I’ve used Erie auto/home since 05/2014. I’ve never put in any claims in nor asked them for anything. Until 11/2021 when a tractor trailer lost 1k pounds of coil. The driver stated he would be held liable for any damages/expense. I asked Erie to help since I had ALL the driver's information, social security number, driver's license number, DOB, address, phone and all besides the insurance provider. Erie would NOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY. I was advised from Erie to seek attorney assistance for this since I don’t have collision. This wasn’t a collision accident & there isn’t a police report. THERE IS A INCIDENT REPORT which CLEARLY states the other party would be held responsible. Well after almost 8yrs at Erie, I’ll be moving to a different provider.

Erie is absolutely 100% amazing! My husband and I, and now my son, have been customers of Erie for years and unfortunately have had several claims. Erie always handled them extremely fast and their professionalism and care is outstanding! Recently, my son and his girlfriend left our house on Easter and were hit head on by a drunk driver who actually got out and ran off. Thank God they had only some cuts and bruises but my son’s truck was totalled! Erie handled everything within 4 days! Everyone we have ever dealt with through Erie has been completely amazing! We recommend Erie car and home ins to EVERYONE and quite a few people we know have switched and love it! My son’s girlfriend just saw how this recent issue was handled by Erie and is leaving Nationwide to come over to Erie! I cannot thank Erie enough for always being there for their customers and making horrible situations, bearable.

For all you hard working contractors out there, I'd like to share my personal experience with Erie Insurance. I've had Erie for for business general liability coverage since 2011 and I always paid my premiums. The policy was always serviced from where it was originated, specifically a very reputable authorized brokerage firm. Upon renewal this year, I was notified that Erie took my policy and was keeping it "in house" moving forward. My broker warned me that the level of service was going to be torturous and exhausting especially when it came time to request certificate of insurance (COI). At first I thought this might be a tactic to sell me a new policy for a better commission so I decided to stay with Erie based upon my past experience.

Several of my clients called me and requested COIs as they did in the past. I called the 800-222-2519 number and was prompted through to customer service. I was told to request the COI through a specific email customer.Branch@erieinsurance.com which I promptly sent out a request with specific language requesting five COIs. I was informed by the rep that the request will take up to 48 hours to process. I called back four days later and spoke to a rep regarding this request. She told me that she could not find the request.

I politely asked her to look it up under the email in which I sent it. She eventually found the request and informed me that she would send them out that day. Two days later I called back and went through this painful process yet again. I finally received two out of the five requests. I called back yet again and this time she informed me that the underwriter was unable to write COI for auto coverage or workers compensation coverage. I politely informed her that I was not requesting coverage for auto nor WC coverage, just the General Liability coverage that I've had for in the past, specifically the same customers with no alterations or changes in coverage.

Well. To make a long story short, they are denying me any more COIs to provide to my customers which I'm entitled to as per my policy. They are absolutely clueless at this call center and cannot give you any information without deferring to underwriting, even for a COI! I will be cancelling and reporting this to the Insurance Board for review and request advice from counsel. So you contractors and/or business owners with Erie, beware! Again, this is based only upon my personal experience which I am sharing.

Not real sure how to review this particular company without any insults.... Every single True Detail of my experience, if put into words would be a Devastating Insult.... Prey to God that the person who Damages your Vehicle has No Insurance at all over Erie Insurance... At least if they are un-insured and you have un-insured motorists rider on your policy then you might stand a chance of having your vehicle taken care of unlike the experience you will have if Erie has anything to do with it.... Honestly not sure of any possible way of giving an honest review and still maintaining my review within the (below stated Review Guidelines).... So I guess just that fact in and of itself will have to tell everyone what I have learned in a very short period of time.

One of their insured drivers merged into my vehicle after I made a right turn onto the main road. And the photos of the damage corroborate the other driver merging into me. But they said it was my fault insinuating I failed to yield before making my turn. Mind you her vehicle was in front of me in traffic and should've seen me in the lane regardless of yielding or not. Not to mention I honked at the other driver.

It’s amazing that this company is still in business with this many negative reviews. As it’s already been mentioned in previous reviews, very unprofessional service. I was hit by a lady on Christmas Eve who has Erie Insurance. It is now two weeks after the incident and I’ve been paying out of pocket this entire time for a rental vehicle and my car has yet to move to a body shop. The claim manager has yet to contact me and every time I call they tell me that she will be in touch with me soon. I finally was able to speak with a supervisor today who informed me that the accident in under “further investigation” and that they may not even take liability for my claim, even though she admitted and was clearly 100% at fault.

