A young salesperson knocked on my door and I usually don’t answer the door, but he seemed sincere and nervous. It was also very cold outside, so I decided to listen. At the time, I needed a new roof because I was having trouble with the gutters, and he took my name and phone number and said I would get a call from his company in a few days. And Victory Home did. We set up an appointment, and the representative, Michael, who came to our home gave a phenomenal presentation. He brought samples of the products they would use on the roof and went through everything with my wife and me. He also walked around the perimeter of the house to check for damage on the existing roof and showed me what he found. He even went up into the attic and showed me certain things. He was very straightforward,
I also have some construction experience from when I was younger, and my father was in the construction business, so I had an idea of what he was talking about. His presentation was very impressive, which was what convinced me. The supervisor told me the job would be done in two days, and I didn’t believe him at first. The house is older and they had to remove the existing roof down to the frame. Being in the business, I knew that was a lot of work. But they came with a crew of about seven and worked late into the night using lights to work on the roof. They returned the second day and removed the second layer on the opposite side of the home. Sure enough, the roof was done.
Victory Home was very open-minded and I didn’t get blown away when I had questions. Even though most of the crew spoke Spanish, a couple of workers communicated in English and were upfront. I liked the quality of the work and I was very satisfied. My neighbor next door is planning to have his roof done this summer, and I already gave him their card. A woman across the street also asked about it, so I shared the business card with her as well.
Victory Home is very professional. They’re not a gigantic company, but I did some research before committing and saw that they’re expanding into other cities. After the roof was finished, another representative came out to finalize everything and asked if I needed any additional work. I told him I was good, but he pointed out that my windows were very old. The house is about 115 years old. He even said that even if I didn’t use them, I should consider replacing the windows because it would help save on heating costs in the winter. Later on, they came back with another financing option through the third-party lender they use, which combined the roof and windows at a lower interest rate.
I also got windows done, and the installation went just as smoothly as the roof work. Overall, I was very satisfied and recommend Victory Home. They're a very good company. It was a little more expensive than I thought. But with the costs of today and being in the business in the early part of my life, material is expensive. It took me back, but I was financially able to do it. Otherwise, I wouldn't have done it.
It's a big investment in your home, especially a roof. For what I got, this roof will last longer than me. I always want the lowest price. But it didn’t blow me out of the water. I've had contractors come here, and I talked to people, and they were less money, but probably not as good a quality. I was most impressed with the quality of the products that Victory Home showed me and installed on my roof. Everything they used was top quality and state-of-the-art. Some contractors might cut corners and use cheaper materials, but that didn’t seem to be the case here, and that was very important to me.

We had been searching for about two years to find a good company and reps from Victory Home happened to stop and talk with me at a fair. They told me step by step what they were gonna do. They came by the house, and we liked what they were saying and the pricing, so we went with them. We purchased a roof for our home and the garage. The manager was good. He was available anytime we called to ask questions, and the main person from the team who came spoke English. The other crew didn't speak English but it was okay because whatever they needed to say, they said through the main person and we got what we needed.
The installation process was quick and easy. The team did it within a day and a half. They dropped off the garbage bin on a weekend, and we had to hold it for a little bit, but they came and got it on the next business day. So, everything was smooth. The quality is good and the roof is keeping our attic warm. We haven’t seen many flies and we haven’t had any animals coming through. So there are no leaks, and that’s good. If we could pay nothing, that would be great. But everything is a cost, and it's okay. You should be straightforward and give Victory Home a price upfront, so you know what you're working with.

I wanted Victory Home Remodeling to install my windows and it was good. I've had the windows for a few months and they're all right. I could’ve saved a little though. Still, I've already recommended Victory to my brother. I asked him to call them and maybe they gave him a better price than mine.

My son looked up Victory Home, which was how we got them, and I purchased 14 windows. The people that I dealt with were very good, but being a novice, I didn't realize that that's what I was going to get. I have two bedrooms in the front, and one of them was not like the original because it wasn’t new construction. I had to do the other one just to balance out the top since I have a split-level. I was not happy about that. I like that the grids are inside the windows but I don’t like that they’re smaller than what I assumed. I thought they were going to be the exact size that I had there. People should know what they’re getting, because I didn’t. The quality of work was not that neat. When I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled before, they put down cloths every time they went up and down the steps. This time, I had to ask them to do that the second time they came. I shouldn’t have to ask people to be neat.

