    I received 2 Stylo 3 cases on Sept. 15, 2017. One kickstand broke on the 29th and the second one weakened on Oct 1. I requested a replacement first but was denied. They said I didn't report the damage within 10 days. I told them it didn't come damaged, it broke in less than 60 days in which the product is warrantied for. At that point I requested a refund including my shipping and handling fee and was told once again that there was nothing they can do for me because I didn't contact them within the 10-day period of shipping date. They wouldn't accept the fact that it wasn't damaged upon opening the package, it broke undo 15 well before the warranty expired. I would suggest that you tell your parents, your grandparents, your neighbors and your co-workers what rip-offs HDAccessory it's now and probably will be forever.

    I recently purchased 3 charging cords for my iPhone. In less than two weeks, one of the three started to fall apart. I emailed their customer service center and have gotten no response back. I just read where there is no warranty on third party items so my guess would be that I am out of luck. My total purchase was only $10 and I could dispute it with my credit card company but is it worth the effort? Just stay away from this company is my best recommendation to you. No matter how much money you are going to save shopping at this site there is a good chance you will have some type of problem.

    I'm shocked at the bad reviews! I had a wonderful experience. I placed order online and their sales rep Robert called me because he looked at order and thought I ordered something in error. I told him what I was trying to order and he corrected it over the phone for me and said it would be shipped that day (Thursday). On Monday I received package, everything was just as described. I ordered lighted spinners for my kids and they loved them. Will definitely order from them again.

    I ordered a case for my iPad Air 2. The case I received was too large for my iPad, which would not click into the case. I made several attempts to contact customer service/returns and have not received a response. There are no contact phone numbers or chat options on their website. The only way to contact this company is by email or by completing the return form. I did both to no avail. Now I have a case that is useless to me.

    I ordered an item from HD Accessory but then found the reviews on them, unfortunately too late. I immediately cancelled the order after reading the terrible reviews on them. Not one positive review out of more than 50 of them. I wrote to them immediately after cancelling the order. Which was shortly after placing it and asked them to refund the money. They responded to my emails including the last one on 17 May '17 stating: "An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed. The status of order # ** is now Refunded." That was on 17 May '17. As of today, 21 May '17 (4 days later), the money has NOT been refunded. I replied to that email and told them the money has not been refunded as of 21 May '17. I await their response. I will add to this complaint after they reply. "If" they reply.

    Shopped for an iPad revolving cover for iPad Air 5th generation. After carefully selecting one that met the criteria, I ordered it. A week later I got it, opened the package and it did not feel like the quality of a previous one I was using. The iPad air did not snap in and hold like it should. It was close, but the corners would not grab the iPad. It was useless. Their specs for the product matched my product number on the iPad... Which is a critical element in getting accessories like this. But, it did not function as expected. A wasted purchase.

    I returned charging cables for a refund. I sent item with a signature receipt which was signed on 2/21/17. I contacted customer service on 3/11/17 & was told they received item on 3/8/17, two weeks after the date on the signature receipt, REALLY! I was also told it would take 14 to 30 business days for a refund. This refund policy is ridiculous. Seems like a deterrent for requesting refunds. Still waiting... but lesson learned.

    On March 5th, 2017 I ordered 4 items. 2 S6 EDGE phone cases. We received one of them. The other one was sold out. They said that they refunded my account which they did NOT DO. I ordered a 6 ft charging cable for the S6 EDGE. It does NOT FIT. So I try to contact them about the charger cable and the refund and of course NO PHONE NUMBER JUST EMAIL... They DON'T RESPOND to emails I tried. Whatever someone does please, please DON'T order from HDAccessory. I got a phone number off of my charge card statement. It is (909)595-8199. Called it, no longer in service. GO FIGURE. So my wife found another number (626) 522-1197. Tried it, NO ANSWER, sounds like it goes to a fax. All I can say is STAY AWAY. BUYER BEWARE. :'(

    I purchased a wallet case for my Samsung s5. Order arrived and the case was for an LG note 4. I sent several emails to get this resolved, with no answer until after I sent a nasty gram email... which they stated it was close to the 30 day return policy. Dah, of course it would be if they don't answer emails sent. Also they do not refund shipping costs, plus charge restocking fee of 20% and more if original package is opened. My experience would have cost me double shipping since I paid shipping to get order, and more just to send back. I decided to eat the original costs, just to see companies like this go out of business. Anyone looking to purchase something through them, please reconsider, read reviews about them and how they operate. HD ACCESSORY is a ripoff company.

