I checked a few of companies and with Victory, I was really more pleased with the people that came to the house and talked to me about doing the windows. They did all the work. It really piqued my interest. They were very enthusiastic about their product and I could see that. The demonstration they showed me with their product was very good. The installers of the windows were very nice people. They answered every question I had and cleaned up very good. They did the job very nicely. I was very, very pleased. They were all top-notch people.
When the young lady that demonstrated the screens to me, I was very surprised with the screens, and I can see where they’re very durable. This is top-notch quality. They are excellent windows and the screen was really tough. I was totally blown away with the quality of the screen. Most of the actual prices I got were right in that neighborhood with others, but the demonstration from the Victory representatives really sold the product.
Thank you for sharing your detailed experience! We're thrilled to hear how pleased you were with our team, from the demonstration to the installation. It’s great to know our product quality and service stood out and met your expectations. We truly appreciate your trust and support!

Victory Home was canvasing the neighborhood, and their rep made an appointment, came in, and showed me the products. They showed me the windows and what the window does and how it's hard to break and energy saving. I like that the windows are easy to lift up. The windows I had were really bad, and I did notice a difference. I got them in July. I did notice a difference, because when I have the air on, the temperature upstairs is always hotter than downstairs. Usually, when I walk upstairs, I walk into like a wall of heat. My son's room was always hot. He had fans going. There was a big difference once I got the windows from Victory Home. I didn't have that heat upstairs.
I got five windows. Two different guys came out and measured twice. I liked how they installed them from outside. They didn't have to take the trim around the windows off, and they were fast. Overall, Victory has quality windows. It's not like a window you get off the shelf at Home Depot. I believe they build the window to fit your space, versus trying to judge and putting in the window and putting a bunch of shims in there.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the new windows and noticing such a big difference in your home's comfort. It’s great to know our team and products exceeded your expectations!

I heard about Victory Home from them going door to door in my neighborhood. They knocked on the door and offered a free estimate. They were very adamant about you signing up for it. So, I went with it and so far, I'm pleased. I got eight windows and the quality was excellent. I had everything moved away from all the areas that the installers had to work in and they came in and just started installing. It was quick. The windows in the front look almost like the ones I had that weren't installed properly. They did an excellent job in installing them properly this time.
Victory was very efficient. But I was a little confused about how the interest rate changed. If I get the product today, it’s this price. If I get it tomorrow, it will be another price. They can’t hold it at that price or maintain that interest rate. They wanted me to get the siding and it changed even more but I didn't need siding. I wasn't ready for that. And then, the rep had to get on the phone with someone to bargain with. But other than that, I’m pleased. I'm gonna try and pay it off as quickly as possible because I'm not interested in a 15-year financing for windows. That's a little bit too much for me. So, I'm looking forward to get it paid off in maybe two years, at least.

I purchased energy saving windows from Victory Home. I like that they try to work with you and make you be able to afford it for any budget that's out there. The installers came at 7:00 and they were done around 1:00. The quality of the windows is great.
Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you’re enjoying your energy-saving windows and found the installation process smooth. If there’s anything we could have done to make your experience even better and earn that 5th star, we’d love to hear your thoughts!

We had the pleasure of having Chris ** come to our home on 10/26/24. In much detail he explained how they do the job, the materials used and looked in the attic. He was so pleasant and patient. He allowed us to ask any question and answered in a way we understood about the process and the products. Victory should be very proud to have him represent them.

I chose to use Victory Home Remodeling because of the windows, the functionality, and the guarantee that they gave that they do a warranty for life. Everybody was very professional and very willing to help. It was a very good service. The only thing was they did a presentation about what they offer and it was a very long presentation. Between the presentation, going through the windows, and taking the measurements, it was three hours. For me, it's too much time because it was also my work time. But I like the work.
The installers were very professional and they did the job very fast. One of the windows had something broken and the guy that did the inspection the first time said they were going to change that. They were very flexible. They told me they didn't have the same color of my wood so I told them to put something similar and they looked for something similar and they replaced it.

