So I was invited to a jewelry party for Swarovski and I was excited. Heard really good reviews. However I purchased 3 stackable birthstone rings ... After 1 year they faded and after another year one of them has broken at the weld next to the stone. I called for assistance but since I purchased through a vendor they will not help AT ALL ... I don't have a receipt. It was a jewelry party!! If this is your jewelry what does it matter that I purchased from one of YOUR vendors but you don't support repairs??? I will never purchase again.

I bought a bracelet for my niece who was turning 16. When the gift arrived at her house the box had been cut and retaped. When my niece opened the box it had tiny samples of hand lotion. I called Swarovski to tell them the bracelet was not in the box. The customer service representative wanted pics which I provided and a week later I was informed it was not their fault that somewhere along the way of transport someone had cut the box, took the bracelet and replaced it with tiny samples of lotion… even though they choose how they send their merchandise and sent it by UPS but yet couldn’t figure out how along the way someone within tampered with the shipment… They then informed me I was on the hook for paying for the bracelet my niece never received.
Wow what kind of customer service is that. I will NEVER BUY anything from this company ever again!!!! I had proof with pictures of the box being cut and retaped and delivered by UPS even though it was obvious the box had been tampered with before delivery…. Shame on Swarovski..They definitely have lost me as a customer!!!!

I got a ring not even a year ago now. Come to find out it’s a copper ring and it’s tuning my finger green. Now I thought it’s sterling silver and lab created diamond. Least that’s what I was told. I noticed spots on it and happened to look at my hand. Mind you I take it off every shower when I do hair out, lotion, anything so I’m not understanding what happened or why I was lied to but I wouldn’t buy unless you're 100% true and it never is and the crystal is messed up to not supposed to scratch or chip and mine has so I’m not understanding what happened here but oh well 160 gone over a ring I can’t even wear. I guess it could have been worse. I got it in October in Florida. Here it is march and I now notice what it’s doin. I seen it but thought I was crazy. Receipt is at home in the box. Will look for it and if I have to repost I will.

Purchased a watch from Swarovski online. Watch didn't come with pins to add links onto the watch. It was too small and I need to add the extra links they provide you with. I went to their outlet and they said they couldn't add the links because they didn't sell that watch in their store. I went to Vaughn Mills store and they told me that they could put the links on because the pins should have came with the watch.
I called customer service and they told me that I had to return the whole watch and order another one because they couldn't send me the pins to do the repair. I would have to show video proof that the watch was not damaged, photograph the receipt and ship it back. This is an absurd waste of my time. It was a simple request and I didn't need new watch. The watch was perfectly fine it was missing tiny pins to add the links. It doesn't make any sense that the stores don't carry these pins to do the repair. If product doesn't fit---- don't bother buying it!!!! Swarovski has terrible customer service!!!!

I ordered earrings in an online purchase from Swarovski. I received a damaged pair. I could not access their online process as the site "didn't recognize me" so was forced to wait online for over an hour to speak to a rep. The customer service rep was helpful and I complied with instructions to send back the earrings, including a photo of the damaged earrings. I was refunded for the product but the refund was less than my purchase receipt. Moreover, trying to navigate the process was time consuming and frustrating. Their online presence is dismal! Adding to that, I was furious that I should be out my time (filling out forms, trip to the post office, wait times, etc.) AND extra money for a purchase I made for a damaged product.

I purchased 2 pairs of these for my daughters for last Christmas. One didn't care for them so they're still in the box. They still look perfect. The other daughter liked hers a lot and wore them most every day. They tarnished and dulled. While I purchased in August, they were gifted at christmas so it's been only 4 months of wear since they were new. She tried to clean them with the same jewelry cleaner that she cleans her wedding band in, and it destroyed them completely. Swarovski did tell me that they would replace the earrings BUT that they're not to be cleaned with any product. They also stated, during a chat, that they should not be touched, used around lotions, hairsprays, etc...attaching picture. My takeaway: if you want to just look at them in the box, they're very pretty.

