I placed an order in December and was VERY SPECIFIC when checking out not to subscribe to some monthly subscription, yet shortly after I placed my order my credit card was charged $14.95. Upon learning of this charge, I IMMEDIATELY called them to explain that I was VERY SPECIFIC not to check any such box at checkout and was told my subscription would be canceled and my $14.95 refunded. I logged into my credit card account today and not only did they NOT refund my original $14.95, but charge me an additional $14.95. Let me inform you that I worked in the IT Department for a NY Bank for 19 years, and when I say was VERY CAUTIOUS when checking out NOT to check any such box, so apparently, it doesn't matter whether you check the box or not, they will start charging the monthly subscription...SCAM!!!
Buyer Beware! I had a split order from Dream Products in October 2020 and some items were on backorder so I did not notice that I was also being charged for a VIP reward service which I did not join. My products did arrive, but I have been charged $14.95 every month since October. I called and canceled and was told that because I got free shipping I was enrolled in this bogus rewards program. I am going to report them.
This company Dreamlooking or Dream whatever they call themselves does not ship out of China, my package came with a East coast shipping address in a grey plastic envelope. In fact I had to check it a few times because I did not understand why it took 30 days for something coming from just the East coast. I hope they get investigated and locked up for fraud. People please we need to stop shopping like this!
I placed my online order for three Freedom Bras with Lit. Dreams in January 2020. I received an email on 15 January 2020 confirming my order and my account was debited $58.29 but I have STILL not received the products almost a year later! I understood that the global pandemic had a detrimental effect on overseas deliveries so I was very patient. However, when I still hadn't received the goods by November, I emailed Lit. Dreams and cancelled my order and requested a full refund.
On 3 November, I received a reply saying that my order had been, "escalated to our Order Fulfillment Department." I have still not received the products or a refund, despite numerous emails in which I am told that they, "will get back to [me] soon as a response is available from our back support team." Having read other reviews, it is clear that their products are of a very poor quality, if you ever actually receive them! This company are unscrupulous 'rip off merchants' and I will never order anything from them again and suggest you also look elsewhere.
I purchase 2 pairs of compression hose which were thigh high. When I put each pair on, my finger created a hole near the thigh band in one of each of the pairs due to poor product construction. I discussed via email the inferiority of the product and was told to return them for a refund; however I had to pay for the return shipping. I am rather outraged over having to pay shipping on a product that never should have been offered to the public in the first place. Of course, the product came from "you know where" and I vowed to never order anything from Dream Products again and to discourage everyone I know from ordering from them.
I ordered a heating pad and had no problem. It came in within two weeks but when I was looking at my bank statement I saw that (Dream Products) had taken out $14.95 and did this for the next three months. I called them. They say it was for services. I asked what services and no one could tell me. I had to have my bank help put a stop to them. I never signed up for any kind of services. I am now in the process to get a refund for the money that dream products stole from me.
I ordered one bra on 11/18/2020. It took over 2 weeks to arrive. The advertised "free gift" was not included. I called them and was told they forgot to add the "free gift" to the shipment and would sent it. I liked the bra so I ordered 2 more on 12/04/2020. It is now 12/18/2020 and they still have not arrived, nor has the "free gift" from the original order that they said shipped on 12/03/2020. I called again today about this and my second order of 2 bras. I was told the "free gift" was lost this time and they would send out another one but as far as my 2 bras, they are blaming the USPS for the long delay. I contacted USPS and they have no record of the shipment. I will NEVER buy from this company again! BEWARE!!!
I ordered 3 Dream bras by mail on 10/31/20. I filled out the order form, neatly and correctly. On 11/18/20 they cashed my near $40 check. By 12/11/20....still nothing in the mail, so I found a phone # to call. If I could have reached through the phone to choke this idiot, I would have. He tells me, my order was CANCELLED! He claims, due to no info on what I wanted! hahaha, SURE !! I am very anal, I filled out the form very clear, and very correct!
