Customer care representative doesn’t understand English neither you can understand their language. I created multiple accounts on behalf of my family member and ordered and they charged me for each account 39$ per month till then they dint had any issues neither they notified me for any multiple accounts but when I didn't receive my package this year during holiday and complained about it and asked for the reshipment then they raised the issue that I have multiple amount so we cant reship.
I called them multiple times for this issues but they keep saying give it more days. Their courier service are very bad. This is the third pair of boots I lost from them. I recommend this site to my friend and when she ordered one boot it was showing in stock but when it didn't arrived on time she called to customer care. They said, "Sorry it got out of stock. You have to ordered something else." I cant recommend this site to anyone now. Highly disappointed lost me so much money.

The customer service reps do not speak or understand English well. The reps only understand the words REFUND, EXCHANGE, PURCHASE, RETURN AND SHIPPING. If you say anything other than these 5 words you are straight out of luck.

I ordered from here the first time, received the shoe and thought they were legit. So I ordered the second time, this time the item I ordered was more costly. Few days ago they gave me a fake tracking number. So I ordered more shoes with a lot of money. They gave me some fake tracking numbers again. Days later they said my package was delivered but I never got any package. I contacted them about it and they said I had to wait for some more days. I waited and contacted them again and they pretended to return my money to my ShoeDazzle store-credit. They did not return it to my debit card. I tried to re-order the undelivered shoes again but I wasn't able to. I tried for hours and the shoes kept clearing automatically from my cart.
When I was finally able to put items in my cart after 5hrs they suddenly increased the prices of the items. I was shocked and went back and opened my cart again to place the order but they increased the prices. 3 times more costly than what they showed on their site. I was shocked and just exhausted so I contacted them to just put my money back in my debit card but they refused. They won't give me my money back. They literally seized my money and didn't actually deliver my shoes. My second order also never arrived. They won't give me back my money for all my unarrived shoes. Please don't buy from here. They are scammers.

And you guys keep charging me!!! Called you guys and you say there's nothing you can do. Just a crook thing to say.

Please don’t buy from any of these companies!! I was scammed out of $500+ and I still haven’t received any merchandise!! I have gotten my money stolen from this company. I got an email saying “Black Friday starts now with all she’s for $10”. I went to the website. All prices on shoes were slashed and said $10. I picked out about 10 pairs thinking they were $10/pair (BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT SAID). When I went to check out, not ONE pair was $10. I think the cheapest was $26. Not that 26 is a lot, but that’s definitely NOT what the email said & even the prices under them ALL was $10. Very misleading, therefore I didn’t buy any.

I ordered from them Oct. 31 2020. They still didn't give me my money back from my prepaid card. They will not let you use that prepaid so they can take money out of your bank or credit card. I cancelled that membership, I don't want them thinking it's ok to do. They still haven't refunded my money back. First it's 24 til 72 hrs. Just got off the phone and they saying 7 to 10 business days. This is unacceptable and very inconvenient. I would not recommend getting started with them. They don't even compensate you. All you gonna hear is, "I'm sorry."

I’m fed up with this company. I’ve used them for years but now in this last year when I’ve contacted them to cancel during pandemic they don’t have it on record. Completely ridiculous because they never have my me contacting them on record... And once again I will receive an email confirmation of cancellation between 24-48 hours, highly doubt I get that again and have to contact them again on the first of next month before the 5th that they “withdrawal” my money from my account. This isn’t fair as a consumer, they have money of mine that kind of feels like I’ve been stolen from. I asked the rep, Jem, to help but she flat out couldn’t do anything. I’m at a loss with this fight. Bye bye $120.

Be careful... This website only tries to take your money. They’ve been taking money out of my bank account for months without me knowing for a VIP membership I never signed up for and thought I canceled when I first saw them taking money from me. Now my account is up to 150 bucks that I never knew they took from me and now I can’t get it back. They won’t return it to you and make you waste it on shoes you don’t need. They say you can purchase things without a membership then make you sign up and steal your money. They also don’t make it easy to cancel your membership AT ALL. Not happy with this website at all.

I placed my first order on July 4th. I waited and waited for shipping info. When I finally got it, it was through Fedex. I followed the tracking number to get an estimated delivery date but continuously got delivery estimate pending. That went on for 9 days, so I reached out to the company 4 times and was told every time my order had been shipped. In the meantime I received an email saying one of my items that had supposedly shipped was not available and was cancelled. Finally reaching out for the 5th time. Customer service said there had been an error with shipping and that they were sorry and they would reship and refunded the money back to my credit card. So ok it's been reshipped/or not and I get another email today saying another pair of shoes I ordered are not available. This is not acceptable business practices. Out of my 6 pair order I'm getting 4. Not a satisfied customer. Will not be ordering again.

