I've made 2 purchases from ItsHot.com. The first purchase, perfect. Second purchase was a layaway purchase. Paid in full, no merchandise. Order status at Processing for 2 weeks. And I can't reach them or get a return phone call/email to find out what's going on.
This issue has been resolved since customer contacted us through this system. It was a miscommunication issue. Customer ordered 3 items, one of the items on the order was not available and we tried to contact the customer with replacements. Customer did call us and left a message but it was a day prior to this review. Since then the issue was resolved and order was shipped.

I love this store! Everyone is always super welcoming and I always have a good experience when I come here. The jewelry is very high quality too. Purchased diamond hoop earrings first time, then a tennis bracelet, and this time we ordered custom pendants with gold chains. The custom jewelry process is super easy, the team is friendly, after we described the design of the pendants and made a down payment we were emailed a 3D model within 2 days, once we approved the model it took about 2 weeks to receive our very own one of a kind pendants. Love the service and the workmanship, we will only shop here for our jewelry needs!

This company has a "Best Price Guarantee" but unfortunately, do not honor it. Found a used BREITLING AEROMARINE CHRONO SUPEROCEAN MEN'S WATCH on their website for $4,130 and sent them a link for the same watch for $2,728 and asked if they would match the lower price. They said that it was now out of stock (even though it is still on their website and said that they only sell watches with diamonds, which was not true in this case. Good luck buying from this company (switch and bait)!
Our website had a listing for a NEW Breitling watch, not used, and you tried to price match it with a used watch listed on some unknown, looks like Chinese website. The watch is out of stock, but even if the watch was in stock we would not be price matching it to the the listing you provided.

I was looking for a solid gold chain for my dad, and Max assisted me through the buying process. We found one that looked very good, and would perfectly fit my dad (had to work out on the budget as well as the width and length of the chain). We decided on a classic cuban link chain 6mm wide. I have been extremely pleased with all of the items I have bought from ItsHot.com over the past few years. That includes 4 pair of diamond earrings (hoops and studs) and two single diamond earrings. OMG!! I’m in love with their diamond rings collection and especially rings with black diamonds. They’re all so gorgeous that I want to buy all of them!! Time passed by so fast I didn’t even notice that I spent over an hour there, my husband had to come and pick me up himself. Their collection is so stunning I couldn’t keep my eyes off of it. We bought three rings (two for me and one for him) before I was able to leave. Will surely be back!

I purchased a customised dog tag pendant, which had 3 diamond stones placed into the centre of it. Prior to receiving the customised dog tag I wasn’t made aware that the diamond stones would simply be set in the pendant with just a blob of glue. Once I received the item I accepted it as it had taken several weeks for ItsHot to customise the dog tag pendant and send it. After wearing the dog tag it has now become apparent the glue setting the diamonds in place has now dissolved. Allowing the diamonds to fall out of the dog tag pendant. As you can imagine I was highly disappointed in the quality of the item. An item of this value should be fit for a lifetime!
Itshot responded to my request to repair the dog tag, but they want to do it at a cost to me of $110 + delivery charges. Unbelievably all they want to do is place more glue on the diamonds to set them again. Itshot do not want to accept liability for selling me a poor quality item. And simply want to glue the stones back again for a cost, which will obviously become a problem again over time.
I believe itshot should rectify their error and set the diamonds correctly such as using prongs. I also asked if they could look into putting a plate on the back of the dog tag to make the back closed, as they previously had this option when purchasing the item. Apparently itshot don’t offer this service anymore! My advice is to stay away from itshot, as their after sales is terrible. I’m constantly sending emails to chase them up, they won’t respond with instructions on how to send the item to them (clearly they don’t want to do the repair) and when I ask for contact details so I can escalate the issue I get no response.
This order is from 2019, so it was 4 years ago, since it is a weekend we are not able to get in touch with original salesperson but I do see notes on the account that the middle of the pendant has too thin of a plate to custom set the diamonds as customer wanted, the proper way to set the diamonds would be to make the back thicker with a back-plate which I see in notes was offered but because it would make the pendant more expensive it was refused by the customer. So the only way to stabilize the 3 custom diamonds that customer asked us to set in the middle was to use the glue to support the diamonds (which is never a perfect solution). We also messaged privately and will definitely work on a better solution with the customer.

