I had a hard time finding customer service to close my account, but when I finally found the chat, they processed my request immediately - and refunded my last charge with no questions. Thank you. You just need to make the ability to cancel this easier.

The chat was able to understand my issue and resolve it swiftly. The ease of interaction to get the data that I needed was exceptional. The site was well constructed and easy to navigate. I think the whole operation is something that should be the standard for online businesses.

Unable to discern present title owner. Did David ** and Manual ** buy my house at auction for $10,000? Where would I find this information? Evidently, there's a site called Auction.com, but are only private companies doing this kind of work?

I somehow got signed up for a recurring subscription. I did contact customer service and they were able to cancel the future charges that it would have incurred. They assured me that my account is close. Then I got some regular mail saying I was signed up for a 2-year account. Had to get back on chat support and they again assured me that no future charges would be made.

I found this service during a project where we could not get current property information from the municipality due to a boundary change process. I used the service to gather the best known information which allow us to create a usable site plan for permit submittal. I did not need to account after this and wanted to cancel it. Support was very helpful. My account was quickly taken care of. The service was useful and if I need it again, I will be back.

Very happy with the service as well as the ease with which I was able to cancel when no longer needed. The site is very easy to use and has current, specific information unlike a lot of record search websites. This is a well organized and legit site.

I was looking for some specific information about my property. When I got the report it was mostly blank and the only way to get everything was to pay another $7 for another PDF. Then I noticed I was going to be charged a recurring $20 every 2 weeks. I did not see that part when I was initially getting the report done. I contacted customer service and they immediately cancelled the recurring charge.

I was searching for property information and found this site but after signing up for what started out as $1.00 it soon appeared that it was a subscription type service, that was confusing and to me it was misleading. Fortunately I was able to contact a customer service representative that was able to confirm my suspension but also cancel my account and the future charges and for that I am grateful.

I was billed for this service and have never heard of it or used it before. They did reverse the charges, but this was clearly a scam. While I appreciate the quick reversal of charges, I am deeply disturbed this could even happen. Really frustrating to have to deal with this nonsense.

I was able to chat with someone "Thomas" right away. He was able to find my account right away and didn't need me to explain every little detail to understand my issue. Thomas was able to solve my issue without any addition questions or asking me if I was sure. And then he followed up with me to see if I needed anything else. This was Great Service!

Patricia in customer service was excellent. This was a one time service that I needed. It worked flawlessly. If I ever need again I will sign back up. She closed out my account and voided all future charges. Most companies try to give you the runaround. Thank you.

I entered a chat with Eric and he answered my questions and resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently, I had a recurring charge that I did not understand and he explained why and I appreciate the quick and prompt resolution and would recommend this service.

They advertise that you only have to pay $1.00 to use their service. After you enter your credit card number, they start charging you $20 every 2 weeks without your authorization. You cannot cancel this "hidden" subscription, you have to call them to cancel. They are scammers!

Went from 1 to 3 because they did refund my money. The info they provided was good, just make sure no extra buttons are clicked if you use the site.

Getting the report I needed was quick and easy. The only issue I had was that after the report was delivered, I noticed that I was automatically enrolled in a recurring fee of $20/month. I was able to use chat to cancel the subscription with no issue.

I was able to get all the info I needed and the chat feature was fast and super helpful! The agent I talked to went above and beyond for me! This site is a great resource and I look forward to using it the next time I am in need of a report! Thanks again to the agent that quickly helped me through the chat!

After posting review, was contacted by PublicRecords.us to refund the 20.00 fee. Quick response on complaint.

I entered the complete person's name. It came back and said it found 2 records. After I paid the $1.00 fee, it attempted to get me to pay more fees for the information. When I finally got the information the person wasn't even on the list. The name I entered wasn't on the list. THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!!

I am pleasantly surprised about the customer service being wonderful. Margaret was great with her customer service. She was very concise and quick to my needs. She understood my situation and resolved it much more quickly than I thought the problem would take. I appreciated it greatly and it made my day.

The process was fairly simple -- I entered my address, and after entering my credit card information, everything appeared as promised. It was only a dollar, but I do think that alerting folks earlier in the process as to the possible fees (there were numerous options for types of reports) would be courteous.

This site has great customer service and they had all the info I needed in one easy to use site. I was able to look up the property I needed and not be charged more than what I used. I would recommend them to any- and everyone! Thank you so much!!

I was confused about a few things pertaining to the website and Anthony guided me through it. I really appreciate his helpfulness. I wish I could have spoken to him rather than text but it worked out fine. I wish I could have corrected the wrong info about my property with him but I know where to go now.

This person forwarded my questions and stated that I would have a reply by 24 hours. And also another question regarding a person that was listed as a residence but we do not know of this person, nor have they lived at my mom's property. Noted that records are not always accurate.

The customer service agent was very helpful in resolving the issue. There was an invalid charge related to my property records. I didn’t authorize this charge and had to initiate an inquiry with the customer service agent. He looked into it and quickly resolved the issue. I also requested to close my account which he did subsequently.

Had an issue, so I went to the Live Chat (on a Saturday). A very nice customer service rep listened to my issue and provided an immediate remedy! The whole thing didn't take but maybe 3 minutes. I was amazed at how efficient they were. I exited the chat feeling extremely satisfied.

I used Public Records service when I was selling my property to see what all was due. That was very helpful in my closing as I did not use real estate agents. I also got very helpful support on a charge and overall a very good experience. I would recommend this service to other real estate owners.

Fastest response I've ever experienced from customer service. A record 2 minutes after my email was sent, it was addressed and the proper action conducted. So my improper charge of $20 was refunded to me promptly. Normal customer service will take days, if ever. Thank you, Andy ** $511 customer service representative.

I appreciate that I was asked if my request for property records gave me what I was looking for. Normally, when I request an item, I do not receive feedback asking if I received what I wanted. I replied that I did not receive the Assessor's Map that I was hoping to receive. In one day, I received the Assessor's Map. Thanks for the great service.

The cancellation was very quick and I even got a partial refund. They were unable to locate my account at first and reached out promptly to ask for more details. Once I gave them, they very quickly cancelled my subscription. I am now writing now to complete the word count. There’s nothing more I really need to say.

I wish I could check out with American Express; that’s the only thing I would love to see changed. Other than that, the material I received was detailed and well laid out. I was able to find the material I was looking for and sum with the basic report. The basic I thought was very detailed.

I did an inquiry and was charged the initial $3 and monthly recurring $20 payments. Requested cancellation of enrollment and credit of unwanted services. Cancellation was done with confirmation #**. I am awaiting credit on my Mastercard.