I purchased a pair of shoes from ShoeDazzle that didnt fit however I wasnt too stressed about as I had been given the VIP membership price for my first purchase. HOWEVER what is not noted is that they will continue to charge your account 40 dollars a month despite the fact you didnt sign up for any membership. I called customer service and asked for the money they took from me as I had made no further purchases because I was not pleased with my first one. However the lady told me it had already been credited to my account so there was nothing they could do.
I told her I didnt want the membership, never signed up for it and have not used these "credits" and should receive a refund. They closed my account however I never received the 80 dollars they charged me despite having no services rendered. My account is closed so even if I wanted to make a purchase with said credits I can't. So if you dont want your money stolen I would not shop with this sheisty company.

I did my first order and it has not come. I called and was told I need to find it myself. I was charged a higher amount than the receipt I received in email. This company will never answer your messages and the call centre customer service is not about to help you. Scam, scam, scam!!

I first signed up with ShoeDazzle November 2019. I ordered twice boots, sandals, and dress heels. All the shoes were poor quality and worst of all they were painful to walking and after less 1 hour I couldn't stand in them. I contacted them in January to cancel and they have a hard time and still didn't cancel. I have to contact them again and they refused to refund me for January. RIP off company. Do not buy..

I purchase several styles of shoe from ShoeDazzle and they all hurt my feet. I have to go up 1 or 2 sizes. They shoe are so uncomfortable and cheap material. They claim to have 83% of customer satisfaction on their website with no reviews. I know this can not be true with all the reviews online stating the same experience as me. I wish I would have research more before buy from them. They need to be force to sell better quality of shoes and customer guarantee on their product. So disappointed!!!

This was my first time actually purchasing from this site because there have never been reasonably priced shoes that I wanted when I made accounts previously. This time I had shoes I liked and placed the order. The order never actually showed up on my account but the money was removed from my PayPal account. Almost 2 weeks after the order was placed I contacted their customer service which was worse than useless. The rep literally could not tell me anything I couldn’t already see. All she offered to do was to assist me with placing the order or give me a 10% off.
First off the shoes I wanted don’t seem to even be on the site anymore. And 2) 10% off would literally be $1. Like seriously? You take my money, don’t fulfill my order, make me have to call and you think after all of that 1$ will make it better? This company is trash. I will never try to order from them again. I will not suggest them to friends. And I don’t suggest anyone reading this review to even bother visiting their site. I now have to take more time out of my day to reach out to PayPal to make sure my money gets back to my card.

I purchased my first pair of shoes back on 2/08. I didn’t find out until 2/18 that FedEx delivered my shoes to the wrong house. I contacted ShoeDazzle and told them what happened. At first the representative I spoke to gave me a hard time and I’m guessing she thought I was lying about not receiving the shoes which I wasn’t. I’ve had issues in the past with FedEx delivering my package to the wrong houses and that’s what I explained to her. She put me on hold several times and finally said that they would send me another pair of boots. I have a funny feeling that I may not receive the new pair because I was suppose to get them today on 2/22 but it still hasn’t been delivered. I don’t think I’m going to purchase another pair of shoes from them unless somehow I can get the shoes shipped through a different shipping company.

Subscribed to Shoe Dazzle because their website showed really cute shoes. First of all, the price for the subscription is ridiculous ($40) but you can skip the month but you HAVE to remember to do it on their time frame to skip (which is like 5 days) or else you get charged $40 for the month. What I was most upset about was the quality of the shoes. Ordered a pair of high thigh boots. I’m normally a 6.5 in shoe size but I ordered a 7 just to be safe. Those boot were so tight and they felt like they were made out of cardstock. I also ordered 2 pairs of sandals. The first pair ripped on me in the first couple uses and the second pair is so flimsy and uncomfortable I’m not risking wearing them to then be left walking barefoot again. Worst company ever!!!!

I ordered my first pair and realized I’d be charged almost $40 a month for the subscription so I had to call to cancel the membership. The FIRST call he hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel, the SECOND call I think he pretended to start breaking up and just muted the call (for a few minutes!) until I hung up, and finally the THIRD time calling was a success. Ridiculous that I had to go through this.

Unimpressive quality shoes. Hard to cancel. You have to get in touch with a person and are unable to cancel online like normal- you have to use live chat. Their phone answering system is terrible and did not even work correctly - was useless. Feels like making it harder for people to cancel is a great way to rake in some extra cash! And if it goes through before you have the time to get in touch with someone through either of their sub-par ways of canceling, they offer no refunds! Will never go back to that company!!

