The crew was fantastic. They moved everything and never had a problem with them. It took them four and a half hours. That was from the time of getting to the apartment where we used to live, packing everything up, getting to the home we just bought and then unpacking everything. I'd recommend them to anybody who's moving.

I was just moving a piece of exercise equipment and the people were awesome and nice. They were in and out in five minutes.

Bellhop was right on time and they did everything perfectly and carefully as well. They were very efficient.

Bellhop's whole setup looked very professional and had all these guarantees for satisfaction so instead of trying to find a fly-by-night random thing up here, we decided to go with them. The communication was really good and they were super accommodating to us. They got everything done really quick and efficiently, especially for the price point and how we were in the middle of crazy weather. Also, the quote was spot on. It took them less time than I had budgeted for - I did four hours and they got down three hours - so they refunded me an hour, which I wasn't expecting. I would use Bellhop again in a second. I've only moved a couple of times and that was our best experience.

Bellhop did a great job, and I definitely would recommend them. At first, I had to go to my mother-in-law's house and pick up some of our furniture there. Then, we had to go over by the airport and pick up the rest of our stuff that was in storage for four years. They were really good. When we had Two Men and a Truck, they moved our antique furniture. They're like 160 years old. They cracked the foot on it. But I told the guys from Bellhop about the furniture ahead of time. I said, “Hey, look. These are 160 years old. Just really be careful with them.” They were really careful. I gave them a hand here and there. It was a 10 x 15 space, and it was full. They helped set up everything, they had set up the beds and put everything right where we wanted it.

We had to delay because of the snow but the gentleman in charge of the crew was most responsive in rescheduling for the next morning at 8:00. The staff arrived on time. They were very professional and worked the entire time they were here. There was no downtime and they could not have been nicer young men. We enjoyed having them. I recommended them to another friend who used them last Tuesday. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Bellhop again. We underestimated the time required about 30 minutes and we didn't mind paying the overage which was close. I could not be more pleased.

I used Bellhop before when I moved and they were a lot less expensive than the regular movers around town. I used them again and did things on the app. With some other moving companies doing things online, they fill everything out then they call you. It was easier with Bellhop. The movers were super friendly. The last time I did a move, the movers were great too. With the experience and the price, it was a really good experience. I've suggested Bellhop to a couple of people.

I feel great about Bellhop. I love the company. The movers themselves were great. The communication from the company was great. It was easy to communicate with the customer service reps’ headquarters. It was easy to book online. Pricing was reasonable, too. I've used Bellhop plenty of times. I'm a repeat customer. They’re doing great.

The process was straightforward. They could answer every single question that I had, made sure everything was upfront and that I knew what the expectations were and how everything would work. They made sure they had every single detail of what my move was, where I was going, where it's coming from and what I needed. It's not a one place stop or restricted to one person. They could go from moving truck or what I did, having packing moving trucks or even unpacking a moving truck. I only needed movers to pack a truck for me and they were also able to help me get that set up right away. Both gentlemen who helped me out were extremely nice and ready to go. The experience was extremely positive.

I liked the price and availability of Bellhop. The representative I spoke with on the phone gave me all the information I needed then she also told me I had to go online if I needed additional things like packing stuff. I was able to go online and read about their move, what they would need, how we had to have everything set up, and what they could and couldn't move. Everything was easy.

It went well with Bellhop. They were prompt and very professional. They got in and set everything up. I'm very satisfied to what I needed to have done and in a timely manner that they took care of it. I also used Bellhop before and I liked the service that I received.

The rep was knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. Whenever the crew got here, they did it quickly.

Everything was cool with their website. Every interaction I had was really good. Any time I talked to someone, it was professional. They were great, very efficient, very polite and had the mask on. It was an overall pleasant experience. I definitely would recommend Bellhop to other people.

We liked the convenience and the price with Bellhop. I moved from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Dallas Texas. I moved like a two-bedroom apartment. Moving out of Pittsburgh, I only got help with the big stuff from Bellhop. Then moving in Dallas, they moved everything. Moving out, I already had everything wrapped. They came and pretty much put it into my U-Pack for me. The whole process was about 20 minutes but I had them for an hour. I let them go after 20 minutes, so it wasn't an issue. Then, when they came into Dallas and moved me out of the U-Pack and into my house, I’ve got them for two hours. But they finished unloading everything in about an hour and a half. Everything went great both times. Our experience with Bellhop was great, hassle-free, and I would definitely recommend and use the service again.

Bellhop's price couldn't be beat compared to other companies around. The moving coordinator had everything in order from the beginning to the end. They were super quick and efficient. The movers got there a little early and started organizing stuff. I only got charged for when the whole team got there. They had me from start to finish in just a little under two hours. I was surprised. They looked like young college kids, so I was a little nervous. But everything went perfectly. It was a good decision and a great value.

