Had troubleshooting cancelation of my trial. Representative was understanding and very helpful in working with my situation. In attempt(s) prior the representative was also very calm and perceptive worked quickly to resolve my issues. Furthermore Representative was fast and efficient well as knowledge of my situation I am satisfied with her ability to problem solve. As a customer I appreciate the readiness to comply and work with me to figure out a suitable outcome.

Shawn was great, he was very nice, polite and helpful! He cancelled my account and sent a refund to my credit card. I had cancelled my subscription online the same day I started it yet I had a charge on my credit card for $25.95. For some reason your website was not showing my cancellation. Hello, I am providing 3 stars as the information I was looking for was not provided. I was looking for the actual day the person was born, but I did not find that. However, when I called to speak with customer service this morning I spoke with Shawn, and he was quick and very helpful, which is why I am providing a 3 star rating. I didn't find the information I was looking for, but Shawn provided excellent customer service.

He knew what needed to be done immediately! He was very polite and understanding! I was charged when I was not suppose to be after canceling. He advised me of when to expect my refund, but also told me that there’s a good chance I could get it today due to it being in the morning time.

It was pleasant. He helped me get my problem taken care of my problem and refunded my account. He was friendly. He was helpful and he got my problem taken care of immediately and he deserves a good pat on the back. Good job Sean.

The experience of having to call customer service is always frustrating. Thankfully, at least the person who helped me when I called today was professional, knew what she was doing, and did it fast. This whole ordeal unfortunately could be a lot more unnecessarily frustrating if it weren't for her pro help, so I am thankful if nothing else, for the help of the rep I was lucky to get on the phone today.

I tried to find my phone using a app on my internet to find my phone, and ended up paying for something I didn't want or need. I thought it was a few cents payment to find my phone then I saw my card was charged for 24.95 for something called PPL Peoplefinders.

Shawn was so courteous, funny, and very helpful. I retired from the customer service industry and he, by far, did everything right. This can be a difficult job but he handled it perfectly. He has the right personality and he cares about his customers.

Very helpful guy and did everything without a single problem and worked impressively quick with the account deletion process. No issues and helped me get everything back in order with the minor misunderstanding of having being billed by the company and even helped me get my full amount back.

I called in to request a refund for unauthorized charges and I was lucky enough to get Elena on the phone. She listened to my concerns and she opened up my account to verify. She then said she was going to put me on a brief hold so that she could go over it with her supervisor. She came back right away and explained how they were going to correct the account and give me a refund. I was so happy that they didn't give me a hard time about my complaint. Great customer service. I cancelled but I guess there are 2 subscriptions you need to cancel. They don't tell you that. But the young lady I talked to was super helpful and refunded the subscription amount.
