I haven't even engaged services yet. I have always hated the amount of spam I get after dealing with Angi, so I specifically avoid the site. I searched for electrician services on Google and was sent to a separate site that did not reference Angi and promised "immediate quotes". Obviously, I did not expect to receive an exact quote so much as a range so I could start to budget and not waste my time contacting services until I knew I had the funds available. After putting in my information, I received no quotes and was instead directed to Angi and told I would receive an email with the pros I had been matched with.

They recommended a total crook! Came to my new home to clean my vents (Air Duct King) and the price went from $359 to $1800 to $2800 (it would have been $3000 if I didn’t pay cash.) I was in the middle of a move and the guy knew it! Reached out to Angi and let them know how I was ripped off and they did NOTHING!!! Never use their contractors!!! I’ve had friends say the same thing! They are horrible, don’t care about who they recommend!

Can't say enough bad things. Not enough time or words. It’s infinite & unrelenting torment as a professional on the site. I’ve fought tooth & nail to get the payments they owed me …run. ANGI is so bad it tops everything for unfair business practices & illegal abusive behaviors.

This is a very unreliable company. I have been waiting for almost a month for someone to come out and install my ceiling fan. Seems to me they cannot find no one. They have been booking me over and over again. I went to Lowe's to have it install and this is who they put me with! Very unacceptable! Do not use these people!

I went on Angi about 8 months ago to see contractors for a particular job I need done. The job was left and finished a couple of weeks after contacting Angi. Now, 8 months later, I am receiving telephone calls from contractors for the same job I had completed 8 months ago. I will never use Angi again. Oh and by the way, I contracted with someone I found from a different site.

I was surprised to learn that they don't stand behind their customers and only give lip service when you have an issue with one of the vendors they list. I will never use them again, nor will I use the vendor they sent to my home for services.

My first experience was good. This last experience was the awful. I needed a TV tech person to fix my TV, as I am 86 and not super technical. At the same time I needed them to look at a couple of printers. I pre-paid $163.08. There was no specific category for this, but they booked a "pro." The man who showed up with his wife had no idea what he was doing, was rude and left after 20 minutes. I had paid their 2-hour minimum. I called customer service who rebooked another pro. At the time they were to show up, I got an email that they had failed to book a pro, and I was automatically rebooked for a future date. I called Customer Service and was told I would get a full refund. They are almost totally AI and it just does not work. The whole process took hours of my time. I will be refunded my $163.08 in 3-5 days.

Are these pros. To start, our order was messed up by Angi, so we rescheduled. The second time, the angi guy demanded 2 hours more, after we had a set price because he brought a helper. Then complained the whole time about the job, I had to go buy tools so he can work, and I have to fix their sloppy work. These photos are expanding foam they left and a upside down dead bolt, pure sloppy. Do I recommend angi? No. Aug 3 2024.

I recommend "Woodboys" flooring in Ladson, SC as top notch and knowledgable in their field. I had a wood floor tore up and reinstalled for my wife. She's very happy and I cannot express the detail to professionalism that they all had for us. They deserve a chance above the big box stores or anybody else. First rate in my opinion.

First contractor never showed up. Second contractor advised me that he only receives 20% of the amount paid. I paid over $600 for a yard mow and cleanup on about 3/4 of an acre of land. Nowhere on the site does it say that the contractor gets such a tiny portion of the money.

Somehow Angi got my home phone number and my life is a nightmare. Contractors calling all hours of the day non-stop, Angi calling also. I cannot get Angi to stop or delete my number. I am on the do not call registry and never went on to Angi's site. I am no interest in home improvements, they scammed my number from somewhere and will not delete it from their system. What a nightmare. Beware.

This is how it started, Your Angi booking is confirmed for 10:00 AM on July 10! Download the Angi app to manage your booking, add photos, and connect with your pro at Jacqueline, your pro, Franco P., is running 30 minutes late for your cleaning. Person never showed and No work is Done yet. Then they said. He will be here tomorrow morning 7am.

I used this service to mount a tv. The tv was mounted slightly crooked, about 20” higher than requested, and the mount is not screwed all the way into the wall on one side causing a gap between the wall and the mount (see photo). They scheduled a 2nd tech to come out and adjust the mount but have canceled twice, 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I had to take off work on both occasions which at this point has cost me more than the service charge itself. No resolution except to schedule a fourth appointment. I asked for a refund, but they refused to refund the service charge for a service they have not completed. This service is extremely frustrating and wish I had not used them. Total waste of time and money.

This Electrician was paid to put in 5 new electrical lines and connect them to circuit breakers. But instead, he connected the new lines into existing lines. This caused an overload on one of the lines, burning it out.

On June 18th my water heater messed up. Didn't have water so I contacted Angi. One couldn't come out and John from A clean water company called me and said he could put a water heater in that day. I said ok. I had to pay 925.00 upfront so I did and he never showed up. I kept contacting him and he kept telling me he was getting the water heater. By 6:30 he still wasn't at my house. I told him to forget it and give me my money back. I called Angi and they won't do anything about it. I begged John to give me my money back. My husband was dying from mrsa. He didn't care. My husband died on July 11th and I really needed my money. All he has done was lie to me all along. This guy John and his company are thieves and Angi isn't any better.

I went to Angie's List thinking that they at least do due diligence to weed out the predators out there--boy was I wrong! Hired a cleaning company thru Angie's to do a deep clean before guests arrived and not only did nothing get done, my $200 deposit is now gone. Turns out the cleaning company changes their name and platform they operate out of frequently which I found myself with a tiny bit of digging. Shame on Angie's for not doing the same to protect their clients!

The roofing or general contractors Angi sent us were either not interested in the small jobs we advertised, or wanted a ton of money for them to make it worth their while, or they were unlicensed, although its site promises all have the necessary licenses. California doesn't license handymen, which is what they sent. To get a "better price" we signed up for $29.99 per year, which is another waste of money. And I didn't get a copy of what I signed. Then, because we cancelled on Friday, the day we agreed to him and then found out he wasn't licensed, and he was coming the following Monday - Angi is closed on the weekend - they want to charge us anyway because we "didn't cancel in time," although he let them know, and we aren't getting any services for our money. Like the other companies, they basically refer anyone who pays them, not just the qualified. I wouldn't use their referrals anymore.

This was a waste of time and results in robo-calls. I listed what I wanted for a bathroom remodel, I got calls from places like Rebath that were wanting to do little parts and don't deal with permits.

