With holiday sales events already hosted by Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Kohl’s, many consumers may be wondering what’s actually left for the holiday season. With Black Friday still over a month away, what can shoppers look forward to?

For Target fans, the holiday shopping deals are slated to last all season long. The company announced that it will be hosting weeklong Black Friday deals through Thanksgiving weekend, while also offering customers a Deal of the Day on some of the most popular brands of the season.

“We know our guests are eager to start their holiday shopping and Target is here to help – and help them save big, whether that’s on gifts that family and friends are sure to love or stocking up on all the essentials for a season filled with festive gatherings,” said Christina Hennington, executive vice president and chief growth officer at Target. “By making our Black Friday deals available even earlier this year, and bringing back our popular Deal of the Day, we’re giving guests even more reasons to choose Target for everything they want and need this holiday season.”

Holiday savings for the long haul

Target has announced two new savings opportunities this holiday season: Weeklong Black Friday Deals and Deal of the Day.

Every week from now through Black Friday, Target will swap out new deals that cover thousands of potential gift items. The lists will go out every Sunday through Thanksgiving weekend, offering discounts on countless items.

In this first week of sales, shoppers can snag deals on Beats headphones, an LG 55-inch Smart TV, and a Fujifilm camera, among several others. Additionally, Target is offering 10% off one tech item through Target Circle, and money off when toy purchases reach either $50 or $100.

All of these early Black Friday deals will be available to customers online, on the Target app, and in-store. Shoppers can browse Target’s Weekly Ad to see that week’s deals.

With the Deal of the Day, Target will choose one item to offer at a significant discount. This deal will be ongoing through Christmas Eve, with a different item being chosen every single day. Some of these offers will only be available online, and they’re valid only as long as supplies last – so shoppers may need to act quickly on items that they’re most interested in.

Target will feature brands like KitchenAid, Nintendo, and Apple in its Deals of the Day. One item selected for the savings event was an Ultimate Ears Boom 3 Bluetooth Speaker priced at $99 (originally $149.99).

Shoppers who are members of Target’s Circle Rewards program also receive 5% off every purchase, online and in-store. Also, Target will be price matching throughout the holiday season, so you can get the best of both worlds – shopping early and extra savings if prices go down later in the season.