I had to make a change in the date because the first call center guy who picked it up understood the 2nd as the 22nd. There was an error in the initial booking. I did not see the email or I missed it. Then, Justin, the team leader, sent a message that, "I'm coming tomorrow." I thought, "You're supposed to come 10 days from now." Then he said, "No, I will work out with the customer service. I'll do something for you. I'll come on the date that you requested." That went easy because I called up the call center as well and they said it was not an issue. It happens most times and they gave me the right date back. They were right on their toes. The guys who came here were friendly and they were up to mark. They understood our needs and they invested time like, "Where do you want me to place this? Where do you need?" When unloading, it was not just like putting the stuff. The guys were nice.

Electronically, everything went well. I did it online and I received online confirmation. Everything was perfect with the move too. They were right on time, even a few minutes early. They were quick, speedy, efficient and very helpful. My experience with them was great. I enjoyed being able to pay my estimate right upfront and was able to make a quick decision instead of having to wait for somebody to call me back. So, I thought that that was a big plus and why I moved forward. Hopefully, I don't have to move again for a while, but if I do, I'll pick them again.

It was very user-friendly. It was all done online. I set up my date and time and sent them the request. Then they assigned the movers to me, so I got to see who I was working with beforehand. Then the day of the move, I got the call from the guys that came to my apartment and helped me out. I'd already taken care of a lot of the small stuff, so I needed their help with large items, like bed, sofa, dresser. We got it in and out of my old place into my new one in two hours, so we were very efficient and it worked out really well. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a move.

I did everything online, which was super easy and very user-friendly. Then, when I had some questions, I emailed and then called somebody. They were extremely responsive and helpful. The three guys that were sent were terrific. The first guy that came was the lead and he was extremely efficient. I had a whole list of what I wanted moved from where to where, and he went through the list meticulously. He got there a little early. Then when the other two guys came, he was really good at directing them, giving them very positive encouragement every time they move something. We had a lot of heavy stuff to move so I was really impressed with them all around. The other thing that was unexpected was I book a certain amount of time at an hourly rate, and they said they were done earlier, so I won't pay for that, which was really nice. I have recommended Bellhop to friends who need to do the same kind of thing.

My girlfriend had used Bellhop and they were great. I was drawn to them and I would definitely use them again. They're the best. I would recommend the team leader. He was very confident. He directed his whole team great. They were fast. They listened to the team leader. They hustled. I brought lunch for everybody and they wouldn't eat it. They wouldn't stop so I made them stop and eat. It was a really long move because we had two full trucks worth of stuff. We went back and forth twice to the storage unit and they were very accommodating. They even helped assemble a bed.

Everybody at Bellhop was super friendly and helpful. Those guys were all good. They all showed up on time, very polite and were willing to do whatever I asked them to.

Bellhop was available when I needed them. They packed us up and the quality of their packing was good. The team was great.

The moving coordinator was very patient and thorough. He provided all the information that we needed. The moving consultants were available with any questions that we have. Then the crew got there on time and they were prepared. They wore their masks and knew the specifics of anything that we needed.

Bellhop handled everything great. It was a rocky start but after that, they were very nice and understanding. They still got the job done. It wasn't delayed. I still was satisfied instead of me being mad about the whole time of service. They kept me updated on everything. They also cut down my billing. They understood they had a lot of downtime which wasn't my fault. It was because of what they were going through.

I ran into Bellhop about a year and a half ago at a storage place and started talking with them. They gave me some contact information and a code to use when I was ready to do a move. I did a 10-mile move and used them. I have my own equipment and I just needed labor. For the most part, the guys were well-trained. But some of them needed some better training on how to handle certain sensitive things like washers and dryers. They need to be more careful. Other than that, I was fairly happy. Customer service was responsive. I needed to change something with my move while the move was in process and they were able to accommodate me in doing so quickly. They called the super and I got an answer and some action right away. I'll hire Bellhop again.

I only needed a couple hours for a move and Bellhop was local. They did a great job, very efficient, and didn't waste time. They wrapped everything and blanketed it.

The signup process was insanely easy. It was also easy to book and reschedule, which I did have to do. I appreciated that. I overestimated what I needed so I ended up paying a lot more. I requested four people and I did not need that but that's not Bellhop's fault. It would have helped if they had something that could estimate how many people you need.

I like Bellhop. We moved my stuff to Dallas and the people that showed up were very helpful. It was a really fast move than I thought it was going to be. Everything that I needed was brought to my new apartment. It was a good experience and I'd use them again.

I've used a good bit of moving services before and Bellhop's communication was beyond anything I've ever seen. It was completely stellar. I didn't even expect that. It was really great having frequent updates on the status of the helpers. It was so transparent. We've only been living in our current home for about four months, and we had a very large piece of furniture that we needed moved upstairs but I didn't have any help to carry. So, we contracted Bellhop to come over and take care of it, and they did.

