    We have tried to cancel services several times. We needed to tighten our budget. Incredibly difficult to cancel services. Several hoops to jump through to speak with a “customer advocate”. Do not recommend.

    This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. I cannot cancel my service.. I paid the full terms of the contract and now they will not cancel my service. I followed their instructions and I called back after the final service and they won't get me to the cancellation advocate, who is the only one who can cancel the account. I don't know what to do. The only phone number they have is customer service, who cannot cancel the account, What am I supposed to do?

    Every time over the past year that I have tried to deal with their customer service department it has been maddening and pointless. They do not help. They cannot help. They can only forward you to some other department that never answers the phone. They do not have any other phone numbers according to Walter. If you want to speak to the president of the company, you call the same number as everyone else and hope that they can transfer you. Please save yourself the frustration of having to try to deal with their customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    Absolutely miserable experience. I've never been treated by a company so poorly. Broke every promise, didn't honor the contract, but somehow I'm supposed to? I spoke with a Lisa as a customer advocate and one of her managers who both spoke to me like a was a six year old child. I know Lisa is a 55 year old woman because she pointed out how long she's had her name. Incredibly demeaning and rude. Like this money is coming out of their pockets. They are liars who did would not do their job accurately. Salesmen was a complete liar, didn't do the services promised and killed bugs that kept my home healthy.

    I requested a cancellation of my services in writing, which White Knight acknowledged in writing, and they never performed the service since I cancelled. Then they started harassing me to pay for the service despite knowing I had cancelled, and when I refused to pay, they sent me to collections and now I'm being harassed by them. The service was never that great in the first place. Not only did I still have major ant infestations multiple times a year, but the amount of other bugs that got into my house increased as well.

    This company is predatory and make it nearly impossible to cancel your account. When you do call to cancel, they say you must speak to a Customer Advocate. However, when you call and ask to speak to a customer advocate, they say that there is no advocate available at the moment and they ask you to call back the next day. Basically, they try to keep you trapped in their services and then they try to tack on additional fees due to not cancelling on time. This company needs to be investigated for their money-making tactics off loyal customers who honor their contract but then the company tries to trap them to continue their services. Don't sign any contracts with this company.

    I repeatedly told the salesman that I was happy with my current pest control service, but he kept talking and ignoring me. I also kept telling him that I had to go back inside my house, but he just kept on talking and wouldn't take no for an answer. I finally caved in, which was a big mistake. When the service guy showed up for my first service, he had a sloppy and unprofessional appearance. I've since been trying to cancel my contract, and simply pay the $300 for contract cancellation, but their customer service said that to cancel, one of their "Customer Advocates" will need to call me to handle the cancellation. It's been several days now, and I have yet to hear from anyone. It shouldn't take this long simply to cancel my contract. I've tried calling them back, but keep getting the same response; i.e., that a "Customer Advocate" will call me. They couldn't even give me a rough time frame on when to expect the call.

    Also, when I first called them, I accidentally pressed "1" for the sales department without realizing it. When a young salesman answered and I started explaining my situation (not realizing he was a salesman), he sarcastically said "Darling, you have the sales department; you need to press "2" for customer service." How disrespectful. I started to apologize for my mistake, but he hung up mid-sentence, knowing full well that I was talking.

    If I could give this minus stars I would. Signed up with a door to door salesperson because I did have a mouse problem in my garage. Said I could set my initial fee and it would be $50 per month for quarterly applications. Never mentioned that there was a set initial fee. Afterwards I checked the company's reviews and saw so many negative ones. I emailed customer service to cancel my account. It was a holiday weekend, so no one got back to me until Monday and said I needed to talk to customer service. She informed me that I would need to pay $400, the rest of the initial fee since I was cancelling.

    DO NOT sign up with this company. Very deceptive sales and very unhelpful customer service. I also like to deal with local Minnesota companies and asked where their office was. They do have a metro office, but the company is based in Texas. They have several lawsuits against them filed in Texas. Have definitely learned my lesson to NEVER buy anything from door to door sales.

    White Knight Pest Control was bad on multiple fronts. Their customer service was terrible to work with. When I wanted to cancel, I had to talk to customer advocate and it took many calls to get through to them. Finally, they canceled the account but told me that I had to pay for my last service despite not having it done ($139, they reduced it to $99) because I didn't cancel within 30 days.

    I had tried to call to cancel before the service before and they said I needed to stay on until the end of the promotion, but I would have thought they could cancel for me in advance. They just keep scheduling service and hope people just keep paying for the service. Then they charge them for their last service even when they don't get it. I understand I didn't call to cancel within 30 days, but even when I asked to have them cancel after the next service, they said they couldn't cancel my account in advance like that. So they want me to call more than 30 days but not before the next service because that is too far in advance. Then when you call to cancel, they aren't available until you call, 5, 6, 7 times to get a hold of them.

    To top it all off, at one point, one of the service techs said that they bait traps were not filled properly the time before so I have to make a separate appointment for him to come back and fill them properly because he didn't have what was necessary at the time. So to sum up, their service is not very good (their own techs admit it) and they are incredibly hard to cancel service with and when you do, you will likely need to pay the last service amount since you have a small window to cancel.

    They damaged my inside flooring in a mew home. Had to have a professional cleaning company come to repair. The toe step in my master was also damaged and had to be repaired; due to surgery this was delayed. I mentioned cancelling and they called me back-to-back every day. I told them they owed me money for the damage to my home. The people would visit and spray wildly not to mention they did not check the rat box or the termite box. Immature company as well as staff. Speak to different people to no avail. You speak to someone and 2 minutes later you get an email stating they tried calling you. 5 minutes after they service, they want a payment; never giving you time to inspect the lack of service received. I will not cancel a contract when they owe me money and no amount of harassment will force me to do so, to date I owe them, no balance on services.

    I have reported them to our consumer protection agency with my state. Nice guy came to the door. Asked him if he saw the no soliciting sign and he admitted he had. Only reason I agreed to give them a try is that I had a previous pest control company that I had gotten the same way and they were legit and did a decent job. We even talked about the 3 day right of refusal. No mention if I canceled, I would have to pay the 'difference' between the regular and discounted price. I signed on his phone. Received the contract to my email and saw the language-did not approve. They texted a audio/video contract, which I did not complete. Texted him to cancel. He practically begged me to give it a try that I wouldn't be disappointed.

