I earned $500 from Itshot.com Affiliate Program, as listed on their Affiliate Board. I have now requested to be paid 7 times over the last 3 months! No one answers me. Not the Affiliate Manager, if there is one, Not Sales & Not Customer Service. They have a detailed section on their website itshot.com fully outlining the Affiliate Program. This is a FRAUD!

Don’t trust this company. They’re scammer. They’re falsifying their advertising stating the Rolex watches are authentic but they’re not. The quality of their Rolex is terrible. The bezel and dial were not authentic. The time on the watch is not accurate. If you want to buy Rolex watch buy directly to Rolex store. At least you know it’s authentic. I don’t recommend this company. they’re trying to scam you. I give this company one review since there’s no zero.

ZERO STARS-RIPPED OFF! & PISSED! I was ripped off by the sale of a used watch advertised as a new watch. The watch was previously sized and was too small. Had 4 links on each side and Gucci said and showed it in the specs as 5 on each side. When I went to set time crown fell off. Then went to get repaired and my local jeweler showed me the grime on the inside. The battery was not the Gucci manufactured Swiss battery, it was a battery from China, Obviously replaced. Also revealed the hair in the band from the former owner. It just goes on from there. Then when the Manager called and it cost me $350 to fix, clean and resize he accommodated the cost but then after wearing for one evening the other crown fell off and broke.

The best jewelers in the area. The team will help you with anything you need and even help you if you aren't sure what you want. I found their store last year and they made a custom pendant for me, ever since I am a fan! High-class craftsmanship and a very welcoming attitude, prices are unbeatable as they are the actual manufacturers (I did go to more than a few stores before I chose them and very glad I found them, recommending to all my friends to shop only at ItsHot).

From classic white diamond stud earrings to unique black diamond earrings, the options were endless. The quality and brilliance of the diamonds were very good, and there are a lot of exquisite designs, so many I had trouble deciding which ones to buy. The staff seemed knowledgeable as well and the salesperson was very helpful. The overall experience was delightful, and I'm in love with my new diamond pieces.

I recently purchased a Rolex and less expensive diamond watch by Luxurman here, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was accommodating and helped me find the perfect watches to suit my style, and they worked within my budget too. The watches are very different, for different occasions, I just loved the bold style of Luxurman watch and amount of bling it has, and Rolex Date just of course is an all time classic. The selection of diamond watches ItsHot has is really impressive, and prices are very fair. Very happy with my purchase, will be back.

I was looking for a gold and diamond necklace and a pendant. For the price you get, the quality of the quality of the jewelry and uniqueness of designs it is a steal. I got a fantastic discount on chain and pendant combination I bought and I have to say I would have paid full price for a beauty like this! Great products. I also used their layaway and made a down payment for a ring I loved and had to have but wasn’t ready to purchase. Will definitely be using ItsHot for all my jewelry purchases.

The range of diamond watches was superb (I have never seen so many different watches with real diamonds) and the staff was very knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help, very friendly indeed - so good... They do amazing custom jewelry and have a great selection of gold chains. I worked with Mark to make a very beautiful white and pink diamond pendant that I was thinking about for quite a while. Now, after making 2 smaller purchases of their stock items, I am very happy I went ahead with ItsHot.com to make it. It looks very unique, just as I wanted and craftsmanship is great.

I had a great experience coming to this store. I have been looking for some hot high end jewelry to wear for the events only, and I found this amazing store while doing research online during pandemic. The sales person showed me a great selection, so far I purchased a diamond necklace and earrings, but am already looking for a bracelet as well! Service, prices and quality combination are simply unmatchable in other jewelry stores I have been to. You can sure find one or the other, I have been to both Cartier and Tiffany stores for example where they provide great service, but prices are literally double and some simple items like earrings are triple the prices.

I spent over a week talking to various sales representatives at ItsHot.com. First of all, what you see on the website is not what you get. The 4 mm chain I ordered was probably 2 mm at best, the pictures on the website are blowing up way out of proportion to the jewelry that they will send you. Their return process is cryptic and overstated, and I would rather drive the 500 miles to NYC risk COVID and walk through the merchant district to buy gold - rather than deal with this company online. Should be called ON LYING.

I placed an order 3/11/21 via the Klarna app. Payment was declined for whatever reason, so I made the payment using PayPal. I call customer service right away to make sure my order will go through properly, the guy on the other end tells me it’ll be fine. I ask how long shipping would take, he tells me they have to resize the ring I purchased as they only had a size 6, and I needed a 5. He told me it wouldn’t take long since they had the bigger size in stock. And that I should have the ring by that Monday 3 I call. I get a call 3/15/21 saying my payment was declined although on my end it has already cleared the bank. The rep lets me know that she sees that the payment will clear 3/16, once that happens I should receive my ring within 1-3 business days.

Updated on 02/10/2021: Had ordered 2 rings a couple a weeks ago they did not have them in stock and I gave them an bad review! I would like to take that back because an customer rep email me back when he seen my review. His name is mark. A real cool dude. He explain to me that they have some rings as they HAVE TO get order because they varies by size. Some he said be in stock. Some they have to make. And I appreciate he got in contact with me to explain to me that point. So thanks Mark. They Have real good quality jewelry and I love what I already purchase from them.

I've made 2 purchases from ItsHot.com. The first purchase, perfect. Second purchase was a layaway purchase. Paid in full, no merchandise. Order status at Processing for 2 weeks. And I can't reach them or get a return phone call/email to find out what's going on.

I love this store! Everyone is always super welcoming and I always have a good experience when I come here. The jewelry is very high quality too. Purchased diamond hoop earrings first time, then a tennis bracelet, and this time we ordered custom pendants with gold chains. The custom jewelry process is super easy, the team is friendly, after we described the design of the pendants and made a down payment we were emailed a 3D model within 2 days, once we approved the model it took about 2 weeks to receive our very own one of a kind pendants. Love the service and the workmanship, we will only shop here for our jewelry needs!