I moved with Bellhop twice. The second time, I just booked it online. They had my details. It was like in October that I did my first one. The moving crew did a good job. They were nice. The lead was definitely a lot stronger employee, which is probably why he was the lead. I was moving from a storage unit to a townhouse. They were on time, fast and nice.

We had used Bellhop and we liked how they handled our move. We used them again when we were moving out some of my father's furniture and everyone we dealt with was excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the process. They walked us through the whole thing, how the scheduling and billing would work. The moving crew was friendly and fast. Bellhop worked very hard. They were very personable. For the second time, we utilized Bellhop and we’ll do it again in the future. The first time we used Bellhop, it was a good experience. So, this go-around, we didn't really shop at all. We were given a pretty accurate quote. We needed them to stay a little bit longer. So that kind of went out the window with the accuracy of the quote, but the pricing was fine. Two of the individuals showed up a little late, and one didn't show at all. But the team leader got on the phone with the company, and they tracked someone down that was in the area. Everything went well.

I made a call and scheduled a time for the move. It was simple enough. Customer service was very professional and productive.

A lot of companies charge you a minimum price, but with Bellhop, we didn’t have to do a minimum when we were moving exactly a mile down the street. They offer an ala carte service and it made things so much simpler. The only thing I didn’t like was somebody called and tried to convince me to add another hour to my service. Even though they said if I didn’t use it, it would be credited back, I was sitting on the phone going, “There’s no way that I even need to do that.” He said, “Well, you should do that.” I said, “Well, originally I planned for two hours. Somebody said ‘do three.’ Now, you’re asking me to do four.” That was a little weird.

I priced around and Bellhop's prices were much more reasonable for this particular move. They also had great reviews online so I thought I'd take a shot and they were great - much better than my other mover.

I was on the phone for hours. I couldn't get through customer service. Victor helped me through all this. There was some problem with the links from the very beginning and they were trying to sort it out. But eventually, it never got sorted. I couldn't see the invoice. I just knew when the money got deducted from the bank. So with other customers, that might be an issue. Otherwise, I was fine with that. I was very happy with the service as well and the people who came to our help.

I've used Bellhop four times now. I keep going back to them because they seem to be the most economical. I know how they operate and it works well with the way we move. In the beginning, it was like, "Hey, can we give you guys a couple of our stuff?" But the more Bellhop has grown, it seems like they've really listened to the way things work now with technology so everything is totally hands-off. They really think of everything when it comes to the move and if you need a truck, they have all of the things that would come with that that you might not think of. Despite their growth, you still get that whole, "We treat you like part of our family."

I had a flat tire on my way, bringing my trailer to my new apartment, and they rescheduled me for the same day because I only had one day that I could move in. It was from 11:00 to 5:00. They had to move a couple of heavy things up to my apartment, but there was an elevator. And then they had to take some shelving out of my trailer and put it into my garage, along with a bit of lumber. They were very efficient, followed directions well and polite. I tipped them afterwards. I thought they needed raises.

We had previously used Bellhop for a move up. Recently, we used them again and it was a very good experience with their rep. They were very professional, very thorough, very attentive and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very well-trained and certainly amenable to helping out in any way possible. They do a great job and I would certainly not hesitate to use them again or recommend.

Customer service was able to answer all the questions regarding the billing and the move. Everything was top-notch. It took about two hours and 10 minutes to complete the move. It was about a 30-minute drive and the folks who came in were really professional.

I got a co-worker who used Bellhop before. I also interviewed for a human resource manager position with the vice president or the president two years ago, and he was a great guy, listening to him talk about the things that he did. I learned a lot about the company during that interview with him and it was a neat startup and really impressed with what all has been done with the company. They did a good job. They broke two things, neither of them were anything that I had a complete fit about. We asked them to put the beds together in the end, but they told me that they couldn't do that because they didn't take the beds apart. I bought them lunch and fed them pizza, and they were a nice bunch of young men. The leader was great. I also gave them a nice tip and sent them on their way. I would use them again.

I've used them a few years ago and they were great when they first started up. Recently, I used them and they were early and on time. They did a great job. I also recommended them to my brother. He was here moving stuff when I hired them. He hired them in St. Louis just for a quick unload.

We were moving about 45 minutes away and we called Bellhop a month before I moved to schedule everything. We talked with Bellhop around that week when we booked about two or three times to make sure everything was good and that we told them everything we had. Their reps asked all the right questions and they had the right-sized truck and everything there for me to move.

Everyone was so helpful and awesome. They got the job done and very quickly too. They didn't overcharge me nor did they try to just stand around and waste time. It was a really good move.