I sent my wedding ring to the Naples location for repair in August 2022. However, to my dismay, the ring was lost during the repair process. Despite numerous attempts to recover my ring, both through customer support and direct contact with the location, I have been unsuccessful in locating it. The Naples location has acknowledged that they lost my wedding ring but has been unable to provide me with any explanation for how this happened. As a result of their mistake, the only alternative offered to me was to receive a ring of similar value. However, this has proven to be a difficult option as the style of my original wedding ring is no longer available, leaving me with very few replacement options. This has been a very disappointing experience for me, as my wedding ring held significant sentimental value, and I have not been able to recover it or find a suitable replacement.

Tried on bracelet in the display case and showed it to my husband. We decided to purchase bracelet and sales clerk took box out. I asked if it was the same bracelet and she told us they were all identical. When we got home we discovered it was not the same bracelet. I called the store and left a message. My husband, who saw the bracelet on my wrist, went back to the store the next morning to exchange it for the one I tried on. We were told that the one I tried on never existed. They even removed it from the display case. We were stunned. Got our money back and will never shop there again. Store is in West Farms Mall, Farmington, CT.

I purchased a ring from Swarovski in August of this year. I was told at the time of purchase that there was a two-year guarantee on all of their pieces. Since I purchased the ring it has tarnished and the integrity of the material is no longer suitable for wear. I returned to the store where I purchased the ring and was flat out refused a refund although the product was damaged through no fault of my own. I contacted customer service and have been dealing with them back and forth for over a week with no resolution in sight. I have filed a complaint with numerous agencies including the better Business bureau of Massachusetts. I will next go directly to the corporate office in Rhode Island if this is not resolved. I simply want a refund for the ring that has become tarnished. I have the receipt & original box. I am also a member of the "club."

So I purchased several hundred dollars worth of this jewelry at a party my friend hosted. Was told by the sales rep that the jewelry doesn't tarnish and has a lifetime warranty. Wore the bracelet I purchased maybe ten times total over the next several weeks and it tarnished. I reached out to the sales rep who said I would have to pay $25 to have it replaced. Sorry but how is that a warranty? This was just a few weeks later? Overpriced junk is what this jewelry is. I reached out to customer service and no reply to date.

Bad customer service. It was my colleague's birthday and I placed a order online. They promised delivery same day. I got the delivery next day when birthday was over. Moreover the birthday message and card was missing. The next day they gave me a 25% voucher code but that didn't work either while purchasing other product online. All their customer service only promise to call but never call back. I am tired of it. Being a regular customer you get such service. Not acceptable. Pathetic service. Not buying anything hereafter and highly not recommended. Might as well buy pure gold than buying Swarovski. Highly disappointed.

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Swarovski Customer service when I tried to order a bracelet using a Gift Card. Instead of the fund coming from a Gift card, the entire amount was taken from my bank account. I made the transactions with a customer service agent and it was still SCREWED UP! It has been weeks and this issue is STILL NOT CORRECTED. I WILL NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM SWAROVSKI AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Recently, Swarovski has changed policies and are unable replace broken chains or fix broken jewellery. I was happy to pay for a replacement chain due to warranty period being over. They were unaccommodating, uncooperative and useless. Good luck.

You as a company need to understand this is not Mcdonald's or Burger King I am ordering, this is a gift for family and loved ones where emotions are attached. So if you cannot sell your products keeping in mind customer emotions I suggest to not have same day delivery service. Looking forward for a refund of the charges paid for same day delivery.

I have been a huge fan of Swarovski for many years. I have purchased their jewelry for myself and as birthday and Christmas gift to my sister for years. The quality is certainly suffering. The crystals lose their sparkle pretty quickly, the silver tarnishes and the crystals occasionally fall out of the items. I have purchased many assorted rings, earring, bracelets and watches. I recently bought the Dextera hoop earrings/Octagonal, Full pavé, Medium, White, Rhodium for $189. The sales lady sold me on them because she said they would not fall out of my ears even if anyone hugged me or if they touched my clothing. NOT true.
Those earrings fell out of my ear constantly and I almost lost one three times. The clasp is defective but the earring are just lovely. I hated returning them but they would not stay in my ear. And for $189, I couldn’t risk losing them. I believe because of the diminished quality certain anchor stores have stopped selling their jewelry. I know I am going to take a break from purchasing their jewelry to see if things improve over the next few months.

