I got MobileHelp and it didn't work in my house. They wanted me to add a land line which of course the expense of adding a home line plus paying more to Mobile help for not only the mobile necklace but then I'd have to also pay for the home unit. And I heard bad reviews about them getting you any refunds due and everyone was right. I never got to activate it. And it's almost 30 days since they received the unit back and then even canceled. They still charged my card again without the unit never being activated. I'm still waiting for that refund almost $100. Not very professional. I only gave it a one because you had to give something otherwise they would have got zero stars.

I did not find the service helpful at all. My father fell about three times wearing the device on his hand. He had the wrist and three times. I did not get alerted nor did anyone call me and when I asked about it, they indicated it really wasn’t for people who might be falling out of their bed more like a tracker. I ended up returning the system.

This review is for ending the process and getting a refund. My dad got put in assisted living and I called to cancel but was told they could put it on a 2 month hold to make sure he was going to stay. I forgot all about it with him in the assisted living facility. Never got contacted but got a $600.00 dollar bill. I called to cancel and was told someone emailed me which I never got. Got all the info to return all the hardware and was told to send it 2-day air so to save from being billed for the next month. So, I did and called to check they received everything and check on the refund. I was told they did not receive anything until I gave them the tracking number. I was then told they did have it, it was received on the 8th. Which was a week earlier, when I asked about the refund I was hung up on. Don't know if or when we will get a refund. Seems a little shady to me. So be careful when ending your process.

Fall alert pendant is very sensitive and if accidentally alerted, you must try to get to the base to say everything is ok. You may not even hear it if in another room. This has happened twice. I Incorrectly thought you could actually speak and hear through the pendant.

I'm very disappointed in this program. I got this for my daughter who has been going through cancer treatment. If she falls when she is in the laundromat or the store across the street (2 different opposite directions), she pushed her alert button. But we don't know where she is if she doesn't have her phone with her (and many times she leaves her phone at home). So we know she needs help but we don't have a clue where she is. This should work just fine if she is at home, but not elsewhere. This is why I'm disappointed in this program.

I am happy to recommend MobileHelp and, actually, already have shared info about it with people in random conversations. I purchased it as I now live alone. It's amazing the peace of mind I now have. I can walk Rosy, my Boston terrier, at 5:30 in the morning and my daughter doesn't worry. I feel much more independent and in control of my life. It's easy, too!

Easy to talk with personnel about the equipment and the cost associated with each system. We selected the Solo System because of the fall detection system will function without any assistance from a person. Another feature we like is the Lock Box for the front door. A key is safely stored within for use by First Responders (after given the code), they can enter the home.

Went smooth. When tested 1st time took a while (10 12 seconds) for AI response asking if ok. Just tested, response was within 3 seconds. Lock box for door doesn't work. Too lazy to send back.

It's too early to write a review. After several weeks and multiple shipments, the system is still not operational. I've had positive and supportive help from Technical and Sales sides, but the system will not be operational until at least next week, when I should have received and set up a final component to the system. Feel free to ask me late next week what my experience has been. Thank you.

Buying MobileHelp is like buying insurance. You are buying peace-of-mind. But there is a difference. Every so often, I begin to wonder if the device is still working. It would be nice if we could do that. Has any thought been given to a testing procedure?

We had our first experience with an emergency alert notification from the call center. Even though it was not an emergency situation, my family considered it a vital trial run for any possible future events.

We purchased this for our 95 year old mother. She refused to get it and was not happy with us three adult children for going behind her back to get it. She is wearing the necklace from the time she gets up and dressed and takes it off at bedtime. It give my siblings and I additional peace of mind.

Mobilehelp is one terrible company. I paid for 2 day shipping of the first unit. Didin't arrive in 2 days. Didn't work when arrived. Was told a new unit was overnighted. Didn't arrive overnight. Fall detection on the 2nd unit didn't work. They are now overnighting a 3rd unit. An extra charge they said was "a mistake" was added to my credit card and still has not been refunded. So far I have spent days on the phone, around 10 calls, been on hold for 9-10 HOURS, with 2 junk units I now have to return.
When you order, someone answers immediately. When you need tech support, it TAKES HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. My 90 year old mom is home from rehab and NOT PROTECTED. The message I hear on hold, on a loop, 10,000 times, says they are an "industry leader." What a joke. I hate this company. My mom lives alone and is currently at risk, because of this shoddy company and their trash products. A week of wasted time, 10 hours on hold, 2 units that belong in the trash, and a 90 year old woman with no protection. Some industry leader. This company SUCKS.

3-6-2026. **FED UP IN COLORADO.** Poor customer service in trying to get monthly charges correct for system my disabled daughter needs. Mobile help auto system gives one fee we owe, and customer service has no record of that fee. I asked for a supervisor to call me, never did. Not worth the aggravation. Save your money and energy folks.

I am having a lot of trouble with my MobileHelp necklace. I charge it every night but it is telling me my battery is low waaay too soon. The charger has been replaced, but it just got a message at 2:00 PM the battery is low!

