This company has a "Best Price Guarantee" but unfortunately, do not honor it. Found a used BREITLING AEROMARINE CHRONO SUPEROCEAN MEN'S WATCH on their website for $4,130 and sent them a link for the same watch for $2,728 and asked if they would match the lower price. They said that it was now out of stock (even though it is still on their website and said that they only sell watches with diamonds, which was not true in this case. Good luck buying from this company (switch and bait)!

I was looking for a solid gold chain for my dad, and Max assisted me through the buying process. We found one that looked very good, and would perfectly fit my dad (had to work out on the budget as well as the width and length of the chain). We decided on a classic cuban link chain 6mm wide. Loved the secure box lock. My dad was so happy when he got it! Thank you guys! You are the best!

OMG!! I’m in love with their diamond rings collection and especially rings with black diamonds. They’re all so gorgeous that I want to buy all of them!! Time passed by so fast I didn’t even notice that I spent over an hour there, my husband had to come and pick me up himself. Their collection is so stunning I couldn’t keep my eyes off of it. We bought three rings (two for me and one for him) before I was able to leave. Will surely be back!

I purchased a customised dog tag pendant, which had 3 diamond stones placed into the centre of it. Prior to receiving the customised dog tag I wasn’t made aware that the diamond stones would simply be set in the pendant with just a blob of glue. Once I received the item I accepted it as it had taken several weeks for ItsHot to customise the dog tag pendant and send it. After wearing the dog tag it has now become apparent the glue setting the diamonds in place has now dissolved. Allowing the diamonds to fall out of the dog tag pendant. As you can imagine I was highly disappointed in the quality of the item. An item of this value should be fit for a lifetime!

Very poor customer from Jennifer. I purchased a bracelet, was not sent out as informed. I called as not received a tracking number, left on hold and was told could not be helped and I asked to be transferred to a manager. Transferred to Jimmy, who was equally unhelpful. The tone of the customer service rep was as though they were doing be a favor, though they did not deliver or have as promised and no apology.

Oksana went above and beyond helping me with the purchase of the anniversary rings. I needed a surprise for my husband, but it was hard to guess the size and I was a bit lost due to the huge variety of choices. Oksana helped me with figuring out the size based on another ring my hubby wears, and when we got the rings they looked amazing and we both loved them and now wearing our new rings!

Simply outstanding quality. Just purchased a diamond bracelet for my husband and I could hardly imagine that it's possible to find such a masterpiece jewelry for this kind of low price. I contacted ItsHot.com by telephone in the beginning of May 2019 and spoke with Artur **, who was assisting me with my order. I ordered a custom dog chain with a letter "K" to be set in black diamonds. The evening the order was placed, my credit card declined the transaction because it seemed fraudulent. I ensured the bank that it was not a fraudulent transaction and I emailed the company to rerun my credit card again and let me know that the order was placed. I never heard back from any representative from the company. Over 10 days later my credit card was charged so I reached back out to Artur who told me he had no idea that I was not contacted regarding moving forward with the transaction. I was under the impression that the order had not been placed so I asked if I could alter or cancel the order. The answer was no.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a high end gift such as diamond jewelry, but I don’t know much about men’s jewelry. Despite that, Oksana was able to make me feel like an expert asking me questions what my boyfriend likes and wears. She was very thoughtful and in the end suggested I go with diamond cufflinks. The present was a huge success and he can’t stop talking about how much he loves the cufflinks, thank you!

I was looking for great Valentine's gift. One of my friend suggested to check their website. Well, it took me some time to pick the right present, I ended up calling customer support team which was very helpful. They sent me couple options so I can choose. It was exactly what the picture showed elegant, fancy diamond ring. Diamonds are of very nice quality, the designer kept it nice and clean with big attention to details. My girlfriend was so happy! Anyway, here is my horrible experience with this crappy joke of a company. My husband won a Promotional Gift Voucher for $100 from Itshot.com on the radio. The voucher was expiring at the end of December so before we went off on holiday he placed the order and we took off. When we came back from vacation we still had not received the order so I called to check in on the status of the order and they said that they had called us and emailed us because although my husband had filled in all the required fields to complete the purchase, they still needed him to give them the security code on the back of the credit card (apparently they don't ask for that when you place the order, they call you later to get the number from you). So because we were out of the country they canceled our order.

The only jeweller I will ever go to again! I was so happy with their products, service, and prices. The black beaded diamond cross pendant was not only an amazing and classy but it was unbelievably cheaper than any other jeweller.

My husband and I purchased a diamond ring from this site for almost 8,000$. We took it to a jeweler to get it sized. She took off the tag because she needed to look at the ring accurately. My husband has never worn the ring and it is flawless, no scratches and nothing! Because it is covered in diamonds, we were told they don't want to take the risk of sizing the ring, because the diamonds might fall off. We then called ItsHot to ask if we can send the ring back. First of all the lady on the phone was super rude and said that they won't do it because we might of just bought the ring to wear it a few times. Then she said they can't replace it because the tag is off. Excuse me but in that price range you want to see the whole ring. Also what is under the tag... Plus we were getting the ring inspected. She told us that we are not getting our money back and that was it.

Itshot.com is such a ** joke. They claim to have "luxury watches" yet they are as mediocre as they come. The crystal on the watch is not sapphire, which means it is not scratch resistant. They claim that their watches are "Swiss made" when they are lying their ** off. They contain Swiss movements, but they're not "Swiss made". This is a huge difference, yet they lie and claim that their Luxurman and Joe Rodeo watches are Swiss made and were manufactured in Switzerland. True luxury watches like, oh idk, Rolex, Cartier, even Gucci, have scratch resistant sapphire crystals and are SWISS MADE. These are two simple indicators of a luxury watch.