I complained to Angi about Mr Handyman scamming my credit card and not finishing the job. They took an additional 1500.00 from my credit card above the written contract price and would not return the money. They also use inferior materials and never finish the work. They also left a mess. Angi representatives would not even take my complaint and disconnected the call. They are just as bad as Mr. Handyman.

I needed to expand my driveway (6.5 x 31). I had a few contractors to choose from. We decided to go with Faith Construction Group (FCG). They were great! They got all the necessary permits and inspections. The project came out perfect! I would call them again should I require more concrete work.

Very, Very disappointed with this online service... They developed an inlet to my device (phone) to enable advertisers (Spam) to flow in. Now I am fighting that problem!! I was looking to be helped with a list of providers in my area for ME to CONTACT. After they get your contact info, you will be sent much of what you really do not want. My Experience Lousy

This company is selling your information to 15 different companies that don't even have the needed lic to do the job. Stay away. I have used them one time. After all 22 companies called and some said they paid for my info. More than half didn't even have the correct lic to do my job They're in it for themselves.

I had looked up a few possible contractors to do work at my house a few years ago. I was just looking around & was hassled by so many vendors I was horrified. It was awful. I vowed never to use Angie's List again. Wow.

Had to pay full price for a no show. So called "pro" falsely said he was there at my home, I was home and even went outside to find him. He texted me that he was there, but he never knocked or rang the doorbell. I even went outside to look for him. Not a soul around. He cancelled 8 minutes later falsely saying I wasn't there. Angi make you pay full price for this. I got Scammed. I think people use Angi to scam people, and Angi is OK with this. Book your own local Pro!

Angi is a scam. They allow reviews from people that have never done business with your company and then contact you to get them removed by becoming a paying member. Then they charge you an outrageous cost for leads that they also give to several (5 or more) similar type businesses. So for example if your service business charges an average of $150 to a customer for a job, and you get one out of the 5 leads you paid for to go with your firm at a cost of $40+ per lead YOU ACTUALLY LOSE MONEY and they made $200 for handing out the leads. They make more than the service business that is actually doing the work just for distributing the leads.

Angi set me up with the worst moving company ever! Advanced garbage out of Bensenville Il. Angi said they were good! They were not and what they didn't break they stole! Angi says it's not their fault even though they recommended them. Do your homework and most certainly do not trust Angi!!!!

I had a credit and decided to get my dad a ceiling fan for Father's Day and have it installed. It is managed by Angie's list. I would give them negative stars. Not exaggerating. It was rescheduled at least 12 times. Sometimes twice in a day. Called service, talked with managers. NOTHING. One offered a refund of the install. Then said, "they can't refund because it was a gift card purchase." What does that have to do with anything?

We have never used this service personally but we were doxed. We received hundreds of calls from various contractors and vendors. 18 actually showed up with work orders despite never speaking to us directly. Angi’s would not take down the listings or tell us who targeted us despite law enforcement and our lawyers getting involved. We will never use this service and will take every legal action necessary if this pattern continues.

If I could, I'd give them zero stars! First, you don't get to know the pro's real name, company name or phone number. Second, I don't believe every single pro is a licensed pro. The pro I had did a very poor job repairing my fence. The screws that were used were too long and stuck out on my side and could have cut myself and my dogs open if we got too close. He refused to cut them, dropped his box of screws and didn't pick them up. Complained to Angi and had to fight with them to be compensated by half. The pro submitted a receipt that belonged to another customer that we got charged for. It took 3 months to settle. I will not ever use them again!

Horrible experience. “Professional” was 3 5 hours late, damaged my home, hung the TV crooked and then just left. Angi offers no real assistance. Terrible, terrible company with absolutely no service.

I have used Angie's list a few times in the past, so I reached out again when I was in need of a plumber for my washing machine drain. ANTHONY from MULTI SERVICE PIPING answered the call. He was polite, professional and honest and very fair. He guarantees his work and does it with a smile. Highly recommend his company.

This is the 5th cancelation I've had in last two weeks for a simple junk removal. The last appointment was scheduled thru an Angi service representative and convinced me to join for a discount on the scheduled job. However, it was the same issue as the 4 previous rescheduled services. I don't know what the problem is but I suggest looking for another service. They charge $25 for cancelations 24 hours out, but they have wasted my time 5 different times with less notice than they feel the need to charge for! Where's the reimbursement for the time they've made me waste with all the rescheduling?

I agreed to contact 4 contractors through Angi and they publicly listed my information. For the last 24 hours I have received over 50 calls and 15 texts, often from contractors that had nothing to do with my project. Because I didn't create an account, I had to call to get my information taken down. And even then they said it would be at least another day. Scammers selling my information. Homeowners beware.

I ordered items assembled thru Wayfair and they set me up with Angi. It has been a disaster, they handymen either didn't show up or said they showed up and never did. The customer service is horrible and the website is impossible to navigate. I ended up assembling all of the items but 1 myself. They did have one handyman who showed up was professional and did a great job that is why they are getting 1 star. Run as fast as you can from this service!!! They are the worst!!!

I contacted Angi, formerly Angi's List. Oh. My. Gawd. Never again. They canceled THREE TIMES on me -- AFTER the three-hour window of time to expect them had expired. The minimum amount of $$ they charge just to show up is $434. (That's the discounted price after you buy an annual membership!) That doesn't include anything other than they show up. Lastly, they don't tell you what company you can expect. You have no idea who is coming! I will be cross-posting this on Angi's site. Horrible mistake on my part to contact them.

I contacted them several times to correct invalid and incorrect information in regards to my company. I did not share any information for them to have an ad for me. Two, one star reviews from persons I have never met. Incorrect address and phone number. Horrible tactics. Horrible business.

Do not waste your time on Angi or Handy. They used to have reliable professionals but they have changed. They cannot guarantee their service. I had been canceled and rescheduled twice for an Angi booked through Wayfair on some furniture to install. Now I'm forced to wait 3-5 weeks for a return check. Then I went to Handy (their sister company) and they did the same thing to me. They canceled and rescheduled me. So all in all that's 3 cancellations and 3 reschedulings for pros who accepted the job and never arrived. I'm now going to just go through someone local around where I live for assistance. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money.

Very poor service from Angi. Two different occasions and the contractor never showed. Angi didn’t contact me on day of service. Wasted a whole day waiting for contractor. No easy way to contact Angi. Will use local service from this day.

Ask for roof repair contractors. I had two roof contractors come to my home and was told by both contractors that my shingles were bad. They both said it was a warranty issue and they could put in a claim with the shingle company. My home is nine years old. First contractors said he had handled several warranty claims and he had the experience to handle the claim. He stopped responding to my texts and phone calls after two weeks. He claimed he was from Dunrite construction Company.