Victory Home Remodeling knocked on the door and the timing was perfect for them. I had a leaking window and I needed it fixed. They happened to be the first one to knock on the door before I could make phone calls, and the wife made me sign the papers just before I could call anybody else. We bought double hung windows from them.
Everyone was pleasant. I enjoyed the sales guy that came to the house after the person who knocked. The actual appointment was made with the sales guy. He was really friendly, and he did a great presentation. The installer did a good job. Everything was great. It's just their window job was very expensive. Quality-wise, it's better than the windows that was there. One of the old ones we had was leaking, and another had bubbles in it, and it was so freezing cold. My daughter was complaining about all the noise that was coming in. So, the new windows were an improvement. There's 100% noise reduction.

Somebody from Victory Home Remodeling came out to do a quote and that took a little longer, but he was awesome. He explained to me the whole process, then we did the financing. That part took long, but then after that, the two gentlemen came to get the final measurements. I had them do just the front because that was all that I could afford right now. They told me how long the job was gonna take and when they were going to start, and it was seamless. Seven people worked at my house in two days and for that amount of work, I wouldn't be able to do it. Their work is beautiful too. I would tell friends and relatives to go for Victory Home Remodeling.

I used to have solid copper ridge molding on the ridges of the roof and it was really expensive for me to put on. I was sick at the time Victory Home Remodeling did the installation, so I could hardly walk and wasn't going out. I saw a bunch of the ridge moldings sitting in the yard then they were telling me they were done. I looked at the job and whatever work they did looks fine to me. I asked the head guy in the job, who I wasn't very impressed with, where my ridge molding was and he said it might be in the dumpster. But it was not in the dumpster. We ended up settling on $1,000 off the price, which is way less than it actually cost. I wasn't in the mood to be able to fight anybody so much, so it ended up being that.
They gave me a discount on putting insulation up in the attic. The guy who came to do it was not from Victory Home Remodeling. He was someone that they contracted with. He did all the work until he got to the very end where there's a part that sticks out further than the rest of the attic. Instead of going along with the shape of that part, he just covered it over straight. I told him to do it the right way but he said he couldn't do it any other way. I waited until the manager guy came along. I told him, but I got more ** from him. At one point, he started quoting stuff out of the contract. The job cost me money but I still don't have that top piece done right. I would never ever recommend Victory Home Remodeling to anybody.

We purchased six windows from Victory Home Remodeling. The installation process was good and the team was excellent. From the first guy until the job is completed, everything was good. It was a very neat and professional job. The windows were good. My wife is saying it's too expensive. It's very good, but it could be a little less.

I called Victory Home Remodeling and made an appointment. The guy that came in, Marvin, was very helpful, and explained to me everything. I did the first floor which had 14 windows. They said that when they took it out, they forgot to put back the blinds inside. I didn't mind because I also changed the Venetian blind, customized also from 3 Day Blinds. But the rest on the back, they cut off the grill. It has a iron grill that support the window of where to put the AC. So I'm waiting for my time to not get busy because I'm gonna call them to put it back. Victory told me before that whatever they took care of, they will put it back at the same place.
Overall, the team at Victory was very nice and friendly. They were open to conversation, like suggestions and opinion. The only thing that I didn't like was the interest in their financing. If you agree with their financing, they will charge you 12%. The interest is too high.

We had several quotes and Victory Home Remodeling had a cheaper price for the same quality as other companies. We changed two windows and the siding of the front of the house. It was a two-day job. One day, they came, did the two windows, and prepared for the next day. The next day, they came and they did everything in one day. They did a very good job. I spent some time talking to the rep and I decided that I needed to make some adjustments. He showed me some things that needed to be corrected on the house. So, we put together a package of work that they completed very nicely. It took Victory Home Remodeling one day for the guttering, and a day and a half, for the soffits and the fascia. Part of the fascia had to be broken into too many pieces because it's a curve and the material doesn't bend in that direction. Then they apply it to the fascia on that curved part of the roof. I was very impressed. Their products are very good.

I was impressed with Victory Home’s product as well as the representative. I had five basement windows installed and the installers were professional. The cost was too high though. Because afterwards, when I looked through other people's products, I think I paid too much. I regret it but it’s the price. The quality is good so it must be why I'm paying that much. Besides the windows, Victory also did the siding of the house.

The whole project was very efficient. They had to come back and do the one window. But it was taken care of quickly. It took about a week for the whole project with the windows included. So far, so good. We would recommend Victory. If you need the work done, they're good at coming and doing it and they're efficient and saves you time. Also, the pricing is pretty good.

When Victory Home Remodeling came over and did their pitch, they were very honest and I felt like everything was good. I got a new roof, new gutters, and new windows. There were no hiccups. They did the roof in one day, they did the gutters in one day, and then they did the windows in one day. They were very easy to deal with. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and they were able to give me a good payment plan and it was helping me to not break the bank.

