Has not worked from the first day I received it, washer will not generate pressure to suck liquid through hose from containers. This was a big disappointment, I was looking forward to having a unit that didn't require being attached to regular water hose for mobility. Complete waste of money.

The pressure cooker leaked only 1 month after I bought it. Also a screw that was in the top of the lid came loose and rattles around in the lid. I was very dissatisfied with this cooker and have not used it since I ordered it. Also, baskets to fry and steam are too small for the 10 oz. cooker.

I really love this cooker. It really does cook in much less time. I like fresh turkey breast. This cooker cooks that in a little more than an hour. It is tender and remains juicy. I cook with this cooker often because of its speed in cooking and the quality of the final product.

My dissatisfaction stems from all three products purchase have ceased to function with careful adult usage in a house with no children. One Perfect Cooker made my oatmeal for breakfast and the other made side dishes for grilled meals. The PPCXL made my dog's leg quarters & rice, and so many wonderful meals after a long day at work. These gifts totaled over $250 and I cannot help but think the money was wasted. Nothing lasted over 16 months. I dearly miss their use in my kitchen, but I cannot bring myself to invest that much again to replace them if it is going to be a repeated issue. Emails and calls to customer service were a vast disappointment as well.

Never got the $100 in coupons. That was scam to identify people to order over other brands that are available in retail stores. False advertising is really damaging. When considering future purchases it's better to keep the promises. It should be part of the contract and I should be eligible to return the product.

I'm so disgusted with my experience with Power Pressure Cooker that I could scream. I got my daughter, my foster daughter, and myself one. I went with them because it looks simple and I took that they were being honest with their words. They told me that they'll bill my credit card for the cooker and that I won't have to worry about writing a check or keeping up with bills or anything like that. They advertised that you get a $100 gift certificate for food. They also told me that I would get four magazines for free and if I don't like them, I don't have to keep them and that the unit would come in a welcome package.
However, the unit didn't come in a welcome package, and the magazine they sent was Glamour, which I'm not interested in. I called to cancel the magazine because they kept billing me for it. So I ended up with the cooker and nothing extra. However, my daughter and my foster daughter swear by their units. They told me that the cookers had made their life so much easier. They told me that you can pop whatever you want in that pressure cooker and have your meal in no time. I also bought gourmet skillets from them and they told me that nothing will stick to it. I just saved the material on the box because everything I put in it sticks to it and I've never used any kind of metal spatula on it.

A couple of girls were talking about the Power Pressure Cooker that I’ve seen at Walmart. I got one because it was quick to cook on a Sunday when we get back from church. It made the meat really tender in no time. I’ve had it for a couple of years. I got my daughter to come and help me on it so we've cooked a few times. However, they need to put a cookbook to go along with the pressure cooker. Some people don't know to throw a pile stuff in there together and come out okay. I’d recommend Power Pressure Cooker to a friend.

I have been looking for some good cookware and decided to give Copper Chef Cookware a try. They had a two for the price of one special at that time. The food looked very appetizing as the chef was cooking there. I eat a lot of salmon and I wanted to try and see if my salmon would turn out like that. I have had the cookware for a couple of months now. It proved to be true, as I heard from people, that the cookware you use makes a lot of difference in the way your food tastes. I love how the food tastes completely different as the cookware holds the flavor and the juices in the meat. The pots are of great quality but I heard some negative feedback from my daughter-in-law’s mom who purchased a set years ago and she said that the food sticks to the pan over a period of time. It could be that she misused it and I’m hoping it isn’t true. I absolutely love the Copper Chef Cookware and would recommend it to anybody.

That was a lot of money to get only a few months of use. Boo!!!

My husband was watching the Copper Chef ad on TV, then he called me and asked me to order the cookware. He wanted it. We were looking at the Copper Chef people with all the recipes and cooking with this cookware looked easy. We've owned the cookware for a month and I would certainly recommend it. I haven't used it much but so far it has been good. I like that the cookware is nonstick and no-grease. For what I've used it for, I love it. I've talked to other people and they all love it too. I'm a very basic cook and I don't do specialty items. Copper Chef sent me a recipe online and I made a pizza in the cookware the way they made it, and it was very good. Most of the people in my family have a Copper Chef piece and I'm going to add more pieces to our Copper Chef cookware.

