Hard to cancel this service. It is also typical to wait 20 to 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone in customer service. I had severe falls and the device did not detect one. I had the device call the police, ambulance, and fire department for a fall when the Device was stationary in the charger I went through multiple devices because they stopped working and were defective. I do not consider this a reliable service. I bought an Apple Watch and it seems to be doing just as good a job for less money.

The rep was rude, and he said he could not do anything. I need to call Fedex myself asking where the device is. I have no help when needed. We will not go with this company. When purchased the service, they promise everything you want to hear. But execution is not there. I feel they lie to me.

Very helpful and called me back after I said I would think about it. And was great to talk with. I wasn't sure about my options and he said the system is waterproof and detects falls so I that was great. Ok.

Stacie did an excellent job in explaining the equipment and making a recommendation for the purchase for my mother. She was patient and truly interested in the concerns I shared in regard to our need for the product. Mom fell and broke her hip and was unable to get in touch with anyone for nearly 15 hours. I actually called back to your organization because I was impressed with Stacy's approach to the conversation. She was exceptionally helpful and I appreciate her very much.

Samantha was very helpful and kind. She explained everything to me and did not try to get us to order more than we needed. It was an easy call for something we've tried to put off for a long time. I had called before and spoken with Jonathan but we just weren't ready at the time. He was helpful and kind as well. Spoke with Samantha today to help me with selecting life safety devices for both of my parents. I would recommend Mobile Help to everyone I know. They made thing easy for me. I am deaf and was calling on a captioning phone. There is a lag between what someone is saying and what the captioner types for me. It takes a lot of patience to deal with me.

My experience with Mobile Help was quite positive. Samantha was patient and explained the process so it was easy to follow and understand. I am looking forward to to receiving the product. I have a balance problem and fall frequently. Since the beginning of this year, I have suffered two concussions. I already am feeling more comfortable knowing I have this service.

Purchased quarterly plan with no shipping charges and which can be cancelled if desired at the end of three months. When I called MobileHelp I was put in touch with a young man named Michael. He was one of the most patient and caring person. I have talked to in a long time. He put up with me, cutting him off several times because I didn’t know how to look up the things that he needed, and keep him on the phone as it happened. There was a maximum amount put on my credit card that I could not exceed even though the money was there so between him, me and my son we got it figured out and everything turned out great. However if it had not been for Michael’s patience and continued help for me. It would’ve never happened. I truly appreciate all that that young man did for an old woman. Thank you so much for seeing that. This young man has great potential with patience and kindness. I thank you again for all that you did for me, Michael.

When calling to receive information regarding the home Mobile Alert system, I was greeted with a kind a courteous staff member named Matthew. He assisted and explained all the that the system had to offer and what would work best for my mother. After a few days of reviewing information and researching other companies we reached back out to Matthew and went with the Mobile Alert system. It made the most sense for us and the prices were fair and affordable.

I had many questions and Scott was extremely patient, thorough in his explanations and explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to have confidence in the device, coverage and the welfare of my health that was being provided. I really appreciate the fact that if down the road I have a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator, my product can be exchanged for another that will work with those devices.

The print was so small I had to use a magnifying glass and my glasses. This took forever to do what they asked and I Don’t know if I’m going to be charged because this was so confusing as I don’t be a permanent member of Docusign. This is not senior friendly and nothing I did was correct so I went around and around. I planned on calling today Monday but all of a sudden I was accepted. This was awful as I wasted a lot of time and effort. Why can’t you send paperwork for us older people instead of telling to do it online as it was supposed to be easy? Also if you don’t consider falls unless I pay more money what is it good for? Please contact me by phone (a manager presumably) at **. ☺️

I had 3 bad falls last week which scared me immensely. I ordered a better and stronger bed rail to prevent more falls. With suffering with Ankylosing Spondylitis, I am prone to falls. My family ordered the MobileHelp Micro with fall detection for grandmom. She fell, couldn't get to her phone for help, and laid on the floor for hours before being found. It was traumatic and we never want her to go through that again. We had no experience with emergency alert systems, so we are very thankful to Donna, Samantha, and Mark from MobileHelp for their patience and detailed explanations. All of our questions got answered and we are confident that grandmom will feel safer once her Micro arrives.

Who knows if the system works? I paid extra for 2nd day air as my mother, who is a fall risk, lives 30 minutes away from me and I have Covid currently. The safety consultant, Matthew, told me if I ordered Friday, the unit would arrive Monday. Monday comes and Fed Ex doesn’t even have the package yet. I call customer service and get a less than helpful ‘there’s nothing we can do’. A firm ‘no’ to overnighting a unit. When I requested a call back from her supervisor, I was told it was a 24-72 hr window for return calls. If they are this slow to respond to a brand new and angry customer, will they really be the best at answering a help call from your loved one??? Avoid this company.

Unit arrived, did not work reliably due to spotty cell service. They sent a Base station unit but it did not communicate with the pendant so that was of no help unless you could walk to the unit and press the help button. If the pendant relayed through the base (stronger signal) that would have made sense. Tech support called several times, tested unit and it did work some of the time. When the unit was needed (patient had a fall) it would not activate. Also, we paid extra for the fall detection, that did not activate either so the patient was lying on the floor, pushing the button on the pendant and the call did not go through. So, after crawling across the floor to get to a phone, 911 was called.
Called to cancel service since 1. it didn't work and 2, no one is now at the residence to use it. I was offered a free month! I said, for what? A device that doesn't work for a person who is not here to use it? So they agreed to take the unit back but would NOT STOP BILLING UNTIL THEY RECEIVED THE UNIT AT THEIR WAREHOUISE. Even though I asked numerous times to stop billing effective on the day I called they would not do so. I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor or manager (the rep on the phone did) even after asking repeatedly. So, if you are in a strong cell coverage area and don't care if you have to pay for an extra month after turning the service off you should be pretty happy.

In the process of searching the internet and looking for a medical alert device for my mother, I requested a price quote from MobileHelp. I received an immediate call and spoke with a very knowledgeable customer service representative who asked several questions regarding specifics that I felt were necessary and he then prepared a plan that might meet those requirements. He answered my many questions and explained the next steps. I ended up ordering a device and a service plan and look forward to receiving the unit and to setting this up for my mother’s use. This may be a premature review and I will plan to update it in the future, but based on my initial experience, I would recommend this company to anyone concerned about their loved one’s independence and safety.