I’m very displeased with these crooks. I purchased shoes for my sister back in August only to find out 2 weeks ago that I was being charged from Oct to Jan for a membership I didn’t want nor aware I was tied to. These crooks then sent me 2 gift cards that I can’t redeem unless I do it from Shoe Dazzle website. I was supposed to get my order on Sunday. So here it is a Tuesday and it just arrived. Me thinking that were trying to accommodate me and to apologize for taking my money unbeknownst to me; they sent me gift cards that I can’t use. The days of making sure your customers are happy with the service and continue business is null and void. They’re crooks and I would never recommend or refer this place. I’m left feeling scammed.

My experience with Shoe Dazzle has not been a good one. You are required to call them between the 1-5 of the month in order to avoid getting billed $39.95. I've done that each month. I have been billed two consecutive months which caused me unexpected fees. One of those times I was refunded. The next month I was told I was refunded but instead $39.95 was debited from my account again instead of a refund. I spoke with the manager who insisted I call my bank. I called my bank and I conferenced the manager in so that he could hear the supervisor at the bank tell him there was not a credit to my account but a debit done instead. Do you believe even after the bank confirmed what I was telling the Shoe Dazzle manager I still did not receive a refund. The WORST company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible. They have no concern for you. It's as if they're programmed and want do anymore for you than they have to.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY AS HELL. I had ordered my first pair of boots for $10 and was very unaware that I was signing up to get $40 taken every month. They do not say that at all, I guess you have to go and search really hard to find it. Well anyway, I ordered these boots Dec 2017. I’m just now finding out that these people have been charging my account for 13 months. I have had $520 taken.. same with JustFab, EXACTLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. When I tried to cancel, I have to call or wait to chat w/ someone instead of easily cancelling online. Why isn’t it as easy to cancel as it is to sign up? And when I did get someone to chat with, they kept asking to reconsider and am I sure I want to do that. Like yes, obviously if I keep saying I want to cancel, I want to cancel. Please BEWARE OF SHOEDAZZLE AND JUSTFAB.

I always had the website from Facebook pulled Up looked into it for a year until, my girlfriend asked me, "What do you want for Christmas?" I said, "Mm a pair of boots from Shoedazzle." Placed order on 12/19, received package on 12/28, excited to get my boots I open and I see only one pair of boots wondering what happened to the other pair.. I never received an email nor a call from customer service to let me know I will not be getting any boots because they have none in stock. Wow. So I had to call you guys and find this out so she says we’ll go on the site and choose something else and give us a call back and we will get you another pair..
So on 12/29 I call and place the order and today 01/05 I received my package. I have a cámera at my front door, Fedex delivery man did not place my package at my front door. He threw it from one point to another. So ok I open my package and the shoedazzle box where the boots are supposed to be secured is all broken. Does not even look like a box and my boots were not in plastic or support in the inside.. Call customer service again to notify and all I get is a, "Sorry I can’t assist. I can send a return label," and that’s about it. I ask for a supervisor, not even asked to be placed on hold. I’ve waited 8mins and someone answers and says, "I’m sorry for your experience," and disconnects call.. I do NOT recommend This place for anything.

I tried to place an order on this website but they wouldn’t process the order saying it was PayPal’s fault. I called PayPal and they said it was on ShoeDazzle’s end and that I needed to talk to the person who processed the credit card orders. So I called them back and they said that dept isn’t open and I would have to wait until they opened back up. So I’m not quite sure how this works?!! Can you not place orders on weekends??? It’s ridiculous! They charged my card but didn’t process my order and now I have to wait 72 hours for them to reverse the charge because their processing dept isn’t open?? Very poorly run company, I will not be ordering from them ever.

I bought some boots about a week ago and I received them with a silicon glue stain on the tip of the boot very noticeable, it looks like when you trip and scratch your boots but that is not the case I received them yesterday! Now I have to go and drop them off at the post office and wait 24 to 48 hrs to get that processed then I have to wait again 2-5 business days to receive my boots! Obviously not in time for my thanksgiving dinner! Terrible experience!

Horrible customer service/Rude and very difficult to deal with. Charge your card. No refunds. Just a waste of time and money... The lady was over talking me misunderstanding my concerns, so I canceled my subscription. Should not have to with unprofessional people who can barely speak English trying to explain something to me that’s wasn’t relevant. Don’t waste your time or money. There are other places that you can shop from and get better customer service and better quality shoes!!!!

