Victory Home Remodeling offered services I needed, primarily for gutters and eventually for windows. I initially reached out for gutters, but they also showcased their window options, which caught my interest. Their products seemed high-quality, and the price was reasonable enough for me to finance it comfortably.
Victory wasn't just standout in their service; they were also involved in my solar panel installation, coordinating roof work before the panels came in. Remarkably, I got a great deal on the roof, saving a lot. Although there were minor cleanup issues after roofing and gutter installation, Victory promptly addressed these, ensuring the job was done right.
Both the gutters and the window exceeded my expectations, especially the window which I've compared with other brands. It appeared well-constructed. Victory's service left me pleased overall, only running into minor hiccups that they swiftly rectified. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the value and reliability Victory provided during the entire process.

Having selected Victory Home Remodeling for new glass windows and doors, I generally appreciated the work they did. The quality of the installation was pleasing, as they ensured my bank handled payments directly, which was convenient for me. Although I found the salespeople helpful and friendly, I encountered a couple of issues. One of the installers tracked something in on his shoes and damaged my carpet, which wasn't pleasant. Moreover, the company has been a bit too persistent with follow-up calls, despite my request for no further communication. Nonetheless, despite these minor issues, the work itself was satisfactory.

I have never contacted this company but they have called me 6 times in the past two days. It’s always from a different number. I have to keep blocking each number. I report each one as spam. Hopefully they will be reported often enough as spam by others and they won’t be able to get through to anyone with a decent spam blocking app. Why in the world would anyone want to hire a company that continually harasses you with phone calls. I wouldn’t hire them if they were free. This is the most unbelievable business practice I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

I've been living in my house for 40 years, and my roof was starting to show signs of age. Initially, I was considering a different company to revitalize my shingles, but upon a closer inspection, they discovered rotted wood in the roof and suggested I get it replaced. Victory was the first company to contact me. Their sales team was thorough in their explanations, and although I was hesitant to sign a contract immediately, they eventually met my price expectations. The materials were delivered the next day, and the team was ready to start soon after.
The only hiccup I encountered was that the initial crew did not speak English, and I couldn't communicate my concerns about avoiding certain areas of the roof. I insisted on waiting until a manager arrived who could communicate with me, and soon after, work resumed smoothly. The manager agreed it was vital for effective communication, and once that was resolved, everything went exceptionally well.
During the installation, the team replaced not just the shingles, but also the underlying rotted wood. They were very cautious about safety, debris, and cleanup, which I appreciated considering my concerns about flat tires or debris left behind. Furthermore, they were professional throughout, even exceeding expectations by installing gutters and even repurposing an old gutter for my garage.

Victory Home Remodeling visited our home several times and provided a free estimate after demonstrating their products. So, we decided to go with them and purchased roofing services. The technicians did an excellent job with the installation, and I am pleased with the quality and appearance of the roof. However, the management was quite pushy. After completion, someone came late in the evening for a walkthrough, making it difficult to inspect properly. They also attempted to upsell additional products, which was unwelcome.
An issue arose with furniture protection, as they placed construction materials on our shrink-wrapped patio furniture, potentially causing damage. But when I contacted customer service with concerns about a possible missing piece on the roof, they were responsive and explained the situation with reference photos, which I appreciated. Despite this, the insistence on writing a positive review on Google before leaving our home was off-putting.

Somebody from Victory Home Remodeling company visited the neighborhood and approached me directly. I had them install about twelve windows, including five or six smaller ones and a large picture window at the front of the house, which was quite costly.
The installation process was smooth, and the final result is beautiful. Their representative was helpful, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. Although I didn't compare prices extensively, I suspect I paid a bit more than other options might have cost. Despite this, I have no complaints about the quality of their work and would rate my overall experience between 3 and 4 stars. Victory Home Remodeling did a good job, and I'm happy with the outcome.

I am thoroughly impressed with Victory Home Remodeling. After considering a couple of window installers, Victory stood out due to the time and effort they invested in explaining their services. Their representative spent almost four hours walking through options with us, providing not just a service, but a comprehensive understanding of what we were getting. We had our home windows replaced just before Black Friday, covering all the house's windows except the kitchen and laundry room. The installation was timely and professional. Since getting the windows installed, our heating bills have noticeably decreased, which I attribute to the quality of the windows. The Victory Home Remodeling sales representative showed me the leaks and the molding issues on one of my windows. I hadn't been actively searching for anyone, but their inspection convinced me to proceed with the installation. The installation team did a good job overall. However, I have mixed feelings about the product's quality as the results have been inconsistent.
I had two separate installations done. One area has turned out well, but I'm not satisfied with the other. I think there might still be leaks, so I've planned to have an independent inspection from PSE&G to verify this. If issues are found, I'll contact Victory Home Remodeling to address them. Given the current situation, my rating for Victory Home Remodeling would be a 2 out of 5, indicating dissatisfaction, especially with one portion of the work.