So I ordered a chain pendant and earrings from these guys and they emailed me saying that a few things were back ordered and they actually didn't have my chain at all. So they gave me some options and the only option I liked they didn't have in the right size so I called the next day, I told them I found a chain that would be the same price as the one that offered me (which was 1000 something and they told me that my price wouldn't change. They sent me an email and applied discounts). Now they tried to charge me the difference for the original chain that they didn't have in my color at all (which was 700 something). I'm very disappointed at the level of service and I was forced to cancel my order.

I ordered a custom diamond bezel for a Breitling watch. I provided the exact model number as there are a few variations on the Super Avenger model. They shipped very quickly which was great. The item looked of good quality, in fact, I believe it to be an OEM bezel from breitling based on the markings. However they did not use the correct bezel for the model. It is 0.5 mm too small in size. Now they are requesting I send my watch with the item back. A $6000 item so they can presumably shave or force the bezel onto it. Customer service could not answer how long, insurance while they are working on it, what if something happens to the watch, will I get my oem bezel back?!

I purchased a pair of diamond earrings Christmas Season 2013. I purposely ordered something low in cost ($570.00) because buying jewelry thru Internet is a bit scary. I received earrings which were the size of Cheerios! My wife couldn't wear them since they were so tiny and we tried giving them to her 11-year-old granddaughter, but again they were too small. I thought maybe these earrings were used for body piercings which isn't our thing.

I have ordered from ItsHot.com in the past, several times over the years for different types of jewelry and was happy with all my orders. But I recently ordered a pair of diamond stud earrings pink in color, one stone was excellent very nice cut, color, and clarity. The other stone has very visible damage what resembles crushed ice. I contacted customer service, sent the pictures requested and got an email telling me a manager would contact me in 24 - 48 hrs. It's been 3 weeks - no contact.

This company is horrible. The customer service is horrible. Very bad manners, money hungry company that does not value their customers. I gave a down payment on ring. I had a horrible medical problem and wasn't able to get the ring I wanted in the time frame I wanted. In the documentation on the website, it says nowhere that you can't apply your deposit to any other item. Instead of working with their customers, they will try and keep your money and are rude and insensitive about doing so. I am in the process of legal action. I recommend you do not do business with them if you value a company that care about their customers.

I ordered a watch on a Monday and they said they don't have it there, they keep it at their warehouse. It will ship on Weds. I called them not them calling me! When I called, they said "oh the watch you bought from the pictures on Ebay" is not in fact the watch I would get. From there I tried buying the watch on Ebay and they constantly said the fees was too high and I would need to buy it off. Well I did and then they said the watch that I purchased and paid for on Monday was not the watch that I was getting. I ordered a solid Diamond Rolex with great diamonds per the salesgirl at first. But now they were color J which is not even close to the one in the picture. Then said and by the way the one you bought doesn't have diamonds on the clasp.

We purchased a ring from its hot due to its cheap prices. However when we got the ring we realized why the prices were so cheap. The diamonds began falling out of the ring after only two weeks of wearing it (not even wearing it at night and other activities that might not be good for the ring). We contacted "customer service" and they said to send the ring back and they'd be happy to fix it. After spending $30 of my own money to ship it back we got the ring and only after 2 days diamonds fell out again. You would think spending $1000 on a ring we would at least have a ring with diamonds in it. Needless to say the company will not refund our money nor pay for shipping the ring back once again to have it fixed. This company is not worth the discount. The ring is unwearable and $1000 down the drain.

When we are in the city we stop by the showroom to pick the jewelry in person but when we need presents we use website to order and deliver to recipients. I purchased a men's Joe Rodeo diamond watch from this company a while back. I recently found out that my watch has mainly cubic zirconia (CZ) in it and there is not a single mention of CZs in their product description. I contacted the company It's Hot. An operator from their site online (attached) stated that the watch only has diamonds. Still being unsure, I contacted the manufacturer Joe Rodeo and they confirmed that the watch does indeed have CZs. I was clearly lied to by It's Hot. I requested a refund and even though the company admits they were wrong, they will not do what is right and refund me. When I called to get answers, I was put on the phone with 3 different very rude women who were very unconcerned with helping me. I asked if it was possible if the theft happened inside of ItsHot.com to which she responded, "Your earrings were only 160 dollars. I could understand if they were worth more, but to us that's not a lot of money. We sell things worth thousands." This woman promised to call USPS to try and resolve the problem and stated she would call me back in 40 minutes. She never called back and when I called to see why, yet another rude woman I spoke to said there was no update and there was nothing she could do. So I have learned to never deal with this company again. There is no customer service, no manager available to speak to, nothing. It's a very shady service and I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

I recently purchased jewelry, a 14k gold diamond ring, from ItsHot.com. When it got to me, it had a card saying it's 10k. I got worried and it was too light so I got it checked out by two jewelers. I was told by the sales person it would take 3 to 5 days, but it took 3 weeks. I was told a certain price that didn't add up. Me and my wife called, and we also emailed to complain, but Timur said we Brits are too serious. that is very bad telephone manners. I told him I had also had to pay $200 for customs duty. I purchased a Joe Rodeo "Rio" Watch for women from ItsHot.com in January 2010. The second day I wore my watch, I noticed the diamond bezel was gone! Apparently the bezel is defective because how does a real diamond bezel just fall off a watch? Especially since this was the second time wearing the watch! I was devastated! I contacted ItsHot.com and told them about my situation and they refused to help me. Their customer service is poor to say the least and obviously the workmanship of their watches just as poor as well.
