    I ordered 2 face masks on 4/16/2020. They charged my card immediately & the order still has not shipped. I emailed them & I received a reply not to worry they will rush my order 2 weeks ago however, the item still shows "confirmed" which means it has not even been expedited. I then asked to please refund my card if the order has not yet shipped and to date nothing. I found that I am one of numerous people who never received their product or an answer as to when I should receive it.

    I sent Dream Products a check for $22.19 on March 2, 2020 for a tomato plant. When I didn't receive it, I wrote to them and told them they had cashed my check on March 9 and even sent a picture of the check that I wrote and a picture of the back where they deposited it. I wrote to them again, with pictures of the check, front and back, and also a copy of my bank statement showing they had deposited it. It is now 3 weeks later and I have yet to hear from them so I will write to the BBB and let them know what scammers they are. I am also going to take legal action to stop them from doing this to so many people.

    I placed an order March 30th. April 14th I received an email saying my items have shipped with the tracking number. As of today April 28th there is not any tracking information. I have emailed the company and sent a Facebook message, but they have not responded. I do not see a phone number to call them.

    I purchased their Clogs. They were too large because their size was different then what I always wear. They kept falling off. So I contacted them and they said to return them. I did just that, with a note saying I needed a size smaller. I even paid for the return postage of $5.00. Well after 3 emails asking where my return shoes are, I haven't heard a word from them. They're not a reputable business, most likely Chinese junk and I'm very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service. LESSON LEARNED. I won't be ordering from them again.

    I had items on back order and it was not on packing slip. I had called the company 4 times before I finally received them. The products are very poor quality. I also ordered memory foam slippers and within 2 weeks all the memory foam had depleted and they stretched out from the slippers. Very poor quality products. Would never use this company again.

    Called this company about an order discrepancy. No one could give any help. Kept saying that I needed to speak with customer service. When transferred had to wait for over an hour for a representative. Order was incorrect but I was told they were unable to correct it. Not a dream but a nightmare!

    Original Review: I sent to another address as a gift in California. My sister did not receive and she lives in a safe gated community. So disappointed. After I found out later I called Dream Products and they told me it was too long 1/2 Months and they could not look it up (my Order). Paid in full when purchased. Not a good experience. Especially when my payment went through.

    My son saw a poster he liked on a Facebook Ad from this company. The item description was 13x18. I ordered the poster and when it arrived a month later I realized I had been scammed. The poster was 13x18 centimeters....Contacted the company and they said I got what I ordered. Nowhere in the item description was it listed the dimensions were in cm.

    Ordered a tailgate rubber protector with eyes, as advertised on Facebook. Item never received. Want my refund of $17.89. Advertised many different styles. Tried contacting, cannot email them. Contacted PayPal who told me to contact the company. Yet, no way to contact them for refund. Be careful ordering from Facebook. I’ve heard since I ordered, they are scam conning companies.

    Ordered a wallet Dec.6. Still haven't received it. Phone call to automated numbers found were dead ends. Finally got thru to a pleasant person on 12-27 who said order is in fulfillment. Still not received. Called again 12-8, another pleasant person who said I needed to call back (no transferring) and choose option "3" - which was to order a catalog!! (Fat chance!) Called back again--same employee who said someone would call me in 24-48 hours to discuss my order. I am not holding my breath! I am a first time and last time customer. I don't expect to ever receive my order although it of course has already been charged to my card.

    No way will I ever order from here again. My last order was something I would of only possibly bought at the dollar store. I can’t even return them. They are the iPhone mobile cinema. I was too embarrassed to give them as Christmas presents. Now I’m stuck with them and out $60!! The quality was so poor and had scratches on the screens plus lint that could not be removed. Very disappointed! Took four weeks for delivery.

    I order my client these slippers for Christmas. I used PayPal. Dream Products got paid 12/12/19. I called them on 12/23/19 about my order. They said they mailed them on 12/13/19. They stated that it takes 2-3 weeks for shipping, That don’t make sense. I live in Ohio. Not in a different country. I won’t be ordering from them no more.

    All service was terrible. I had similar experiences as Marjorie from PA. Dead air, no one comes back to the telephone, no one can answer your question about order status, pending charge on my credit card yet can't get through or get an answer on order.

    I ordered finger and toenail clippers. The advertisement said satisfaction guaranteed or return for your money back. The clippers are not functional. The angle makes it difficult to use them. They don't cut. When I started to return them, I see that I must pay the return shipping and there may be a 20% restocking fee. With the return shipping cost and and restocking fee, it will cost me over 2/3 of the cost of them items to return them. I will not order from this company again.

    I ordered these slippers on 12/1/19. Fedex tracking first said they would be delivered on 12/10. Didn’t happen. Next it said “delivery status pending”. Next day it said delivery date was 12/12. Didn’t happen. Same “pending” status. I checked the status this morning, 12/14, and it said they were delivered last night at 8:03. Also, there was supposed to be a mystery gift sent, but guess what? Nothing! When I contacted them by email on 12/11, they told me to give it 2-3 weeks for delivery. That isn’t acceptable. So, don’t waste your time with this company unless you want some stress in your life.

    I placed a order and later I decided to return it. I never opened the order. I talked with them 3 times and I was told 3 different reasons I had not received my refund on my credit card. My bank told me they never declined the refund. Now the fourth calls they mail out a check only on the first week of the month. These people are the worst company I’ve had to deal with. I don’t believe that they are going to refund my money.

    I ordered the sleep bra. The picture on the ad showed a bra with white stitching. Mine however has stitching in neon pink thread..certainly NOT what I thought I had ordered.     I referred a patient to Dream Products, an elderly individual who needed compression stockings however found them difficult to put on. The idea of a compression stocking with zippers would have provided him an easier experience in wearing them. He came into my office today and stated he never received the product however his bank account was charged several times....needless to say, he had to get his bank involved with the incident. I will never refer patients to this company again.

