Very Easy to use, I was not expecting this to be that easy and it did not cost anything. I hope my credit card is safe with this website. I was looking for my husband who left me 20 years ago and now I heard he is dead and I was searching for him. Ancestry.com did not have any records about his prison time.

The service provided was very fast and accurate. The person I talked to was very professional. The website is very useful and informative and very easy to access. The price for the report is very reasonable. It is my opinion that the property information provided should include the person or bank who want to place the property for auction who has provided finance of this property.

I was looking up the name of someone whose package was addressed to my house by mistake. I hoped to find the name at another house on our street in order to place the package in their mailbox but could not find any name close to that one. I'll mark the package 'not at this address' and put it back in the mail.

The website was very easy and fast to navigate. I got the records I was looking for in about 5 minutes from getting to the website to downloading the files. The file contained all the information I needed and more. It was detailed on every bit of information on the property I was looking for. Double checking with other sources all the information was very accurate. I would recommend paying the $1 it cost for a record with the service they provided.

I contacted the records section and got a message back very quickly that Andy was working on it and may take a few days. Unfortunately it did not take very long to find no record was available. Andy did email back and forth from several days keeping me updated. My thanks for all the help Andy Gave me.

The website is intuitive and easy-to-use. I was able to easily search for records and obtained results quickly. While I did not ultimately find what I was looking for, I do not fault the website/service itself. The search appeared to cast a wide net and include all the potential results. Stumbled on the site, did my search and immediately was contacted by customer service. Turns out my initial search did not provide me with the information I needed, so hearing back from Customer Service was very helpful. I'm still working with the customer service team to obtain a complete search with the information sought.
