Woot has cheap stuff that doesn’t last. I bought several solar lights and most have failed in 3 months. I also bought reconditioned ac units that die soon after the month warranty. Woot support is not good either.

Bought 2 TVs. Saw that Amazon owns the company. Felt ok to make a purchase. One TV has shipped. There is no information on the other TV shipping. There is no customer service avenue!!!! If you respond to any email correspondence, you get an automated "no reply" response. There is no customer service phone number. If you call Amazon, sells WOOT items on its website, the Amazon people, employees and management act like they don't want to touch it with a 10 ft pole. The Amazon rep said there is nothing she can do. Asked to speak with a supervisor (named Mlungisi), and they said to tell me that they don't deal with WOOT and would not even speak to me. I was dismissed. I am starting to feel scammed by Amazon, the owner of WOOT. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! Amazon dropped the ball and its customers are paying the price. In my case, over $2500.

After ordering trackers and not receiving them on the promise date I contacted Woot. No response. I contacted them a second time and stated that the item showed it was stuck in a city via UPS. After not receiving a reply to that I asked for my money back. I did get a reply stating that it would be another 8 days to receive my item. That date passed. After demanding my money for a fourth time I finally received a refund. Stick with Amazon and forget this company. The prices and deals are not that good nor is it worth it.

My issue is not with Woot's product (a small photo backpack), but, for its long refund process through Amazon, where I purchased and returned this item. Amazon typically honors an immediate refund (from a seller where Amazon fulfilled the order) for trusted customers, as soon as the shipper (typically UPS) scans the package in as received. I typically see a refund w/in an hour after dropping off my return. Not Woot! My first and last order with them. They require Amazon to first receive the item back at the warehouse, and then it is still 3-5 more days to see the refund processed.
I used a debit card (cash) for this Woot order so understandably, unlike a credit going back to a credit card, I'm out the cash until Amazon and Woot issue a refund. I did email Woot about this just after returning my order to Amazon, and basically they said, "Sorry, you are going to have to wait for the return to be received by Amazon prior to any refund." Two lessons learned: I will not order again if Woot is the seller, and, don't use a debit card at Amazon, use a credit card, where, by the time the refund is issued, hopefully, it will be before your next credit card statement and payment is due.

Woot does not stand by their warranty claims. I purchased a watch from them and it came with a Woot 2 year replacement warranty. In the 2 month the watch stopped working and I reached out to Woot by email through their website 3 times and waited on hold for 2 hours before giving up on the phone. Buyer beware with this outfit!! Bunch of crooks!

Woot sells items that it does not have. Not sure that I have ever actually received an item that was ordered from woot. They just hang on to your money for a few weeks and then cancel your order. Very shady and probably illegal trade practices.

Would give negative stars if possible. I ordered a 3 month pass on Xbox ultimate gamer digital code. Used one and it worked so far the rest are telling me they cannot be used in the United States. I purchased this to help start an esports team as a teacher and spent $390 to open a long window for the gamer pass ultimate oh to find out now none of the other codes will work. I contacted customer support and got little to no help. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Figured since it was connected to Amazon they could be trusted but apparently not.
Here is the email response I got back: “Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order. It is never our intention to cause inconvenience to our valued customers. Unfortunately, since this order is older than 90 days, it puts the item out of the replacement or returnable window. I wish I could help, but unfortunately, due to restrictions and limitations, we can't refund or accept return of this item. Woot Limited Warranty is valid for 90 days. I'm very sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations this time around. Should there be any further concerns, please get back to us and we will be happy to help."

On September 12th, 2024, I placed an order with Woot.com for (4) 3 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription cards. All four codes were delivered on September 14th, 2024. One of the three codes was used immediately and worked as expected. The other three codes I received were not used immediately and held for use later. On January 27th, 2025 I attempted to use the second code and received an error that the card had already been redeemed. I attempted the other two codes and received the same error. I reached out to Xbox/Microsoft Support who informed me that the remaining (3) codes were all redeemed on an account that was not mine all on the same account in early January 2025. As I had purchased the codes from Woot, they could not supply replacement and suggested I reach out to Woot and were confident they would be able to make it right.
I contacted Woot.com for resolution to this problem on the same day and received an email back that they would offer replacement or refund the following day. I responded with a request for replacement which was immediately followed up with a new response that the 30-day return period had expired. I responded that that was unacceptable as there is no reason the codes I purchased should not work and requested a phone number to contact a supervisor to discuss acceptable options forward. There is not an expiration to these codes and it appears that they we resold by Woot after their window was closed. A second response doubled down on the 30-day return policy and they threw in a false statement that it was past the manufacturer’s warranty. As these are digital subscription codes there cannot be a warranty. They should work for as long as Game Pass is offered by Xbox. Additional responses have gone unanswered and no phone number has been supplied.

