Alexander was very helpful. I wish the public record report had the name of the vehicle owner. I was using the information to find the person who hit my car but all it said was Lease. I wanted the leasing company name and or the person leasing the car and the report did not include that so the report was not helpful to me. Alexander assisted me with stopping any future charges. He/She was quick to resolve my issue. Thank you.

I was directed to this site/company to get MSRP on my vehicle. The site initially said $1 for that info, then I was charged $7 (not a huge problem but seemed a little sus). When I got the pdf there was zero information about MSRP - the only info I needed on the entire report. In addition, there was a $30 report package charge! I chatted with David in support and he informed me that a data specialist would manually collect the MSRP and provide it. I heard from the data specialist a few hours later, but they said they couldn't get that info. I reached out to Susan in Customer support and she very quickly refunded all the fees. In fact I saw the confirmation emails while we were still chatting. I think there are some fee transparency issues on the site itself, but Customer Service made it right.

I got the information I needed and the chat option was fast and easy, good customer service. The only reason for missing a star is I was under the impression I was paying for one report and it put me on a monthly subscription, but they didn't text to let me know I had a open account so that was nice. Otherwise I would have not known until a charge hit my account. Overall it was good service

Incredibly quick service. Resolved my issue in a matter of minutes with ease. I reached out when I noticed a charge on my card that I wasn't expecting. Without asking any more questions I received a confirmation email of my refund.

So, I signed up for a subscription without realizing it??? Pretty deceptive! I thought I was pulling a single report. The website needs wayyyyy better upgrades. Too bare bones. And now I am forced to pad my review or it won't be posted. Literally zero information on how long it should be. Come on...

Thank you Ryan, I was really worried about a charge and you resolved it so well. Ryan explained the charge and I told him I did not know that so needed a refund. He helped and said he has issued a refund. Just hope to receive the refund.

Had a really smooth experience from start to finish. Getting the information I requested was quick and straightforward, and the customer service team was helpful and friendly throughout. When I needed to cancel, the process was simple with no runaround. Refreshing to deal with a company that actually makes things easy!

There was some confusion overcharges but they seem to have made it right! I’m still iffy about coming back but not totally against it. I would just make sure to really read the fine print. Nancy assisted me in live chat and she was very informative and helpful.