    Tech was supposed to come while I was at the house. He very inconveniently came while I was gone. If they hadn't told me he had been, I wouldn't have known. Still had cobwebs on my porch. Sent photos of the cobwebs and said to cancel-I wasn't paying. an He said he sent the pics to management and they would redo the treatment Monday. I said no, that was after my 3 days. Only way I verified they had even been was a glue trap in my garage, which I specifically said, DO NOT USE glue traps.

    I also noticed drips down my kitchen window. Then I get a call a month later to "schedule my next appt". I said no, I canceled. She asked if I had evidence that I canceled, which I did. So she gave me a number to text the photos of the text messages to, which I did. A few days later, at almost 7:00 at night, a tech shows up at my house. Thankfully, my dogs alerted me. I told him to leave that I had canceled the service, which he did. They've charged me $49 twice, which I have disputed. They keep sending me messages and texts to pay my balance of $192!! I will report fraud and cancel my credit card over this if I have to.

    This company has sales people that misrepresent their services and tell you that you can cancel at anytime if you are not happy with their services. The catch is they charge you a $200.00 termination fee. Be very careful of the contract that you sign.

    Predatory Sales Practices and Poor Service Quality: The salesperson was extremely aggressive and refused to accept "no" for an answer. They made false promises about services they don't actually provide, claiming they would use specialized products to penetrate my lawn for bug removal, spray plants, and treat eaves. They also boasted about using an exclusive new product that supposedly outperforms all competitors - none of which turned out to be true.

    Inconsistent and Inadequate Service: Multiple technicians showed up to my property only to leave within 5-10 minutes without completing any meaningful work. After numerous complaints, I spoke with two California regional managers, Danny and Deacon, who agreed to reduce my monthly rate to $55 with bimonthly billing ($109 every two months). However, the company continued charging me $109 monthly instead of the agreed-upon bimonthly rate. Billing Issues and Refusal to Honor Agreements: Despite their billing error and failure to provide promised services, the company refuses to issue any refunds. They acknowledge the mistake but won't make it right financially.

    Cancellation Difficulties: When I attempted to cancel, customer service repeatedly claimed managers and the cancellation department were unavailable and promised return calls that never came. I only reached a manager by calling without identifying myself and demanding to speak directly with management or cancellation department. Overall Experience: This company employs fraudulent sales tactics, provides substandard service, and engages in customer harassment through constant texts requesting tips and ratings. For bimonthly service at an inflated price point, the value proposition is completely unacceptable.

    I am fed up with this company. After 3 no shows. I have decided to cancel. I was told my account was closed. I would get a confirmation text it never came two days later. I get a text saying that I owed 96 dollars. Because I didn't give 30 days notice. Nothing of the fee was mentioned during my phone call to cancel. Every time I call am never able to speak to the person over cancelations. I tried to cancel 3 months ago but was told I couldn't unless. I had one more service. Which was ended up being a no show. Even when I called that morning to confirm that someone was going to come.

    Beware. Scammers and liars. The sales people will sell you a dream and then it’s nothing like that in reality. Bait and switch, “gotcha” tactics. Will be taking legal action if they do not terminate our contract without penalty. We have only had one service and that’s where we discovered they were frauds. The salesperson Eli ** was a seemingly sweet kid but does not realize you can’t blatantly lie to get a sale. He said our neighbor uses them (confirmed he doesn’t), he somehow had the authority to reduce our cancellation fee to $100 (he doesn’t and they aren’t honoring that), he said unlike other companies they service my car engine for pests, our skylights, the gardens, the garage, they use a special tool to service the crawl spaces and charged us extra (they don’t on any of these points for liability reasons or just had NO idea what we were talking about when referencing everything Eli sold us).

    He also said they would pay our other pest control early cancel fees and when I called to see if this happened I was told by their sales team they have never heard of this happening in the six years he has worked there. He even told us he was getting engaged that night so he could really use the sale, which I now believe was also a lie and a ploy to make us feel bad for him. He also texted my husband at midnight about this when we reached out. Yikes! Stay away. Not to mention- we have photos of the terrible web removal job they did and our entire interaction on Ring camera which we will be providing to our lawyers. My husband is in sales and we understand what it’s like but you can’t outright make things up and then stop answering.

I hope the company pull up the recording between 9:02 am - 9:20 am on 5/17/2025 for their training. They have such a difficult process to just cancel the service.     Review Title: Disappointed and Misled – A Warning About White Knight Pest Control. I feel obligated to share my experience with White Knight Pest Control to warn others about what I believe are highly questionable business practices. What seemed like a convenient, affordable service turned into a frustrating and costly lesson.

    High-Pressure Sales and Misleading Promises. A representative came to my door offering a “limited-time discount” if I signed up immediately. I was told it was a no-risk agreement and that I could cancel anytime if I wasn’t satisfied. Trusting the professionalism of the sales rep, I agreed—only to later find out this wasn’t true.

    $250 Cancellation Fee – Not Disclosed Up Front. When I decided to cancel after repeated service issues, I was blindsided by a $250 early termination fee. This fee was never clearly disclosed during the sales pitch, and it was buried in the fine print of a digital contract I was pressured to sign on the spot. It felt deceptive and intentionally misleading.

    Inconsistent and Minimal Service. The treatments themselves were inconsistent at best. Sometimes they skipped areas they had committed to cover. On more than one occasion, the technician arrived, did a quick spray around the exterior, and left within 10 minutes—hardly the “comprehensive” service they advertise. My pest problem persisted, and attempts to get timely follow-up were met with delays or no-shows. Unhelpful Customer Support. When I contacted customer service about both the inadequate service and the cancellation issue, they were polite but unhelpful. They stuck firmly to company policy and offered no accountability or flexibility, even after I explained the misleading nature of the initial agreement.

    Bottom Line: White Knight Pest Control locked me into a contract with hidden fees, delivered inconsistent service, and charged a $250 cancellation fee when I tried to leave. I would strongly advise others to avoid signing anything without carefully reading all terms—and better yet, look for a more transparent and reliable provider.

    Do not sign up with this company. Everything was great until it wasn’t. Sprayed the WRONG house 3x’s. Technician admitted he had never been to our house. No refund, no credit, nothing. And because we refused to pay for something we did not receive they are threatening to send us to collections. They have the worst customer service department. We were told Melissa would talk to her supervisor & get it settled, to call if we don’t hear back. So we did & Melissa not available.