Problem is, we had a guy rear end us at the end of May, we hired a lawyer since we like most, don't trust insurance companies. We are STILL waiting at time this review, to get a settlement. There is no reason someone needs to wait this long for a settlement that is not their fault. It all went smooth until they was told that a lawyer was hired.

I had been insured by Geico for many, many years. For some reason I decided to get a quote from Erie and found the premium to be a lot lower. I switched to Erie several years ago and have been extremely pleased with their service. My car was stolen about 1.5 years ago and Erie was very efficient and generous in dealing with this claim. My car was never recovered and so I was given $12,500 for my stolen car. I believed I'd get about $8000 for it so the amount I was given was a great relief. It's always terribly inconvenient and painful to have a car stolen but Erie made the experience as good as could be. My agent is very responsive.

They owed us refund for one car for 9 months remaining that was prepaid. We paid $1356 for full year for 3 cars, and only refunded $149, even though they sent an amendment that showed $248 would be the refund. They are making every excuse to try to justify the very small refund of $149. It’s so transparent how greedy and unethical they are because they don’t want to give up $$ once it’s already in their pocket. We’ve used them for over 9 years now and we thought Erie insurance was better than that. Now, we don’t trust them ever again. Will likely NOT renew.

I had Erie for a number of years when I bought a house and switched my car insurance from Progressive over because it was cheaper with their multi-policy discount. I had to use the coverage once when my car was broken into and the stereo was stolen from it which they covered the damages less my deductible obviously. A while back I had asked my local agent if there was anything they could do as I felt like I had been paying way too much for their insurance and he gave me a discount that amounted to saving me $50-$100 for the year so I accepted it.

I noticed going back over the years that my plans never go down, I have the same vehicles with no tickets or accidents and my credit practically hasn't changed so this year I got a quote directly with Progressive and with the exact same coverage they were less than 1/2 the cost of what Erie wanted. I purchased a 6 month policy with Progressive that would've been the same cost for only 3 months with Erie. I even upgraded the coverage on both cars so that all of my vehicles would have the same coverage for only an extra $164 yr which is still a lot cheaper than having liability on both cars and comprehensive/collision on the truck with Erie. I was able to get my policy with Progressive at $626 yr with comprehensive/collision on all vehicles, Erie wanted $942 yr for liability only for both cars and comprehensive/collision on truck. Progressive wanted $462 yr for the exact same coverage as Erie.

Before policy starts for the second year I called their main office to cancel the policy. They told me to call local office which is situated in Loveland Ohio. I called and canceled it, Finally asked whether I have to call again. They said no, everything took care and they sent me a $648 bill after two months. They did not cancel it right away, kept the policy actively for two months and canceled it. They do this to make money from the consumers. It was not my mistake and so why I pay for this insurance shark.

They repeatedly called and told me to pay the balance. Even some rude people from Erie called and threatened me. They tried to intimidate me. They said that they are going to take a legal action against me. If you deal with Erie insurance be careful. Especially, when you are done paper work. When we started with Erie we had an actual person for an agent who we would contact when we had a claim and he took care of it always to our complete satisfaction. Since his retirement my agent is an agency with no personal contact. If I call I get the next available agent, who ever that may be, who doesn't know me from Adam. You're instructed to contact the "claims department" who will satisfy your claim.

In 55 years we have had to file several claims, two of which were for deer and one turkey buzzard. All of the other claims were for accidents that were not our fault. The last one really stunk because the guy had no insurance at all and I was stopped in our car when he hit me and then lied about a witness that said I hit them and we had to pay a deductible. They also would not renew my property insurance on a rental unit in a certain neighborhood in the city. (Red lining?) No personal touch or loyalty to their customers.

So we had an accident 2 months ago and things started out well enough. The initial repairs were completed and paid for by the insurance company. However, there was still an issue with the safety system in the vehicle that was also damaged in the accident. My claims adjuster advised me by email to get the work done and he would have it reimbursed. Well after having a small part of the work done a bigger issue was found. It's been 4 weeks and Erie representatives do not respond to email or phone calls about whether they will cover the additional work or even reimburse for what they promised to cover.

