I am a professional shopper for stay at home seniors. I am a senior myself on a fixed income and this is my livelihood. It keeps my bills paid. I used to get all the grocery store ads delivered by the post office in my mailbox on Tuesdays. But approximately 8 to 12 months ago RetailMeNot took over the delivery of the store ads. In all of this time I have received my ads exactly three times. I have to call every single week for my ads so that I can plan out my day and shop for my senior customers. I have already lost one account because of RetailMeNot not delivering the ads.
Every time I have called until today I have been told that my delivery day is Tuesday. In my area the shopping ads for groceries starts on Wednesdays. I am usually at the store at 6:00 a.m. when they open to begin shopping for my seniors and my day is planned out completely on Tuesday nights based on the ads to get my senior customers the best possible prices on the groceries that they need. I call each of my seniors on Tuesdays and let them know approximately what their cost is going to be so that I can collect the money from them up front.
I am not financially independent and cannot pay for their groceries and then have them reimburse me. Every week I have to call RetailMeNot for my ads. Now they're telling me my delivery is on Wednesdays which does me no good and I am going to lose my business. My plan is to contact all of the stores that I usually shop at for groceries that use this company to deliver their advertisements and I am going to complain to them. RetailMeNot is a useless very poorly run company. If I could get them zero to a quarter star I would. They don't deserve any more than that.

Very rarely do any of the coupon codes they provide for the restaurants I choose do they ever work. Especially true for Longhorn Steakhouse. Never been able to use a coupon there. Not worth my time to try anymore.

Absolutely deplorable BS scam of a site....How many times does someone have to chase them for cashback that I am owed!!!! One scripted excuse after another with the most inept customer service, I'm looking at you Mark and Nolan!! Avoid these scammers like the plague. They steal the cash back you are entitled to!!!! Thieves!!!

I have saved a good amount of money using the discount codes from ReTailMeNot. I have used the codes in store or online. Plus, I have gotten my cash back rewards on several purchases. I truly recommend this site to anyone who likes to shop, save money and get cash back rewards at certain stores!

I am tired of this company littering. Each month(?) they deliver their papers in red bags all over lawns and sidewalks of my town. Most people don't want them as evidenced by the fact that they remain all over lawns and sidewalks in my town for a good long time. I refuse to do business with anyone that advertises with them. They allegedly have a form to opt out but the first time I filled it out I started getting two papers instead of one. I tried again and nothing happened, I still get two. People delivering physical papers great business model for 1972. I cannot believe that in this day and age any company would litter so blatantly.

Created the first account with them because they had a 10% cashback offer for BestBuy. Followed the instruction step by step and made my eligible purchase in the "TopDeals" section, after I picked up my order a couple days later I got the email from them saying "BestBuy let us know you made a purchase" and it showed the pending cashback balance in my wallet which is good. A few days later when I checked again, I saw my pending become $0.0, went to look at my reward activity and to my surprise, I got marked ineligible now with this message "Ineligible due to suspected violation of Terms. Please contact Customer Care if you believe this was in error."
Of course, I believe is an error so I contacted the customer care and gotten a response that doesn't say the specifics and told me to email directly if I believe this is an error so I emailed and it says it could take 5 days for the review, Took all 5 days for a response and guess what the reply was? Basically the same as the first response I got, this is not acceptable, they are straight-up not putting any effort into this problem or simply at this point I feel like they are just trying to not pay out. I attached the picture of the responses.

I have never used this service, ever, yet they continue to spam my email inbox with junk despite me frequently following the unsubscribe links. I get upwards of 5-10 emails a day from them. I don't know whose email list they bought and use for marketing purposes, but I do not appreciate all their spam. Until I read the consumer reviews posted here I was convinced they were a phishing scam. Make your unsubscribe process actually work, please.

I made my first purchase through RetailMeNot Wallet for a 10% discount to Best Buy. I made the order through their referral link and all seemed well. Picked up the order and waited a few days. Unfortunately my account never showed pending purchases. I contact Chat and they informed me my account had been suspended?!? It was my first time purchasing through them and opening an account. Their Chat couldn't give me any information on why my account was suspended. They wanted me to email them a bunch of information (Data) to see why it was suspended. Tried to call, but you can only leave a voice mail.
It's great that my account has been suspended with NO communication. No email? No information in my wallet? No Messages? Feels like a scam for them to collect my information, get me to purchase through their referral link so they get money, but then cancel my account so they don't have to pay out. You will notice many more complains about this exact same situation. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION OR USE THEIR SERVICES!!!

