This was my first ever time dealing with an insurance claim (hopefully I’m never in a situation where I have to in the future) and I was glad I chose Lemonade. I had to move out of my apartment due to a water leak while the maintenance team sorted out the issue. During this incredibly stressful time, I was reassured and guided by my adjuster throughout the entire process. I was unsure about my coverage and was given clarification on any matters that came up. When I was finally able to move back in, communicating with my adjuster was seamless and I was able to get a response quickly. I’m glad to have this entire ordeal behind me and I’m glad Lemonade was able to reasonably help my wife and I adjust as best we could to the situation.

Thalia was great! Super helpful and fulfilled my request in a timely manner. I sent in my report for my apt flooding from the building having a broken pipe and within two days my request was fulfilled! I spoke to Thalia on the phone same day that I put in my request and she had a fast turnaround.

I submitted a claim earlier today and the entire process was seamless and efficient. Don't think it took more than 15 minutes. Really appreciate Jim's support. After all of this ordeal it was nice to know that someone had our back.

It would be good to make e-bike with throttle coverage restriction was more upfront. The documentation mentions "certain classes" of e-bikes without going into detail. Either way Angelica helped us move this forward and for that I am grateful. She contacted the manufacturers and followed through all the way.

I filed a claim for my lost engagement ring. Losing a ring that was gifted is by far one of the worst and guilty feelings! My claim was dealt with quickly and with caring communication from the Lemonade team. When I pointed out an error in the settlement amount, it was also quickly remedied. I called to file a claim for my stolen Road Bike and I was shocked at the quality of service I got. They were very nice and prompt to respond, they were fast and very nice, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Slowest Claim Received. I had to review the several laws broken with Carly on the phone other than Ricardo. He broke 10 of them during the last time we spoke on the phone. Truly, not looking forward to speaking with him again. ** customer service.

I went back and forth for months with a crooked property management and my rep Stephanie didn't help or make me feel like she even cared. She was impossible to reach. Didn't do her homework and didn't fulfill my claim properly. She removed my loss of use which caused me and my kids to homeless because she said she was told the property was sold but I paid for deed and sales data to determine the property hasn't been sold. Property management lied to offset my claim. Thanks for nothing.

My bike and accessories were stolen out of our bike room. As soon as I had a copy of the police report, I was able to submit my claim through the app. My claim was approved right away, and the payment will be deposited right into my bank account.

I submitted a claim for a rather pricey item that was stolen at the beach. Never having to use rental insurance before, I thought it was going to be a difficult process with lots of back and forth to get the claim approved, but once I submitted the documents they asked for (police report mainly). It was incredibly hassle free and swift. I was honestly very pleased by the experience. It wasn't the nightmare scenario most people made insurance claims sound like.

I made my claim less than a month after opening my policy. My items were not in my residence when they were taken/damaged. I also struggled to identify what was stolen because boxes with countless random possessions were affected. In summary, renters insurance companies are well known to do everything possible to pay the lowest amount (or flat out deny) whenever possible. Lemonade was unbelievable. UNBELIEVABLE! Every single loss was considered, even with minimal proof (due to the age of some of my possessions).

We had bad water damage from the unit above suddenly. It took a few days to get the upstairs owners to own up to it and get a plumber and demo crew out. When the demo crew did come they took out the walls and toilets in the bathrooms. We had nowhere to go to the bathroom so had to get a hotel for a few days during spring training in Scottsdale. My settlement has been smooth within days I got payment. Lemonade and Zach's team are phenomenal because on top of the settlement for my belongings that were damaged, Zach is working on a Reimbursement for a Hotel room for 7 nights that I had to be placed due to my apartment is being fix for the damages of the water leak that occurred. I hate my experience with Cam, and Lemonade. I feel like because of Natural Disasters and things that have nothing to do with me, I was treated very unfairly. My apartment flooded with sewer water, literally the entire apartment. Cam did supply me with outside vendors to account for my damaged items, and to clean damaged items. Originally someone was supposed to came to my unit to check out damage and go over everything that I submitted receipts for, but because of covid and I believe a hurricane in another state (that’s what he said) I was scheduled to do a virtual call that took a long while to schedule to account for my damaged goods.

They understood the situation and were very quick and responsive. The first "advocate" I had for my claim quit or was fired and nobody answered my emails for over a month. I had to call multiple times to get any sort of response. Even after a new advocate was assigned to my account I would still have to follow up multiple times over email to just get a response. It took 5 months for me to FINALLY receive my claim. Made the entire experience of my robbery even worse.