My adjuster has 2 phone numbers and both go straight to VM every day. I don't know if he died or what, so we also tried his associate and again no response at all. We even got our insurance broker involved again and she couldn't even get them to respond. I've been with Erie for over 20 years and never had an issue until now... Stuck up comes to mind. Discrimination also comes to mind. When you think of Erie, think of "holier than thou". Because as soon as you slip up and show your human side, you're done. They want to make money collecting premiums. They are not in the business of actually having to have insurance claims come up. They just want the money.

I have to say I was very impressed with the way Erie handled our auto accident (car was totaled and the driver was hospitalized for a day). There were 3 adjusters involved, one who dealt with the vehicle, one who dealt with the medical bills and one that reimbursed the lost wages. All were easily accessible both via phone and email. When the medical ran out under the auto coverage, it went to our health insurer, who reached out to Erie to confirm that the medical was exhausted. Erie promptly reached out to confirm it was ok to release the documentation and upon getting our confirm, they did. The offer for a vehicle was fair, they didn’t try to nickel and dime us. All claims, unfortunately, ultimately require effort, but Erie was as easy to deal with as I had hoped for.

Upon invoicing me they doubled the amount, making it retroactive to 6 months earlier when my son got his license even though he wasn’t yet driving and didn’t have a car. It was a large sum of money, but their customer service was AWFUL in helping me address the problem and I was escalated to the president’s office where I dealt with the rudest customer-facing person ever. Although I remained calm, he literally resorted to reading me the legalese from my policy which evidently gave them the right to charge me (rob me?) for coverage I hadn’t received whatsoever. Two days later (payday), I called and paid the bill and informed them I would soon be using another Company. They stated a refund check would be processed. They deducted four $25 charges from the refund check citing the two aforementioned drafts -- they used Corporate Policy for their actions. I waited well over an hour before I called to see how much longer. I was informed by the tow company that they were not coming and I needed to call back to whomever I spoke with first. I called Erie back and was ensured by Erie that they would have someone to me as early as 30 minutes.

Needless to say I would still be waiting if I had not received help from someone else. My 22 year old daughter was on the side of a busy highway by herself out of town. I still have not received a return call from Erie and no tow company ever came. I finally made it to my daughter and we sat there for at least 2-3 hours with no help for Erie or a tow company. I did not call back because I was so upset and just wanted to get my daughter and myself away from that busy highway. I am livid about this and this is poor customer service. The license plates were still on my vehicle and all of my belongings inside.

When I called my agent they acted confused about the situation. I was transferred to multiple Erie employees throughout the situation and they seemed to lack communication. They have really cheap rates but I feel that is only because they take advantage of young professionals who don’t have experience with dealing with insurance companies or claims. I was highly unsatisfied with my experience with my claim due to the fact that Erie refused to accept responsibility for my car being towed without my verbal or written permission. This year, after the only major accident that was my fault in 13 years, and a freak accident where the frame gave out from under my rusted car, both within a six month period, the total bills being $20,000 they wrote me and said, "We won't cover you anymore." As if a rusty car is supposed to be my fault. By my estimation I have paid at least $10,000 in premiums during my time as a customer. That means they only paid out a net of $10,000.

Really Erie? Are you serious. Will never have a policy with this company ever again. If you are thinking about it, run. They only care about their company and their investors. I have been with Erie for less than two years and never had a problem until just recently when I had to file a claim. I have full coverage on my 2015 BMW 328i and it was set up through a insurance agency because they don't set up policies directly (red flag). 7/20 I filed a claim. I learned that I do not have rental and I have a diminishing deductible. Ok, so I pay for my own rental and after talking to Erie they said a adjuster will call me within forty eight hours. 7/23 I am contacted by a Erie adjusters who inform me that they would send a third party appraiser to approve the repairs within forty eight hours (red flag). 7/24 I am contacted by the dealership saying the appraiser was there and I would be hearing from Erie.

7/25 I was contacted by Brian and he tells me that there was a issue and the dealership would not put the car on a rack so they only approved the tires and the rims until the appraiser could look at the rest of the damage but the parts have been ordered and it won't delay anything. So I call the dealership and they insisted that the person who came never even asked for the car to be put on a rack because that definitely could have happened. I asked if they gave him the entire estimate and they said yes.