My husband is the cook and he fell in love with what he was doing. He had to have Power Pressure Cooker. We saw it and wanted to try it. He got the idea that it could take all day to cook a roast doing the conventional stuff. The pressure cooker will cook it within about 20 minutes. It was something that wasn't within my price range and I wouldn't have gotten it if my husband didn't want it so bad. The cost was a little high but the quality is good, though. It's good at locking in the flavor. You would lose flavor in the conventional oven but this really locked it in. We did a turkey breast and it was juicy compared to in the oven which would be dry. I love it and would recommend it.

Power Pressure Cooker sounded like a nice thing to have. I am on a fat-free diet, and the cookware has helped. I use it to cook vegetables and it's good for steaming them and cooking hard boiled eggs. It also works okay for soup, but I've tried cooking meat and I don't have the roasted taste that I get in the oven. It's bland and I don't get the crispiness. The product's quality is okay, but I wouldn't have bought it if I knew what I know today about its very limited use for people like me. It's not worth the money because I'm cooking my whole meal in there. Plus, Kroger is selling theirs for $40 cheaper than Power Pressure Cooker.
Hi Pierre,
We are sorry to for the experience. We do suggest you follow the recipe's directions and ingredient for cooking the recipe that you want. You can also adjust the time of the recipe you prefer.

I like the different programming that I could do with the Power Pressure Cooker as well as the advertisement regarding me getting the $100 worth of grocery coupon. So far, I've had no problems with it at all and it seems to be holding out. I don't like the fact that the Crock-Pot gets so hot, but I can get my meal cooked much quicker. I haven't completely figured out how to work it all together, but I liked the soup, the beans and the meat, which is basically what we've used it for. I will definitely keep it and I will definitely be using it. It's a good product and I would recommend it.

I received the Power Pressure Cookers that I ordered and I sent one to my niece in Noth Carolina. I thought I ordered two books with two pressure cookers but I only got one book. I called them back and they said it would cost me to move mine. I asked them if they would give my money back if I sent the pressure cooker back and they said they wouldn't and he wanted to sell me another book for $29 and I didn't get more information from him. I simply left it alone because I had to call three times and he wouldn't give me a book. I told my niece that I had to go and find or buy one. In addition, I didn't get the award they said they were going to send me. I hope I get a Basket with both of them. On the other hand, the pressure cooker looks good and I would recommend it.

I've seen Power Pressure Cooker advertised over TV and what sold me on it was the way they advertised it -- the way that it cooked, it didn't take long to cook whatever you put in it, and the meat came out really tender. It's been a little over a month since I’ve had it. I'd used it several times now and I really liked it. I like that it cooks fast and had a good price on it compared to other products. The thing that I had problems with is the amount of the liquids that you can put in. It didn't have enough information on all of that. But other than that, I'm very satisfied.

And my wife and I work very odd schedules and it gave me the chance to cook us a meal when she works odd hours. I also ordered the basket for the large pressure cooker so I can do two things like vegetables and then pull it out. I love my pressure cookers. They're great things to have and so far, I'm very pleased.

The Copper Chef pans were the worst pans I have ever had. Some foods did stick to pan and after about a month the copper surface was very hard to clean. I ended up throwing them away. The rectangular pans originally appeared to be heavy duty but I was disappointed that they were too thin and "cheap."

Square pan - Though pans are induction compatible, they are too thin & food does stick. Concave bottom is not efficient. I.e. link sausage all rolls to edges. That being said, they all have their place & overall, I use all three. Probably work best on gas or regular electric cooktop.

I really love my Copper Chef cookware. It is the only pan I cook with and is easy to clean. I have not used the larger pan as it is just me so I have not had a need for it... yet! My only issues are that I have to use some sort of fat because eggs stick and the center seems to be slightly raised as eggs or butter or whatever immediately moves to the corners. It's not really visible but you know it's there. I also love the stainless steel steamer and pot. I have found that I have no need for my stove anymore! Love your product.

I love my Copper Chef experience. I was looking for a pan of that caliber everywhere and I couldn't find one. When I saw the Copper Chef commercial on TV, I got a small one and a larger-sized one after that. It's a fine pan. They also sent me a spatula and a couple other little things that I liked to go with it so that was nice. I like the cleanup part of it because after I pick anything that has been in the pan, I can take a paper towel and clean it entirely. Everything will come out of it and I can use it again right there.
Also, with some pots or pans, they get worn out, but my Copper Chef pans stand up and work really well. The other pot that I've used, I've thrown away and I just use Copper Chef. I tell everybody about them. My sister wanted some so she went down to Williamsburg and got a similar one. But it wasn't Copper Chef and she didn't like it as well as she thought she would. She burned it. She said when she would see Copper Chef again on TV, she will order it.

