Easy to order... You definitely get what you pay for. Flowers come in buds so you can watch them bloom in one to 2 days and enjoy the flowers longer and because they have their own growers that ship direct to you... You get what you order not like FTD where you get whatever local flower shop in your area has to offer. I am never going to get flowers from anywhere but Bouqs in the future.

My daughter was so happy when she received her arrangement(s) as the tulips are not something they really grow in Arizona. There were so many tips that she had to split the arrangement up into three. They came on the day promised and look so very healthy and fresh. I definitely will be ordering from you again!!! Thank you so much for making my daughter happy???

I am very impressed with the quality and longevity of these beautiful flowers. I love watching the bouquet change each day and become even more glorious. These blooms are infusing life and a lovely fragrance to my home while I am recovering from surgery. I would recommend this company based on my very first order - the order was delivered on the day and time requested and the packaging and care directions were awesome. The selections are thoughtfully arranged to make a colorful harmony that is unique to online! The website and Farm to Table information made it seem as if I shared a personal connection to the gardener and their craft, while the variety of flowers made it feel as though I had hand-picked them from my own garden to share with those I love!!!

Wow what an experience. My flowers traveled all the way to me from South America to Vegas. On day 5 and not the smell is fantastic from my roses. The bright orange color is so unique. First time ever receiving flowers from The Bouqs and I will only use them from now on. Worth the price for the quality and one of a kind service. Will never use ProFlowers again due to too many times the flowers coming dead. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I'm in love all over again!!!

I ordered flowers for my mother's 80th birthday. There is no indication on the website of potential delivery time. After checking my order on the day flowers were due to be delivered, FEDEX indicated that the flowers could be delivered as late as 8 P.M. that night! Totally unacceptable for flowers to arrive that late on a special day. After waiting on hold for quite a long time, the representative disconnected me. I called back and was offered a $10 gift card for a future order! NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! There are far too many other flower delivery services from which to choose. The two long waits on hold and the general negative attitudes of the representatives regarding Bouqs position are not conducive to customer satisfaction. I will be sure to further express my dislike of this company's policies.

I received gorgeous gerbera that lasted about 2 weeks. They were delivered with impressive packaging and well done instructions. I sent the same flowers to my mom and when FedEx issues delayed delivery by 3 days, customer was apologetic and very proactive in refunding my money and presented a future credit.

I rate the Bouqs company very high, I have used them a few times and each time the flowers have been delivered on time, and very fresh, I like that! I have used other companies that the flowers arrive dead, so I will be using Bouqs again! Thank you so much Bouqs, you came thru again!

First off, I would like to say I grow flowers, love flowers and know what great flowers look like. This company has great marketing, but horrible flowers and they easily cheats consumers not telling them what is really expected. With my first Bouq order I received 2 cheap plastic wrapped, Peruvian Lilies. (You can buy these at Trader Joes for 10 dollars or your local grocery store). My order arrived with some wilted and broken flowers. The flowers do not come arranged so you must cut, and arrange them yourself (not a good idea, if you're gifting to someone). If you are like me, and love flowers you know a great arrangement has color, beautiful vibrant flowers and some foliage to make it pop! I am canceling my subscription because it is not worth it IMO. Do not buy for special occasions, please go to a florist for that to save such disappointment. I wouldn't recommend 1800 Flowers or Pro Flowers either. All bad experiences. Do not buy flowers online.

I read reviews and was skeptical at first, however, it was worth every cent of the $15 delivery charge. My roses are a week now and STILL opening!!! Not one is limp or dying!!! I am in complete shock at the quality!! Thank you for making my Valentine's day gift keep giving!!!

I ordered a bouquet for my wife to be delivered ~3 weeks in the future to her office. The bouquet arrived exactly when it was supposed to and the flowers came pre-bloom. This meant my wife had the opportunity to watch the flowers bloom, which hit peak bloom ~1 week after delivery. She has told me they are gorgeous and she has loved the opportunity.

My order was delivered earlier than expected in perfect condition and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I have used other online flower delivery services, but I have to say I think that Bouqs is the best. I highly recommend their top shelf service - and their premium arrangements are worth the money!

I work at the hospital and see flowers everyday. When I came home from work last night my flowers were the first thing I saw when I walked in the door. These were sent while we were far away from my mother-in-law while she was healing from surgery. The blooms were beautiful and while the smaller flowers were a slightly different color than shown in the picture on the website, they bent with the sunflowers perfectly! We were more than pleased- easy website to use, quick delivery, no issues! We will use this company again!

