but the last time I was there was the close to the worst experience. After not finding half of my shopping list (including my catfood), I went to check out.

I was in line behind a Wal-Mart employee. I waited a long time for the three checkers to quit talking and finish checking the girl out. But it seemed more important for them to complain about work and talk about how long it was till they got off, which I found kind of ironic since they didn't seem to be doing much work. As I waited, the girl in front of me (looking embarrassed) started moving my items up because the conveyer was broken. She looked at the checker like she was wondering if she was going to do it. The girl replied that it's not her job.

While I'm still waiting for her to finish with the other girl, I finally slapped the conveyor a couple of times. She just told me the conveyor didn't work, and I told her "No, you're not working." to which she was too busy talking to notice. When she finished, she walked off; and one of the other girls finally checked me out.

The store needs new employees and better management. My cats didn't get food that day. Time of mine has been wasted sometimes making me late. I've to go searching to other stores after wasting my time at Wal-Mart.

I looked through the cameras and found a floor model that was marked down to $9.00 (regular $149.00). I made sure to check both the description and the serial number both matched. When I went to check out the cashier told me that it was labeled wrong at that it was in fact $79.00. The assistant manager Sydney informed me that the 7 had been cut off. However, the other numbers and information was perfectly intact and there was no room for a number to be removed.

They agreed that the serial number and description matched the product but refused to honor the price as marked on the package. As I was standing there another employee asked how much she could get it for and the manager replied $29.00. Well, this just ticked me off but all I did was ask to see the package to take photos of it. It clearly states the price and discount price. I got home and called 1-800-Wal-Mart and was told that it was up to the store manager and I should hear back in a couple of business days.

Sometimes, the taste is terrible. I just realized they could be full of mercury. I dumped the salmon I had from them and stopped buying it. No wonder it was so cheap. Today, April 27, 2010, 7:20am. I learned what's more frustrating than standing in the one open checkout line with 10 other people at a 22-cash registered Wal-Mart; not being able to get into the store! The large doors at the "Market/Pharmacy" entrance were locked and would not manually open. The parking lot contained 25-30 vehicles and the Pepsi drink deliveryman was doing his job (on the other side of the door). Short on time, the frustration quickly dissipated just 2 miles away- Kroger! They welcomed with open doors and received my money for the 2 items I needed. Five minutes. Gone. Satisfied.

I'm a happy customer. At Wal-Mart, I went to buy some pepperoni and disposable plates. When I came upon to pay, I asked if I can get change for a $20. The change I wanted back was one $10 bill and two $5 bills. When a very rude cashier told me, "No, I'm sorry I can't do that." I asked why and he responded back saying, "Because technically, I can't because I will get in trouble," and I did not want to argue back so I said okay. But I would also like to mention other times when I go there to the same exact Wal-Mart and ask for change, they do it and are not rude at all either. I don't think rude people should work as a cashier if they are not going to be polite to the customer. After all, a happy customer is a happy store.

Now, I will shop there no more because of [their] latest policies on return of electronics. I brought my 13 year old son to electronics department to spend his money from his first job, he chose a X-BOX game and paid 49.95 for it and took it home, opened it, then found out that the game needed more hard drive than his X-BOX had. We went straight back to return the game. Not possible, game had been opened. Not played, only opened. Please explain to me how you would handle this situation if this game or any electronics, DVD, Music Cd, whatever were the case, were it defective. No returns, no exchanges. I have lost all faith in this company. All my family and friends will be informed of this change in policy, since I was not informed of this policy change before I purchased this product. I went to return an item without a receipt. They told me they could only give me in-store credit. I explained that every time they give me this useless card, when I go to use it, it gives a $0 balance. So Tiffany (first girl at "customer service") called a manager, who told me the same thing. I again explained that I never have any luck with these cards. So what happens when I get them is I am out the item I returned and the money I paid for it.

So girl number 2 and Tiffany went back and do some whispering and supposedly called the store manager. Again, I was told the same story--it's not their policy to give money back without a receipt. I told them to get that manager up to the register. By now, I have been at the "service desk" for close to half an hour, trying to explain that I just want my money back and I'll be happy to leave. So after waiting another 10 minutes for the store manager, Craig, to appear from where I can only assume is (hiding in) his office, he decided to come out and deal with me himself. In the meantime, Tiffany and girl number 2 have been rolling their eyes at me; and Tiffany even growled like a dog at me. By this time, needles to say, I am furious.

