Overall I was pleased with my HomeClick experience, but there were a few things that have made me think twice about ordering from this company again. I first called to order a fireplace and the customer service representative was very helpful and helped me place my order. However, the order kept getting delayed over and over again. We were building a house and were on a schedule so this was very frustrating. Then when the parts arrived, the vent was incorrect for the fireplace that was ordered. I was frustrated, but understand mistakes happen. When I called HomeClick a new vent was sent, but I was angry when I saw that I was charged for the new vent as it wasn't my fault the wrong vent was sent in the first place.

Order came on time. Counterweight looks like it will work fine. It would be helpful if your order number was autofilled on the form. I had to dump the filled out form to go back to the email to get it.

It was really easy to order and the company kept me informed all along the way. But my box was so dented that the Hammock Stand poles were sticking out. I may have to return it if I find things dented inside. That part stinks!

Received the Capital-Pearson 12 light as promised, no issues with the company. The box was delivered with a little banging up. I have not hung the light, since my new home is not ready for lighting just yet. I did open the box to see if it "looked" ok, but of course will not know for sure until electrician hangs the light. It looked ok at just glancing over its contents. A few of the up candle pieces were bent, but they may be straightened without issue? I hope! Hoping all will be fine. I have an entire new home construction to light, and this was my first and only purchase so far. I do plan to gather light fixture options and see if I can get contractor pricing for the remaining lighting needed.

The Waterford Finn accent lamp arrived in good condition. The packaging was well done and the box was very sturdy. It's a beautiful lamp. I saw one in a Ritz Carlton hotel many years ago. Always wanted one. Happy to see they're still available.

I had ordered a storage bag for our iBed. Initially, you shipped a mattress for it. A Frank ** from CS responded, and he corrected the order. Unfortunately, when the bag came, it had an odd, sticky blemish. When I contacted Mr. **, he again responded very quickly. We now have our bag. I donated the extra mattress to our nearby church pre-school and I will donate the blemished bag to Salvation Army or similar.

I purchased a pressure cooker from HomeClick and its price was one of the cheapest as compared to those from other sources. I ordered it online and the process was simple and not very hectic. I chose the product, filled up my card details and the address, where it’s needed to be shipped, and I received the product. HomeClick has a very good site and if I have to buy, I will surely consider them as a source because same products which are very costly in Amazon and Walmart and other brands, are very less costly with them. I was able to take advantage of their weekend coupons too. Overall, it's an awesome experience with HomeClick.

I ordered a bathroom vanity on May 3, 2017, and then was notified that there would be a delay for some reason which was never really specified other than an unforeseen reason, and it wouldn't get shipped out until June 5th. Then on June 5th, I get a message stating that it wouldn't be until June 14th before it gets shipped. To me this is unacceptable that they are unable to prioritize their orders and get it resolved in a timely manner. I have a contractor doing a bathroom remodel and to wait any longer would be to incur a delay that is unacceptable.

HomeClick had the toilet seat I needed. I did a comparison and the cost, quality and availability were right with everybody. It's a $14 toilet seat and the quality is good. I clicked on the toilet seat I wanted, sent it to the shopping cart, signed out as a guest and it showed up a day later. It was easy, quick and simple. Their website is also very knowledgeable and user-friendly.

HomeClick far exceeded my expectations. I needed two Outdoor Pier Lights and HomeClick had what I needed and was offered on clearance. Over $100 cheaper than their peers. I nervously ordered the lights and was admittedly a bit apprehensive as this was my first experience with HomeClick and the price seemed too good to be true. I quickly received the lights but unfortunately one of them was damaged. After contacting HomeClick and providing pictures, they quickly replaced the damaged product in a seamless manner. I am quite pleased with my purchase, with HomeClick's product offerings and my customer care experience. We will definitely shop with HomeClick again.

I was looking for a white mailbox that was different and sort of unique. I searched many websites. I came across HomeClick by chance and fell in love with a picture of a white Victorian Mailbox. The quality of my birdhouse is exceptional. It is substantial, not flimsy, and well constructed. I received it just a few days after ordering it time for my husband's birthday party. Well it took a long time to get my order, I guess though it was from Brasstechs' end. But I spent over a thousand dollars for two faucets! For me, that is a lot! So one of the items I received is the wrong item. The only phone number on my receipt from Brasstech, not from Homeclick who I thought I was dealing with. I called on the 18th of May to tell them. Ok, they said I should receive a new & correct tub faucet shortly & a return label for the wrong item to be returned. As of May 26, pm. I have heard Nothing! Oh, I did get this request tonight for a review. Also the duplicate pick list receipt from Brasstech has not prices or names of what I bought. What kind of "outfit" is this anyway??

Very easy order process. Called rep to order 2 Toto toilets & he answered all questions making process easy. Delivery was great, they called to schedule, then called again when close. They were wrapped well & no damage in shipping. Install went off without a hitch. Love the way they look & work. Lower gal flush is plenty of water and fairly quiet. The tank fill is a trickle water sound. Not as quiet as I would like but getting use to it. Love how the special finish in the toilet bowl prevents splashes from sticking! Who knew a toilet could be so exciting!

HomeClick customer service is excellent. The item was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations so I was disappointed with my purchase. It was an artificial tree, but the color of the branches is not realistic and the container in which it stands is flimsy and unstable.

I liked the product selection and the price at HomeClick. I compared some of the products that were not available locally and the cost, quality and availability were good. The online ordering process was simple as well. I have bought an outdoor light and parts for a wall heater twice. I get a few emails from them and they tend to send me things that I could possibly be interested in but they don't overly blast all the stuff after you've bought something from them.

The entertainment center was to be delivered Friday, May 5, 2017. We had everything moved, cars out of the driveway by 1 pm. We waited, and waited. No call from Reddaway. We called around 4:45. Said they were in the Hillsboro area and would be here within 30 minutes. Again the wait. No calls. We went to bed at 11:00. Tried calling after 5:00 and offices closed. Thought we'd be the first on the delivery route Monday. Nope. We called and the guy said delivery would be 'sometime' Tuesday. We left to do errands. Did get a call before 1:30 from Velvet while we were gone. Called at 1:50 and she'd left for the day. If we don't get the entertainment center tomorrow you can keep it or have it delivered by someone other than Reddaway.

We received a beautiful table from HomeClick today. The delivery people were friendly. However the box the table came in was very beat up. We looked at most parts before the delivery person left. I ordered three Toto Promenade toilets. Upon installation, I discovered one toilet had a crack at the base, the thinnest part of the china. Packaging seemed adequate, and no other pieces had any damage. I took a couple of photos and sent them to HomeClick, and they promptly sent out a replacement, which arrived within a few days. Great customer service. Prices are the best I've found, and the product itself has performed flawlessly. I will use HomeClick again in the future for household needs.

Bought a $100 floor lamp from HomeClick through Walmart.com. (Lumisource Ozzy Floor Lamp) Received a completely different lamp... (Charlie 1 Light Floor Lamp). Not even close in color or shape or anything. I called HC customer service and was told that Walmart had their listing wrong and it was really supposed to be for the lamp they sent (which makes zero sense). All the pictures, description, every single thing was listed for the lamp I ordered. They said they could email me a return label in 2-3 business days then refund me when they receive it or give me a discount on the lamp they sent me. I literally laughed out loud! I ordered a silver lamp that looks like an old timey fan and they sent me some ugly black and gold bell type lamp! Obviously I don't want a refund nor a discount on some random lamp. I want the lamp I ordered. So absurd!!

I worked with the sales representative, Steve, and was able to get some pretty good prices with him because he matched what I would get with Ebates. It just worked out. So I returned and kept buying stuff because I was able to get competitive prices and Steve was great to work with. I only go to him when I buy from HomeClick.
I don’t even go online, and just send Steve a list of items I want. And if the product's not on the website but HomeClick has it, I know he’ll carry it and can usually get the product. So then, I’ll just work right with him to purchase the items. We recently built two houses and I decorated them. So it was large orders, and I sent Steve an Excel spreadsheet. He would get back to me with the price that he can offer. And if it was the pricing I was looking for, I would tell him to place the order. Then he would order it and if I had any problems, I would call him and he was always very helpful in resolving any issues. The quality of the products has been great. I’ve been very happy with HomeClick and it’s been a great experience.

While I am very pleased with the prompt shipping of my order, I am dissatisfied with what I purchased. I relied on your sales help to guide me on what features I should consider when selecting a specific Toto toilet. I specifically asked what concerns other customers had. I was not advised there is almost no water in the bowl and therefore what goes into the toilet goes onto the solid surface of the bowl, not suspended in water as in normal toilets. This important information about this particular toilet should have been shared when I asked for feature comparison with the other toilet I was attempting to compare to.