I keep getting in my USPS mailbox flyers from RetailMeNot. Junk, Junk, Junk. I have requested on their site (Link->> https://www.retailmenot.com/everyday/unsubscribe) at least 3 times over the past 4 months to stop receiving their junk. It is not the postal person as the address on the flyer is my address. These people just will not stop! Federal Trade Commission really needs to get involved with this company. This company is just as bad a "RedPlum". Scam, Scam, Scam and no way to get off their darn list. They say it can take up to six weeks to be removed from the mailing list. Hello!! It has been at least 12 weeks since the first time I requested to be removed.

I began to use the cashback site to get cashback on my purchases. I made several purchases with the promise of getting cashback. However they targeted my account as suspicious activity. I have no idea what that means. I made several purchases. I even got emails for every purchase I made as promise cashback in 45 days. Never once was not able to log in. If you want to block me from your site you should not allow me access to sign in. Very shady practices.
They allowed to they credit for my purchase they just steal my cashback rebate. I emailed customer service and they just follow a script. I provided all the documents they requested and they take over week to respond that can not help at all. I will continue to share my stories so that people don't get fooled, and go to more reliable cashback program. A cashback program that won't lie to you like Retailmenot.

A few months back I tried to shop through their App but it really bothered me so I still rely on their website. I've tried dozens of times, using a few different payment methods, emails, I've contacted them and tried giving multiple emails to verify, multiple phone numbers, my driver's license, my electric bill, offered business license info, etc. Went through the back and forth email, entering my info, several times and ultimately they say they'll get back in 24 hours after their support team reviews and I never get a response back. I have no idea what it is they want or their problem, like many sites like this, it's likely something that could be resolved in 5 seconds, if told what the hell the issue is and what they want that is of concern. For me it's a utterly worthless website and total waste of time. I'm in groups with other people who mostly are not having issue (a couple others are like me), but RetailMeNot always tell me they just sold out when I attempt to order and it always gets cancelled, which is complete baloney about the OOS excuse.

Tried to order a gift card, after 4 hours I finally received notice it had been cancelled. I previously purchased a gift card from another site the same day without issue. No reason given for the cancellation. It would have been nice to know sooner than 4 hours later that my order was cancelled, and even nicer to actually have the order fulfilled. Don't sell something that you can't deliver. Also, there is apparently no way to contact them since the contact page is just a login for Salesforce.com that cannot be accessed.

I recently tried using RetailMeNot's cashback program, where you link to a site through them and a small percentage goes into your virtual wallet. The idea is that you can get this money transferred to your PayPal account. After using this several times and waiting several weeks, I received an e-mail stating that it was ready. However, on multiple attempts to access my "virtual wallet", it asks for a six digit code. When I try to tell it to send the code to my e-mail, nothing happens. It is not in my spam folder. There is no way for me to access this money without the code they won't send me. Won't be using this again.

Codes never work. I have tried numerous items and code never works. Why run an app if you cannot verify what is going into your app. Surely you can hire people to verify each case works before attaching it to your site.

Hello. In a nutshell, I spent over $900 on an appliance at BestBuy. The promotion I used was for 16% cash back. I only received a little less than half of that percentage. What should I do? I’m not happy.