    I purchased the Resurrection Plant from Dream Products for $12.99 in October 2018, I followed the included instructions to the letter but the plant failed to grow and never had the green color as shown in their catalog, I explained it had taken me all this time and effort, trying out all manner of different things to get the plant to grow, I emailed them a complaint with a request for a refund, but they declined to reimburse me because "IT HAD PASSED THEIR 30 DAY POLICY." You cannot possibly assess whether a plant will grow in their ridiculous 30 day time period. Needless to say I will never shop with DREAM-LESS PRODUCTS again. I also researched whether their products really are cheaper than other suppliers, and they are not, in fact, some of their products are more expensive than elsewhere. I regard DP to be a rogue company who are after your money and have no care towards their customers.

    I order the zippered front bras in the 3 pack & they are not near what the photo shows. The straps are too long even if I adjust it to the shortest length.& they're so uncomfortable & itchy even after a few washings. I was excited to get them just to be disappointed. Never again will I buy from this company.

    I have made numerous attempts to return defective bras I received. When you call customer service you are put on hold for long periods of time and then the phone disconnects; if you ask for a call back, you never get one. I will never order anything from this company again.

    Therapeutic Memory Scuffs are horribly made, like Kleenex on cardboard. Clogs allow you to remove the 'massage' insert but has a huge hole in each heel that is very uncomfortable. Wish I could return, and 6-8 emails a day from them!!!!

    The ad said that this bra gives full support and "defies gravity". Truth is this bra does nothing. There is no way to adjust the straps so how could it give support? Of course, I blame myself because I should have looked more closely at the picture to see that the straps can't be adjusted. I guess if you like to sleep in a bra, this bra might work.

    Placed an order 07/04/2019. Called customer service on 07/16/2019 to inquire on the status of my order. Was told that it wasn’t even processed yet and order was on backorder but they surely helped themselves to charge my account right away. Called customer service today (07/22/2019) and a recorded message gave me a 20 number tracking number. I went on live chat to find where my order is and to get the details they want to charge you $5 which will then be refundable. Then when you get your answer you will be charged $10 from your credit card! Please, please don’t order from this company! I will report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Their money-back guarantee is only “IF” they receive the product back. It is their word against yours. They make a lot of money with their misleading and false claims regarding their products.     I received my order after several weeks of waiting and was very disappointed with the quality and size of the mats. They were very thin, flimsy and cheap looking. And not only do they not absorb wetness from shoes, it states they are machine washable and upon the first wash the inside of the mat literally disintegrated in the washing machine and I washed them on a gentle cycle. They are now an unusable rag. I want my money back!

I got a tracking number and when I called customer service for the tracking number they were very nice and polite, no issues whatsoever..     I should have checked the reviews before ordering from them. On 5/16 I ordered a pair of "diabetic comfort slippers." The order confirmation stated delivery in 1-2 weeks and that tracking info would be sent when the item shipped. On 5/25 I sent a message asking if the item had been shipped yet, as I had heard nothing. On 5/29 (today), I sent the company an email requesting a refund as the item still has not shipped. I have also filed a report with PayPal and will escalate to a claim if I do not hear back from the company. At this point it is obvious to me that the company never had the item in stock and will, as per similar complaints here and at the BBB website, NEVER send them. The company is nothing more than a Virtual Retailer and most likely a scam - BEWARE!

    I ordered 4 bras because of a special. The bras provide absolutely no support for me, perhaps in smaller sizes they work. I returned the items in the original bag, paying for return shipping. Their form says to allow 2 to 3 weeks to process return. Since I had not received a credit, I called to find out why. I was told they do not show it was returned and They needed a tracking number. (Because I was disagreeing, she hung up on me). I got my receipt from the post office, showing their address on it and when I called back, they still insisted that I need a tracking number. Their return info does not say they need a tracking number (once again, she hung up on me... really good customer service). I think they received the return, and just get away with doing this. I do have the option of calling my credit card company to dispute the charge, however, I believe this company should step up and do the right thing. Be very cautious if ordering from them.

    I had ordered my mom Copper Support Zip Socks. I opted for the free shipping and they took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and re-ordered BUT I paid the $5.95 for expedited shipping. I ordered on 3/30/19, and called regarding the status of the shipment on 4/9/19. I spoke with a very rude CS man that told me they hadn't been shipped yet and to be patient. Finally they arrived on 4/11/19. So $5.95 for expedited gets them to you in 12 days where free shipping gets them to you in 14 days! Not happy with these folks and would never recommend them or order from them again. Thank you.

    The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. By calling the number on the site you get a recorded message saying you are their 29,000,000 + customer. Some cutesy trick and give you a mile long tracking number. I called customer service and they told me the product would be here on the 8th of April. Now when I finally got a person the rep told me it would be another three weeks. What gives? Too bad I had to give them one star!

    If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I would NEVER recommend buying ANYTHING from this company. On 2/28/19 I placed an order for 4 items on the Dream by Genie website. I purchased the Dream by Genie Bra and 3 other items that I only paid the processing fee for a grand total of $43.96. I waited over 2 weeks for the items to arrive. Once it arrived, I tried it on and felt it was not for me, so I returned them on 3/11/2019 at a cost of $8 USPS priority.

    I will admit I did forget about it until I was going through some paperwork and found the receipt. I checked on the website for my return status and noticed that 3 of the items were received on 3/20/2019. I checked the USPS tracking and noticed that they received the items on 3/13/2019. I tried to call but sat on hold for about 1 hr. I went back to the website and emailed them, in the email there was a way to chat with someone. I decided to chat with the first person on 4/1/2019 to see if I could get a clear answer why I have not been credited my refund. I was told that the refund would be given within 3-5 business days. I explained to them that they had the returned items since 3/20/19 and why it was not done then. I could not get an answer. I explained to her if I did not see a refund by 4/10/2019 I was going to open a dispute with PayPal. I finished up with the chat and documented it with screenshots of the conversation.