This system is a complete waste of money if you are a contractor/consultant. Beware!! I tried Angi as a consumer looking for concrete contractors and I was flooded with phone calls. None of the callers were concrete, they were all general contractors. Then I signed up as a designer/consultant and my bill went up to $5000 and never got a solid lead!! Sometimes, I was billed over $200 per lead. They were all dead ends. Do not use!!

We had used Angi in the past but will not use the service again. I understand there are paid and unpaid levels of service but I believe you should offer good service to everyone with additional benefits at the paid levels. The contractor we used from their list messed up work already finished on a different project that will cost us $19k to repair. We will have to take legal action to remedy the situation. Angi does not stand behind their service.

Angi is the biggest scam there is. They are scamming people, they are scamming contractors & customers. I am a contractor & I have been with the company as an independent contractor advertising with the company. I have been with them almost 20 years. It was a great success until it got bought by some scammer that bought Angie's List & Home Advisor & turn it into a scam platform. I pay almost $2000.00 a month for getting work leads & instead I am getting a recycled leads & fake leads that ends nowhere, they are wasting my time & energy & they are stealing my money.

Atlanta Royal Roofing replaced my roof on February 9, 2022. On May 9, 2024 I had a flood in my house. The company will not return my calls and will not come do all of the repairs for the damages that it caused. There is no way to reach them even via their phone number because they don’t answer. I went so far as to drive to their address listed in Gwinnett County on their website and no business there. I do have a warranty that is as worthless as the piece of paper it is written on. I am disgusted and frustrated! This is just a very short version of details. Buyer beware!!!

I think this story needs to be heard. This was a lesson learned the hard way. Now back to the incident. I used Angi app to search for a drywall contractor to renovation a couple of room. They received a call from 4 Brothers Drywall. His name was Mario. He was responding to handyman inquiry I made on Angi website. We talked about what I needed done and possible price. He agreed to come and view the job. They were to start on the small room first and then work towards the large room.

STAY AWAY! Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. They are awful. Back in 2010 I joined Angies List, now Angi, as a contractor advertising for clients. It was pricey but I had some very good results. I noticed it went way down hill and service was awful so I left since I had plenty of word of mouth work. Fast forward, they change hands, I figured maybe they'd be like they were when I first started. It turned out to be the opposite and literally a scam. The first sales rep was all about getting all he could monthly from me. They promise a certain amount of contacts per month which fell way short. My account manager did nothing to resolve that, and most if not all the other leads appeared fake or non responsive.

We had a landscape berm made by Guevara Landart out of Newaygo. They were prompt and professional from the start. Their cost was very fair. The job was completed beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

Been with Angi as a contractor for almost 8 years! Recently they started using a company called Fair Claims which is to settle disputes BETWEEN clients and contractors. Just know if you are a contractor they will side with customer and you will be ordered to pay customer. Did not even ask for my side of story and ordered me to pay half of what customer paid!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES. BUYER BEWARE.

Angie Rips off Contractors sending leads of a different trade without refunding them as well as Referring Unlicensed Contractors. Customer service will not call the customer directly to Verify...total Scam.

Angi is a disappointment. I never heard from any of the "pros" to which they submitted my requests for two projects. One of the companies, I believe, is even out of business. I also have difficulty cleaning up my account profile of projects. This is not a source I will be using in the future.

The Team at JAX Crown & More LLC provide exceptional customer service. They are prompt professional and do high quality work. You will find their rates reasonable. Highly Recommended! They are located in Jacksonville, Florida.

They came to do put together a swing set that online it says takes 6-8 hours to put together. They allotted a few hours and then left when the time was up. I have spent over an hour waiting on hold and contacting the online customer support with no support or assistance. I paid $800 and received nothing.

William Orr Concrete. Outstanding contractor! Removed and replaced our existing driveway in 2 days! Very professional. Owner was there at the pour! Next day saw utter the joints, stripped the firms and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them in the Raleigh area!

This review is coming from an electrical contractor who has used Angi/Angie's/HomeAdvisor to generate leads to expand our customer base. We have added some great customers, but they are the a very small minority. The vast majority will not return phone calls, emails or texts. Or they are bombarded with calls after they do a search and rightly frustrated. Another large segment are looking for something that your business doesn't offer.

Angi is a scam formerly known as Angie’s List and sued by both contractors and customers. Look it up. Stay away, especially if you are a service provider trying to make a living. They will I you ce you for your money with bogus leads.

I was looking for a landscaper and requested a quote from another company who I didn’t know was affiliated with Angi List. Once a rep identified themselves as Angi I said, I am not interested in going through Angi and to take my information off their call list. The rep kept trying to talk me into using their service. I kept repeating myself over and over “No” until he gave me no choice but to hang up on him. Then they turned around and gave my contact information to several contracts without my permission and now it’s been days of countless calls between Angi reps and contractors. What a nightmare!

I bought a TV stand from Wayfair. Booked someone from Angi to assemble it. That person never showed up, nor did they respond to my texts. My money has never been refunded either. I will not recommend Angi to anyone nor will I ever book them for anything.

I had Juan Resendiz Contractor LLC and staff come out and repair and replace my pool tile. They were courteous and well versed in taking care of it. The price was very reasonable and I'm pleased with their work done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I contacted Angi for fixing the built in Microwave. The representative told me that the project will cost me $299.15. I asked to confirm that my microwave will be fixed with this amount and I don't have to pay or spend any more than $299.15. She assured me that the microwave will be fixed and with this patyment. The technician came to my house and told me after checking the microwave that I have to buy Diode led. The Angi rep lied to me that the microwave will be fixed with the payment of $299.15. I ordered Diode led and paid additional $28. After receiving the part I called technician to fix the microwave. He came but could not fixed it and told me that he does not know how to fix it and took off. I called Angi's and asked for the refund. I was told that refund has been issued and it will take 3-5 days. 15 days have passed and I have not seen the refund...15. 15.

Wanted to search for a pest control company on Angi.com. First off, the website does not allow for just a search. You must fill in a request for pros quote form. See attached photo. After filling in the form part way, I decided to login and was able to search. Unfortunately, 2 of the leads did not service my area, one company was from New York and the last company was the one I am currently using. Specifically wrote I did not want any pros to call me in the additional information section. Got a call from a pro a few minutes later. And just now I got another call, this time from the service I am currently using. This was embarrassing for me and I had to apologize to the vendor.