The salesmen as well as the workers were great. The workers were very courteous and accommodating. They said when they were coming and they were here on time. They cleaned up very nicely, and whatever they said they were going to do, they did. Everything was very professional. We had our roof, gutters, soffits and leaders done. We also had three windows replaced with three panel sliders in the front of the house. So far, I'm pleased. Everything has been great. The roof is not leaking and the windows feel good. I'm enjoying the windows very much because our windows were very old, and we are looking to plan for some other windows to be replaced soon as well. We would recommend Victory Home Remodeling to everyone, and we have.
We got what we paid for. It was pricey, but it was worth the money because we didn't have to worry about all the rest of the crap. We didn't have to worry about the cleanup or glass being left behind. They didn't even leave a nail behind. They came around with these little metal things and rolled them all around, even on my neighbor's property, just to make sure if anything flew off to the side, they got them.

The siding that Victory Home Remodeling did was of very high quality and was done better than a lot of others I've seen. They were very thorough and very detailed. Everything was upfront. The installation crew was good. They checked in every morning, and they were always available to talk if I had anything for them. The sales rep was very thorough, spent a lot of time with us when he was here, went over details, and created a script, and it was pretty much followed as he said.

Victory Home was in the neighborhood and one of the representatives came and I spoke to them. They seemed like a reputable company after I looked at all their reviews and I chose them because of the neighbors. They asked if we were interested. Somebody came out that night and talked to us about it. I bought a brand-new expensive roof and the process was very easy. We set up everything and the installers finished the entire project in a week. They cleaned up after themselves and did what they needed to do. They were great. I had people coming in and out of the house because we had to go to work or my kids were home. They were very in tune with when we were leaving. If I said I was leaving, they would move things and make sure everything was safe so that we could walk out of our door. Victory’s people were respectful and professional, and they showed up.

Victory Home Remodeling is a reputable company and their service was excellent. I liked their pricing and availability. We replaced the old wooden sash windows with vinyl windows. Communication was excellent and the installation went smoothly. The installers were prompt and very courteous. Did a thorough cleaning of the job.

I saw Victory Home Remodeling, called them up and decided on using them. I had another company years ago and I didn't use them because they were too expensive. I had to get the insulation in my attic done and Victory Home did what they said they were gonna do. It was speedy and they were very careful with my property. The guy explained what he did, and he was very informative, nice and professional. He did his job well, and the quality looked very good. I'm very pleased with it. The price was comparable to other companies. I would like it to be cheaper, but nothing is cheap anymore. If I had another product, anything else that I had to get done, I would give them a call. I hope I don't have to though.

Victory had done some work for me a number of years ago. This recent time, I had them do my basement windows and my second floor windows. They came in a timely fashion. I haven't had any difficulties. Nothing has come apart. They did the installation so quickly. I think they overdo things by rushing, and that was the case with the gutters. The price was what I was willing to pay. I always say, "I might not know the best deal, but if it's a deal, I really don't mind paying." That was the case with this. The only thing is it would be very nice if they had a company that came and did work and somebody on the crew speaks English. It sounds a bit petty, but I'm getting a little tired of trying to do sign language.

Our experience with Victory Home Remodeling has been good so far. The installers showed us how to do work, and they measured and did it. We had windows and gutters done, and so far, they're high quality. Everything's gone up, and the price of the windows and gutters was a little high but it was worth it.

Victory Home Remodeling did a roof repair. At the time, we had just bought this house and our insurance was being canceled because of the status of the roof, and they were the first ones to reach out to us. Everyone was very respectful. The roof looks nice and the job was good but the cleanup and the price were not. There were a lot of nails left, and we had said to them that that was a big deal because we have three dogs and little kids. We are still picking up nails. They also left a couple of hammers on our roof that fell off in the last storm. Regarding their price, after getting some other quotes for the rest of our roof that we were gonna have Victory come back and do, we found out their price was astronomical.