    I purchased what was advertised as a tempered glass screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. It's not glass & no adhesive. I contacted customer service, they told me I couldn't return as it's considered used and offered no refund, no replacement for the product they falsely advertise as tempered glass. It's plastic. Unbelievable! All I can say is karma; sure hope it was worth ripping me off for my $23.77. What a bunch of crooks. Don't buy anything from these people. You will only gain regret.

    I purchased a cover/tripod for my Samsung tablet. I received a cover for a different tablet. Though the receipt had the correct model # on it, I received the wrong item. When I asked for postage to return the item I was asked to take a photo of the item next to the receipt, which I did. A week later I was asked to return it, paying postage myself, and told that I would pay a restocking fee and would not get my shipping costs back. Asked them why I should pay for postage and restocking fee when I was sent the wrong item. No answer and the clock keeps ticking with time to return it running out.

    I have purchased several items from HDAccessory over the past 4 years. I bought for my Android phones including the Galaxy S6 Edge, iPhone 3, 4, 5 and 6 for my family. I bought screen protectors, chargers, leather cases, regular cases, cables, car mounts and other items. In all my purchases the products were delivered on time, the cost was very reasonable, a leather case for a Galaxy S6 Edge was only $8.5 and with wallet it was $15 about 80% cheaper than the Sprint or AT&T stores. None of the products that I have purchased had any issues and all were the same as what I ordered except for one, the Galaxy case I ordered brown and got black, no big deal. So I am not sure about the other reviews here but as far as I am concerned I use them all the time and always recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

    I wish I had read these reviews before I forked over my money. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy 5 phone jacket. I received a Samsung Note cover which didn't fit. I emailed them & no answer. At first I asked for them to just send me the right phone jacket. NO ANSWER. I sent it back today on my dime & demanded a refund. Who only knows if they will reply.     I ordered a charging cord, they messed up my order. In order to exchange they wanted to charge me shipping and more shipping to get me the correct one... Horrible experience. I will never use this online business again. The staff person I talked to had a thick accent and when I wanted to talk to his superior he put me on a blank hold for 18 mins.     I ordered a bluetooth headset and it did not work. They sent me a replacement and that did not work either. They finally sent me a return mailing label and I returned both defective items. After thirty days they sent a credit to my credit card but charged me for the returned shipping cost. I eventually bought the item on Amazon (for less than this company charged). Don't buy from them. Go to Amazon or Monoprice.com and compare prices. You'll find that these people are no bargain.

    I purchased 7 different phone covers for my iPhone 6 plus. Only 2 of the covers which are the wallet type fit my phone. I called HDAccessory and spoke to Crystal who told me that replacement wallet covers would be sent out. After 2 weeks and nothing, I called and waited on the phone at least 20 minutes. The person who answered said Crystal was out that day but would get back to me quickly. Two more weeks go by and still no call from Crystal nor the phone covers. I faxed a complaint, called again and again was told that Crystal was out and the person who answered could not help me. I called yet again, 3 times in one day. First time I waited 25 minutes although I was 1st in line and hung up. Second time, 45 minutes told I was 1st in line and I hung up and 3rd time, same story. I will never use this company and sorry I did not read these reviews before I spent $90 on useless phone covers.

