White Knight Pest Control

My recent experience with them was great. The tech explained what he was going to do with regard to spraying the house. He sprayed outside and inside. He told me that there weren't any pests that they detected which was a good thing. Since it was the first time he came out, he told me that he was gonna set traps around the house to actually determine what kind of pest they needed to treat. He was really cool and professional. He knew what he was doing. He also told me that if I have any issues, I should give them a call. Since he came, we've been seeing spiders, but nothing crazy. White Knight is a great company.

They always get the same technicians. There are four guys that come here and they always check the rat traps. They also check the little things that they put for termites. White Knight is a good service. I've done a couple of re-services for fire ants and I've never had issues with them telling me that they won't do it. Price-wise they're about the same as most companies. I've been offered free service from other companies and I was like, "Nah." At this point in time, I'm pretty happy with White Knight.

I've been very happy with White Knight. We've had pest control services most places we've lived in the last 20 years and they are one of the best. Their technicians have all been very nice and told me if I had any problems, to let them know what it was and they’d take care of it. I'm on an automatic schedule but if we have any problems in between, I can call them and they'll come out and fix it. When they showed up, the worst problem was they rang the doorbell and our two dogs started barking like mad dogs. The technician then asked me if we were seeing any problems. Recently, we haven't seen any inside the house. He said he'd take care of the yard, around the perimeter and right around the house and the patio. He came back when he was finished, told us that he was through and asked if I had any questions. Occasionally, I'll see a bug of some sort on the patio and most of the time it's laying on its back with its legs turning.

Four times a year, we'll have different companies come through and offer to take over the contract, but we've stayed with White Knight and it's worked out with us okay. If there's a frustration, it’s ‘cause they're in Texas, so there's a time lag. Normally, they do a quarterly service, but I don't need it that often, so for me, they set it up on a semi-annual basis. They've been good about scheduling appointments. The technicians spray in the house and the yard, and the work's been good. It's contained the pests that are around. The technicians have mostly been good, but once in a while, we get a dud.

If something happens, I call White Knight and they come out. They're pleasant and nice. They always let us know when they're coming. They do what they're supposed to do and they let us know when they're finished. It's great cost and service. They'll send us an email in advance letting us know when our next service date is and then they'll show up on that date and take care of it. Even if we're not home, they still take care of it. They'll also send us an email letting us know they're finished. They're a good company to work with.

Their techs have all been wonderful and extremely pleasant to work with. We enjoy them. We have a quarterly plan and we pay $100 each time they visit. It's fairly reasonable. We get treated for generic ants, bugs and spiders.

White Knight has been doing a good job so far. They have been giving me service from the outside. When I sent my messages, I received my call back right away. They gave me call and sent an attachment for everything that I wanted to know about pest control service. I had a good experience.

I've been more impressed with White Knight than before. The new guy that we had here did a much better job of cleaning out where I showed him spider webs and stuff that have been here forever. Also, customer service has been okay every time we’ve needed to speak with them.

Their service is scheduled out. I get a message from them letting me know when they're coming. Most recently, the technician was nice and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before he left. If anyone asks, I'd tell them about how thorough White Knight is.

The White Knight techs come over here on a schedule. It's a different person every time, and they've all been on time and courteous. They spray and take the brush around, and they also ask, "Is there anything else we can do?" Usually, I don't have anything to tell them to do. The most recent visit was four days ago. They came in and rang the bell.