ShoeDazzle is an online shoe/clothing/jewelry company that also provides a membership as a subscription based service for their products. You pay $40/month for their membership, which also gives you a discounted price for their products. However, if you don't like any of their items, you are unable to get a refund for their services. If you cancel your membership, you are still able to use any credits you might have, but not at the discounted price. You have the option to skip the payment each month, but you yourself have to go in and skip at the beginning of the month, there is no option to skip permanently. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Or, if you do, only use it on a one time basis.

I made the mistake of buying some shoes from ShoeDazzle a year ago. They arrived and were complete trash. They were way too big, felt like cardboard, and didn't look nearly as cute in person as they did online so I returned them. I was honestly shocked by the poor quality of the shoe considering the original price. The shoes are about $50 without the first-time purchase offer. That’s a decently priced shoe. I could buy a pair of Converses or some nice flats or heels with that money from DSW. When I returned the shoes, ShoeDazzle said I can only get store credit for the shoes. I was annoyed but oh well, figured I'd find something else I liked eventually. I knew I didn't want to pay $50 for cheap cardboard shoes so I waited for a sale with a few items I'd like.
Finally, I run into a 50% off sale so I figured now was the time to order some products with my money. During checkout, it says YOU CANNOT USE STORE CREDIT ALONG WITH THE 50% SALE!!!! What in the actual hell? That store credit was my own money that has apparently lost value since I made my first purchase with them. Okay, so whatever... It is what it is. I order enough stuff to go $3 over my store credit. All the product comes in a week or so later and they are completely unusable. A two-piece suit had a bunch of pulled strings in it and was discolored. A dress had the texture of a trash bag and didn’t even stay closed if I moved at all. The boots looked horribly cheap and felt so stiff and heavy. I have no idea how any of their products have decent reviews. So now I've learned my lesson and know I will return everything and ask for a gift card so I can just close my account. NOPE! They don't allow you to convert your store credit into a gift card.
So if you want to give your remaining money to someone else you have to allow that person to log into your account and risk the chance of them adding to the store credit you already have built up. This company is designed to take your money regardless of if you get anything out of it or not. It is a complete scam full of ways to increase the chances of you forgetting to hit that "skip this month" button and securing an additional $30 bucks a month as store credit and never allowing you to have it back unless you want to use it on their shoes or clothes that will go into the trash within a month of owning it.

I know for some, it was hard finding a selection of shoes. For me, I actually was able to order about 3 or 4 times in the course of 4 or 5 months. They were cute but definitely difficult to wear. A part of the experience is due to my inability to wear high-inches heals and the other part is due to the instability of the shoes when walking. I'm fully aware of how the process works. They are allowed to perform an automatic withdrawal of about 39.99 each month unless you skip a month by the 5th day of each month. Well, the month of August 2019, I forgot to skip so I was charged. Of course, I didn't blame them for that. Before canceling, I purchased items of equal price or more. I waited until my items arrived the following week and checked to make sure they arrived not damaged prior to canceling membership. About 8/27/2019, I canceled membership with the rep Omar and was informed that I would receive a notification/confirmation.
Never realized that I didn't receive the confirmation, but received an email saying I spoke with a rep named Omar asking to give a review regarding the talk with him. So that was my proof of speaking with someone. Unfortunately, I get an email on 9/6/2019 saying I had credit of 39.99 waiting for me to spend. Immediately, upon seeing that email, I called SD and told them "my membership was suppose to be cancelled" but I was charged for a credit. I didn't ask, I TOLD them firmly, I wanted my money refunded. She said she checked record saying that "I wanted to continue with SD." I firmly told her "that was not true. I spoke with a rep before which they have records of and was informed my membership would be cancel. So refund me money." She briefly put me on hold to speak with someone to get approval. Although, I'm fully aware that I was going to get my money back regardless of their approval.
I was ready to call my bank and show proof! Fortunately, she informed me that I was approved for a refund and I should receive it within 5 business days, and then asked would I like to just continue with SD and they would give me an additional $10 off an item. I pressed record on my iPad to record our conversation and proceeded to tell the rep "This conversation is being recorded. I appreciate my refund, but as of 9/7/2019, I am cancelling my membership. Thus I do not want to proceed with SD. Please send my canceling confirmation now via email." She quickly responded that my membership was canceled.
By the time, I got off the phone, I checked my email and I received confirmation. Now I'm waiting on my refund. If I don't receive it or/and I'm charged again, I'm suing. I don't play about my money. My advice regarding this process is to stand firm. If you didn't read the fine print, it's technically your fault. However, if you canceled your membership, and they charged your account, it's their fault and you are entitled to a refund; don't let them lie to you! Get it recorded and make sure you have a confirmation email.

