When I called and got cost for my move to Florida rep seemed to be professional. Gave me a quote that seemed legit. Told me that I would be combined with another coming to Florida and mine would be the firsts unloaded. The load would be here in two days. That was a lie. Another lie that it cost me another $660.00 more than the original quote. My furniture didn't get here for 14 days. I asked them where was my furniture and they said it was in storage in St. Louis. They are a broker not tied to the actual movers. I wouldn't use them. By very careful who you use. Their line is they can move it cheaper than a U-Haul. WRONG One box lost and my dresser damaged. It's been 4 weeks for the claim and all I get is a runaround.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Movers have become the new lawyers Abba banks ands insurance companies! They lie lie lie! I was quoted a price for a move- and told the salesperson exactly what I had, even added items to be sure I was not overcharged!! I was Z promised by Mike, the salesperson who seemed so nice and helpful - that I would NOT be overcharged and they don’t operate that way- and to not even get another quote from other movers because they had the BEST RATES!! I should have known… but I so wanted to trust Mike.

Do not use them. They lie about the truck size you get and quote you a price and then the inventory person calls and changes your list brakes, your lampshade and base as separeted items and then what size truck you get and then tells you you have to share the load and really only get 20 foot of space so my bid went from 7700 to 17000 and then they won't guarantee it will all fit and there can be more charge on top of that. I cancel in dispute with visa to get my money back, fraud

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is a moving broker. They get paid to find you a moving company, that’s all! I was quoted $3768 for our move from Co to Az. I gave them a $1500 down payment without doing my usual research, bad mistake! I was told someone would be in touch a few days before to go over my inventory list. I spoke to Nikki on the phone for 1.5 hours and the quote went up to $8800. I was told that the quote absolutely couldn’t get any higher because I had the max cubic ft price for the whole truck! Then, when the movers showed up it went up to almost $11,000 after the truck was half loaded. Don’t be like us!! Do your research! This company is crooked!!

Although moving our house might be hectic, it was a lot easier when we worked with Move Safe. The team was effective, considerate of our walls and floors and handled everything with a positive attitude, from packing our family room to relocating our beds and kitchen appliances. When our closing date changed, they even offered storage and the things were delivered without any issues. Our home moving experience was unquestionably better than normal. I would gladly use them once more and share my great experience with friends.

Do not use this company if you want your items delivered not kept for a week with a 4000 dollar price increase. Andrew ** stay away from him. He did a video and still got it wrong... This is a broker out to make money. When it was move day I couldn't even get a call back. I was upset and panicking as I need to be out of the house and needed my items moved. I tried to cancel but they wanted to keep a 3200 dollar deposit. It was the most horrible thing that can happen on a move.

Was very disappointed with service. Would not recommend this company at all. They charged $1850 and only ended up moving seven totes and a hand full of other items. Besides that they are not a moving company, they are a broker that subs out the work. They pocketed $840 and the movers actually only cost $1010. Please do not fall for this like I did.

Our move from Boynton Beach, Florida up to Asheville, NC was seamless, but also complicated by a single item… my wife’s valuable art collection. However thankfully MoveSafe Relocation was able to last minute do a custom crating. Service was exceptional, building museum-quality cases for several pieces. They provided a detailed proposal that allowed us to prioritize which pieces to crate and which to use alternative protection for, fitting our budget perfectly. The moving team was professional and aware, treating our home and possessions with the utmost respect. The entire process, from consultation to delivery, was handled with white-glove service and ease. They made the moving experience so much less stressful…. If it wasn’t for my wife’s dang painting it would have been a smooth move but that lady always has to make it difficult lol!!!

The MoveSafe representative lied about everything on the phone and we were trusting and did not read every line of the contract. 1 month for our belongings to be delivered even though July 3 was promised on the call, rep put 2 bedrooms on the paperwork when he knew we had a 4 bedroom house, and he lied about our items getting moved to another truck. We had to rent a separate truck and drive our own belongings across the country on top of the $7500 for them to take 1 truck load of stuff for us. Horrible communication, horrible service, very bad business practices. They ended up contracting out a 3rd company to get our belongings there at 30 days.