We purchased the whole set Copper Chef Cookware and have had it for about eight months. My wife uses it and it’s pretty good but it doesn’t last too long on the skillet. Sometimes it’s difficult to get the burnt stuff off of the non-stick by doing a little scrubbing on it or by just wiping it off and it’s not quite like it does in the commercials.
Hi Sandall,
To avoid the burning issue of the pan, please be guided to set your cooking temperature into low to medium only as it is the suggested heat setting for most cooking. Pre-heat the pan also for at least 3-5 minutes and make sure it is hot enough before you start cooking.
After each use, fill your Copper Chef pan with hot water and liquid dish detergent. Let this stand until lukewarm. Use a sponge or soft cloth to remove any remaining food particles. Do not use steel wool or other metal pads. They could leave coarse scratches. Always rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a soft towel.
When food is burned in the pan, a stubborn black residue may remain. If soaking does not loosen it, add water and a tablespoon of non-lemon dishwasher detergent to a depth of one inch in the pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool in the pan, then drain and rinse. Loosen the residue with a sponge or plastic spatula. Repeat if necessary.
You may also check the owners manual of the product for the complete cleaning instruction. Please reach us if you have any other questions and concerns.
Thank you.

I was flipping through the channels one night and Copper Chef had a deal where you buy a casserole pan and they throw in the skillet for free. It was a bargain, so I got the deal. When I got the items, they only had one lid between them, so I bought an extra lid. But the cookware heats great. We cooked about six pounds of ribs in the deep one this past weekend. We seasoned them overnight then dumped them in the pan with barbecue sauce. We put them on low and about four hours later, they were the best ribs I ever had in my life. I let the Copper Chef handle it and I didn't even need to put them on the grill.
I'm highly impressed with their products and I love them. But the first time I used the skillet, I saw a chip in the bottom of it. There's no reason for that chip to be there since I haven't used anything but a wooden utensil in it. Maybe they sent me a flawed pan because it was a freebie. But I have my Copper Chef Cookware for almost two months now and I haven't used anything but my small saucepan since I got them. I have also told everybody about them.

Getting the Power Pressure Cooker sounded like a good idea when I saw their ad on television so I gave it a try. I got three cookers, the small one, the medium-sized one and the big one. I like the products and how they tenderize the meat. I've done sausage, ribs and chicken on them and they got tender. Rice and corn also came out good. But I did spaghetti once and the sauce stuck to the bottom of the pot and burned, so it doesn't work for spaghetti. Then I had to use a sponge with a scratch pad on it to get the stuff that stuck to the bottom loosened and I didn't clean it properly.
But now I know how to clean the pots. After cooking, if there is anything that's stuck to the bottom, the best way I found to clean them is to throw plain water in and let it go through a cycle of cooking, like for the meat. Then use the soft sponge to take off anything that's stuck to the bottom. But once the stuff is stuck to the bottom, if you don't soften it up, the soft sponge does not make a difference because the crust from whatever was cooked will scratch that surface. Power Pressure should let people know that and that they shouldn't scrape it. They should inform people to go ahead and put it through a cycle first so that it softens up. Overall, their products worked out good for me and I've told everybody about them. But I'd like to know if I could buy separate pieces like the pot and the insert for it.

Sometimes the family has parties and I want to cook large amounts. Power Pressure Cooker was the only one I knew of so I bought it. I have it for four months now and it’s doing a good job for me. It's also easy to use and I would tell a friend that it was a good buy. It would be nice though if Tristar sends a sheet of the recipes when you buy it because I don’t have a computer and I can’t go online to get any recipes so I had to buy the book.

My fiancee liked the idea of having a Copper Chef Cookware. It seemed like a good thing at the time and we got our first set six months ago. Then we got our second set recently. We have more than one house so we use them all. We like that they don't stick and they're nice pans. My fiancee doesn't burn cheese and she actually cooks cheese right on the pan. I like the small frying pan. That works and cleans up very well. I was impressed with it. I’d recommend Copper Chef Cookware.