Homeclick had good shipping deals. I called them the next morning and they responded fast and said that the shipping would be super fast so I went with them. The online ordering process was smooth. They called me the next morning because the credit card information didn't align because it was my husband's credit card and not the order that's under my name. They wanted to make sure that the credit card information was correct and there was no mistake. We ordered two desks and one of the desks arrived damaged. I reached out to them and sent two pictures over. They again responded fast and asked for a little bit more information, like the size of the damage, and more pictures including the delivery box.
I sent in all the information they requested and within 24 hours I received an email that they would send a new table. I haven't heard back since then. That just happened last week and it takes a while to deliver the table but they already sent the tracking number. It has an order number and an expected ship date. I haven't received it yet but everything has been great. The customer service reps were super friendly, very nice and knowledgeable. They were very responsive and they went above and beyond. I would recommend them.

The website clearly advertises free shipping and returns. If shipped as freight that is not true but there was no warning at the time the order was placed. If sent freight it is left at curb. While HomeClick did finally pay for movers to bring into my home it still was inconvenient. Then the item had a broken shelf. Instead of ordering just a replacement piece they were going to send a whole new unit which would have started the freight fiasco all over again. I was able to get the replacement piece FREE from the manufacturer. Not an organized company.

It was easy to place my order (George Kovacs Swing-arm wall light) and the 2 lamps arrived within a few days, sooner than expected. The quality of the product appears to be excellent (installed one week ago). The only downside of the lamp, as noted in one or two reviews, is that the on button stays brightly lit when the lamp is turned off, causing an unattractive and sleep disruptive orange light.

The item (Butler bench) is not at all as it appears in the picture. The legs appear to be a graceful cabriole. In reality, the legs are broad, heavy and badly carved. The feet are unfinished with a tiny round metal ball attached off center. The fabric is attractive but badly installed. One end is pulled askew. Returning such a large, heavy piece of furniture is a hassle. I gave it to Good Will.

I had a really bad experience with Homeclick.com. I bought big bathroom fixture items from them. When I bought it, online it said it would take 3 weeks for delivery. After ordering the items (order no #** for $4,474.23 and #** for $1,672.47), I got an email saying that some of the items would be delayed by a month and some by three months. They never noted this on the website before purchase. I made the orders Jan 19th and now it's April 7th and I still haven't received some of the items because they tell me the manufacturer is having problems. I will now have to cancel the order as waiting 4 months to receive a toilet is ludicrous.
I will never buy from Homeclick.com again. They should put correct shipping estimates when listing an item for sale. It should not be off by 2.5 months. The worse thing is when I called customer service multiple times, instead of being apologetic, they act like I am being too demanding. Also, I requested to speak to a manager and was told 2 times that they were not available and would call me back but I never received a callback. I ended up calling customer service on my own 9 times to get status on my order.

My experiences with HomeClick have been fine. I order products and they come. But, in the first order I had, it was kept and kept on backorder and came so late. The HomeClick people didn't say it was on backorder. They gave me an ETA of a month, month and a half but it ended up coming in two and a half, three months. They said that it’s going to get made at the manufacturer which they said would take a month, month and a half and then they ended up costing a deposit twice and coming late.
I was expecting a credit for the next purchase of something but I didn’t get any discounts. That’s why when I checked this time, I would make sure that it was in stock when I set it. I ordered a mirror a couple of weeks ago and it came in a week. I purchased from them, too, last year for a bathroom closet and it took a couple of weeks to come in which is normal for a big item. But this time, I was shocked it took that long. Luckily, I hadn’t thrown the old one away so I had it for a bit until the new one showed up.

It was difficult to find a kitchen sink grid that would fit the measurements of our stainless steel sink. I was elated to find the perfect size with HomeClick. It arrived quicker than expected, which was nice. But, I was disappointed that the gauge of metal is thin and if/when I put pots into the sink, the grid will bend, not offering enough support. Grids that I have had for previous sinks were of a wider gauge. If HomeClick sells one in the size that I purchased, in a wider gauge metal, I would love to purchase it!!! Maybe I overlooked it???

2 orders didn't go so well. First order was my mistake. I ordered the wrong wattage bulbs. Tried to cancel within hours but it "couldn't be done". Problem was it was difficult to get someone to send a return mail label. It took 5 emails and several calls. Second order was never received. After checking the FedEx tracking info it appears it was sent to Juan in NJ... I'm Keith in Florida. Overall lackluster service.

I looked at HomeClick's furniture and ended up ordering some. The online process was easy. I was able to purchase them for 10% off, and I like that it has no shipping cost. I had a very positive experience except for a wooden bench because the wood cracked right away. I called the customer service and told a lady named Alexandra about it, she got back to me and it was excellent. She told me to take photographs and she would get them to the manufacturer, and I was refunded the money for the bench. HomeClick didn't even want it back because the cracks were getting further every day. I was happy with the customer service and all the other pieces of furniture that I bought worked out fine.

I was searching for a medicine cabinet and it was good that HomeClick had the one that I was specifically looking for, in terms of the size. It fits directly in the spot I wanted it in. The only downfall is that they no longer make the glass shelving but it's wood and it looks pretty. I wanted to be able to paint it and it was perfect. I Googled for an indoor bar and it led me to Homeclick's site. I liked the price, got 15% off on my purchase and I thought I got a good value for it. It was easy to browse and shop at their website and I'm overall satisfied with the product. However, there was a little bit of confusion with the shipping. They said I was going to get the item before Thursday and when I called them they said it was shipped but then when I called FedEx, they said Homeclick never gave them the product to start the shipment. I ended up getting the item on a Friday. It's nothing crazy but they should improve on that. Other than that, I'll probably shop there again.

Ordered 2 NuTone Studio V 25" medicine cabinets. Online process was fine and shipping was prompt. Order came and Jensen is the brand name not NuTone but otherwise as described. No mention of NuTone anywhere in packages received. Before ordering I called customer service to inquire about a surface mouth kit I needed for this cabinet as they offered one for the larger 35" cabinet. While on the phone with rep., he understood and while speaking the phone cut off on their end. I called back to explain the previous call to a new rep and all of a sudden he could not hear me. Games played by reps.! HomeClick is fine as long as in stock but I do worry if ever I have to deal with customer service with a real issue.

I will start by saying I just moved to a new place and have been shopping around for new items to furnish my place. I was looking at a particular loveseat and even though the price was pretty comparable on here to other sites I've used in the past, I decided to give HomeClick a try to see if it would be a better experience, and worth buying the rest of the items I need here. Sadly that hasn't been the case. I ordered the loveseat a month ago and was told in the beginning that it would likely ship before the 24th. I thought "no big deal, at least I know the timeline." About a week later I received an email saying it would now be shipped before the 13th. Which was good to hear. But that is where the good news ended. I never received a tracking number, and so after waiting two weeks after the 13th and having no further follow up or idea if it had even shipped yet, I decided to call to see what was going on.
I spoke to a friendly woman named Gena on the phone and she informed me that somehow it got shipped to the wrong address and the wrong state. She told me she would take care of this problem and call me back. She left me a message the following day to inform me she had reordered it for me. At this point I wish I had just canceled the order because I still have absolutely no idea how much longer I'm going to wait. As someone who buys a lot of things online and always refers friends when I have an exceptional experience, I will not be doing that in this case, as there is no incentive for me to place future orders here. Meanwhile I will wait for my package and hope I receive it soon and in good condition.

I was excited when I ordered $5000 of furniture from HomeClick. I waited for the day I was to be contacted about delivery. No contact. I waited 4 more days then emailed an inquiry. Quick response saying they would contact me with information within 24 hours. 6 days pass. I email again. "Some items you ordered are on backorder with no ETA as to when they will be available." Then I called. "Yes, the sofa is backordered with no ETA." With discussion I was able to get a report that this probably means the furniture was discontinued. I was told that none of this was HomeClick's fault... it was the manufacturer. Homeclick, if it's on your website, if you took my money, it IS your responsibility. You held my money since Jan 31. After several inquiries on my part I find that MAY get my money back by March 8. HomeClick held my money under false pretenses for 36 days. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone. I was scammed.

