Everything was so easy to do and submit. They guided me all the way to the end. They approved my claim in 10 seconds. They were there for me when I needed it. I totally recommend Lemonade. Lemonade is awesome.

I am very pleased with Lemonade. My claim was tended to with speed, accuracy and most importantly compassion. Jose was the associate that assisted me with this claim and he went above and beyond to make sure this was taken care of. Amazing service. Got me and the family into temporary housing and ensured our claim was processed expeditiously. They went over and beyond. Luke was hands on and even offered to call property manager for me. Hope I never need them again but if I do I know I'm in good hands.

The process was very smooth and clear. It's easy to follow and the refund approval was very fast. I like the function that it can automatically save your previous steps and you can continue completing it anytime. I'm very satisfied with Lemonade insurance, and I'm grateful that I bought it. Morgan as well as any one else that handled my phone calls when I called were very polite and compassionate. I could hear the compassion in their voice over the phone. No matter how times I would ask the same question they were always polite. Lemonade really cares about their customers. They made my situation less stressful.

Mitch at Lemonade in the claims Dept was from the start very thorough snd explained the claims process and from beginning to start he kept me informed as to where the claim stood and what else was needed and it did take a bit to get my claim completed (4 months which may have been due to Covid) but it got approved and the team was great especially Mitch **.

While it’s hard to replace a car full of items, our claims agent Mitch worked diligently and promptly to sort through the claim and make me whole. I could not recommend Lemonade enough. I’ve had Lemonade for years and it was always nice to have the peace of mind. I woke up one morning to find that my car had been broken into and they left nothing.. Unfortunately for me, I just so happened to have a good number of personal belongings in my car from a recent trip out of town. My fiancé and I were devastated. Lemonade made the claims process super easy and kept me updated the whole way through. I never thought something like this would happen to me but I was fortunate to have Lemonade on my side when it did.

I love Lemonade insurance. Easy to file a claim, helpful, and fast reimbursements. I get to file a claim on their website and always get quick responses. Like I said, they're the best! I found them online by accident and it was a blessing.

On the final day of a Memorial Day trip to Napa we stopped for lunch in San Francisco on the way to the airport with our rental vehicle filled with luggage and got back to the car with a smashed window and my luggage and laptop taken. After crying for 2 days I filed a claim with Lemonade. I wasn’t sure how this worked or if my belongings would be covered but they were! Jim walked me through the claim via the app. The process was super intuitive and so very easy. I filed the claim yesterday and woke up to a deposit this morning. While I wish this never happened and I will not be able to retrieve the data I lost, I will be able to replace the items that were taken. I am so grateful and would 100 percent recommend Lemonade to anyone thinking about using them for renters insurance. Thank you Jim and Lemonade for easing the pain of my losses.

I had a apartment fire and lost everything. Honestly I was really worried about how Lemonade would handle this. No one ever thinks they’ll be in a situation like I was. They were amazing!!! The response time was extremely fast and I had no issues. I never felt like there was a gap in communication with my questions or concerns. They sent me easy to understand instructions and how to create my list for my claim and any payments made to me came very fast. My whole case was resolved fully within days. My wife in comparison had Geico which took us weeks to resolve. I was so happy with the level of service I received that I raised it when I switched it over because of the experience I had with my agent Morgan. I would recommend their service to anyone as you can rely on them in difficult times.

An initial horrible experience with theft ended with a kind and timely word with Ev. I loved not being on hold for 1000 years to initiate the claim. So the app/chat feature was a plus. I would say, I forgot to add the tax for my stolen items because the app said to input the exact price.. but I followed up with Ev and it was taken care of (this is a critique for the app layout and no fault of Ev). Overall great experience. I would recommend Lemonade.

I never received money for my claim, despite filing two months ago and being told I would receive coverage following a natural disaster back in FEBRUARY. It is JUNE. There is absolutely no excuse for this fraudulent activity. My claim is marked as resolved, but it was by no means resolved. I asked for a direct deposit, but was told that my checks would have to be send via mail (?) and received no tracking number whatsoever.

My bike got stolen last Thursday. Needless to say that I was very bummed. Thank God I have Lemonade! Reporting the claim on the app was super intuitive and user friendly. Apart from filing the police report it took only 5 minutes to have the claim approved. A day later the money was already wired to my account. I'm extremely grateful and can only recommend the insurance to anyone out there!