My wife is a fall risk. I cannot always be home with her. She does have a mobile phone that had a button to call an operator who would assess whether emergency services were needed. She devised a case with a cord so she could hang it around her neck, but it was awkward, so she almost never had that phone within reach. I called Mobile help. I explained that she could not drive so she was always going to be with me if she is not at home. My phone does automatically call 911 when a car crash is detected. If she just fell, and emergency services were needed I would call 911.
The sales representative had the perfect solution. A small pendant with an emergency button would contact a Mobile Help operator, and it will also contact them if it detects a fall. Two days later the Mobile Help package arrived. My wife said she was comfortable with that small device that is very lightweight. The base station is in our living room and when Mobile Help tested the system the operator could hear my wife respond in the most distant place in our home from the base station. It also has a waterproof wall button for use in the shower and a wrist emergency button to use when the pendant is charging. We were called later by another company wanting to sell us the whole system with mobile pendants for three times the price. I said, "No thank you." Our Mobile Help system is not the one with those on-the-go devices that we do not need. But if we did Mobile Help has them so I would still get Mobile help's plan.

We called to inquire and set up a plan for Mom. Our representative Mathew was most helpful, he was knowledgeable, polite, spoke clearly and was easy to understand. Mathew provided Excellent service! Would definitely recommend. We called many other medical alert companies and we were very disappointed with how the representatives handled the inquiry. Bad phone connections, heavy accents, loud background noises were what we encountered. If we had trouble understanding them our 89 year old mom would definitely have issues in an emergency.

If Cuba have a block why I received incoming calls that was not authorized. So we American don’t do business however we paid them for phone towers. Since I’ve had the device, I have fallen twice. The alarm went off neither time. The second fall was in the bathroom. I bruised a rib and went to the emergency room. It would’ve been nice if the alarm had gone off. I feel like I threw my money away, and I paid for the whole year!

I had a false alarm almost every day. All the people in the company tried to help and were very kind, even sent me an older model, which might be less sensitive. Finally, I spoke with someone in technical support who told me I that I should never wear it when I ran with the dogs, or mowed the lawn or did anything active - which was the exact reason why I bought it in the first place. So it was a total waste of everyone's time, so I returned it.

They said it was successful. I was relieved. As I was amazed at the technology, just turn the phone on and it records the trip. My first 2 trips were for my groceries. and my third trip was an invitation for thanksgiving dinner, in Guildford, I try to take the safest trip not the shortest or quickest. Nowadays you take your life and those around you are in your hands, it is no small matter. Avoiding heavy traffic is a must, for the safety of all concerned, leaving ahead of time helps so you do not feel rushed. Mobile Help could make people more aware of their driving habits, for the safety of all.

This company went way beyond what I was asking for in order to resolve my complaint. I have been a customer for 7 years and have never encountered poor technical support before. I had a long talk with the supervisor of the department and he did everything in his power to make things right and then some. I would have to say that my poor experience was just a fluke and not the norm. I am still planning on remaining a MobileHelp customer.

I have been a customer of Mobile Help for 7 years. I never had an issue with the company until now. I recall years ago; the main alarm unit wasn’t working right but I don’t recall the exact problem. The company happily and immediately replaced the main alarm unit without hesitation. Recently, August 2020, the main alarm unit stopped making a reliable connection between the alarm box and the cell tower it was accessing. When the alarm box could not make a connection with a cell tower then the lights would start blinking constantly. For weeks, the box would only sporadically make a connection rendering the service unusable.
I tried an experiment. I turned the box off with the power switch on the back. I waited to give the box time to reset. Then I turned the unit back on. Everything seemed to work fine for a while. Correct time and date. The lights did not blink like before for a while. Then the problem returned. So, I started watching the alarm box display. What I noticed was when there was at least 1 bar of connection, like on a cell phone, then the lights did not blink. When there were zero bars then the lights went back to blinking again. The blinking lights never got better.
On September 14, 2020, I called tech support and explained the problem. I found the tech support rude and unwilling to listen to me. I explained that I had already tried the “reset” fix he was suggesting and that it failed. The guy refused to accept that I had already tried his solution without success. To make the guy happy then I tried the reset fix again. The system had the same result as when I reset the box. I tried to explain that the box will fail again within a short while but since the box was working at that moment then he considered the problem solved. I’m a very sick senior citizen and need a reliable alarm system to call for help. So, I told the tech support guy that I wasn’t satisfied with his solution because he didn’t actually solve the problem. I knew the system would fail again just like it did the night before when I reset the box.
I told the guy that I wanted to close my account. Tech support stated that as soon as I returned the equipment then they would close my account. I asked if he could text me the return information and he said he could not do that. So, I asked if he would email me the return information and I was told he was unable to do that either. I got tired of this guy’s attitude and behavior so I told him I was going to end the call and speak to customer service instead. So, I called customer service and it was they who volunteered to email all the return information to my email address on file. It cost me $25.00 to return the alarm system to the company. They did not offer to pay for return shipping. I still can’t figure out why they would make a loyal 7-year customer pay for return shipping. I guess I wasn’t such a valued customer after all.
My only real regret is that I persuaded my parents to get a medic-alert system from this company. Dad is on hospice care who visit him in his home. They operate a 24/7 nurse hot line which he can speed dial on his phone to get help any time of the day for free. I seriously regret getting my parents involved with Mobile Help. I don't recommend this company because when you have a problem then tech support is not very supportive and downright rude.

I purchased a 1 year term, "MOBILE HELP" medical alert system for my mother. I purchased their products and service on Oct. 14 2019 and my mother passed away so I returned the equipment June 6th 2020. We used their services and equipment for 8 months, 4 months not used. So according to their terms of cancellation I would receive a PRO-RATED?? refund. They refunded me $80.00. Here is the Math! Purchase price 1 full year $ 519.50 = $43.29 a month. 8 months service used 43.29x8= $-346.32. Total amount refund should be $ 173.18. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER, SHOP AROUND.

So I'm not really complaining about the service. It never really got used and the wife got to where she wasn't even caring a device to call for help. So to pay $30 a month for nothing wasn't happening any longer. So when you get this thing you get a plastic bag like comes with Amazon. It's a return equipment bag. So I package it all up and send it back, 2 months later they're still billing me. So I called him up again. They never received the equipment, so guess whose fault that is. Not theirs. Show me. I tell him what the ** ever, how many more payments do you think I should pay so they told me when they called me up today you know they had needed one more payment. I said fine but you know I'm going to put it out there so I'm putting it out there. Be careful when you do business with these people.