Overall, the ordering process with HomeClick is pretty easy. They have a good price compared to other sites. If you sign up with them you get an additional 15% discount on some of the items. They also have free shipping, that was another reason why we bulked it all together and made a purchase there. I had to return two items so far. I bought an electronic fireplace from HomeClick and I got 15% off discount and free shipping. I got it for $1200 instead of $1400. Then recently, I got a shower door but something got broken in one of the glass. I emailed them about it and sent pictures of the broken item on a Monday evening. I didn't get a response from anyone and I sent them an email back. They said that the person who was handling it is on vacation. She called me back on Monday and we were able to confirm everything. They had the part shipped out the same day and I got it three days after that. They took a whole week but once they were aware of the broken item, they replaced it fast and didn't give me a tough time. It was also sent back at no charge. The customer service is excellent and their prices are good. I would recommend them and I'd definitely shop at HomeClick again.

I had been using a company out of Calf. Unfortunately after placing my last order over 10K they discontinued their relationship with WAC, and subsequently stumbled upon HomeClick. My first order was Good. Delivery info was not helpful. I did not have time to apply as a pro but since that time I have. I was interested in 6 appliance by Bosch. I was looking for their Benchmark Series and was not able to find it. However I placed 6 of their 800 series appliances in my cart and was not impressed with the prices at all. Since that time I did email your co. and received a reply quickly from Steve ** letting me know he was going to work up a quote and get back to me ASAP. Hopefully the Quote is more in line with what I am thinking and we can continue our working relationship.

When I was searching for an item from Taylor Linens, HomeClick came up as having the item. It was a few dollars less so I ordered it and received it, but I have been looking at the site because there were other Taylor Linens items I’d like to have. I also went to the Taylor Linens site and I found it interesting that Homeclick had some of their pillows twice what Taylor’s Linens sells them for. Homeclick doubled the price and then made it look like it was 50% off. And I don’t like it when places do that because it’s deceptive.
There was also one item, they have this merry Christmas pillow that they said was navy and white but it’s black and off-white, so they didn’t have the color of that one down right. I did wind up ordering that pillow somewhere else because they had half price on their Christmas items. But I was happy with my HomeClick experience and with the site as far as the items I ordered. I got my item and it was what I was expecting and was pleased to see that they carried Taylor Linens because they’ve got lots of things I’d like to have but they’re very expensive so I can’t always afford to order all of what I’d like to get. But I was able to track my order, it came in a timely manner and was perfectly fine.

Oftentimes what happens is not as important as how the problem is addressed (or not). Homeclick had sent a damaged valve which caused me additional expense and inconvenience. When they learned about the problem, a Customer Service specialist promptly contacted me and offered to "make it right". They immediately refunded the amount paid for the valve and then generously offered a gift card to compensate for my additional expense and inconvenience. In a very competitive retail environment, customer service can make all the difference and that's the kind of service that wins customers.

I had ordered a Toto pressure balance valve #TSPTM. It was shipped promptly, but the threads were damaged. I didn't notice it until the plumber came to install it. As a result, I incurred additional cost for the plumber and needed to buy the valve locally for almost double the price that I paid at HomeClick. I purchased a Franke sink rack through this company. I had the exact model number and dimensions I needed. The first rack came in a box with the model number crossed out and my model number hand written in. The rack was a totally different size and shape than the model I ordered. When I called HomeClick, the person I spoke to agreed that the wrong rack was sent and agreed to pay for shipping and send me the correct rack. I returned the rack. A while later another rack arrived in a box large enough to hold an entire person. It was, once again, the wrong size, with the hole for the drain in the wrong place. It was closer to the correct size though. HomeClick agreed to accept back this rack, too, and to cover shipping costs.
When I returned the rack, the address I was given was a plumbing supply store in New Jersey. I was later able to call Franke myself and purchase the correct rack. It was clear to me that HomeClick probably works with a number of independent stores and relies on them to send customers the item desired. Consequently, they had no control over whether the correct item was mailed or not. So although they were prompt and returned my money, the entire experience was a waste of my time. I would not recommend this company or purchase anything else through them.

When I went with HomeClick, there was a special discount and when I checked the price of the same material with some others, it was the best that I could find. They're good price-wise but the problem is that they don't give the definite time at the first delivery. The expected delivery time in the beginning on the internet was 2 weeks, but they delivered the materials in more than 3 weeks’ time. Since I was not in a rush, it didn’t create any problem for me but that might be a problem for people who are in a rush. I also had some problems with credit card payment, but they called me and the customer service was okay.

I had a wonderful experience with getting my order and receiving a quality suitcase. My suggestion to you would be to remove the plastic pouch snapped into the suitcase. The plastic smell was quite present in the suitcase. It took me a week to remove the plastic odor by airing it open outdoors.

Easy to order. 2 of three items shipped within 3 days as stated. 3rd item did not ship so I contacted customer service after a week and asked for an update. No update in 2 days, so emailed customer service again and got shipping update the same day. All goods received and in good condition.

I ordered a bath tub and various hardware that was need for installation. I ordered the tub on December 13th and I called to follow up on delivery. I had a contractor looking for the tub so as to install the tub and work on other parts of the renovation. About a month later I then called HomeClick and they told me to call the trucker, New Penn. I called the trucking company and they had no date for delivery scheduled. I told them I need to have the tub as soon as possible as I was also leaving for vacation. They gave me a date of January 13th it would ship, very late but I accepted.
I called back a few days later and they told me that they had not scheduled delivery. I asked if they could make it sooner and they said that they could ship January 11th and I would receive it on January 17th and I called on that date to get a time. They then told me that it was scheduled for tomorrow. Incompetence, no follow up and poor communication. Not shopping HomeClick or using New Penn again. There are many other option for online retailers.

The replacement arrived soon after I reported a crack in the top part of the toilet (apparently a factory defect). The new part is in perfect condition, extremely well packed, and I am very grateful to HomeClick for its responsiveness and service.

I initially used the online feature for customer assistance. The first attempt I waited 10 minutes and the session was closed. I attempted again in case of user error and waited another 7 minutes, before a response. The person was not helpful with my questions. I asked if they price matched, and took them several minutes to respond "no, we don't do that". I also inquired about the price from the previous day because it increased slightly, again taking several minutes to respond "no, can't do that". I figured I'd give them another chance and call. The person I spoke to was very kind and said they could not price match the other site I found, but would honor the previous day's price. I went ahead with the order. My email confirmation showed my street name misspelled to which I responded to that email. I received no response.
I sent an additional email a few hours later using their site to inquire about my order in which I received an email stating I would hear back from someone within 24 hrs as they looked into the issue. I never heard back from them. I received an email saying my order had shipped. I was told that my order would be curbside delivery only but I would need to be present to look over the furniture I ordered for damage and that I would be contacted to set that up. Surprise, surprise. I came home from work and they were delivered in front of my garage with the misspelled street address. One of the benches I ordered has some nicks in it and one of the drawers was split. My husband was able to "fix" that, but I figured the response/experience I went through, I did not want to deal with sending this back/exchanging. The benches are cute, but I'm hesitant to order again in the future.

The toilets and seat arrived as per your emails, no need to guess. The toilets arrived in perfect condition and were installed 2 days later. The Toto toilets work like a charm. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the toilets were absolutely professional and accommodating. One box was damaged so I asked for the entire contents of all boxes (4 in all) to be inspected for damage. They were only too eager to assist with my inspection. No damage was found. They thanked me for being so personable and understanding. Now this is what I call perfect service. HomeClick has chosen a very fine delivery company.

I was looking for a brand name product. HomeClick has a very good description of the product I was looking for, the specification, and the dimensions of the items. Their attention to the detail on the website was very good. They are very accurate from my past experience of the same product which was a plus compared to other websites. Their price is reasonable, too. They also had a free shipping offer around Christmas time which was beneficial. On the other hand, I have to return the product because of a construction anomaly where I was going to put the medicine cabinet which will not work where I want it to. I contacted them and they were very efficient in giving the return authorization back to me.

Prior remote stopped working and was using the switch on the remote box to turn the fireplace on and off and that stopped working. My son installed this remote for me and it is working great. I’m remodeling my home. Homeclick is one of the Google-trusted websites and their website has a good layout. It's easy to use and to select products. I received from them a three-quarter Kohler bathtub which never came in a box and it was cracked on the corner. I wasn’t sure if that’s because Kohler doesn’t box it or it’s just because it wasn’t boxed after. But I assume it might be a Kohler thing. I ended up ordering from a different company. When I got a free-standing bathtub from Kohler, it came all boxed up. I called Homeclick and they told me to send pictures which I did. I asked them if they wanted to re-fill the order or give me a refund. They said they would give a refund and told me not to send the product back. I'd still recommend Homeclick.

I placed an order in late November. Site said delivery in 2-3 weeks. Confirmation indicated 12/19 as a "shipped on or before" date. After checking status online several times during the following weeks, I saw the date had been changed to 1/19 with no additional information. I called the customer support number, and spoke with a friendly representative who could give me no reason for the change or delay, but asked me what I wanted to do with the order. I said I would wait, as it was now only 2-3 weeks from the new date. I received my credit card statement today and saw the full price had been charged in late November, the day after my order was placed. Since the bill will be due right around the expected date of delivery, I am questioning whether to place a hold on the payment until I get some kind of positive reinforcement from HomeClick.