    I noticed on 4/2/2019 there was a credit to my PayPal account for 19.99, I started to investigate why only $19.99 not the entire total of $43.96. So, I got back on chat with someone to ask why I was only credited the $19.99 not the full $43.96, I was told they do not refund process and handling fee which totaled $23.96. I personally think that is wrong. Not only do they have the 4 items I returned but they also kept $23.96 which was half on my order plus the $8 I had to pay to return the items to them for a grand total of $31.96. I am completely out.

    I placed and paid for my 2 mats over 6 weeks ago. I started at week 2 sending emails. I received back a ticket # with a statement that it would take 2 days for a reply. After weeks of asking I received a tracking in CHINESE or something other than English. No one will tell me anything. They have no # to contact. I have sent emails asking for my product or my money.     Delivery of item started on March 18th and was sent to "SIX" different Federal Express Depots before finally delivering to the US Post office for final delivery! This package unnecessary traveled around final destination for one week! If they had sent it to US Post office to begin with it probably would be here by now.     My diabetic mother was in need of slippers. I ordered a pair which looked comfy but when we got them, she couldn't even start to get her foot into the slipper and I had ordered a size larger than she normally wears! I also purchased at the same time socks for plantar fasciitis. When I found out that we would have to incur the cost of returning them as well as the possibility of a restocking fee, I decided that never again would I order ANYTHING from this company. We paid $23.98 originally and just today, we received a refund of $9.99! Return postage was $8.95, so we were out $22.94 with NO slippers! On top of that, it took them a full two weeks to give this "hefty" refund after they received the slippers (YES, I tracked the package!). NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

    I ordered a product from this company in late December and paid the expedited shipping cost to assure it would arrive at my home by a certain date. Come to find out that the product didn’t even leave their facility until 1/5/2019 (days after I placed the order) and I was then told that it would take another 2-3 weeks for the delivery of the item. I requested that the cost of the expedited shipping be refunded to me, but the company stopped replying to my emails. I have sent two more emails but have not received any more responses. A poorly operated company operating on the fringes of fraud. One can only hope that one day enough evidence for the US District Attorney to get involved will be available. I wish I could warn potential customers more effectively.

    The sciatic pillow that I ordered and received (which was late to be delivered) was nothing like the picture that made me purchase it. The company shows a picture of a pizza shaped pillow on a wide chair. Thought this would be perfect at work for my sciatica since I have to sit long hours at my desk job. It was so small and I am not a big woman. It literally gave me a wedgie just sitting on it. My back hurts worse than ever now. I tried sitting on it for a couple of days, and the pillow was so flat - I'm embarrassed that I was totally scammed. Please do not purchase anything from this company - you won't get a quality product at all.

    I placed an order on Dec 19 and used a prepaid credit card, the transmission was processed, I received an receipt, the money was taken from the credit card and I never received the product! They ripped me off, and when I call they say there was issues with my credit card and there wasn't! The money was taken and I received a confirmation receipt in my email. They never notified me of ANY problems with ANYTHING until I sent an email 3 WEEKS later that they decide to tell me that there was an issue. They flat out ripped me off.

    I placed an order for a watch on 12/14. I paid extra for expedited shipping 5 to 7 days arrival. Did not ship until 12/18 and it was not shipped expedited. Then when I finally received on 12/29... it did not work. This product is so cheap looking I could have bought it at a Dollar Store. Whenever I call customer service a message says that they are closed. Do not order from this company as I never will.

    I placed an order on December 14 and paid for expedited shipping so that it would arrive before Christmas. The confirmation said I would receive an email when the product shipped with tracking information. I did not receive such an email. Upon call the "customer service" number I was told the product was shipped on December 19 with an estimated delivery date of January 2. When I mentioned that this was beyond the 5-7 days for expedited shipping, I was told that was from the shipping date I (which was delayed). I requested a refund for the expedited shipping and was told to call back after January 2 if it still has not arrived. Very poor customer service and shipping. I would NEVER order from this company again.

    Their site said they shipped in 24 hrs and guaranteed by Christmas delivery. I choose the expedited delivery of 5 days. They shipped it after 72 hours and did not put my shipment in expedited delivery. The shipment will come well after Christmas leaving me in a scramble for a new gift. At this point the quality of the product means nothing if they can't get it here on time.

    One slipper has a crooked sole. Foot walks sideways. Dangerous to wear. Sandals ordered show women's size 6, the size I ordered. They are at least 2 inches too long. More like a size 9. Called cust. serv. and was told they wouldn't provide return postage and also didn't seem to care. I will have to discard and will never order from them again.

    I ordered Health Shoes for $9.99 which stated I can return within 30 days. The shoes were uncomfortable so I wanted to return them. The mailing cost to return them for both Parcel Post and UPS was over $10.00 each. I ended up donating the shoes since I did not want to go in the hole by returning them.     412 Dream Lane, Van Nuys - Ordered stair climbing cart $39.99 in August 2018. It came but was missing all the wheels. I called and called them. Waited on hold many times for LONG periods...so Left messages. Nothing. A month later finally got thru to get wheels sent. Today, Oct 1st I received only HALF of the wheels needed!     I purchased a bra and a window projector. I received the bra but never the projector. I contacted the company and only received a response when I mentioned I would contact Paypal. They informed me that the package was sent and never heard from them again. I opened a dispute through Paypal and the seller asked me to close the dispute. That once I did that, my refund will be issued. I never got the refund! Never close a case until a seller makes good on a refund! Fortunately, Paypal has offered to refund the money to me. So grateful for Paypal.