    I received the materials I ordered for an IPAD3 and an IPAD air 2. Every piece of material appears to have been pulled from a customer return bin for returned material. Every single cable of various lengths was unsatisfactory as were the 120 Volt chargers. The exception of being uncertain of the CAR chargers quality is that I am afraid to play with them for fear of damaging something in the electrical circuits of my vehicle. A Company with this abysmal showing of Quality Control will never see another dime of my money. I don't believe it in my best interest or worth the time to request replacement material or a refund. This Company is a disgrace for palming off such junk at any price. If this system will permit me to add information, I will scan in the Mastercard proof of purchase.

    This website is a freaking joke!! I ordered a charging cable for my Samsung Galaxy S5 Active and never received it. I placed each order in the end of December and I have written numerous emails to the company and when I finally threatened them with legal action I got a response the next day asking me to provide them with my order number so I emailed all of that information to them and to no surprise they have yet to get back to me and it has been about 3 weeks now! I am going to try and get a lawyer for this and sue them for all of my time and effort and money I have wasted trying to get this charging cable.     I ordered a $9.95 case for my new phone on Tuesday, 11/25/14, and foolishly paid $25.83 for expedited shipping (2 days). I finally received the product on Saturday, 11/29/14 (due to Thanksgiving) after pleading with the post office to please attempt delivery a second time because they needed a signature for delivery (?). I did talk to a customer service rep who assured me the $17.00 overpayment on shipping would be refunded. I spent an additional $17.00 in postage for nothing. I have made several calls (you are the 4th-3rd-2nd-next caller online) - then the phone disconnects - and sent several emails to no avail.     I placed an order yesterday January 1st 2015 and received a confirmation number just minutes later. But, when I went to check the status of my order it states that no invoice is found. I sent an email early this morning (6am) didn't receive a response. I proceeded to call 2 times and was on hold 5 min each time with no response. I then sent another email after seeing reviews telling them I would like to prove the reviews wrong. Still no response.     Received items totaling over $100. Entered the discount code during checkout. When the order was processed, I noted the discount had not been applied. I wrote several emails that went unanswered. Received the items, the screen protectors were crap, the charge cables do now allow my iPhone or iPads to charge. Couple of the cases were ok.     I regret not having come to this website to read the reviews on this company. I purchased a windshield mount for my phone, in addition 2 S5 phone cases. The phone cases don't fit the phones properly. The molding doesn't hold the phones, and the cutouts for charging slots aren't cut correctly. So, even if the phones fit into the case, I'd have to remove my phone each time I wanted to charge it, which defeats the purpose of having a protective case. As for the car mount, it completely snapped at the base after approximately 1.5 hours of use. Luckily, my phone fell into my lap, instead of breaking on any of the numerous hard surfaces in the car.

    HDAccessory sold me defective products and then requested pictures be sent of the defects. However, upon attempting to send pictures in 2 separate emails, they replied that they never received any pictures. On a 3rd attempt I got a fatal error message from their server. And though their website says they will reply in 48 hours, they usually take 3-6 days to reply. I made the purchase almost a month ago, and the issue has still not been resolved.

    I ordered one iPad case (360 degree rotation one). The shipment was delayed (or maybe forgotten), and was finally made after numerous emails I sent to them, none of which was replied to. Finally, HDA replied saying that I should've received the shipment based on their tracking. However, I found out that there was a problem with the product - one corner doesn't bind tight to my iPad. After numerous emails, HDA sent me another one (same model), and it had the same problem. So I returned both, and requested for full refund - price plus shipping. Again, after long time waiting, I was refunded the price but not shipping cost, which I believe that I am entitled to as it's no fault on my part throughout the whole ordeal.

    This company is not stupid. They use false advertising and sell garbage that often does not even work, and then sort of attempt to offer customer service, but make sure that they still make money by still ripping people off. It is unnecessary to tell my stories because there are so many similar stories about them all over the internet. They will apologize and ask for more and more irrelevant proof, and then maybe give you something back, but still leave you with an out of pocket expense for nothing. I have given them multiple chances with various orders, but finally blocked their email addresses.