I purchased four hurricane vases, two each, in different sizes. The small ones are lovely, and the crystal looks like I paid far more than I did. The two larger are stunning, or at least one is. The other one is caught up in delivery limbo with FedEx, even though I paid an extra ten dollars to have it delivered at the same time. However, it still hasn't shown up.

I ordered a number of items from HomeClick. Some arrived and four globe lights ordered did not. On Thursday evening I requested an update. On Friday AM I was told it would take 24 hours--an unacceptably long time. 27 hours later on Saturday, nothing. That means it will be Monday at the soonest. If I have an order inquiry on Thursday, it should not take until Monday to respond. Help!

Purchased two Toto toilets with matching seat covers. They're more expensive than most so I wanted the best price. Bought them about a year apart. I was pleased with everything except the fact that after I installed the fan I discovered two out of the three light bulbs in the boxes were broken in the box. I would appreciate if you sent me replacement bulbs. I know it doesn't seem like a big thing, but it just didn't set well with me. Other than that I was pleased with the item.

Your company didn't really do anything wrong, but we ordered a Blanco sink that we ended up not being happy with the color. My dissatisfaction was that it cost us $200 to return it in shipping! Just probably wouldn't buy something like that online next time that we weren't absolutely sure of due to the cost of returning it.

We ordered a Toto toilet from Homeclick on 11-2, it was shipped 11-3--fast shipping. But the order, when tracked, was to be delivered in 2 weeks. Waited until the day before promised delivery ( the Homecllickcompany was to call and confirm delivery that day) and we called the shipper. They said the order would be delivered some day the next week. When Homeclick found out about this problem, they contacted the shipper, who in turn called us that same day to notify us the order would be delivered the next morning. The driver called the next morning when he was an hour away, confirming delivery. The driver was very courteous, and the item was in excellent condition. Homeclick really delivered, fast shipping, excellent product, and we were very pleased with customer service once they learned we had a problem. We will not hesitate to HomeClick again. Thank you.

Waited 34 days for replacement parts only to receive damaged items again!! Too frustrated to even call back since it's too heavy to ship back. Should try to get my money back but too frustrated. Shipment delivered in clean, undamaged corrugated, but internal contents badly damaged. The Toto sink is essentially crushed into many pieces. Based on the good condition of the exterior box and the "foam in place" dunnage around the internal toto sink box, I would not be surprised if they shipped a broken sink from origin. Both over and inner carton were undamaged, but contents were crushed as noted above. Will send images on Monday, 11/7.

After considerable research online, I found that Homeclick.com had the lowest price for an Empire vanity and sink I wanted to purchase. When I placed the order I forgot to put in the discount code for 10% off. I called homeclick and explained that I wanted to apply the 10% discount. The helpful and friendly representative assured me that the amount would be credited to my credit card the next day. In less than 24 hours I received an email confirming the credit.
When I placed the order, the delivery date was about 4 weeks out. Within a few days, I received an email indicating that the delivery date had moved up 3 weeks! Yay! The delivery company called and asked me when I wanted the delivery and I made the appropriate arrangements with my co-op superintendent. No problems with delivery -- the packaging was adequate, nothing was broken and I am very much enjoying my new vanity console and sink! I'm happy that I saved $$ on something that I dearly wanted. I had a positive experience and will order from here again.

The product is perfect and fits very well, also arrived on time. However, I am missing two of the screw & nut fixtures that hold the glass to the light fixture. They are very small but without them cannot attached two of the glass covers to the fixture. Can you let me know how I can get these? This is the best designed toilet I have ever owned. The designer must have been an expert in fluid hydraulics. The flush begins with a quick dump of water which slightly raises the water level. Gravity pulls the water level back down while a stream of water then adds to the downward motion of the water to speed the flush water up and over the water trap. This all happens in less than 2 seconds. The design of the bottom of the bowl maximizes the effect. I'm so impressed with the design that I enjoy watching the flush take place, especially understanding its design. It's perfection in action. Kudos to the designer.

I ordered from HomeClick online, and I was disappointed because they said that if I provide my email address, they will give me 15% off on any item. However, after providing my email and trying to use this discount, I found that it was only for one type of item. The shipping was very fast, but I was not notified, and it wasn't shipped to where I live. It was shipped to another apartment, and then there needed to be an arrangement for pickup. I also got a call where they told me that I have a shipping, but it would've been nice if they sent an email informing me when it's going to be shipped, going to be delivered, and at what time. Other than that, everything's fine.

I placed my order on 10/11/16 and while the two shower arms arrived in a timely manner, the two toilets, which were the bulk of the order, have still not arrived. They supposedly shipped on 10/13/16 but have still not arrived as of today (10/26/16). I have emailed the shipping company but have not heard back. Clearly, this has not been a good experience from a communication or delivery perspective.

Made an online order for a stool on 10/4. I checked the tracking on 10/10 and noticed the delivery date was still pending. I emailed customer service with my concern and received a boilerplate email response with my tracking number. I replied with an email of explanation then I got an email claiming the stool was delivered on 10/5. I double checked the tracking again and the delivery date was still pending.

Unlike our previous experience with this company; everything went well this time. They had the best price for the item (4) that we ordered. I've been working on my deck and was looking for certain lights for it. HomeClick happened to have what I was looking for and the cost of their product was reasonable. The quality of what I bought was okay but they were the wrong fit. They're bringing in another set and supposed to send the label to return it. They worked with me and the lady there said she's going to expedite it since they've already sent it out and I'm waiting for them. The people at HomeClick were pleasant and easy to work with.

When I bought a faucet set from Home Click, I had a problem with the slightly too-short stems and needed to know whether this was an anomaly, calling for a new set, or whether my plumber needed to make adjustments. I did not hear back within 24 hours as expected — but this was a Sunday, and when Homeclick got back to me they were apologetic about the delay and followed up quickly with the manufacturer.

The faucet set I ordered came with the brass water intake stems to the faucets marginally too short to attach to the requisite hoses once through the counter top. Instead of being 2 1/16" which my old set was, these stems are 1 7/8". I wrote to ask whether this was an anomaly or a standard length -- so that I would know whether to simply return and re-order or whether I had to remove my counter top and route it to accommodate the difference in length and I have heard nothing back.

Merchant would not cancel as requested. Two rugs ordered on 9/29. On 9/30 I canceled via website and 800#. I rec'd no response so did this again 10/2 and after no response called at approx 8:30 AM on 10/3. Lady left me holding for a long time to say the smaller rug would be given credit but the larger one had already shipped even though I had cancelled 3 times. Looking at my FEDEX acct the item was not picked up until 11:33 AM, THREE hrs later on 10/30 even though she said at approx 8:30 it was gone. I do not plan to accept this from dishonest people. Amazon should watch this merchant. I expect full credit and will reverse my AMEX charge if not given. Thank you for assistance.

Poorly described product. First time I contacted, even their representative thought they had shipped an entertainment center that was too small, so she asked me for a picture of the box. When I called again, the representative blamed ME, so I had to pay for return shipment. Even after I received an email confirming they had received the item back, the refund was not issued. So now I am dealing with a dispute via Paypal. NEVER AGAIN!