    Ordered buy one get one free #610 zippered compression stockings. Ordered 1 black pair 1 nude pair. Both pair were nude. There were 2 order numbers, **, I was charged twice for the order. There was no zipper in either pair of stockings. I have sent a letter to the company advising them of my dissatisfaction and demanded a refund.     When my order page stayed on "please place order", I clicked on the tab again and got duplicate order. Calling customer service was useless. I also emailed with the given choice of subject line stating Cancel Order. I gave order number to cancel. I got a reply next day stating to call customer service which by the way has a minimum 20 minute hold time only to be told nothing can do. So emailing is also useless. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

    I ordered several products on 5/13/18 that I received 3 weeks later. Immediately, I returned item 86434 that costs $16.90; but, on June/28, Dreams Products refunded only $6.82. I called Customer Service, but they never answer. I entered their website where I had to fill a form to request a code so they would call me back, but they never returned my call. I believe they had the habit to keep the money of the refunds. I will never order anything from them because the quality of the products are very poor, customer service is non-existent, and the management is, frankly, very dishonest.

You could opt for either an interminable hold, or to have them call you back. I requested a callback, which never came. When I received my credit card statement, I had been charged for both items.     I ordered several items from this company. They promise "free gifts" if you order so much, which I did. The free gifts were an emery board! Lol a cheap plastic "wallet", and a light, which are available at the 99cents store! Lolol I also ordered a so-called "bracelet helper" that was $10.00. It was cheap plastic, and arrived broken! For $10.00? REALLY? What a rip off! And, they did refund my money for it, but for $10.00 you expect to receive a quality item. This would sell 2 for a dollar at the Dollar Tree!     I wanted to buy a pair of slippers for my wife which were advertised in their catalog. I decided to order this item by telephone. The price of the slippers was $16 and the front of the catalog stated very clearly all orders from this catalog are free shipping. When I placed the order I was informed that my credit card would be charged around $34 and something. When I challenged this I was told that the charge included sales tax plus a $7.00 handling fee. When I complained I was told that this charge is clearly shown in the catalog (but certainly not with the FREE shipping information). The information was correct in that the charge was shown
    on the main-in order phone, but since I placed the order by phone, why would I look at the mail order phone. If they were an honest company they should state

    I ordered some items from Dream Products back in 2016 and I never had a problem, but now that it nears Christmas, it's almost like they're giving me a huge middle finger. It was my biggest order yet, and now that I need the products ASAP, they are trying to gyp me. They tell me a very obviously made up story on why they can't ship it, stating that "my credit card doesn't have the same address as my Dream Products account." Same line of complete BS as any other time I have called.

    They claim they won't charge my CC until the problem is resolved, but I can't say as if I can trust them reading some of the reviews here on ConsumerAffairs. They even got stern with me on the phone and I told them maybe if they just shipped the item like they should have in the first place, we wouldn't have this problem. I don't know, maybe they are reputable when they want to be, but when they don't want to, you're out of luck. This is just my personal experience with the company. If they can actually send out my order, then cool, but if they don't and I see any charges on my bank account, they will have hell to pay.

    I ordered a handbag on 2/8/17 for $39.99. It was almost a month before I received it and almost immediately it started coming unsewn. I tried sewing the places back together because I really liked the style. About a month ago the zipper pull broke. I wrote the company on 4/17/17 requesting a refund and got no response. I then wrote again and this week received a reply that the purse had only a 30-day warranty. They told me that they would not refund my money after I called them because there was no response. This company is terrible and I plan to complain to the BBB since their website says they are members. They are a RIPOFF company.

    When you need two weeks to get a FedEx delivery for medical related products then you have a problem. Company offers free shipping from FedEx and takes two weeks to deliver? The products are not coming from outside the country. Don't get fooled, check all the options.

    We ordered a pair of Big Mouth Comfort Boots on November 29th 2016 and have still not received them. Whenever we call the automated line for order status, we are told there is no information on our order. When we call the customer service line, the phone plays hold music for about 5-10 seconds and then a voice recording comes on and says "All of our lines are busy at this time" and then the phone goes silent. When I call the order only line, I am told that they are still in the warehouse but that the company is unsure of how much longer it will be before they are shipped. We keep getting the "runaround" and will never order from them again.

    The only experience I have with this company is their failure to live up to the shipping policy on their website. It says they ship out orders one day after receipt. The only thing they do one day after receipt of an order is charge your credit card! My card was charged on January 8 and I am still waiting for them to ship my order, over 10 days later. Then they say it takes 2-4 weeks after shipping to receive the order. This is bogus. This means you have to pay the credit card bill before you even get the products.

    I plan on contesting the charge when it appears on my credit card bill. That is ridiculously poor customer service and processing in this day and age. I was assured my order would be shipped "manually", whatever that means, by end of day yesterday. But the order still says "processing" and I have yet to receive any shipment confirmation information. I will not do business with this company again. I don't have time to keep track of an order and constantly wait for replies to emails.

    Updated on 1/20/2017: This is a follow-up to my previous email about this company. After I expressed my displeasure at the slow turtle speed they were processing my order, they promised to ship it out by end of day. That was two days ago! I then told them to cancel my order. They replied that my order was in line to be canceled. I replied that is funny, considering it was supposed to be shipped out two days ago. They charged my credit card over two weeks ago. I will not be paying that bill and reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. I am thankful they only got me for $50. Some spend a lot more. Good riddance!

    I ordered on 12/12/16, with guaranteed delivery by Christmas if order was placed by 12/15. Card was billed on 12/13/16. Product was not received and no contact was made by the company, so I had to go out and buy a last minute gift. After contacting the company (5 times) with NO resolution. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. Called the company back again and let them know that I had filed complaints and received confirmation that my refund was issued. My card has not been credited yet, but I filed a chargeback so I will get my credit. I feel that the company is very dishonest in their customer service.

    Apparently the guarantee was bogus all along as the only resolution that they offered was expedited shipping after 1/13/17 at no additional cost or a 10% discount if I decided to wait on the order. The first order that I placed with this company was in September 2016. I received the order but never received the free gift that they advertised. (False advertising). In all fairness the products that I did receive from the September order were fine.

