White Knight pest control sold their services on using pheromones and all-natural, non-toxic products, no chemicals, the salesman stated. I told the salesman my girlfriend has chemical sensitivity. He lied about what they sprayed on our property. He clearly told us what we wanted to hear just to extort money. They sprayed the entire property with chemicals that made us sick the next day. So we called and told them never to return and demanded them to send us material safety data sheets for every chemical sprayed before I will pay them the cancellation fee.

They never responded to emails or phone calls the first week. We called several times to cancel, only to find out we were not canceled. This went on for weeks. Today I received an email saying I owe them $270.63 or they will send it to a collection agency. My credit score is 800. I want this company exposed. I assume I should just pay the 270 now to keep my score, as they have no intention of giving me the MSDS sheets. What are my options? This company is horrific. I wish I recorded the lies the salesman used to sign us up. I reported them to the A.G. and reached out to a lawyer today.

This company has horrible customer service. I've called and emailed them multiple times requesting CANCELATION of services. They route my call to different departments, claiming they will assist me with my request, and I never get resolution. I get the runaround and tell me they will have someone return my call, as all their representatives are busy, they never call me back! I've emailed them directly requesting immediate cancelation and a call back (I even provide my number and account receipt), yet all I get is an automated response saying they can't cancel as my email is not associated to the account, yet that's the email where they send me invoices and receipts after collecting payment. All they want is your money and make it IMPOSSIBLE to CANCEL. I want to cancel and not be billed for services I can no longer afford. Someone needs to make it right. These people take your money and don't care about customer service!!

Approached by a door to door salesman offering a deal on pest control. Was hesitant because of personal financial reasons but was assured by the salesman that if I ever needed to cancel that I could at anytime. Called White Knight customer service to cancel and was told that if I terminated my service I would owe $300+ which is what was provided as a discount. Incredibly scummy company using backhanded tactics to keep customers rather than through quality service. Avoid this company at all costs. I’m not paying the $300 bill and letting them turn me in for collections as I could care less about my credit rating! Also tried to talk to owner of company and was told owner does not take phone calls.

Was approached by salesman from this company in San Antonio. Very pushy. I was offered a $1 first service. I signed for the first service. I later decided that I did not want to continue and was told that was fine, BUT I would owe them for the remainder of the contract, which would be another $257 to cancel. The young female informed me that they would invoice me for the remainder of the contract and I could choose to pay it or not pay it but they would send me to collections and interest would be applied. Very deceptive business practice. I would caution anyone even thinking about doing business with them should think twice. Also their customer service is less than friendly. The person I spoke to kept interrupting me and talking over me.

I am beyond upset in the business practices they used. I started a termite plan with them and in the end for the year services it's just shy of 2000 for them to put 4 plastic bait tubes in the ground. They will only check it one time when the service is over at the year mark and do not replace the bait. YOU as the customer have to reach out and request this be completed even though everything states this products starts to work 7-10 days in and the treatment completed around 3-6 months and best part you could have bought a pack of 16 for 350 and done it yourself.

You can't cancel this "contract" early because you'll still have to pay for the "lack of service" until that year mark is up. They also state that this system works for 4-5 years - the product no longer works after 6 months if the bait is not being replaced and the product not being check every couple months. Also your monthly service is a totally different fee from this product even though they literally don't do anything with it during that year after place as long as you don't ask any questions. So I can't cancel my service at least until this is finished. Now this doesn't quite fall on the techs. I don't believe this to be their fault. They are just doing the tasks assigned to them however the people who came up with the contract and the treatment "plan" shame on you.

This company does have salespeople knocking door to door making promises. Unfortunately, I fell into the trap. I signed up for 12 monthly payments. Some techs were good. Others not. After my final payment, I called to cancel. They tried offering almost half the monthly cost, not payments for 2 months, etc. But when I said no thank you, they magically came up with one more payment. They try to get every single penny they can off you. Do not sign a contract! Company from Bakersfield, CA

Don't sign up with this company for pest control services. We live in a newer subdivision (renters). When we initially moved in, we were having some spider issues. We had self-treated the home and yard. However, a salesperson with White Knight came to our door offering their services. We let them know that we are renters and that we wouldn't be able to fulfil a year's contract because we planned to buy a home prior to the end of one year. The salesperson told me that would not be an issue because when we closed on our new home that they would cancel our contract without penalty or we could request to transfer our services. The ability to cancel is the only reason that we agreed to sign up. Now, we are getting ready to close on our new home.

I sent White Knight an e-mail asking to cancel our services. I also attached a copy of our purchase contract as proof of our intention to move. No response all week. I called this morning and was informed that if I want to cancel that I have to pay $490.00. I brought up the conversation with the salesperson and the option to cancel due to moving. The salesperson lied and White Knight wants $490.00 to cancel or I can choose to bring them to my new residence for no fee and finish out my contract. So, I am essentially forced to pay $490. or continue to do business with a company who uses deceptive practices to obtain sales contracts. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Even my light company has said, no problem, contract cancelled, and they could technically service my new address.

Oh my, where do I begin. Let's start with that I 100% followed our contract agreement. I was with them for 14 months. I tried to cancel 5 weeks after my last service, still about 8 weeks before my next service. They refused to let me cancel my service. I returned a week later from Chicago to see that they serviced my house while we were gone. They deliberately sent an employee over 5 weeks after my previous service just to try to rack up my bill.

      - I originally got the service for rodent control. They couldn't do much besides put out poison around the house. Service started in July... come Nov-Feb I trapped and killed more then 150+ mice. I kind of felt like it was unreal, every day I was getting 3-4 mice. This year is better but I'm still getting quite a few mice for a "rodent control". However, the ants and spiders have actually been worse then I have seen before. All were pointed out and being serviced for. Therefore, I don't believe that this company's ethics are in the right place. I called them out for being unethical and breaking the law by refusing to let me quit my service after our agreement was filled and am still finding kick back today...

4 months later and they are still harassing me for a bill. A bill that they quickly hustled 8 weeks premature. I let them know that I will only talk to the Owner, CEO, or whomever is in charge of operations so I can discuss with them the practice of their business and how we can make things right, or I will resort to leaving a review. If it continues then I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and probably our State Attorney. Instead, they keep kicking me the same service agreement (Agreement fulfilled by both parties) to pay this bill. It has been a very sad experience to say the least. Highly DO NOT recommend.