I got into yet another argument to explain again that I have no luck with these stupid in-store credits, but I ended up having to leave with it anyways. I wouldn't mind them, except for the fact, as I said several times, I have very bad luck with these useless in-store credit cards. So now, I am stuck with a useless card for a store I refuse to step foot into again. This entire time, I am staring at a huge sign stating that they strive to satisfy their customers. Yeah, OK. Sure they do, as long as you have a receipt!

Yet another wonderful experience at Walmart. I was shopping at Walmart on Henry in Muskegon trying to purchase a 2-Quart Paula Deen Covered Casserole and also a 5-Quart Paula Deen Covered Casserole. That particular store did not have the 2-Quart, but did have the 5-Quart. The 5-Quart was $54.95. Since they didn't have both bowls I decided to go and get them at the Sherman Street address. When I got there, I found the 2-Quart and also the 5-Quart, however, the 5-Quart Paula Deen Covered Casserole dish was $79.95. I questioned the cashier about the tremendous price difference between the two stores less than 5 miles from each other. She said she could not match the price at the Walmart on Henry and that there was nothing she could do about it, and gave me a dirty look and turned her back on me.

I truly don't know why I go back to Walmart since there are problems every time I go there. Walmart has got the rudest cashiers and help in general at any store I have ever gone to. I hope you lose every law suit that is filed against you and eventually you will go out of business. This world has enough problems with rude, nasty people who accept a person’s hard earned money. There was no economic damage to me. I just didn't buy the 5-Quart Paula Deen Covered Casserole and have no intention in doing so from Walmart.

I was assaulted from behind by a large young woman in Wal-Mart. I was standing with my back to the entrance doors, giving my items to exchange to the associate Doris. I looked down to reach for my ticket when I felt something hit my head. My eye glasses fell off. My first thought was a ceiling tile must have fallen off, but it continued. I then realized I was being hit. My hands went up instinctively. I started screaming stop it. After time it stopped. I then stepped and turned around and there she stood in front of me. There was an adult with her. She told this young lady, you know you are not to hit. I asked her what is wrong with her. She said she is crazy. I was told by the associate Doris that this young lady came directly to me when she entered and proceeded to hit me wildly.

The person that was with this young lady did nothing to stop her nor did anyone else. There was no one standing next to me. In fact the young lady stepped forward and I stepped back. I was trying to wrap my head around what just happened. An associate from Wal-Mart asked if I wanted to call the police. I said to him just a minute, I am still processing what just happened. I told them I needed to sit down. I sat down and he asked me again and I would motion with my hand I needed a little more time. He said he could not call the police. I had to tell him to call. I first felt sorry for the young lady.

The lady that was with her asked if I was alright. I told her I don't know yet. I felt my mouth and cheek hurting. I had hit the podium with my face when she first hit me. This woman told the young lady let’s go. She refused. They were standing still by the entrance. They started to head into the store. I then realized that this should not happen to anyone else, that who ever is responsible for this young lady needs to be held responsible. I motioned to an associate to call the police. By that time they exited out the side entrance and I was told Wal-Mart could not go after them. I thought the mall security then. Another Wal-Mart associate said that they were seen driving off quickly, not stopping at any stop signs. I thought Wal-Mart had gotten their names. This person just assaulted one of their customers. No names were taken.

I waited two hours for the police to arrive. I made an incident report since no names were taken. They have her on video showing her hands swinging I was told, but could not see her face nor mine. I know they have more of them while they were standing in front of the entrance doors and there were witnesses. The officer was told in front of me by a manager that she is a regular. She said that they bring them in to shop, but still didn't know her name or the facility she is with.

Consequence: I want this young lady found so this won't happen to anyone else. What if she had something on her person that could have caused more damage? No one stopped her. Wal-Mart must take steps in protecting their customers by at least taking down names. Why couldn't they have just called the police even to make an incident? They allow this type of person back into their store. How many assaults does it take? What would have happened if it had been their associate that had gotten assaulted? They can refuse service. I went to emergency to have myself checked out. My head was hurting, headache and feeling the results of the assault. It is a week as of today and I haven't heard any type of concern from Wal-Mart to see how I am doing.