Called Dream Products Dec 1st to return products and was told I have to pay postage to return products and they will keep the $2.00 fee they charged, which I didn't know about the $2.00 fee.     I returned product for a refund and Dream Products received it on September 12, 2016 - a month ago. In spite of numerous e-mails promising an immediate refund, my refund still has not been forthcoming. Trying to contact them through their 800 number has been more than frustrating as I end up getting a dial tone when answering the prompts to "check on my refund" without being able to speak to anyone, and on the occasions when I am able to talk to someone my refund still has not been processed.

Always get someone willing to help and if an item is not what you think it should be they usually just send you a new one and don't ask for the other one back!     I placed an order in March in order to receive the item by the end of April, as the order contained a birthday present. The order confirmation said that I should allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Three weeks after placing the order, two of three items came. I kept waiting. When I called them in the middle of April to see where the birthday present was, they told me that I had received the package already. I had to point out that it was a partial shipment, and that one item was missing. They said that they would resend it in five weeks when the products comes in again. Which means that they sell merchandise they do not even have in stock. I cancelled and demanded my money back. I got a refund days later.

    To give them another chance, because the items in their catalog are really great, I placed another order on 08/23/2016. I received an email confirmation including the order number. I was told that I should allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Again, three weeks later I called them. The order number I had received by email was not in their system. They found my order by last name and address. They couldn't give me a reason why my order hadn't shipped yet, and why my order number had been changed. They gave me the new order number. They said that the order would leave their warehouse on 09/16/2016. I called today (09/22/2016) to get an order update, but neither the initial nor the new order number were known to the system. A search by last name and address revealed nothing either.

    This company is unbelievable! They do not care about their customers at all. The only thing they are really fast at is taking your money. After that it's downhill. They give out fake order numbers. Their shipping is unbelievably slow, if you're lucky enough to get your merchandise at all. Their customer service is completely unmotivated (probably minimum wage) and without accountability. I will never order from them again.

    I ordered slippers and would be very embarrassed if I were to give these gifts, which was my plan. They had "Made In China" in bold on the bottom of the slippers, which I didn't know. They looked cheap and yellowed. So I wanted to return them. I called and they said I had to pay for postage. I went to the post office and it would cost me $12 to return 3 pair!! I called again and Dream Products said, "Well you got a discount and you didn't pay for shipping them to you, so you have to pay for your own shipping to return them".     On 09/05/16 I placed an order that totaled $19.98 and paid via credit card. My confirmation email said that I would receive an email with order tracking number when my order shipped. On 09/14/16 I called and there was no record of my order by order number, address or phone number. Finally spoke to a human and was told that my order had shipped on 09/07/16 but they did not know why I did not receive an email with the tracking number. I was told that my order was shipped via FedEx SmartPost and given a tracking number. When I attempted to track my order via FedEx I was told that the tracking number was invalid.     This company 'Dream Products' is a joke when it comes to shipping and refunds. In addition, half of the products I ordered were on back-order but was never told even though they had my email address. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still took 20 days from California to Washington state. I returned the lousy product (bra) on 5/31/16 and am still waiting to see the refund on 6/21/16. They say it was posted 6/15 even though they received it 6/3. They say it would be 5-7 days before I see the refund (from 6/15). Isn't this 2016? I think they are so slow due to the huge amount of refunds and problems they have to tend to. I will never order from them again.

    On 4/26/2016 I ordered a pair of Memory Scuffs. I take size 7 1/2 so I ordered the s (7-7 1/2) but when I received them they were more like a 6-6 1/2 and not at all like what they were made out to be. I tried to contact customer service with no luck at all. I don't even think they have a customer service because I tried numerous extensions and got the same recording which makes you wonder if they hung up on you. I want to send these back for a refund but I wonder if I will ever get one and then I would be out on both the scuffs and the refund. I don't know what to do in order to get this resolved.     On April 29, 2016, I ordered two Doctor's Choice Comfort Bra in size 38 (no cup size was offered). I paid $5.95 to have them delivered faster. I received them on Friday, May 13, 2016. One is size XL (44-46) and the other is size 2XL (48-50). Obviously, these bras are of no value to me, however, I would have to pay to have them returned and probably would not receive my refund anyway or just a portion of it.     Without going into detail, about the products ordered, I will say because of delays and lies about products being in stock and then them saying they shipped them, which they didn't, we canceled the order. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't credited us back. I believe they are one of the online businesses that sell stuff from other companies, take your money and because they can't get the product in they lie so they can keep your money to buy other products. Sorta like out of their house. We finally filed a dispute with our credit co. Scam... Don't do business with this company, Dream Products because you will only dream of getting it!!!     I ordered 2 solar OWL lights and only 1 came in the mail, said the second would come 5-7 days later. No second owl. Contacted them via website, said they were sorry, second owl would come 5-7 days. It's been 2 weeks, no OWL. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY. Why isn't something done about them? Reading the reviews seems like their operative is to rip people off for the second item and then not deliver.

    I have purchased bras here for many years. I contacted them about returning 3 bras and was given instructions via e-mail. They had changed their policy and now only give you 30 days to return (didn't used to be that way, but it is now). I mailed the bras in their unopened original packages with a credit card # (AmEx - oops, they don't take AmEx). The Post Office confirmed that the package was received by Dream Products on Jan. 16, 2016, and you would think I would have received a call regarding my errors.

    I heard nothing from them and telephoned on Feb. 11. After speaking with a Customer Service Rep who knew nothing, I spoke with Jessica a supervisor there. She said she would look into it and call. She never called. On March 7th, I wrote to Jessica inquiring about these three bras now probably returned to their stock since they still sell this model. I received no reply. It is now March 24th and from now on, I will not do business with Dream Products under any circumstances. They're crooks.

