American Adventure Insurance Reviews

American Adventure Insurance was recommended by the dealer, one of a number of good suggestions. After doing some independent research, I contacted them. Their recommendation was comparable to what I had found but the premium for identical coverage was SUBSTANTIALLY less. Proceeding to completion of the policy was straightforward. Along the way American’s representative, Alex M., provided important information in advance and was quick to provide additional details when I asked. As far as I can tell I ended up with more than adequate coverage. I’ll continue to do business with them and suggest you do the same.

The salesperson at Optimum RV suggested going through American Adventure Insurance. I was a little hesitant at first but she said, "They're an independent company and they'll find the best type of insurance for your situation." She took my information and it came back that the suggestion for insurance and the quote that I got was from Progressive. I was happy to have them insure my RV. I've had a good experience with Progressive and since American Adventure Insurance recommended them with the quote, I was prepared to follow through. Their suggestion agreed with my research that I had done so I felt confident in taking that quote, and it was a very seamless and fast process. I wanted to have something that was paid for and not have to worry about a monthly payment so I elected to pay the year premium upfront and it was easy to do. I was pleased with the price as well.

We had an American Adventure rep come by our office and reach out to us and go over the program with us to see if we would be interested in doing business with them. So, as far as how long we have been doing business with them, it's been several years. We don't have any problems getting them to pay claims. They're really easy to work with. We have a phone number, email, cellphone, and contact information for our rep. Also, the owner of the company, if we ever need to call and need help with something, they're really easy to work with. With some of the other companies that are out there, it seems like they're always looking for ways not to pay a claim. It's always, "Oh, we can't do this because you didn't bring it in for this inspection," or, "We can't do this because you didn't do XYZ." American Adventure doesn't do any of that.

A big thank you to Danika! While I was at Mountain Motorsports looking at getting a bike I was waiting on a price back from my auto insurance agent. I received the text for insuring the motorcycle I was looking at, and the rate was just extremely ridiculous. Mountain Motorsports recommended American Adventure Insurance, therefore, I called and explained my terrible situation to Danika, and she was able to get me the same coverage with the same insurance company for almost 1/3 of what I was quoted from my auto insurance agent. It was a big win to leave the parking lot on a motorcycle that day.

I initially was phoning in for an insurance quote and ended with purchasing ins policy for my new RV. I have spent all afternoon phoning ins agent for quotes to insure my Rv. American Adventure Ins was my last call and honestly it should have been my first call. Agent that I had the complete pleasure of conducting business with was Stephanie. In my opinion she is a complete asset to your organization. Stephanie is knowledgeable on products, kind, respectful and most of all personable and a tremendously fabulous listener. Within a few minutes I knew I would purchase my ins through your organization because of the professionalism and knowledge of your agent. I am grateful to have called and received Stephanie as my agent to assist me in my insurance process and needs. Definitely “Rock Star Status” and I will be sending my associates and friends to your company for RV insurance needs!! Thank you Stephanie and American Adventure Insurance.

I read American Adventure’s flyer in the Bushlander and I purchased the insurance the day I put the down payment down on the ATV. So, that was probably October 26th and it was finalized within a couple of hours. The price was fair. But I never heard anything from anybody for three weeks until yesterday.

I was having the most challenging time dealing with the bank to find out what they require as far as coverage for a new RV 21/2 hours later, I found out they didn't have any. So, I made the call to American Adventure and spoke with Stephanie, who was the easiest to deal with, simple, not complicated! Very nice to deal with.

I called American Adventure Insurance to get a quote on boat insurance. Danika J. was excellent! She answered all questions a thoroughly explained everything. The whole conversation only took about 10 minutes and I was not on hold for long periods of time. I would definitely recommend anyone needing boat insurance to work with Danika J.

Danika was super friendly and knowledgeable on what we discussed. She spoke to both me and my dad, and we both thought she was amazing! She was very good at explaining the insurance concepts to me and articulated everything in a great way. She also was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Danika did an outstanding job getting me a cost effective policy for our 2 Spyders. She is a credit to her profession. My former carrier was charging me double the amount Danika quoted. It was a no brainer to purchase this policy. I will recommend your services to anyone I know is in need of coverage This young lady treated me very professionally and satisfied all my needs.