We're on a fixed income but the rep mentioned $100 worth of coupons with the bonus so we thought we would go ahead and spend the money. We had to sign up online and then I sent that to him. I even did that three times but we didn't get our coupon. I was also given a phone number to call for their customer service and I've called five times, but the reps wouldn't do anything. I told them I already signed up online and they said, "Well, I don't know." I also talked to a woman who was supposed to be a supervisor but she said she doesn't know anything about it.
I got tired of calling and I looked at reviews from other people and they were having the same problem collecting the coupons. Those coupons were just a scam that they offer to sell the product and then they don't follow through with it. The pan itself is working okay. When we cook the salmon, we put the asparagus and the squash in and we have everything all together at one time. We steam and Copper Chef got that little steamer tray which works wonderful. It does for steaming the vegetables so my wife has been happy with it. But their follow-up and everything else was just horrendous.

My husband and I both use the Copper Chef Cookware. It looked like what we would use a lot without oiling the pan to sauté the meat and we’ve also cooked all kinds of things on it. We got the skillet in December and then we got the big pot with the lid and everything two months ago. We like the non-stick feature where we don't oil and it's easy to clean up which is great. We also use the skillet on the heating device that came with the big pot. The quality of the cookware has been perfect and the products have been just as they say in the advertisements. Also, the warranty is a good thing. I'm glad that we bought the Copper Chef cookware and we also bought one for our daughter and son-in-law. I would recommend it to other people.

I gave Power Pressure Cooker already to my nephew then I'm going to give the other one to my niece. I just saw it on TV and in those commercials, they're really super duper tough but they take 30-45 minutes to heat up a meal. I'm an old bachelor. I heat and warm. I need it in 10 minutes and it's not really time efficient. Although, the quality is really good and well-designed.

I like a heavy-bottom pan and I wanted to see the things I saw on TV about Copper Chef if it was true. I bought two of the 11-inch square cookware with the handles on each side. One's mine and I sent the other one to my friend in Maryland. I thought I was going to get a cookbook with some substantial recipes but that wasn’t the case. I've had my Copper Chef cookware for only a few weeks and I’ve only used it once but I liked it. The cleaning is definitely easy, which was the most wonderful part. It worked beautifully and it did exactly what they all said it was going to do. I made a stew and I first browned the meat and everything slid right out of the pan. My friend also likes the cookware and she’s already roasted chickens in it. Others should try Copper Chef.

I like the deep dish pan we bought from Copper Chef Cookware. It's good quality and I've used it twice now. I popped popcorn the other day and the popcorn was better than it's ever been for a long time. Then I had an egg omelet in it this morning and it turned out really good. My husband thought the egg got stuck but I just let it cool then wiped it and it came right out. Nothing’s stuck. Not even the cheese. But when I needed some recipes on something, I couldn't find them. They wanted me to buy all these books and I'm not used to that. I have enough cookbooks and I don't need a bunch more. Their cookbooks were also terrible.

The overall quality of the items was excellent. I absolutely love my Copper Chef and I already recommended it to a lot of my friends. It’s the best thing ever invented.

My mom told me that she wanted a Power Pressure Cooker. I went to get it online but on that same night I bought it, I saw that it was selling for a price that’s $65 cheaper. I called back and I tried to cancel but they said they couldn't because they had already mailed it out. This was just 20 minutes after I placed the order so I know that wasn’t true. Why pay out about $200 when I could go get one for $140?
The rep told me to wait for tomorrow to cancel it so I did, only to be told once again that it was already shipped out. As soon as the delivery came, I took it to the post office to ship it back to them. The guys at Power Pressure Cooker said I’ll get my refund in three to four business days, but it’s been longer than that and I still haven’t received it. I called my bank to do a stop payment on it and now I'm just going through the process. I called the customer service number of Power Pressure Cooker and they were very worried. They were so rude on the phone and I was frustrated that if anything happens, I won't be able to deal with them, so I went to a whole different company. All in all, my experience with Power Pressure Cooker was horrible.