Adorable rain boots, hardly wore but 4 times, LIGHT WEAR. Toe split while on vacay in Europe. Did not put them, broken boots, back in my heavy luggage to travel by air, train, taxi, bus, walking all the way. 24 hrs travel from Europe back to US. So SD will not replace them. Understand the policy but give someone a break every now and then. Was I really supposed to haul boots back in an excruciating journey back from round the world??? UGH.

Shoedazzle will do anything to pull money out of your account, if you cant skip the month and make it very difficult to find the actual "skip the month" option on their website, especially on the mobile site. Once charged, they will fight with you to refund it, until you threaten to cancel your VIP membership. Then when they finally refund your money they shortchange you because of the exchange rate and say they can't do anything about it. What a scam and a joke. Not a good way to do business in my opinion, and I'll never recommend or join that site again. Also, the quality of footwear is garbage anyways...

I canceled my VIP membership for the second time. I never really had any pertinent issues with them besides the main gripe that you cannot use credits for sale items. For instance, if they withdraw 39.95 from your account or the 5th of the month and a sale is going on, they will make you choose between using your credit or getting the sale price. Does my currency somehow lose value as soon as it enters ShoeDazzle land? Isn't it the same 39.95 you will be getting anyway when I make a purchase? I'll just go shop at the stores. I need to get out more anyway.

I do not recommend anyone use ShoeDazzle because it is a rip-off. Even with proof that you're missing something you paid for, customer service doesn't care. I had three VIP credits, meaning three payments were taken from my account. I used one VIP credit on the 13th of June, leaving me with two. I made a purchase on the 17th, and my debit card was charged $34.90. I called, and the first representative said that I was charged because my purchase was less than $39.95. When I told him I'd done it before, he hung up on me.
The next representative (Rena) refunded the $34.90 taken from my account but then accidentally charged an additional $29.95 to my card instead of applying the VIP credit which she refunded as well. She then reordered my pants and applied a VIP credit, leaving me with a $10.00 store credit and one VIP credit. When I called about the missing credit, I was told that they refunded me for June. However, ShoeDazzle charges $39.95 a month. The e-mails concerning my refund state that they are for the pants that were charged to my card. Nowhere is there an e-mail stating a refund for a $39.95 VIP refund.
Therefore, I am out a VIP credit, which is equivalent to $39.95. I do not understand how four representatives and a supervisor cannot understand that using two VIP credit out of three leaves one. No one could explain to me how the refund was not for the pants, but it was for June. Especially when I never requested a refund for June nor was the refund for the same amount. The representatives are rude and speak over you. Some are hard to understand, and others hang up on paying customers. I asked multiple people, including the supervisor, to replay Rena's call, and they refused. I am not stopping until someone can explain to me why I am out of $39.95 that I paid.

I signed up for the VIP membership months ago, have ordered one pair of shoes (boots) and I actually like them. I fell pregnant shortly after signing up for subscription and decided that $40 a month for shoes or whatever, was too much and I called to CANCEL the VIP membership but the representative on the phone was giving me a hard time, saying canceling was a long process and blah blah blah. Told me it was best to skip monthly 1st-5th, as many times as you want to avoid a charge. I am about to have my baby so my head has been all over the place this month and I forgot to skip. Tried calling to see if I could cancel and get a refund but he said that they were already converted to credits and could not be refunded so it was best to use the credits before cancelling. OK FINE.
I have been searching for over an hour to find a pair that I like that is NOT sold out, that is the price of $39.95. I think it is really stupid that you can only get them $39.95 or higher with credits. Most I liked were cheaper. We should be able to spend our $40 credit any way we want. It's not like they are losing anything, they still have the money! I just don't get it. Literally struggling to find something my style that is not SOLD OUT and of the matching price to use the credits but oh my god, I swear everything is sold out except the really ugly shoes. Sorry, but still trying to spend wisely and something of my taste. If you're going to tell us how to spend our credits, fix your damn inventory!

So I signed up for a membership with Shoedazzle around Christmas time. I did not see in the fine print but I was signing up to be charged every single month $40 for nothing. Around April I saw the charge on my credit card recurring and called them to try and get my money back. After fighting with the customer service representative over chat I finally got one month refunded. They then tried to charge me again the following month saying that even though I had been irate and said I never signed up for the membership and they refunded me my money that did not qualify as canceling my membership so they tried to charge me again and then told me I was unable to cancel. This is one of the biggest scams I have ever seen - do not sign up for shoedazzle.com or shop there!!!! Buyer beware!!

