Bought a pair of sneakers on Woot. Waited three weeks, was told by their overseas customer service (they are not working from home, they are working in Asia) that the item will be shipped from a different warehouse, just wait. That time, another site had a sale for the same pair. Since I already paid for shipping, I decided to wait. Then another 10 days later, when I called, they told me it's out of stock and will refund me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they promised they would call me back in 24hrs, never did.

Totally not a legit company. Got scammed by them one time, no more.

Absolutely horrible experience. Senior citizen here living on social security. Bought an iPhone for my granddaughter for Christmas. Arrived dead and sent back. Email support ridiculously slow. 3 weeks later no phone, no refund and no money to replace. Big thanks to Woot for ruining Christmas.

I was fed up with the false advertising of the products I received as the wrong size and not being able to make a return. To top it off, there was a label placed, that was clearly wrong according the product in the package. The tactic of sending items in separate orders for the same multiple items over multiple days is unacceptable. By the time you receive the last item, it is too late to correct/send back to get a refund. Much better company before Amazon bought it out, since I have been customer of the site for more than 10 years. Customer service through email takes forever & the phone number is disabled on their website

Will not be purchasing from Woot again. I placed an order for a monitor on November 25. After weeks without any shipping update, I contacted customer service to ask how much longer it would take. The item was finally shipped on December 16. However, for no clear or valid reason, my order was canceled on December 18—the day before the monitor was scheduled to be delivered.

I ordered the Energizer AA and AAA batteries. When they arrived, the AA batteries were scattered around the Amazon package it arrived in -- they were not in the Energizer package. It was as if someone opened the package and threw them in the mailing package. I emailed the company but have not received a response. It will be the last time I use Woot, and I wouldn't recommend them at all. This is not the way a package should arrive to a customer.

Ordered an item that Amazon handled delivery. They stated it was delivered to my business address on a Sunday to the reception desk. I am the reception desk and we are closed on weekends with no access to the building by anyone. So far no reply to my 3 emails. I contacted Amazon since I used Amazon pay method and thinking Woot is owned by them. Amazon refused to get involved. Be careful with this company. You are taking a chance on getting ripped off.

Got a coupon code for a free shirt, ordered shirt successfully, got a shipping update, then Woot would not honor the purchase. Canceled the order claiming "unforeseen circumstances", they cancelled literally every order made with the code.

I ordered a phone through Woot, assuming their customer service and guarantees matched Amazon. That was a mistake. Woot delivered an empty box using USPS. They refused to refund, replace, or stand by their responsibility.

Missing parts. Gave me 2 options: $10 credit that didn't cover the cost of the part or having to take my time and attention to return the item. Look elsewhere for a better deal. Cheaper doesn't always pay off.