    The fact that they won't pay for return shipping, or simply send you a replacement, that cost them next to nothing, like most reputable companies, should tell you something. They are a bad news company, and fortunately most Chinese companies are not that way. I own a company who has been dealing with China for parts for years, with very few problems. Next this company will just change their name and keep ripping people off. Since China relies on so much from the US, I am surprised that they don't shut them down to keep a decent public image.

    This company Hd accessory is a very very racist company, how I know? I placed an order on a cheap priced item, a stylus pen, and never got it. I called repeatedly and emailed 7 times before a response only to say "your order was Shipped." After another 3 days of still not having my item I called and someone picked up saying, "Hd accessory how may I help you?" So after me explaining what I was calling for a lady got smart and started saying, "you are being a pest it'll come when it comes so stop emailing us you **" and hung up. Now how would they know my race over the phone? Is what I wondered as I got very angry I called back, got no answer.

    I placed an order from their website for 2 iPhone 5s cases, screen covers, and 2 phone wallets. I received the 2 phone cases and noticed that they do not allow accurate space for a phone charger so in order to charge my phone I have to take off the case every time which is very difficult. Because I have had to remove it every time the case is now cracked and broken. I emailed them letting them know that the case was not in fact for an iPhone 5s because it did not leave enough space for the charger and broke. And they said that the only thing I could do was to return the case in its original packaging, pay for return shipping, and also pay a 20% restocking fee after I already charged a high original shipping charge of over $10 for 5 very small items. I will never be ordering from them again. Their cheap prices are 100% not worth the poor quality of the products and the high shipping/restocking fees. I do not recommend this website to anyone.

    I ordered various cables and cases from this company and the ones that I have problems with are for the latest IPad or IPhone 5S. These cables do not work, nor do the cases hold the IPad. This was experienced over two recent orders. I emailed them the first time on two separate occasions, two weeks apart with no comment on receiving the email or response.

    On the second occasion, I again emailed twice to two different addresses. I finally received a comment asking for the order numbers, which I sent immediately. This was over a month ago now and no further communication despite again sending emails asking for a response. I am "writing off" the items as a loss, as I don't see anything else to do. I would suggest those considering purchasing from this company to be aware that if something goes wrong, they will find no recourse.

    I ordered a case for my iPhone 5 and I received a case for a Galaxy. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks later before they responded then they wanted me to pay for the shipping to return the item and it would be at their discretion if they held out a 20% restocking fee and if I would get a refund. The shipping was going to be more than what the item cost. How is it that I have to pay for their mistake. I have my receipt and tracking information that shows that I ordered the correct item but that HD Accessory sent the wrong item. I will never use this company again and I would advise that no one else use them either.

    I receive about 2 to 3 e-mail ads a day. I have unsubscribed from the e-mail list. I still receive them. I contacted them via their e-mail address, still received them. I put them on my block e-mail list...still receive them. I contacted TWC to make sure I added them to my block list correctly, they checked, yet I still receive them. Today, I contacted them by their phone number for customer service... No one picked up, not even an answering machine. Then I called it a little later and now it is busy. I think this is true harassment!!!! Somebody help!! I ordered from them for a mere $10.95 item. Now I read the bad reviews on them. How can people stay in business like this company?!!! Any suggestions on help or how to warn people off ordering from this company???

    I ordered accessories before Christmas and paid extra for fast delivery and until now I did not receive my orders yet. I called so many times and even email them to no avail. Left a voicemail twice but did not receive any call back from them. They keep sending promotional emails but never get back to my personal inquiry regarding my orders. Not even a tracking number to trace my package.

    I purchased a case plus accessories for my iPhone 5S. They sent the wrong case. They want me to send the product back, but wouldn't send a postage paid mailer. The shipping and handling was already outrageous and they also charge for returns. I submitted a claim to my credit card company to dispute the charge. These people do not know what they are doing. There is NO customer service. I would avoid all dealings with them. Their phone is constantly busy, and I only get nasty e-mail responses from them telling me what they sent was what I ordered. Even though they are in the wrong. The prices were too good to be true. BEWARE of this company.