Both bracelets got loss of my wrist. Just loss my second bracelet today. Called the store to see if there is a warranty, and she told me only to replaced Crystals. When I bought the bracelet the second I was told I could get another one if I should lose it again. These bracelets are rose gold with Crystals going around it, you have to release the button for the bracelets to detach from your wrist. This product should not be sold, it's no way it keep coming detach from my wrist.

I wished I had read the reviews on Swarovski. My friend asked me where did I want a watch from and I chose Swarovski because of their beautiful watches. I chose the watch January 2021. Two weeks later as I was putting on the watch it fell to the ground smashing the face. This type of damage isn’t covered by their warranty and I was told to bring it to one of their repair facilities all which are one hour away from my home. So many companies include this type of damage in their warranty and supply a prepaid label to return the item. This is terrible customer service. I will never purchase any items from their company in the future. Swarovski should realized people do have choices to purchase their jewelry from so many other companies with much better warranties and customer service.

My mother purchased a Swarovski bracelet which I wear only for special occasions. Many crystals fell out despite minimal wear. First time I had it repaired under warranty. Same issue again not long after, I contacted them only to now be told that they no longer repair their damaged items. I now have a damaged bracket with missing crystals that can’t be worn. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a necklace on December 24, 2020 at 10:pm from their online site. On the 25th the necklace was 50% off which equaled a $50 difference. Called their company on the 26th and asked for a credit and they said their system would not let them do that and to just return it and order a new one. This is a retirement present sent directly to a friend so I can't exactly do that. Plus their site says you would have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for the return credit and in the meantime I would have to purchase another one at the sale price and with what I read on BBB, several people have had trouble returning and getting a credit.
I should have checked with BBB first because they have an F rating. I have ordered things in a store or online before and the product has gone on sale and I was able to immediately receive a discount. Anthropologie, Ruggable and Uashmama were three companies that were kind enough to do that and those all had a longer time between purchase and sale time. Swarovski was a 2 hour difference since the sale started Dec. 25th and I placed the order late December 24.

My birthday was July 13th. All I wanted was to get a wedding band for myself since I plan to marry my fiance in the upcoming months. I had my heart set on a band online. Since it was my birthday, I had a 15% off coupon to use. I put the ring in my cart and went to check out only to find out that the code somehow didn't work for that ring. I contacted customer service (via the chat online) and she stated she couldn't get it to work, but it should as it's a regular priced item. She then told me she would email me a new code! It's now August 13th and I still haven't gotten a code from the customer service centre. I will never buy from this place based on this experience. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

I have been trying to purchase an item online on www.swarovski.com. Three times they have sent me emails stating the item is in stock. Three times I have ordered this item. Three times my order has been cancelled. This was for a birthday gift so now I have no gift to give. I am so frustrated with this company. I did not expect this from Swarovski. Also, I contacted via live chat twice concerning my 15% Birthday Coupon. I was assured by both CSR's, it would be in my email on my birthday. My birthday has come and gone and no coupon. I would not purchase from them again.

Worst customer service. I have 2 refund cases ** and ** May 19 and never show up. Called 6 times (2 hours each time) and Emailed 5 times without response. Cases were even closed without action and notification. Have to open a new case ** for these 2 old cases. Very disappointed! No credit at all! Think again and again when you want to purchase something here.

I ordered a pair of earrings from Swarovski back on April 17. It is now 5/12, nothing has been shipped, no updates were given, no email response back to my 3 emails. But my credit card was charged on 4/20. The worst company for customer service ever. Now I don’t even want the earrings anymore, but I can’t get a hold of anyone on any platform to cancel this order or even just to check on its status.

I was placing an order which kept getting cancelled for some reason. I wrote an email but the customer service never got back to me. I contacted the live chat, the person on the other end was not helpful at all and kept saying that there is no information he could provide. I tried to contact them at the number that comes with their automated response, which no one ever seems to answer. This is probably the worst customer service encounter I have ever had.