I bought an ice maker and used it for the first time 5 months after purchase. It does not work. I called the company that makes it and since I bought it from Woot I have to go through them. The manufacturer has a 12 month warranty but Woot only has a 90 day warranty so I am stuck with it. Woot is an Amazon subsidiary of Amazon. I am convinced they resell Amazon's returns. The only way you can return an item is if it arrives broken or dead on arrival. Reading their return policy is scary.

If I could give a zero rating I would! My experience w/ Woot has been the worst customer experience I have had w/ any business. My order #** which was advertised as (NEW) Beats Studio3 Wireless ANC Over-Ear Headphones w/ Apple's one year manufacturer warranty were actually falsely advertised because Woot is NOT an authorized reseller of Apple products. After contacting Woot on multiple occasions and even beginning a legal dispute w/ the company they continued to refuse to honor their falsely advertised warranty despite Apple's verification that the warranty period began 6 months prior to my purchase when Woot originally acquired the headphones.
I highly encourage all consumers who are debating on whether to purchase any product from Woot NOT to. You will be satisfied that you saved your time, money, and emotional well being from the aggravation that is sure to follow your purchase. Woot is years removed from being a reputable online retailer and seeks only to coerce unsuspecting customers into purchasing "affordably discounted" products w/ features that are being intentionally misrepresented to earn a profit.

I purchased what was advertised on Woot as a NEW IPhone-15 for $657.19 on Oct. 2, 2024. Their description of the IPhone stated the following... "Hey, you there! These phones are NEW and have never been in customer hands." Yet, when I received the IPhone, the sticker on the outside of the box said "Erase Successful Fully Functional." I did not want a used or refurbished IPhone, so I contacted them and returned the iPhone unopened the same day, October 9, 2024. Their policy says, after they receive the returned item, I will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
I have a copy/proof from UPS tracking that they received the IPhone-15 return on Oct. 14th, and still no refund after two weeks. There is no phone number for customer service to inquire and no way to contact them other than their website which I did, yet still no response and it's Oct. 28th. I'm without a phone now and can't afford another until I get my refund and don't want this to happen to anyone else. There are too many red flags with this unreputable company from Amazon.

Ordered a motion sensor ready trash can from them. It came the next day. I wondered why it was so quick. Opened it and found that it was used. The base of the trash can was severely dented and it was clearly used. There is food on the inside of the lid which has molded. Pretty sure this is a biohazard. Who in their right mind would box this up and ship to someone???

I am a disabled veteran and cannot lift the package to return it. I have been fighting "no reply" emails for two months now and I have received the return authorization slip but I need a UPS pickup at my home. I provided two dates for pickup but never received a call from Woot or UPS.

I ordered an Amazon TV on Woot. It said 1-2 business days when I ordered it. I have prime. Then this changed to Friday 26 (so one week later as I ordered on Friday 19). I arranged for someone to be at the property to mount the TV on Friday and waited all day for delivery. The status always showed it was being delivered on Friday. I had emailed Woot customer service over 48 hours ago to confirm status and never got a response. I called woot customer service and they play a message that someone will answer your call and then music and then they cut you off. I tried calling from different devices and got the same thing sometimes being cut off after 5 minutes and other times after 20. I called 15 times in total.
Out of frustration I posted on the woot forum to see if anyone could advise how I can get into touch with a woot agent on the phone to sort this. I got a response from a moderator that said they are waiting for Amazon to ship it. They told me they had switched off their customer service number - why not play a message to say that the lines are down rather than saying someone will answer and then cut the call off???
They told me to check with Amazon..I called Amazon and after speaking to an agent asked for a supervisor as I was not getting anywhere. The supervisor had never heard of Woot and it was news to her that it is an Amazon company. I told her I logged in with my Amazon account to pay for the Tv and it said Amazon Prime when I ordered and that woot told me they are waiting for Amazon to deliver the Tv. She looked up the order number and said it different to their system and advised I call woot which was not helpful given they don’t return emails or answer calls. I asked because it’s an Amazon company maybe she could give me another number to call get her colleagues to call me - she was not interested in helping further and did not allow me to escalate or open a complaint with them.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch game and it arrived on time and in good conditions. I was a bit worried at first given the number of bad reviews here but I didn't have any issues with the quality, shipping, nor payment. The game was brand new and still had the wrapping on.