Got home system. Used for about 7 mos. Upgraded to the smartwatch. Smartwatch will no work with ATT in my state. Canceled. Got refund. They will not refund money on 1st system. Raised the rate and said too bad. Also charged for the free mo they offered. Do not take anything but mo to mo. At least they can't rob you for your money.

MobileHelp was easy to get and set up. Really appreciated their service. Then Mom has a stroke and went into Hospice. I called to cancel the service. You can’t cancel the service until they receive the equipment back so I was given the address to send it too. That’s all the instructions I was given. So I did that. I was sitting with Mom in Hospice and receive a call from Mobilehelp. There was a fall detection and they were sending fire rescue to my house. I explained it was cancelled. I’m told that Customer Service doesn’t talk to Dispatch so I’d have to call C.S. I did and they told me they couldn’t contact Dispatch and tell them not to send.
Asked for a supervisor. She called me back and said they’d take care of it. Still sitting here with mom, in Hospice, dying, and I receive a call saying there has been a fall detected and sending fire rescue. Told them not to, explained again (4th time) and was told they’d put a 12 hour hold on calling 911 if it goes off again. Which means I have to set an alarm for 3:30 am to put another 12 hour hold. Thanks Mobilehelp. This is what I need while my Mom is dying.

I thought this was a good company until my husband passed away, I called to cancel and was told it would be canceled and my money returned once the equipment was sent back. I returned all the equipment and they are claiming part of it was not sent. It was ALL sent in the same box. Since my husband passed away, they have taken 2 payments from my bank and REFUSE to close the account. This company is not longer authorized to take money but are doing so. My husband opened the account and cannot give them permission to change amounts or take money. They changed the amount without even contacting anyone.
This is fraud and when I call them I get harassed almost to the point of tears. The mobile unit they are claiming did not get activated as it was a replacement for one that stopped working, both units were packed in the box together. It didn't get activated because it came the same day he passed. I now would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had 5 Heart Attacks from 2000 / 2010. In 2014 having MHS it have saved my life, not feeling like myself, knowing the symptoms of a heart attack. This was totally different. Mobilehelp had 2,300+ reviews with a 4.6/5 rating overall. This led me to MobileHelp. My interaction with Albert as my customer service (sales) person was exceptional! Albert was knowledgeable, polite, personable, professional, not at all pushy but willing to explain the benefit of all aspects of the programs available. I feel great about the decision to go with MobileHelp. I first decided I needed a personal alarm system about 21/2 years ago. At that time I called the Medic Alert Foundation (I was a member) and they suggested I sign up for LifeLine which I did. About a year after I started using their system I accidentally pushed the emergency button and immediately got a message "Help is on the way". However 90 minutes later nothing had happened. I called LifeLine, who immediately replaced the emergency button and took back the defective one.
After analysis they told me the old button had never been initialized in the factory - it did not work! About 6 months later I fell on 2 consecutive days - no alarm went off in either case. When I called LifeLine they told me if you get up right after a fall, which I did, the alarm is canceled. Based on what happened previously I did not trust the system and decided to switch. I am very happy with the Mobile system that I am now using. When you fall (I triggered a fall alert when exercising) the system detects it and the "Help" person comes on the line. This system is easy to use and it works!!!!

I called to inquire about this system for my mom and Marina ** was so helpful, she explained the system, how it worked and my options.. I gave my mom all the info and she decided on this system vs the others which we all agreed (her children). This system is one of the top rating systems that I researched. When I called back to order with Marina, she took her time to go over the options again and took my order. Once she was done with her part she sent me over to Tammy to set up all the personal information on my mom. My mom has had this for almost a week and she loves it. She didn't want the necklace device, she opted for the bracelet and she loves it, she didn't want anything too big. Someone at church thought she had some kind of fit bit on.
Both of these representatives were both helpful, professional, informative, and really cared about my concerns. My mom has had this system for almost a week now and she LOVES it! I also called when we got the system and the person who walked me through to make sure it was all set up correctly was amazing, sorry I do not remember her name. Never indicated ANY impatience or irritation. His/your service was fabulous. Then he transferred me to another area where they asked questions about my characteristics. I purchased the MobileHelp Solo System with GPS and fall detection. I paid the $92.67 to cover the equipment and first month of service. The first unit arrived, but we could not get it to connect to the GPS. The customer service representative had us try putting it in a window and even go outside, but nothing helped. They use the AT&T towers to connect. My phone is through AT&T and I've never had trouble with the connection. They sent me another system which did not work either. They insisted it was the weak signal in my home, but I always have at least 4 bars on my phone, so this didn't make any sense.
They told me to use the return label and send both systems back. I do have to say their customer service is phenomenal! The reason for the 2-star rating is because now they tell me I'll have to wait 30 days before my money can be refunded to my account. When you're only on social security, every penny counts. It didn't take them 30 days to take the funds out of my account. Most places refund your money in 3-5 business days. I think this is a scam so they can continue to collect interest on the money for as long as they can.

Had Home system for my Mother, because she is alone 4-5 hours a day. Had hopes this would alleviate concerns from her and myself... but it didn't. System is unreliable. Had multiple false alarms of her falling or being in some sort of distress when she was asleep in bed and pendant was lying on table... and had local emergency services showing up at all hours of the day (mostly early AM) letting themselves into the house as planned and waking everyone. Then she fell twice... and it failed to send signal that she had. First time she was on the floor for hours until daughter came home from work and found her. Last time I was. She hit her head pretty hard on the floor that time. That cinched it. Called Customer Service and cancelled membership and shipped product back per their instructions. I won't recommend them to anyone.

I just want to say that MobileHelp provides a consistent, reliable and affordable service. MobileHelp did exactly what it was supposed to do - it allowed my mom to remain in her apartment longer. She had several emergencies and the buttons did what they were suppose to do - emergency services arrived promptly, and the notification process also worked very well. The only reason we are stopping the service is because my mom has entered an assisted living facility that has call buttons everywhere. I would recommend this service to anyone. I don't endorse many products publicly, but this one really works, and really makes a difference in the lives of seniors living alone.

Very important if you live alone to have MobileHelp. As I had a problem sleeping, I decided to try my recliner chair in the bedroom. It was too low, since my hip surgery I did not have the strength in my legs. I could not get up. I pressed my alert bracelet & 15 minutes later 3 handsome guys from Fire Rescue arrived & assisted me out of the chair. No fuss, no muss they entered my home via the lock box.