Terrible company.... They were sent to our home by plumber request, not mine!!! I wish I'd known we had mold, I would have called ServePro. Matt their rep was kind however, he lied to me. Many issues here.... First and most importantly - there is still mold in our bathroom and they didn't seal the studs, no vacuum of dust at all, no plastic on doorways to prevent mold particles from escape into the house. Their guy who removed the black drywall told me not to mention the mold to my insurance, which I did anyway. I still had to call ServePro and now must deal with ins on this issue secondary to DEC. DEC left A HUGE MESS with dust and black flakes in it all in the bathroom.

Hector **l is a scam artist. He will make you buy everything for the project. He then saw that I drove a Wrangler and changed the cost of the project. He doesn't show up when stated and stalks you for payment. I fired him halfway through the project. The guy is a creep. Stay away from him. He did a crappy job on what he completed and I had to hire someone else to fix his garbage work.

I called and booked a job for mowing General landscaping yard, cleanup, bush, trimming and trimming the weeds in the flowerbeds. I was given a price, we agreed. They told me the timeframe would take approximately three hours. I assume that they were going to send out a crew so I was shocked it would take three hours cause it would literally take about three ** approximately an hour and a half to two hours to complete. Anyway they sent out one girl, she had one weedeater. She didn’t have any tools, she didn’t have any trimming stuff for the bushes.

I have used Angie’s List for the independent contractor position and have had so many issues with them. There are fees for when we can’t make it to a job and need to cancel. And I have had this happen recently and was trying to contact them for days leading to it and ended up getting charged $50 for this. I have also had extra hours that took me to complete jobs and have never been compensated for these hours.

Horrible experience. Will never use Angi again. I called for the installation of two smart thermostats. On multiple occasions we confirmed that two were part of the quote. The installer arrived after I took a day off of work to tell me only one was written on the quote and he left. Angi now wants me to take another day off of work and almost double our negotiated rate. I found a handy man who quoted the entire job for less than the original Angi quote.

In house here in abq came over, looked at my washer, took my money and never received a quote. Want my money back. What can I do to get my money back. Was told I'd get a phone call. Never did all day. Never use again.

Contractor not showing up. Cancel at last minute, want do project under the table. Still waiting after one month for one of them to finish a two day job. After being paid. Another grass cutter come up w new excuses every day. Grass. Now foot deep. Angi bad customer service will not correct your problems. Find your own worker. Stay away.

I have hired three contractors through Angi, an electrician, deck builder, and landscape. All are local businesses, all responded within 24 hours, and all were very professional. All work was completed in a timely manner (weather an issue) and all were excellent at discussing any unforeseen issues that came up and helped us work them out.

Received prompt contact from a good electrician who was able to successfully resolve our problem. Electrician was great to work with; he was able to diagnose and troubleshoot a difficult to reproduce problem with intermittent, extraneous alarms; he was good at communicating his ideas and thoughts; and I would definitely hire him again.

Did a fantastic job building my cedar gazebo from start to finish. The build was perfect. His workmanship was very professional and his price was more than fair. He showed up on time and worked straight through with only a small time out for lunch. I would highly recommend him for any job in his field of work.

Made an appointment over a week ago for them to clean my elderly mother's house. She has a housekeeper but she is on vacation Three weeks. I told them it has to be done on Saturday for my mother. Had her medical team coming on Monday to review her living situation And if it's up not up to par they will put her in a nursing home which we are trying to avoid. We scheduled it well. Today is Saturday. No one showed at their scheduled time. I called, they tried to call the person they had hired. The person's phone went to someone else and the person said it was the wrong number. No one can get in touch with her. So they canceled my booking and told me. We could reschedule for 48 hours. That will not work since I have someone coming this Monday. And that is why we hired them. Do not hire this service.

Removal Pros are just that. Very professional, punctual, and the nicest guys around. They will take care of you with the utmost of professionalism. They are the best out there, and I've used several companies. And I always want to use them and help the local company instead of a conglomerate who only want to churn the customer. William does the best job.

Don't use Angi as a pro. I am still in the process of trying to cancel my account, but they only allow cancelation through a single "account manager", who can only be booked a week out and doesn't respond. If your one account manager isn't available, tough luck.

I used to trust Angi's list for finding contractors for years, so decided to use their "In House" service for a small job. The FIRST contractor I booked cancelled 3 times and I requested another contractor. They rescheduled with another contractor, who called 2 days before, no problem. The morning of the job, I get a text from the Contractor that he was "outside for 20 minutes, waited, and left". He never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. I was home the entire time, and attempted to contact the contractor. He never answered the phone or replied to texts... PER Angi "policy" it was "Cancelled by me within 2 hours" so I am LIABLE FOR THE ENTIRE PRE-BOOKING AMOUNT of $500. This is a SCAM.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.. I went online to find a septic repair. It DID NOT say it was connect to Angi's List in any way. My phone has blown up with hundreds of call interrupting my critical work day calls. I called and told them to STOP. Off shore rep said, "Ok, I removed it." IT CONTINUED to happen. I called again and they said they removed it. I said that's what they said this am! Still getting calls. They have completely blown up my phone when I should be talking to clients in crisis.

Angi handyman never showed up for 3 separate appointments. I had Wayfair pick up my order and I'll never use either company again. Customer service was deplorable!! I wasted 3 different days waiting for the service and I wasn't giving them any more of my time!!

Angi referred me to AVI Fast Solutions. They promptly responded, gave me a quote that was $400 less than another quote and was able to get the job done in 1 day compared to the up to 7 days I was told by the other company! I have a rental property and my tenants preferred to stay at home while getting work done so Alfredo with AVI Fast Solutions was able to fulfill their request. My first and only experience with Angie’s List was through Wayfair ordering some lights for under my cabinet. First Technician never showed up. Technician wasn’t able to install. After weeks of fighting for my refund of $79.99. They finally issued me a check that bounced! When spending another three hours trying to communicate my losses, their only response was, "We changed banking systems and please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your money to be re-issued." Not to mention that their customer service is outsource to India and I had to wait countless times at three different departments just to have dialogue with someone… Never again!!

Had a 6 piece sectional couch install made today, booked through Wayfair. First they did not install the brackets for the couch and all pieces are loose, next they charged me separately for the service as everything was booked and paid for through Wayfair. Company is a total scam, and I have to dispute the charge now.

I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. In fact I already have. He's going to start doing my sister's house in a few weeks. He was very nice. Did a very fast job and even cleaned up after himself. You can't go wrong hiring this guy. Best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

Could not get to where you write a review for a company. Even though I didn't go thru Angie's List to hire this contractor, I did read Angie's reviews for the company. I had to call for help getting this done. Writing a review should not be this difficult. It's ridiculous. Make your website user friendly. Also, when I'm looking for services, I just want to see a list of available companies. I do not want my name and number sent to these companies.