So I called Brian back and asked who told him all of the things he said and he began to back peddle and when I informed him that the dealership told me that they never asked for the car to be put on a rack and that they won't order the parts without approval of the repairs he said he would get them to go back today to correct it. Then about a half hour later I get a call from the dealership instead and they tell me that they will replace any parts they can with aftermarket parts and by doing that they can't warranty them with the warranty I got with the car.

I then call the direct number for Erie and ask to speak to someone about my claim. I was transferred three times and was told three time "let me get you someone who can help you with that." On the fourth person I got finally transfers me to a supervisor and he tells me that it is in my policy that they can replace any parts with aftermarket parts if they are available. I explained that BMW won't warranty any aftermarket parts and will void the warranty that I got with the car. He said "you should read your policy better." (WOW!) Then I said well since you used a third party appraiser and now my repair time is delayed. What about a rental. He said "there will be no rental, it's not in your policy" even if it's their fault for the delay? DOUBLE WOW!!

So I call the agent who informs me that they don't offer OEM replacement even if I wanted to add it to my policy. So in the end I am paying out of pocket for a rental while they send a third party appraiser who screwed up and the difference between the OEM and aftermarket parts so my warranty is not affected. After the repairs are done I will be looking for a new insurance company and taking the policy to a lawyer to find any loopholes so I know I am not dealing with a scumbag company like Erie Auto Insurance.

It was owned by his girlfriend's dad, who did not have insurance. I'm not sure who Erie was sending letters to. The driver? The Girlfriend? Her dad? Anyway, nobody responded to the letters. We just, today, received a letter saying Erie had done all that they could and the 2 year statute of limitations, which we didn't even know there was a statute of limitations, is almost up.

We were told after the accident that Erie would pursue this incident until they got our money back, or the person's drivers license would be taken away. As far as we can tell, Erie did absolutely nothing. We have multiple policies thru Erie and we never miss a payment. What good is it for us to have insurance if we have to pay for our own accidents? There is an ever increasing number of uninsured motorists on the road every year and I see why. You don't have any consequences, if you are in an accident. Plus you don't have to pay exorbitant payments to an insurance company every month for fake protection. I think we are about to become one of these uninsured motorists, since that seems to be the way to go.

I have been with Erie Insurance for over 30 years, they have always been the best insurance company. I never had to worry about being dropped and their rates are excellent. I recently shopped around to see if I could find a better price for my 3 cars and house combined. Not one competitor could come even close to the premiums I pay. I have had several claims over the years and my agent/office is always there to help. After someone ran into my car, I called my agent who told me to get a couple of estimates. I did and was able to take my car to my choice of auto body shop. They did a good job and I was very satisfied.

Needless to say this caused all kinds of inconvenience for us until my own insurance company (GEICO) took care of us. However, we were still left paying the deductible which really sucks since this situation was due to some else's incompetence. Now Erie Insurance is dragging their feet and doing everything they can to get out of a very cut and dry case. I am now stuck paying the $500 deductible out of my pocket due to someone else's negligence and their crooked insurance company not owning up to their mistake.

I had switched to Erie Insurance before I had children. Now I have 3 sons ages 21, 18, and 16. Every time I added a son to my policy, my insurance skyrocketed with only the explanation of the new MALE child being added. Unlike other insurances, Erie offers no programs for a youthful discount! Nothing to help ease the burden off the insurer! So I ended up lowering my insurance and raising my premiums to be able to afford insuring them. Of course, they had to have vehicles so we bought them what we could afford to pay cash for. We own 6 vehicles with mileage ranging from 97,000 to 292,000. But we own them all! Well, when we bought the '09 Kia Sportage it had 126,000 miles on it and I wanted to list it as my pleasure vehicle. However, we did purchase it for my younger son and my agents said I had to tell them which person predominantly drove which vehicle because it was only fair!

West Virginia, the state I reside in, has a law which I believe is called WV's Municipal Use of Vehicles Law which states that it doesn't matter who drives what vehicle, every licensed driver in that family would be covered on any vehicle. They admitted the truth of that! However, other insurances will allow you to choose which person you want on which vehicle because that law insists they're covered!