This website's customer service is awful!! I paid for a $969 bed. They wouldn't process my order until I called in and verified the shipping address (which was different from my billing) b/c I was closing on a home. So, I called and verified my purchase, explained that I'm not in that home yet and won't be for about 3-4 weeks. The rep told me that it won't ship for about 3-4 weeks. She went ahead and processed my order.
I received confirmation on 8/10/16 that it was shipped on 8/9/16. The delivery facility called me the next day 8/11/16 to tell me that it was already in PHX, AZ (I live in chandler) and ready to be delivered to the house... that I'm not in yet and haven't closed on. Needless to say this was an issue for me. The delivery company told me that they could only hold it for 4 days or it would have to either be shipped back or stored there for a daily fee. She urged me to contact the company I purchased it through to get it figured out. I scheduled a delivery date anyway to the house (when I'm technically not supposed to) just to be sure I would receive the bed.
I called and spoke with Jaime **, who told me that she would have to look up in the notes and on their records where I told the first representative that I explained that I wouldn't be in the home. That if she can't find record of it, that I'd have to pay a reconsignment fee for shipping it back, or the daily fee for storing at the facility or a fee for re-routing it to the apartment I'm at now. I told her I wasn't paying any extra fees.
The next day she emailed me and told me she couldn't find any records that I told the representative that I wasn't going to be in my new house so basically I'm out of luck and I have to pay the fees (mentioned above) depending on what I want to do. I replied and told her it was unacceptable and they need to fix it. She sent it to her manager for review.
The weekend passed and I emailed her Monday morning telling her I already made arrangements with the delivery company to deliver it, that I didn't need any further follow-up from her. I then received an email from her an hour later telling me she was going to contact the delivery company to have the bed sent back to the manufacturer and that I'd have to pay a $114 reconsignment fee, then I'd be reimbursed the remaining balance. Apparently, the manager who reviewed this didn't care either about customer service. I immediately called the delivery company and told them I wanted it shipped as scheduled. The lady told me that she couldn't help me b/c she has to do what homeclick.com tells her. I got confirmation from the delivery company in that phone call that Jaime had already contacted them to send it back. I emailed and called Jaime and told her that we WILL have issues if that happens and that she needs to call them back to have them deliver it. No response from her so I called and spoke with another rep (Alexandria) who was actually helpful and she put me on hold and called the delivery company to reverse the transaction.
I did get my bed, as scheduled thank God. I haven't opened it yet so I'm unsure as to its condition. But I had to jump through so many hoops to make this transaction work, on top of the stress of closing on a home. They did not seem to care at all, which is very disappointing. Never again will I order from here and I've told a lot of people already in person of my experience with this place.

Over a week and a half jumping thru hoops with HomeClick only to have to start all over again. First, problem, company could not even locate my order, so I requested cancellation. Was then told "Oh, we DID locate your order and cancellation was not possible because item had shipped". So, accepted that because purchased item (Hunter Watson ceiling fan) at a great price (could not find it cheaper). This all took about three days, with me hounding the CSR, Amelia, for updates which she never sent.
Finally rec'd a FedEx tracking number. Gave it two days. The package WAS being sent back to shipper (the item at this point was midway to destination). The cancellation HAD gone thru. In the meantime I lost out on acquiring the same item at Amazon for the same great low price as item price had gone up while I waiting on item that was not going to show up. Called HomeClick again, they NEVER contacted me. It has been me contacting them to get them to make things right.
Another CSR did admit to some faults on HomeClick's part. She did offer a 10% refund as compensation if I would keep order and she would divert return to shipper and have item sent on to original destination. Accepted this offer, because as mentioned, I had lost out on acquiring a replacement at same price. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! Item went back to shipper, have not rec'd 10% refund. Called Amelia again. She argued with me that item HAD been rec'd by my designated person. I had called the person the item was to be rec'd by, he most certainly HAD NOT rec'd the fan. She then actually took the time to READ the FedEx shipping notes. "OH, you're right, the item did go back to shipper". NO KIDDING! Amelia blamed FedEx. REALLY??? She suggested I contact FedEx to get them to ship item on. NO WAY! That ceiling fan has now been handled FOUR times thru the shipping process, did not have hopes that it survived damage.
HomeClick messed this up, you need to do the work to fix. So I had two choices. Just not do business with HomeClick, which I would still have to order fan at FULL price from another merchant or place a NEW order at the reduced price. Between a rock and a hard place. Maybe should have just ate the extra cost and go someplace else but I have gone this far so I ordered again. Now, waiting for positive results this time. It may happen. I just want people to know about my incident with this "company". Just a bunch of excuses for their faults. Very poor customer service. Working an angle. Now have a new order number. Awaiting shipping information.
Updated on 08/13/2016: Had buyers regrets. Decided to not give HomeClick the second chance. The old saying about "fool me once..." Called and requested a manager. Spoke with Frank. I can see where the CSR staff gets their stellar skills. He did everything to convince me that HC can get a job done. I insisted cancel the new order with full refund. He said he was doing this "right now" and he would send a verification email when complete. He assured me and told me if I didn't receive an email in an hour, call back and ask for him personally and even if he was another call he would take mine. Hour later, no email. Call for Frank, Frank not available. Big surprise! Left Frank a VM. Received form email 15 min later saying refund was pending. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

We ordered a coffee table on 5/1/2016. When the product arrived, we opened the box to find our new table broke completely in half. I called first thing the following day and spoke with "Jared", who instructed me to send photos of the damage after I received an email that he would be sending out. Then, after they receive the photos, we should receive a response from the company with a determination regarding the exchange and what we should do with the broken table. We received the email shortly after the phone call, and we followed up that evening with the photos.
An entire week passed, no response. I was assured we would hear back from someone promptly after the photos, so I called a second time this am and spoke with a different employee, who spoke with Jared, and then promised that I would be receiving an email by the end of the day. I asked that they send an email to both of us (me and my husband), in which they agreed. Well, it 12:30 am and neither of us received an email. I've had a broken table plus all the cardboard and styrofoam packaging cluttering up my dining room for over 2 weeks now on top of being without a coffee table for nearly a month without even an idea of how much longer I'm going to be waiting.
I have $240 less in my bank account for a table I'm not even sure is worth paying $100 for in perfect condition after seeing it now in person. It just blows my mind how these companies can manage to stay open and can continue doing business selling such high priced, shoddy products with clueless staff and awful customer service. Honestly, if I ran my business like this, it wouldn't have made it past its first year. I'm truly becoming fearful of purchasing anything over the internet at this point.

This company doesn't ship to Hawaii even though we pay the shipping. So, I asked to ship it to my Grandma's house in California, and they said they can't do that without me first sending them a photocopy of my credit card front and back. They said, "we can't do phone authorizations outside the continental US". This is absurd. These people need to most definitely update their shipping process!!!

On 1/26/16 I ordered a lamp online from Homeclick.com. It arrived on 2/1/16. I opened it and found it damaged -- rust streaks all over the metal surface. I called Homeclick.com and spoke to Amelia. She asked me to send her an email with photos attached. I did that immediately. Two days later I called but could not reach Amelia. Two days later I called and could not reach her again. I spoke to Nikki who told me the manufacturer does not want the lamp back. They will send another one. After reading the reviews on this site, I contacted my MasterCard company and started a dispute. I also got in touch with PayPal to let them know about the problem. I will let you know the final result.

I ordered a table on 9/10/15. My delivery date was supposed to have been before 9/14/15 or on 9/14/15. On 9/14/15 I called to see the status on the table. Just so you know they charged my credit card $705.00. I spoke to a guy by the name of Nikki. Nikki explained that the table was on back order. On 9/15/15 I received an email from a person by the name of Nikki offering me a $50 dollar gift certificate because of the delay of the delivery. Nikki explained the table was on back order. The new delivery date now is 10/01/15. I called back on 9/30/15 to find out the status on the delivery. The women I spoke to couldn't tell me. She said she will email me. Later on that date I received an email with an update on my delivery which change to 10/30/15.
I called customer service back on 9/30/15 and cancelled my order. I was told I would receive a cancellation email. It's now 10/1/15 and I have not received a cancellation email. I called back customer service and in spoke to a women by the name Ellen. Ellen checked the status of the cancellation and why I haven't received an email and there was no notice on her system that I had cancelled the order. It's now 10/2/15. I still have not received a cancellation email. I received an email stating an update on my order delivery date for 10/09/15. I called back the customer service cancellation dept. I explained that I don't want an order. I also explained I had cancelled my order 2 days ago. I'm no longer interested to do business with them. The women I spoke to said I should have had a cancellation email by now. It's now 4:30pm EST time and I have not received a cancellation or a refund.

I ordered two bathroom lights, they canceled one stating the manufacturer discontinued. But the entire promotional discount of 24 dollars was revoked. The other light is now in China and was ordered on the 8/1/2015 and it is 8/16/2014 and it is still in China per the tracking number. It said in stock when I ordered. The light that was canceled was 198 and they returned 174 to my credit card. I will be calling the BBB tomorrow.

I ordered a bathroom vanity. It was delivered and aside from the mold and dank smell from the box, seemed like everything was fine. So I unpacked the behemoth vanity, dragged it into the house (curbside delivery, but FREE!) and then when I placed the top on the vanity, ta-da! It was warped and one side was off by at least an inch and a half. So I reached out to Homeclick and was given the option, $200 or a new top with a month wait. Went with the new top. Anyone want to guess how that worked out?
I received a second warped top, though not as bad as the first. Bit by this time, my wife had noticed the pre-drilled handles were crooked by a quarter inch. At this point, I was done, so I requested a full refund and for them to pick up their vanity. No deal. They would refund my money once I re-packed this huge vanity and shipped (prepaid shipping label, so there was that) the vanity back to them. I was happy they would pay for it, but surprised that they would expect me to have the materials or even know how to pack such a thing. They wouldn't budge until I threatened to report them to the Attorney General of MD, Consumer Protection division.
So they told me to donate the piece in their name and I got a full refund. Awesome, back to zero after two months. What a waste. Sending junk once, bad. Sending junk twice? Also, they deliver a huge vanity that looks like a third grader put it together and it's supposed to be my problem? And it felt like they were mad at me in the end, like somehow I put me out? Really? At least you guys were paid for the time you had to deal with me. I received no compensation and my bathroom remodel took a two month delay. So I'm confused why they insisted the donation be in their name. I doubt they'll take a deduction since I never sent a hard copy of my receipt (just a picture). But they made sure I got no benefit. Don't care, but after everything, I thought it was interesting. But like I said, at least they let me get back to zero.