I called many different shops, found Johnny a good price, when he came he did inspection and determined what was needed, provided great service and very professional. My wife and I were very happy with the service provided for the price quoted. Overall very happy with the work provided. Turned out better than we hoped.

I hired CFI Construction LLC to install 2 bathroom faucets. Scheduled installation 4/4/24 between 8 and 10 am with Craig. He did not show up. Called him later, agreed to come in the afternoon. I had to cancel my afternoon commitment. After installation he ran water but didn’t fill sink with water to check for leaks with high water pressure. Told me if there was a leak to let him know, covered by 1 year warranty.

Complete trash! Can't remove reviews. This criminal company only want your info, that is all. They won't help you. I left a review and then a contractor threatened me and now Angi won't remove my review. The customer service is impossible to deal with.

I scheduled an appointment very easy and of course they asked for credit card fine I have to pay sometime. The first Appointment was for a Tuesday at 9:00AM I took the day off and at 8:30AM I receive a text and they will reschedule for the following Sunday at 4:00PM and once again I receive an email that they need to cancel, followed by a text they will reschedule again for the next Tuesday at 9:00AM. Tried using the app to cancel. That was not successful. Called their number. Reached 2 different agent that could not help me, was put on hold, selected the option for a call back but no one did. Today I receive another text due to an emergency they need to cancel. Nothing but horrible service and a run around. Do not use this service if you value your mental health or have a problem you need fixed.

I was scheduled for a repair and I waited 2 days for the repairman to show up, which he never did!!! I contacted Angi and they informed me my appointment was canceled!! WHAT!! I never canceled it. I come to find out the "PROFESIONAL" did and no one bothered to let me know. I was sitting in my home waiting for him. This is bad business. I even talked to the man a day before but he told Angi he didn't know how to reach me!!!

On April 5, 2024 I placed an order with Walmart and paid Walmart $69.00 charged to credit card for Angi Installation. Angi sent 4 emails stating "Angi Payment Failed." Tried to collect DOUBLE PAYMENT. This is attempted fraud. Angi had no right to my credit card info; I paid Walmart in full for Angi to install product.

We used Renewal by Andersen Wyoming to replace some windows in our house. They were very professional and did a great job. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends. The windows look great!

I hired contractors through Angi. The contractors came out and did their job well. Angi charged me for the service, but then did not pay the contractors. I had to pay the contractors out of my pocket so they wouldn't place a lien on my property. Angi refused to return my money. It seems to me that Angi committed fraud. I'll be looking into filing a criminal complaint against them.

Angie's contractor never arrived as scheduled. He texted me and said he had an emergency and would not be able to come for another few days. He stated that he would tell the company that he did the work on 4/24/2024, but wouldn't actually do until 4/27/2024. I told him, "No thank you. I do not want to be party to a lie."

The process of creating a review was simple and easy to follow. I was happy to create the review for this company. They did a good job and the fee was reasonable. The owner was helpful and knowledgeable. I will refer friends and family to this company. I was happy with the job they did for me.

Power washed whole house including porch, painted house and trim. Replaced roof and secured chimney, reattached gutters and improved flashing. Cleaned up every day before leaving. Talked to neighbors before working to describe the work being performed and what they should expect. All workers were polite and respectful. Had me inspect the work before they left each time. Gave me a number to text or call if anything came up later.

Be careful of them. We bought an item from Lowe's, paid them for installation of a thermostat. The guy comes 2 weeks later replaced it in less than 30 minutes, were charged 1 1/2hrs worth work. We leave for work. Come home. Our inside temp is 98. The system is blowing out hot air. We have been since April 12 with no air or heat, no refund and complete run around not to mention a broken ac/heat pump that worked great prior to him coming. Be careful. We did not know Lowe's uses Angi.

I was in need of a Grading service to level an area to put in an above ground pool. NGT Grading responded to my request through Angi. The owner, Raymond, contacted me and we set up a time for him to come out. It was one of the best services that I have been provided; he listened to what I wanted done, he evaluated the area to be graded, envisioned it in his head, and as he was going along Grading, he would stop and ask me if what he was doing was what I had envisioned myself. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and such an easy person to talk to as well. In addition, he gave me suggestions and advice, and did a better job than I could ever have expected out of a Grading job. I had some drainage issues that I was worried about for my pool, and he handled it! Having 27 years experience, I don’t know if there’s anything he has not come across. Not only that, he guarantees his work, and doesn’t leave the job until, not only is he satisfied, but you are satisfied! Best experience ever! I will definitely hire him for more work in the future!

Despite waiting for three weeks, the bed frame remains unassembled. I've called Angi's a staggering 56 times, but each time they assure me that someone will come to assemble it, yet no one shows up. This cycle of unfulfilled promises has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I've never encountered such a consistently unreliable company in all my years. I said, "Oh I would like this job done today or tomorrow because I have company coming to visit." He said, "You know what I’m on another job, but I’ll go to help you out." I got on Angie's to find a handyman. I needed help fairly soon. Filled out the information on the site. Search provided maybe 4 handymen. I clicked the button for quoted and 2 or 3 can up as not available. I asked for quotes for those that were available. 3 days later still no contact from anyone. I went back online and hit a button asking for service now and within minutes my phone rang with a message from Angie's saying they were connecting me. I spoke to a guy since he was talking to someone in the background I don't remember him giving his name or company. However this person said they were finishing a job and could maybe come out that day..

Last September I needed two large trees cut and removed. Joey and his son with his workers took down a very old large walnut tree close to my house, over 50 feet high, his son free climbed and safely removed all limbs. No damage to any property. A fabulous job, his workers were polite. Kind and courteous in every way. I wanted to keep many of the branches, so they even cut them up in fire wood size for me, so kind. Joey ** and owner was very fair with the price quote, he underbid three other tree companies, so of course I had Joey, and his team for the best tree trimming experience I could have wanted, This year I need more branches removed. I had the worst experience with Angi and the people or person they sent to my home to assemble some furniture. I'll start by saying that it was a loft bed. I purchased from Wayfair and it had assembly as a option for $132. Reading reviews of the bed most people said it took six hours plus so we thought for that price let’s have Angi build it for us. The young man showed up that spoke zero English, only spoke Russian and seemed confused. I had to go to work for the day when I came home eight hours later, he was still there and said he couldn’t finish. Looking at his work, I saw that he had put together everything backwards and wrong.