My Appalachian Insurance Agency refused to allow me to do that! When I tried they said that was unfair because it would have lowered my policy from $4700 a year to just over $4000. I contend... That was enough! But, being a believer in God's holy word, I wouldn't make those changes unless I was allowed to do so. I would not lie! Other insurances, as I found, quote you the lowest premiums based on that law anyways! So after 20 plus years being insured with Erie I left! I think they could have and should have done better by my husband and I than that! They simply didn't care to have our business!!!

I have Erie insurance and they are awful. I got into an accident and it was the other persons fault. I didn’t call the cops on scene but later within 24 hrs had a cop come look at my car and the other persons car. It was proved to be her fault but for some reason, unknown to me, she didn’t have insurance or something and my insurance has to pay. I got into a second accident a few months later and they raised my rates by $800 dollars a month! The first accident wasn’t my fault and was found it wasn’t my fault by the cops.

The second accident was supposed to be my accident forgiveness. Well I guess that’s non-existent. Erie counts things they shouldn’t count and I had to pay a deductible for the first accident. The second accident we probably would have had to pay but I didn’t get the car fixed. Don’t wanna know how high the rates would have been had I gotten the car fixed. Now I’m switching insurance because I can’t pay that much. That was on my parents policy as well. With another insurance on my own policy it’s lower than mine was to start! Erie is way overpriced and makes you pay a deductible every time.

June 7, 2017 a huge dump truck hit and totaled my car. The agent, Josh, was very professional and very prompt, and was very accurate in his response to compensate for my car. Next came Mr. **, the personal injury agent. From day one, Mr. ** was nice, but somewhat unreliable. Having been recently diagnosed with Stage IV Breast Cancer, I was just anxious to get everything about the incident behind me. Mr. ** told me the settlement amount would be $2000, he would send me some papers to sign, I could pick up the check in 3-4 days, or he could mail it, I agreed to pick it up.

I had lots of tests and doctor appointments so it was about a week when I called to see if I could come pick up the check. That’s when Mr. ** starting talking about Medicare and that I would get the check in about 30 days. Okay, no problem. In 30 days or so I called, Mr. ** told me Medicare takes about 90 days, he had done everything he is supposed to do, if I want anything more done I can do it myself. After a few more weeks I called for updates, Mr ** informed me of no new news, and that up to $800 would be deducted from the $2000. This whole ordeal is a nightmare, and I’m telling everyone who will listen about Erie Insurance, not that it’ll do any good.

I unknowingly missed a payment in December and they terminated service. No phone call, no no email, nothing. I was notified from the NYS DMV that my insurance policy was terminated and I had to surrender my plates.

Apparently, a collections notice was sent out. A lawyer/third party started robocalling my mother, who never was on the policy. Absolutely horrid service if you ask me. USAA, which handles all my other insurance policies, including auto and home, is absolutely wonderful. In the event that a payment is due, they send me a polite email reminder, and if I ever miss a payment (rare) I receive a polite email or phone call within 24 hours. The damage done by Erie hurt my business greatly, especially during a time of year when winter work is extremely precious. I will never recommend Erie to anyone.

I went with Erie because they had lower rates then my insurer at the time. I chose the $1000 dollar deductible for an even lower rate as I had a pretty clean driving record without any claims during my 16 years of driving. Once I had an accident they dropped me like a bad habit. They cited the costs of the repairs and that I was at fault as reasons for dropping me. They were not interested in investigating the accident further on my behalf as there was other factors to consider such as a faulty traffic light.

The representative's name was Justine and she was very unpleasant and clearly was not interested in following up with the information that I was given to her. She even told me that I should of taken a different route that day. My experience with Erie was great when I bought their insurance, but when I had claim they treated me like a number and not a person. This was all about numbers. Their slogan should be "We're great if you perfect!" I recommend paying more for an insurance that has your back and best interest.

Erie insurance provides great premiums for good "coverage". However, the minute you're in trouble they screw you. It has happened over and over again. They have fooled my family and I twice now. Trust me. Pay a few more dollars to go with someone else. My car was in a hit and run, and hit in two places. They tried to tell me that it was two claims because it was hit in two places. Even though it was the same incident and seconds apart. Laughable, all they were trying to do is get me to pay two deductibles. Anything for them to save money. The damage was not even that extensive, and they are trying to get me to pay double the deductible.