I bought a pressure cooker, used it once and it stayed on the shelf for 15 years until I decided to get rid of it. I'm scared of pressure cookers because it has the tendency to blow up if the pressure doesn’t get out but the Power Pressure Cooker has a valve that releases the pressure slowly. I gave my son a small one but they are scared to use it because it didn't come with a booklet with recipes and on how to use it.
As for me, I got the big Power Pressure Cooker and I bought it for canning purposes. I’ve also made a couple of dishes with it. The Power Pressure Cooker is faster than other cookware. I can cook beans in it from scratch and it won’t take eight hours. It’s convenient and if I don't have the time, it's better than a Crock-Pot. But for fast cooking, I wouldn't recommend it. I would say to a friend that they're nice and I own one. In this world today, I want my family to have more healthy food than something they can get at the restaurant because fast food is not healthy and I really don't know what they're putting in my food but at home, I do.

This 10 Qt. Pressure Cooker is excellent for cooking meats/chicken; but, cooking pastas is too inconvenient. The pastas come out too tough even when I've followed the recipes from the book that I bought from you all. The other concern that I have is releasing the pressure. Each time I do it, I'm afraid the hot steam is going to burn me even when I'm using a cloth to move the valve to the release steam position. I don't consider myself an expert in using the pressure cooker yet. Maybe in a year or two I'll feel more confident in using it.

My wife and I work a lot and we don't really have time to do a roast or something like that all day or in a Crockpot so we decided it would be cool to get a pressure cooker. We saw Power Pressure Cooker on TV and they had a deal going on. It was $100 for the cooker. I watched a couple of online videos from people that had it. They did some recipes in there and they all gave it positive reviews. There were very few negative sides to it and we were like, "$100, we'll take a shot." It came with an eight by eight copper pan that’s part of when you purchase it that day at that time. It's been about two months now and I’ve done a pot roast with it then a Stroganoff sort of dish and it turned out good.
Overall we're satisfied with it. There are just a couple of things on the pressure cooker like the little steam release that is different than I thought it was. It's not like as you always see them just push it over, real nice and easy and then it lets off all the steam. On ours I have to hold it down with my hand and just push it down. But the cooker is decent for the price of $100. It's also a decent size. We got the eight quarts which isn't the biggest but it's not the smallest. For two or four people it's just about right. The assembly instructions were also easy to follow. I've only really used it a couple of times so right now it's kind of still new but it is what they say it is. Our expectations were met.

I was trying to find an easier way to cook supper and be able to finish it for that same night. So I got a Tristar Power Pressure Cooker at the beginning of June. I also purchased the copper pots and the quality is very good. I liked them and the pressure cooker helped my life. I like how the pressure cooker cooks quick. I can have something ready in 20 minutes and I've made about 10 meals with the pressure cooker.
The first time we used the pressure cooker, we had to wash it and I had a problem getting the top back together. So they should have more displays shown on how the top part come apart and putting it together. Also, it’s hard for me to find more recipes. I didn’t order any of those cookbooks, and I’m trying to cook healthier meals. So I’m still trying to come up with recipes and I have to change our lifestyle because I have to prepare more ahead of time when cooking. I didn’t have a lot of seasonings and they make a difference. I had to look at the recipes I wanted. So, it’s more prepping work to get what I wanted to make. I don’t want to stop using the pressure cooker, but it’s staying on my counter. And I’m using it at least once a week.

She's been enjoying fixing her meals in there. It really comes in handy getting food fixed quicker. When I bought it that doesn't have to do with the condition of the cooker. The cooker has been really good. I haven't tried a lot of the recipes. But I've used it for general cooking like meats and vegetables and I make a lot of soup. It’s excellent. I've tried several of the regular pressure cookers and I was impressed with the amount of time that the Power Pressure Cooker takes to get a meal ready. If I'm not sure what I want to fix for dinner, I can still get it done in time.

I had my great grandmother's and my grandmother's old Presto which is the old style pressure cooker. But the steel has been going out of them being that old. I have always enjoyed cooking in a pressure cooker, so giving the Power Pressure Cooker a try seemed like the easiest thing to do. When I ordered the pressure cooker, I ended up getting all the different cookware from them. I've had the pressure cooker for two months and using it was fast and easy. However, the instructions in the cookbook that came with it were really bad and very vague.
I live right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico and when I try to cook inside, it's 100 degrees outside which heats up the house a little bit. And the electric pressure cooker doesn't necessarily heat up the house versus using propane and the normal old fashioned electrical cooker on the stove top. A lot of people have had problems with the Power Pressure Cooker when I looked at the reviews, but I've used it about six times and everything seems to be working fine and I really enjoyed it.