Very poor customer from Jennifer. I purchased a bracelet, was not sent out as informed. I called as not received a tracking number, left on hold and was told could not be helped and I asked to be transferred to a manager. Transferred to Jimmy, who was equally unhelpful. The tone of the customer service rep was as though they were doing be a favor, though they did not deliver or have as promised and no apology.
To avoid any misunderstanding please pay attention to the shipping choices we offer which are very clearly listed and explained. For USA there is currently free ground shipping for orders of $150 and over which takes 5-7 business days to be delivered, we also offer FedEx 2 Day Air (takes 2 business days) for $25 and FedEx Next Day Air (takes 1 business day to be delivered) for $35.

Oksana went above and beyond helping me with the purchase of the anniversary rings. I needed a surprise for my husband, but it was hard to guess the size and I was a bit lost due to the huge variety of choices. Oksana helped me with figuring out the size based on another ring my hubby wears, and when we got the rings they looked amazing and we both loved them and now wearing our new rings!

I contacted ItsHot.com by telephone in the beginning of May 2019 and spoke with Artur **, who was assisting me with my order. I ordered a custom dog chain with a letter "K" to be set in black diamonds. The evening the order was placed, my credit card declined the transaction because it seemed fraudulent. I ensured the bank that it was not a fraudulent transaction and I emailed the company to rerun my credit card again and let me know that the order was placed. I never heard back from any representative from the company. Over 10 days later my credit card was charged so I reached back out to Artur who told me he had no idea that I was not contacted regarding moving forward with the transaction. I was under the impression that the order had not been placed so I asked if I could alter or cancel the order. The answer was no.
I had been charged in full and I was stuck with the order. Fair enough because I did agree to the order in our initial conversation. Since May I have asked Artur on numerous occasions if this gift would be guaranteed by Father's Day and he constantly reassured me that I would have it on time. I received the item on Monday June 10 and the custom diamond "K" was not set in diamonds. I immediately reached out to Artur to find out why the "K" was not set in diamonds since I was charged $200 for the customization. He admitted to not being on top of my order and checking on it before it was shipped out. He sent me a FedEx shipping label that day to return it to correct the item and once again assured he would have it back to me for June 16th, Father's Day. He also promised to keep me posted on the return and the correction, which he never did.
I tracked the item and it was delivered to ItsHot on Wednesday June 19th at 12:30 pm. I received no update, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. I was never contacted by FedEx that it was reshipped because it wasn't sent. After constant makes and apologies and guarantees of correcting their mistakes, the company has not sent me back the purchased item. I contacted Artur on Father's Day via email to explain how disappointed I was since this item was promised time and time again for my husband's first Father's Day. His response today, Monday June 17, is that the item is ready to be shipped and I will receive it tomorrow. If the item was ready this morning at 10:25 am, that means the item was ready on Friday to be shipped and it was not done. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the aggravation, disappointment, and stress of dealing with this issue for well over a month.
The management looked over what happened and Artur did make many mistakes in this case and we are truly sorry for the unacceptable experience you had. We feel the review is a bit unfair though blaming the whole company although Artur was the only person in the company you were in communication with and you never asked to speak to a manager. We do take full responsibility as Artur is our employee but do really wish you would ask for a manager when you incurred a problem with him and we assure you the outcome would be very different because a manager would have a lot more experience in jewelry manufacturing and would be able to explain to you what is happening much better as well as provide correct project completion date and offer compensation if we were not able to complete the project on time.
I will go over point by point to make sure we provide a complete reply. It is not true that the credit card was charged 10 days later. Jill contacted us on 5/13 to place the order, the credit card did not go through and she contacted us again that evening asking to run it again since her husband approved the order. There was no request for a reply in this email, the exact text of email is: "Please run the card again. I spoke with my bank and approved the transaction. Thank you" and representative processing the card relied on the automated email notification to notify the customer, although we do agree that even a short reply to the above email should have been done. The credit card was authorized on the same day though (transaction went through on 5/13) and there should have been an automated email confirming the charge, the settlement was on Friday 5/17, so a statement from Jill that it was done 10 days later and was unexpected is a bit odd. Once an order for item which is customized for a customer is placed it cannot be cancelled, that is correct, but depending on what stage it is, we might be able to alter it.
