Lemonade- truly can’t thank your baller employee Ryan enough. I haven’t ever filed an insurance claim before and was in a pickle after my clothes got stolen (bible. Let me know if you want me for your next ad campaign, I’ll provide a testimonial haha) but Ryan crushed it. He was so patient, understanding and was in constant communication throughout my claim. It truly felt like I had a big brother watching out for me and helping me out when I truly felt defeated, I hope HR is reading this because Ryan deserves a raise! Thank you again, Ryan - 12/10 experienced (maybe 13!).

I have used this insurance for 2 years for my bicycles and it works great! I've had 2 stolen and they paid for them both in full because I had registered them! Great bike insurance. Customer service is really kind and helpful and fast.

I just recently went through my claim process. Water damage. It was very STRESSFULL!!!! With A lot of Loss. My specialist Juli B. handled our claim. All of her communications were delivered promptly, professionally and clearly. She was very helpful. All I have to say is I had copious valuable items stolen from me. It was a super rough experience, but Lemonade approved my claim super quickly. I was so surprised by their turnaround time, I called in to check if it was legitimate. I can only speak to this one experience, but Lemonade was amazing and I'll absolute use them again for my renter's insurance.

Laurin was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind! She communicated with me every step of the way while my claim was being processed and I could not have been more pleased with Lemonade and the claims team! I have been a Lemonade customer for over a year, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and especially the representatives. Every single representative I have interacted with has been the exact opposite of the robotic, hotkeyed, reading from a script rep I am so used to. Their claims handling process was smooth and quick. I never felt like they were looking for reasons to deny my claim. My claims rep was extremely patient with me. Their app is absolutely gorgeous and intuitive. Changing coverage on rental insurance is easy. I recently added pet insurance through them and am absolutely stoked to switch my car insurance over whenever it's out. And on top of all that it is somehow the cheapest insurance in town. Go figure.

I would be giving five stars if my policy rate were not going to improve for no fault of my own. When policy renewal comes I might drop the service because of this. Experience besides that was excellent! The process was easy and quick and my contact was good with Emily who helped along the way!

My experience with Lemonade was a positive one. I received a response from someone on the claims team within 24 hours of submitting my claim through the app. Once the claim process began any questions I had were answered within the hour and received payment from my policy within 24-48 hours of submitting proper documentation.

This insurance company really is one of the only insurance companies I know of that’s so easy to use. When they say they are on your side. They really are on your side. I am never ever going to leave Lemonade and will start using it more extensively once they have the car insurance out as well.

When a water pipe burst in my apartment unit in February, 2021, my family was instructed to move out during the restoration process. I contacted Lemonade for help, and they were extremely helpful from the beginning all the way through the end of the process. They informed us that we had coverage for our additional living expenses while temporarily residing away from our apartment. I found a local hotel, and my family moved there during the restoration process. We were initially told the repair process would take a few weeks. Then we were advised that repairs would take a month. We ultimately spent six months residing at a hotel until the repairs were finally completed. Lemonade's claim team was extremely responsive, patient, and helpful throughout this entire process. I cannot recommend Lemonade more highly for their incredible customer service and rapid claim payments.

Easy, seamless user experience for my theft claim. I was able to file the claim in about 20 minutes and within a week the funds were disbursed to my bank account. I would definitely recommend the user experience on Lemonade to someone who is looking for a place to find renter's insurance.

Service was fast. Lemonade made making a claim quick and easy, it was terrible enough my property got stolen, I was able to do everything online, submit all my receipts and police report through the app, they walk you through all the steps to guide you through the claim process.

Recently my car was broken into at our residence. Not only was this alarming and completely out of the ordinary, but it also made my family and myself feel violated. Lemonade, was a sense of security!! Not only did they walk us through the steps needed, but they were sincere about our safety! They were understanding and responded timely. My garage was burglarized and lots of items were taken. I filed the claim and Kailey followed up immediately, getting in touch with me and reaching out, letting me know the procedure I needed to do with the police department and everything which I did. I wasn't happy about the $1,500 limit on the undocumented items because all my items were most of my items were not documented. In other words I didn't have receipts for them so that really put a damper on things for me but Kaylee did the best job she possibly could do and got me as much money as he possibly could which was very important to me because I need to replace all of those items that were taken.

Sam from Lemonade made the claims process super easy and painless! A few quick follow ups were needed but they were but extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They treat you like an actual human being instead of a number like many large corporations.

My experience had been excellent. It was very easy to file a claim through the app and in less than 24 hours was connected to Juli, who seamlessly helped with handling my claim. Everything was resolved in about one day. You can’t ask for more :)

My placed flooded and my agent Stephanie took care of everything. We had problems contacting property manager but she got my claim in and resolved. She was detailed and would even call me weekly to let me know what was going on with claim. That high deductible is the only drawback. It's was almost $3000.

Very bad experience with Lemonade. After suffering burglary, they required excessive amount of pictures, receipts, police reports in order to show proof of loss. Then they took nearly 2 months to contact parties and finalize claim. They literally required a receipt for every book, pot, pan, blanket, towel, washrag stolen from storage unit. Was only able to submit partial claim of complete loss suffered. Even then, they dragged out well beyond timeframe allowed. Only finalized claim after threatening formal complaint with Texas department of insurance.