Called again to speak to a HUMAN BEING but they DO NOT WORK on WEEKEND. This is LUDICROUS as you can order on weekend but cannot find out why something has not received by me.     When I placed an order with Dream Products online 01/07/2016, I received my order in several shipments with one item missing and another item on back order. I finally received the items and then on 01/23/16, I received a call from my bank saying some company from Kazakhstan, Russia was trying to withdraw funds from my debit card for purchases I never made. They immediately cancelled my card and asked me if I thought this was identity theft and I said absolutely, because I did not know anyone in Russia called BEELINE ECOMM ALMATY!

    My bank replaced the monies back into my account that they did manage to withdraw. I will never buy anything else from Dream Products again. They are not McAfee SECURE nor do they have an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your financial information. They tried again on 01/26/16 to try and use my card but their charge was refused because the card was cancelled.     Ordered: 11 December 2015 Order No: ** Around December 23, they sent me a "tracking" form to track the package. I went online and they commented: (1) Business closed, and (2) no one available to receive package. This is NOT a business but a home, with an old lady who stays at home, does not go out, does not drive. The tracking info said they delivered it to San Rafael Post Office, which is about 3 cities away from Greenbrae, California.

    DEC 23rd and the lady who answered said she could not do anything because she only "takes orders" not "complaints" and I should call on DEC 28th to track my order. And they apologized for wrong address and said they will re-deliver. Mind you, that date is already AFTER Christmas. DEC 28: I called and the lady apologized and said she would expedite a shipment to replace what was never delivered. It is now January 5th and nothing has shown up. They had the audacity to charge my visa account even BEFORE they shipped the item which never, ever arrived at my home. The delivery date was supposed to be 7-10 business days (way in time for Christmas). It is already January 5, 2016 and I still do not have ANYTHING from them!

    I purchased their Terry Health Slippers for my mom, who lives in an assisted living facility. The photo and description made them seem comfortable and easy to put on. I placed my order online, with no problems, and received them in less than 2 weeks, which was not fast, but I wasn't in a rush. Well, all I can say is that you get what you pay for. These slippers are garbage and that's where I put them. Firstly, they're at least a full size too small. Secondly, they feel and sound like they're made of cardboard. Yes, cardboard wrapped in fabric. Very cheap, uncomfortable and unattractive. I wouldn't recommend these awful slippers to my worst enemy. This company should be ashamed to sell such garbage. I didn't waste time/money returning these slippers. They went directly in the trash. Mom deserves better.

    Against all odds, and contrary to what their automated system told me yesterday (that it would be another 10 days before I get my product) the shipment actually arrived today. The item was pretty much exactly as advertised if perhaps a bit small. For some odd reason, they don't offer individual sizes, only "ranges" of sizes. i.e. I am a 10 1\2 so had no choice but to order the size "9 - 10 1/2" from their website. Like I said, they're a bit small, but they fit...tightly.

    So I didn't want to just leave my nasty review floating around out there when they did, in fact, ship my package and it arrived only 1 day late. Still not sure why I never received the confirmation email, or why they couldn't give me tracking number information.     When ordering a Christmas present on their website on 12/15/15, I was specifically told that the item would arrive on or before 12/21/15 (LIE #1). They also said I would be receiving a confirmation email with tracking information in it (LIE #2). Well, I never received a confirmation email. And then 12/21/15 came and went and no package. So I called them to find out what was going on. This was a Christmas present, after all, and I was specifically told that I would have it by now. Spoke to a rep who told me that the item had been shipped on 12/17/15 (LIE #3). How do I know that was a lie? Because he told me that there was no tracking information on the package. Carriers issue tracking numbers as soon as they pick up the package, or at the very latest when it arrives back at their handling center later that day. So I told him this, and he hung up on me. Terrific customer service, folks.

    So I called back again and this time, I was magically transferred to a robot who told me that my package had indeed shipped on 12/17/15, that there was no tracking information, and that the estimated delivery date was 12/31/15 (a full 10 days after they promised it). They are located in Van Nuys, CA. I am located in Sacramento, CA. Shipping times between these 2 cities average 2-3 days at the most. So the fact that they are telling me not to expect it for another 10 days is FURTHER PROOF that they have not yet shipped the package. Why would they say they've shipped it? Simple. SO YOU CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER.

    These people are scammers and shysters and liars of the highest order. They will do and say whatever they have to say to get your money, then lie through their teeth about the whereabouts of your order, and simply hang up on you if you question their methods. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE, CALL YOUR BANK AND TELL THEM WHAT THEY DID, and the bank will refund your money to your card.

    You talk to them on the phone and ask questions about products and they don't know the answers. They haven't actually seen them in person. Among other items, I ordered a $19.95 lumbar support cushion. My questions couldn't be answered with any experience or knowledge. This piece was totally misrepresented and did nothing for either one of us. It cost me $9.75 to return this item and they are refusing to reimburse me for shipping because of company policy. So a misrepresented, totally useless item will now be reimbursed to me at 50% because of the shipping charges I have to incur. I will not deal with them ever again.

    On November 13th I ordered slippers with expedited shipping for a 5-day delivery. They offered other products and clubs which I refused and the salesman was irritated. November 30th, 2015 - haven't received slippers. Called and salesperson was irritated and said I called the wrong number and gave me another number that I held on hold for 15 minutes. Customer service rep was nice enough but said my shipment should be there any day. She gave me an address which was totally off (I repeated several times in initial order) and said it must have been "lost" due to incorrect address.

    I said "OK, give me my $2.50 back for expedited shipping because I did not receive the product in the promised 5 days." She said the 5 days means that it is when the merchandise leaves their warehouse, NOT when I placed order. Huh? Also, she will reorder and I should receive in two weeks. I said "OK" for now, but thinking about it, I am asking for a full refund. There is something fishy here. They have all these excuses to extend their shipping time which makes me think they order abroad. I found out that their call center is in Philippines and their customer service was in California. I ordered a full refund and the woman was very nice about it. Let's see if I get my money back. I say buy anywhere else to save you the hassle.