There were though numerous mistakes by Artur (on our part). Artur is one of our most recent hires for the sales team and unfortunately it looks like he is not ready to work unsupervised yet. The first mistake was with the requested customization type and price. This particular ordered dog tag was originally designed only for customization with engraving or printing a picture on it since the center part is too thin to set the diamonds on it (there is no way to just drill holes in it and set the diamonds since there is not enough metal to create prongs). Jill requested customization with making a letter K in diamonds in the center of the dog tag and because Artur did not make proper notes and the dog tag was not originally made to be set with diamonds in the center there was some confusion at our factory and it was completed with an engraving instead. Artur tried to correct it by sending the client prepaid shipping label to get the dog tag back and get it redone but incorrectly promised completion time before June 16th. The factory tried to complete it but it was a complicated job where they had to actually put extra metal first on the dog tag in order to set the diamonds, so it took longer than Artur promised. The problem is he failed to communicate with customer (Jill) and also did not escalate the issue to the management.Artur does not have authority to set up additional discount on a custom order but had a customer requested it or made a request to speak to a manager it would certainly been done for the inconvenience.
Our manager did try to reach Jill 3 times but she would not take a phone call, a message was left on the phone she provided with this review, ending in 7325 but she did not return the call.
The pendant did come out very nice, we also see a note on the account that Jill with her husband actually visited our NYC store (after leaving this review and receiving the pendant) to shorten the chain that she purchased with the pendant, which was done for them. The husband was also happy with the pendant (unhappy he received it late though).
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and the way this order was handled. We are a real company, with real people, people unfortunately occasionally make mistakes. We would like to apologize again as it was definitely unacceptable on our part. We did make notes and will try to provide better training and also keep new sales representatives on probation longer periods of time. The company is very customer oriented though, so please do ask to speak to a manager if you feel there are any problems with our service and we assure you we will do everything to keep you a happy client. We did learn from these mistakes and do hope you will give us another chance and consider us for your future jewelry needs. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a high end gift such as diamond jewelry, but I don’t know much about men’s jewelry. Despite that, Oksana was able to make me feel like an expert asking me questions what my boyfriend likes and wears. She was very thoughtful and in the end suggested I go with diamond cufflinks. What time we live in! Ten years ago, I couldn’t think that I might be ordering jewelry online. Jewelry was always a kind of “offline” thing. Like you have to inspect every item personally, even though you have no idea how these shiny things should look like. Now you can just go to ItsHot and order any jewelry you need. Updated on 12/14/2018: Still no answer on my emails so I send a message on Instagram. I got NO ANSWER AND THEY JUST BLOCKED ME...so they hold my ring and my money??? What kind of company steals from clients??? I have every proof and email still in my mailbox so it's time to take some actions against these scammers!!! PEOPLE DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Original Review: Bought multiple things over here last years and got always good service but I send in a ring to resize in April this year. Ring got send back and package lost. I got to fill in a insurance form to get same ring back. At this time we are already July promising me a new one in less than 30 days...then I get like 20 mails with the same ** in it. "I will contact our shipping manager and let you know". Every question I asked I get the same answer...then I ask again same question and now "we will ask the billing manager".
Then I get the choice of taking another style ring but I really wanted the same ring. I get answer that he needs to be manufactured again. Ok no problem. I wait...2 months later already and still needs to be manufactured...so last month I asked, "Can I get another ring because I am without ring from April already." "Yes no problem." Till this day I send like 10 links for rings and always same ** "thank you. We will look if the size is right and get back to you". After a week I would mail back same question then I get that it's not the right size. I need to choose new style??? WTF??? Now I send back another 5 links with 2 sizes included. Again they gonna look in the showroom and again it's more than 1 week already since I got an answer. I bought 3 Joe Rodeo watches chains, diamond bracelet, pendants and this is how you treat repeating customers???
To Mr. Dieter: we are very sorry it took longer than expected to resolve the situation and to ship the new ring and will certainly overlook our procedures to make sure such situation is avoided in the future and even most complicated issues are handled in a speedier and more customer friendly matter.

I am so happy with the custom pendant I ordered. It was so easy. I just sent the sketch via email and also added some info regarding the size and how I see it. They got back to me pretty fast and provided some choices for the metal to be used for my budget. The result was amazing. I received exactly what I wanted, my dream pendant. At first I was a bit skeptical of ItsHot.com. I was not sure what to think because online I ran into some reviews that claimed they sold fake jewelry. It's hard to know what the truth is because it's very easy for a competitor to write a fake review these days. After going through the company's website and reading through their frequently asked questions I also realize that celebrities have bought products from this company too. I then decided to purchase a diamond watch and a Franco chain and both are physically brilliant and show excellent craftsmanship. I am very satisfied with both of my products that I have purchased.
I also wanted to mention that the particular sales representative that helped me make the experience memorable. Her name is Oksana and she took Extra Care to make sure things got done right which means a lot. Thank you Oksana and if anybody reading this review plans on buying from this company I would recommend requesting Oksana all the way.