These people are scammers! The price I was quoted doubled by the time our move was completed. Communication is terrible. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. The movers did not arrive until 1:15pm and then complained when the move had not been completed by 9:00pm. My inventory was exact but had to pay double because they took our furniture hostage. Never again!

We were told the movers would be there Friday afternoon to pick up but they kept insisting on 6am Thursday and then finally Friday which gave us less time to get everything packed. They charged us an extra $600 for wrapping materials like blankets and tape. They forgot several items that we explicitly told them to take. The "first available move in" date really means that's when they start to sell to another party not actually move in so that was delayed by several days. Since they do sell the logistics to a 3rd party they take no responsibility for the damaged items and often these 3rd parties are poorly run and will not return your call. All of our damaged items supposedly get replaced at $0.60 per pound regardless of the actual price. I will not use them ever again.

MoveSafe brokered Standford Van Lines to do our move-hands down worst experience we’ve ever had. Zero help from MoveSafe, no cooperation, just got “the contract states” and talked circles around what we had previously discussed an agreed upon. Save yourself the money and headache and go with a better company.

I was not told that her stuff would most likely be transferred to multiple trucks to get to Boston. Our stuff was picked up on August 1. I stated my delivery date at the time of payment as August 6 and was told it could take maybe 5-7 business days. Very frustrating! I paid Move Safe $1500! I had to drive to Chicago and pick up our stuff and then drive to Boston myself. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

The driver showed blatant disrespect toward my father-in-law, a proud veteran, speaking to him in a way that was offensive and completely unacceptable. This was the final chapter in a move that was consistently unprofessional, poorly communicated, and unnecessarily stressful. If Move Safe truly wants to "address concerns transparently," I urge them to do more than provide a phone number. Own the mistakes. Show accountability. At this point, I would caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for a mover that respects timelines, people’s property, and basic human decency.

Updated on 08/05/2025: Finally, the movers, No Borders, weren’t able to deliver the goods because they couldn’t find truck drivers. I ended up renting a Uhaul truck and negotiated with the No Borders team, who sent two people to help with the delivery. According to the contract, these two were supposed to assemble the furniture, but they didn’t, claiming that it wasn’t part of the agreement. However, the contract indeed mentioned furniture assembly. I paid an extra $150 to have my items assembled. Unfortunately, some items were lost, and as a result, some furniture wasn’t assembled. The experience was quite disappointing overall. I’d advise others to be cautious and not to rely heavily on this team, as they didn’t meet expectations or fully deliver on their promises

Promised I would give a good review if you guys came through and you more than delivered! I almost was taken advantage of by another company trying to overcharge me. MoveSafe gave me additional free storage, worked a payment plan, saved me a ton of money and got my things to me in perfect condition all the way from LV to FL. I had to change my dates due to illness and they had no problem taking care of me. You guys are kind and cared about me. Thanks again and excited that you guys are moving sister soon!!!!

STAY AWAY from this company! The absolute WORST moving experience I’ve ever encountered. They lied about the pricing and damaged several items including a very expensive bike. They delivered someone else’s items to me and some of my items never came. Tried to resolve this but I guess the powers that be trust a company that lies rather than a senior citizen that just wanted what was right.

I’m a ceramic artist and was really worried about moving my entire studio, kiln, and overall just mass quantities of fragile pieces I had up for sale, and other bulky equipment. MoveSafe Relocation handled everything very professionally and properly. They packed my kiln separately using a custom-crate and then they double-wrapped my finished work, and even helped organize the boxes by studio section, and color-coded them prior to loading them onto their truck for transport. Not a single piece cracked.

I moved my home and garden studio from Georgia to Texas, and MoveSafe Relocation exceeded my expectations. They carefully packed my grow lights, seed trays, and even my compost bins without a mess. Everything arrived intact, including a tricky vertical planter. Smooth, stress-free move — highly recommend for anyone with outdoor gear!