I started with Shoedazzle a few years ago. I was ok with skip a month here and there. Sometimes I would forget. I accumulated a pretty decent credit. There is no way to get that money back according to their representatives I spoke to. I let it go and figured down the road maybe I could use it. I log into my account thinking I could get a pair of summer sandals. There is NO credit on my account at all. There is no record of where it went. The only amount that shoes is $39.95. My experience goes like this. So around Christmas time ShoeDazzle was having that hot deal to buy your first pair of shoes for $10, cool did it. Love the boots, still have them yet it's only been 5 months since I've had them & they were already falling apart by month 2. I really REALLY don't like companies who hold you to a month to month basis. Like a extra damn bill that I DO NOT NEED. Proactiv use to do this but were sued for exactly what ShoeDazzle is doing now. Charging people monthly unbeknownse to them. Be careful SD, you've got ALOT of pissed off customers already.
Anyway one month I really needed my money & I was LIVID to see them still charging me. I thought they would get the hint after I stopped putting money into that account on file for MONTHS but NOPE they charge as if it's OWED to them. Complete BS! So that month I called & spoke with a woman who bearly spoke English who proceeded to tell me that "ShoeDazzle doesn't give money back, you have to use your credit & return the shoe for money back." Um WHAT ok lady, I give up. So I used the credit without intentions of returning it. Ok & now just a couple hours ago around 8pm I loaded up my card to pay a bill for tomorrow & at 10:35pm I get a notification that ShoeDazzle has taken my money!!
This time I called & got a refund thru an automated recording which made me happy but still very on edge that I have to wait so long & that I'll even get my refund at all from some reviews I've read. Why can't they issue the money as fast as they take it??? Hope I get it in the 7 days as promised. We'll see. ShoeDazzle is cool for people who buy shoes CONSTANTLY but I'm not much of a shoe gal. Most of their shoes aren't really my style anyway & when I do find something it's always out of my size! They don't make enough wide calf boots. Their stock seems to be very low. I have been a member for ShoeDazzle for many years, just around 10 years, so I am not sure where they went wrong. I am fully aware of how the company operates. Every month you are charged $39.95, if you dont buy, you will receive a credit. Okay, cool. However, there has to be a valid card on file for them to do so, which I didn't have. Somehow, someone ShoeDazzle has gotten my card information and has been taking $39.95 for the last 5 months. The representative I spoke to had no valid reason how this was possible. I used the credits and closed my account, but based on reading other reviews it sounds like I need to make my bank aware on top of that, cancel my debit/credit card.
When I placed my order, the credits I had on file did not cover the full amount of what I had in my cart. I owed $8.24. When talking to the rep I asked if he could just take it from the card that they had on file, that they had been charging monthly, he stated "ma'am we do not have a card on file that we can charge the 8.24 to. Would you like to update your account information?" Well that was exactly my point. Also, the card they were using did not reflect on my ShoeDazzle account billing information either.

I have been reading a lot of the reviews & some people just don’t understand the process. Yes you have to create a VIP membership to get super cheap shoes. But you can skip the month (by the 5th) every month to avoid the $39.95 charge. I have ordered over 20 shoes from both JustFab & ShoeDazzle & they are good companies. I mean the shoes aren’t perfect quality but they do last & they are cute. You just have to make sure to read the reviews properly on their actual website. I haven’t had to cancel my membership yet, I did forget to skip the month once & was charged the $39.95 but I called & they refunded after 7 business days or so. A lot of these reviews are exaggerated. Just do your research on the website. Read the heel measurements to avoid shoes that will kill your feet, read the measurements on the clothes to avoid buying clothes that don’t fit. It’s definitely worth it, they have a lot of 40% off or more offers throughout the year.

I had a subscription to ShoeDazzle for a couple of years, typically choosing to "skip the month" instead of purchasing anything due to not caring for the quality of previous purchases from them. I eventually decided to cancel my membership by talking to a customer service representative. I was told that my membership was cancelled and that I would no longer be charged the $39.95 monthly subscription fee. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They continued to charge me to the point that I cancelled my card & placed a stop payment on them.
Somehow, they still managed to get ahold of my new information and tried to charge me again! This is after calling them several times to confirm that I no longer wish to be a subscriber. My bank caught it and immediately sent me a text so they didn't get the money, but this is utterly ridiculous & completely fraudulent. Please pay attention to your bank account upon cancellation to make sure that this doesn't happen to you.

This company enrolled me in sort of VIP membership program and keeps charging me $39.95 every few months for things I didn't order and never received. I've written to them several times telling them to cease and desist, but they keeping hitting me for $39.95. Unsubscribing to their emails does nothing. They keep sending me emails and have charged me $39.95 twice now for things I never asked for. I don't know whether they are crooks or just plain stupid. Ultimately I canceled my credit card just to keep this company from continually charging me.