    I was explained my contract and was told I had 3 days to cancel. They took care of my needs and I’ve been happy with them over a year now so I never had a reason to cancel. I’ll keep them through this summer of 2025. I was getting over priced with the other companies for less service. Only issue was when the sales rep showed up to my door late at night around 8 I was skeptical until I heard him out and respected him for working in this heat all day.     This is an extortion service. I had a guy come to my door and offer pest control services, mainly spraying the eaves and base of my house, he was young and enthusiastic so I decided to give it a go. The salesman pointed out several abandoned wasps nests that hung from my eaves and promised those as well would be taken care of. I signed the agreement without looking too much into it which was my first mistake. The tech came out shortly after and "completed" his job. I went out and checked and saw that there were still wasps nests in my eaves. I then texted the sales rep that had come earlier to confirm that the wasps nests were part of the service, which they were. I then told him to cancel my service since they obviously don't know how to do their job.

    I believe this is part of their scheme. Quickly lock you into a several month contract for what seems a fair price and then once they come out and half ass the job, you cancel and then they charge you "what would have been the cost" since YOU canceled. So after I asked him to cancel my service I did not get a response back. Life went back to being busy again and I forgot. Then I get a text a month later saying a tech was coming out to spray again. I texted back immediately that I'm canceling my service, no response so I called and canceled. That's when I was informed that the bill which was 40 bucks a month jumped to 375 for the early cancelation. I told them I am going to dispute the charges since the "services" they rendered were done incorrectly.

    I took photos of the wasps nest after the tech came out with time stamps to show they were still there and screen shot all of the conversations I had with the sales rep. I then contacted their customer service reps as they advertised I need to do and was put into contact with one of manager. The manager then advised I needed to send her an email with all my supporting documents and they would review it. I've sent it twice and have not gotten a response. I am still however getting calls from collections for this. So bottom line don't trust White Knight. I'm off to report them to the better business bureau next.

    White Knight is a scam and their customer service is horrible. I signed a one-year contract with them and when I knew that the contract was ending, I asked to close out my account. They informed me that I would have to wait until AFTER the 12-month date. So a few weeks afterwards, I received a call for a quarterly service - I called and said no, I would like to NOT continue my service.

    They transferred me to Clarissa, a client advocate who tried to get me to stay and then said because I was cancelling under the 30-day requirement I would need to pay $159. Not once did anyone mentioned that 30-day date when I called in February. They say "It was in the agreement, you should have known." So now I have to pay for a service I didnt schedule nor did I want. And to top it off, they never could get rid of our wasp problem. They came out numerous times for reservice and nothing got better. They only knock down nests, they won't pick them up. Find another company for your bug service - these guys are the worst!

    Absolutely terrible. Said they came at 7:30 AM, but they didn't. My dogs would've eaten them alive. Never sprayed inside as requested. Customer service was well trained in the art of ignoring customer complaints. Orkin was literally 50% cheaper. They wouldn't even agree to cancel my auto-renew contract without making me call back a month later. Don't ever sign a contract with this company.

    Horrible customer service. They lie. They keep extending your "contract by one more time". They threaten to send you to claims if you don't fulfill contract. They spray for ants in the winter in Minnesota... twice!!!! They don't call to say they are coming. Half the time they don't even leave something to say they were there, if they were there at all (you still get money taken out of your account). STAY AWAY!

    White Knights is a scam. Please don't hire them. The technicians are extremely incompetent. It seems the products they use are expired. They've put products in my house multiple times to get rid of the ants without success. After supposedly treating the house and its exterior with their products, they told me the problem had been solved and that I wouldn't see any more ants after the next 3 days. They lied to me because the ants are still everywhere in the house. I've called twice to cancel their services, and the customer service representative tells me I can't cancel until an advocate calls me, and that they'll call me within 48 hours. They've kept me waiting for a call for several days, perhaps to delay my cancellation. They're scoundrels. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES!!!

    Do NOT sign an agreement with these scumbags. The salesman will tell you that you can cancel anytime without penalty. I signed an agreement for 6 services and had completed 4 when I eventually purchased a home and moved. I was told I was no longer in their service area after one customer service rep told me I was. I was then charged 300 dollars as a cancellation fee because I did not complete my 6 services. Stay away from this company!

    We've been serviced by White Knight Pest Control since they came to Central Texas 5 yrs. ago. Time for a CHANGE!! Customer Service has gone downhill and is basically non-existent at this stage. They must have experienced massive staffing changes as we see a new Tech each month. Most of them lack basic customer communications capabilities, and each one does things very different from the other.

    It is nearly impossible now to get a callback from a Supervisor or Manager. Still waiting for a callback from one after calling when they first opened yesterday. Their 'new' voice prompt you hear upon calling in is a 'courtesy reminder' about your upcoming appointment that is from the previous week. Spoke to a person in a different department today after getting transferred to them and then couldn't answer why the messages aren't updated, as they're supposed to be daily.

    Their 'new' Termite Tech, 'Theo', came out last week (didn't even know they had one), I never requested the service. He was in town from Alabama. I told him we have an annual inspection performed by Termimesh/ABC and he still proceeded w/ his inspection. He pulled up 4 ABC monitors and 3 White Knight monitors and discarded them. I asked when they were going to be replaced and he said he would have but his company didn't load any on the truck. And now that's my problem? Why wasn't he, or the company prepared?!?! Can't get hold of anyone to get them to replace them. My wife and I are DONE w/ White Knight and would NEVER recommend their service!! In summary, stay CLEAR of this company and avoid like the plague!!

    You have THREE BUSINESS DAYS to get out of the contract - DO IT NOW. Here's why... I should have known something was amiss when the enthusiastic "student" canvasing the neighborhood left in a Tesla. This company overcharges and underdelivers. They say that they are treating many satisfied neighbors and would like to add you to the list of satisfied customers. They say that the contract can be canceled at any time, and sign you up for the "quarterly" program for $179. They give the impression that this is a deep discount from the normal $400, but fail to tell you that there are five quarterly payments required.

    The contract can only be cancelled before the first treatment. Any time later will result in losing the "deep discount" and an obligation to pay the full initial service fee. I did not cancel in time and have decided to pay for the final (fifth) payment for outside insect treatments (in February in Minnesota?) instead of the "early withdrawal fee". Suffice it to say, I will reading the fine print and will not be signing any contracts based on the deceptive comments of the enthusiastic student. As for their "service" two of the five sessions were during winter. Hardly a time when insects are active. "Treatment" was a five-minute feather dusting of window trim which hardly justifies the $179 fee collected. I saw no evidence that the treatments worked. Please, find someone else.