    I placed an order for a polymer Hybrid Case and screen protector for the iPhone 5c in black smoke on 9/20/2013 and never received it. Fortunately I took a picture of the verification and used Amex. I am watching my bill so that Amex can remove the charge and call the company.

    I have ordered many products from this company and some have been defective or subpar, which I expected for the product being so cheap. I ordered $70.00 worth of product and they give me the wrong cases. I call and email and never get a response. The phone is always busy during business hours. All I wanted from the company was to send me a prepaid shipping label so I could return the incorrect products and have them send me the correct stuff. Their invoice in the package and my order confirmation shows what I really ordered and the products don't match. I gave them the chance to correct it because everyone makes mistakes, but when you don't return emails and have your phone on busy during business hours, that is unacceptable! I want to file a complaint. Do I do this with the Attorney General in CA since that's where their business is? Also I'm reporting them to the BBB.

    I ordered 4 items from HD Accessory online for my 2 iPhones on 9/19/2013. The first red flag was that normally when I have ordered anything online, a confirmation/invoice number is accompanied by my order---there was not one. I waited the next day to receive acknowledgement of my purchase and there wasn't one. I called my bank to stop payment on item but this couldn't be done because it had not been deducted from my account yet. So I checked my bank account every day and still no deduction.

    On 9/24/2013 I decided to write an email that was provided for customer support because every time I called the phone number provided I received a busy signal and I DID this process numerous times for at least 15 minutes each. Lo and behold, my email could not be delivered to the email address given so now I have to call my bank and have them issue me a new card. Further investigation of this company on my part showed that in 2009 allegedly this company was based out of a different address than the one that was supplied on my information when I placed the order.

    Please beware that if an online order does not supply you with a confirmation/invoice number, listen to your gut instincts and follow through with investigating the legitimacy of a company.

    I ordered a Smart Cover for my iPad that did not function properly. I called to initiate the return. I was told if it truly did not work, they would refund my shipping. I waited weeks and called. I was told they would get back to me. No reply for another 2 weeks. I called again. They said the owner was not in and that they would get back to me this week. I later received an email stating that there was no issue with the product so they could only refund the cost of the product. I wouldn't be so annoyed if the shipping costs weren't half the price of the actual case. Terrible customer service. I would not order from them again.

    I have purchased a few iPhone screen protectors from HDaccessory before - all worked well. I go through a lot of phones between my kids, family and I, so I purchased a couple more. I made sure to purchase the best they had. OMG, those were absolutely crap. They would not stick correctly no matter what I tried. I sent them an email to give them a chance and be fair about it. Their reply was nothing but an insult. They sent me a YouTube attachment pertaining to "How to install the product." I wrote back stating that they really cannot be serious! This was not my first phone purchase and I have applied tons of screen protectors in the past with no problems at all.

    I wrote them another email. In short, they will not stand behind their product at all - no refunds, no replies anymore, nothing. Take this as my personal recommendation. Don't buy from them, you might as well throw your money out the window. I am going to plaster this all over the internet, including the attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau. A scam.

    I ordered 3 items for my new Samsung Galaxy S3 on 9/28/2013 and received a USPS tracking number, which was total garbage. It quickly became obvious that no package was ever really taken to a US post office, as it never showed up at any sort facility. I tried emails at first and then phone calls to the company to verify that it had shipped, but never got a response from any email and never got past a busy signal during their working hours. This is not unlike many other customer complaints that I saw when I did a search online for reviews. Of course, HD Accessory charged my credit card immediately. On 10/9/2013, I went to my local bank which issued my VISA card and filed a dispute of the charges.