ShoeDazzle prices (before the sales, discounts and VIP sales) are absolutely ridiculous. Yes they have a great selection of items, but their clothes, shoes, etc are Rainbow level material (not shading Rainbow, I love Rainbow). I've brought 4 pairs of shoes and boots from them and was only able to wear the boots. The heels were cute but not comfortable. Also, they dictate how you can use your credits. They charge your card every month for 39.95 then tell you HOW you can OR cannot use it. The plus size selection is a hit or miss. I had to be on the website for a few hours before finding something that I can use my credit with.

I’ve ordered countless times and taken full advantage of the many reduced sales. I have never had a significant problem. I live in Canada and get my orders very quickly. My product is never a surprise and I think they are made as well as super expensive products. I’ve never had them fall apart on me. Sizing is pretty good but all companies can vary their sizing. Sometimes I need a thinner sock but others to be sure I’ll go up 1/2 a size. You have to look at the pictures. If it had a pointy toe and it’s a slip on boot it may take a size bigger to fit you. Same with clothes, if it’s a baggier shape then your size or one smaller is fine but the tailored stuff tends to run more form fitting.
I’ve had problems with the site and not being to order and I had a rep help me out pretty extensively so really I find it hard to complain with a site that offers boots for $20 etc and has crazy good sales. Sure I’d love more options as good products disappear quickly at the sales but that’s what happens when there are sales, people buy. Sometimes I buy multiples of products because I can get a deal and a look that no one has. So ya I'm a happy customer! Sorry that not everyone else is.

After a few hours of wearing my boots, my feet were squeezed so badly, that I woke up with a severe foot sprain and had to rush to the ER. I was confident that the company policy of accepting returns for store credit was a good one. Here's the deal, though. There were some items that were on sale for $7, and I thought that might be a good way to use my store credit. Nope. If you bought those same items using store credit, the price was $39.95. If I could give NO Stars I would. This is the second time I have been screwed by this company. I purchased a pair of boots Wide calf (which are hard to locate). Great deal, paid very little. After I clicked the order to submit I noticed the address wasn't full and correct. I immediately called and gave the new address. They were to arrive 10/2/18. I go out of town, come back no shoes. I find that they tried to deliver but the address was wrong! After I called and gave the correct address AND CONFIRMED IT! So since I have been screwed before, I decide to wait for them to call me. Guess what they never did.
So I call them 10/22/2018 only to find that they resold my shoes! I am a pretty easy going person, but have had enough of the pitiful, ridiculous, excuses. “I'm so sorry, I don't know why your shoes were resold, blah blah blah.” Needless to say I cancelled my subscription and will be receiving a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your shoes. It’s hard enough to get the shoes you want, because they are never in stock and when you finally get the pair you want they screw the order up and resell them!!!

I ordered my shoes on October 3rd. October 10th, I got an email stating that my order has been cancelled, because they decided to sell me things that were out of stock. I now have to wait an additional 5 to 7 days to even get my money back. So at this point, a week later I'm out $40, and have no shoes. The only response from the company is, "I'm sorry." That just does not work for me. You don't take people's money for things you don't even have in stock. You don't wait 2 weeks to refund it. I suggest not doing business with them at all. You may or may not get shoes, but you sure don't get your money back either. Not in a timely fashion.

I liked that ShoeDazzle featured a specific showroom with shoes that fit my style and taste. I just wish I could have browsed at my leisure without pressure. I purchased my first pair for a discount, and it was great. They lasted a long time and I got a ton of compliments on them. I absolutely loved the shoes. After that, I hated how every month they'd keep the credit card on file and I'd have to remember to skip the month if I didn't want to buy anything or get charged. It felt sort of like a scam. I totally would have stayed a member and purchased more if I wasn't so afraid of forgetting to skip and being billed.

My overall experience from the shopping online is pretty satisfying. The online page navigation and the checkout process were simple. The pictures of products were clear and the prices were fair. I do have to wait however long the shipment arrival is. Some may be 5-8 business days, while others can take up to a month for me to receive my product. But I like the ability to look at items as if I'm shopping in person, but in my own comfort space. Clicking through pages on the PC is much more convenient than shoe shopping all over the city until I find just what I'm looking for.

The website is simple to maneuver and easy to use so it's very easy to find what you're looking for. There is a fair product selection, and they made my shopping and ordering simple. However, I don't like how most of the shoes are for dressing up or fancy occasions though. If they could improve the variety of shoes that they have, that would be nice because the more types of shoes they have, the more customers they will get. But they have a lot of different designs of shoes that are super cute. Plus, they have great deals, like the buy one get one for free. The starting off price for one pair is $30 I believe, and you get an additional free pair which is really good.