I have had Mobile Help for several years. Never needed it until August 6, 2018 at approximately 3:00 AM. It was at that time that I slipped and fell on my hardwood floor in the Master Bedroom. As soon as I hit the floor I knew I was hurt. Two of my four rabbits came over to me. Bandit nuzzled against me. She sensed something was wrong. Next, Ryan, her mate came over. They are very loving, affectionate and intuitive animals.
I could not get up because of the pain. The only phone I could reach was the Mobile Help unit. I used it to summon help. The operator at the other end was very helpful. Emergency911 was called. While it seemed like forever, in fact only a few minutes, 911 arrived. Because I had forgotten to put the key box back out on the back door after oiling it, 911 had to remove some of the exterior door molding to release the door. As they are putting me on the split stretcher, Victor, my youngest and largest rabbits at 19 pounds came over and then positioned himself between the medics and me in a defensive posture. 911 was somewhat wary. I reached out to Victor. I told him that I was hurt and they were going to take me to get help. Victor moved away and let them take me away.
If it had not been for Mobile Help, I would have died. I live alone in a rural area. The neighbors are not known to me. There is no one who checks on me. Mobile Help was indeed my last chance to get help and a lifesaver for me. The money paid to renew their subscription was worthwhile. I have a home phone, a cell phone and On-Star and I could access any of them. In a true emergency, only Mobile Help worked for me.

I ordered the product from the salesman - a home unit with fall detection. He provided me with a good deal at $34.95 a month + a one time shipping fee of $15. No contract, no activation fee etc. The next morning I checked my bank account and to my shock, the company took out $49.95 + $44.95. I immediately called to get this corrected. Instead of trying to help me, they started saying that I owed the activation fee of $49.95 and the recurring monthly fee of $44.95. The next person I was handed off to had different numbers. I kept repeating that I wanted to CANCEL the entire order and get all of my money back. They continued to talk over me and try to sell me their product. Finally they agreed to cancel. This is the most dishonest company I’ve dealt with. Their customer base is seniors and the disabled. How can they treat us so horribly?

My mother-in-law had a stroke 7 years ago and is paralyzed on the right side. She has had several seizures since then and had been cared for by her partner of 30 years. Her partner passed away last May but my mom-in-law didn't want to leave her home (we live 30 miles away). I did a little research and found MobileHelp. From the first time I contacted them, they have been nothing but pleasant and helpful. She spent the summer and fall at her home. Because of our Upper Michigan winters, we moved her to our home for the winter. I called M.H. and, once again, I spoke with a pleasant person to change her address for the winter. I got a phone call sometime last winter saying that the battery in her pendant was dead and they were going to send us a new one. It came within days and I called them and they set it up. Easy! I was familiar with wearing an alert button, but switched to MobileHelp because it offered the GPS fall button which I feel is especially necessary when leaving home to shop, attend church or social gatherings. I especially want it when taking daily walks which take me 10 or 12 blocks from home. I also chose MobileHelp because the Mobile Device and the button were smaller to wear and/or carry in my purse. Although information warns that the alert may not always detect a fall, I have found it to be very sensitive and was even found in a large crowd of people when it accidentally went off because the strap of my purse in which I had placed the Mobile Device slipped from my shoulder to my wrist! Although MobileHelp's offices are on the opposite side of the US I have experienced accurate, prompt and professional response. Thank you MobileHelp!

My friend began using your MobileHelp service in March 2011. I, as her POA, Health care surrogate, found it to be most satisfactory for her as she could maintain her independent lifestyle. When she asked for your help, it was prompt, I received a phone call within 2-3 minutes of her call for assistance wherever I was. It gave me peace of mind that her needs were met so well. After several falls that resulted in broken bones and much rehab, I set up the MobileHelp services to allow Mom to stay in her own apartment as long as possible. She actually had to activate it the first day of the service and several times since. We have been fortunate that she has not broken anything, but just needed assistance with getting back up or other minor medical issues. Even though we have family only a block away, this service has been great. It has become a family joke that I have the emergency response number named in my phone as "Mom's Down". Even if she does need to move in with me later, I plan to keep the service, especially with the ability to reach help from anywhere to allow her as much freedom as possible, as well as my peace of mind during these changes. She calls this my "year-round gift plan" for her. Best dollars I've spent on Mom.

My legs are on and off due to sciatic pain. I was in my kitchen one day cooking and they started to give me the feelings of weakness. I immediately turned the stove off thinking I didn't watch to take the chance of a fire. I leaned my back against the fridge and slid down to the floor to keep from falling. I pressed my button and had help in about 5 minutes. It was wonderful to have help so quickly. The kitchen floor is extremely cold and the weakness and burning pain from my legs made it impossible to get up.

MobileHelp is certainly more reasonable than Life Alert and I have not had to call on MobileHelp since I changed so am limited in reviewing the service. One thing that may affect my use of the service is my difficulty in wearing the pendant. The O ring on the hang down part is constantly catching at inappropriate places on the cord creating an unbalanced pendant which I am reluctant to wear. I do hope you have a solution for this.

Mom has had her MobileHelp about a month and has had the need to use it once when she fell while home alone. Being 97 and self-sufficient all of her life, she did not push the help button. She tried to get to a phone to call someone for help but couldn't get her phone to work. After 4 hours on the floor she accidentally pushed the button! Because those to be notified were not at home, an ambulance was summoned by MobileHelp. Mom was surprised to see 3 people coming in to help her. She was helped to a chair and since she wasn't injured they left after checking to make sure she was ok. We are happy that mom got to experience how the whole system worked and very thankful she was not hurt. We are hoping she will push the button the next time she falls-she knows she will get help quickly!

I got my back busted up and had hip surgery but the doctor put in a hip that has been recalled a year earlier. I also slipped and tore the tendons in my right ankle when I was in rehab. I can't get up on my own so I thought I'll get a medical alert system for the house and in case I'm about 700 feet further. My wristband doesn't work 20 miles from the house so I also got the one on my hip that's a size of a cigarette package.
I wear my MobileHelp device around in case I fell over. But I can't wear a necklace and it has to be on the outside of my clothes. I can’t go into a wedding or a dinner and have a pin with a little button dangling out in front of my tie. So I decided to tuck it under my t-shirt. When I tucked my seatbelt up in the car, I set off my little alert on my hip and MobileHelp asked if I was all right and I said yes. I was over by some lake and it was good that they knew where I was. The representative was really good. He was very knowledgeable and that gave me confidence.