I ordered this chest of drawers, and it arrived in a very timely fashion. However, when I took it out of the box, there were more defects than I can list here. The most dramatic one can be seen in the photo. I emailed Homeclick and got an almost immediate response. But from there, it went south. I was assured -- at least three times that they had issued a refund. Because I paid through Amazon Payments, they were able to tell immediately whether the refund has been issued. I had not. So I called Amazon, and they told me they would take it from here. This morning, I got an email from Amazon that they had contacted the merchant, and the merchant says the refund has been issued. Again. Amazon can find no record that they have issued a refund. So now I'm waiting for AP to resolve it. Again.
In another call to the merchant, they told me that the manufacturer was going to pick up the chest of drawers, then I'd get my refund. So I called Carolina Furniture Works, and they told me this was outrageous. They NEVER pick up damaged merchandise, it is the responsibility of the merchant. So I called the merchant -- again. At this point, they told me I could keep the damaged chest or give it away. Bottom line, it's MY responsibility to get rid of this piece of junk. Further complicating matters, I've had two back surgeries this year, and there is no way I can move it, even to get it out of the middle of my living room. And I cannot begin the process of finding someone to haul it away until I know I have a refund. The local charity probably won't take it, because they require items to be in good condition. Needless to say, this chest of drawers isn't. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated and even more angry.

We purchased an item from this company and received news days later of a one month delay for shipment. I called several times before the item was to be shipped out to confirm dates and no one from the company could verify anything nor were they willing to verify w/ the manufacturer if we were on schedule, even up to a few days prior to due date. Then I received a call that I had to be present to accept delivery and if I did not sign for it I removed any and all liability from the company and basically accepted a defective item for $800. The delivery window was 6 hours and no one could narrow it down so I could coordinate my schedule to be there. Customer service and the managerial staff at Homeclick were dismissive, did not seem to have any concern that they never notified me of a signature required or if I couldn't sign I assume all liability, and they had a month to do it.
I would never order from them again. I have ordered from dozens of companies before because of my hectic work schedule. Unless an obvious appliance to sign for never had to sign or signature was released and never have I been treated so dismissively by any company in all the orders I placed. I will never order from them again. Buyer beware. They are not customer minded.

I ordered this product on 06/05 for an installation on 06/22. The order was due to ship 06/09. I kept checking the shipping the week of 06/09, and it showed as on time and at FedEx. The week before our installation I check back in, and it's STILL showing as a "Label Created" status with FedEx. I call FedEx to see why...and it turns out that the manufacturer had only printed a shipping label at their own facility, and the stool had never made it to FedEx! I call Homeclick to continue my research, and I learn that someone broke the stool while packaging it.
Of course, it was their last one in stock. They wouldn't have any new ones in until a week AFTER our installation date! Had I not been tracking this and calling, NO ONE would have communicated or advised of this. In addition, the girls running the customer service line were the utmost of cavalier, flippant, and unprofessional. We ended up just canceling our order, and we found a different option for our client luckily. Moral of the story: abysmal customer service and will never be shopping through Homeclick again.

I ordered a shower door that was displayed with hinges and door handles. There was nothing stated that the door would come without hinges or door handles. This shower door requires special hinges and handles. When I contacted HomeClick support, I was told that the hinges and handles were under Options and I should have known to order them. I asked what the two hinges and two handles would cost and I was told that they would cost $204.40 plus shipping. That is almost 25% of what the door cost. I would never have ordered this door if I knew that the total cost was over $1000.
I believe that Homeclick is basically advertising a low price knowing that one will have to come back and buy the overpriced 'option'. Homeclick support said that it is not their fault because the manufacturer ships all their goods that way. I contacted two other retailers that sell the manufacturer's product and they stated that the manufacturer ships complete units. Homeclick stated that I could return the product, but the shipping costs are prohibitive. I feel that Homeclick is running a modified bait (low price) and switch (having to buy extras) to be able to use the product.

Homeclick emailed me a week after I placed the order, saying that the shipment would be late. I scheduled 3 delivery appointments with UPS, nobody showed up. Over a month later, my table still has not arrived. And just found out today it was lost. Nikki from Homeclick was supposedly the one in charge of my package and account, she never could find the time to call me back or answer the phone call. Every single time I called, I was put on hold for her for 20 minutes, then she would end up hanging up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I sure will not.

On 2/12/2015 I just happened to look up other sellers just in case there would be an issue and when Homeclick site came up with a discontinued tag on said vanity... so I called on a status update on merchandise that I PAID for 10 days ago, their rep at the 1-800# told me that I would be getting a refund on the vanity and had to wait on that refund before I could purchase somewhere else. We ordered a Curio Cabinet from Homeclick. It was poorly constructed. The parts did not fit together properly and the tempered glass exploded in our hands without warning. When I called customer service, I was advised I must email my concerns with pictures, which I did. This was done within a week of receiving the product. I since have called four times and sent 5 e-mails to which not one response. On the last phone call, I was advised I would receive either an e-mail or phone call regarding my product by the end of the day. Still no response. This is the first company I have ever written a poor review for. When a company doesn't even respond, there is a serious problem. I strongly recommend not doing business with Homeclick!!!

First off, they said next-day delivery and it took two weeks. Received a damaged table and a server with one door cracked all the way through. I watched the delivery driver drop some of my furniture from the top of his box truck all the way to the pavement, about 12 feet. I called the very next day after I unpacked everything to tell them what happened. Spoke to Frank ** and he said no problem they'll send new stuff, I just had to send him pictures.
Well here I am a month later, after several phone calls and dealing with several other people and nothing to show for it. They said they would call me back several times and I am yet to receive a single call from them. They left off with, "We can send you a furniture doctor free of charge." I couldn't help but laugh at them. Next call is to my credit card company. This is what you get when you deal with a middleman from dirty Jersey. My advice, pay a little more somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review online, that's how bad it was.

I placed an order for a table and chairs on 12/12/14. The status on the website was that the item was expected to ship on 12/16. When I had not received an email with tracking information by 12/20, I sent an email inquiry which went unanswered. I tried to call on Saturday 12/20 only to get the message that there were no business hours on weekends. I called customer service first thing on 12/22 and was told I would receive an email of the status, which also never came.
I called again early 12/23 for an update only to be advised that the item would not be shipped out until next week! I had ordered this to accommodate additional people expected for Christmas dinner and expected that when the website said it would be available, that 2 weeks should be enough time. If I was made aware that the manufacturer did not have the item in stock, I would have looked elsewhere immediately. Instead, the day I anticipated spending cooking and wrapping gifts needs to be interrupted in the hopes that I can find a replacement that I can have by tomorrow.
This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had with shopping online and don't expect to shop with this company again. I wish I had looked at reviews for the company before I placed my order. It would have absolutely sent me in another direction. I wanted to add comments on their website but they only have testimonials...misleading at the very least. I have my fingers crossed that I will not have to wait weeks for a refund.

Coffee Table - Ordered this item on November 12th and was informed by an email that the shipment has been delayed until Dec. 19th. I was ok with it... Today is Dec. 22nd and after numerous calls since Dec. 19th I still don't have an answer... They lied and told me that the item was being prepared for shipment. No emails nor phone calls providing the status. Customer service agents are either ill-trained or simply don't care... Last time I ordered something from this place.

I called Homeclick on 12/10/2014 to order a sideboard to match my dining set. I explained that I needed it in a specific date range and that if it could not happen by then, I'd look elsewhere. The person assured me that two weeks would be plenty of time to get it to me, and that I would be hearing from the shipping company almost immediately to schedule the delivery. When that did not happen, I spent the next nine days talking to five different people at the company, each of whom assured me it would arrive on time, especially after me trying to cancel the order altogether, which they assured me was not possible.
Well imagine my surprise when I finally got a call from the delivery company this afternoon informing me that my piece would arrive in TWO WEEKS. AND that it was due to get to Los Angeles today where it would sit in a warehouse for the next 13 days till they put it on a truck and brought it to my home in Las Vegas. So much for that marvelous customer care they advertise...