My farm spends a lot at Home Depot. I live a long way away so it is cheaper than return fuel to just buy 3 when maybe I need two or three and I can’t remember. Do I buy 1/2 inch or 3/4? I buy one of each. The next time I am at Home Depot I just return the one I don’t need. I use the automatic emailed receipts. I have separate folders for each tax year. Recently, I used a store credit to buy a Milwaukee battery. When I got home I realized that I had the 28 volt commercial tools and not 18 volt.
I had become so used to just saying I don’t need a receipt because my email/tax system works better than shoeboxes full of endless receipts that I have to pay someone to open each and put them onto a spreadsheet. God help me if I ever get audited and need to find a paper receipt from a myriad of Home Depot receipts. My store credit battery buy was just the usual and I said, “No receipt needed kind Home Depot sir." Well Home Depot has a glitch in their strategy and I paid the price when RetailMeNot nixed my battery return for even a store credit. The ivory tower folks at Home Depot have decided that there is no email receipt page during checkout, using that little credit card reader screen thing. You know the one that often can’t read your credit card, especially with a chip.
With RetailMeNot I am branded a criminal (I am a surgeon). I am stuck with an expensive battery I don’t need. There is no appeals page on their website. In fact, there are fewer words on their website than that Home Depot credit card reader machine. Now I have noticed that RetailMeSnot has send an appeals process to private people’s email addresses in reading some of these reviews. Do I have to wait for the Second Coming to get mine by divine providence? Must I write this review and hope that RetailMeSnot will think me worthy enough to also include my email in their appeals reply?
What about the next guy that gets the S.O.L. rejection receipt from Home Depot only to find that when he enters the given RetailMeSnot code on his computer he finds nothing that will help him resolve his problem. There is no appeals tab, no place to explain why he thinks he got a bum deal and no place to order a pizza whilst he has something to do to lessen his misery. Select all pictures that show me leaving Home Depot discussed and frustrated and feeling that what RetailMe Snot means to me is that I will start going somewhere else as Me Not Retail so much at Home Depot in the future, though at 2200 stores, they will MissMeNot.

The RetailMeNot used to come in the Sunday paper and then all of a sudden stopped. Now I don’t get them in the mail either but my niece and son down the road does and they don’t even coupon! The website says it’s not in my area. That is bull! There are so many coupons in there that I have to pass on the deals because I don’t get the coupons!!!!

I live in Billings MT. We are largest city in MT yet we don't EVER get the coupons we should like other regions. I send emails to them and they tell me it's a regional issue but they NEVER tell me WHO I need to call to see why we don't get relevant coupons! I want answers but everyone passes the buck.

I am not sure whether this firm deliberately cheats their customers or just has horrible computer systems that cannot accurately process transactions. But I can confirm that they can owe you money for legitimate purchases and then suddenly send you an email accusing you of making fraudulent purchases and violating their rules. They don't tell you which rules you are violating, so just consider yourself a lowlife criminal.
Perhaps you can appeal, as they claim, but I have written them on three separate occasions enquiring what they think I did that was fraudulent - once after reading their response on this forum. You can wait two weeks, you can wait two years - you'll not receive any reply. Nor even an acknowledgement. The emails were sent through their own site link so I am sure they got them. These guys are just plain dishonest - don't waste your time dealing with them.

I have tried for a couple of years to use coupons from RetailMeNot and have yet to be successful. I tried with a variety of online retailers and NONE of them work. EVER. I am convinced that it's just another way to collect my shopping habit information and control the advertisements I get.

I was reading the details about RetailMeNot.com here. Let me share my experience here. I always make my purchases through RetailMeNot.com for past 2 years and I always receive the promised money back to my account. I also got the account fraudulent message recently and their customer service told me their system flags some emails for some particular reasons and send that email. I appealed against that action as per they suggested and hopefully it will get resolved soon. For me it is a 5 star experience with this website.

Once you set up the account with RetailMeNot, purchase through their promotion, get an email, all is good. Cash back will process. Within six weeks, you receive an email. They’ve suspended your account. For no reason. It is a scam, there are never cash back payouts. Look at the reviews. Everybody gets notified their account has been suspended for Fraudulent, Abusive, or Suspicious activity! It’s nothing but a data mining scam! FTC needs to shut down this company! Nobody gets any cash back!

All I wanted to do was have them take me off their mailing list and I was put on hold for over ten minutes after spending 25 minutes trying to get an actual person on the phone. Once I did contact that person I was berated and interrupted so many times until I was finally hung up on. This company is an environmental disaster as they produce uncountable waste in these mailings. Avoid these folks and take yourself off their mailing list ASAP!

I bought 2 different gift cards from RMN for Kohl's. Neither card worked at Kohl's in store or online. They refunded my $25 card but refused 2 refund my $50. I emailed them several times to no avail, their reply, "We don't refund ‘buyers remorse’.” Remorse? I wanted the cards to “Shop” not to be ripped off! I will NEVER buy a gift card from them again. Beware people! Some cards work, some don't, but RMN won't refund. Even after all my proof. Sad sad way to fill your pockets RMN! I rate them 0 stars! Or minus 1.