The Woot site wouldn't let me update my obsolete email address. I placed a $1,090.30 order through my Amazon account. Woot did not confirm receipt of the order, my current shipping address, or a shipping date. My three emails to customer service went unanswered. My 14 phone calls would not connect to an operator. Amazon couldn't help. The order did arrive by surprise. But I have no access to an invoice for warranty purposes. This was not an Amazon-like transaction. Never again! M.G., in TN. I would send a receipt if I had one.

If you’re could give a minus rating I would. What kind of retailer doesn’t make their customers whole these days? I ordered a powerblock, that comes in pairs, and they only sent one and closed the order as delivered but it’s NOT!! I’ve emailed them through Amazon and their stupid web page and radio silence, I haven’t heard a peep from them. They say they respond in 24 hours but they don’t! Stay far away from WOOT if you value your money, if there’s a problem you get zero help. Awful company.

Ordered an MSI gaming computer which arrived before the estimated date but poorly packaged. It had parts missing and did not work. I advised them of the mishap and they said they were sending a replacement and gave me an RMA for the first one. When the second one arrived, it looked like similar parts were missing, it didn't work, and this one made loud noise. One of them had a gram weight inside the accessory bag which if you don't know, is used to measure products that are light and sold in small quantities. It's like they used these shells of computers to move some other kind of product that is not a computer. Hmm.
I got another RMA for the second computer and returned them both on the same day. When I go to their website to verify that they were received, they somehow marked one received and one not received even though they were shipped in the same shipment. I got proof of delivery for both and told them via some form on their website. They responded that they do that on purpose because they hold the returns for 5-7 days before issuing any credits. Also, it's an "Amazon Company" but Amazon does not want to hear your complaints about it.

The battery did not hold the charge, and four times, I have requested a return label to no avail. Their website shows a button to view or download the shipping label, but there is nothing there. It seems that their return policy is "NO RETURNS."

I had ordered 2 5 lb. Bags of self rising corn meal. My balance was $19.99. The cornmeal arrived and both 5 lb bags were unsealed and open in the delivery boxes. They arrived on 9/12/2012 and they had an expiration date of 8/25/2023. I have contacted them twice by email since there no phone contact. Still have had no response. I do not buy expired food. I am also concerned that there could be insects in the cornmeal since it was completely unsealed.

I purchased a GE 450 SF WiFi portable AC on 7/22 for $269.99 refurbished with a 90 day warranty. When I received it 8/8 it was missing part of the window installation kit it was supposed to come with so we had to get one which wasn't a big deal considering it was 110 degrees. It had a little cosmetic damage which the posting stated it may have-so no big deal. When we turned it on and the fan kicked in, the unit rattled so loud you couldn't hear the TV and had to yell when speaking. The unit also had a lot of vibration and did not seem to get very cold. It wouldn't cool the 150SF room it was intended for at all, but due to the noise and vibration I was only able to endure about 15 to 20 min before I had to turn it off because I was concerned.
This item had a 90 day warranty for repair or return. I attempted to call the warranty company 3 times and I never spoke to a human being. I had to leave messages all 3 times. I also tried to handle it on the website for the warranty people and it said I would be sent a RMA # via email which I never received. I finally reached out to Woot customer service. My first email got no response. My second email got a response and they sent me the RMA # and a link that was supposed to be my shipping label that I had to have, but the link just sent me to the Woot website. So I emailed them again. I told them about the bad link they sent. They have a 24 hour response time so it takes forever emailing back and forth.
Anyways they were supposed to email me a label again on 8/23 and did not. I emailed them again. Still no label. The last email from then was 8/29 saying it can be picked up by courier. They just need 24 hour notice and to include the RMA # and it MUST have the mailing label. I emailed them asking how to get one since oddly I can receive their emails except if it is an email with a mailing label. The total on my order was $292.00 and some change. If I were ever able to return this product, I'm concerned I'd never get my money back since they have led me on for a few weeks. I'm going to have to see if it can be repaired at my own expense.

We bought a refurbished Roomba from Woot. In the description of the item, it indicates that the rechargeable battery is included in the sales price. When received the item, I set it up and placed it on the charger. Took a while to get it set up on our Wi-Fi network, but once I did, the iRobot app said I had a charging error, like caused by a bad battery. They gave directions on how to open the vacuum and check the battery. The battery wasn't bad, it was missing. We contacted Woot and was told to send pictures of the damage. There was no damage, there was no battery. We asked them to ship us the battery. They did not respond. We then asked them to send us a return shipping label. Which they still haven't done. I'LL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I hope there is a 0-star or negative-star option since Woot doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. I placed an online order of two 10-pack Nespresso capsules on Woot.com. Then I received a well-sealed package that only contained 6 packs of capsules. So far, after 2 rounds of communications with Woot customer service via long emails (they don't offer any phone or online chat option), my refund request is still rejected. Now, Woot asked me to file a claim with the carrier. But the package was well-sealed, and I cannot file a fraudulent claim against the carrier.
Based on my experience, this company doesn't do business on an honest basis. They didn't provide the correct quantity of products to customers, and they didn't give money back to customers either, but they tried to shift the cost to carriers. Don't make any purchases with Woot!