    The salesperson lied to me and told me to get in a 12-month contract that can be canceled within first month with no penalty. He even forged my signature on the contract and said took my money.     I don’t think I’ve ever felt more cheated than by this company. I contacted them in October saying I wanted to cancel services. They ignored that request. I called in November to request again, they let me know that I must contact them more than 30 days out (I did, in October). We went back and forth, them saying regardless of my next step I will owe fees. At the very end of the call she said “just a reminder this next service is completely free…you’ll just pick up services in the future.” I said “okay.” Apparently that was me agreeing verbally to charge me in the future for the same cancellation request so they refused to cancel.

    Skip to January, I call to cancel 31 days out (they won’t let you schedule more than 31 days out (another ploy to scam you). When this particular call was over I said “don’t cancel my account yet, I don’t want additional hidden fees on my account. I’d like to talk with my bank first.” As soon as the call was over she cancelled my account and removed the coupon for the free service. So suddenly the $79 cancellation is now $160. I’ve since blocked any future charges and removed my card from their account. Do not trust these people. They’re doing everything they can to scam a few more dollars out of all of their customers.

    Your sales rep in September was at my door telling me how his "friend" started this business. He is MN local and trying to help his friend get the business going. I told him I didn't need the service since we don't have any problems. He offered me a really good deal if I helped him and his "friend" out. And if I didn't want to continue the service I could cancel within a couple days. I also had an appt set up at my other place ****. I took off work to be there.

    After waiting a couple hours I texted the sales rep. He said the crew forgot about it. I was upset and said I wanted to cancel my service for the time wasting. He begged and begged for me to stay on and made all these promises that it will never happen again and he needs it for his family. I called the corporate office and told them what happened and I wanted to cancel. I asked if was the kids friends company that he told me. She said it couldn't be since they have multiple locations across the country. She said she would close my accounts and I wouldn't owe anything. Now I'm getting calls, texts and emails stating my account is still open and I owe money. Talked to someone on the phone and they wouldn't believe anything I said and said they will send it to collections if I didn't pay. I don't want or need service from you guys.

    Stay as far away from these guys as you can. They have you sign a contract and after you satisfy the contract you they still make you call them 30 days in advance to make changes. This way they get an extra month's payment for nothing. Their last treatment was the final straw for me and I did not want them at my house again. So I called to cancel and told them I was dissatisfied with the service. They told me I had to pay for another treatment anyway regardless of whether I wanted it or not or whether they came or not. They proceeded to charge me for the future visit that never happened. And then they started harassing me to pay, telling me I had to call them. I guess they don't want anything hanging around in writing. I considered going to small claims court but decided to pay them and to leave a personal experience review instead. Find someone else to do your pest control.

    Setup service with the company for about a year. Explained several times the recurring issue with wasps in the eaves over the carport. Also, when reported sighting of a few scorpions during the summer, they came out (special call) and sprayed. We saw another scorpion shortly thereafter. In September, I agreed to one more complimentary service then in December we would decide to cancel or continue. They came out in November, with only a 12 hour text notice. I couldn't call their office after business hours, nor did I have time to call the office during the day.

    The tech came out, without us present, sprayed (assuming). Called in December to cancel and discovered the outstanding balance for a service call, was passed to account services. They would ignore the November service (THAT THEY INITIATED) only if I agreed to one more $$ service. They were unwilling to budge. The techs are great, but their operations management systems and customer service is not worth the crap on my shoe. Spare yourself the heartache and find a better solution for your pest problems.

    White Knight Arizona. They promise you the world. If you see problem, we will go out as many times as needed. You do sign a year contract, again they come out as often as needed for the one rate. Very bad customer service. It's hard to get ahold of anyone. When you do, they never know anything. "You'll have to ask the tech." "How can I reach him." "You'll have to wait for your appointment." Then he calls to reschedule because he does not have the chemicals required for the service. Been with them 7 months now and call every month to complain or try to schedule with the problem STILL not taken care of. It is a little over $300 to break contract. I was talked out of it with a "guarantee " to get rid of pests. Didn't happen. Decided to write this as I'm sitting, waiting for 9am to call them again.

    Techs incompetent; tried 3 times to eliminate one small ant hill but failed. Misidentified the ants as sugar; my blood test showed antibodies for fire ants, but not sugar ants. Service was rude and didn’t keep verbal and text promises to call back. Cancellation was worse, with the ‘advocate’ talking over me, ignoring the previous tech and service failures, and charging $129 cancellation fee, despite their failure to perform. When we signed up, we were not told that we were getting a discount for “signing up” until we cancelled the service, they said we were still “under contract” and we had to reimburse the “discount” of. Most pest control services are cheaper and you can cancel any time no questions asked.     I was approached by their salesman on a Friday evening, telling me his Team of Pest Control experts were going to be doing a lot of work in my neighborhood the next day, and if I didn't want all of the mice that would be blocked out of my neighbor's homes to come to MY house, I should sign up with him, too. He said because they'd Already be in the area, he could give me a special deal of $160 for the usually $500 service, which would include a full inspection of the house & filling in of any holes or spaces where rodents could get in. They would also set traps and bait stations inside and out. Plus, he told me they'd do a complete bug treatment with a spray to reduce any from entering (ants, box elder bugs, centipedes, spiders, termites) and more spraying throughout my basement if I desired.

    Long story short: One guy showed up the next day! NO TEAM. NO INSPECTION OR HOLE FILLING, NO SPRAYING FOR BUGS IN OR OUTSIDE. Technician was very nice, but said "As far as he knew, they never did that kind of work." and he even wrote it on my receipt what I felt was missing/not done. I called office management following week & was told they'd "Make sure I'd get the services I was promised.", but they never called me back. When I called a week later, I was put in touch with collections dept. about paying the next installment on the contract. I told them I would not pay until services promised were given, and she told me the things I said were promised were not in the contract, aren't even provided by the Company in this region, and that since they have a video of me acknowledging the contract, that I'd better get an attorney if I want to dispute it.

    I've attempted twice now to fight it through my credit card company, but the contract is difficult to beat. Even as a disabled and possibly vulnerable adult myself, this company is NOT willing to let it go. I'm going to report this next to my State's Attorney as a blatant Bait and Switch sales tactic used to scare elderly and vulnerable into contractual obligations which they cannot afford.