The gentleman were very prompt. They did a great job, painting my living room, ceiling and walls. They cleaned up everything and put everything back where belong. They gave me a good price compared to the prices of other painters. I would highly recommend them for your painting. They also were very friendly

Raymond & Daniel are easy to work with and care about the work they do. Customer satisfaction means everything to them & it shows. My driveway went from looking moldy & nasty to looking brand new. The siding was in dire need of a cleaning as well, which wasn’t a problem for these guys. If I were to ever hire someone again it’d be these guys for sure.

Sound on TV wasn’t working. Tray came up with a solution to use receiver and saved me from buying a new TV. I would use them again. Tray was on time. Tray was professional. Tray was friendly and worked efficiently. Tray fixed the sound problem which cause the TV not to work properly.

BE AWARE! If you want to use Angi Ads to advertise your business, THINK AGAIN. What a waste of money! As a small business, we paid $4,000 on a contract with them for one year and have not received even one customer from them—0 customers. We canceled our contract and had to pay 35% out of what was left as a penalty for cancelation. Even though we still had three paid months left, they stopped advertising and took our money. $4,000 down the drain in a matter of six months.

I hired a contractor by the name of JAMES ** with REVIVE RENOVATORS on 9/1/2023. I had water damage at my home from a broken pipe in the upstairs shower. I hired Mr ** and he promised to have the work done in 3 to 4 weeks. It took 5 1/2 months, and it was an insurance claim through my homeowners. He was very deceitful and stole extra flooring and an expensive showerhead from me and his employees broke the lock on my front door and did not tell me and left my house wide open for days for anyone to come in my home.

I contracted with Angi Cleaning on 4/11/24 to come and clean my house on Friday, 4/12/24. I received confirmation from Angi for 10:00 a.m. but the cleaning pro never came. I called and was told that I needed to call the cleaning pro and ask what had happened. I told them they needed to do that. I was asked if it was ok for someone to come at 11:00 (it was 11:00 that moment) and I said no. I was then asked if I wanted to cancel - I said how can I cancel something that never happened. I was then asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said I would be glad to as long as it was free. I was told that it would be free as long as I paid for the one I canceled. Essentially I told them that that was unprofessional and that I would never contact them again. Also I asked for a supervisor and was told that that doesn't happy.

Horrible company. I haven't had anything to do with Angi for over 6 years. All of sudden they just decided to start charging my old credit card for no reason and no authorization. When I call I'm on endless hold and then when I finally connect with a human they say they can't find my account. 25 minutes of my work day wasted. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Needed my 4 bedroom house cleaned. Shalea did such a great job and even got to some stuff I didn't even ask of her. It was just a breath of fresh air in my house. Smelt so good. She cleaned the kitchen and living room. She cleaned the dining room. She cleaned all the bedrooms. She cleaned our 2 and a 1/2 of my bathrooms and they were spotless. She just made everything easier for me.

We have had several projects done with the help from Angi. We were able to find a new roof installer and a drywall repair/painting professionals for our home, and our experience was quite good. We still had to collect several quotes and choose the most suitable contractor but Angi's help was invaluable.

Texted her and asked her if she was still coming. No answer. Rescheduled for Friday at 9am. Person called me at 7am and cancelled the appt for no reason. Rescheduled for Sat. at 11. Called and canceled that same day. Extremely unprofessional. It's a free for all of all these people living in your area picking up jobs that Angi post. Who knows who these people are and if they are background checked too. They have all you information. We know they are not professionals! BEWARE.

I hired Diaz Construction to repair a roof at our store and then we hired him to do two shed roofs on our outbuildings and I really like his work and then a section of roof blew off my personal home and he came out after the storm and tarped the damaged section and after we got the permits he removed the old roof and then installed a new roof. Since I have gotten three different jobs done I always recommend Diaz Construction anytime I can.

Over and Above Contracting responded immediately to our call regarding our leaking roof. They came out the very next day and put a tarp on the roof until the materials could be ordered and delivered. The bid was very competitive (actually less than we were expecting) so within a week we had a new roof! Due to this great experience we again contacted Over and Above to make the repairs required by the VA inspector to complete our home sale without any delay to closing. Thank you guys! We were very pleased with the results of a garage door installation by Garage Door Services. They replaced old carriage house type doors to the basement of our 1930s home. The placement called for zero clearance and other contractors said it couldn't be done. We're so glad they proved them wrong. They were prompt from beginning to end, polite and professional. At a very reasonable contract.

The problem with using this organization is that your phone number either gets either sold to a bunch of telemarketer lists, or acquired by, through use of the organization. At first, it's just a few contractors, exactly what you want. But I now get multiple calls a day from telemarketers—six months after the project ended. Prior to my use of the Angi list, I was not on any telemarketer lists. It's a dramatic difference, and I feel helpless as I don't know how to get removed from these lists I was never on. It's both awful and incredibly frustrating. And, the contractor was fine but definitely was not worth this.

Filled out form on website then the website said couldn't verify my information and told me to call. Called and they didn't know why and was going to fill out the info again. Could the website be hacked and the phone number used be going to a scam???? If they couldn't pull up the info then how could they verify the information? Very unprofessional regardless.

We are Pro Leads Contractors, advertising with Angi. Angi is robbing our customers out of hundreds and thousands of dollars, without telling them when they're being charged and what for, outside of what we charge for our own services and our own lead fee we get charged. Found out Angi themselves, as an entity, competes with their own contractors by pre-bidding a job, sight-unseen and having their own contractors (not the ones who pay to advertise with them), do the job. It's fraudulent and unfair. We did not sign up with this company to compete with them. We signed up because we want our name out there and we need work and we need to be able to feed our families. Turns out that Angi is making all the money and not very honestly. We hardly win any jobs, even though we are a very small local business with the lowest quotes.

This is not a great company. I bought a 3 wheel bike from Walmart. The suggestion was to hire an Angi pro to assemble. Well 3 pros later not one guy put my bike together. One lied and said parts were missing. Second broke parts. Third said, "No. Too hard." and boxed it back up. No one did the job I paid for and no one refunded me either. I'd never trust them in my house.

Angi is a wasted of money and time. Most of their leads are fake or bad. They will renew your contract without your authorization and will force you to stay with them for another year. If the service was good then that’s ok but they renew the contracts knowing that the leads are really bad. They are basically stealing from small business owners

Fix it-Phil is a jack of all trades. We’ve used them three times now and he’s not only very professional and amazing at his job, but he is such a wonderful human being. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience until the day he retires. He’s the only person I will trust with my household needs.