I love all the help I got from James, excellent representative, very patient and helpful. I got the money the next day that my claim was approved. Very fast. The only thing I don't like about Lemonade is that the deductible is extremely high $2500.

My apartment had flooded due to a pipe bursting from the cold, and Troy at Lemonade was so helpful with the claim! It was processed very quickly and whenever I had any questions, I got a timely response. Definitely would recommend.

My name is Alex and I've been a member of Lemonade insurance for around 3 months now and during the first month I had a break-in at my apartment where all of my electronics that were worth value were taken. Seamless and automated claim process took me 10 minutes to get approved without having to spend time talking to a bunch of people. Not weeding through red tape. I had stuff stolen out of my garage in broad daylight and Lemonade was there to support me in just a few taps of my phone.

My pool was damaged due to weather and it only took two days for them to approve my claim. They took their time to help me and do it fast. They also reached out to make sure I didn’t have any other questions. They were very much helpful.

Lemonade has been very helpful for me after I had my car broken into. Our adjuster Julie wasn't that attentive, LA Solutions also tried contacting her but they couldn't get ahold of her. Other than that everything with the Hotel stay went smoothly expect for the fact that we had to stay an extra day but we weren't able to do that because like I mentioned they couldn't get ahold of her. She never reached out to us neither.

Juli helped on reducing my worries of homeless at the very beginning. Also she replied my email and answered my questions really fast. The process and information required for claiming the damaged item were also told me in detail. It really saved my time and make my life easier when I just moved back to my apartment.

Outside of getting a hold to my adjuster for clarification I’m neutral. Don’t really care for the process. I had took pictures first to later find out I couldn’t use the pictures. The process is a bit much. I wasn’t thinking about leaving a mess for my claim.

Molly was assigned to us the entire time. Our pipe burst and we endured a 7 month slab leak repair during covid. Without a kitchen the entire time, we were located many times. The entire experience was difficult. Lemonade helped make sure we had a place to live and helped make the process easier. They were responsive and easy to work with.

If I could rate Lemonade 100 stars I would! Earlier this year, just one month after I purchased my renter's policy, there was a fire in one of the units in my building forcing the electric company to shut off all power to the entire building for a week. My claims adjuster Clarissa couldn't have been more amazing. Hotel was taken care of for the week (and then some) within 24 hours. The money I had already spent for the first night was back in my account the next day. Clarissa made it clear that my neither my family nor I needed to worry about anything, just save my receipts. Every single dime I spent on food was in my account the day after I emailed my receipts as well as an additional amount for all of the perishable groceries that sat all week. I will be moving to a new apartment soon, but I will definitely be taking Lemonade with me!

Very easy to setup the rental insurance, and very cheap to keep month to month, never thought I would need it, but then my airconditioner had issues, and leaked on my electronics, and submitting a claim was very easy, walked through each step and the adjusters who called were very understanding and helpful.

My claim was processed and approved quickly. I am impressed with the speed in which it was resolved. Luckily everything was covered except for a bunch of cash (even though I had a clear receipt of withdrawing that from my bank account). Overall I am happy with the service.

I honestly think it was good I got some money back but I only got a lump sum and it wasn’t not even half of what my tv was worth. My “75 inch Roku tv was worth like $800 and I only got $300 because you guys took $500.

Signing up for lemonade was super fast – the AI bot in the app made things very quick and seamless. I had to adjust my policy a few times to add an engagement ring and then change an address and in both cases, it took me 30 seconds, all online to make the adjustments and get a new policy delivered to my inbox. I had to make a claim and the process was all done through the app, very quick and easy and the claim was paid out within 7 seconds of being submitted for a decision. Would highly recommend this insurance company and the great experience they give to their customers.

I absolutely love Lemonade! I had a Louis Vuitton purse stolen from me this past weekend. I filed a claim for my purse online and had an approved claim within 30 minutes. I received the money the next day!! Super easy and provided less stress for me during a very stressful situation! I didn’t even know renters insurance covered this kind of thing, but they cover your valuables anywhere in the world. Thanks lemonade!

Lemonade is the future of all insurance. I wish Lemonade expands to other categories. My experience with my renter's insurance claim (shout out to Shad) was very clear and fast. Much better than insurance with Assurant and other shady boomer companies. I am considering the lemonade pet insurance after this experience. I hope lemonade succeeds and transforms the insurance market!