I have a lot of online shopping experience, and in shopping on ShoeDazzle, everything went smoothly the way I anticipated it to and my shoes arrived just as ordered. I know it's an online shoe store, but the websites style feels very dated. Better discounts and clearance events would also be a huge plus. Also, a more appealing website. But they have a very nice selection of shoes in a variety of styles and brands. Plus shipping was very fast, only took about 2 days total. Shoes looked great, no scuffs or indicators of wear.

There's a variety of shoes to choose from and all different styles too. You were able to take a quiz to say what kind of shoes you liked so that it was easier for the website to filter shoes to your liking. But, there are weird shoes. After a while I would see some ugly shoes that I wouldn't be seen with in public. I would retake the quiz that let the website know what I liked but it was still not working so I gave up on the website. I never liked the clothes on there so I didn't have a reason to stay on the website since it got boring fast and there wasn't anything that would interest me so I stopped buying shoes from there. It was easy to use and easy to find shoes at first since there was a wide selection of shoes that I like and then a couple months later there wasn't.

Payment options could be somewhat better though. I need flexibility in terms of payment and they should offer PayPal or something else besides credit cards. The price was great and offering great selections and also very fast shipping. I didnt feel as though I was just picking out shoes, boots and or sneakers just for the sake of getting the pair I needed for the program. The first purchase was very easy and the shipping was great. The longer I stayed a member then it seemed to be harder to find something that I wasn't settling for. It suddenly seemed to me the choices got less and now they just expected me to buy the two pair per month. If I'm having a hard time it's because I was unhappy trying to choose. I like that you get styled and they have the 2 for the price of one and VIP listing, the variety of colors and also they sell accessories, bracelets, necklace and rings, purses and chokers. Can't go wrong with shopping here and so fun just going through all selections. But they don't have plus size clothing and sometimes I don't like when they're all sold out of my size and they should have some type of promotion for customers that don't have VIP listing like 3 purchases you get free gift or something. That would be great. Also a thing that needs to be improved is that you click a picture to view a shoe that when you go back it won't start you back at top of list. The search aspects allowed me to find the type, color and size of a specific shoe very easily and quickly. I like that the selection was very large and there were many price points and designers. I'd like more of a detailed description of each shoe and more sizes for people with wider feet. The pictures could be a little bit larger. I'd also like more sales and promotions each season.

They have great offers, and they give you a lot of incentives when joining their VIP program. I like the design of the page, it's easy to maneuver and ordering was a breeze. But the reviews should be closer to the product. Some of their shoes have the wrong sizes and it is a pain to return them. I could've read the reviews, but I blindly trusted that the shoes were actually their advertised size. I wish they could've had size comparisons to other shoes, in order to see if the sizes were similar to shoes that were bought prior to that one. Plus it takes forever to cancel - I had to constantly tell the lady on customer service that I was sure I wanted to cancel.

It is easy to purchase, I like how the website is laid out. Makes it easy to search and everything is organized. I like how the site is grouped by trends and styles. They have great styles at a very affordable price, able to pay a monthly membership or skip the month if you do not feel like ordering. Even though the styles are affordable and I can buy them often, I would prefer if the shoes lasted longer and were better quality. I would even pay a little more.

I find it easy to shop and check out. I also like the promotions they offer during special sales. I can't wait and I'm looking forward towards the next event sale. I like the VIP membership being able to skip a month when I can't see any heels I like that peaks my interest. I also like doing holiday shopping or special occasions shopping. I will like them to sell some undergarments as well as a wider selection of clothing, though. I think they should add more unique stuff to keep the customer from going to other websites for the few things that I mention.

I find ShoeDazzle very easy to use. You are provided with a showroom of suggestions and have the ability to search for other products. You can search by color, size, style and other options. Also, they always have new products at great prices. They have branched out too into additional products with purses, clothing, and accessories. With the products always evolving ShoeDazzle is able to stay relevant. While I had a positive experience, I dont like the "membership" fee and the responsibility to skip a month to avoid it. Good thing is that the fee goes into your account to use for a purchase when you are ready.

I love the discounts and bargains I get when shopping at ShoeDazzle. The ordering process is simple! The website is completely easy to navigate and it's very well made and easy to maneuver. Overall, I am completely satisfied with everything this website has to offer. I never had a problem with any order or shipments I've received from them. I like the design as well and will continue to shop here.

ShoeDazzle has different sizes and styles for your interest and stuff that you would buy. They also have different varieties of shoes for different types of taste people might be interested in buying for themselves. It was easy to place my order, great to peruse and the experience was very interesting, fantastic. But I would improve the basic shoes to be plain and basic but still stylish. Also their more glamorous shoes can be a little bit too fabulous for my taste.