I came in to purchase a few items plus dog food, cat food, cat litter at the Estes Pkwy store in Longview, TX, also known as the "ghetto Walmart" (I'm putting it nicely). I went to register #18, where you buy tobacco products. I wrote a check (that belonged to my fiance with the same address) for roughly $70. I gave the cashier my check, she looked at it with my driver's license, and then decided to walk to a CSM near the register. They talked for a minute then she came and told me that she couldn't take my check. The purchase was for the amount of purchase only. I was upset because I have written checks there before with no problem. I walked to my car, then decided I wasn't going to let this go.

So, I went in to the customer service and asked to speak to a manager. I told her that I always have written checks there and so has he and that we have the same exact address. I've been with him for 9 years, mind you.The only reason why I had the checks was because he was out on location, working in the oilfield and that he had the debit card. Anyway, the manager authorized the check, but had told me the cashier was doing her "job" by not taking it because your company no longer accepts checks, unless the person writing the check has their name on the account. I asked the manager, if I had to go to the same register and she told me I didn't have to.

As I was walking to get another cart to get the items again, I noticed the things I was going to purchase, was still in the cart at the register, so I decided to return to that one. The cashier rang up my things again and ran right over to the same CSM with my check and driver's license. I told both of them that the manager approved it and instead of believing me, even though the manager's initials were on the check, he walked to the manager to ask! After all that, the cashier processed the check and it came up code 8. She put my drivers license in. I was given a slip of paper and was told they couldn't take it again. When I asked why, the cashier said "I don't know". This is unacceptable! How do you expect us "customers" to purchase anything if you keep adding new rules that aren't really the honest people's faults? I have sworn never to shop at another Walmart again! I'd rather pay high prices than get treated like a ** thief with my own fiances' checkbook! Each time the automated telephone system told me my card was declined and that I would not be charged.

When talking to an agent, I was told the issue was being escalated to "the Financial Department", that they were not allowed to give out that department's phone number, and that it was being "researched" at that very moment. I was also told to wait another "72 business hours" for the holds to "fall off". A third reason has been given to me twice now for why I could not get my orders. They won't allow me to order more than two of the items I wanted. If that were true, then why wasn't it on the website? They have stolen money from my Key Bank account and have not delivered any goods or returned the funds, which should be immediate.

Within six months, the keyboard buckled and keys fell off. By the end of one year, large black blotches appeared on the screen. I bought the Walmart two-year extended warranty. It said that it started when I registered the product. Walmart would not honor that and said I had to deal with the manufacturer. The manufacturer grilled me for 20 minutes to find reasons to blame it on me. Then I was told to find my own packing and pay the shipping to send it to the manufacturer. They would keep it six weeks, determine if it was my fault, see if I packed it correctly, then decide if they would repair it. I would then pay the return shipping.

When the screen malfunctioned, I contacted Walmart again. A year had passed so I was not turned away. I spoke to a repair person who suggested that since I admitted touching the screen. I had intentionally damaged the computer and it would not be covered. I placed my finger on the screen as if it were a navigator. I thought he was crazy since I am a 58-year old woman with arthritis in my hands. I couldn't imagine that the computer manual would not warn that the screen could break by being touched with one finger. He agreed to send a box and Walmart did pay shipping. As you might expect, nothing was covered. I was told that a crack was found inside the computer and I did it by touching the screen. Also, I abused the keyboard (why?). How did I make it buckle and warp? Since I called a few days after the Walmart warranty started, I have no computer and I am out the $99 for the warranty. The repair cost was approximately $300 (50% of my original cost not counting the warranty). I had the computer 12 months and it broke after six.

I visited Walmart # 5428 in Mesa today, May 18, 2010, at about 1:40pm to purchase Equate 24-hour allergy medication from behind the pharmacy counter. When I presented my valid Arizona driver's license, I was told that they would not sell me the allergy medication because I am not from the Mesa area. When I asked why, I was told by the pharmacist, that this Walmart does not sell medication to people outside the the Mesa area.

He said that they get people in from all over, to which I said, "Walmart is a retail store. You would get people in from all over. It's what Walmart does, sell to people from all over." He did say that it was that store's policy and not a Walmart policy. I was not aware Walmart stores made their own policies and in my opinion, a Walmart store, even in Mesa, still represents Walmart.

The fact that I was treated as a common criminal because I do live in Mesa and wanted to make a legal purchase, of a legal medication, with a valid Arizona drivers license, is the reason for this letter today. I have also gone to the Walmart on Country Club and they had no issue with me purchasing the same medication at that store. I do not think I should be penalized because I chose to go shopping on my lunch hour in Mesa, instead of waiting until 6:30pm when I am back in Phoenix to go shopping to buy a legal medication.