I bought diamond stud earrings several years ago on ItsHot.com. Last year, I accidentally lost a backside of one earring, got upset and stopped wearing them. Great selection of jewelry with very competitive prices (lowest I could find for the quality they provide). I was looking for great Valentine's gift. One of my friend suggested to check their website. Well, it took me some time to pick the right present, I ended up calling customer support team which was very helpful. They sent me couple options so I can choose. It was exactly what the picture showed elegant, fancy diamond ring. Diamonds are of very nice quality, the designer kept it nice and clean with big attention to details. My girlfriend was so happy! I'm seriously shocked that this company has any good reviews. I guess between all the employees they must have at least 78 friends lol. Anyway, here is my horrible experience with this crappy joke of a company. My husband won a Promotional Gift Voucher for $100 from Itshot.com on the radio. The voucher was expiring at the end of December so before we went off on holiday he placed the order and we took off. When we came back from vacation we still had not received the order so I called to check in on the status of the order and they said that they had called us and emailed us because although my husband had filled in all the required fields to complete the purchase, they still needed him to give them the security code on the back of the credit card (apparently they don't ask for that when you place the order, they call you later to get the number from you). So because we were out of the country they canceled our order.
Hmmm ok, well we are back now, it's weird that you don't ask for all the information you need to complete the order all at one time but ok, here is the number you need. Oh no no no they say, "Now, you can no longer use your voucher because now it is expired." Wait, what? SERIOUSLY? IS THIS A JOKE? We placed the order before the voucher expired, you have proof of that. We filled out the credit card information as it was asked for online. Nowhere did it say, Your order is not complete, that someone from our company must talk to you to get your security pin on the back of your card.
"Oh yeah, well we called you and emailed you after the fact to let you know that we needed to speak with you." That's great, you called and emailed us, but we were out of town so we didn't get those messages. And before we left there was absolutely no indication that our order was not complete! I mean seriously? Why would I not pick up my phone or call you back to give you the information you need? How would that ever benefit me?
Unless while placing my order you specifically told me that I have to call you, or wait for a call from you, to give you more information over the phone, then you have no right to cancel my order without telling me and basically dismiss my voucher! You could have postponed processing the order until you got in touch with me (at least 30 days like most companies give customers to pay their invoices). It costs you nothing to not process the order. Instead my order was quickly canceled as a way to invalidate my voucher!
Heck, even the order REALLY needed to be canceled, sure do so, but once you get in touch with the customer to rectify the situation, Honor your voucher! We did nothing wrong when placing our order it is not our fault you didn't have the security code for the credit card (you didn't ask for it in the form!) so why is the customer the one getting punished?
So here is the real joke - their customer service. Like another reviewer said, if I were to write all about how horrible the experience was I would be here for many many bitter years! So here is the short version. I tried getting this matter resolved for weeks before giving up on this scummy company. I literally recognized the voices of the people I was getting tossed around to. I felt like this was not a real company. I mean do customer service reps actually hang up on customers over and over again? (And just to be VERY clear, although I was angry, I never stopped being polite and curious! I never swore or cursed or exhibited any type of behavior that would justify their hanging up on me!) When hanging up on me didn't work they started pretending that they are sending me to the manager's voicemail. As in the person I was speaking to would transfer me to her own voicemail. Unbelievable! Obviously they never returned any of my calls or messages.
In conclusion, this is a horrid company and I pity anyone that has to experience their terrible customer service. ITSHOT.COM = STAY AWAY! You have been warned.
Also: although the image of the voucher posted is real, the last time we had a voucher mentioned was back in 2014 (these expired in 2014), which is nearly 3 years ago and this review was posted in January of 2017 here, which makes little to no sense even if a customer had a negative experience to post such an issue 3 years after.
Also we do verify the security code of the credit card when customer places the order right away and have been doing so since 2005 (for 12 years since ItsHot.com started), so unless there were some other issues we would not simply be calling customer to take the code over the phone.