The salesperson was very professional and explained everything. Then I had a couple of more visits after that to further explain and get prices on everything. The install date itself went without a hitch. They said they were gonna be here on a certain day and time, and they were here at exactly that time.
The quality is very good. There are some spots and seams. But it's just the nature of the beast. They're not gigantic, thick seams. You can just tell where they put them together in some spots. The front of the house is perfect. It's just the very back of the house, but basically where people wouldn't even notice. The only reason I noticed is because it's my house and I'm going through it like a fine-tooth comb. All in all, it was a good experience. Victory's product is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Installation was quick and very simple, and they cleaned everything up afterward. Their people were very knowledgeable. The quality of the windows is very good, and it was a good deal.

Several months back, one of Victory Home Remodeling's people came to our house. They talked us into having an evaluation, and they pointed out what needed to be done with the siding and then the gutters. We finally did it. Their crew were all very nice, although the meeting part of it generally took a bit too long because we kept getting sidetracked with stories. When the guy in charge of the project came, he was trying to sell us everything, although we needed it, the hard sell didn't go over well with us. It was a little pushy. They need to dial that back a little because if people really need stuff done and they're really gonna have it done, they'll do it.
Other than that, we would recommend the company because they did very good work. The guys that were here were very courteous. There wasn't a language barrier issue because we do speak Spanish, but we could see how that might be an issue for some people. There was a guy here that spoke English that was leading the others, but we really think that when they send a crew out, they need to make sure that they do have someone that does speak English.
Overall, they did their job in a timely fashion. We didn't have to wait a long time and they were careful. The guy did warn us ahead of time to take down any breakables or anything that were on the walls where they were gonna be doing the work. So, that was good. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do, and it does look very nice. We’re gonna be paying it off till way after Jesus gets back. That's another issue entirely. The biggest thing for me is that now when a storm hits, we don't have to worry that something's gonna fly off of the house because we live about 15 minutes from the beach. So, when coastal storms hit now and hurricanes happen, we're not gonna have to worry that stuff's gonna fly off and blow away.

People in the neighborhood recommended Victory Home Remodeling to me. They did a complete re-roofing, taking it down to the plywood, updating everything to code, and re-shingling. They'll first come with an inspector, and they're not trying to rip you off by doing that. They discussed everything with me and we planned it all out.
Their team was really good. Any time I called, somebody picked up instead of a voicemail. I call so many places and they're like, "We value your call. Please leave a message." Well, if you valued my call, why don't you pick it up? But my experience with Victory Home is fantastic. Those folks that worked the desk contacted the field manager who was assigned to my case.
Then talking to the employees that came, it was really good. They said they were going to be here at 7:00. By 7:05, they were on the roof, and they cleaned up everything. You would think they were never here replacing a roof. Nothing was left behind, and so they did a fantastic job. They put in six-inch gutters instead of four, and it came out real nice. I don't have any ice on my sidewalk, which used to overflow from my previous gutters. I would recommend them to anybody. It's money well spent.

One of the Victory guys came around and gave me an update on stuff and did a little look over at the house. Then another one of their gentlemen came over and checked our attic and said we needed some more work done and the number was right. The guys that come out here pretty much know their job and they make good deals. I was comfortable with them. They broke it down, everything they were gonna do, step by step. They showed us different colors and textures of things they were gonna put in the house. My wife and I took a couple of days, but we agreed to it.
They did the gutters and the siding. The only thing was that we got the shutters on the side and they're a little longer than the windows, but they explained that it was the only size they had. But other than that, there were no complaints. It's a lot of money. But at the end of the day, we're happy. I loved it. The insulation is so good now. One of the Victory guys said, "Your guys' heating bill is gonna be down. And in the summertime, you're gonna be able to keep the cold in." He did not lie because throughout the rest of the summer, it was nice and cool in here.

I had over 15 windows installed, and I only need three more. The representatives at Victory Home were friendly. They're slightly pushy, but the price point was okay plus the quality of the work that they were providing me. The installation was also quick. They took care of it right away. They did a great job.

I had my gutters, my fascia, and my soffit redone with Victory Home. The person that came and discussed everything with me was very thorough in explaining their materials and what they do and why they do what they do. And they also have a good warranty. I did look them up to make sure they had good ratings, and they did. Their pricing is just a little higher than some other companies.
I got my gutters done first, and they didn't realize when they looked at everything that I had rot under the fascia and the soffit. So, they had to come remove the gutters and fix that, and then put the gutters back up. But they did re-put everything back up for free. That would be the only thing that I wasn't so happy about because I would have gotten it all done at the same time if I had known.
But when the installers came, they introduced themselves and took care of everything. And then, at the end, somebody came and showed me around what they did and what they took care of, and that they cleaned up.
I did get a quote for a roof as well, but I did not go with them because I have family in the business who took care of my roof. But even my roofers, who were there, agreed that they did a very good job. So, that made me feel comfortable that they were very thorough and did everything properly, having somebody else that I trust confirming that.

