I received a comprehensive report on my 18-year-old car without issue. The agents who helped me were all polite and efficient, including the one who helped end my subscription and close my account. There are some unwieldy things with the PDF downloads, but my report was huge, so it might be related to that. All in all, would recommend.

I had requested a 1$ quick view for vehicle. Apart from that, I also got charged $20 for access to the full record which I not asked for. The customer agent Raymond, was very courteous and resolved my issue immediately by setting up a refund of the $20 and closing my account. Appreciated the quick turnaround.