    Unethical and immoral - Owner's son lied to my face and charged without consent. White Knight came and knocked on my door to sell me pest control services. After politely declining a handful of times, the individual (claiming to be the owner's son), offered me a one time treatment for ~$30. I looked this individual in the eye and said "I want to be very clear. This is a one time thing. I will let you know if I want to continue service and do not want to be charged until you hear from me." He agreed, promising I would not be charged further. I paid them, signed an ipad, and they treated my home.

    Fast forward three months. I get a notification of impending service and a $75 charge on my credit card. I never got my money back, and the customer service rep was altogether unpleasant. According the the homeowner group, no soliciting signs throughout the neighborhood were blatantly ignored. So that tells you more about this company. Yelp reviews are 2.7 stars. I'd imagine their Google ratings are boosted by fake accounts, as it's the only platform where their rating is anything close to positive. The most recent reviews across multiple platforms are overwhelmingly negative. Appears that the company is not what it used to be.

    On 7/30/24 a White Knight sales rep named Jackson came to my door. After telling him several times I already had a pest control co., he offered to give me a "free" service to compare. I never signed a contract or gave financial info but just basic contact info. Subsequently, I started receiving bills in August and September. Each time I reached out to the customer service, I spoke to the manager Yvonne, who treated me like a criminal stating they have a signed contract. I denied I signed anything & asked for a copy because it has to be forged. I have yet to receive it.

    I also have text message from Jackson basically admitted the error regarding free service and asking for my financial info to send money. I refused due to trust. They are refusing to delete this forged account and continue to bill me, even though I have evidence. I asked them to delete my account and remove any derogatory credit, they are refusing! These guys are terrible!!! I have filed with the BBB and waiting for resolution.

    I had the worst service experience with this firm. The insecticides are so ineffective that bugs come up within 12 hrs of each fumigation. Never saw any dead insect after each fumigation. I made complaints about 3 times and in each they send another person to do a top-up yet no improvement.     WK has been a huge disappointment and would not recommend. The company installed a defective bait station allowing my dog to extract bait. This required veterinary care ($500) and have called for resolution multiple times over nearly 3 months since the incident.     If I could score lower, I would. This company is a scam. Very good salespeople who make promises they do not deliver on. I was trapped into a contract and could not get out until they stole my money. They were working with me to fix the issue, but in a year, they came out 21 times until management got involve with no resolution. Management (John **) and VP (Steve **) did nothing about the issues and cancelled the contract without notice and washed their hand off it. I had to remove the spider eggs off the patio and the issues was resolved. After being ghosted for weeks, I called several times to get ahold of them and Management were very rude and unprofessional.

    Steve cut me off after trying to explain my experience with his company. They truly don’t care about their clients or workmanship. I submitted case to Better Business Bureau so other would not be scammed. This has been a complete nightmare, and I would not recommend their service unless you have time to waste, money to throw down the toilet and liked being taken advantage of. Read other review for yourself- there is a reason they have 1 star.

    I could write a full page about dealing with these Grifters, phone calls, service dates cancelled with no notice, but it all be said over and over by the other 80 percent of 1 star reviews. This is not a legitimate operation. Every time you call (I've called them 5 times in 3 days) you will get a different person answering who will promise to get back with a solution to the concern. But don't be fooled like I was, it's an AI Black Hole. We're having a huge garden Wedding Shower this weekend and now there's no time to get an alternative contractor to do the work.     TOTAL SCAM!!! I am extremely disappointed with White Knight Pest Control. I signed up for what I was told by their door-to-door salesman would be a one-time pest control service. However, I recently discovered that they have been charging me for a yearly service without my consent. The salesman clearly misrepresented the service, making it sound like a one-time deal, but it turns out I was signed up for a recurring service plan. This is deceptive and dishonest. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. I strongly advise others to be cautious if approached by this company. Make sure you thoroughly read any agreements and confirm the terms before committing to anything. I will not be using White Knight Pest Control again and would not recommend them to anyone.

    Tried to cancel after they missed multiple scheduled and confirmed appointments. They told me due to the initial $1 “special” I have to pay $199 to cancel my contract even though they missed 3 appointments. Trying to get a respray is near impossible. They are in a different city than me so if you are in any city other than where they are based out of, I would stay away because they will not make the drive to you unless is convenient for them.     The contract claimed initial service to be valued at $500 but became $69 after the “discount”, $120 bimonthly thereafter. If service is cancelled within 18 months must pay the difference of $431. Financial intimidation to retain customers regardless of service quality.

    >Return visit showed up at service residence without traps due to lack of communication with a central office.
    >Second return visit for the same pest issue. No traps again. Reschedule.
    >Third visit. Showed up without time scheduling and left trap in the front yard when needed in the back yard.

    9 Jul 24. A White Knight salesman came to my house and offered me services. He said no contract and the first service is $99 and then it's $139 every other month after that. Later that day I was charge $139 on my credit card. I have called the company multiple times after that trying to get it fixed and they were not willing to give me back the $40 I was over charged.

    I told them to cancel my services and that I wouldn't do business with them anymore. The woman told me that I had a 1 year contract and if I canceled it I would be charge the full undiscounted $340 for the first service. I told her the only thing I said was a payment authorization for the initial service. Well apparently this kid that came to my house pulled up a contract on his phone and lied to my face about what it was. This company is terrible, the customer service people are extremely rude, the last manager I spoke to was at least polite but she was unwilling to give me my money back as well. I would highly recommend that no one do business with white knight pest control.

    I am very disappointed with White Knight. My neighbor also had White Knight and between our homes we developed a problem with Cicada Killer wasps. Over the course of several weeks between the two of us we had White Knight out on four occasions to little effect. After the third attempt my neighbor called and among the deflections offered by the customer service representative was that just like with high school kids they can't always count on their technicians to do what they are told.

    After the fourth attempt I called to terminate my service with the company and insist on a refund for the current quarter. The customer service representative was completely inflexible and insisted that since the service was provided and "product" was used contractually there was nothing she could do. I insisted on speaking to someone more senior and she said she was the most senior person who took customer calls and that there was nobody else I would be permitted to speak with.

    This is by far one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I would give negative stars if I could. I just switched to them a couple months ago after they came knocking on my door. Sales guy was really cool (Hugo **) and told me if I had any issues to please let him know due to the fact of me being skeptical about switching to their services. Prior to signing anything I asked him if I happened to be completely dissatisfied with the service could I cancel. He said that they ask for a one year contract but if anything was that bad just call him and we can get it cancelled no problem with no additional fees due to them being brand new to Southern California and they couldn’t afford a poor review.