East West Movers: 5/14: $3813.60 – We had a cashiers check made out to them and they told us we had to have USPS money orders so we had to leave the move and go void the cashiers check with the bank (which there was a service fee for) and go to the post office and get the money orders. 05/19: $5452.35. Total: 15,427.55

Absolutely Horrendous experience with them. Tripled the quote from 5k - 16k 1 week before moving on an elderly couple who are veterans. They then proceeded to to speak condescendingly to them. The quote that was agreed upon has absolutely no range. But that was the price that was agreed upon.

I would give them minus 1000 if I have the chance. They are bad company in all measures starting with the guy who speaks to the customers (Taylor) in my case to the end of the chain, do not let them fool you and find another company who can get your furniture and your stuff in one peace, they have bad customer service and bad moving services and your furniture will be damaged and you will par triple than what you agreed for,

Horrible, every moving nightmare came true. I should have just thrown all my furniture out, and bought new things. Instead I paid Move Safe 6k, to have my furniture arrive 3 weeks later with 1/3 of it damaged destroyed or lost. Now I have to go buy new furniture AND figure out how to get the stuff they moved to the dump. Initial customer service super friendly and helpful. Before you pay them, they act like they will take care of everything and use only quality and trusted partners who have good service. That doesn’t happen. They use undisclosed partners (so you won’t know the underlying sub contractors).

Updated on 07/14/2025: An update to my review- my belongings finally showed up, half of it was broken, and certain things never came at all. Workout equipment went missing completely that I saw was packed. This company never called me, every time I wanted an update I had to call them. And a month after I asked for my items is when I received them, in terrible condition and with no communication initiated on their part. On top of all this, they charged triple the initial quoted price and told me there was nothing I could do about it- they informed me after they loaded up my stuff. If you choose MoveSafe, I wish you luck. You’ll need it.

First, one of the drivers was arrested in our previous apartment. Secondly, I have a secretary that is over 200 years old,and they just took it apart, and we can not fix it! Thirdly, a lot of glassware was broken! I can a lot, and one of the jars was broken, and soup was all over the other cans and the box was damaged on one side. Lastly, I have an Oriental style bowl, which I know it is about 60 years old. I love it because it was my mother's. It was also broken. I am hoping I can glue it back together with super glue. The men who moved us in were very nice to us, but they put almost all the boxes in my office.

Broker...run away!! Complete bait and switch. I was clear on my budget. Was promised by the sales guy they would work with my budget. I mentioned items I had that were not included in the Bill of Lading and sales guy assured me it would be okay and would all work out. I did add some boxes and furniture but the price nearly tripled, found out so late I didn't have time to make other plans. No one told me my entire household would be offloaded into a facility and reloaded into a new truck. No one told me that I would be sharing a truck with other customers.

They sold my move to another company who SCAMMED me and I have been in my house for a week now without my stuff and they are claiming that in the fine print they can take 2-14 business days to get all of my stuff to my house. 100% do not use this company. They don't care about anyone or anything. They just want your money. Terrible. I would give this zero stars.

This company are keyboard crooks. They give you an estimate on the smallest amount of good you pay a big deposit and then you still owe the carrier more if you go over thousands more. Yes I signed the document but I also trusted Levi from Boca Raton Florida that works for them. I could’ve rented a U-Haul truck and got my stuff from California to Texas on my own for cheaper. Deception at its best. 😞

I would give them zero stars. I was promised pickup between 9-11 today and straight delivery to new location by Leroy in sales. None of that happened today and they actually couldn't tell me a delivery date until I called them on breach of contract and they said 2 days. Since they lied about everything I didn't chance it. The driver was exceptionally rude and hung up the phone during my call. He was angry and I was not comfortable with his confrontation so I told them to leave. Movesafe refused a refund, talked down to me and acted like I was completely unreasonable with delivery. Disputed all charges with my bank. They increased the price by $500 yesterday when inventory hadn't changed. At that time, they charged my card without authorization. Do not use them!!
