From that moment, Julie took my claim positively personal like the damage occurred at her apartment. She was sympathetic, helpful and fast. Entire claim process was smooth. Devan was great to communicate with on this matter. She answered all question to the best of her ability. Her humanity of caring for others was also appreciated on the promptness. She remained professional. My recommendation is she trains others on her team.

I have had to submit two claims in my lifetime and each time Lemonade has made the process easy and once the claim was approved I received the money almost instantly. They keep prices low and are super helpful. The claim process is fairly easy, I would recommend Lemonade.

We were very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism by Lemonade Renter's Insurance. We suffered a horrible experience with a main line water backup. Honestly at 1st I was skeptical, it's strange how things have kind of flipped in a sense. I mean there are a lot of companies that do anything and everything they can to not pay out on a claim or make you feel like you are guilty until proven innocent. Meaning you are considered a fraudster till you can prove beyond some agent's ego that you have a legitimate claim, and that's just wrong.

My bike was stolen. I had gotten extra coverage for it and the accessories mounted to the bike. I started a claim for my bike the day after it was stolen and within 5 days the claim was approved. Everything was well communicated, fast, and efficient.

I was only two months into my policy when it was discovered my AC unit was leaking and had caused black mold needing me and my infant son to move into a new apartment due to extensive damage. Lemonade has been very helpful in assisting me with paying for the hotel while we’re between units, a full service move, and all our needs during this situation and has made things go as smoothly as possible. My wife and I are avid road cyclers, we lost all 3 bikes during the Texas snow storm back in the beginning of the year. We had to evacuate our complex and dealt with a lot during that time, including the theft of our precious bicycles. All 3 were carefully sought after and were of immeasurable value to us. Couldn’t have been simpler. I listed out what happened and added a list of items that were stolen. I didn’t have receipts of all items and said so, but my claim was instantly approved and funded within 48 hours. Great experience.

Recently, I filed claim for a for my mountain bike that was stolen, and I filed claim using the app, and my claim was settled in less than 5 minutes from start to finish in less than 5 min. Once the claim is filed it was approved in less than 20 seconds. I did not even had to talk to a claim agent during the process. It was a seamless experience.

I love Lemonade Insurance, I was forced out of my apartment due to mold and mildew and I called my insurance. My claims adjuster Emily really went over and beyond to make sure my and I had a place to stay until my apartment was ready. And they also granted an extension for a few days.

My car and at least 3 other cars in my building were broken into and items and possibly information that could be used in identity theft were stolen from my vehicle. Another car was stolen outright and another car had their window smashed and items removed. It was very upsetting. Lemonade approved my claim in 6 seconds. It was a great customer experience.

My only complaint would be that it should be made clear to new Lemonade members that high price items like jewelry need to be added on separately. I was only able to get a fraction of the price for my engagement ring because I was unaware that was necessary. Overall the customer service was great given the circumstances.

Possible medical emergency for safety concerns stemming from being exposed to unknown toxins. Apartment tried to fix apartment bathtub with unknown chemicals and in the process destroyed the bathtub. Process of getting money back for expenses out of pocket for hotel stay while my mom and I aired out our apartment for 5 days was straightforward. Was able to navigate the app to begin a filing to then get an agent on the phone which then got me a dedicated case agent who was able to quickly get me two deposits direct to my bank account which helped just in time with upcoming living expenses.

From start to finish. The claim process was super easy. Person assigned to my claim kept me updated and informed. Claim was approved in less than a week and was able to just get it sent directly to my bank without having to wait for a check in the mail.

Someone broke into my garage and stole all my tools and equipment. The total cost to replace will be about $600 dollars, not including the new video surveillance system and the lost memories. Many of the tools that were taken were given to me by my grandfather and father and it really hurts the thief took them too. About 7 months later, life went into a sudden tailspin when my only mode of transportation (an expensive bicycle) and regular means of communication (my 10-month-old top model iPhone) were stolen. After registering it on bikeindex.org, filing a police report and getting another working cell phone, I used the Lemonade app to file a claim. Once I’d submitted digital receipts for all the upgraded components my bike had accumulated and the app automatically tallied the claim total; only then did I realize I’d invested a LOT customizing it to my liking. I filed it on a Saturday so after a couple weekdays and 1-2 quick email exchanges with an actual human, I found out earlier tonight my claim was approved and will go right into my bank account.

Both claims that I've filed over the course of my use of the service were processed promptly (on the time scale of 2-10 days). Additionally, whenever their mobile app fell short in meeting my needs, customer service was prompt and ready to resolve all of the issues that I encountered, replying within a single business day or less to all inquiries.

It was horrible. I feel like I got gypped out of my money. Had to pay a deductible that was way more than what I got back. I don't appreciate that I've paid well over 5 $6000 with Lemonade insurance. To not even be able to Give me half of what I lost is ridiculous. I wanted to speak to someone in a higher position but Adam would not let that happen. I am unsatisfied with the amount. The fact that a adjuster got sent to my home and did not do the job right I will not be Is spreading or sharing anything about lemonade other than the fact that it's a horrible insurance company.

To say I was distraught was an understatement. I contacted Lemonade to inform them what took place and before 24 hours I was assigned a claim agent. From there the journey began to restore my apartment and Lemonade was with me every step of the way. Thankful, the extensive policy I had selected under Lemonade covered these unexpected crises and I was relieved. The agent Adam that I was assigned was also very kind, gracious and patient throughout this rollercoaster experience.

Everything was great other than communicating. I didn’t get many things paid for. Guy who had my claim would never call when I asked. I’m not big on email communication. Or when I would call he wouldn’t be in the office. Thought this insurance company was on trust. But they I guess believed the cleaning company more than I had missing stuff. Still haven’t got my rug or remotes to my devices. Keyboard broken on Mac. Had to buy new one. My sofa was supposed to be cleaned but wasn’t. Had to pay to reclean my clothes. Nothing was done except they kept telling me to call the company but nothing was ever done. Just overall unhappy with it all except the few people who helped me with a hotel.

Has my iPad stolen, Lemonade made the entire claims process easy to do. It’s all done from the app. After that there were a few emails with claims adjuster and within 7 days the claim was approved and paid out. No back and forth games trying to get it covered or approved.
