    I hate you, Geico, so much. I was a loyal customer for years with auto and I missed one payment and you refused to take my payment and reinstall me after 7 years of payments, the customer service sucks when you can actually talk to a real person, which is rare. Instead, you have to talk to some AI clanker and your app sucks too. You make all this money and can’t even get that right smh, you guys take money out of my account for renters insurance and I can’t even access the account??? L geico 🤡🤡🤡

    I haven't really used them for anything so I don't know if the actual policy is any good but I will say I just got a intimidating email telling me I should review my policy because it's hurricane season in all caps twice. I'm from Asheville North Carolina and we just went through a hundred year flood and this was really insensitive.

      So much time consuming dealing with my adjuster. I called him 6 times and he never return my calls. My rental insurance seem to forgot about returning calls. Geico also seem to forget that if they don't handle claims and don't return calls, people won't keep their insurance with them.

      Worst renter insurance ever. File a claim, they gave me the runaround, even said they never received my paperwork through the app, but I received a text message saying they did. Can’t never reach the adjuster. He never returns calls. Worse company in history.

      They refused to cover losses on mine and years later my son's claim. They offer to give you a month or so moneyback. This is what they do when they deny you. I don't know anyone that's made out. They say they cover storage but after storm get moldy refuse to cover. Forget it. Do your homework and go w another company that actually pays out for losses instead of making excuses!!!!

      We had a fire at the home we were renting in Sacramento California. Most of the things we had collected after 45 years of marriage were destroyed. A money value would be $50,000. It's been almost 2 years since the fire. We have been paid about $12,000 with no explanation of what they paid for. There is a $20,000 limit on the policy plus $4,000 for transportation costs and such. Geico farmed the policy out to a Florida company called Assurant. They are a horrible company to deal with. I think that their company policy is to give no response back to the customer and the customer will eventually give up and go away. They do not respond to emails or calls. Calls go to voicemail and are never returned. Shame on you Geico for hiring scammers

      Had water damage at my apartment from upstairs apartment bathroom. Flooded and soiled my rugs as well as towels I had to use because the shop vac was out of use. I filed claim on March 23, 24 I called them emailed. They got back to me on their time. They said they would call. No call. My adjuster Jamie ** was very different. Long story short May the 2, 2024 they said they sent a check for 110.73. I don’t know how they got that price. My things were way more than that. Will be looking for a different insurance company.

      They will take your money and will not refund you. They kept on telling me that they have refunded me back over and over again till I spoke to their manager Ashley after almost two months of chasing them and she said that that they will not mail the check to me. There was no ownership taken for them losing my money. They cannot mail you a check if they can't refund you via credit card....Sorry but that is poor business.

      I have nine policies through Geico on homes I own and rent out. I purchased a brand new roof for one of the properties and asked them for a discount/refund on my previously paid homeowner's policy. Over the course of 7 weeks, three phone calls (more to be made) and at least eight email exchanges they have been completely unhelpful and are stalling in order to not make the policy lower even though they have receipts and info for the entire roof replacement. I am very unhappy and will be taking my business elsewhere.

      They don't provide good customer service, they keep lying to you when you need real answers to questions and don't solved nothing. They don't provide solutions to the problems even when your apartment is demanding them, so is easy and best for them if you cancel the insurance.