Your app and website are not very stable. They freeze up often and aggravate the heck out of me. Both do it randomly, but just about anytime I try to use either. And this has gone on since you changed your name to Angi. So it’s not my device (I’ve used an iPhone, iPad, and Windows PCs), and I’ve used both your Apple App and websitek on any device I can. Something is up with your backend. But when I can get it to work, I love the ability to find people to hire based on other’s experience. I also love that I can rate them after I’ve hired them. This is awesome. But please fix your systems.

Stay away, don't use them. They will rip you off. They did it to us a small family business here in California. And they offered us credits and free leads but they are fake, sold over and over. This company can't continue doing this, it's not right. Someone has to stop them.

Washing Machine would not drain. Brian was the technician that came out for Evolution and was excellent! The problem was the pump and he brought one with him as apparently this is a common problem. He was on time, professional, repair was done promptly and he checked by running a cycle. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

The last contact was when he came by with countertop and sink samples. I tried for several weeks to make contact. The kitchen, bathroom, and paint were left unfinished. I filed a complaint with Angi, and they claimed we were outside the 30-day window. Please don't use this service if you want a vetted, dependable, honest contractor to finish your project. I did not learn. I hired a second contractor to finish the job. They saw the project and basically held us hostage on the price because they knew we needed to get it done. Just so done with Angi....

Marconi, stonework is absolutely awesome. Marconi and his team worked magic with stone and we’re able to do a round stone wall around the pool. They were able to do a beautiful foundation and stairway and patio. I also had additional patio work done in multiple ZIP codes 02906, 02760, 02019.

Paid $130 for handyman to put together a kitchen table. The recommended schedule was for Easter Sunday at 12 o’clock. After rearranging things that I had to do for Sunday, I patiently waited on them to arrive. At 12 o’clock I receive a message that they would need to reschedule for Wednesday at 11 o’clock. I reached out via chat and told them how upset I was and that I needed some sort of compensation. Their policy stated had I not been available they still would have taken all of my $130. The customer service agent was very nice, but explained there was nothing he could do. I canceled the entire ordeal. Will not be using Angi again. I don’t have time to waste.

Angie's list is a farce. I set up an appointment with Walmart to have a 74 inch TV installed and mounted. When the gentleman showed up to install my T.V they only sent 1 person. He was unable to install and mount the t.V, because he was not able to lift it up due to its weight. When I called Angie's list to do a reschedule, they would not do it. They had to refund my money back and then have me reach out to Walmart regarding a reschedule. In the meantime, they want my checking account information from Angie's list in order to refund me for a direct deposit. I do not feel comfortable giving out this information. But it is the only way they will do it. So now I sit here with my t.v. on the floor and no way to mount it.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Medinas landscaping company to install sod, put down mulch, and trim trees, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment they arrived, the team displayed a high level of professionalism. They were punctual, well-prepared, and had all the necessary equipment and materials for the job. Their attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that they took pride in their work. Not only did they complete the project in a timely manner, but they also maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the process. They worked efficiently without compromising the quality of their work, and the end result was fantastic.

I got a call right away from John & Eddie’s Tree Service. We set an appointment to come out and assess what needed to be done. I had a very large redwood tree that needed to be cut down. They were very efficient and professional. They cut the limbs first and grinded them and then carefully cut the huge trunk in slices so that we could keep to use for firewood. There wasn’t a huge mess at all. They cleaned up the area nice. I will hire them again to do some trimming on some very large walnut trees.

We had a terrific experience with this contractor and his work..highly recommended. To me, it’s rare to be happy with spending money with tradesmen nowadays..But he really beautified our home and made it much more useful by installing a California closet to store my wife’s extensive shoe collection and clothing racks for her many clothes.

Have been an Angi (list) member for roughly 15 years and have used them many times. My last two experiences have been unmitigated disasters. Whoever bought the original company has screwed up the software (SW), that for me doesn't provide any information in a format that I want. I don't want to be spoon-fed contractors who may pay a larger fee to Angi in order to have their names pop up first on the contractors list. The original Angie's list provided a list of vetted contractors whom the customer could browse through, choose and then contact for their particular need. As best I can tell the current SW doesn't allow that. I'm done.

He was a very respectful young man. I am definitely going to need him for future jobs, even organized my kids toys, I didn't ask him to but it turned out amazing. I loved it. Quick and Easy. He says I can strongly agree with that. Free quotes are perfect for me so I handled that well and pay handsomely.

Angie’s fraud list gave me a terrible experience. They don’t explain well how they work and they keep sending you leads even when it’s paused. This isn’t a honest company. They just want your money and they don’t care if you’re get customers or not

It took a while for me to believe the fence didn't need to be painted, but he power-washed it, it looked beautiful. Then he replace 4 of the the thick pieces of wood for each gate, then he sealed the entire fence with 2 coats of sealer. EXCELLENT JOB!!

Precision Paint Pros did an excellent job painting the 2 bedrooms I had. They just didn't paint, they patched holes that were no longer required. I will be bring them back to do more rooms as my budget allows. This guys rock! They left the rooms better off they when they came.

Spectrum on Dixie HWY in Louisville KY has horrible customer service, horrible wait times, and outrageously high prices. Made me wait 2 and half hours on phone only to tell me I had to go to the store to turn in equipment and cancel service. Then I had to wait an additional hour and half in the store. It was purposeful because I was trying to cancel service.

We have used Angie’s List multiple times to review contractors. We have always had good luck when using this. I have yet to find inaccuracy in the reviews I’ve read. I would highly recommend anybody reading this. Take their time to really review what is being said about contractors that you’re looking at. Prior to Angie’s List, we had had some poor experiences.

Charged us $400 for a job that they only paid the contractor $125 to do. We won't be using them again, it's awful that they take advantage of people who are trying to build their business in this way.

I called a few HVAC services and the customer service at ProTech Heating & Air Conditioning was the best. They were able to answer my questions and send someone for service the next day. Ricardo was amazing!! He was able to walk me through the process and explained everything in detail to me. He didn’t try to upsell me and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to locate the problem and replace the part that was needed right on the spot. Ricardo also has a very nice disposition and demeanor and is very knowledgeable. He’s great and trust worthy! I’m so happy with the service that I’m going to use ProTech Heating & Air Conditioning for all my HVAC services!!

