Love Lemonade! Sasha settled my claim and she was extremely helpful for my first time ever having to put in a claim. I’ve had lemonade for over 3 years now and I will continue to use it for years to come.

The bright pink app and the name a were enough to draw me in to check things out. I also heard about Lemonade through friends of friends and how great their experiences had been. So, there’s that. How does one insurance company have so many personable knowledgeable all around cool people employed, I don’t know. Many of my questions were addressed via the app, but the ones that weren’t, were answered in rapid response time. Yes, you can get a real person on the phone if you need to get down to the nitty gritty with policy questions or should something happen. I never worry if anyone on the Lemonade team will get back to me which is an additional peace of mind. Thank you Sasha O. Don’t need a real live person and would like to make adjustments on your own? The app is one of the most user friendly apps around. Changes to a policy can be made 24/7. Oh, and Lemonade gives back. So far so great! Thank you Lemonade.

Reporting and processing the claim for my stolen bike from Lemonade was super easy. I won't be using another other insurance provider for renter's insurance anytime soon! I would (and already have) recommend Lemonade to all my friends who rent!

Wednesday morning we had the worstest lightning storm I ever been in. It knocked out three of my TVs. All our cable boxes some of our plugs in our home it burnt trees. It really scared me. I panic. I didn't know what to do so I called my insurance and they had me fill out this list. I didn't know what I was doing and I appreciate them because I don't have anything to watch but a telephone, my telephone I believe got hit too because it's acting crazy. Wow this insurance came through when times were hard. Man this is the first time I ever experienced the storm. They just burn out everything in my house, Thank You For Being There For Me And My Husband.

Sasha was great at communicating with me and approved my claim in a very well timely manner. She explained the whole process and went through all the steps with me and made sure I understood. This was our first time filing a claim and made it real easy.

Hi, I had a theft case and I got claim processed from Lemonade in a day or two. It was very nice experience and I would suggest all to take renters insurance from Lemonade. I had a deductible and it was waived by lemonade. Team is very good here. Love to be part of Lemonade.

First I want to thank Lemonade for being able to pay for my hotel stay for a month while my apartment was and flooded and vandalized. I’m only dissatisfied because my claim is still not finished after two months. I lost everything I had in this situation and now I have nothing to start over with. I appreciate the assistance that I’m getting from my adjuster. I know she is only doing her job. I just feel like I sent all of the information multiple times, police reports and police involved. The policy didn’t say anything about the extra things like contacting my apartment manager is a must before I can get a partial payment. I feel like things could be better as far as customer service. I feel like I'm being treated as criminal and I’m a victim. I have 0 family here and me plus my children are literally sleeping on the floor.

He was very punctual and helpful. Never took very long to get back to me and made sure I got compensated for everything stolen. Even though it sucked we got robbed again I’m happy to know we can re-buy what was stolen.

Due to a very unfortunate event of a break in to my father's vehicle and several of his items stolen, We decided to file a claim with Lemonade. I will admit that following my home being robbed and having to file a police report I was not looking forward to filing an insurance claim. Lemonade has been the only positive experience I have had throughout this ordeal. This was not the typical claims experience, this was simple, easy and fast. I'm a customer for as long as you will allow me to be and have been telling everyone to check you out.

I had a positive claim experience with Lemonade. I had my MacBook stolen while on vacation in Italy. The claim required a police report, which was somewhat difficult. We had to visit 4 different police stations before we found one that could take English language and had to wait 2 hours in the station. But after that, lemonade processed the claim instantly, and I was able to use the cash to buy a replacement laptop within 24 hours of the theft. I am pleased with my first claim filed with lemonade.

After giving the police report and speaking to the detectives in charge I gave you all the information that we’ve asked for by the representative and then about a month later after always checked out I receive a notice saying that you the fifth was approved. I am very thankful for the front work that was done and we certainly recommend Lemonade, as I have done so many of my friends the other friends

The process to file a claim was surprisingly quick and easy. I entered my info, took a quick video of what happened and uploaded my receipts. Within 5 minutes, I got approved for my claim and received an email that the money will be wired to my checking account. So simple.

It’s never a good thing when you have to deal with your insurance provider, but if/when you do you hope that the interactions are easy, they trust you and stand up for you…That’s exactly what Lemonade and Richard specifically did for us. Really appreciated how quickly Lemonade came back with my claim reimbursement when my bike was stolen. I thought it would take days for them to review my receipts, however it was approved within less than 30 seconds. Had some damage to my gazebo with the crazy weather, decided to submit a claim. Wasn’t even a full day and the claim was settled and had both call/email from Lemonade to ensure I knew what was going on. Husband and I beyond impressed!

I started my claim Early June and it was not until Mid December when they finalized the claim. I had over 40k in damages with about 30k in coverage. I used the app to upload pictures and receipts. I had to repeat this process about 3 times because my claim kept deleting. When I finally contacted an associate she said I would be assigned a agent so instead send him the documentation.

I was stressed and sad about my situation of theft happening in my home and worried about the financial stress it caused me thinking I would have to spend on replacing my stolen item, but remembering my renters insurance is there to help alleviated the weight on my shoulders. Kailey was the best, took a little longer than expected but overall good experience. Was devastated and taken by surprise when a break in hit. With it being our first insurance claim she make it Friendly, kind and quick.

