I do a lot of online and catalog shopping but do not remember the name Dream Products at all. I also always receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation from every company I deal with but not this one. I absolutely cannot reach a CSR during their business hours - only recordings. This item I received would not fit a ten-year-old and I do not want it but because I can't talk to anyone, I don't know what to do. I suppose I will return it at my expense and will be carefully watching my online banking account to ensure that I am reimbursed. This "company" has extremely bad business practices.

I purchased 3 bras from this company on 2/24/14; returned 3/8/14. I tried to call 3 times, their line for making purchases is open but their customer service line is always busy. Then this company cut you off with no recourse saying that if I leave my name they will call when their lines are not busy. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two of these pillows to save the shipping fee!! I WAS still charged the fee for shipping....... and am very disappointed in the pillow! It does absolutely NOTHING to reduce the pain of sciatica, in fact....... I have pain in the "crotch" area now, as well! I'm stuck now, with two bicycle type seats for nothing!! :(

I ordered three perfect posture bras from a mailing I received in the mail. I paid for expedited shipping in which I was to receive my order within 5 to 6 business days. It has been 8 days since I mailed my order. I called the dream Products customer service and only got a recording. When I put my zip code in I was told they couldn't find my order. How is this possible?? Maybe I haven't given the company enough time to process my order. IDK

I ordered a quantity of two of one product. Received NOTHING. I will establish a charge-back with my charge card. After reading the other complaints, I'll not even waste the time with (wet) Dream Products. Straight to the card issuer. SCAM #2: The much deservedly maligned 'Better Business Bureau' rates Dream Products at A+! Always keep in mind the BBB is a private, franchised entity with the sole purpose of selling memberships to businesses. Supported by the businesses, the BBB even practices extortion to the businesses to expand their membership.

If I Don't Cancel in 30 Days My Card will Get Charged Each Month. I Just Made Up My Mind, I'm Sending the Slippers Back. And Sending the Card Back if Received!!!?

I ordered 3 of same item on January 12, 2014. One month later, called and called. Got recording "all agents were busy." Yelled at the only person to respond who was only taking orders. On March 1, received a call from an agent saying my order had been shipped on January 18 and since I had not received it, he was sending me a new order. I finally received shipment on March 4. I have contacted the AARP newsletter in which I saw the advertisement and order information, to let them know that this company had many problems. Now, upon reading this website, I can see I am not alone.

I purchased a pair of "Adjustable Health Slippers" from DREAM PRODUCTS, Chatsworth, California. These shoes had a Velcro strip on the side, navy blue. The initial order had to be returned as they were nowhere near the correct size to match a man's Size 9.5. To return, cost me $$$$. I received the second order on or about the second week in September 2013. I liked the shoes, but after wearing them less than two (2) months, I noticed a tear in the sole of the right shoe, where the ridge meets the sole of the shoe. I continued to wear the shoes, placing a piece of duct tape over the tear.
In early December, the sole on the heel of the shoe started a 'rip' at the back of the shoe and moving about 5 inches along the outside edge of the shoe. At this juncture, there are more than a dozen 'cuts' and 'tears' in the bottom of these shoes. This is about the poorest excuse of a shoe that I have ever seen in my life. The cost of these shoes vs the longevity would mean that I would have to purchase a new pair every 2 months. The cost at this rate would be $150 a year! During this time, I called "DREAM PRODUCTS" continually to try and speak with someone. Good luck with that! If you press the order line, you will be answered in less than 2 minutes. Complain and you get, "We're busy, your call will be answered in the order in which it was received." They must have quite a few complaints, as I have waited up to 30 minutes to get answered, to no avail.
Today, 3/3/2014, I was able to speak with someone. As stated on the invoice, for refund or replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days. HOW CONVENIENT for "Dream Products". Sell a $1 pair of shoes that fall apart in 60 days and claim the warranty "30 Days". I have a challenge. Rename your company "MIRACLE PRODUCTS" and see if you can get your bedroom shoes (and apparently the rest of your products) to last longer than 60 days. "MIRACLE PRODUCTS" would be befitting, as in my experience, it would take a miracle to get me to purchase anything else from you..

I have ordered 4 items, one of them was totally different from what they published in their website. The photos were different and the item I have received was bad quality. The other two (moccasins) were so narrow and long (Unproportional), we could not use them. I called the company waiting 25 minutes on the phone to CSR to tell me that I need to return them on my expense. Never again !!!!!!!

Shoes fell apart first time worn. I was charged $200. Plus another $60 on my Visa. I did not authorize this at any time. They kept trying to sell me dozens of other items. I said no to each. I want my $260. Plus the $31 for the shoes.

Received Moccasins 1 men's and 1 women's. My husband's pair was not made correctly, the leather came apart at the toe and should have been seen before shipping, the leather is very thin and pulled apart by the twine lace. I tried to glue it together and my husband wore them, they came apart even more. I paid $12.97 for each pair and $2.95 for expedited shipping. I guess you get what you pay for. Expect mine to do the same thing. Leather too thin. Cheap, cheap !!! Will not return, but will not order anything from Dream Products again!!!

11/13/13 I ordered the Magnetic Windshield Cover set of 2. It arrived 11/26/13. It also arrived with the tiniest magnets you could imagine which will never hold up to strong winds especially because one of the magnets had already worn a small hole in the flimsy material. The ad stated there was a set of 2. Only one sheet arrived. Returning for a refund!!