I’m old and I live alone and MobileHelp's system operates on cell phones. The other ones that I looked had to have a hard one in my home, and I don’t have a hard one anymore. All I have is a normal phone and one phone’s enough. It works well and the price is reasonable. I have the least expensive unit and I have one hanging on my bed and the other one hanging in the bathroom. If I don’t fall out of the bed or in the bathroom, I’m in trouble. I do a test about once a week. I press the test button and as soon as the light turns green, I go over and press one of their emergency buttons. We dial out to MobileHelp and then an automated response says test complete. The technology is exceptional.

I'm 91 and I was having a lot of falls and ended up in the hospital. My granddaughter ordered MobileHelp for me as she takes care of all of my expenses. I got the watch and the two necklaces with it. I wear the one for the house all the time and when I go out, I wear the other necklace. It's very comfortable, but when I'm working and I hit it, it goes off. They respond very well and are right on there. With MobileHelp, I have more freedom than worries.

My daughter and son-in-law bought me MobileHelp because they love to go camping and want to feel better about things and make sure that I have some protection. I wear the one around my neck during the night and then I wear the unit for detecting a fall during the day. But the fall one is so sensitive. It seems that if I just touch it, it goes off. It has been better the last week and a half, but before, I didn't even know when it would go off. It would go off about four times a day and I always was hesitant to wear it. I was wearing it at night too and I didn't like the idea of having to get out in the night and have it go off.
Every single rep who came on when the device went off were very nice people. MobileHelp is great. My daughter and I are more relaxed when she goes somewhere. I have recommended it to a couple of my older friends and told them how great and dependable it is, and that they should really have it. It makes your loved ones feel better knowing you have the extra help right there. I'm really happy with it. My daughter also told me it is waterproof and I've been wearing it in my shower because a lot of times people fall in the shower.

I feel like a very young person and I’m very mobile, and I drive my car and I do everything. I have had a lot of falls which we have not been able to figure out why, but I’m very healthy. The MobileHelp device doesn’t fit into my lifestyle and I hate it. I had never in my life felt old until I put that thing around my neck, and I don’t feel that I need it but everybody else does. But I like the little thing that they use and put in a little case when you go out. When I’m in the car, it makes more sense to me, but the thing I have around the neck is uncomfortable and annoying. Since I’ve had the MobileHelp, I had a fall, but that one time when the device should have worked, it didn’t. I found out that the battery was running out, and MobileHelp sent me a new one, but the device hasn’t been reactivated yet although it has already been paid for. I got in touch with them and they said they would get in touch with me, but they didn’t.

I like MobileHelp and it was fine until I lost that little piece that I need. I got a medical alert device because it was more mobile than anybody else. I’m not in my house all the time and I have a good-sized piece of land. Besides that, I go to other places so I needed to have something that would work away from home. I’m 73 and have all sorts of problems with my back secondary to surgery. I have some balance issues too. Should I fall outside my home, I need to be able to get a hold of somebody. I was very happy with the MobileHelp device because it’s certainly comfortable to wear the thing around my neck, and the security of having that little mobile piece was great.
I haven’t had an emergency where I had to use it but what happened not too long before I ordered it was we have a gully spot on our land and the dogs balled around down there off the lawn. I was halfway down the hill and I leaned over to get the ball, and when you have balance issues, you don’t lean forward lower than your feet because you'd fall. So, there I was, stuck. There was nothing close by for me to grab on or to hold on so I literally rolled down the hill to the bottom to where I could scoot along on my bottom until I found a trapping so that I could pull myself back up. I was out there for about 45 minutes. I did not have MobileHelp then and my medical alert device was my dog who came back. She checked on me every few minutes and asked if I wanted to play ball. It was a learning experience.

My MobileHelp is very easy to wear and works outside the house. I have a balance problem and when I moved to Wooster, I had a service through the Wooster hospital, but I couldn’t go outside with it. It only works inside the house, so MobileHelp is much better.

I have Muscular Dystrophy and I have trouble walking. My daughter-in-law decided that I ought to have something that I wear in the house when I’m by myself. She researched it and MobileHelp looked like this was the best. It's very comfortable to use. I wear it around my wrist and then when I’m away from the house, I wear that little thing on my riches (please check audio, this word could be crutches). Now, I’m not too worried about falling and if I fall, I’m going to be okay. The only trouble that I’ve ever had was at traveling. I just put it in my carry-on because I was with someone at that time and it went off. I couldn’t figure out who was talking to me then I realized that that’s what it was. They were nice and they made sure I was okay.

I have the MobileHelp necklace on regular, but when I moved, they had to contact somebody to change things. Then, they put me on the mobile. I'd had to use my necklace a couple of times to get somebody to come here, and their reps were very polite. They have the first responders on my list, so it worked out fine. I recently noticed the device wasn’t flashing so I called and we did a testing. They told me that the battery was probably down, and they said they’d send me a little pamphlet. A rep tested the device and I jiggled it, and it went on charge right away.

My mother has had her MobileHelp for a year now. I walked her and my step dad through how to use it five times before they got it. If we don't understand something, we tell the reps and they explain it again. They understand that my parents are a little forgetful and they have been nothing but perfect on the phone and over the system. Plus, they are very helpful when they walk us through the steps. Every now and then, my mom ends up hitting the button by accident. She'll talk to the people or they'll start talking to her over the system if she doesn't hit it and hold it in time. They've got it down pat though. Also, none of the calls are routed out of the US.
I also feel comfortable with the response time. I've been woken up a few times by the fall button at two o'clock in the morning. It's hard for me to answer their questions if they call me, but I prefer them calling me than me trying to call them. When MobileHelp calls me on my cell phone, I use my landline to call my stepdad to make sure mom is okay. If it's nothing then okay, but if it is major, an ambulance is sent. An ambulance picked her up once before and my sister was notified as well.

I took care of my mother for 15 years then she passed away. My sister has the MobileHelp device and I’m part of her account. She was concerned with me being alone now, so she got me one as well. I wear mine around the neck because she wants me to but I don’t find it comfortable because when I use it and I’m outside working, it’s banging around. It has been a bit since I’ve tested the button but when I do, I get a response right away. I would recommend MobileHelp especially if somebody’s alone.

I was alone during the day and I needed to have something so that somebody could come and get me if anything should happen. I've had a medical alert device before but we had some problems with the service and we didn't care for it. My kids then got me switched to MobileHelp. I've been doing fine with this service and I was very satisfied with the experience. I have the Classic MobileHelp alert device which I wear on my wrist, but I can wear it around my neck too. It's comfortable and seems to work out well. I'm happy with it and I would recommend it to someone else.

