I am very pleased with the service and attention I received. Monica was great, she made the whole process seamless. She went over all my options and had my new bike fully insured, policy sent back to the dealership, all in less than 10 minutes. Working with Alex to obtain our RV insurance was an easy pleasure. Our local insurance company had issues on the location and who had control. They said, No. The insurance company where my son is now located said they couldn't cover it with the owner in a different state. Alex and American took care of it with no problem at a very good price. An absolute pleasant experience all around after dealing with two other vehicle insurance companies.

We are new to the camping experience as well as buying an RV, and American Adventure was recommended by the dealership. The rate also seemed reasonable, so we went with it. We signed up a couple of weeks ago, and it was fast and easy. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, and they made the process very easy so that we could get our new RV on the road and get started with camping. Customer support was very personable.

Great experience. I needed a same day turnaround and Monica was friendly and responsive and I had insurance within an hour. A good one too. Very happy. I highly recommend American Adventure Insurance. The price was excellent and the coverage and deductibles all competitive. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. The dealer recommended them and I'm on the east coast so I wasn't sure but no regrets.

We recently moved and I needed our insurance info updated. Monica C. was super responsive and took care of it right away. This made such an impact on us that we moved our other insurance products from a different broker to American Adventure Insurance! The prior broker was not fast in replying, taking more than a week to do so.

I was asking about where I can get insurance from the place where I bought my motorcycle from. They gave me a card for American Adventure, and so I called them. The sales rep gave me options and was straight to the point. I was offered some good rates, although that still depends upon how good the driving record is and the driver’s age. Customer service was great and clear.

I called my insurance company, State Farm, that I've used forever. And the price was double. And then the lady who is the manager there told me that she uses Progressive insurance for all of her outdoor items as well. So I'm like, "If you don't even use your own company, why would I use it?" And I learned about American Adventure through our sports center. I signed up with them two weeks ago. The customer service that I received from them was good. It was a positive experience altogether.

For the price with the total replacement coverage of American Adventure, you can get a new RV. In 2018, they were the most competitive that could give me a total replacement cost. So, I used them on that new RV, and I used them again a second time in 2022. Then, we bought another new RV recently, and we went with American Adventure again. They're really easy to work with and when I signed up for insurance, they were clear about their offer. They also followed up in real time, which was much easier than working with my direct insurance rep.

Monica was always so timely when responding to emails and questions. There was very little back and forth over the phone which is impressive. She also was very knowledgeable and friendly which is an amazing combo to work with. She seems like a great asset to any team or company.