The other day I received my roses and they are just beautiful. The colors are so vibrant and the smell is amazing. Knowing that they came direct from where they were cut and packaged is good to know and the little work I need to do to help keep them fresh and continuing to bloom was not much. I was introduced to Bouqs because of a promotional event offering a free bouquet delivery. I chose the flowers which were offered. I was amazed when they were delivered. I had assumed they would be cut rate due to the flowers being offered free. Wow was I surprised!! The flowers were elegantly delivered and were absolutely beautiful. I sent them anonymously. Although Bouqs did mess up my orders by sending me flowers when I already cancelled the subscriptions ahead of time, the flowers were a treat and really beautiful. It took more than three days to reverse the charge so that was a pain having them take my time, money, and hold it.

Valentine Flowers - Ordered flowers for my wife, 2 dozen red roses and a mixed bouquet for my daughter. Roses were two different sizes and smaller flowers didn't open until the other roses were turning brown. Stems looked aged, not fresh as advertised by The Bouqs. The mixed bouquet for my daughter, most of the flowers have still not opened 7 days later. Neither bouquets look anything like the photos show on the website. Tried to contact The Bouqs for their advertised 100% Happiness. Could not jump through all of the hoops and gave up. Avoid these folks!

I sent 30 Bouqs arrangements to major donors from a nonprofit and most of them arrived, wilted, dead or full of mold. Terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company and the service (or lack of service) they provide.

The presentation of the flowers were very beautiful and I had ordered them without a vase. Very easy to arrange them myself. The flowers were so fresh and lasted a long time! I ordered from The Bouqs on 2/10 and wanted to check the order in 2/11. The person I talked to was foreign and did not understand what I was asking and was on the phone for at least 30 min. I asked to talk to a manager and he stated there were none avail at that time. He put me on hold to supposedly check my order and the best I could get out of him it was supposed to be check in 48 hours. I was ordering these for Valentine’s Day and when I was placing the order it told me my mother would get them on the 13 but when I got confirmation it said the 20th and that is why I check.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife on Valentine's day. Instead what we got were a bunch of flowers wrapped in paper which this company then expected my wife to open, cut and arrange herself. What we got was a flower arranging kit, which would have been fine except that that's not what they were selling on the website. The photo I purchased from was of a beautiful arrangement. In addition the flowers that came were wilted and not yet bloomed.

I made my first and only order with Bouqs for Valentine's Day, 2 dozen red roses for my wife. They came on VDay as promised but when they were opened the flowers looked stressed. BY next morning 9 of the 24 blooms had issues, two were drooping and discolored, 4 had black tips, like that had been burned (or frozen) and 3 had white ashy stuff on them. I went on their site, explained the issue and sent pictures. Their response to say and I quote, "since a couple of blooms had black tips" they would give me a $15 coupon for my next purchase. This was totally unacceptable, not only as a percentage of the cost of the goods bought, but also the fact that due to them, my loved one got a less than lovely gift. I told Ralph **, the person who wrote to me to just keep the $15 and cancel my account out. He wrote back to me that I couldn't use the coupon anywhere else. Huh? Very poor 1st and again last experience.

I’m really happy with my order. I was concerned at first because the shipping isn’t accurate. My first package listed was sent to the wrong house (rude) and the company has no control over FedEx messing up on the location but both recipients of my floral gifts were not asked to sign anything. I went with farmer's choice and it was magnificent. When I first opened the box, it seemed "underwhelming" bc most blooms were closed, but I followed the directions and cut stems and put in water with the packet and WOW - the next day half opened, and by day 2 the bouquet is so gorgeous, all opened, so fragrant and absolutely beautiful. Be patient and let them open and you will NOT be disappointed. Really special bouquet and all the flowers were really top quality - no cheap carnations or anything like that. Iris's, etc... so so nice. A+++.

The last two times in a row I ordered a large bouquet of flowers from this place as a gift for my wife and both times the flowers were damaged and dying. Last week for valentine's day half the flowers were dying on arrival. The FedEx tracking number ** says that it took 5 days to deliver! You can't put flowers in a box for 5 days with no water and expect them to arrive in good condition! The flowers at Walmart looked better. Will never order from them again

This was the first time I've ordered flowers online, I've seen some not so great flowers delivered to my office before so I was skeptical when ordering. I've also seen orders not arrive the day they were expected. The flowers I ordered look exactly like the picture I picked, they arrived around 9am that morning and that was the perfect time. They were very fresh and very beautiful. Shipping didn't hurt them one bit. I was happy with all the discounts and coupons this company sent me and I will definitely be using them again and again.