Woot sold me an 85 inch bricked TV. It powers up, it just doesn't work. So I called amazon within 6 hours of receiving the TV. Amazon sent me to Woot. Woot offered some cursory platitudes and asked me what they could do solve the problem. I asked what I should do. They walked me through a reset, which didn't work. "What should I do next," I asked. "What would you like to do," they asked. Since I'm not an electrical engineer or an IT person, I asked for a replacement TV and $350 as this is what the tv mounting contractor would charge to unmount this one and remount the replacement. Woot told me no on both counts. This took another 5 messages. It takes Woot 24 hours to respond to each message. So Woot wasted 5 days of my time.
They offered me a refund, and a pickup of the bricked TV. Woot's delivery company is named CEVA. CEVA called me from a number that registered as spam on my phone, and left me a voicemail. I immediately returned their call, no answer, voicemail. I left a voicemail. An hour later I tried again, no answer, voicemail. I left another voicemail. Zero response from CEVA to either of my two calls.
Next morning, Woot messaged me back saying CEVA is saying you aren't responding, please call them. I called the CEVA number Woot gave me. CEVA says they're closed, no live person, no voicemail option. Woot asked me to email CEVA, but doesn't give me an email. More time wasted. Because I made a bad decision to purchase from Woot, I have a non-working TV that I cannot return, a refund that I don't have, and I'm out $350 for mounting and unmounting costs for the replacement TV that I got from Costco.
Do not purchase from Woot. They will waste your time, your money and cause you stress and anxiety. Read carefully who is going to be fulfilling your Amazon order before you purchase, Do not buy if Woot is listed as the fulfillment company. Just don't do it. Buy from a reputable retailer or directly from the manufacturer. I hope this information will save others from ever interacting with Woot, which I did accidentally, to my detriment.

I recently bought a Samsung Smartwatch Classic 46mm LTE from Woot. The watch was advertised as NEW. However, after using it for about a couple of months, I noticed that the watch’s battery performance was unacceptable; I had to recharge twice or three times a day. So I called Samsung Support. After checking the IMEI, I was informed that the watch does not qualify for the 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. When I contacted Woot Customer Support with this information, I was told that I would be provided with a replacement. I received this replacement today and decided to check it’s IMEI with Samsung. I was told that this replacement unit is also not covered under Samsung warranty because it also is not NEW but a refurbished unit.
I am amazed that Woot, an Amazon Company is practically involving itself in deceptive advertising. If a product is not new but refurbished, Woot should advertise it correctly instead of trying to sell a used product as new, allow the customer to make a decision as to the actual status of the product. A reputable company, which Amazon itself is should not allow their affiliated companies to indulge in deceptive advertising.

Ordered the following: Looks like the issue is this: I want to return the items I ordered. Nov 11, 2022, Order #**, Total: $24.99, Womens 2PK ASST Sherpa Zip Hoodie, Quantity: 1 @ $27.99. They shipped 2 Men's sweatshirts which don't fit the person I ordered them for since they were supposed to be women's. I tried to return after having only 5 days and they would not do the return. They screwed up by sending wrong products and will not correct correct their mistake. Returns with Amazon have never been a problem, but WOOT is a headache. The mistake was thinking that because they are part of Amazon you would get great customer service. Should change the name to Screwed. I won't be using this company again.

Bought a Shark vacuum. I had to contact them because it was a month after I paid for it and it never shipped. Got the vacuum and I used it four times then it broke. Very disappointing because it only has a 3 month warranty from Woot and because of the long shipping time. I bought it 3 and a half months ago. Like throwing money in the garbage.

I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for my item to ship to me. Then I receive a defective broken AC. When I request return, it takes days for me to receive the shipping label. When I call their support, nobody answers and call drops after 30 mins. Email reply is super slow expect 24 hours min. If it's part of Amazon, shame on them because amazon is super effective in shipping and return.

I bought earbuds 2 days ago and Their website says I cannot return. There is a plastic USB port. Cheap item and not the real deal. What a waste of money down the drain! Customer service is an email they never return. No phone number affiliated.

I ordered a air conditioner and I have waited 3 weeks when they said 1 week, then 2 weeks, and I replaced it. They took too long. I live in Florida and it is in July and I needed it! I replaced it after two weeks.