After a recent unexpected storm many of my personal belongings were destroyed. Tamika from Lemonade was quick, efficient and professional in her responses to my claim. She was courteous and helpful the whole time I had to deal with this emergency. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Lemonade Renter's Insurance to anyone who is leasing or renting.

So my previous apartment was charging me a fee for NOT having renter's insurance. But they labeled the fee "renter's insurance"... Yeah, crooked. Long story short one I found out (the hard way, my truck was stolen on property). I looked for a cheap renter's insurance and Lemonade popped up first with very good reviews. I immediately downloaded the app and 5 minutes later I had customized renter's insurance... Wow very very progressive!!

In 2017 when I was looking for A Rental policy and I came across Lemonade. I was skeptical about the name but because I love lemonade I decided to give it a shot and it so prove to be The best rental policy I have had in years. Lemonade is one insurance you cannot go wrong with. They are effective, reliable, professional, caring and Nice.

Filing my claim was easy and self explanatory. The app makes it simple but it is reassuring knowing I can always talk to a real team member over email if I have any questions. Though the claim took a long time to be approved, Lemonade was accommodating and even paid some of the claim on the front end due to longer turnaround times with many winter storm claims coming in.

I was really happy with how quick and smoothly my claim was processed. All I had to do is attach few videos of the incident and receipts of the devices damaged. Keep up the good work. Adam was really helpful during whole process.

I have never filed a claim before and Lemonade made it very easy. I was able to do everything on mobile and was guided through every step of the process. I would almost go as far as to say I had fun doing it, if that’s possible with an insurance claim!

Lemonade is one of the worse renter insurance company I’ve ever had. My apartment was damaged from the winter storm. They made me pay out of pocket for hotel while my apartment was being repaired. They kept switch my claim to different representatives. I had to submit the same information over and over. Every time I called or emailed about the status of my claim they would give me the run around or not answer any of my questions. Then denied my claim after I cooperated with everything I asked and left me in debt for 20k. What the point of paying for insurance, if they don’t help you. I would not recommend this company and warn everyone you know how scandalous this company truly is.

I wouldn't waste your money or time..! Don’t think when your stuff gets damaged you will get enough money to replace your items!! The lack of personal experience is a whole other story! Just emails. No phone calls. They will so call figure out what your stuff is worth or value and just process your claim without even confirming with you.! Even when they ask you what you paid for the items or what it costs to replace like item. They don’t care about that at all! And definitely don’t want to work with you!

I dont understand why there was so much difficulty communicating with my adjuster on more than one occasion about the same issue of extended hotel stay. During one of the most difficult times of my life, my insurance screwed me with the added stress of kicking me out of a Hotel.... House got damaged in a natural disaster, and after being in a hotel for 2 months and home still unlivable, the adjuster ghosted me, and they would no longer pay for me to stay.... But I've been paying for a Policy for almost 5 years, and they didn't want to pay for 2 months....

I have experienced one of the worst things in my life! My home was burglarized!!!! And everything was taking, but with the help of Lemonade! And my adjuster Deb, everything is being replaced! I was cut a check for a little over 10k for my loss.. Lemonade is the best and I highly recommend to friends and family.

When I first purchased the insurance, I verified via chat if the insurance cover storage claim. The agent said yes. As usual, there is always an exclusion, the insurance only cover partially for storage unit. Quite disappointed there. Zach was very patient and kind while helping me with my claim. He was on top of things but unfortunately he was at the mercy of someone else on my end to provide some additional information that he need. And unfortunately I had a lot of stuff going on and was a tad bit crabby to Zach. Much easier experience than anticipated and quick approval that was certainly automated likely due to the small amount and having a police report. Only thing I did not like was everything had to be done on the app for a claim and could not do on desktop version where all my PDF reports and pics were located already.

We have Lemonade Renters Insurance and I submitted a claim after our vehicle was broken into on the street and a significant amount of our camping gear was stolen from our trunk. We were so grateful that the process was easy to see if we were covered. The app was a bit hard to add all our info w photos, I’d maybe recommend emailing each receipt. It was a horrendously busy time I’m sure dealing with all the requests after the storm yet it seemed to Kati we were the only ones due to her one on one replies. Forever grateful she made this stressful sad time so much less stressful.

This is positively the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They Expect me to work on their time. They Badger you hoping that you will forget things. Dealing with insurance companies like this you have to just sue them. Social media is such a big influence now you have to put everywhere on social media how bad they are. What tricks they use to try to screw you out of paying their bills.