We purchased $2,000 in Lowe's gift cards on Feb. 13th 2019, and we were told that it can take 24 hours to process. On Feb. 14th the charge posted to our credit card, but we never received the gift cards. I spent days and countless emails with the company, only to be told not to worry, that my order did not process, and the "pended charge" would be removed. I repeatedly explained that it was no longer a pended charge and it had posted to my account, and I sent copies of my bank statement showing where I had been charged, and still did not receive any help. They just kept telling me that I had not been charged. I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and the money was returned on Feb. 27th. I have not received any type of apology from this company, and would never do business with them again.

RetailMeNot used to be great for finding coupon codes to use online or in store. Lately NONE of the codes work. They are all either expired, not recognized, etc. Over the past few months I've tried finding coupon codes for multiple different stores, restaurants, you name it and it has been nothing but a waste of time. You can copy and paste every single code they list and none of them work. If you like wasting time and getting frustrated then this is for you. Otherwise, don't even bother.

Would give no stars if I can. The cashback offer is a total scam. They suspended my account for "suspicious activity" when all I did was email them to ask when I would receive my cash back. I was supposed to receive $70 cash back for spending over a thousand dollars on an item. I have been trying to get my cash back since October 2018 and it is February 2019 now. RetailMeNot is a ton of lies and filled with a load of nonsense. They say that they had a few successful cash backs which is probably a lie and pay attention to the keyword "a few". The fact that they don't even have a direct number to speak with a representative already shows us that they are unreliable. Trusted them instead of Ebates which was a total mistake. RetailMeNot is a scam with their cash back offer so DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

This website is 100% a scam. I made a $115 purchase from Macy’s and should have received a $15 cash back reward. As stated in their guidelines, the minimum purchase only had to be $60. Well 2 months later and I finally got an email update stating that the “order total is $115 but the minimum purchase of $60 was not reached and I will not be receiving the reward”. Obviously that didn’t make sense so I tried contacting their customer service 9 times and never got a single response... So I never received the reward and now I’m being flooded with junk mail from their mailing list. And just like many others have mentioned, I can’t even reach anyone from the site to get myself removed from their mailing list. Use at your own risk!!!

Like other reviewers here, I signed up for an account to get a $25 cash back reward from Best Buy. I went through the portal, made the purchase, and watched my cash back on the RetailMeNot website while it was pending. On the date it was due to be paid out, I got an email saying my account was suspended due to suspicious activity. I have emailed them but have yet to receive any response. As others have noted, RetailMeNot cash back rewards appears to be a scam.

I signed up for RetailMeNot.com because they were offering a $50 cash-back bonus for signing up with AT&T as a new internet customer. I did exactly that and still am happy with my new AT&T Fiber service, but RetailMeNot banned my account for "suspicious activity" with no payout. I even read the fine print and followed the procedure to a T. Email correspondence got nowhere. Complete scam.

I booked holidays through Booking.com and used coupon from RetailMeNot. It was my first experience with the site, so I registered for the first time. I should get 20$ and after my holiday finished, they sent me e-mail that my account was banned for suspicious activity. I registered and logged only 1 time, so its basically bs. No answer from e-mail. Basically scam site, never use it please.

I tried to purchase two gift cards on separate occasions and was refused. I was told they could resubmit and I could talk with a "specialist". WHAT! I will not be subjected to credit/personal information probing for a gift card. I am done with this company. Don't advertise these cards if you won't sell them. I have to say this seems like false advertising to me.

Clients of RetailMeNot should beware. It appears to me that RetailMeNot (a.k.a Red Plum) engages in deceptive business practices. For example, if I send advertising to one million households and they ALL immediately toss it in the garbage...I can still claim to clients - "Hey, I have a circulation of one million." That is because a mailing list is not often being used. Therefore, the postal carrier has instructions to place those flyers in EVERY mailbox whether they want it or not. This of course deceives clients about circulation numbers. A citizen is forced to accept this retail advertising and cannot stop it by complaining to the company or postal service or anyone else. I know that because I've tried complaining to the BBB as well as to the local postmaster via certified mail.