My daughter and my husband are the chefs in the family so they decided to get the Power Pressure Cooker. My daughter is a stay-at-home mom and by the time I get home, she's already got dinner started. The first time she used the cooker, the crust stuck and she was very disappointed. We have a dishwasher and she let it soak overnight then ran it through there the following morning. There was still crust on the inside of it. She was about ready to send it back and was definitely not happy. However, she never read the directions all the way and she didn't spray the crock with food spray in a pan. Maybe that needed to be in bold print when it's put in the booklet. But after that, she loves it. She has made everything from chicken pot pie to pasta to pot roast and it's been delicious.
She has a four-year-old and a six-month-old. Then my husband is unemployed because he had a stroke two years ago and he's incapable of working which is why we live with them. With everything going on, there's a lot of times that she will forget to pull something out of the freezer for dinner and until lunchtime. But then the cooker doesn't take the traditional amount of time to cook it and she's happy about that because we're not eating at 10:00 at night. It's definitely time-saving.

I bought it because it was the only one Costco offered & it seemed like an all in one deal. The instruction manual is completely insufficient. For example, if I want to cook black beans, the manual does not tell me how long to cook them for, or how much water to put in, or if oil is needed. I had to refer to another pressure cooker's online manual to guess the proportions (4 cups water to 1 cup beans, no more than 2 cups beans and 8 cups water). The "slow cooker" does not give an accurate slow cook option. I would like to be able to slow cook for 8-10 hours to where the meat falls apart, but it only offers 2-6 hours. I chose 6 hours and my pork was hard and cooked through after 2 hours.
When I called to have the tin inner lid replaced, I found I had to pay for the entire lid assembly at $30! Why require your customer to pay for more than is needed? On the bright side, once I used another manual and called your number for instructions (an hours worth of work) I found out how to cook beans and it does a great job.

I'm not too happy with my 2 sets. Sure food doesn't stick but I only had my first set a little over 2 months and it was deliver to the wrong address. Had an investigation done. When receiving my pots out of the box came to me in a hand bag by someone who live 10 houses down. Well I had then order more because I thought that I wasn't going to received the first order. Well when I started to fry in my Copper XL using the basket while lifting my chicken my handle broke off. What a mess. I call and was told to send it back. I still haven't receive my basket. My cook top is losing the color. I'm not happy with my experience.

Order process was fast and easy. The pans are amazing, I use them every day. We are eating healthier because we no longer have to use butter or oil. They also look great and I am looking forward to eventually purchasing a whole set to replace my stainless steel cookware.

The cooker was pretty easy to learn to use. I did use a crock pot liner on one occasion which worked well when cleaning. On the other occasions I followed recommendations I had read to clean soon after it is cool enough to clean which I think does make a difference. Only issue I have is locating recipes for the 10qt size. I am trying to adapt some of my own. I did not really wish to buy a cookbook.

So far I am enjoying the pressure cooker... still learning. I am however annoyed with your infomercial. Perhaps it's my fault being a new consumer, but I feel your infomercial is misleading. You promise $100.00 free groceries, but the paper that comes with the unit is for "grocery coupons". Now I haven't received my pin yet (another concern) but if I get a bunch of "coupons" for specific food items that I don't normally purchase, I'm going to be mad.
The copper pot pan that is used in the infomercial is the large deep-dish pan. You lead your consumers to believe that that is the one that they'll be receiving for "free". I was very disappointed to discover that it is no more than a small saute pan. Also, I ordered 1 pan and one lid. I received 2 pans and no lids. So far, I am not really completely pleased w/ this experience. I would recommend the Power Pressure Cooker XL to my friends, but I would not encourage them to order from your website or based on the infomercial.

I followed carefully your instructions but my experience has been far from your TV ads. My Cooper Chef pan is easy to clean with soap and a soft sponge, not different from others good brands non sticker pans, but most of the foods, including eggs, doesn't move freely on the pan. I was thinking on return your pan but first I want to hear something from you.

I'm so in love with these pots and pans. My next purchase is all the rest of the set. So far I have the XL with induction plate, the large high side pan, 10 pc set, the grill sheets, the loaf pans and the brownie pan. OMG I love them all! It's easy to use and clean up afterwards.