Firstly, everyone I was in contact to was very empathetic and nice given my apartment had just flooded from a broken pipe at 4AM. But Brett was the best, so fast, nice almost instant replies to emails! I think the only thing I did not like about Lemonade is because I was panicked and didn’t classify in the rather short questionnaire that it wasn’t an emergency, no one could help me to the best of their ability when I felt I needed it most, which was the day of the accident. I feel like there should be someone who is able to change the urgency of claims because I was even able to get the case passed on to someone available. My case was given to someone on holiday for the weekend (and the accident happened on a Friday) which I don’t think it okay for any case, even for non-emergencies.

My experience with Lemonade was amazing! This company was very professional and handle my claim within 6 days. I had no issues with my claim whatsoever. Provided the documents, cooperated with the questions and got the claim taken care of. There was no need for agents or vigorous processes that cause delays. None of that. Everything's automated and amazing. You do deal with a real person when taking care of the claim but that is about it.

I had a horrible water experience at my last apartment and never wanted to experience that again. Thank goodness I got Lemonade Insurance because they made this issue a lot more stress free. Even though some things got damaged, I feel a lot safer knowing that I am protected and that the issue is being taken care of. It took some time to upload each item individually and understand the correct value, but I'm happy I did it as it's pushed me to really re-evaluate everything I have in my home. Erin claim adjuster from Lemonade was awesome. She was able to help me get me coverage on one of my items I had on my policy. At first the item was at risk of non coverage but Erin and her team were excellent and very responsive and communicative and did excellent work on completing my claim and going forward I feel very confident and protected by in my opinion the best renters insurance company in the world and I recommend lemonade insurance to anybody.

The price for monthly insurance can sometimes be high but with Lemonade the prices are reasonable. The company is ran by humans who understand that accidents and incidents may occur outside of one's normal routine. The claim that I put in was smooth and quickly paid out after the details of the incident was provided to the insurance claims specialist, Kaleb. They did a fantastic job by keeping me in the loop of the status of my claim and was straightforward and honest with how my claim was going to proceed. Much appreciated!

I have a renter's insurance policy with Lemonade so after my house was robbed I filed a claim. Being able to do that in the app made everything pretty easy and quick. (I wish it could have been quicker or had fewer steps, but I know there's a lot of information that has to be collected.) It was great not having to xerox documents or wait on the mail. The best part was that the claim was processed in 4 seconds (!) Which means that basically as soon as I submitted the claim, I knew that it had been received and processed. That was a huge relief for me and my partner at a difficult moment.

The claim process was easy to begin with. It’s a bit interesting in that they make you take a video of yourself and then ask some questions that I felt were a little “accusatory” (it felt like I was being treated like a fraudster at first), but in the end they were very friendly, helpful, and resolved my claim (paid) within a week. I have had Lemonade Renters Insurance since we moved to our apartment in California, so about four years now. I've never had to use it before this past week when we realized that someone broke into our storage unit and stole nearly all of our Christmas collectibles. We had so many things gifted to us over the years that are gone. The theft occurred back in August when we filed a police report for it, but we didn't realize how much was actually missing until we went to decorate for Christmas and so many of our beloved memories were just gone. Since many of the items were things like precious moments and Disney collectibles kept in their boxes, I thought maybe I could look up their costs and try to file a claim even though I didn't have receipts.

I realized late in the year that my renters insurance covered my personal belongings even outside of my home. I had my cellphone a few months ago at the end of July. My claim process was swift and easy I don’t really have any complaints. I would definitely recommend lemonade to friends and family. The rates are good and customer service is to. The app is self service as well. I submitted my claim on 09/22 and it was completed by 11/13.

I wish it hadn't taken so long. And I'm a little bothered by the fact that I increased my plan under the impression my drone would be covered. I would have gotten done insurance. Now I'm out of a drone that cost me about 700. I'll forever be haunted by this. As it seems so unfair and I don't think the guy have me accurate or adequate advice on the insurance relative to my drone. I appreciate what you did for for me but since Friday I've had this pain in my stomach because that drone meant more to me than do much else is what I own. But thanks anyway. Sara you were great. And I'm not mad at the messenger, it just kinda hurts.

First time ever making a claim and Jose was super helpful with the experience. Although I do wish he had told me all the info I needed in one email instead of back and forth, I am happy with how it went and looking back I can say the process was relatively smooth.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. After a theft case (which was genuinely the most traumatic experience of my life) Jose was one of the first people to even say to me “I am so sorry that happened to you. It must be very hard.” When you’ve had a traumatic experience that’s sometimes all you need to hear and no one else I was speaking to and sorting things out with was willing to say that simple sentence. Lemonade showed me empathy. Next, filing the claim was super quick and easy. I was dreading talking to insurance but it really felt like I was talking to a friend that was on my side. Lemonade was reasonable and did everything quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend lemonade enough. Jose is the best. Give the guy a raise! Such fast easy communication. Loved it. Never thought I’d enjoy talking with insurance.

They say you don't get to know your insurance company until you need them. And this is the case, they are spectacular. I normally don´t write reviews, but this is a standing ovation to Lemonade and their well staffed personnel, especially Katy from Arizona.

My claims adjuster Alex was amazing. She was there every step of the way for me from beginning to end. Was always there when I called or emailed her. I really enjoy my insurance company. I would recommend Lemonade to anyone.

I was so grateful I had renters insurance with Lemonade! Our building was flooded due to a pipe burst and my unit was one of the ones affected. Unfortunately the communication with the property managers was lacking and no guidance was given but to contact my renters insurance. My experience with Lemonade was very smooth. Stephanie, my claim rep, was very thorough in helping understand the process, and pay the claim quickly for me to be able to get into a temporary situation. The experience with Lemonade made a difficult time/situation very smooth and helped financially when I needed it the most. I'm glad I had coverage with Lemonade - made all the difference.
