I requested "1" report and was billed $31 on June 23 and billed $30 on July 22. I received a note in the mail to access the dashboard, as there was no other way to contact you. The rep was able to help close my account and issue a credit $30 for the second deduction. Why was I billed multiple times?

I authorized a $3 charge and was charged $31 as a reoccurring charge monthly. I only needed my FL registration one time. This is a scam of a site. I have warned my friends and neighbors not to use this website. I spoke to the DMV and they told me to not use this website. Scammers everywhere!

I logged in to check a false registration renewal in my name - pulled the VIN number off that invoice - read through - cost $1.00 for the initial report. Not bad... next thing I know they are billing me $31.00 for the report and adding me to some subscription as soon as I clicked pay and entered my credit card information. Shady. Shitty. I got on with a chat customer service lady, explained, she couldn't do anything for me except close my account - the account that I did not know I opened since I checked out "as a guest." B.S. Beware. Don't click anything, you are not a guest, there is no $1.00 checkout, it is a trap.

The service is good. The report is comprehensive. However there are some functions that do not work as expected (did not receive emails when trying to self service.), Also the pricing model is "forgettable".

ALL the 5 star reviews have to be fake. This company claimed to give a report for 1 dollar. Then without disclosing an extra charges, charged my card $31 dollars. I went back in and look at all the fine print, read all of the terms of service and the like and not once did it mention an extra charge. They prey on people and should not be in business.

I paid for the $7 single download and somehow I got signed up for the monthly subscription. Which I did not want. I only wanted 1 thing the records of my car as of today. Either way I got ahold of them and they fixed the issue with no problems.

I was caught off guard by the sudden $31 charge on my credit card, but your online assistant was very responsive in removing that charge. Because of this quick response, I will consider using your service in the future if needed, but please don't be so quick to charge the full amount for a subscription. The subscription service web form was somewhat confusing, and I may not have understood exactly what was transpiring.