I was with ADT for a medical alert system, but that covered me just as long as I was inside of my own property. MobileHelp has better range since it covers me as long as I'm in the United States. I also wanted something while I'm driving mostly. I have the device on my wrist and I never take it off. My children appreciate it more than anything else knowing that I can take it out and go and I can always reach someone. I really enjoy having the device and I feel very much at ease with it. I have it for a couple of years now. I test the device every month and their response is very quick. One time I heard it in the middle of the night then their reps came on and asked me if I was all right. I was asleep so I must have rolled on it and set it off to them. They’re right there when I need them and if I don't need them. I’d recommend MobileHelp to someone.

My husband is 93 today and I'm 86. We were in assisted living because he was falling. But he fell too many times and they said he had to leave. So, we went back to the apartment that we've lived in once before. We're on our own now and I couldn't leave him. MobileHelp rated high and was the first in line when I looked up medical alert devices' ratings. They were the the first one I called and I was impressed with the people I talked to. So I took the chance and they kindly sent me one. It’s been lovely and perfect. I still carry my phone around but I've taken the medical device out a couple of times.
My husband has his alert on him all the time. That way I can leave him a little bit because he really can't do anything. He can't answer the phone easily and stumbles around with it so I make sure he's got the alert, remote and water when I leave. We're depending on that button to keep him safe for an hour or two. He knows how to use that button. At night, we put it on the bed stand next to him in case I had a problem.
We used it once while I was getting him to bed. He couldn't do it and he ended up on his knees on the floor. I can't lift him up. The reps were right on the phone and the aid guys came and helped. When it was an accident, we grabbed it and the reps were right there. I told them it was a mistake. They asked for our address which I thought they knew but the rep said she was just verifying. Everybody's really quick. So I feel much more secure with that button. I would highly recommend MobileHelp.

I had a fall and didn't have anybody at home. It was uncomfortable for me because my wrist still hurt. So, I was in rehab and the girl, who was the executor of my estate, set up MobileHelp when I got home. I had to cover where I put the big unit with a box with holes because I have cat and I can see her jumping on it. But I cancelled it off since I have my first smartphone.
The medical alert device was for my personal use and had no problem with the way it worked. I even cut down half of it and went with the pendant because they told me about some lady who was broken into and being able to push that button. God helped there and saved her life from the intruder. But I don't live that life of fear and I don’t want anybody rushing to my rescue. I'm also trying to reorganize my living style. My husband died a year and a half ago and he didn't leave me a million-dollar insurance so I'm watching my monthly amounts and live within my boundaries. But I'd recommend MobileHelp to somebody who really have to stay in Mobile.

I'm really happy my son has the MobileHelp. His auntie purchased it for his safety and if he ever has to be alone or in a room, he can push the button so the emergency people will come. I can go out the door to get the mail or be in another part of the house and my son could take a fall and I wouldn't know. But with MobileHelp, I can leave him sometimes and know that there's a safety cushion, something that can be used to call for help. It's a very good device that's put out for once someone is disabled. It changed all our lives to know that there is some type of machinery that can work for us.
My son has the equipment in the living room and he has two necklaces. One is for when he is in the house or if he is out. It's like a case that he carries with him at all times. His auntie says that when he pushes it, all the information will come up and he won't have to wait and that someone will be there in no time 'cause everything's in the system. The device is very comfortable for him too 'cause when I tell him I'm going to go to the store, he'd tell me, "Mom, I have this device, it's on me." I just leave the door unlocked and if there's an accident, whoever's coming to help could get in.
One time, the device went off by accident and we had to hurry up and call to let the guys at MobileHelp know not to come because it doesn’t take long that they will be there. A rep will come on and ask, but if you hurry and turn the alarm off, they will call back to see if there's actually an emergency. The reps are very nice too. Overall, I'm greatly satisfied and I will recommend MobileHelp

My daughter bought the MobileHelp device for me because I live by myself and she has tested the button when she put it in. I have one by my chair where I read and the big unit is in my bedroom, by the bed. However, the chain is too long around my neck and it dangles too much. I'm always afraid I'm going to set it off. But the service is good.

I was alone in the house and I realized that if I fall in here, I'm all by myself. So, I decided to get a medical alert device for myself. My deceased husband used to have Life Alert and I found them extremely expensive. MobileHelp was half the price of Life Alert, yet I had all the same services. I wear the pendant around my neck all the time when I'm home and I take it off when I'm out. I've got the mobile one that I could take but having my cell phone, I really feel like I don't need it that much. One time, I accidentally bent down and my body came forward and pushed it and it went off in the store but they answered quickly. They were even friendly when a grandkid would come over and push the button and I have to say it was an accident. I would definitely recommend it.

MobileHelp is the first medical alert I have. I wore it at first around my wrist and then it broke in two. And so, I went to the neckpiece which I have around my neck and I wear it all the time. I don't even notice it and I make sure it's not visible to the public when I try to hide it.

I live alone and then I fell and broke my hip. My daughter got MobileHelp for me. I quit using the necklace because it's too sensitive. If I was sitting down at the table eating and leaned over to get something off my plate, it would go off. The other time, I walked around the house, it'd go off too. Now, I have the bracelet. I wear it constantly and I never take it off even if I'm showering. Everybody who lives alone should have one.

Having a medical alert was my children's decision. They're worried since I developed a heart issue. So right now, I'm using MobileHelp and my children are paying for it. I usually wear the device around my neck when I'm at home but I wear the wrist button when I go out. Then when I moved, I had to call MobileHelp and give them all the information and everybody was always very courteous. I give their number to many of my friends.

I’m 81 and I’ve always been a very independent person. I like my MobileHelp and I don’t want to change it. I have the whole set-up and I know what to do with it. I thought about myself being here alone so I bought the medical alert device. I have a two-story house and I mostly live in the bottom of it. I have a bedroom downstairs and another one upstairs, but I used the one downstairs for company. I need a medical alert to protect me when I’m walking around the complex. I live in an area that has 44 homes and these homes are close by. There's a park and a pool and if I fell out there, somebody can help me.
I always have the little wristband on when I take a shower and I wear one around my neck in the morning when I’m here by myself and I feel good about it. I have the whole set-up and I know what to do with it. It sits on the desk in my dining room area and I know that I’m not alone. MobileHelp bills my account every six months. I wouldn’t be without it, I don’t want to take a chance and there’s a little battery that can be wrapped in a piece of leather and stick it in my purse. So when I use it, I'm using the battery and it stays on my desk. But when I leave the house, I take the little battery. I was a teacher for years and I’ve always driven. It makes me feel like I have control of my life so I’m thrilled to have this medical alert.