I ordered 2 pairs of these compression gloves for men... They not only arrived very, very late, but worst of all, they were so tiny they couldn't even fit a tiny woman. So they are completely useless... I called the "customer service" and waited for over 1/2 hour... Line was busy... So I called the ordering line and they wouldn't help either... All they could do was to say, "Send them back"...of course, at my expense and inconvenience! And who knows if I ever see credit on my account... They were going to "call" me... No such thing happened. What is my recourse???

Product ordered by mail on August 07, 2013. It is now September 23 and no sign of my order. As it turned out, after about one month from the date of my order, I received notice that they were holding my order ($7.95) because I did not include shipping costs ($3.97). I was under the impression that the advertisement and order form stated that shipping was free. It sure took a long time to be notified otherwise. That's a long time for them to notify me by letter. I immediately called them and put the charges on credit card account. ($3.97). At that time, I was told that the order would be shipped immediately. That was September 11, 2013. Where in heck is my order????? Being Snow Birds, we will be at an address not known by the Dream Products Company so now where do we stand???? I guess that we are in Dreamland???????

We ordered the solar white owl......it was described as 18 inches high....but is only like 5 inches high. What a waste of money. We are returning it, and will expect a full refund. It is disgusting to think companies do such false advertising!!! If you'd put it in a garden, you wouldn't even see it! Sad!! Apparently, they were including the stake that comes with it as part of the measurement. They better change their advertising techniques or close shop!!!! We are NOT VERY HAPPY with this item.

Memory Cushioned Super Scuffs - I ordered these house shoes thinking they would cushion my sore feet and heels. When they arrived, boy, was I angry!!! They look nothing like the picture. Dream Products Inc. gave out information to Budgetsavers.com, which included what I had ordered, and the last four numbers of my credit card. I believed from that information, that they were connected with Dream Products. Although, I found out they are not. I bought into this scam, because they had gotten so much information from Dream Products. At this point, I am not sure what the consequences will be, unfortunately, I gave Budgetsavers what ever information they didn't have. I am afraid that they will take out what limited amount I have in my checking account, and I am not able to cancel anything until tomorrow from the bank, and was told from Budgetsavers, I am not in their system yet.

Based on an advertisement found in my newspaper's coupon packet, I ordered a pair of slippers from this company's website, on November 27, 2010. It was stated that delivery might take up to 4 weeks, but that most customers received their orders within 2-3 weeks. Given the low price of the item and that I had not found any others, where the soles were cushioned with memory foam, I was willing to be patient. After placing the order, I noticed that I was charged a $1.50 "processing fee" on top of the $2.00 "handling fee" (shipping was said to be free). This $1.50 fee was not shown or mentioned on the order form on the newspaper ad. I immediately wrote to their customer service department, requesting that this fee be refunded.
They complied, and explained that the $1.50 processing fee helps them to continue offering low prices, value premiums, and other promotions, and if I wish not to participate in this contribution, simply uncheck the box located at the bottom of the first page on future orders. This ridiculous explanation sounds like a recipe for ripping off unsuspecting customers. I then waited for my order to arrive, expecting to receive it by Christmas, at the latest. It did not. After Christmas, I wrote to their customer service, expressing my dissatisfaction, and insisting that they use whatever means necessary to ship my order to me within 3 business days.
I later received a response, informing me that the item was on back order, and that I could call them to cancel. I did call. I was told that the restock was expected mid-January, and therefore it would be February, before I could possibly receive it. This had not been mentioned in the email. I did cancel the order, due to the unreasonably long shipping time I was expected to wait, not to mention the unexpected fee they attempted to charge me, and the fact that I never received a notice that the item was on back order, and shipping would be delayed. I want to go on record to complain, in spite of the fact that I was able to receive a refund.
I am especially angry, because this is a seasonal item, which I needed badly, and now the time has arrived when the stores are sold out. Since I have pain issues with my feet, I must have a type of slipper, into which I can place my orthotics, without the material stretching out of shape, and keeping the orthotics in place. Had I at least been informed of the back order in a timely fashion, I could have made an alternative purchase for a comparable price. My choice now is order something from a company like L.L.Bean (for which I would have to spend at 3-4 times as much), or mend my current slippers with yet another round of duct tape. I could not imagine waiting for the back order, and letting this company have my business, after treating me as they did.

I ordered a weed grabber, which arrived yesterday 4/6/2010. I went out to try it and after pulling out two to three weeds it broke down. It gave instructions on how to return it for exchange or refund. I did exactly as instructed, attached their return label to the original box and sent it back on 4/7/2010. However, the post office charged me $8.09 for shipping it back. I then called the company and spoke to a fellow named Joe, although I did not think that was his real name as when I asked if it was Joe he hesitated somewhat and then said yes.
I told him that I expected to get reimbursed for the postage. He said that they would not do that, which means, that I would be out $5.00 handling fee and $8.09 postage. He told me that I would only get back the price of the weed grabber which is $14.97. I told him that is not acceptable and that I would file a complaint with consumer affairs. He than said to me, are you threatening me?
I said I am just telling my intentions and what options I will use to resolve this as I feel, as a consumer, I am being taken advantage of. He was rude and just kept repeating himself without even trying to see my point of view. I asked him to put me in touch with his supervisor, but he refused. At this time, I said that he was not of any help at all and I was not wasting any more time arguing. The guy was lacking customer service skills and orientation.