If you use Retailmenot.com, DONT! They put up offers and when you try to use them, you'll get your account suspended with no information whatsoever! I email and email and got no help. I call 1 (512) 777-2970 it's a voicemail and they never call back. Back on Nov. 26, I activated an offer of $20 cash back if you spend $45 or more at Kohl's thru their site. I made my $101 purchase at Kohl's. Got an email that said I'd done my part and was on my way to getting my cash back. Then 3 days later, I get another email saying I had violated their terms of service. I did nothing to violate anything. They're unable to tell me what I supposedly did wrong.
I know $20 isnt much but it's the principle of the matter. I used their site to get some extra savings when buying Christmas gifts. I chatted with them today at https://www.retailmenot.com/livechat. All they can tell me is that my account is suspended. No supervisor to speak with. If you have had the same or similar issues, fill out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

We tried purchasing a gift card from them, and the first 3 times our card declined for no reason at all. Chatted with them and they said it was our Bank, so called the Bank and the Bank reassured us that it was the website. Should have just taken that as a sign not to go through with it... But I decided to try one more time with the other card on my account and went through the first time. So we waited and waited to receive the gift card, finally decided to chat with them only to be told that they declined our order because we tried too many time to buy the card! If their website would have not declined me 3 times, we wouldn’t have had the issue in the first place! Then, they would not release our funds for 5 days... Worst Company to get anything from. We will stick with using Raise.com from now on!

I have literally contacted this company 5 times to be taken off their mailing list. It clutters up my mailbox and sometimes important mail get hidden with its fold, opening up the chance of accidentally throwing out something important. When I first joined they were wonderful and honored their promotions. Now the last three months or so, even though it shows I activated cash back they very rarely honor it. I will inquire and they will say give it more time even though the amount of time according to their website has passed. Then they say email the order confirmations, which I do. Still nothing. Then I get the too many offers used, even though only one of my five eligible per store was honored, and that was the lowest offer. I'm avoiding them from now on, I count on that cash back for my purchases. I will now utilize a site that is honest and honors payouts.

I am receiving a commercial newspaper every week, called RetailMeNot (RetailMeNot.com). Before it was called Red Plum. I never signed for their mailing list. I have already contacted them and they say it's the Post Office responsibility, whereas the newspaper comes with my mail address printed on it. Afterward, they say that maybe someone subscribed me, which is not true, since I have been living in the same address before I begun to receive the Red Plum newspaper. Thanks for your concern.

It's a great site when the promo codes and shopping trips are working properly and recorded. But on their site the Contact Us function to email customer service has been down for a long time. I found their email address through previous times I had emailed them to follow up on pending rewards (which they promptly resolved). Their chat online function doesn't work either.

I have been getting a complete runaround trying to get 20.00 rebate from a purchase. It is ridiculous!! At first they wouldn't even respond. Then they kept requesting the same information over and over. Finally I got the credit for the rebate. Then I could not withdraw it. Same thing... email after email requesting the error or screenshot. Well over 20 emails trying to resolve this. My account is completely messed up. I can’t request money or edit my information or anything. I personally think this is a gimmick. There is no way they cannot figure out this problem. Don’t use them. I like the coupons to use in stores but other than that don’t fall for it like I did. Some people are out much more than I am.

After completing the purchase through RMN and waiting only to get. Ooh gee, shucks... That's rough. Comments stating that your purchase will get 0.00. Zip. As their words... "Some people place fake ads on their site. And thanks for the infor, we will try to get them off." try? Slipped on? Pop up? Placed on? Where is the security for the consumers? Omg... That's the people who pay for salary through purchases on your site.
***I had to give a star to get this completed. My apologies to the system. If they were negative stars I would use. I won't insult the regular stars rating with this company. In scanning various sites, it seems the RMN site pops up first as it must state to the merchants the consumer traffic. Just a thought. If you would honor the codes that your consumers trusted enough to use your site. By paying the offer they lost, heck, omg, shucks you would provide a security for your consumers not to suffer a loss, both financially and emotionally. I bet after paying out a couple thousand claims. You might be more proactive in your daily site monitoring. Ooh gee, good job, omg. What a great way to keep and get happy consumers.
They do have fake news, fake companies and of course fake ads/coupons. Could they be a forming fake army of consumers who let companies realize that to honor one's product, ads and good name means a lot more of a short lived gain. Maybe you should monitor Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Instagram. Maybe an army is growing?

I did the Cashback service for AT&T Wireless new service back in September 2017 and still haven't received my cash back of $100! What a SCAM this website is! Everyone please avoid Retailmenot.com! I'm a Marine Veteran OEF Afghanistan and I will not do any more business with these people. I have emailed many times and I keep getting the runaround!!!! Still waiting on Merchant or send receipt (which I have 3x!!). Uggg I give up with this place, but just had to warn others before it's more wasted time!!!