He then said after I got mad, that they sent me a letter. I got NO letter. They have my email address, and I got NO email. They also have my phone #. No phone call either! Then he says, they'll mail a check back to me.. Hahaha, and it will take 6 weeks, HAHAHA, EVEN FUNNIER! I asked to speak to a manager, or someone of authority. He said there was nobody...I informed him, I was reporting them to the BBB, called him some names he deserved, and hung up !!! IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, GO HERE!! IF YOU DON'T... STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!!
I ordered shoes and sandals. After 2 months I tried to cancel the order and was told it had already shipped. I had planned to decline the delivery but my husband happened to be home the day it was delivered, brought it in and opened it. First, it reeked of a chemical plastic smell. The shoes were not at all how they were in the pictures. The look and feel like plastic. I contacted PayPal to dispute the purchase. It did no good. I am disgusted. This stuff is so bad I would not donate it to Goodwill. I am serious. So the shoes along with the almost $200 will go in the garbage. See photos. It is laughable how bad they are!!!! Do not buy from this site.
Updated on 10/13/2020: This is a follow up to my earlier post. I had taken my issue to my bank and they took my claim through the process. The result was a reversal of the two duplicate debits by Dream Products. When you order a product from them you have to fill out an email form (to get online receipt and shipping tracking) and an address form (for package delivery). What Dream Products does not tell is that these forms enroll you in a plan that has a monthly fee.
Original Review: A part of my online purchase experience was providing an email address (that I though was for getting a receipt and shipping tracking) and filling out an name & address info (that I thought was for product delivery). What was not told was that these two items were registration into a VIP Rewards plan that has a monthly membership fee. What I bought was compression stockings at $14.95 and this has been the membership fee. My bank has placed a block on them and have instituted a recovery process. Do not buy anything from them.
I could not get the bras on as they are clearly mis-sized. They are marked XL but are closer to XS. When I used the "return label" the package came back. When I tried to get help over the phone, there was no help and the call center is in the Philippines! I asked to speak to a supervisor but that was not possible. It seems I used the wrong label and must pay full price to return them. I will NEVER buy from Dream Products ever again as I have learned my lesson. I wish there was a reliable way to check out these online companies. They should not be allowed to operate in the United States and should be shut down or banned.
I received an e-mail from Walgreens (my pharmacy) that they were offering if I took a survey then I could pick from a gift and only pay shipping & Handling. Received product and shipping and handling were taken out of my account. 5 days later a charge for $79.99 was deducted from my account.
I had to pay shipping to return miss sized bras. Was not my mistake but their quality control. The company promised a refund of shipping but I only received refund for the bras. I will not shop with them again and I advise others to do the same.
I wrote a bad one star review a few weeks ago as I hadn't received my shoes in over two months... BUT, I finally got them and really like them. I promised to revise my remarks if I got the shoes... So here it is. It took forever, but they finally came.
Ordered Merrell Moab hiking shoe. Arrived M on it Logo on shoe. Shoes are not Merrell's. Save your money. Quality more like slippers. Soles very spongy. Worth about $12 at the Dollar Store. Design different. Save your money.
Purchased a floating mat for $120.99 back on July 23, 2020. They have taken my money but I have not received my merchandise, nor do they respond to emails or answer available phone numbers that are listed. Not happy. Kids were looking forward to having this product for the lake.
I bought 2 of the new bras, one for me and one for my neighbor. The bras were advertised as the most comfortable and supportive bras around. They were supposed to have extra support because of the front closure. After I gave her one, she called and told me that it was the worse bra she has ever had. Absolutely no support. I thought I would then try on mine, and I had to agree. It had absolutely no support and the straps were extra long and there was no way to adjust them. I tried sewing the straps to make them shorter so I would have support, it does not help. We both began singing the parody of a child's nursery rhyme "Do your ** hang low, do they frolick to and fro, can you tie them in a knot, can you tie them in a bow, can you throw them over your shoulder like a continental soldier..." We couldn't stop laughing.