I pay 4000 dollars a year in car insurance, and they are going all this way to save 250 bucks. It is hilarious because some of the lower level people at Erie were even shocked about this. They couldn't believe what the adjuster and his manager were trying to pull off. They had no choice, but to go along with it. What a complete disaster. I am WARNING you do not just go to ERIE because of cheap prices. When you need them, they will screw you.

My almost $3000 yearly auto insurance policy was paid in full with 8 months remaining. I was expecting a few hundred dollar refund -- but NO -- I got a $53 bill instead! NOW this is what Erie customer service claims. They said it was a rate adjustment on the 4 remaining cars. That there was a clause in the policy that they could not raise the policy premium until there was some change in the policy.

I sold and dropped the Corvette so they increased the premium on the remaining 4 cars, (the newest being a 2014 model). My wife and I have a clean driving record -- no wrecks or tickets (both are over 62 yrs. of age). The remaining vehicles are 3 years older than they were!!! I recommend to just never notify Erie if you sell a vehicle and you will probably save a $1000 a year. I was with Allstate 40+ years and they never pulled nothing like this, they are higher but don't pull stunts. All my conversations with Erie are on tape.

I've been with this company almost 30 years. 30. Carried three policies for years. Sometime ago, lightning hit a 60 ft. oak tree next to my house; the tree was decimated and a huge limb dangled over the roof, just waiting to fall. Erie wouldn't cover the removal. Really? They would have covered it if it FELL on the house, they said. We spent over $1,000 for a crane to remove the limb quickly, take the tree down, then proceeded to argue with Erie for some time until they agreed to cover it. My life was too busy to make a change then as I should have.

My most recent experience. My annual car premium came due; I split the payment in half, like I always do each year. They (used to) charge a nominal fee for making a second payment. But my balance due notice said I owed another $85 in addition to the other half. My agent said it's because they don't do split payments anymore. But why wasn't this made clear somehow? It was buried somewhere back in the declaration? They couldn't possibly make an exception, given my history with them and given the fact that this change wasn't clearly noted anywhere. Incredible. My residence also changed to a "safer" insurance zone but no one peeped about that. I don't care if they're rated one of the best because they aren't. I've so had it with them. My new insurance with Geico is 30% less for the same coverage.

I have been an Erie customer for 15 years. I have auto and renter's insurance policies through them. I have never needed to file a claim on the renter's policy. As for the auto policy, they have always served me well. I had an accident that was my fault in 2006. They covered all the damages to both cars. The adjuster was quick to file my claim and settle it. They have accident forgiveness, so my premium did not change when I renewed.

I was also involved in an accident for which I was not at fault. I filed claims with both Erie and the at-fault driver's company. I ended up subrogating through Erie. My car was totaled, and Erie gave me $500 more money than the other company. They also handled all of the communication with the other insurance company, so I did not need to put forth very much effort to settle the claim. They also handled the rental car and covered that completely. The accident had happened on a Tuesday evening. By Wednesday morning, I was in a rental car, and by Friday afternoon I had a check for the entire value of my car. By Saturday, I was driving my new car off the dealer's lot.

Lastly, I had a rock bounce up and crack my windshield while driving on the highway. I filed a claim with Erie as soon as I got home that evening. Erie scheduled an appointment for me with a mobile windshield replacement company for the next day. They showed up on time and replaced my windshield quickly. The workmanship was top notch. I have zero deductible on my comprehensive policy, so there was no out of pocket expense. To reiterate, my windshield was replaced within 16 hours of filing a claim at zero cost and I didn't even have to move my car. So far, Erie has been an excellent company to deal with. Everyone I have dealt with from there has been courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

It took me 4 days to merely get in contact with the claims adjuster, morning day and evening I tried. They wouldn't answer my calls or messages in any sort of timely matter. Once in contact they juggled me around and around to another representative (I had four in all) and they dragged the process as slow as possible. They were highly off point with initial estimates that I had to make it known for them the obvious undercarriage damage, and with that they dragged time further requiring their estimator to re-inspect what should have been found earlier.

I was without a rental car for two weeks though I was clearly entitled to. The main representative even threatened me with personal expensives stating that if I do not submit this claim to my own insurance that Erie would charge me for storage fees (I would have been charged my deductible and the accident was already written as the other driver's fault). As a whole ERIE is by far the worst company in general I've dealt with. It's now the seventh week without my vehicle but it is repaired.