I emailed them to find out why and also sent in proof of purchase, the received merchandise and the proof where it showed I had received notices from RetailMeNot. Never received a response or credit. Extremely disappoint and will no longer use this app.

Even though they list themselves as retailmenot.ca the coupons only work on USA sites. I have tried at least 9 coupons for the same site and in each case, the online store would not accept them unless I had a USA address. I tried to make a comment on the coupons to advise people not to waste their time but it would not allow me to do so. Reason: 'blocked word'. The comment was: 'Cannot use on Canadian sites'. Which word should be blocked??? Waste of time.

I have had a great experience with RetailMeNot.com. There are no other website or apps like it. RetailMeNot.com can't be beat. Sometimes you don't always know you are going shopping for something and I have this app on my phone and can just pull up a coupon to scan. I used to always be stuck either with a coupon at home and out of luck or have to go get it. Now I don't have that problem. I use it while out shopping, at home while online. I do not shop either way without checking my app for a coupon first. I sometimes just open the app and see what kind of deals are going on.

I love using RetailMeNot.com because I can find promotional codes or discounts to save money for most of my online purchases. Also it will tell you sometimes about sales you didn't know about. I choose this site over all the others. However, there are many promotional codes or coupons that do not work or expired. The site needs someone to delete or remove these items so others don't get discouraged when using the site. I use the site any time I do any type of online shopping. I make no online purchase without looking for a coupon code for it.

I like RetailMeNot because it pops up when I'm near a store that offers coupons. It shows the different coupons for the location you're at. Also you can search for a store you want. It makes looking up what you are looking for super easy. And has many options for each store, plus it has pretty much every store you could think of. The website has a few different options for my needs and it's very easy to navigate the app. Sometimes there's not a coupon I need for a store or the coupon is for certain items. I would prefer a percentage off coupon for the entire store then just select items. Hopefully there will be more a variety offered at some point. But it's a great app.

Is a very entertaining page, with many offers, time passes very quickly and without realizing when I navigate in it, I have been using it for a long time and I intend to continue using it. I like the interactive of the page, especially the variety of products to which they offer discounts. I love the free sample coupons and the profit I can get from them. What I like most are the discount offers on baby items and products for cleaning the home, in technology and appliances, I take advantage of many of them. But I don't like when I get many offers in the mail because it saturates my inbox. Also, when I need the offer of a specific product, especially when I've been waiting for days.

I have had good experiences with RetailMeNot.com. I've been able to get lots of promo and coupon codes for multiple websites and ordering online. It works well for ordering food online too. Examples would be Papa John's, Pizza Hut and pretty much any pizza place we have in town. I specifically like that you can almost always get coupons or promo codes when you look. They have quite a few varieties of places you can get deals for. Though I would like if there were a few more promo and coupon codes for other brands and that they updated them a little more. I'd also like if they would get rid of the ones that don't work faster then I wouldn't have to go through as many to find the right one.

Retailmenot has a very simple website. You can search what brand/location you are interested in then you go straight to all the coupons they offer. The layout and the way they have their website designed is pretty neat as well. I feel they can make their site better though. Some deals are misleading and others are expired and hard to get to. I like the fact that they have multiple brands but not too thrilled on the actual coupons themselves. Plus a lot of the stuff is just the same coupons the main company offers - so it kinda adds a step. Instead of making it easier.
They also need to let you know about the full offer and not just enough to get you to click to coupon. I mainly go on the website for food coupons and I always say they are so limited and the coupons are so narrow. It's normally nothing but pizza and/or a tiny bit of a discount (if you purchase at full price). Normally when I order food online I like to check it out to see what kind of deals and specials they are running at the time. I don't think the deals are always good. They should have more of a variety as well instead of just pizza pizza pizza, 20% off, etc.

I have enjoyed the full experience of using RetailMeNot. I use it whenever I go into any store just to make sure I am not missing out on a deal. When I search it tells me what deals are available for this store. Once I get to the register I show the cashier my phone, they scan my barcode, and then my savings gets applied to my purchase. I like that I can go directly to that store I'm in and see if there are any deals available. I do not have one particular store I use this app for. I make sure each and every store I look them up on RetailMeNot because I have saved a lot money because of this app. The only issue was at JcPenney when they said they no longer accept RetailMeNot coupons. Other than that, I have not had any issues. So with that alone speaks volume for this app. Everybody loves to save money and this app allows you to do just that.

