    I needed some type of whole life insurance, and I chose Fidelity because it was cheaper and better. Their rep was pleasant, and she explained things. It didn't take that long to get set up because I did it over the phone. It was easy. Then they sent me the paperwork back. The experience was great. I wish I could have gotten more for the money. I wanted more for the coverage. But as far as the price for the coverage, I suppose it's the best that I could do with. I compared to others and it's close.

    I contacted different companies and I liked what I read about Fidelity Life. I have 2 insurance policies and the gals I talked to were both great. One was from Fidelity and another was from the other one that I have. They answered all my questions. The most important for me was the relationship with the agent, and how friendly, helpful and understanding of my situation they were as well as easy access to them. They gave me their number so if I had a question, I could call. I did. And they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

    I'm 51 years old and I have a son and grandchildren. So, I wanted to have something not to leave them in a bind to have to bury me or even help them after I'm gone. My job deals a lot with Fidelity and my bank does a lot of Fidelity products so it was convenient. I don't have to find a policy that I would have to keep up with somebody else when I already have it going in my inner circle of finances. The sign-up experience was cool. It's a major thing having a life insurance but the sign-up process wasn’t a big deal. I would tell people the insurance policy that I have but more than anything, to compare policies with different people and to research to get the best policy for themselves.

    The sign-up process with Fidelity Life was very easy and the sales rep was very helpful. I might have been on the phone for 45 minutes, doing everything and the approval process took only a couple of days. I had a good experience. My mother got $3,000 worth of coverage through Colonial Penn Life Insurance and she's paying $46 a month. And I've got $30,000 worth of coverage for 146 a month. So, Fidelity is a lot cheaper.

    I called Fidelity and they gave me the different prices, but I couldn't afford it. So I didn't get it. Then I tried to renew it. I renewed it three times. I had an account because they recently called me and I told them I just can't afford it right now. So I told them what month I could start it again and they said, "Okay.     Fidelity Life's sales agent was very knowledgeable and patient. There was no rush to make me buy anything or feel obligated. If I had any questions, she took the time and answered them. We went over what I could financially afford because I explained to her that I was on a fixed income and I didn't want to commit to a large amount, but I wanted something reasonable because I'm up in age now. She was very forthcoming and helpful. Also, I could understand her a little bit better compared to the reps from other companies, which was why I went with them. The sign-up process took about 30 minutes and my experience was wonderful. I would tell my friends to give Fidelity a call because they are willing to work with someone's financial status. Funerals nowadays are so expensive and you see a lot of families who, because they failed to put something in place, have to do a GoFundMe and that's an extra burden for a family to have to worry about.

    I signed up with Fidelity Life, but I canceled it right after. I was honest and straight up with the representative that took down my initial information and gave me a quote. He sounded okay on the phone. He was good as far as explaining information, and giving details. They asked if I smoked **, and I told them occasionally. He gave me one price based on that. I signed up the same day. He told me what the payment would be. When I went to do my screening, Fidelity Life did a urine sample. After I did the screening, they raised the premium on me so, I canceled it. I went with somebody else. That one incident left a sour taste in my mouth.

    Fidelity Life’s rep told me that the price was gonna be one thing and if I didn't qualify for the amount that I wanted, the price was gonna be lowered. I was with them for at least eight months and the price was still at 200 and I just canceled it. So, my experience with them was not good.