Ordered a glass table as a Christmas present for my daughter 2 weeks ago. It was delivered fast, but broken. I called and sent pictures as told. Then they assured me I would be getting a series of emails as to when the next one would come and what to do with the old one. I never got one email. I called two more times and spoke with 2 different reps, still got the run around. No refund of 376.94 and unable to purchase another present since my funds are tied up in this. This company is terrible, no respect for customers will hold on to your money. I am going to have to take further steps and fight to get my money back. I did not do anything to deserve this whatsoever. They need to be shut down. It's a bad business for sure. The worst experience I've had in something like this. Ordered a Kohler tub. Got an email saying it would ship late. Finally arrived in very poor conditions, we didn't accept the delivery. Truck driver was rude and couldn't even articulate. Bad experience with Homeclick, requested a full refund.

Learned only AFTER placing the order that the order would be submitted to the manufacturer for fulfillment... and would take 14 days. On day 14, I had to contact them (4 times) only to find out that the manufacturer had back ordered the item. I got the impression that they felt they were absolved from any responsibility (even though they had my money), since they forwarded the order to another entity for fulfillment. After numerous calls, and memos on their website, I finally cancelled the order and ordered it for the same price from another vendor for delivery in 5 days. In their defense, they offered me a gift certificate, but I refused. I do not trust them. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered sofas from Homeclick 3 weeks ago. Guaranteed delivery by the 24th of November. Surprise, surprise---- no sofas as of the 25th of November! After repeated phone calls, I was told the sofas were discontinued (they aren't). Yet, they did not call to tell me this. Oh, and they processed my credit card on Nov 1 and have not refunded me the money yet. Calling the credit card company now. Do NOT ever, ever, ever, order anything from Homeclick. Check the reviews and reseller reviews--- this store has done this frequently. They take your money and never send the item and don't follow up. Just Say No to Homeclick.

On 11/4/14, I paid for a toilet seat from my pay pal account $53.94. A week later, I called the company, asked about my item. I was then told none in stock. I asked for a refund and was told it would be put back in my pay pal account. That was five days ago and STILL not there!

This was my first experience with Homeclick. I found a mattress topper I was looking for on their website at a lower price and supposedly in stock. I placed the order and was notified it would ship from their facility in 10 days -- excessively long compared to other online companies turnaround time. I sent an email asking for clarification and if I could expedite the shipment. I called customer support and was told that they could not expedite shipment. After waiting all this time, I got an email today saying they would credit my account - NO EXPLANATION ON WHY THEY DID NOT FILL THIS ORDER!! I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Placed an order for a Schwinn Hinge Folding Bike on 09/21 through Homeclick's online ordering system. Order confirmation indicates that item purchased will be shipped on or before 10/13. Already alarming to me why it takes that long for the order to get shipped. Anyway, I waited patiently for 10/13 to get some updates on shipping, but by day's end, no details on shipping was made available on Homeclick's online order tracking. I immediately sent an inquiry to Homeclick (10/13) to get some updates on shipping. I received a response 10/14 saying that they are still working with manufacturer to get updates on my order. 10/16 and still no words from them so I sent a follow up early morning and another late in the evening that day to get some updates. Homeclick responded only on 10/17 morning saying that they are again working with manufacturer to get updates on my order and will get back to me before the end of day. It is difficult to imagine why they could not get an update on my order that I placed 26 days ago. No words from Homeclick until the end of day.
I read reviews from other buyers who have fallen victims to Homeclick's low price strategy but received their items only after a couple of months and not in the condition that they expected. Their website yesterday (10/20) says that the same item ships within 7-10 days. Today (10/21) their website says the item is in stock and will ship in 24 to 48 hours. How can they make that commitment to their customers when they rely on the "manufacturer" to give customers updates on their order? Do not be deceived, stay away from them and save yourself a lot of headaches.
On 10/17 I requested Homeclick to cancel of my order and requested immediate refund since they have not met their delivery promises. Homeclick responded only on 10/19 saying that they have submitted my request again to the "manufacturer" and asked me to wait again for 24 to 48 hours for the "manufacturer's" response. I don't understand why I would have to wait for the manufacturer's response when I ordered and paid the item to Homeclick. Fortunately, I paid through my PayPal, so beginning 10/17 I already processed a dispute on the payment, which I escalated to claim today citing lapses on the part of Homeclick in honoring their commitments and got the refunded immediately.

A week ago I placed an online order for a table and four chairs on Homeclick.com. I paid $472 with the secure site Paywithmybank.com through a link on their site and my checking account statement reflects that payment. Luckily I printed out the order after I did so. I have still not received an email confirming the order. I also have checked on their "order status" search link and I receive no information. When I called them they told me it would show up the next day. One week later and still there I have received no information from them. I will be contacting my state attorney general's office and state consumer protection agency. I have read some bad reviews on here and cannot understand how they can stay in business.

This is lengthy review but trust me it is worth the read. This product and this company don't deserve any stars because I have burnt them all! This advice is for any customer who is considering to purchase an item from this company, HomeClick.com--SPEND THE TIME AND READ THIS REVIEW, IT WILL SAVE SO MANY HEADACHES. The discount is always tempting, however my time and energy spent on getting the product was not worth it. I normally don't write reviews but I feel a duty to alert consumers about this company! Just look the other Yelp reviews and trust them those are true... This company has no integrity is confirmed!
Below is a description of my order with Homeclick. All of the emails are still documented and archived and there are some other things that I omitted. On June 14, 2014, I ordered a $92.34 Office Chair from their site and received a confirmation email that it would ship before 7/14/2014. As it was in stock. 4 days later (06/18/14) they sent another email, the Revised Expected Ship Date became 8/1/2014. 06/23/14 they sent the 3RD email, the Revised Expected Ship Date became 7/20/2014.
On 07/22/14, I stilled haven't received anything from Homeclick. I wrote request through their site. 7/23/2014 they sent the 4TH email, the Revised Expected Ship Date became 8/14/2014. (Can you believe it?!) Till then I have run out all my patience! I called customer service, they lady explained and say I "might" get it on 8/14/2014 but she can't guarantee. From over 20 years online shopping, I have NEVER heard such thing like this. I requested to cancel this purchase. The representative lady promise me that I will get a full refund notice no less than 48 hours. Fingers and legs crossed!!!!!
07/24/14 Today, I can't believe my eye seeing the 5TH Revised Expected Ship Date to 8/15/2014. Didn't I cancel this item and what the hell is this about?? Not only did Homeclick block my account on Facebook, but also asked me to take off my bad review from other site. Last but most importantly, if this is not scam, what is scam?

I ordered the Curio Cabinet from HomeClick.com online for 2 weeks and it has not arrived. I spoke to them and it takes 4 weeks to deliver according to the manufacture what they told me. I have been waiting for 4 weeks and still not arrived. I called them and they told me about 6 weeks, and still has not arrived until 8 weeks and the product arrives. When the product arrives, the trucking company delivered not responsible to bring into your house or even Garage. You have to come and pickup when the truck arrives or they just going to leave it outside of the house and leave. The trucking company say "Homeclick.com doesn't pay the fee to deliver inside of your house or garage". What is the lousy services that I ever seen. I never seen a company like and I wouldn't recommend people to order stuffs from Homeclick.com. Each time I have called spoke to the customer services. They say "you can cancel the order at anytime if you like".

I ordered two packets of 3D wall art tiles back in Feb 2014. I was told by Homeclick that the item will be delivered no later than March 2nd. I anticipated the arrival of my tiles, and it was never delivered on the date suggested by Homeclick. I decided to track the packages and it was never sent from the manufacturer. So, I decided to contact Homeclick again. They put me through hell. After expressing my anger with their 0 "ZERO" customer service policy, they told me the item is delayed, however, It is guaranteed to arrive two weeks later. Mind you, I was one month behind in my home improvement project... Who cares right?
Ignorantly, I waited for the arrival of my item...to no avail. I receive an email from Homeclick - the item is delayed for another 30 days. Can I wait? WAIT? Are you kidding me... I picked up the phone and I blasted them... Honestly, they put me through HELL. So, after my yelling session, I finally calmed down and I told the customer service agent, I needed a FULL REFUND and compensation. She agreed! I was given a small gift card to purchase an item on Homeclick. Guess what? The item is still to arrive... after the published date on their website said, the item will ship after/or before the 24th of April. Here we go again!!! When does it ever end? Conclusion: I ended up purchasing tiles on Amazon for $50.00 more. At least it arrived on time!!!