I did not try to purchase medication with a forged prescription, with an invalid id, or with an out of state ID. The over the counter medication I wanted is a legal, non-prescription medication that by law, I must present an ID to purchase. The only reason I was denied service is my valid Arizona ID did not contain the word Mesa.

The fact that all purchases of this type of medication must be recorded per Arizona state law, and not Mesa, I should have been allowed to make this purchase at this location, without exception. I consider this discrimination due to where I live and nothing else. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store even though it is closer to my place of employment.

If I cannot purchase medication there, why would I want to purchase anything there or any Walmart? I will not be shopping at Walmart.

This was because the price was predicated on there being 118 sheets per roll when actually there were only 112. This type of thing happens constantly in Walmart. Shopping there is ridiculous as you have to check every price and your receipt to make sure you got the price they displayed. This is because they often have these "computer errors". This is by far the worse Customer Service I received from this individual and it must have been a bad day for her. While in line for Customer Service, I was attempting to purchase a money order but this young individual was rude and didn't care about the customer or the services they required. She was on her phone texting and also using her cell phone while trying to help customers. She didn't make it a priority to serve the customers. She had a very rude conversation on the phone and most of the customers were rolled their eyes at each other, but this girl named Heather didn't care.

I was able to get her last name from the phone call she was on and she provided some information to the person she was speaking with. I will never use this store again! I will never use this store again; they are so unprofessional and they keep their employee.

When I was first hired, they paid me less than they paid my other co-workers who were men, that started the same time as I did. They wouldn't move me up to a higher position, when they were making me do a manager's job, and never paid me what I was worth, but they moved the other men up, and paid them more money than me. I then applied at the Wal-Mart in Smelterville, Idaho, and they hired all men, and didn't hire me. I was the first lady at the door at the job fair. I feel like Wal-Mart discriminates women now, because of how I was treated in there. I worked hard for them, and it is not fair.

I was verbally abused by a cashier on an occasion that occurred on 9/09 and was ensured by letter and phone call it would never happen again. Then on 5/10, the same cashier that remembered me abused me in the same way. The manager of Walmart told me he had to go by protocol. That was why this employee was still there to verbally abuse me for the second time (on purpose). She recognized me, I did not recognize her. I just got in line to get checked out.

I have contacted the store manager, and even the assistant manager was there the night of the last incident, even had a person that was in line behind me to back up my claim of being treated so badly. But they still claim they can't do nothing until this person does so much. How good is a written letter from the manager saying that this will never happen again, and then it does, intentionally by that same employee? I feel that I can no longer go to my local Walmart during the 2nd shift when this employee is there. She actually followed me to the parking lot after the first episode and the night manager said she had let her have a break. This is the second time I have come home crying from shopping at Walmart because of an employee verbally abusing me and shoving the receipt into my hand. Nothing has been done. She told me I needed to hurry up and put my ** bags into my buggy. It wasn't her job to do so. Second time, just hurry up and get my bags in my buggy and get out of the way. Yesterday May 12, 2010, I came to the store to pick up some groceries with my eleven-year-old son. When I got up to check out, I mentioned to the cashier that I had a money order that I purchased from Walmart and do I just put WalMart's name on it and sign. She replied, “No, you needed to cash this at the service desk first.” Confused, I asked her to check on this as a money order is simply cash. You can only purchase a money order with cash. So the additional lady supervisor came over and verified that I needed to cash the money order at the service desk. The cashier told me she can suspend the order to allow me to cash the check. All my groceries bagged, sitting in my cart by her register, I immediately went to the service desk.

The lady there told me there was a $3 fee to cash the money order. I complained that this was not posted on their signs, it is not considered a check, and it is considered cash and always has been. I worked retail myself years ago and a money order was treated as cash, not a check. It is not considered a check. A money order is purchased with cash unlike a check which is a promissory note to pay for goods purchased. This same money order I had purchased at this same Walmart. Regardless, she charged me the $3. I went back to the cashier and stood by her at my cart and waited. She looked at me and began ringing the next person in line, then the next person in line.