Moved into our brand new apartment only to have a water pipe rupture on the second day living there which flooded our living room and destroyed our furniture. With Lemonade everything was so easy during a time when we were so worried. From claim submission to finalization it was around a week which is amazing! Can't recommend them enough. The main diamond in my wife's ring broke. Our claim was approved and the money is on the way after a couple clicks of the mouse, a few emails from the friendly staff, and a quote from the jeweler. Sara was great to deal with and super friendly. 12-10 would recommend.

The entire experience made me feel like they didn’t believe me. It was unbelievably hard to reach on the phone. Every time I tried, they were never available. This was at different times throughout the day. Most correspondence was through email and I believe we should have a preference, because email use guarantees a 24 hour delay for progression. I had over 5,000 stolen from me. My scooter can’t be covered, even though it’s my property and not. Motor vehicle, which it doesn’t exceed 14 mph, I’m talking about a stand up scooter (not covered), ridiculous. I can’t replace any of the items because I’m only getting 1700 back because of a deductible of 2500. So, if I would’ve been carrying my laptop alone and nothing else, I wouldn’t receive anything… where is the assurance of being insured in that manner?

I had a bicycle stolen which was covered by my renter's policy with Lemonade insurance. The company prides itself on its easy to understand policy. What's frustrating is the claims person I worked with would neither engage with me on the specific policy provisions I asked about nor would she even read the policy. An insurance policy is a contract. While there may be room for interpretation, the idea of a contract is to clearly lay out what's covered and what's not. The representative did quickly process my claim and sent funds equal to what my 5 year old bicycle would sell for in the used market. When I asked if this figure represented an "Actual Cash Value" (a defined term in the policy) settlement she insisted that the payment was "replacement cost" and they only pay actual cash value for antiques and collectibles.

I received outstanding service from the entire team at Lemonade, especially Sam ** from the Claims Experience Team. She was empathetic, responsive, and always proactively provided me with updates on my claim. It was very refreshing to work with an actual human as opposed to jumping through hoops with automated options like most insurance companies. I would highly recommend Lemonade to a friend. I did not get the proper payment for my items that was damaged. I feel like I'm paying for nothing. One pair of shoes was the only thing that was accommodated. I sent pictures and receipts for all items and the items were bought this year. This insurance is a rip off.

Almost a year ago, I was hit with a fire and lost everything in my apartment. The claims agents for Lemonade stepped in and help me with everything. Julie, is great! I did not like the first adjuster. He was not empathetic and told me it’s not a vacation and Julie was sweet, empathetic and knew this definitely was a nightmare not anyone’s dream vacation. She was fair but, sometimes needed your help in researching info. She was a 10. Be your own advocate. Know hotel prices, know the values of your items claiming as a loss, take your own pictures because their adjuster took many pictures irrelevant.

I would like to recognize claims adjuster Ricardo for providing outstanding customer service and assistance to me! Ricardo went above and beyond with helping get my claim processed after some things were stolen from my apartment. I really appreciate him being patient with me as though some days I was really frustrated. I’m so thankful for the agents as well at Lemonade Insurance because they provide outstanding service!

My landlord covered the damages when our electricity went out while on vacation but not the cost of all the food we lost. Lemonade was very quick to help us with our claim. It was easy and we got money within a couple days. I'm never been so happy with an insurance company before!

I have been having an overall good experience with Lemonade services. Everyone is so helpful, just sometimes it takes a little bit to reach them, but they’re very good with costumer service. I filed a claim and the process has been super easy and always guiding me through the whole thing.

Ali was great, I appreciated her help! Only complaint is obviously my reimbursement amount since the laptop was worth almost $2,000 and I was only reimbursed $1200 after my deductible. Like I said, Ali was great, I'm satisfied with how quickly the reimbursement was processed, however, I'm still having to come out of pocket for money I not really have as a law student.

I am so happy and impressed with this company. When I say they strive for greatness...it's an understatement. I was dealing with a flood in my kitchen unfortunately and was set up with a member of their claims team namely Jyn. Jyn was the real deal. She made me feel at ease immediately, she guided me through EVERYTHING, she would even work days she was off and on vacation. I mean just unbelievable. She was able to get me set up before I knew it. I can't even say how happy I am with her and how things turned out, she was always upbeat and professional and polite, answered every question I had. The only issue was trying to get a repair estimate when there are no local repair shops near me, but that was a minor issue. Overall I would recommend Lemonade.

I had a great experience using the Lemonade app to file a claim. It was fast, easy, and made me feel taken care of as a consumer. With this being said it could be an even more seamless process. The AI frequently got my information incorrect and I had to go back and edit critical information. It also didn't let me edit past the last step I had completed, which makes it so you have to start all over again if you want to edit something early on in the claims process. I kept wondering if I could change this at some point and held out for a review claim screen at the end. It came and once again I couldn't edit information that I wanted to change without starting the whole process over again. Talk about a headache and it definitely added stress to the experience. My claim was resolved eventually, but the waiting time was very long and there was no assistance when I needed to book accommodations. Agents were helpful in assisting me with filing the claim. I was told by the agent helping me file that Lemonade could book accommodations for me since my rental unit was not habitable due to the damages. But I didn't hear anything from my agent until the unit was fixed so there was no help with the accommodations.

A washing machine had leaked two floors above me and my property management team never informed me of the leak. As a result, I thought the water had come from ground water and several of items were damaged such as my iPad. My policy didn't cover ground water and I didn't know that until the claims department told me on the phone. Despite this, they contacted the property manager to double check and it had actually come from another apartment. The team was quick to help and was transparent about the process all the way through.