Victory Home Remodeling was flexible in terms of what we needed to do. I felt very comfortable with the family. Plus, there was financing available, which was perfect. The salesman did a very nice job. I got a roof and gutters. There was a minor blip because it was around the 4th of July weekend. But it got rectified and there were no issues. It's not leaking.

I had a connection with my first contact from Victory Home Remodeling. He called second. I said, “I've had enough. I'm doing one.” He said, “You should get more than one estimate.” He was a good spokesman for Victory. He told me where I could go to find out more about his company. I was very impressed. He was more knowledgeable. He showed me more stuff. Andersen Windows came back in and the minute we said, “We gotta call you back,” the rep said, “Now I can do something for you here. But the deal is you have to do it right now. $33,000.” From 43,000, I would have been a sucker to sign that deal, to 33,000, because I wouldn't sign right then? And if I didn't do the deal then, I would lose that? How would they justify $10,000? Victory did the same thing, but it wasn't as big of a difference. Their rep sat down after all this. It was two and a half hours he was in the house. It was a long time. But I had the day blocked off to him.
There was no pressure until he got to that point. He came to 10,600. I said to the guy, “If you can do it for 10, I'll take it.” He did. He called his manager. Twenty minutes later, he said, “Okay. We can do it for 10,000.” He went from 16,000 to 11,000. He said, “To 10,000,” which was the number. It was a good deal now all of a sudden. We just wanted to come out an even number there. We decided, looking into it with Andersen, what we would spend and which ones we had to do.
Victory did six replacement windows. They had a crew come in. There were three rooms, six windows, because there were double windows in each room. They had five guys. The one guy was the foreman. He told them what to do. They knew what they were doing. There were little things that had to be tweaked. And he did the cleanup, which was very impressive. We asked questions. He was very patient.

Victory Home Remodeling was a simple and efficient process to complete a project. I knew exactly what happened. It was the way it should be. I noticed my gutters were starting to fail, so I was in the market of replacing them. But what made it appealing was how clean the design was, and the warranty was good. The sales experience was informative and appropriate. The people were nice and relatable. Also, the day of installation was seamless. The guys quickly assessed the house, understood what needed to be done, and efficiently did what they needed to do. Everything looks good. The product is solid.

I was looking into possibly a new roof and Victory Home Remodeling was the first that called me in response to what I filled out. They came and they were terrific. I loved what they were selling. For the window, they did a demonstration using a heat lamp to see the difference between the sun and everything coming through. I found it very interesting. It was what sold me. I was amazed at what it could do. I had a bay window put into my living room. It was made to order. It has beautiful wood framing on it and I love it. The crew was excellent as well. I was able to understand all the details of what they were gonna do and I appreciated that. They were very conscientious. Everybody had their job and everybody knew what they had to do. They worked very well, were in sync, got the job done and cleaned up. It was wonderful.

I liked what Victory Home was offering at the time when they came. They treated me with a lot of respect and so far, the roof is good. However, they have damaged one of my security cameras when they were doing the roof. That's a brand new camera that I have put up there a week before they came and now it's not working. I spoke to the guy who was in charge of the people working, and he said that his men didn't do that. But they were the only people that were up there on that side.
Another thing is I have to call because when the guys did the guttering, from what was demonstrated to us, it was supposed to have something over that in case leaves go in there again, that it wouldn't be damaging anything. But there's no covering over anything so leaves can get back into there. They only put something to the pipe for the water to come down. That's not what we were shown when the guy was demonstrating. It is something completely different. It's like we spent money for doing the same thing that was there before and I'm very frustrated with it. My husband had asked me to call. I didn't because I spoke to someone that said that's the way it's supposed to be. They also sent me some gift card, but for me to use the gift card, I have to be doing another project with them. I'm spending 20 something thousand dollars and I gotta find money, do another project before I can use it or give it to somebody. That's not being fair.