I said, “Are you going to check me out?”. With a snotty attitude, she said to me, “Where did you go? You were supposed to take a slip from me to the desk when I suspended the order.” I told her, “How was I supposed to know that? You told me I had to cash the money order which is what I went and did. How am I supposed to know your rules? How would I have known I had to take some slip with me?”. Again she said. “You needed to take the slip with you.” and told me I have to get back in line. I said, “Why would I have to get back in line?”. She replied, “These people have been waiting.” I said, “I waited my turn in this line already!” She told me again that I would have to get back in line.

At this point I was completely astonished by how I was being treated. I took my cart and proceeded to the end of the line where other customers who overheard what was going on offered to let me in front of them. I kindly declined their kindness. After all, it wasn't their fault that the cashier was treating me terrible. Once I got back up to her, I again explained, how was I supposed to know I needed to take anything with me to the service desk. At this point she is full of attitude and continuing to tell me I just left. I said. “Hello, you just told me I had to cash this money order at the service desk and that you would suspend the order, that's exactly what I did.”

I asked if she had an ID or # that would appear on the receipt so when I contact someone about her, they can locate her. Very snotty, she replied, “ID? No! This is my name right here”, as she pointed to her Walmart name tag, Cathryn. Now, I'm an educated woman, married with 2 children, 11 and 15, and work full time for Mercy. I have never, ever received such horrible service from anyone. Sure customer service is not what it was when I worked retail. I would have been fired for that. And of course I've had plenty of experience with poor customer service provided to me, but I've never complained. However, this one takes the cake, left me completely in shock.

I wouldn't be surprised if another customer, who witnessed this, files a complaint on how I was treated. And while I'm not a complainer and would rather just go about my business, I can't let this one go. It's too shocking to me how she got away with treating me. And let's not forget, it's not like she still needed to ring me up, she simply pressed a button, which I'm assuming retrieved my order and then took my cash, 6-10 seconds tops! Looking back, at the time I had turned to walk to the service desk after parking my cart by her, she could have said, “Miss you need to take this with you.” She could have said anything to get my attention, but she didn't.

The supervisor still in the vicinity could have brought the slip to me at the service desk, but she didn't. This same supervisor (I'm assuming she was a supervisor as she had register keys) who confirmed I had to cash the money order had came back over while I re-stood in line, said something to the cashier and the cashier responded and looked at me. The supervisor walked away. Unbelievable, she could have interceded right then, yet chose not to. At this point I will not be using that store moving forward. There are other stores just as cost effect in the area. If this is the way that Walmart allows their employees to treat customers that are spending money, then I don't need to patronize them. I thought I would share this with you.

I purchased a jar of Firto Chesse Dip, which was advertised as $2.48. When I got to the register, it rang up to as $3.48. I called it to the cashier attention. She sent me to Customer Service. The associate at customer walked back to the display with me and pointed out that the price tag on both shelves where this merchandise was stocked was for another product. I expressed to her that was false advertisement. The product name on the tags are so small that if you are take the time to read all the labels, you would never complete your shopping. She did make the adjustment for me, but she did not take that price tag off the shelves.

She wrote a note on the refund slip, that the merchandise was mispriced. This will not get to the office until the close of her shift, and even then, more in likely, it will overlooked. This is not the only time I have experienced this type of situation with Wal-Mart. I can see this happening once, but not repeatedly. Just imagine how many people they have been stolen from by having one price on the display and charging another price at the register, knowing that the customer is not going to remember all of the prices when they get to the register. For this reason, I do not do my major shopping there. I only buy a few items and check my prices before I leave the store. I suggest that Wal-Mart have a person designated to go the store and verify prices, so the customers will know what they are paying. If it is a problem of someone stocking incorrectly, that person needs to be dealt with.

As they’re doing this, they are giving the public ** to eat and charging the same price as would the name brand products. This is pushing me and so many others to do our shopping elsewhere. They need to be asking the public what they want instead of leaving it up to a suit because the numbers look good. Sam would not be too happy with this, I think. Their response was to give me a refund and say "Sorry". Then I purchased an undergarment for wearing under pants (to the knee) and they too had a very strong chemical smell. I opened them on our vacation and needed them to wear under a summer dress, so I washed them, twice. They still smelled too bad to wear. I air-dried them and put them in a ziplock and brought them home.

I put them in Clorox 2 and water to soak and forgot about them for almost 4 days. When I did remember, the water they were in was a dark brown with a residue of some sort around the rim. And, they still have an odor. I am not only concerned about this for myself, but for everyone. Where are these items coming from? Where are they being stored? Is this odor caused by a toxin or carcinogen? Affecting people, children, pets? And what of those who don't have the means or the time or the knowledge to not wear these products?