    First treatment went smooth and the 2nd treatment 30 days later also went without any issue. Within 2 weeks of my 2nd treatment ants invaded my house one weekend and were everywhere. I called Monday morning and explained what happened and that I really needed a re treatment ASAP. I stated that It could be any day but I needed around 6pm when I was home from work and able to allow them to come in my home. The lady I spoke to said the soonest they could help me would be that Friday 4 days away. I explained I had ants crawling on myself and my children in our beds while we were sleeping and it’s getting worse. She said she would put a ticket into her supervisor and call me back which at that time I confirmed my phone number.

    Well needless to say I never received a call back. Tried calling multiple times throughout the week and even texted Hugo and he told me he would reach out to his team and help me. Still nothing. Now I call on that Friday to cancel my account and they said that department was too busy helping other customers (which I believe due to this company sucking so bad) that she would flag my account and have them call me. I gave it 3 hours and no call back so I called their main office and spoke to another guy. He was very nice and trying to retain my business so he said he was going to try and get a re treatment done the next day which is today as I write this review and he would call me back to let me know.

    He said he was also going to reach out to the manager for this area and have him personally call me. No surprise that I didn’t receive from either person. I will be calling back first thing when they open in the morning to cancel and I better not be charged to do so. This review will be posted across every platform to be seen by as many people as possible so these illiterate crooks can’t scam anyone else. I will also be reporting this to the BBB. If needed I’ll take legal action out of principal especially if I’m charged to cancel.

    I still had problems with bugs even after four applications. I had some damage done to my patio lights that they didn't tell me they did and I saw after they left. I called to cancel my subscription being as it was up then I get email saying that they can't cancel it without a 30-day written notice. Another charging me an extra service even after my contract is over because they didn't get it in writing and it was only over the phone. Very dishonest and deceitful and I was still plagued with bugs and had to spray by myself with one application to get rid of it. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

    This is the most dishonest, deceitful company pest control on the planet! They will come to your home and sell you 4 visits. You will sign a contract on their ipad, trusting them. They will lie to you. Your quarterly contract "auto renews" and you are required to cancel it 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE or get charged for your 5th visit. Something they do not tell you. Once your 4 visit is up, the computer automatically schedules the 5th appointment and when you call to say, "Hey I didn't want 5 visits" they say, "Well you will be charged for a 5th appointment but won't get the service unless you reinstate a new 4 quartly contract." So basically their contract is set up to trap you and force you to do another 4 visits or they rip you off 100.00. Also the first time they come and spray they do an amazing job! Subsequently they are in and out in 10 minutes and don't do squat. They don't do a good job at all. So they are making 100.00 every 10 minutes.

    DO NOT USE. Their termite monitoring is worthless. I’ve been paying for it for 5 years. Found active termites. (Tried to get service, but termite service is an additional very high expense. Apparently termites aren’t “pests”). I tried to cancel my account to go with another company. They put you on hold for a long time to speak with a “customer service advocate”. They immediately dinged my card for 2 additional payments and said it was for “services rendered.” The monitoring stations were never monitored. Service was not rendered.

    Termite monitors are just that; they "monitor" for termites! And they were given to you for free and the monitoring has been free as well. And... they worked! They detected termites. They aren't a preventative system. The 2 payments you were charged were the monthly payments that you were in arrears when you canceled your service. 2 odd things to complain about.     I made an on appointment on 04/22/24 for between 10am and 12 noon to have White Knight Pest Control do their initial service inside and outside of a home that I had just purchased in Mesquite, NV. When they hadn't arrived by a little past 12 noon, I called to see if there was a problem. I was told by the person who answered the phone, after she checked with someone that the Tech was running about 30 minutes behind and would be a my home soon. At about 3 pm, when the Tech still hadn't arrive, I again called, explained the previous call and asked why the Tech hadn't arrived. The person who answered the phone put me on hold for several minutes while she checked with someone. When she returned to the phone she said that the Tech had some problems and would not be coming to my home that day.

    I asked what the problem was, to which she replied she didn't know. I asked why the Tech had not call and let me know of the delay to which she replied, she didn't know. She then said that she could re-schedule the service for Wednesday if that would be ok. I said it wouldn't be ok and that she could cancel my account if they couldn't at least call and let me know that there was a problem. Very poor customer service. Who knows when they would have let me know if ever.

    WORST pest company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I could leave them zero stars. Not only was I tricked into signing a 12 month contract to "try" their services, but they are not willing to make any accommodations even after sustaining a traumatic brain injury so bad I couldn't even walk from my bed to the bathroom without help. The very first service the technician left a checklist of things he claimed to have done. He only did one of the three items checked off so I had to call to schedule another service and actually watch them perform said service. Every interaction with them from day one has been a pain in the a**. I had a card placed on file for autopay and they even managed to screw that up. They never once automatically charged the card I had given them, leading my bill to go to collections because I couldn't get on the phone to talk to someone. (I had to go to speech therapy to regain my ability to speak from this injury.)

    They never spent more than 5 minutes spraying what could not have been the entire property line and they never once sprayed inside the house. I found many bugs between services as a result. As someone new to Oklahoma, I asked multiple technicians what types of bugs and pests are big concerns out here and not a single one of them was able to answer my questions. When I called for a fly and gnat issue in the home, the technician they sent only placed a single small glue adhesive on one window, thinking that would adequately address the issue. Even when told all this information, White Knight Pest Control seems to still think they are the best in the area. Their services are not worth $40 per service let alone $99. I could and have previously done a better job spraying the house myself with pesticides purchased from Home Depot. I've never been so appalled by a business.

    I have been with this company for several years which I regret. They have horrible customer service. They come when I tell them not to, and no one is home. Then they say they did the service, which there is no way to do what they say without entering the home. There is also no proof they did anything on the outside. They like to say the gate is locked, but our HOA does not allow us to lock the gate, so that is dishonest also. I have tried to quit multiple times, but they give you the runaround and make it hard to do so. I would not trust them at all.

    We went through the full year contract and then tried to cancel. They told us we owed them 89.00. When we asked why they told us it was in the contract that we had to cancel within 30 days of the next spray. Our problem was, we were no longer under contract since we fulfilled our contract. They did offer to do one last service but then you had to be sure you called to cancel again after that service. We were canceling because we weren't satisfied with their service. Still seeing bugs outside and when I asked them to spray inside the technician said they would have to come back out. I actually saw that the technician noted that on my invoice but they never contacted me to do that spray. I paid the $89 because they refused to waive the charge. I would not recommend this company.