    I placed an order for pain relief socks and a pair of 24 hr health shoes on Oct. 1st. They said 2 to 3 wks for delivery.     Dream Products is not an ethical company. Some months ago I placed 2 separate orders - 1 on August from them and charges appeared on my credit account on those order dates. Dream Products managed to lose and was unable to locate these two orders (placed at least a week apart) for a period of time, but after I made numerous calls and waited long times on the phone to talk with someone, eventually both were found and in a couple of months they arrived. Then on June 24th I made another order, unfortunately foolishly by phone, and I declined the offer to expedite the order for an additional fee.

    The order came with limited paperwork not telling me that, because the order was made by phone, I was charged an additional $9.99 for shipping and handling, though I had declined an offer to pay a fee for an expedited shipping service, to send the order about 60 miles which the company admits takes 3 to 4 weeks time, though they have consumer's money weeks in advance of shipping the item. I had seen the ads for Dream Products so many places, claiming no shipping or handling fees and phone #s given to order toll-free, so I never suspected such a charge to receive a small order and I feel this is most unethical!

I could not use the product because they were so small they wouldn't fit! I sent them back in the mailer they came in. I've never heard from the company.     I was shocked at the strong odor when I opened the plastic bag this bra was sealed in. At first I could not identify it, but then I realized it was moth ball odor. It was so very strong that no matter what I did the smell was never coming out. After 2 initial machine washes did nothing, I soaked and washed a 3rd time in vinegar and baking soda, to no avail! Then I soaked it overnight, completely immersed in vinegar, and washed it yet again. The smell is as strong as ever! This is completely unacceptable, and there is no way anyone could wear this. I was ripped off, and have heard nothing back from complaint sent to them. After all the hassle I've seen others write about their customer service experience, I refuse to subject myself to a phone call with them.     Here's a fair review: If there was a ZERO star option, that's what they get. We bought a pair of slippers for my 90-year old mother. They run incredibly small, but worse, right from the packaging, the sole and upper were separating badly. We sent them back at our expense and a new pair was shipped. The new ones came and the velcro strap was sewn closed on the right one. That went back at our expense. I asked for a full refund of their "handling charge" since it was obvious no one even looked at them. Free shipping means nothing if they stick you for a handling charge. We were just refunded the $12.99 item price. They kept the handling fee and we paid for 2 return shipping about $16 total, and got NOTHING in return.     On March 3, 2015 I ordered two pairs of zippered compression socks. The girl took my order and then started to sell me other items other than compression socks which I wanted. I told her that I was not interested so she gave me a order number. She said it would take 5 to 7 days. Ok fair enough. Boy was I wrong. The following week I called after the 7 days were up to find out where my order was and they had no order number by what I had given her. So once again I placed the order, again. So now I have to wait because the funny part of this is that they sent it out today March 24. They lied to me. Today I spoke to the so call manager and he told me that he could not do anything about it, it will get there March 30, 2015. OMG I told him to rush another order and he said he couldn't.     I bought one of your therapeutic sciatica pillows. I received it in like two days.. which is great. However.. I am very disappointed in the quality, and the lack of good design. It may work for a six or eight year old child, but not a full grown adult, as it's only about 10" across at its widest point. My fault for assuming that it was made of some kind of foam, when it is in fact made of some kind of pillow stuffing that is lumpy and provides no cushion for comfort. Very poor design. I couldn't in all good conscience, recommend it to my friends with sciatica problems. It's not even worth sending back for what it would cost in postage. Sorry... just being honest..

    I ordered a pair of their Neuropathy Therapy Socks thru an ad received in a mail ad. The ad said it was a buy 1 get 1 free plus a Free Surprise Gift (The Surprise was there was No Free Gift). There was No Choice of Size, the ad said one size fits most. When I received them they looked very small. I wear size 10 and when I tried to put them on they barely fit and the Gel Cushion didn't cover off the bottom of my foot (unlike the ad shown). Also the quality of the material was poor. The ad was totally misleading and wrong. I returned them the next day although they charged My account the same day I ordered them. A week later I called, they said they had received them back, but they didn't do refunds until the next Thursday, which was 7 days later. But it still took two weeks before it showed in my account.

    I placed an order by mail with personal check on 12/8/14. Check was cashed on 12/10/14. I called a couple of weeks later to get the status of my order. I had expected to receive it quickly as I am only 35 miles away from Van Nuys. The recording told me my order had shipped on the 18th and gave me a tracking number. I tried the tracking number on both UPS, USPS, and FedEx - all of which said it was not a good number. They said the estimated arrival date was Thursday, January 1. I tried to call customer service to talk to someone but it said they closed at 4 pm and were not available - mind you it was only 3 pm. So, I called on the 19th and Carlos told me it was shipped on the 18th via "LA Times." The only LA Times I know of is the newspaper, but he assured me that's how it was shipped and that I should receive the order in a few days, definitely before Christmas.

    On January 3rd I called again and got another person in customer service that told me it shipped on the 18th via FedEx.     I placed an order Nov. 20, 2014. It was shipped to wrong address. It was supposed to be shipped to PA. address and got shipped to FL address. (we spend 6 mo. in PA and 6 mo. in FL). I sent the package back. In turn it was supposed to be shipped to right address. It is now Dec. 26, 2014 and it was guaranteed to be there in time for Christmas. Needless to say, it didn't arrive. "Your Order # ** (placed on October 26, 2014 6:41:23 PM PDT) tracking number ** and shipped by "LA Times"... Have no idea what's that meant, I sent an email to verify "What is LA Times and the tracking number means"... They didn't reply.     October 18, 2014 I mailed an order to Dream Products for 98308 Ladies gloves. Seeing as how it was just going to Van Nuys, CA they should have received it the next day.     Approximately 10 days ago I used an order form from a local newspaper flyer in North Augusta SC 29841 to order 2 items. They have not yet been received. I received a call two days ago informing me the items were being shipped and should arise in a few days. The caller proceeded to offer membership in a program with purchasing discounts. Since I had received the call shortly after falling asleep, I was not fully awake. After continued talking and the assurance that I could cancel membership at any time, I agreed.