This, in my opinion is a safety issue far above the inconvenience it has been for me. I am leaving the item in the container I soaked it in and wet until I hear from you. And will not be buying these items from Walmart ever again. Thank you for all you do!

I started putting my items on the counter and he said, "This is 10 items or less so you need to get out of line until I help the person behind you." It was my mother. I said, "I'm not putting that back in my buggy." He said, "You see the sign? It says 10 items or less." I said, "Yes, I see it and 8 items are mine and 4 items are for someone else." He said, "Well, that's our policy. So you need to let me get the next person." So I said, "Call your manager." "Hey, it ain't no problem because they're going to tell you the same thing." I said, "You are so rude." And he really got pissed. He reached up to the sign, slapped and said, "You see what this sign says?" I said, "Just get a manager." He said, "I'm going to ring you up." So he started ringing my items, gave me the total and said I want to see the manager first. He picked up one of the cases of sodas and slammed it on top of the others. It was pretty loud. A couple of people at the front of the store turned to look and I looked at momma and she looked like she wanted to say, "Is he crazy?"

I said, "You didn't have to slam the sodas down like that and be so rude." Then he just kept on saying, "You're the one being rude." The CSM came over and she said, "Can I help you?" I was telling her how rude he was being and he just kept saying no, I was the one being rude. She looked at him and said anyway. Then he said, "Well, she is the one being rude," and she said, "I can take you at another register." And I said, "I just want to check out and leave." She walked away and started talking to someone else so I looked at him and said, "Is she checking me out or are you?" He said, "I gotcha. I gotcha." So I checked out, waited on my mother and then just left and I was furious the rest of the day. That man really made me upset. We got in the truck and my mother said, "I think he was crazy or something. I didn't know what he was going to do after he slammed those Cokes down. However, this time, it was even more extreme than usual. There were at least 30-40 dead fish. The fish were feeding off of each other. There were four dead eels in one tank, and one was obviously dead long enough that it had roots from one of the plants growing out the side of it. The tanks were really dirty. The filters were getting clogged up with a pile or group of fish. On top of that, it smelled really bad.

Upon leaving the Walmart store (located at Marketplace Drive Garland, TX, 75041) on April 24th, 2010 at 11 am, I had two sacks of items that I had paid for at the photo counter. The door personnel stopped me to look at my receipt and check my bags. For what reason? She allowed another customer behind me leave with stuff in their sacks and didn't check them. As I handed her the receipt, she placed it sideways in her left hand so if she actually was going to check it, she would have to flip the receipt outward to see the items I purchased. Just then, my son had run out the door.

When going after him, the security went off. She then lunged at me and said accusingly, "What electronic you have in there?" Well, if she would have actually checked my receipt, instead of wanting to so adamantly see what was in my sacks, she would have seen that I didn't have an electronic but actually had printer ink. She didn't want to see my receipt when the security went off. She wanted to see it before, while all my items were in a sack.

If you look at my receipt, she didn't even mark the receipt like many other door personnel does when they check your receipt. When getting my receipt back from her, the receipt was in her right hand, again sideways. The employee's name was Pearlie, excuse the misspelling.

When I was driving home, I noticed that I was overcharged on a pair of shorts--I bought two. I went back to the store and walked through the service desk. I asked to speak to a manager to see exactly why the same pair of shorts in a different color and size were more than the other pair. The "manager" replied, "because they are $2.00." I reminded her that the place where I got them was marked, $1.00 for the shorts. Another "manager" came and the cashier at the service desk quickly explained to the second manager what happened and that manager said, "Well, give her the difference "

The first manager huffed and walked away. The door personnel and the first manager were black. I am white. The customers behind me were Hispanic. I have sent an email to the corporate office of Walmart on April 24, 2010 and I still have not received a response.

When leaving the Walmart Superstore on May 7th, 2010, I had all my items in a sack along with five children and my roommate. I was in the front of four of the children and my roommate was behind four of the children. Upon coming to the door of the garden section about to go between the security doors, the employee said rudely, "Where is the receipt?" I was highly offended and said, "in my purse," then proceeded to leave through the doors.

She then said rudely, "Well, isn't she a smarty?" in front of my 9 and 6-year old daughters! My roommate caught her saying rudely, "** rudies." I was at my vehicle when my daughter told me this and I turned to my roommate who was a good 10 steps behind us and asked him what she had said. He told me what she had said. Both informed me of the disrespect made by the name-calling employee.