I ordered the “Thoughtful” bouquet from Farmer Mike for myself for Valentine's Day and the flowers were truly lovely. I loved that they were a little non-traditional for the occasion while still being very romantic looking. Definitely better than the cheesy Valentine’s Day rose bouquets I’ve been used to! These looked like they could be in a wedding. They were just so lovely. That being said, when the flower first arrived in their box, they did look a little sad and thirsty (perhaps because they had not bloomed yet which I had been informed in the description) but once they were in a vase with water near some light they immediately perked up and started to bloom the next day. Will order from Bouqs for all my future floral needs!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers (using my Groupon voucher) on 2/13, that according The Bouqs' website was promised to be delivered on 2/14 (Valentine's Day). It NEVER arrived, nor was there communication about any delays or tracking of the delivery. Instead me following up repeatedly either resulted in the agent having no idea where my order was or just giving me false hopes that it would arrive. It was suppose to be a surprise to my girlfriend, instead I felt like a stupid ordering $50 worth of flowers and they never showed up. Please make sure you don't order flowers from this website, unless you want to feel cheated as me. I want to bring to people's notice to make them aware of this company's unworthiness.

I was looking for something other than red roses and the lilies were perfect. I got the deluxe arrangement without the vase and they were packaged beautifully. Ordered my first order for Valentine's Day. With all the competition I thought I would give them a try after seeing them on Shark Tank. Ordered two dozen in vase and received a bouquet that looked half dead, half a dozen, and in a brown paper bag. Their customer service are mechanical just reading a script with no power to help rectify any situation. Disappointed to say the least. I received better flowers and service from 1800 Flowers which is hard to do. Stay away from this farm for sure!!!

Both have been around Valentine’s Day when they do a promotion with Fandango, both times I never had an issue I received beautiful flowers and they were delivered on time, I do feel they’re a little overpriced which is why I buy when they do a promotion but than that I like their company and their background of where the flowers are claimed to come from. I would recommend Bouqs as a company to other.

Farm fresh flowers from South America all the way in Tennessee and smelled like they had just been cut! I was nervous ordering flowers online that would arrive in a box, but I was amazed when I opened the box. They didn't look they had been in a box. They still had that farm fresh look and smelled heavenly!

Wilted Flowers: The subject says it all and others have experienced the same issue. The flowers were wilted when they arrived. The fact that Bouqs ships flowers without any sort of hydration, leaving them in a shipping status and out of water for 24 or so hours and expects them to be fine is mind boggling. I shudder to think of how they would have been had I ordered them during the heat of the summer when it gets to 110* regularly in Southern Arizona. It has now been almost four days after they were delivered and the flowers still look like I bought them from someone selling them out of the trunk of their car as opposed to a service that specializes in flowers. I will not buy from Bouqs again. From now on, I will spend extra for flowers locally that I know are in good condition. NO flower shop would ever sell flowers looking like this.

These are the BEST mail order flowers on the market. Like everyone else, I used the other services, and was always left a little disappointed (a bit pricey, didn’t last long, and not a huge variety). I ordered some flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day and to my surprise, the flowers arrived at 9:00 PM on Valentine's Day. By that time my wife was already ready to go off to sleep. And to add to that there was no message note send with the flowers that I intended to send. After several conversations with the customer care, they were not willing to refund any part of the amount of the order. I had to negotiate the refund with them and they just gave me $15 gift card. Terrible service. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Consistently every time I've ordered flowers from here they come looking well nourished, full bodied and vibrant! The other online flower sites (FTD, 1800flowers) have never been able to provide a bouquet that looks like the actual photo online. The opposite is the case for Bouqs! The flowers that arrive look nearly exactly like the picture in terms of size of the flowers and arrangement. Plus, it's a great value! I wouldn't be able to get flowers for this quality for this price even at a local florist.

Very disappointed to hear the flowers I ordered were shoved in a box and delivered FedEx. Because everything was shoved in a box the flower arrangement looked awful when it arrived (broken stems, crushed leaves). To sum it all up making a purchase with your company wasn't just disappointing, it was embarrassing. Could be a good product if packaging and delivery was better.

Please do not trust this company to provide quality flower arrangements. I ordered a bouquet for my mother "Just Because." The flowers arrived with dead and moldy stems and she was too embarrassed to tell me so she contacted Bouqs directly to complain. Bouqs offered to send her replacement flowers without my knowledge, however, I received a "Your Order Has been Received" email which I hadn't placed. The cost for the "replacement" flowers was an additional $60 and I immediately canceled the order because this was an unauthorized charge. No one reached out to me from Bouqs to say they were charging me more money. They are no longer answering their phones during business hours which just says it all in my opinion. I am furious that my nice gesture has turned into a complete waste of time and money for both the giver and recipient.

Bouqs has a great selection of flowers, not the typical boring florist selection. It makes it very difficult to choose! However, every order I have placed has arrived on time and exceeded everyone's expectations. The flowers are vibrant and last much longer than flowers from your local florist. I received my flowers in good shape, but within 1 day one of the roses was curled up and brown. After 3 days there were 3 roses curled up and brown, and 2 of the other roses had brown petals on the outside. I was given a $15 gift card, but probably won't order from them again if I need "statement" flowers.