Overall I really like using RetailMeNot. It's easy to use, the app is simple, and the colors are nice. The setup was a hook the first time I used the site. I love that you can favorite shops and especially love that you can divide coupons into online versus in-store. There just needs to be a more even selection of the two, as there are far more for online. I truly dislike how few in-store coupons there are because I do much of my shopping in real life and need more discounts that way. Even so, the online deals found can be quite good. There needs to be a better rubric for getting rid of expired deals though, as those can get quite annoying.

I use RetailMeNot before I go to the grocery store or to the mall to see if there is anything I would like that's on sale. I like to be able to search for something in particular and specific stores and see what I want to visit before I go. Sometimes I go to stores just because there is an item on sale there. I also use RetailMeNot to find any coupons on food, clothing, cleaning and air freshener products. I love all the different types of coupons and the alerts RetailMeNot sends to me. It alerts me automatically if there is a sale on one of my favorite items. It also shows me the availability of the item and the location that has the most availability. However, sometimes there isn't a coupon on a certain item and sometimes it misses sales that are going on though that happens not too often. Nevertheless, my experience with RetailMeNot has been awesome.I love that most of the deals are up to 20 percent off.

I look for deals when I'm intending to buy something that I've generally already chosen and would like a discount on it. The deals I find at RetailMeNot are generally good, like when looking for a discount on a clothing site and getting 10-15% off. RetailMeNot is a great way to find coupon codes and deals on a variety of sites. I appreciate that there's a site that has this variety and makes it easy to search for different stores and discounts. I find it to be one of the most accessible deal sites on the internet. Other sites don't give me as many options, or make it difficult to see how successful people have been with using coupon codes or finding deals. I like that the RetailMeNot website includes the success rate of other customers who have tried the deals or coupon codes, and that it's easy to use.

I have not been able to use a lot of the "coupons" listed for many reason, they do not actually offer a deal more, just tells you different sales going on at the moment and are not actually coupons at all, or are attached to some sort of sign up program where I am forced to sign up for something to receive it. I wish RetailMeNot explained more about the deal, how purchase is necessary or not, or if you have to give your email or sign up for another site to receive it, or had more updated deals and actual coupons that save the purchaser money, not just sale prices. Also, more than half the ones I try do not work and are expired. But I enjoy family deals, like trips to Kalahari, and by signing up for email through some website I have received some great deals from Kalahari through email that my family and I have taken up on.

My relationship with RetailMeNot has been pretty good. I like to go there to look for coupons specifically when I'm online shopping. I usually find something and 90% of the time the coupon works. I like that it is easy to find a code and the codes are usually accurate. I like that all you have to do is copy and paste and they are easy to find. I only don't like when it lists the sales the store because you can find those on the store's website. Another thing is having instead of actual coupons. I also don't like when the coupons don't work. I usually use the coupons when I am online shopping for clothing, accessories, or technological devices. I have also used it for food coupons. I usually find decent deals. About 10%-25% off is most common.

It's almost perfect when shopping online. I love getting on different website to look for great deals, which you can get when you look hard enough. I love looking online when it comes to looking at grocery store. I look everyday to see what I can find, and I enjoy printing the coupons out everyday when I can. I look for certain coupons, and I'm pretty good when it comes with great deals. When you go online to look for great deals, then you realize how much money you can save. You just gonna have to try it out for yourself. Do it one of these days.

The deals are ok but some are expired and that can be frustrating. I hate when I have to sift through the coupons that are expired or do not work. Stop letting people post expired coupons or coupons that don't work. The site needs to fix that. But I like the hunt of finding a good deal that I wouldn't have gotten. I like saving money so I can keep shopping more and buy more and more things for myself and other people. I also like finding deals and getting money off I can use on other things.

Had a really good experience with RetailMeNot. I have had a lot of luck and it has saved me money. It's easy to use and I have the app on my phone too. Really easy to bring up on my phone. Normally, I will look at the website when I am in the store or thinking about going to a particular store.

I was pleased and relieved to find deals to the stores I love and helped me save money for other things. I can share the deal pages with my family by using facebook. The apps make it faster and easier to save cash. I like that when I view these websites, I am finding deals that I would have otherwise missed in my busy day. With so many of us living paycheck to paycheck, this is a great help to our pocketbooks. When I am at a store, and I find something I want that doesn't show a sale price in store, I check the website. When the site does show a sale, I check to see competitor's prices. Sometimes they have good deals, and other times, they might not.