Buyer beware Angi is a scam website. The "pros" are terrible at best. The jobs are incomplete and poorly done and despite that Angi charges you anyway! I will never use angi's list again and I recommend strongly no one uses this service if you value your money. It's a complete scam. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Restart responded to my Angi request right away. A technician texted to ask when in the next day was a convenient time? Stalbek, the tech, was at my door at the time I requested. I watched him work repairing our dryer and he was as fast or faster than anyone I've seen in my 72 years. He was thorough too. I took pictures of the lint covering the inside of the housing of the heating element -- a fire hazard. "Bek" tested the all the sensors and cleaned the entire insides of the machine. Now the inside of the dryer looks like new.

Whole house was transformed with exceptional cleaning services. Spotless cleaning services came in and did was needed. Thank you for the most professional service. Chisom did a fantastic job and I just recommended her to my neighbor. She will be my new house cleaner. Would recommend her to anyone and I look forward to seeing her next month.

Please be careful of the Angi's fraud use of your credit card information. Angi first of all charged me with an annual subscription fee without my permission and signing up for this. They did not send an email stating they renewed the subscription and I only found this by chance while checking my credit card statement. I cancelled my subscription but was not able to ask for refund or cancel my card info from the website. I called the help desk and they issued the refund. However, the representative was not able to delete the credit card info from their website although I spent 45 min on the phone with her. She tried to change the topic and end the call multiple times and I had to stop her and ask to proceed with canceling the card. Finally she stated that she is not allowed to cancel the card from the account and deferred to another department. This is shows how Angi tries to hold your financial info and probably use them in illegal ways. No more Angi for me.

I was very pleased with my experience with my cleaning lady, she responded fairly quickly to my messages, she gave me a date of when she would be able to come, she came on time and didn’t leave until she knew that I was satisfied with the work. I loved that!

Job was done quick, clean, and very nice service men. The customer service people at the office are nice to work with and keep you up to date on time of order and installation. WE love the color and look forward to the cold next winter to see how well the windows help. We did a crank window in the kitchen because it is hard to raise but the crank is awesome.

Sand finish install of hardwood. Install lvp run shoe mold demo and haul off of old materials. Great customer service. Will use again in the near future for all my flooring needs. Chis had great prices and very awesome customer service.

500 sqft of solid oak flooring, sanded and refinished. Excellent communication from contractor, both workers and office personnel. Punctual and very clean operation. Would recommend to anyone for this work. Swedish finish turned out perfect. Complete job took 2+ days. Contractor replaced floor vents with flush oak at no charge. No problems with equipment or persons doing the work.

After signing up for $300 on Feb 16, I got several jobs from former clients so I called to pause the account that same week with the rep that signed me up. She claimed she did it. 10 days later I was charged $109.43. I called her back, she did not answer, left message. 2 weeks later I was charged $169.67. I called customer service to requested a refund. I was told they can not give our company a refund. When I questioned this he said they will call back the next day because they need time to review it. I ended cancelling their service. They appear to be scammers.

We hired Lady's Paradise Cleaning Service to help with post-construction clean up. Victor ** was the lead. They were to be here at 10:00am and showed up an hour late. While watching and going behind them, I found I had to direct them to what needed to be done. They seemed to be working but later I found many, many things that were left undone. They worked about 3 hours and then left. I paid them but was not satisfied and the next day stopped payment on the check only to find out that when they left they went directly to the bank and cashed it. We messaged Victor ** and told him what we were going to do and would be willing to re-issue a check for $250 since they did half the job that they were hired to do.

I hired Gardner Services to install drywall. It was supposed to take one week, maybe a week and a day. It turned out taking them a month and a day. As anyone knows with drywall install you will find imperfections. I addressed the imperfections with Matt ** and they attempted to fix it, while blaming the framing. They could not fix it the first time out. I called them back for a second time at which time he blamed the painter.

Angi (formerly known as Angie's List) claims they do background checks, but I do not believe they do. We hired a housekeeper, by the name of "Nubia", who stole expensive jewelry that will never be recovered. I filed a complaint with Angi, and they told me that the housekeeper nor her service is no longer with them. The housekeeper's business was called "Professional Cleaning Service" in NJ. Don't worry you won't be able to find anything under that name because they probably have a new alias by now. They are scammers, thieves, and con artists. Please use an agency or website that conducts actual background checks, and all of their cleaners are bonded, insured. Better safe than sorry!

They were very knowledgeable and professional in performing the work. They knew exactly what needed to be done to make all the repairs and they took their time to ensure they completed the repairs correctly. They had no problems finding and removing the raccoon from the attic. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased an armoire through Wayfair, one of Angi's partners. I took a day off from work when 2 pros were scheduled to arrive. Only 1 pro showed up and was unable to do the job. I rescheduled and the same thing happened. I took another day off from work and only 1 pro showed up. I lost two days of work and I still have an unassembled piece of furniture.

Our project involved removing and replacing a large portion of our driveway as well as the addition of a sidewalk and slab behind the garage. Mountain Side was punctual, did excellent work, and excellent clean up at completion. Upon completion, they returned as promised, removed the forms, and did an excellent clean up. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Marvin did an amazing job. He was punctual and professional. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends, colleagues and family. The paint job he did was amazing. He transformed my kitchen. He helped me choose the paint color to match the wall paper which he put up. Overall an excellent job.

You guys recommended an amazing company near me that was very reasonably priced and respectful. They came on time and showed me what my vent looked like before and after. Once they were done they cleaned up after themselves and put my dryer back in place. Overall this was a wonderful experience, I couldn't be happier with Angi and Jr's Dryer Vent Cleaning.

I used Angi to find a house cleaner. I was hoping it would allow me to find a reliable provider. It did not! When I called Angi to register a complaint, they were unable to reach the provider. Angi told me there is nothing they can do. What horrible service! Do not use them. They clearly do not vet their providers, or offer any recourse when service is bad.

I booked an HVAC inspection through Handy/Angi on a Saturday. It said that my inspection would be on Wednesday. I tried to reach out and get this moved up to Monday but the support was unable to assist. They also said that the company would reach out directly, but never did. I tried to reach out to the number given to me by Angi and the company, Paradise Plumbing, said nothing was booked. So I talked to Angi support and they said it should be resolved... Now the day of the scheduled service and Paradise Plumbing still has not confirmed booking for me so I just booked directly with them. Horrible experience with Angi 0/5.

Fabio far exceeded my expectations. He came in on budget and I would highly recommend him for any project. We have several upcoming projects that I will be calling him for including carpentry, landscaping and other cement work. He gave me a very fair price and kept to it. His timeliness and the work area cleanliness was exceptional.

I was called by a salesperson on Jan 25, I signed up for service. On Jan 27 I called because the leads were not in the right area. I was told they would be fixed and they were not. I kept getting them in the wrong area.
