Working with Alex to obtain our RV insurance was an easy pleasure. Our local insurance company had issues on the location and who had control. They said, No. The insurance company where my son is now located said they couldn't cover it with the owner in a different state. Alex and American took care of it with no problem at a very good price. An absolute pleasant experience all around after dealing with two other vehicle insurance companies.

We are new to the camping experience as well as buying an RV, and American Adventure was recommended by the dealership. The rate also seemed reasonable, so we went with it. We signed up a couple of weeks ago, and it was fast and easy. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, and they made the process very easy so that we could get our new RV on the road and get started with camping. Customer support was very personable.

Great experience. I needed a same day turnaround and Monica was friendly and responsive and I had insurance within an hour. A good one too. Very happy. I highly recommend American Adventure Insurance. The price was excellent and the coverage and deductibles all competitive. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. The dealer recommended them and I'm on the east coast so I wasn't sure but no regrets.

We recently moved and I needed our insurance info updated. Monica C. was super responsive and took care of it right away. This made such an impact on us that we moved our other insurance products from a different broker to American Adventure Insurance! The prior broker was not fast in replying, taking more than a week to do so.

I was asking about where I can get insurance from the place where I bought my motorcycle from. They gave me a card for American Adventure, and so I called them. The sales rep gave me options and was straight to the point. I was offered some good rates, although that still depends upon how good the driving record is and the driver’s age. Customer service was great and clear.

I called my insurance company, State Farm, that I've used forever. And the price was double. And then the lady who is the manager there told me that she uses Progressive insurance for all of her outdoor items as well. So I'm like, "If you don't even use your own company, why would I use it?" And I learned about American Adventure through our sports center. I signed up with them two weeks ago. The customer service that I received from them was good. It was a positive experience altogether.

For the price with the total replacement coverage of American Adventure, you can get a new RV. In 2018, they were the most competitive that could give me a total replacement cost. So, I used them on that new RV, and I used them again a second time in 2022. Then, we bought another new RV recently, and we went with American Adventure again. They're really easy to work with and when I signed up for insurance, they were clear about their offer. They also followed up in real time, which was much easier than working with my direct insurance rep.

Monica was always so timely when responding to emails and questions. There was very little back and forth over the phone which is impressive. She also was very knowledgeable and friendly which is an amazing combo to work with. She seems like a great asset to any team or company.

It was a pleasure speaking to Stephanie about insurance. I purchased a new Camper and the dealer recommended I call. Glad I did. Saved some money and better coverage. Updated on 08/01/2025: I've been with American Adventure for two months now, and my experience has been fantastic. They were recommended by the RV dealer when I bought my vehicle. When I signed up, the process was impressively straightforward; it was all sorted while the dealer handled the RV paperwork. Quick and painless, just the way I like it.

The Agent was helpful and answered all my questions. The Policy was written to my specifications and saved me money on RV insurance. He followed up with me to make sure the policy was meeting the requirement we wanted. Alex explained with detail the policies and coverages available to us. We made some changes to make things fit our needs.

Alex did a great job getting my 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500cc KRT edition insured on the fly. I am highly satisfied with his performance and would recommend him to all of my fellow beginner riders. We were able to easily get a reasonable quote for our A class motorcoach. The agent was polite and efficient. She asked all the questions to give us a policy that covered all things we needed for our financing. We took the offer and was able to get the binder we needed to drive our RV home.

Great experience. You pulled me from my old company by over 200 dollars. I had tried a few years ago and my price couldn’t be beaten. I have 50 years of offroad experience and no accidents or claims since 1991 so I knew it could be better. Yesterday proved it.

The staff at American Adventures Insurance are extremely efficient 90% of the time. They provide better rates for people than other providers, especially just when time is of the essence, and do a lot of the legwork. As someone who sells motorcycles, we're appreciative of it. Having things done quickly and efficiently is nice because often getting insurance is the stumbling block in the process for getting registration done. The customer only has to do a phone call or two.

My experience with purchasing insurance for my camper through AAI was very positive. Got a quote for a new SXS fast and the rate was half of the other place I checked. The woman was really nice, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for SXS insurance. I'll be getting them to quote my auto insurance once my current policy is up.

I got a policy with American Adventure Insurance through our dealership when we purchased our trailer. The experience with their representatives was wonderfully straightforward and efficient. They offered us a midline coverage that was expertly explained, ensuring we understood the benefits, including total replacement in the event that something happened. In comparing their pricing with my existing American Family Insurance, I found it notably competitive, even below what I currently pay.

Last month, I needed to get insurance for a side-by-side I bought. My carrier doesn’t insure them separately, so I had to get secondary insurance. The person I bought the side-by-side from recommended that I go to American Adventure Insurance.

Monica was awesome. I was building a custom motorcycle needed insurance in December and it was a stock bike finally received June 13. And had to increase coverage. Progressive place coverage on it to begin with, but then discounted the coverage due to a stock bike. We finally got pictures of the final product along with Bill sheet and she was able to get it increased very quickly. Would highly recommend working with her.

It was honestly discouraging—especially as someone who doesn’t ride every single day and keeps their bike well-maintained and stored safely.

My experience was all good. I would recommend American Adventure Insurance mainly because of the rate they were able to get me on, and they're a lesser evil than all the other insurances I've dealt with. Also, I'm happy with the price. It's less than a third of what I paid previously for the same coverage. The only downside was it wasn't made clear exactly what was covered. That holds a lot more weight and it's much more important than just the general customer service aspect of it, which was fantastic. They were quick to get everything going, but maybe too quick because of the different coverages not being covered.