The job that Victory Home did outside looks fine. They replaced some wood. It's just that they left a mess in the attic. I was gonna call them yesterday, but it was Sunday. And today, I was running around. The first person who came to speak to us about the job said that they'll cover everything up in the attic and nothing will be messed up. Because I have Christmas stuff up there. I never went up since they did the job. But now, we just went up there, and it's all dust and clumps of the roofing. It's filthy. So, I'm gonna have to vacuum or clean it.

Scheduling was quite complicated. Despite me working from home, we had to reschedule the appointment two or three times. They arrived later than expected on one of the hottest days, making the situation a bit uncomfortable. However, once the work was done, I was pleased with the outcome. I had an unexplained temperature difference on the second floor before they installed the thermal barrier. It turned out that heat was radiating from my attic, and the installation resolved this issue. Regarding the price, I found it quite high. The job involved installing a thermal barrier rather quickly, which seemed like it could have been completed for less. Material-wise, the contractor only needed something akin to an area rug, and the task was wrapped up in a couple of hours. Nonetheless, my issue was fixed.
Victory Home did an attic insulation for me during one of the hottest days. The experience went really well. I had this unpredictable temperature difference that was on my second floor, and it’s always at the top of my stairs. It turned out that there was heat radiating down from my attic.
The scheduling was a little complicated, and they were tardy. That’s my only complaint. One time, I expected them at 9:30 in the morning, and he didn’t come until 1:00. We had to reschedule two or three times.
The service was a little expensive. I could have probably got it done a lot cheaper. All he did was bring a roll that was the size of a rug. He screwed that to seal my roof from the rest of the attic and was done in a couple of hours. Other than that, the end product is great and they fixed my issue with that thermal barrier.

I had Victory replace my bay window. Price-wise, it was really good. And the timeline that they gave me wasn't too crazy. I also found them to be very thorough and informative. They took a lot of time to walk through everything. They were within the timeline that they said they could get it done. They also told me ahead of time they would have a little trouble with was just the area around the window, which I figured that much anyway with installation. I had a good experience and I would absolutely recommend. Compared to other competitors, they were able to work with me and stick within my budget.

I wasn't really planning on doing my windows with Victory Home Remodeling. I was just curious how it would cost. I have wooden windows, all Andersen. Some were put in ’87, and some were put in ’91. When somebody came to the door, I asked him, and he gave me an estimate on the whole house. He also told me what were the worst windows in the house, which were the side windows in my daughter’s room. He came with samples, explained a lot of things, and was very nice. The company got it down to a price that I could manage. The job was done in a day, and they cleaned up nicely. They did a beautiful job. My windows go up and down. The warranty for 50 years is nice. I like the windows better than the Andersen.
From the people that came to the door and showed me everything to the manager, everybody that I dealt with has been very nice and didn't hide anything from me. In some places, they'll tell you one thing and do another. This all went down the way it was supposed to. Victory Home is a good company. I mentioned them to a couple of people and told them that the company does exactly what they say they're gonna do.

Every crew that came from beginning to end, the roofing, soffit and fascia, and the last crew for the drain spouts, were all A+. They put a brand-new roof. The house is 50 years old, so they had to strip all that off, put 23 sheets of new plywood, and this new beautiful roofing on top. When the manager from Victory Home Remodeling said the trash container will be dropped off on this day, or the crew will be in the next day at a certain time, everything was on point. It wasn't cheap. But you know the old saying, "You get what you pay for." It's top quality from beginning to end.

Most of my neighbors have a new roof and they try to take care of whatever property they have, because Bensalem is really behind it. Everybody cleans up and fixes up the house. Victory Home Remodeling did our roof and it's the best I ever had. I would say everybody should get the same roof because it is A1. So far, I can't complain about the installation. Honest to goodness, it looks beautiful and does what it's supposed to do, and I've told people already.

Victory Home Remodeling did a roof, gutters and leaders. It was very good. During the entire time, the sales guy, install supervisor and project manager were available and kept in good contact. I was very happy with that. We had no issues except they had to come back and fix change the fascia because the installers put the gutters over bad fascia. I don't know why they didn't find that when they did the first inspection. They fixed it and I paid the extra to have the boards replaced. The quality was very good. I'm very happy with the roof. The ridge vent made a huge difference to how our air conditioning worked over the summer. They also did a beautiful job with the soffit, gutters, gutter guards, and rain guards. I'm very happy. I had Victory Home Remodeling's sign up on the lawn for a long time. One of my neighbors asked about how I liked the roof job and they said it looked great. He is considering it.
