Nancy, the customer service representative I just worked with, helped me in a quick and easy fashion! Unfortunately it was to close my account. I no longer need the service. However, as I was using it, I never had any problems and again the customer service is perfect. Thank you!

When I went to inquire they said at the final one dollar then charge me 31 dollars but they are giving me a refund but you should be more clear. I am on a fixed income. I would have never agreed to the 31 dollars

Yes this is a scam I feel like. It first charged me $1 for my vehicle title and info. Then charged me $30. And continued to the next month to charge me $30. When I realized this was happening, I contacted live support right away and they quickly issued me a refund and closed the account.

When I went to the live chat, Donna helped me greatly! She was able to help with everything I needed quickly and politely. I appreciated how easy it was to use the live chat as well. The website helped me a lot with seeing vehicle history when buying a car. The only thing is that you have to cancel your account after you use it or you’ll be charged monthly unless you don’t!

Amanda in Customer Service was so helpful. She got my account closed and refunded my $20. There was no hassle or lack of understanding. She was great. She listened and was very understanding. She was very helpful and made sure the info I was providing her was what she exactly needed.

They are not transparent about the fee from the start. They are fishy just like all other scam sites. If they are genuine; they do not need to hide that. I believe all the positive reviews here are fake. I saw a few reports and flags about this site.

Customer service responded immediately and completely helped me out with my inquiries. There was a billing issue with my account but it was solved within 3 minutes. Usually, any other service would probably take 5-10 minutes in between EACH message to respond. Thank you so much Amy!!

I’m not sure that I was charged correctly as I don’t recall signing up for any package, and the charge came weeks after I requested the original $1 report which is all I thought I was getting. And since the charge just occurred, same day, it would have been nice to be given a refund.

The site was easy to maneuver; however, I could not find where my receipt was or how to cancel a subscription. The customer service rep was very professional and helped me greatly. She was able to accomplish this in less than 2 minutes.

The agent was very helpful. I didn't realize that the service was auto renew and I received a charge on my credit card today for renewal. I explained the situation to him and he was kind enough to cancel the subscription and issued a credit to my account. It was truly appreciated.

Excellent service. I got what I need and I'm more than happy with this service, I would definitely recommend this service to a friend who's looking for car history and more information about the cars they own or want to buy, some places they don't give you full report of your car but this service is definitely worth it.

The site was very misleading. It stated I would be charged one dollar but after reaching someone through the chat, they told me I was charged $20 but that they canceled my account for me as requested. I told him I was misled thinking I was only going to pay one dollar. He explained that it’s $20 but rest assured there would be no further charges. He was very nice, but your site is complete bullshit by misleading people.

$30, $7, AND a $1 charge is not fully explained. PDF is already provided but you must choose if you want a PDF for $7 (not implicitly stated), $30 charge immediately not after 1 month of "trial." How do I get the $30 back if I canceled within an hour of using the site? I do not want a monthly charge. Contacted support and all they could tell me was that it's part of the subscription that I don't want.

I needed vehicle history information before making a purchase, and VehicleHistory.us provided the information quickly and easily. The cost was minimal, and canceling the membership was just as simple so I would not be charged in the future. I used the chat feature, and within about 10 minutes everything was taken care of. Overall, it was a quick, helpful, and easy process.

First off Robert was of great assistance via using chat. So I think him what puzzles me is that the web site coloring and structure appears to make it look like it is a public or official government website. I was surprised to pay $1 - but that is fine. I think requested a PDf - and you were to charge me $7 which I declined. However the email message was the clue - it indicated I had access to something like 720 reports - meantime I only wanted one. That prompted me to contact you via chat. Had I not caught this - since there is no receipt or email etc - on being charged - I would not have known about it. I'm glad the money's were promptly refunded but why do business this way - are you generating more sales ---- really? So something to consider - Thank you now you are asking me for a receipt - which I never received.

Having searched free vin records, I filled in the details as required, to view records I was charged $1, I paid though I didn’t expect the fee as I believed totally free, I then was charged another $20 without my knowledge. I contacted via chat and the $20.00 refund should be received in 3 to 5 business days. It should be made more obvious that an account will be opened seemingly without my agreement to same.

I misunderstood what I was signing up for and only expected a $1 charge then saw I was charged $20. I chatted in with support who explained what the charge was for. I let them know I did not intend to buy or use the account or package. They were helpful in closing my account and issuing a refund. I appreciate the understanding and swift assistance. Thanks.

Nancy did a great job of assisting me with understanding the Report Packages in detail, report offered by the Vehicle History is detail and give a lot of information that I was not aware of. It also had recall info about my vehicle that I was not aware of.

Your company made a $20.00 unauthorized charge to my credit card. I was pulling car info for my grandson and did authorize charges of $1 and $7. Then I see a $20.00 charge I DID NOT authorize. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and also your company via chat. George, in your CS group responded quickly and assured me the $20.00 would be credited back to my card. He was quick and efficient..... Thank you.
