To make the most of what Lex Law offers, it's important to be actively involved in forwarding to Lex Law all of the responses you receive from creditors and bureaus and following up with Lex Law. I have had no problem with Lexington Law, I was told by a well meaning person I could do this myself. And yes she’s probably right she did hers, however I’m not as educated as she is, and personally I don’t think I want people I know to take care of my personal business such as this. So for that reason and they’ve been successful in helping me with my personal credit problems I would advise anyone who wasn’t sure or able to do the work to give them a try and choose for yourself if you made a good decision or not. You can cancel if you aren’t satisfied.

I’ve never been more impressed or more thankful of a company that sounded too good to be true. They have changed my life, over 119 some odd removals in less than three years. Simply amazing! I gotta say Lexington Law can be an awesome company inside and out, if they would quit giving misleading information to their customers. When I signed up with Lexington I was kind of reluctant to do so but their new customer signup employee had a very convincing story why I should signup. BUT HERE IS THE DEAL when that employee who represents Lexington does his recruitment not one thing out of his recruitment speech to me ever happened during my 5-month tenure with Lexington Law.

Taking all negative items from the credit report, they were helping me to delete all of them but l discovered the soirée of the debt and decided to pay them direct to the creditors. Lexington Law is wonderful. They give you back the life you lost with all your debt. That hole that puts you so far down in there you cannot get out. As a verified customer, I would say Lexington law is a really scam and cheating. It was my personally extremely awful experience to do business with them. No doubt. Never provide credit card information to them for pre-charge. After they charged your money, they are pretty much starting sitting there doing nothing waiting for the customer to pay their bill regularly. Sound very smart? Isn't it? I provided everything I can on the customer side and enrolled in the highest service level and with their confirmation that nothing materials else needed from my end. After 2 months without their doing nothing originally, I initiated contact them, they rejected to provide the docs they have done to show their original efforts.

I'm a returning client, I was a clients 7 years ago. I was greeted by Jerry, who was nice at first. He took down all my credit card info, sent me a text and said just reply "YES", I replied and said, "Let me look at the disclosure", he kept interrupting me while I was reading, then raised his voice and said "I'm sending you another text message, just reply YES. You can read through the disclosure after you reply YES!” I then said, let me read through the disclosure before I go any further, I said, "Don't run the credit card, till after I'm finished". He became very upset. Raised his voice and said "WHAT DID I DO?" "DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG?". "I'M TRYING TO BE NICE TO YOU!" He really scared me. I don't feel that anyone should ever be so pushy or rude. I would never recommend Lexington Law.

I can't thank the staff person enough for her help today... She literally went above and beyond the call... I was felt I was in a really tough spot (I am referring to my dispute of outdated items and Phantom Debt Collectors using deceptive and abusive collection practices on the credit report information in my file)... and she saved me!! By explaining my situation in detail where I understood how the process work and how Lexington Law is helping to resolve my case. The service representative is my "Shero".

Breshaun was the agent that assist me, I was upset because I was charged twice. After dealing with me as being disgruntled she patiently dealt with my outburst, never did she get out of character with me, we were disconnected and she called back twice until she reached me by phone. I first had to apologize to her for my rudeness, because of her patience, she endured my abruptness, and maintained her calm composure and continued to assist me. And for that I thank her. Breshuan you are an example to us all. Again thank you.

Stay away from these guys. Based on my experience, they accomplished nothing and charged my credit card $79.95 a month for seven months. I hired them to remove a "one month late" record in my credit history. I thought they would charge my card twice. Once when I signed up and when they removed the record. It was not the case unfortunately. They have been milking my credit card. Very dissatisfied...

When I originally signed up for Lexington Law I was told to use any card to begin for the purposes of creating a new account. It was my understanding that once I changed my account to begin the services I would be billed monthly from that new account, and that account only. I changed my account. I was not satisfied with their services so I stopped using them. 2 months later after my account was closed and they couldn't collect money from the account listed, they used the original card that I opened the Lexington Law account. I did not authorize payment from that account. Now, my 2 credit card payments that were suppose to post were denied because of a payment I did not authorize from Lexington Law. I'm told that they can not reverse that payment. How is this legal or ethical?

Very nice and warm. Took out time to make sure everything was correct. I really appreciate this company for helping me get back on track with my life. They offered me time to catch up with my payment, even after falling behind from moving into my new apartment, so I was still able to keep my progress up with keeping my credit score goals.

Spoke with several representatives that were very informative. I didn't expect to have to provide my information to as many representatives in order to get through the process and the fact when getting a direct link to someone that I still had to start all over with someone else.

I called Lexington Law to have my fee of $119.95 stop until the end of October because I do not have enough funding. They are very understanding and agree to my request. By doing that I avoided the bank insufficient charge fee of $35.00. Thank you very much.

One of the companies which I dispute their account from my credit score report sue me so I ask the paralegal to waive my membership with Lexington Law for three months and he help me to do that without pay anything so I look forward to continue the work with them after three months.

In only the first month my credit score has gone up 80 points. This firm does a great job and gets your credit where you need it to be. I was able to purchase a brand new Cadillac with zero money down and 0% interest for 60 months. Never have I been able to get that kind of a deal. Thanks to Lexington Law firm I finally got it. If you decide to cancel your membership print any information you need before doing so, after canceling your subscription, no matter what they tell you once you're out you're out. So print all you can before cancelling. Other than that the company is great.

I signed up with Arturo over the phone due to having numerous credit inquiries on my credit file. He stated that Lexington Law would dispute my inquiries. He left out the portion that I have to print out the dispute forms and send them myself. Also mysteriously they could not obtain a copy of my Equifax file. I called on two different occasions and was on hold for 15 minutes without the phone being answered.

Got notice that I had 2 things removed, only to find out it was put back on there. That was very frustrating however, I'm willing to be a little more patient & understanding. Will check again in a few weeks & hopefully have better news, have no money to waste!

I hired Lexington Law firm on December 2016 since my previous Landlord placed an incorrect item for $185 dollars that was hitting the score on my three bureaus. We are in October, and the Lexington Law Premium service of $120 monthly fee has not worked to remove the item from all my credit reports. Recently, I called the customer service and the agent mentioned that my case did not have an update since I haven't call them. They offer to do an escalated approach, which they already tried previously from one of my other complaints with them. This let me wonder how organized they are to not know where my case is, and what action have been taken. Thus, my review of very dissatisfied. Get a real lawyer instead.

They do not even deserve one star. My experiences with this company was very deceptive on their part. I told them that I was unemployed and could not afford to use the service beyond the 30 days. I then was contacted that I was being billed for my second month of service. I refused to pay because I never agreed to extend the service. I was then told that I was being charged a fee for canceling the service I never wanted. The whole experience was dealing with people on the phone who tried to use high pressure techniques or guilt into using the service. A very patronizing experience. My contacting the firm may have been a mistake because it now looks like this may have ended up hurting my credit than helping it.

Initially when I was recommended to Lexington I showed great hesitation to join. As I explained to the sales rep, I am a single mother that cannot afford additional expenses. It was explained that I could cancel these services within 5 days. In the legal field that is 5 business days. I called ONE day after my grace period to cancel as I was too nervous to take on this expense. I explained that after this year I would like to retain their services again, however, I will not now. Both "paralegals" I spoke with were short and did not listen to my situation. I wanted the first month refunded as there was zero work put into my case. I logged on daily and the status continuously stated that they could not begin work until they got the credit report from one more bureau. There was no contact with me and the "status" never changed.