On November 15, 2019 I purchased an engagement ring from the Swarovski store in the Altamonte mall in Altamonte Springs, Florida. I made it clear that it was an engagement ring but they never told me they have a 14 day return policy. ONLY 14 days. Something they should have made clear knowing I was getting it to propose when I felt the time was right. Not to mention I wouldn't have known that until I had already purchased it. They went over all the other policies and warranties but never mentioned the return AT ALL.
After proposing 2 months later the ring did not fit her. We took it back for a refund as it is the smallest size they have so an exchange wouldn't do anything anyway. The ring is in perfect condition, never worn (only tried on to see it didn't fit). I have the receipt, I have everything I would need to be able to get a refund with any other store in this country but Swarovski refuses. They claim they can't override the policy in their system. They also claim nobody higher up is also able to simply override the policy in this circumstance and give me a refund for their expensive product I purchased which is in brand new condition with my receipt.
We kept getting run around and it was a nightmare and we are still stuck with the ring and no way of getting a refund from them. One of their excuses is that it is an Austrian based company. But with the stores being here in the USA they should be following our laws and business practices over here. She also stated that if I was trying to return it because my fiance had died there may be something they could do. I know there is something they can do just like every company but they just refuse.

My cousin bought me a pair of pearl/ crystal earrings as a bridesmaid present. A couple months after the wedding the pearl came detached from the earring. I even got it replaced but it broke again so I can no longer wear the earrings. Then my boyfriend bought me a crystal ring for Christmas 2018 and literally a chunk of half the crystals just fell off the ring this morning. I will no longer be buying from Swarovski, their products are so cheap. Do not buy jewelry from here. It's not good quality.

DO NOT, and I say that loudly order anything from this website. I ordered a bracelet from them next day air, it has now been 5 business days and no bracelet. I have called many times and have been placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. They claim to have a live chat, hilarious no-one live to chat with?? I have also sent 3 customer service emails, response I get is to call the number which no-one seems to answer. I have been charged for the bracelet, yet still no bracelet. It's almost like there is no-one in customer service! I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I became enticed with their jewelry, also apparently there are no returns unless it is damaged? Horrible company, now let's hope my bracelet arrives.

My mother and I visited this store over Boxing and and left humiliated and discriminated against. We stepped into the store with no clear idea of what to purchase, so one of the employees handed us a catalogue. As my mother was looking thru to pick a pair of earrings, a sales lady arrogantly stole the book and told us that the books are not meant for customers. Later we were humiliated by another sales lady insinuating that we were about to commit theft. We left the store disappointed and with bad taste. I believe one of the sales lady is Simran. Please avoid this store and spare yourself the disappointment.

I recently went to the new Swarovski which opened in my area. I purchased a ring there which after a few days of wearing it, it was rough on my finger and kept snagging on my clothing. I unfortunately didn't read the fine print on the receipt as they ask for you to return their items in the original box. I returned to the same store and asked for an exchange for another ring. I had bought my daughter a ring as well so I used her box to return the item with my receipt and the ring. The sales person said they could not return or exchange the ring because it was not returned in the original box. The salesperson said they could not return or exchange it because they could not resell the item since I didn't have the original box. The original box literally had a sticker on it which could have be printed out and stuck on the same box. A multi-million dollar business that can't return or exchange a ring because they won't print out a simple sticker to place on a box.
It's a ludicrous return policy, since when can you not return and item with a valid receipt, a box and the item. I won't ever be shopping there again. Maybe they should give their customers a verbal warning if they would like to ever exchange or be refunded an item to keep the original box! If I could give them minus stars I would!!!

Had I realized that Swarovski has such despicable reviews, I never would have recommended my husband buy me a tennis necklace for a milestone celebration. I loved it until the crystals start falling out. After the first repair of 4 missing crystals, yet after a embarrassing grilling to try to prove that it was my fault, I continued to wear it often with my business work attire. After a few more crystals fell out and discoloration of other crystals, I was subjected to more grilling. Swarovski ultimately refused to repair my necklace because of "wear and tear."
I offered to pay $200.00 for the repair as it was a heartfelt gift from my husband. BRIGIT (Manager at Mapleview Mall in Burlington) told me that the company "simply does not want to repair your necklace" and that I should be happy that I got the wear I did from it "SINCE IT IS ONLY COSTUME JEWELRY." I then offered to buy a new tennis necklace and asked if I could have some type of discount as a repeat customer. Brigit told me that discounts are only given with bulk purchases. SHE THEN DISCLOSED THAT SWAROVSKI IS SERIOUSLY THINKING TO HAVE NO REPAIR SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. Needless to say, I am sharing this information loudly to anyone who will listen. Buyers need to be aware of Swarovski's unethical business practices!