    While I was there, the bank officer did an online search of HD Accessory complaints and did verify that I was dealing with a company with questionable business practices. Apparently, VISA contacted them about the purchase because that night they sent me multiple emails, which continued beyond regular business hours using "flowery" language apologizing for any inconvenience that their miserable service has caused me. Plus, they have sent me a completely new tracking number - oh gosh, what a surprise! My advice to all is do not do business with this company. Oh, I forgot to mention that I have tried to track my order on their own website, it did and still does not have a record of any order from me

    Here is an update to my HD Accessory story. On 10/11/12, the latest USPS tracking number they gave me was not mine. I followed the tracking number ** and it was delivered to a customer in Chino Hills California. I live in Southern Missouri. On 10/12/12, yet another new tracking number sent to me from HD Accessory for my order, **. Looks like this one is headed for somewhere in Pennsylvania. I filed a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and will also be going to the California attorney general's office. I hope anyone else who has had problems with this online company will do the same. It is easy to do online and will help in getting the authorities to focus on the company. I'm not going to the BBB because I've never had any luck going through them.

    I ordered a few things from their website. I thought they had unbelievably good prices for iPod accessories. First, the order took about a month to get here. At first, I was pleased with the merchandise, until I tried to use the speakers that came with the 5 Item Multimedia Accessory Bundle for the iPod touch 4th generation. Following the directions, I put the batteries in the speakers, put the plug into my iPod, and turned it on, and nothing happened. I took my iPod out of the speakers, tried to turn it on, and now, it does not work anymore. I only had this iPod for a month, and it worked just fine before I tried to use these speakers.

    I ordered and received the AC Travel Wall Charger for the Apple iPhone/iPod in early May 2009. In early December 2009, it stopped working. I emailed customer service and got no response, so I called and spoke with a receptionist who said the company policy was not to refund or replace after three months. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was not available, but she said she would leave him my contact info and have him call me. I never heard from him. In early January, I emailed the company and never heard back. On Jan. 15, 2010, I spoke with the receptionist and asked for her supervisor, whose name she said was Louis but he was out sick.

    I again explained the situation to her and she again told me they can't do anything after 3 months. When I asked for the name of the head of the company, she said she couldn't give me that information and there was no way she could help me. I believe a product should last longer than 8 months and that a reputable company would replace it.

    I placed a substancial order with HD 3 out of 6 items were either the wrong item or defective or missing. I have about blown up my phone trying to get ahold of them by phone and their phone is always busy no matter what time I've called or what day of the week.

    I placed an order for IPOD accessories on January 7th, 2009 totaling $24.39. On January 15th, I received one item and it was incorrect. I emailed them, because they never answer the phone and do not have an answer machine. I wished I would have since the complaints before placing my order. They asked me to send a picture before sending out my new items. I demanded my items by Janaury 21st or else I am filing a complaint.

    I ordered two ipone cases two weeks ago and still have not received them. I sent an email 1 week after I had been charged and received no response. Four days later I received an email stating that the package was shipped on the 12th, today is the 19th and still no package. Two cell phone cases don't take 2+ weeks. I called 5 times in a row and let the phone ring 20+ time and finally someone answered. He told me my package should be here within 2 days.
    He could not explain to me why it takes two and a half weeks to get a package that probably weighs less than 2 pounds.

    On 12/17/2008 I ordered products from HDAccessory.com for a total of 25.35 including shipping and handling. The company shipped the items parcel post. They promised delivery before Christmas. I waited patiently. But received nothing. I called on the 26th of December 2008 and was told the items were delivered on the 23rd of December to Staten Island, New York 10312 and I was given a tracking number for USPS. This does me no good as it only says that a package was delivered to my zip code. No one signs for parcel post - it is just left outside or in a mailbox.

    I spoke to my mailman this morning, the 26th and he doesn't remember seeing any packages for me.. USPS told me to tell the vender to put in a claim with them and replace my order. The vender did not want to do that. The vender wouldn't replace the order or even call USPS on my behalf. The most he would say was here is the proof it was delivered? And USPS could care less. It just leaves packages at your doorstep and it's done its job.