    So we went through a full year contract and then nearly another full year but not on contract. We continued to have a major wasp problem. We tried to call them back out per their contract but was always given the excuse that we are far away and can't get a guy scheduled until my next appointment.. so then I get a text from their tech saying he will be there in 30 minutes. I said, "No, don't come without a schedule." He said okay and I told him to have his people contact me.

    A week goes by so on the day we are putting our dog down I get a text from the tech again saying he will be there in an hour. I am like, "Not today. Don't come. I still never heard from your people." So he text back with the number. So I call them, tell them the issues and tell them I will no longer need their service. The lady becomes rude saying I can't cancel without 30 day notice and that I will be charged 100 dollars. I said, "No, you never scheduled so I had no appointment so I can cancel now and not get charged." She kept going on, I told her I was on my way to put my dog down and I can't deal with this, just fix it. She still kept going on so I got mad and hung up.

    They did charge me still so I called back to get it reversed and it seems they are pros at screwing people over because I explained they never scheduled. They looked at the text they sent but showed it was never sent. So they even confirmed I didn't get scheduled as text has been how I have communicated with them. Their tech had no issues texting me. Looking at other reviews this company is a scam. They don't kill anything and then when you get tired of dealing with the bugs yourself they want a way to steal more money from you on the worst day of your life. Please do yourself a favor and don't use them!

    Horrible customer service & horrible pest control. I left a former pest control company that I was happy with when a high-pressure salesman came to my door. BIG MISTAKE! They lock you into a contract that you can't get out of unless you pay for the REMAINING SERVICES...they get you with the "fine print". Additionally, I had no problems with spiders in my condo until they took over the pest control. Unfortunately, while using their services, I became unemployed about halfway through my contract.

    I contacted them to find out how many services I had left to fulfill my contract. In writing, I told them I wanted to fulfill my last two services & then cancel my account. I fulfilled my end of that agreement, but they scheduled another service call, anyway. I received notice one day before they were scheduled to come out, & I called immediately to let them know I did not want their service & my account should have already been closed.

    They informed me that I would be charged a fee of $99 for not cancelling the service call with thirty days' notice. I reminded them that I had requested, in writing, to close my account several months ago. They were even able to confirm that communication. However, they claim that correspondence wasn't sufficient. They said I was supposed to call after my last service to request cancellation & I should know that because it was in the agreement that I signed (on a salesman's iPad) & was in my welcome call from OVER A YEAR AGO!

    This company makes money off of charging bogus fees from their ridiculous rules. They could absolutely waive the fees but don't because I'm sure it is a primary source of revenue for them. It's disadvantageous that White Knight has resorted to these types of nefarious business practices. Clearly, they don't value their customers as they use inferior products & price gouge with insane fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are much better options that offer better quality service & don't require inequitable contracts!

He told me that there weren't any pests that they detected which was a good thing.     I've been very happy with White Knight. We've had pest control services most places we've lived in the last 20 years and they are one of the best. Their technicians have all been very nice and told me if I had any problems, to let them know what it was and they’d take care of it. I'm on an automatic schedule but if we have any problems in between, I can call them and they'll come out and fix it. When they showed up, the worst problem was they rang the doorbell and our two dogs started barking like mad dogs. The technician then asked me if we were seeing any problems. Recently, we haven't seen any inside the house. He said he'd take care of the yard, around the perimeter and right around the house and the patio. He came back when he was finished, told us that he was through and asked if I had any questions.     Four times a year, we'll have different companies come through and offer to take over the contract, but we've stayed with White Knight and it's worked out with us okay. If there's a frustration, it’s ‘cause they're in Texas, so there's a time lag. Normally, they do a quarterly service, but I don't need it that often, so for me, they set it up on a semi-annual basis. They've been good about scheduling appointments. The technicians spray in the house and the yard, and the work's been good. It's contained the pests that are around.     My husband previously had service with White Knight at our home. It was at the same address where we reinstated the service. When we reinstated service, the supervisor told me that, because we canceled, there was a certain amount that would have to be paid. We began service in February. The first time was fine. They came in and serviced the house. We have a fairly large house and they did everything. They talked about mosquito shields because that was one of my primary concerns. I wanted to get rid of them. It was an additional cost. I didn't have an issue because I felt like they were going to be out here anyway. I asked them if they could perform indoor services and mosquito shield at the same time, the same day, because it's inconvenient to be like, "They're coming for this, and this day, they're coming for that." I told them it would also help on billing if they could just hit my card one time. They agreed to do that. But it did not happen.

    What ended up happening was they consistently rescheduled my appointments. The very first time, I called, because they had rescheduled me and they sent me notifications via text. I've always said, "Because our property is fenced in. There's an iron gate. Let me know at least 30 minutes ahead of time and I'll put the dogs up." They would text a day or two before, and then, normally, a driver would call. Then, drivers would call my phone directly and not going through their routing department, telling me, "It's too windy today to do the mosquito shield."

    I had a driver one time told me, "It's supposed to rain." But it didn't rain for that day or the next two days. He said, "I'm not going to do it because it's supposed to rain. You need to call to reschedule." I said, "No, you need to call your office." I called and talked to a supervisor, "I just began this service in February. I've been rescheduled three times and this is not okay. I have a job. If I plan to be here because you say someone's coming, then you guys need to honor that and send someone else."

    The supervisor even told me, "I don't see that in my system." I said, "I have text messages. Would you like me to send you my text messages with the rescheduling?" Then, they turned around and began it again with the rescheduling. They kept the next appointment. After that, started rescheduling. But the final straw was, a couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were headed out of town. We were at the airport. They ended up texting me saying, "Your services will be performed tomorrow." I have scheduled my son who was home from college. I was like, "Perfect. They'll do it before he goes back to school. I can get this done while we're out of town." Not even two hours later, they texted me, "You've been rescheduled." At this point, I said, "I can't deal with this now. I'll wait till I get back."

    When I got back, I called and spoke with another supervisor and she argued with me and told me she didn't see anything rescheduled. I said, "I just want to cancel my service." She said, "You have someone coming. What are you going to do regarding payment?" I said, "You've already taken that money out of my account. It drafts on this day." She said, "No, it happens after." I was never hostile to her. I just told her, "I'm sick of your company." But I was very matter-of-fact and I never raised my voice. She ended up telling me she misspoke and that she could only see the router. So, she couldn't see when a driver cancels.