The handle on small models is terrible. Hard to use it. When I figure out buttons better for stuff would like it better. When it works like I want it's great! I have four friends owning one per my suggestion. Two more hoping to get one for Christmas. A guide for cooking times would be helpful. Not everyone has internet for videos.

Power Pressure Cooker XL - I am 70 yrs old. I have enjoyed this more than anything. It's easy to use. You only have 1 pot to clean. Makes cooking a lot faster. This cooker brings out the best taste in the foods you cook. This is the safest pressure cooker I have ever seen. I would not give this up for anything. It's my go to for everything most of the time. Thanks for making this. I love it.

Love the Copper Chef XL pan. I really like how the food cooks so evenly using the induction heating plate. I love to sear any large serving of meat prior to cooking it in the oven. This seems to really help the meat stay moist and hold a good flavor.

While we have not had a chance to try to cooker out, my feelings are tinted by your high pressure sales team. You have the website fixed so orders cannot be completed without a salesperson calling you back. Then it's one special offer after another after another. I will never recommend this to anyone but will advise them not to purchase.

When searing meat in the square pans, you can only sear in the center of the pans, the outer edges are hot but cannot sear the meat, tried to sear 4 pork chops, had to move them around to the center of the pan, that applies to the stove and the induction plate. The glass lid is fantastic for steaming. Like the fact that they don't stick like they did in the old type of cookware.

We are very pleased with the Power Pressure Pro XL. We use it once or twice weekly - unlike some other gadgets we've bought. We are very glad we purchased this cooker. Cooking times are great, the food tastes yummy, and the design is impressive. We were driving home from our son's house where we had prepared field peas that still had lots of soup. It over-turned in the trunk of the car on the ride home, but nothing leaked out. Good job.

With the first pan they sent - everything stuck beautifully. Complained and returned the first pan after using it for almost a year and hating it. They sent a 2nd pan and it works like all of the ads said it was. I really love this pan now.

I really like this pan. It's the 9 or 10" round pan and I use it almost every day. I got it just after I purchased the square pan on 6.20.2016. But - unless I use butter or oil with it every thing like eggs, sausage sticks. Oh - if I deglaze the pan it comes right out. I have never used a PAM type cooking spray with this pan as I know it will ruin it. As I stated - I like the pan because I can use it on my NuWave PIC cook top. But the sticking is a royal pain. I have yet to use the square pan - hope to once cooler weather comes again. I also purchased the 3 cup Perfect Cooker. Just gave that to a friend and purchased a 5 cup Cook's Essentials cooker. It's better for my needs. Absolutely love this new one, it's also purple in color; and it has a programmable cooking timer, along with 3 presets. That are really nice.

Placed 2 orders on Tristar Products' website for inner pots for 8qt Power Pressure Cooker XL. Received them via UPS. Opened first box. Tried in cooker was too small. Called "customer service" rep explained correct size shipped I explained it didn't fit. He insisted it was correct. I explained it didn't. Call somehow got disconnected. Called back had to explain it all over. Rep transferred me to supervisor. Supervisor said ship back but would have to pay for opened box to ship back. Explained once received she would ship out correct 8qt pots.
3 weeks later we received 2 boxes same exact size as before. I called customer service again. I was told correct size this time was sent. He wanted me to open both boxes to make sure. I placed our 8qt pot next to box not possible unless new pots are collapsible. I returned both boxes & finally received refunds. I now have a cooker that is useless since I can only order them through Tristar and that is impossible. I don't know the order numbers but hoping the 2 attachments can help in locating them. Please feel free to contact me if any additional information is needed.

I bought the paint sprayer not truly believing it would work as well as seen on TV. I got it yesterday and immediately opened it and couldn't wait to try it out. I own a marina and boatyard here on the coast of Georgia and use commercial air compressors and paint guns regularly. This product is simple to use, it set up fast, and did a great job with easy cleanup! It far exceeds the presentation on TV. I will and already have recommended this great paint sprayer to my friends and employees! Thank you for a truly great product!!

The copper grill mats cook the food as promised, well almost. I don't get grill marks, but really don't care that I do or don't. They do prevent flare-ups, and they do that very well. I also get a fairly even cook throughout, without hot spots. The HUGE downside is cleaning them. What a disaster of a mess every time. For that reason alone I would NOT recommend these to anyone.