The websites on RetailMeNot are nicely designed, easy to use, features are great, and have been trouble free for me. Shipping has been kept to a reasonable rate. It all depends upon the shipping rate of the website where the items are purchased. You can use the coupons for items bought at a retail store or on the internet. The products offered on RetailMeNot have been high quality and I don't have any problems with products I have received using this service.

I have used RetailMeNot's coupons multiple times and have always been quite satisfied. The website is very easy to navigate and does not require any special computer skills to use. I have been very happy at how it shows the last times the coupons have been used and how successful they are by other users. RetailMeNot has a great app, which is very easy to use, and offers wonderful savings towards hundreds of stores. It is a great company overall and I will use again in the future. I have also told friends and family to use the app or the website.

I received a promo code on the internet for pet food a long time ago. I was quite pleased that I was able to save a bit because I almost never can use those codes because they are rarely for something that I actually need. It was two-day shipping and was free if you spend $50 or more, which I did. I bought two bags of Authority dry cat food, a cat collar and a toy to meet the requirements. Better to spend the extra and get something other than paying for shipping.

I love the website. I liked how the website was set up and that it was easy to find everything that I was looking for. Everything was self-explanatory. RetailMeNot has a lot of products to offer. You will enjoy browsing through and I'm sure that you will find what you are looking for. Shipping was great and didn't cost that much. Got a tracking number to track my package and it arrived on time. Nothing was broke.

Retailmenot is an excellent website to find discount codes for almost any shopping website on the Internet. You can, at the very least, get free shipping and usually get a discount code that will offset shipping costs. The codes for free shipping are plentiful and are very helpful. Retailmenot has am saved me money most every time I order online. I do not shop without checking Retailmenot first. They provide tons of codes so you check to see if a code will / Apply to the website you using. It's discount codes. It's a very efficient website. You type in the websites name and brings up codes for the website and tells you the rate of success for each code.

Good customer service if you have any questions or issues. I have not had very many issues with the site. Very reliable, and courteous service. I have not used shipping with this site due to the fact that RetailMeNot is offering coupons or deals with stores or services. Have not had one any issues with being redirected to the site requested. Many deals and coupons available for many stores and services. Deals and coupons offers include buy 2 get one, % of new and sale items, or free shipping on orders. Many stores and services to choose from. Very easy to navigate. The site will show the present offers or coupons available with expiration dates and will also show you expired coupons.

Easy to order online with coupon codes. Has worked every time I've tried to use one. Major bands available. Ordered shoes from Foot Locker for running with 10 percent discount. Site has lots and lots of major brands and stores discounts listed. Not just stuff that's nice to shop for. The site has an easy layout and if you subscribe to the email list you get lots more. Easy to navigate and find a store you're looking for or a comparable one or discount site.

I didn't have any issues and any questions I had was handled right away. I was happy with the ending result with customer service and the product I was buying. It made buying online more comfortable. I got my product in less time than was told, which is great, and there was no damage to my product, which of course, made me happy, which is rare to not have any damage by any other company. So no complaints from me. The price is right for what you get, just like any company, the cheaper, the less quality of the product. You get what you pay for, no more, no less. It's very easy to browse thru the website, which makes it easy to purchase items with no fuss - think a 2 year old could use it. Pictures are clear and close to the product you buy.

They were very kind, helpfull and knowledgeable. It didn't take long to contact them and have someone talk to me. They had the answers I needed right away without hesitation. The shipping didn't take long at all. I put it in and within few days I had what I wanted. I was very satisfied at how well and organize they are and how much effort they put into what they're doing. Everything I needed was available. I was very happy about that because there are certain products that we buy certain that we don't and they had everything I wanted. I will never go anywhere else. They helped me find stuff I need. Thank you all so much. I like they start telling me what's good and what isn't good. I do recommend it to other people all around the world. The shipping is just amazing for me and my family. It is very cheap and everything comes back perfectly fine. I will continue using the shipping. It was very interesting to how many offers they actually had. I was very surprised i could find everything I wanted without no problems or asking for help. It is much easier for me and my family. It's a very easy website to find on Google. It takes me about 2 and a half minutes to find it. It's very persuasive to me and makes me want to buy all the time and it also have great coloring.