I ordered two bras at the end of April 2020. The package was delivered at the end of July. When I opened the package the two bras were labeled XL. However, this had to be a mistake based upon what I was observing. They were more likely XS. There was no invoice included in the package. I did not have an order number. I did purchase them through Paypal so I had all the information I needed. When I phoned their customer service line I was told they had no record of the sale and couldn't help me. After that, I sent a copy of the paypal purchase information and explanation via email. I have not heard back after about a week. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I'm out 34 bucks.
Ordered 2 bras advertised. Arrived after waiting way over a month. Quality was very poor & was not acceptable. Tried to return it for refund. Had to return to China for over a cost of $17. Company offered a 20% refund & I got to keep the product, It went into the garbage! What a scam.
I order my first order the middle of May. I checked online on the webpage they gave me and it was in US customs and now it saying failed quarantine. It was returned to Vietnam. Not received. Any word from this company terrible.
I have not received a call or email regarding my product so very disappointed with this company. I hope you can look into this company and help us out. It’s bad enough we are under Covid restrictions and then a company with no follow through.
Absolute worst. Takes forever to process and even longer to receive my order. Haven't received order yet as of today 6/16/2020 even tho tracking says delivery date 6/16/2020. I live in Delaware and as of today tracking says shipment is in New Jersey somewhere. Also I can get a better answer out of my deceased parent than their customer service. This is my first time ordering from Dream Products... It will also be my last.
Purchased the Silicone Egg Poachers on 4/29. Keep giving me the run around. Never ever intended to send these out. Apparently my shipment is in California. But never shipped yet. That was May 5. I WANT MY ORDER!!!!
I tried calling to discuss shipping error and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called back they hung up on my call. I sent them a letter and a text advising them of the error and to please refund my money. They would not reply so I could get either the right product or a refund. This is a company designed on making you frustrated by sending a terrible item that is some thing they cannot sell and forcing you to give up and not receive a refund. This company is not honorable or caring about any customer service. Avoid them unless you are willing to get mistreated and have a good chance of losing your money.
I am looking for my order 5/23/2020. I have not gotten them yet and no word on when I will. I did e-mail and never heard back. Try to call and got hung up on. So could you please let me know about my bras or cancel this order. Thank you. Mrs. Florence **
To Consumer Affairs: I ordered 2 billfolds on 5/13/2020 from Dream Products. The costs of both was $19.98 with "free shipping." My check cleared my bank immediately. The check # is ** dated 5/13/2020. It is now 6/10/2020 and I haven't received them. I can't get thru to them on the phone. This is a sham company that scams people. You requested me to rate this fake company with "Stars." I flagged it as a 1 star company, but I'd like to flag it as 10 star company raised to the 10th power. Consumer affairs, this fake company should be shut down immediately and the perpetrators of these scams arrested immediately. I am a retired South Carolina State Senator. I fully intend to file a grievance with the South Carolina Secretary of State and the Federal Trade Union. Stop these frauds or they will keep defrauding people as long as consumer affairs only logs complaints against them, but does nothing to stop them. Lewis **, SC State Senator, ret. **
Awful. I ordered March 12th and June 9th still no bras. I emailed them twice and they said both times, "they are on the way." 3 months really. Are they coming from another planet? They got money same day. Where are my bras?
The pads are too small for the cups, the medium size bra has your boobs popping out of the sides. They want you to pay return postage to China instead of the distribution center in CA where it came from, so I threw it in the garbage because for a 19.00 bra it isn't worth the postage to return it. It's not wearable.
I was concerned about what I ordered after reading the reviews. However, I received my order. It took about 3 weeks, but considering COVID-19 effects on everything, it was within reason. I'm very happy with the service and the product.
Ordered a kitchen rolling rack on April 3rd. Today is May 8th and nothing. Every time I email them I get what I thought was a legit reply until every email I sent I got the same exact reply from "Sam".