    She said, as far as the automatic payment that's deducted from my account, there is a recurring monthly charge that happens on the same date every month. However, the mosquito shield happens after it's performed. I said, "Okay. So, you just provided misinformation, but you wanted to argue with me about stuff I have in black and white regarding cancellation of scheduled appointments, and then you deducting money from my account."

    That happened last week and we were out of town Friday through Monday. We got back last night. I meant to call them today to cancel to confirm like, "I don't want you coming this month and don't draft from my account." It's really been more of the administrative. They're the issue. It's not when their people come. There's not really an issue except for one guy who tried to upsell a service and the issue he said we had, we didn't have. But outside of that, we haven't had an issue.

    Our apologies for the miscommunication/misunderstanding. If you call into Customer Service this is an easy fix; certainly not worthy of a 1 star review. Our general pest control service includes mosquitoes; it does for all of our customers. You have a specialty service added to your account which requires a separate machine for an additional fogging/misting service, along with pesticide tablet placing into standing water. Not all Technicians are certified for the same, which simply means that we sometimes (albeit rarely) need to service on 2 separate visits. Since we only charge our customers after a service is actually completed, the separate charges do happen on occasion. We can make special arrangements if the same day charge is important to you with a simple call into the office.

    My most recent experience with White Knight was for a follow-up visit after my quarterly service for some flying ants. There was a huge mound of it. There were spiders and a wasp nest.     I have quarterly service with White Knight. I like that they have a text service. If I don't get to the phone, they text me then someone will respond if I text back. I had a rental property treated, indoor and outdoor. I left the technician inside to do his thing and he finished up. He left a card at the end with what service was done on the doorknob.

    The only thing I didn't love is that we have recurring activity at a very high window in our bathroom. I had a company before White Knight Pest Control and they would always spray the outside of the window. White Knight Pest Control tells me they can't spray above their head for some reason. For that window, I'm gonna have to go out there and treat myself if I continue to work with White Knight Pest Control. That's just the one thing that if I continue to have a problem, I would probably have to switch if they're not gonna wanna spray that window. Other than that, I'm happy with everything else.

    Our initial treatment with White Knight was supposed to cover inside, outside, garages, and attics. The inside was done and so was the outside. But the garage was not done nor were the attics. The problem continued so we asked for them to come back. The initial visit was supposed to have occurred after 4 pm because I wanted to be home for it. I wanted to see what they were doing. Earlier in the day, I got a text that said they were running early and was asking if they could come around 2:00. There was a little suspicion on why they were running two hours early for the day, but things happen. Also, I specifically requested 4 pm because I wanted to be home for it. I called my husband and he said to let the tech come early.

    On the next visit, we said we wanted the interior treated becaue we were still seeing roaches in a specific area. We said after 2 pm. At 9 am, the ring goes off and when I checked, the techs were there. They were spraying only the outside when we specifically requested we wanted an interior spray behind the fridge where we were seeing the bugs.

    We called White Knight and said the techs showed up but didn't do what we asked them to do. They said they were sorry and that somebody didn't relay the message properly. I asked if we could reschedule that. They were supposed to come the next day or two days later. But something happened with that. We were later told a truck broke down and nobody ever showed. We had a 2:00 to 4:00 window and we waited. This is the end of last week. At 4:05, I gave somebody on the phone an earful. The rep gave me a bunch of excuses.

    I told her I was not paying anything. I signed a contract that said, if I need service, they show up. This was the third time that something had not gone right. Either they didn't show up when they were supposed to or they showed up the wrong time. That was a breach of contract. I was very annoyed that nobody showed up when they're supposed to and there was no call. Them letting me know that they couldn't make it would have been more acceptable than just a no show.

    I rescheduled to Tuesday. I was here when a tech came for service and I saw what he did. He came on the window that he said he was coming. He also called before he showed up and told me he was on his way. He performed duties that he said he was going to do then asked me if there was anything else. I told him that on the initial service, they said they were going to do things that were not done. And he said he could do those right then. I wanted him to spray in the kitchen and behind the fridge. He did that. He put down sticky traps. He’s been the best tech that showed up so far. On the whole, I'm still very dissatisfied at this point. I need to get a few more of the really good ones to make up for all those bad so far.

They've pretty much eradicated the German cockroaches that came in the house. The timeframe it took for the cockroaches to go away was disappointing but they were doing their best. They sprayed, put out some granules, dusted the electrical outlets, and then finally went to this bait and that was the upper hand. It's a little white putty type of substance and it worked fantastically. The tech discarded on them, which I appreciate because I hate looking at them. He told me when he knocked on the door and he told me when he was gone, he was done. And that drove me crazy because when we need interior treatments, I don't want strangers coming into my house, and every time, it was not great. We had one tech a couple of months ago where I almost canceled the service after he ruined my vegetable garden. There were visible cucumbers hanging down, and he was supposed to be in the know of what it was. He doused it then I had to start from scratch after that. The techs we've had since have been phenomenal though.

    We have a lot of fire ants and those can be very persistent, but the difference before and after the service depends on how thorough the tech is. If we get one that takes the time to look for the mounds in the yard, we notice a difference. If we get one that just goes through quick, then we end up having a call for reservice ‘cause it did nothing. The price is also close to the cut-off of where the value is for me, but other than that, we've been happy with White Knight.

    White Knight is good. They show up on time. They do their thing. One reason we went with them is the salesman who came by was super courteous and very respectful. He was a young guy. He had this very good energy about him. He gave us a really good kind of rundown of things. What I really like about him was he never once badmouthed or talk about how much better they were than the competition. He just told us what White Knight did and what they have to offer and he focused on the service that they will provide. We really appreciated that. Also, they're local so we moved over from the previous company to them.

    Recently, we had to ask them to come back. We said, “You guys came out. And literally, three days later, we had a couple of different mounds.” So, they came back and did a reservice. They brought something else and that seemed to work for a little while. The only thing is the company who we were with before was a little more expensive, but we seem to see better results with them than we had with White Knight.

    I’ve been pretty happy with White Knight so far. The guy that came most recently was great. He was very social and he did a great job. The guys before that, I wasn’t made aware that they were here when they came, so they didn’t come inside. But I called them back, and they quickly came out and fixed the issue.