I wasn't going to put up with the badgering from another Walmart employee again. As I was entering the doors that went back into the garden section of Walmart, I called the operator at that Walmart and asked to have them send a manager to the garden section. She asked in a rude tone, "What for?" Again, offended, I said, "For customer service." She said, "Okay!" and hung up on me.

I met with a manager named Michael. I told him about the previous incident and this one. He said that he would talk to the person at the door. What makes me angry the most is insulting me in front of my two daughters behind my back and then again calling me a name behind my back, fronted with an obscenity. The work ethics and professionalism at Walmart is lousy.

Five people were waiting to check out. Finally, I found an assistant manager and told him they needed more cashiers on the long line. He told me there was another down the line.

What's this? Your company can not manage more long lines? I believe this is called customer service. Week 2, I went in to buy groceries again around 9:30 AM. I went to get my Hood milk but there's no milk. I spoke to a worker and he said that the truck had not run. Next, I went to get my fat-free coffee creamer... no creamer. Now each week, I buy between $200.00 and $250.00 in groceries. Week 3, I went in to buy groceries but still, there was no Hood milk or fat-free creamer.

Today, to top it off, I went in to buy $248.00 worth of patio chairs and table. I asked Mr. Joe if he could help me, which he did, but guess what, no one came to help get it down from the top shelf. I asked Mr Joe if I could have the floor display. Mr. Joe called for the manager three times, but no manager showed up, this was to be for Mother's Day. As of today May 6th, I will no longer shop at Walmart. I know I'm one customer but you're losing over $1000.00 a month. I can not believe this store is run so bad. What happened to customer service?

Then, to be told that the cashier shut the light off and I had to find a new line because someone got behind me and the person in front of me was taking too long to complete their sale. The cashier whose name tag was flipped, so I could not read her name started talking to Spanish about me. Basically complaining that I wouldn't leave the line to the cashier right next to her. I knew what she said, I speak Spanish, so I said that to her "I speak Spanish" and she says so then you knew what I said, I said this is America, speak English. I was appalled that this cashier has the audacity to speak about a customer on her line waiting to be checked out. I was on the line before she shut her light off. Then, as she finally completed the sale in front of me, she accidentally couldn't ring me. I am not sure who she is but a woman by the name of Isabel had been called over and the other cashier that had been talked to in Spanish about me, talked about me too, even pointedly looking at me to make her point (Isabel put her back to me, so I could not hear the conversation) and kind of smiled to acknowledge that I was on the line before the light was turned off.

I am not complaining because I was asked to leave the line, my issue is that I spoken about in Spanish, because the cashier thought she could get away with it. When I said I understood, she didn't care, she didn't apologize, then when Isabel rang me, up she made a point saying to the women oh what happened. you punched out, you can't punch in you have to leave. Isabel didn't say anything to me to alleviate what I know was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I have worked in the customer service industry my whole life, my family is Hispanic, this cashier has no right to talk about me, and not be reprimanded or asked to apologize to me for her rudeness. At this point, I am not comfortable shopping in this Walmart that is less than one mile from my home. This is the USA in the workplace, employees should not be permitted to speak about customers in their native language (and laugh about it or think it is acceptable), it is rude, disrespectful, and creates a tension that can lead to customers not wanting to shop at the store.

We bought a new battery for $100.00 on 4/30/2010, got home and found we did not need a battery. We never even used the new battery. We took it back to Walmart customer service and they told us we could not bring the battery back. If we did they could only give us the core fee of $9. We explained we didn't even try it; it's still new store condition. Why would we give back a hundred dollar battery for $9? Yes, we are senior citizens but we aren't stupid. Why wasn't this in writing that it was not returnable?

On a day in march, I went to the Walmart store in Leesville were I had a problem with one of the garden centers female managers named Barbara. I asked if I could pay for a bag of dirt and she ignored me. She asked a white lady if she could help her at that time a male employee came in and help the female white customer. I asked Barbara if I could pay for my dirt for the third time. She never looked up and continued to open the boxes she was opening. After the employee asked her to help me, she told him she would. Today I went to get the dirt that I forgot to get and was told by one of the employee that there was no dirt when one of the black managers followed and help me load the dirt that he said that they didn't have.