I don't think I have ever taken the time to write a bad review about any company before. But this one sure does deserve it. I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews before, because I would have never ordered in the first place.
I ordered 2 bar stools that I found for about $20 cheaper than any other site. I placed the order on 2/19 and was told the items would be shipped by 2/26. On 2/19, I received a call from the manufacturer of the stools, telling me the fabric ordered was not available. After battling back and forth between Homeclick and the manufacturer, I was finally able to convince them that all I wanted was the generic fabric that the stools are made with, nothing complicated. They all agreed it could be done and sent out by the same date. I waited until 2/28 and checked the status again. Sure enough they hadn't been shipped yet. Now their excuse was the item was on back-order and would not be available for another month. I immediately said cancel the order.
The following Monday I called to confirm the cancellation. They said they had no record of the order being cancelled. So once again, I was pissed off and told them to cancel it ASAP and send me email confirmation. 2 days later, I still had not receive cancellation. I spoke with another rep who was extremely rude and defensive. She said they couldn't cancel the order until they received confirmation from the manufacturer that it had been cancelled with them. I called "BS" and got on the phone with the manufacturer myself. The manufacturer informed me they received the request for the cancellation that morning, not Monday like Homeclick had stated. A manager from the manufacturer told me he had already sent the cancellation twice that morning, but offered put me on hold and call homeclick to cancel. He provided a reference number for the cancellation and about 30 mins later I received an email from homeclick confirming the cancellation. Now all I have to do is keep an eye on my CC statement to make sure it's refunded, because I have zero confidence that they will follow through with this.
Good luck to anyone that wants to take a chance on buying a product through them. All I got from it was a wasted 3 weeks and some crossed fingers that my $500 will be refunded.

Order was placed 12/10/2013. Still have not received product and today is 1/13/2014, one month later and no notification from Homeclick about status of order. You are holding up construction and this is costing me time and money, nothing was saved by me ordering from Homecluck but have a major headache with this ordeal. Not a very good way to run a business in my opinion.

I ordered a Christmas gift through this company because it promised delivery by December 24th. I could have gotten a 10% discount elsewhere with delivery 2 days after Christmas with free shipping. I was notified the item shipped on December 17th and would be delivered by 12/24. When the item did not arrive I contacted them and was told "Sorry the company is closed till after New Year's so we cannot check the status". Today they finally sent an e-mail stating a new expected shipping date (of the Christmas gift I ordered) of January 17th. This is ONE MONTH later than promised. So I paid 10% more for a gift promised in time for the holiday that will be at least one month late. People should not use this company if they want good customer service or timely delivery. They did NOT deliver...

Order Number: **. I ordered a Kohler toilet from Home Click in October, which arrived in two boxes. When my husband opened the boxes to install the toilet, the base was broken. We took photos and reported the base damaged on November 1, 2013. The response to my original e-mail with contact information is below. It has been more than a month since I reported the incident. I have contacted them various times by phone and e-mail and have not received any indication that my toilet will be shipped soon. They should not be selling items they do not have the capacity to replace in timely manner. Would great appreciate any assistance you can provide. I attempted to load the photos my husband took, but it stated they were corrupted images??

Purchased a bike in the beginning of September. The email said it would ship by Sept 15th. Received a second email on Sept 16 advising me they no longer carry that bike and they would be sending me a cancellation of order email and my Paypal account would be refunded. After numerous emails and phone calls, I still do not have my money. Paypal is involved in the dispute resolution but we still have gotten nowhere. I spoke with a very rude person named Tasha and she acted like the whole transaction was my fault..... huh? They cancelled the order because the bike was not in stock. All I want is my money back and they just don't seem to get that. The whole experience has been a nightmare. Consumers BEWARE. Stay away from Homeclick.

On 30 June 2013, my wife placed an order for a patio table. Homeclick said it was in stock and would ship within 5 days. Shipping charges were in excess of $40.00 (Had I known that I probably would have cancelled it). We were told 4 times it had shipped. Finally, via email they said it is supposed to have shipped on 26 July 2013. 1 hour later another email states it is shipping on 30 July 2013. I called customer service and spoke to the most unprofessional woman I have ever spoken to in customer service. She was nasty, and clueless about customer service and the company she represented. I will never deal with this vendor again. I highly recommend no one else do business with them. They are worthless. I still don't have the patio table.

HomeClick website is easy enough to use. I purchased a sofa and matching love seat. The sofa broke within 7 days. I decided against a replacement and as of today they said they would refund my money on the sofa. Considering it was a matching love seat, I inquired about returning it. Returns require the original box and packing materials, which are (of course) long gone. They refuse to take the love seat back in any other packing materials. I would not use them again. I'm stuck with a love seat that I cannot return and awaiting a refund on the broken sofa. This is poor, poor, poor customer service. Shame on you, HomeClick.

I ordered 4 bar stools. HomeClick charged my credit card and failed to alert me to the fact that there were insufficient funds in my account to cover the amount of the order. Their customer service representative was nasty. I re-ordered and made sure there were sufficient funds in my account. HomeClick then advised me that the order would not be filled for 2 months, but charged my credit card regardless.
I found the bar stools cheaper through another website (Mybarstools.com). I cancelled the order with HomeClick. HomeClick then charged my credit card again (after the cancellation and confirmation thereof). I cancelled the order again and after several nasty customer representative experiences, I received my refund. I finally received my bar stools, and HomeClick had my cancelled order shipped to my home. I sent the order back with the freight company, unsure if HomeClick will try to charge my credit card again.
Do not do business with this company! They are aggressive and predatory! Their business practices are extremely questionable! I strongly urge any consumer to steer far away from HomeClick!

I ordered a grill, but quickly received an email that the billing address was not correct, and I needed to contact Homeclick to rectify the situation. Once reading the delivery date, I saw that it was not going to meet my timeline for shipment to Europe, and wrote immediately to cancel the order. One day later, I received confirmation of the cancellation. I thought everything was fine, until 3 days later, a $360 charge appeared in my bank account. I immediately sent two emails stating that the charge wasn't authorized, since Homeclick said my billing address wasn't correct, and they had cancelled the order days before. I wrote to them twice, but received with no response, and finally called them on the third day, after the bank transaction went through. I was told that I was pre-authorized (although under incorrect information, as stated by Homeclick), and that it was a bank problem and responsibility to get my money back.
I've since called the bank, and they, as well as me, have never heard of this, and realize this could be rectified by Homeclick through a simple reimbursement. I have filed a fraud complaint through my bank, and will now wait to get my money back. I'm also anticipating a restocking fee, after reading previous complaints, although my credit card was never supposed to be authorized for the transaction.

I ordered two mirrors for my bathroom vanity. One mirror arrived broken, and though it was a bit of a hassle, it was replaced. However, when I hung them on the wall, it was apparent that the two mirror's frames were different colors. One was whiter, and one was more yellow. They were clearly made from different dye lots.
After providing Homeclick.com with pictures demonstrating the color difference, I was refunded for one mirror only. They told me the first mirror was the correct color and could not be refunded. My only option was to ship it back to them in the original box surrounded by a second protective box, that I must insure and pay for the shipping, and I would also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
I pointed out that the difference in colors was a quality control issue and beyond my control as a consumer. I also stated that it would be unproductive for both parties to have them continuously send mirrors until two matched. They refused to refund or pay for the return shipping of the 2nd mirror.

Like so many others I wish I had read the comments about slow or nonexistent delivery before I ordered a $6,000 Jacuzzi from Homeclick LLC. That employee training Mr. F. (Homeclick Director of Marketing) bragged about must have been to cheerfully stall, mislead and delay instead of instituting procedures that actually get the product to the customer in a timely manner. When I placed the original order the sales person assured me that while the website said 3-5 weeks, things were slow and it would ship in three weeks or less. When that did not happen the second customer service representative said that he checked with Jacuzzi (a lie because they do not deal with Jacuzzi directly) and that the tub had to be made and it would be an additional two weeks. When that did not happen the third sales representative actually checked with the vender who said it would be another 3 weeks plus time in transit.
Speaking of time in transit, other companies ship direct from the manufacturer to the customer. Homeclick adds an additional step of shipping by shipping from the manufacturer to a vender, and then eventually, maybe, to the customer. Other venders (i.e. Faucet Direct) order directly from Jacuzzi and shipping time is 3 to 7 days (not 3 to 7 weeks or more), the product ships directly from the manufacturer to the customer, and they willingly matched Homeclick’s price. Mr. F. was correct when he says they do not actually charge your credit card until the product actually ships. Good news for me because I closed the credit card before I cancelled the order and they could not charge me a restocking fee. As a consequence, I lost a $15K remodeling contract.