    I received an email from Trilegiant today. I immediately sent them a cancellation email and followed it up with a phone call to 1-877-488-9480 and talked to Kate asking her to cancel the membership immediately per the phone call. She did and gave me a cancellation membership. I hope this cancellation ends any attempt to avoid any charges to my credit card. The complaint is that Dream Products had a link to Trilegiant that was not solicited. This type of connection is what I, and I am sure many others, find fault. Fast-talking persons catching me at an inconvenient time to pressure me to buy or join some membership association.

    I ordered 3 Dream Bras on August 9, 2014. They were shipped out by the company via FedEx. We have a PO Box and the Street. They didn't know how it would be coming so I gave both, but specified the Post Office would only deliver to the PO Box. I called 2 weeks later and got a tracking number from the automated system. FedEx received shipment and dropped it off at the Post Office. It was returned to the shipper. After 2 weeks I got through to the Dream Products Company.

    When I found out what happened I was put through to Shipping Dept. They said they had received the product back and would reship it to the PO Box address, but they always ship FedEx 1st, who drops it off to the Post Office. I've never heard of this! Either FedEx it to street address or ship it to Post Office! (In contacting my Post Office, they told me FEDEX will never drop off to a particular Post Office and there are several in our city.) It is now September 9th and I just got off phone with customer service; Jody, which probably isn't her real name. They still have my street address in there and no record of it being re-shipped. Again I corrected it. I cannot get through to shipping so the customer service rep (in India by the way) told me she would put a note on my account in the computer and have Customer Service salesperson return my call, expediting it.

    Also, they called me within days of shipping to try to get me to join the discount club after I utilize my $100 worth of free gas vouchers, which was my "secret gift." I said not interested and they reluctantly hung up. I guess the "shtick" with this company is join the discount club and get fast service. Otherwise, you don't hear from them again. In all fairness I have to say it was shipped fast the first time; their methods are ridiculous and they sure do take the money out fast enough! I am now trying to get a total refund! Let's see how fast they call me back!

    I ordered two pair of slippers, one for me, one for my dad. For my size they claimed mediums would fit size 7-8.5. I wear size 8. The slippers were way too small. I could barely get them on my feet. But according to them, there should have been extra room. Checking my dad's slippers, which were large, I found that they were too small as well. And the heel area is so short my heel kept coming out of them with every step I took. Both pairs were sent back. Still waiting for the refund 3 weeks later. When called they just give me the "It is being processed" runaround.

    While waiting for the package to get here they spammed my email with 25 ads for the other junk they sell. Now I'm getting spammed in my land mail with catalogs from the other companies they own & run. But at least the emails stopped. They will sell or give your information to third parties and spam your email and land mail. And the free gift? It was a 50 cent, dried out ball point pen with the company's name on it. At least I didn't have to pay shipping for the trash they sent me. I wouldn't doubt the company is owned by one of those rip-off artists we see on the TV show Shark Tank.

I called on the 12th and was told that it is 7 days from shipping date for your order. Read the fine print before you order. My order was over $25.00 and regular shipping was free. The items were in stock because I asked. I needed the items for a medical problem. Well today is 06-19-2014 and still no order. I called again today and the wait was 22 minutes and was told that the order would be here on Sat. That is 23 days from when I ordered the items. They act like they could care less.     About 5 weeks ago, I ordered two magnetic bracelets. One for my husband and the other for myself. He wears his and likes it. I also liked mine and it did appear to be working. However, the clasp on mine would not stay closed and several times it just slipped off my wrist to the floor. My husband tried to tighten the clasp but the end of it broke off in his hand.     On the 17th of April 2014, I sent an order in express mail, because I wanted these items ASAP. I sent a personal check for $119.87 and it was on the 1st of May 2014 that the check cleared the back. I have called several times and am always put on hold for anywhere between 15-30 minutes. I have e-mailed several times and after several time "with NO reply" they sent me one with the request for me to sent a copy of all my e-mails to them; because they never save any of the ones they get??! !     I ordered slippers for my husband. He is a size large. Dream Products sent a size "X Large" with a note saying that they had run out of the size I had ordered, but "we think you will like this replacement"!!!??? I can see sending a different color, hoping we would like it, but a different SIZE? Of course it was too big, so we had to return it. SO now it cost me $4 to ship it back (they don't pay for shipping for returns, like most companies do), and these slippers that I THOUGHT were a bargain, are costing me more, and also the hassle of having to return them. They say they will give me a refund. No refund for the shipping costs though, both ways... So it's costing me money, and I have NO slippers to show for it. I will NEVER order from this company again. I would advise against it for anyone. If you need something, you can find it (and better prices and quality) on Amazon.

    I am VERY frustrated with you. I tried to call your customer service number and they don’t ever answer. There is no consistency or quality control at your company. I’m just trying to buy more of the same bras I got before. They are now many inches smaller. The cups are smaller. And worst of all, the straps are at least 4 shorter. Nobody wants a leisure bra with straps so short their ** are transformed into earmuffs. And then there’s your free delivery, which is a scam since I paid a handling fee. And now I’m paying 6 bucks once AGAIN to return these bras in an attempt to exchange them for some that are properly-sized. That adds up to $16 in fees and NO bras.

    This is the last time Im going to attempt to exchange these bras. If they don’t fit, I’ll request a credit and report you to the Better Business Bureau for selling shoddy goods and treating people like crap. It takes two weeks for you just to answer an email. I think you should send me an extra bra to compensate for all the extra expense I’ve incurred simply because your sizes are completely out of whack. Please exchange the bras for the ones in order number ** for: Item# 96882. You should be ashamed of the way you treat customers.

    I placed an order March 18, 2014, and as of today, April 1st, I haven't received my order. I've been trying to reach customer service since yesterday and cannot get anyone who can help - I either get a recording or a call taker who only knows how to say "I don't know" when asked a question.