I paid for all my groceries and had a gas refill on Sunday May 2nd, 2010. I told the lady who was checking me out. Then this little old lady (Louise) came with the key to get the gas refill. She was not able to help me ( and this has not been the 1st time this has happened). I had to get my can out of my car, place it by the can holder and load my own full tank myself. I called the Sheriff's Office to see if anyone was close by to load my tank for me, but they were not in that area. Why do they not have someone who can do customer service? I thought Walmart was all about the safety of the employees and customers. I emailed the Walmart store on Sunday when I got home but have not heard anything back from them. Why can't they make this a policy that someone who can lift over 30 pounds needs to be working that area, especially in the spring and summer months.

I had just had major surgery (hysterectomy) in February. On my way home, my stomach area hurt. I thought at one point I was going to start bleeding. This policy has got to be changed. People cannot be expected to lift these heavy items. One time I did have someone load it for me and she told me she had a bad back. I said, "Well, at least if you hurt yourself you work for Walmart. We don't. We would be on our own. They would have to pay you workers comp." I am stressing to you all that this policy has got to have changes made. I have made up my mind I will not take a chance and get another gas refill at Walmart. I have been forced to go to Lowe's and get my refill done when needed. I am a 5'5" 100 pound woman and cannot lift these heavy items without hurting myself. I will continue to research this until something gets done.

There are three Walmarts in close proximity to my home. Two are in Morgantown, one is in Fairmont, WV. Three times within the past month, I have been overcharged at the checkout. It is becoming a really bad habit it seems, and who knows how much I may have missed? Or how much everyone else may have missed? I was over charged by $10.00 on two items today alone! I thought my job was "consumer," not scanner checker/corrector!

There seems to be a growing [nobody cares here in the Gates store, Rochester New York.] I am in this store three or four times a week. Today I waited more than 15 minutes for anyone to come to the watch counter, this is not the first time, and I have brought it to what I was told a manager and all he did was walk away from me, he just could not be bothered. While I waited today, there were at least two groups of people huddled around and having a good time while looking right at me.

Is this what you people are going along with because your management does not appear to care in the slightest. I finally left and went to K-Mart where I did purchase a watch. I feel I am wasting my time here and now but if you care you might consider checking to see if I have a complaint or not. If not just leave things as they are, no one seems to care here either.

At approximately 2 - 4 pm, I shopped at the North Fort Myers Walmart on Pine island Rd. At the farthest east, 20 items or less check out counter, I was totally embarrassed by a senior check out lady. I'm a 61 yr. old former Marine (although once a Marine, always a Marine). I was made a fool of by a check out lady. I'm a Vietnam Veteran, dying from Agent Orange Poisoning and I had to go on SNAP (Food Stamps) because I'm too sick to work anymore. She made me swipe that SNAP card five times as she gloated and loudly announced that my food stamp card was no good. She told me I had to give her cash money! I swiped my debit card and she yelled out, "Your food stamp card wouldn't pay for it all!" So, embarrassed, I got to my car and headed home. Half way home, it dawned on me that not all she checked out for me was food. This woman knew that but she chose to make fun of a 61 year old crippled Marine for her own evil pleasure. I know nothing will come of this and that is why I've decided to put this all over the internet and will write all TV stations plus Fox News who look down on bigoted people! Faithful Americans won't stand for this `person's' foul attitude. Trust me, this Marine won't back down!

On May 3, 2010, I went to WalMart to have some pictures put on a disc. I had of school picture of myself from 1961 when I was a little girl (I'm 56 now) and the photo was taken by a private photographer named DeVito. The clerk would not let me copy it due to infringement laws he stated. When I tried to talk to the manager, explaining that the photographer had a private business and was dead now, so how could I get permission from him to copy it?

Being Monday (I suppose), she was not in a good mood and venomously replied that that is the law. I told her I had been coming to WalMart for years spending thousands of dollars from tires for all my vehicles, TV's, computers, groceries, etc. She stated it did not matter how much a person spends. I disagreed and stated that sometimes things are not in black and white that there are grey areas and in the past the clerks have always helped me printing pictures. She immediately went bi-polar on me and shifted into hatred coming out of those eyes. She went and got the other manager who was very nice but to no avail. I was not allowed to print the picture, I can't dig the photographer up from his grave and bring him back to life, So, what does one do? I will never shop at WalMart again due to the hostility from that female mgr, it's the principal of the thing. At one time good customer service meant something, I guess it doesn't anymore!