My girlfriend fell and busted her face open, and the rescue had to break into the house to get her and take her to the hospital. I have fewer worries since getting a medical alert system from MobileHelp. If she's going to fall again and hurt herself, then I know that help would be on its way. With her MobileHelp, she can be anywhere and press the button and they'll send help. She wears her device around her neck but when she goes to bed, I like to have her put it on her wrist. We test the button regularly and we tested it not long ago, and I was really surprised that the response was very quick and we were able to check and make sure everything worked on it.
We also got the fall monitor. So, if my girlfriend falls, I'll be alerted and so will be the rescue. They sent me a case to put the keys in, and I got the key out in front of the house. Since I get alerted too when she falls, I can give them the combination and they can get in the house without having to break the old door down, which would take a long time.
I've talked to the MobileHelp team several times. Whenever I had some questions, I called them and they were very helpful. I really like the way that MobileHelp's system works. The product really changed my life and hers, too. It made me worry-free because I work a lot of long hours and I'm away from home, and she's here by herself. Her daughters come and check on her too from time to time. But when I'm at work, at least, I know that if something happens, I'll get a call that she would be taken care of.

I started having some issues with passing out and got MobileHelp’s classic system with the home monitor. I test it once a month and response is pretty immediate. Plus, their customer service reps are very responsive. It’s very easy to use too. I wear it on my wrist. I’m able to be a little more secure going out.

I’m going to be 84 years old so I thought it was time to get a medical alert system. I looked up different alert systems but I like that this was something that I could take in the car with me. The only thing that I didn’t care for and I thought I would, was the wrist thing. I found it to be very hard to do because I have trouble with my fingers while putting it around the wrist. It was cumbersome so I wear the one around the neck every day when I go out to my mailbox. My mother in law went out to her mailbox one day and had a stroke and that makes me realize that because I have trouble walking, MobileHelp is a security for me. I like my MobileHelp very much and I could take it not just in the house but also where I go in the car. It’s a little expensive, but that goes with the territory.
Wearing it around my neck is okay though I had a little trouble with it in adjusting the strap. I finally got the hang of it and then it was alright. I put on the charger every day and keep that in my purse which makes it really handy. I’d speak with the MobileHelp team once in a while and they said that the main system should be in the middle of my house. It’s in my garden room, the four seasons room, and it’s been there ever since. The alarm went off a couple of times accidentally, and I was able to tell them that I’m okay and something went wrong that it went off by itself. Their response time was very good.
The thing that I am still most worried about is they offered this special lock that they put on the front door and they gave me the number. Because I’m getting older and more forgetful, I’m thinking that if I push the button and they or I don’t remember the number, how are they going to get in? I probably should write it down on a piece of paper somewhere in my house, in a drawer in my family room which is next to the entry hall by the front door. But within about a year, I’m going to sell my house and go to a retirement center, so I have to see whether I should take my MobileHelp with me or not because the people there lock their doors at night, and they don’t let anybody or MobileHelp in, only 911.

I wanted some protection because I’m out and about all the time and I’m so glad I heard about MobileHelp. I’ve been told that I will never walk again if I fall the wrong way because of some of the injuries that I have to my neck and low back. There was a time when I was asked to check it, it was responsive. I spoke to their employees when I can’t find it and they did what they can do to help me. But the other night, I started to fall on the kitchen and I thought about having one around my neck because the device was across the room from me and was not handy. Other than that, I’m absolutely loving it and I have recommended it to people.

I’ve gone through a lot of falling and needed a medical alert device. My MobileHelp was very accurate when I needed to use it. I had a Fall Button and I used it a lot. When I needed to go to the hospital, there was always a good response. When I would fall, I would hit the button and then they could hear me from where I was at. And when they get on, they always knew who I was because my name was in the system and they always ask what’s going on with me. After I get down talking, then they get a hold of 911 and it takes anywhere from five to 10 minutes for them to get here.
It is a good system and I like it but I had to let go because I couldn’t afford it. I was very excited that I had it and it came in handy but it hit my pocket pretty hard because of my social security. It was hard for me to pay on the unit when I had other obligations. But I still got it here at the house, and I have to see when I can afford it again.

I pass out sometimes, and I wear MobileHelp on my belt. However, it happened twice when it pushed the button by itself. I took care of that though. I put the cap of a water bottle, cut the center out and glued it over the button. The button was recessed but I could still push it. Also, the charge doesn't last for a very long time. I put the device to charge and it says, "I'm ready" but it's not. So what I did is pick it up and put it back down again. It would also be helpful if there was a way to tell that the charge was on there.

I had a device that goes with the house and if I get to that, I could have contacted the AMS if I needed to. I wanted something like MobileHelp 'cause it's just me and the cat. I investigated several companies like it and I like what MobileHelp was doing. It seemed to be user-friendly and I didn't have to borrow this equipment. I thought it would work the best for me and it has. I have the duo and I usually wear it around my neck. I wear those little shirts that have a little pocket where I stick the device in and I frequently take the whole thing with me when I go out in the car. It's made my daughters and I more secure in staying by myself.
Both of my daughters were out of town when I fell on the kitchen floor as I was coming up from the basement. It was interesting because I may have fallen in flat and I might have momentarily lost my consciousness, but the device went off. MobileHelp came on, asked about me and called the 911 people as well as my family, so I was very thankful. They came out and took me to the hospital. I had a head injury, a black eye and three or four broken ribs. A fall is hard on an old person and I'm still getting the effects of it. Overall, I was very impressed with MobileHelp's answering and doing what they say they're going to do. They are dependable and I'm glad I have them.