Refused to accept cancellation. After I returned equipment by Priority Mail in January, my bank account had over $400 in authorized withdrawals. When information was presented to them, they denied receiving the return of their equipment and refused to return the unauthorized funds.

I was a mobile help customer for years. I was happy with the service until I had to Cancel. My Mom was admitted to a nursing home and I no longer needed to have the Mobile help service. I cancelled as soon as they charged my credit card the $250 for my annual plan. They received the returned mobile help equipment 10 days later. I calculated my refund to be $237. I was refunded $171. They shorted me $66.
I called and they advised there was a 20% restocking fee. They would not budge. This really pissed me off. Here I am a loyal customer for many years. The unit was several years old. I’m sure they were not going to ship it to someone else without at least cleaning it up, changing batteries etc. Bad business practice to nickel and dime a long time customer at the end of a successful business encounter. They ruined the experience for me and I will not recommend using them in the future.

My father’s lock box was defective. They sent one that worked. Then he took a tumble and the necklace did not alert. It was on a tile floor. So that is two pieces of defective equipment. I have been trying to file a complaint with Mobile Help through a survey so they know to test their equipment carefully. I have tried three agents and I am disconnected as soon as I state I need to leave a survey so more people know to test it before trusting it will alert. This leads me to believe that it probably happens frequently so I just want people to know to test them with an agent on the phone as soon as it arrives. My dad has worn his for weeks and it would not alert if he fell WITHOUT our knowledge. I also did the test calls each time he wore it. So glad he wasn’t hurt. I would not have filed this complaint but I am pretty angry that I am unable to do the survey with three different agents in their company.

I am beyond livid at this point. I tried Mobile Help because they’re rating was high. Unfortunately, it did not work in my water area so within their 10 day trial I canceled and sent back all the equipment. They received the equipment a month ago and I still have not received a dime in refund when I call they gave me a BS story and told me to have patience. They took my money immediately. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are horrific in sticking to the deal. I obviously wanted to work. I had to go with different company. I’m still waiting for my refund and I want everyone to know that this company is a fraud. I am furious at this point.

I've been paying this company for 10 years since 2015 at least $40/month. I tried to cancel 4 months ago and they claimed they wouldn't unless I returned the 10 year old equipment that you know they will throw in the trash. I told my bank to put a block on them auto charging me and they still found a way around it. I've been driving around with this stupid piece of equipment for 4 months because who can remember to do that when life has 10,000 other things for you to do and I am calling them again to ask to cancel and they just want to argue over this piece of outdated technology they desperately want back. I have paid them over $4800 over the span of 10 years and they refuse to cancel it unless you return the equipment or you pay them another $350 for the piece of plastic.

Be Warned- they will keep billing you for months after you cancel and ship back your device. I cannot get them to stop billing me. Called to cancel no 4/22, item shipped back w/ tracking info, delivering 5/9 and I have gotten billed every month since. I've called so many times, hopefully today's call will make it stop?

I was a Mobile help customer for 2 yrs. Called cancel service in January. It has been the cancellation process from HELL. Had to call the company several times and hear "we are working on cancelling your account" but kept getting letters and emails about my account being Past Due and the last straw was a letter that I had 15 days to pay or they would sent me to a Collection Agency.

I called to return the mobile equipment for my dad who passed away September 1, 2024 - I was told that I would not receive a refund and the remaining balance was used for a restocking fee - you all are thieves - and I am filing a complaint with the BBB since you all do not allow Google reviews, I wonder why...

When my order arrived I checked my credit card billing and saw that they charged me twice. I tried to upload a photo of this but the upload repeatedly failed. I called customer service and told them and they are referring this to management. I said I want to return the device. The rep said he would call me later. I replied could you please just send me a return merchant authorization by email now so I don't have to call again So he agreed. After this error plus stalling I don't trust them and it is too much work to get it handled with one call.

Although the product and service seems to work as outlined, I have never been able to easily access my account on their website and almost every time I call Customer Service they treat me like I'm stupid. I have provided my email multiple times but every time I call they say they don't have it on file. I recently was charged more than the advertised price on their website and more than my usual monthly payment without any notice. When I called to query it, the woman I spoke to (Patty in Retention Dept) was impatient and condescending, showing no empathy with my confusion and frustration. She did offer to waive the extra $2 charge but did not explain to my satisfaction why it was there in the first place and acted irritable when I asked the question. Mobile Help offers a great price for in-home alert pendants, which is why our family chose it, but I have often felt disappointed after my interactions with customer service.

I purchased your mobile device on 9/19/2024 for my husband. The device was shipped to us but it could not work because the AT&T cell service did not work in our house. We returned the device as instructed on 10/4/2024. We were told that it was received by you via FedEx on 10/8/3024. It is now 11/15/2024 and we have not received our full refund of $568.74. I have called numerous times and have asked to speak with a supervisor but no one has ever called me back. I am very disappointed in your poor customer service and expect a full refund immediately.