Frank researched seven companies then we called three other companies before we got MobileHelp. He’s 87 and I'm 82, and I already fell once and broke four ribs so I figured that getting a medical alert system was the perfect solution for us. MobileHelp's salesman told me that his parents also has the system and that's why he's working for this company. It was a good pitch and that sold me. He also said that they never had a problem and that if the system does not work, our money will be returned to us. They will just deduct the days we used it. So, we started with their customer service reps. They took so much time to do things but they gave us a very good deal.
Then the equipment came. It was the Duo and it was beautiful. They even gave us something extra for the neck. When Frank and I are together on the same location, we could use it and it will work by pushing the button. But if we would separate, it won’t work. He didn't want to wear the thing in the neck and said it was feminine but I loved it. It was like a jewel and they gave it to us with no additional cost. All the equipment was free and they told us that if we don't use them, we just have to send them back without being charged for anything.
Everybody at MobileHelp was helpful and very nice to us. The service we got was excellent. But when we used the device, it didn't work. We tried it three times on a Sunday afternoon without any storms and close to the places that we generally go to. One was in the parking lot close by, the other one’s in the mall, and the other one was going to the Stroud Market. I asked the people from the company where we were and they said we were coming down from the freeway. But we were 10 blocks away from the freeway and we were never even in the course of the freeway that day. So I sent everything back and cancelled the one that we can use out of home. I would still recommend the one for the home though. It's easier for them to respond to that because they already know their client's address.
When I called MobileHelp about my experience and told them that I wanted my money back, they sent me the whole amount. But their rep told me that the GPS has to work and that the problem was with the people who were reading it. That's not a good answer either and I was surprised. I was also so disappointed because I thought the device was a wonderful thing. We put so much work in it putting the lockbox in and the keys, getting permission from them, and sending back the package. It was a hassle and I regret it.
Several people from MobileHelp called me. They took the matter seriously and wanted to know what happened so I told them. I also told them that when I tried the device, I was able to talk and could tell if I needed help or where to get us, but imagine if somebody's not able to talk. Their big boss even called me on the same day. I told him that Frank and I wanted to buy for both of us and in the building we live in, there's a lot of old people who were all excited about it. They told us to let them know if it's working because they also want it. So MobileHelp could have gotten 10 customers out of this building but the people here were upset when I told them that MobileHelp couldn't find us. I wish that they would've perfected GPS because a lot of old people need their device.

I live with my niece, but she's not here a lot, so I’m sort of all by myself. I travel in an IV and I can take the MobileHelp device with me when I travel. It has GPS, so if I have a problem, I just hit the button and they'll send me help. I wear it around my neck. It is a little heavy though, but since using the device, I feel more comfortable when I'm home. I put it on when I'm by myself. I would recommend it to a friend.

I ride a bicycle at night or really early in the morning plus I have a heart condition and had three aneurysms. My wife also said I needed to have something so I got MobileHelp. It was good for a couple of times. One day, when I was going to use it, I hit the button and it said, "We're trying to connect to somebody". I did it 10 times, but nobody ever answered. Then I thought, it happened like that once before when I called the people. I've sent it back now because it was on the AT&T system, and AT&T doesn't work that good in my area. The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful. I told her I don't have a reason to pay $119 for something I'm not able to use. She didn't argue and she sent me the mail, the sticker and I sent it back to them at no charge. All in all, it's good if you got the right connection.

I was falling a lot so I decided to buy a medical alert device. MobileHelp is my first one and my experience with them has been fine. I wear it around my neck. I used it with the wristbands but they broke me out. Since getting MobileHelp, I feel secure knowing that I can get immediate help if I fall down. Every older person needs to have MobileHelp.

I purchased MobileHelp because I have peripheral neuropathy and I have osteoarthritis. With the neuropathy, I have lost all the balance in my system so I fall occasionally. My husband and I both have a monitor on a device. I have mine on the pendant and I wear it everyday. It's fine and I don't even think about it. I haven't needed it but I'm glad to have it just in case I need it. I don't worry about getting out because if I can't get any of my children or my grandchildren, I can push the button and someone will come. They have been very courteous and very nice.

I had balance issues and I needed a medical alert system. I got the one that goes around my neck and the one on my wrist but I always just use the one on my wrist. However, I’m concerned about it because my receiver is in the kitchen and I’m everywhere else. I’d like to be able to talk to it right on my wrist. But I was in the car one time and I knocked my button. And the next thing I knew they were calling me, so they were there for me even though I didn’t need them and I feel secure knowing I have my MobileHelp.

My wife and I are both close to 80 years old and it was certainly a good idea to have a medical alert system. We chose MobileHelp for their price and we've got a bracelet and a pendant which are very comfortable. However, the rope was not attractive when my wife is dressed so we changed the rope to gold chains. My wife also has diabetes and sometimes, she has an attack. She can phone me in another room but now she feels confident even if she couldn’t get a hold of me.
I have accidentally pushed my button when I was moving bricks and we've gotten a good response. They were very agreeable and they said, “Please call us if you have an alert.” It has been working out really fine, however, I’m disappointed that I always have to carry one apparatus with it when we’re on a trip. I always have to be within a relative distance too. My wife is going to Hawaii with my daughter on Sunday, so it’s not really going to be effective there unless they have the apparatus with them. However, there are two of them. Right now, one happens to be in my bedroom and another one happens to be in the kitchen, which is about the center of the house. One of them is as large as a box of See’s Candies and the other one is about as big as a fist. I will have to call them and find out which one I have to bring with me.

I'm 67, I live alone and I've had surgeries. I also have a bad knee, a bad shoulder and I'm handicapped. If I fall, I can't get up. Sometimes, I walk with just me and a dog, and I had fallen down before and I couldn't get up. I didn't have my medical alert and that's when I needed it. I had one, but I sent it back. MobileHelp was cheaper and I bought the one that you can pocket in. I also have fallen before in the front porch, but I didn't have my medical alert thing out there with me. I live in a far place and nobody came outside. I wish I would have had my medical alert at that time.
I have the necklace in my bedroom, the bracelet in my bathroom and then I take the other bracelet if I'm gonna be walking and if I am going out and take a bunch of leaves and just getting my yard straightened up, it’s easiest to have the bracelet. I don't get so stressed out. A friend of mine slipped and I pushed the button. The ambulance came and we took her to the hospital, they admitted her and took the rest. My MobileHelp device has come in pretty handy. We're in a noisy neighborhood and there's a lot of stuff that is going on so, it’s good to know that I got that because you'll never know. I feel safe and secure living by myself and I have my grandkids so if anything happens to them too, I can just push the button. I told every people about MobileHelp.

I fell in my home and laid on the floor an hour and a half before I was accidentally found. I broke my pelvic bone in two places and couldn't even move. It scared me to death so I purchased a medical alert device from MobileHelp. I have the one which I could get an outside help too. I also have the insurance I took out, which is a good thing I did.
I wear the device both around my wrist or neck but I like wearing it around my neck better because it doesn't bother me. My wrist starts to itch if I wear it all day so I take it off and put on my pendant. I have a very small wrist and I have to have it not loose fitting. If it's loose fitting then it swings around. But I wear it on the wrist when I have a pretty blouse on and I don't want that pendant to show. I depend on this medical alert device. I have security and I'm comfortable when I'm in the house. I'm outside a lot so if I would fall during that time, I know MobileHelp would be there for me. I'm a very satisfied customer.