I didn't interact much during the installation, mainly stayed out of their way. The windows seem to be of good quality, and overall, I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5 for satisfaction. I like how Victory Home Remodeling's windows are constructed. I was working on my truck in my driveway, and two guys from Victory approached me. We ended up getting 22 windows installed, including a sliding glass door for the back. The windows are the standard type that slide up and down.
Though the installation was initially supposed to take just a few hours, I'm not completely satisfied because I've been waiting for a callback from customer support. It feels like the windows aren't insulating as well as my old ones at night when it gets colder. I've shared my concerns but haven't received any follow-up. I would rate the experience in the middle because of this unresolved issue.

Victory Home Remodeling installed five windows in my home and while the overall experience was positive, they need to return to secure one of the windows with additional nails. I chose Victory Home Remodeling because I was impressed with their presentation and the quality of the samples they provided. The customer service interactions were pleasant; they visited twice and did a great job.

Originally wrote a disappointing review regarding my experience with Victory Home Remodeling after purchasing replacement windows from them but they have been proactive at correcting the issues I originally complained about. Unfortunately, there was no other way for them to make the window AC fit but to remove the handles- we are now fine this way as long as the AC fits. The manager, Jonathan, was very attentive in making sure that everything was corrected to our satisfaction. So far, the windows are doing what it's supposed to do.

Their presentation was impressive, as they were not only polite but also very knowledgeable about their products. I had 12 windows installed and they managed to complete all the windows in just one day. I was pleased with the quality of the windows, as they were better than what I previously had, and the team took the time to walk me through the completed work. If a friend were to ask, I’d recommend Victory Home Remodeling. Although the price was a bit high, largely due to the additional gutters that brought the total to $26,000, but I have 15 years to pay it off.

I recently had Victory Home Remodeling take care of my roofing and windows. A representative had initially stopped by our house, which led to setting up an appointment. Their presentation was thorough, detailed, and informative, and they answered all my questions while providing multiple samples to help make an informed decision.
We decided to replace 19 windows across our house due to some issues with the previous ones, and we also needed the roof addressed. They were efficient, completing the initial set of windows in one day and finishing up the rest the following day, with about a two-week gap allowing them to get everything ready.
The final product left me quite happy, and the quality of both the windows and the installation was excellent. I had a very pleasant experience with their overall service and customer interaction. While I think the pricing was a bit on the higher side, I understand that quality comes at a price, and I believe it was worth it.
Overall, I don’t have any negative feedback to share, just noting that the price could be slightly more competitive. Regardless, I would certainly recommend Victory as they delivered on their promises efficiently and with quality.

I had some windows installed by Victory Home Remodeling after a representative came to my door. Their offer included a guarantee on the work, which seemed to promise a lifetime backing. This assurance was a significant factor in choosing them because I wanted the peace of mind that came with it.
The window products I purchased are excellent. They are user-friendly, easy to open and clean, and they look great. Although I only got seven windows installed, I need about ten more, but that's on hold because of budget constraints at the moment.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows and would confidently give Victory Home Remodeling a high rating. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors, as I was extremely pleased with the results. Once I am financially ready, I plan to use their services again.

I recently chose Victory Home Remodeling for a roofing project after attending a home expo in Marlton where multiple companies were present. Victory stood out to me, even though I wasn't initially sure why. They were the first ones we encountered and their approach seemed genuine. When they visited my house, they thoroughly inspected the roof, even taking pictures to show the underlying issues, which my brother hadn't noticed. Their assessment revealed mold growing on the boards, convincing me that our old roof was no longer effective.
The day they came to work on the roof, they were impressively punctual, arriving exactly at 8 AM and finishing by 4:30 PM. They even added new flashing around our chimney, which was a nice touch. I chose Victory Home Remodeling because they were the only company that came by and offered a no-interest payment plan. One of their chief representatives, who seemed like a major manager, made us feel comfortable with the decision. If I had been more involved, I might have sought additional bids, as my daughters advised, but I’m pleased with the choice as Victory did a good job.
However, the timeline was disappointing. What was supposed to take 2.5 weeks turned into several months. The work was technically completed, and they did a fantastic job overall. The team was polite, and their demeanor instilled a sense of trust, which was comforting. I must add that there remains an issue with getting our solar panels back on the roof, but that involves another company, Sunrun, due to unfortunate weather-related delays.
If I had to rate the experience, I’d personally give it a 5. I appreciate the workmanship and professionalism, but I wish my husband hadn’t rushed the decision without comparing offers, which he’d probably rate a 3. It’s important to have a comparison, like trying on different pairs of shoes to see which fits best. Despite this, I'm happy with the outcome.

I decided to use Victory Home Remodeling for replacing a few windows in my house. One thing that stood out about Victory Home was their flexibility in taking on a smaller project, as many other companies required us to replace all the windows at once.
Regarding the installation, it was generally fine, although I was disappointed with some aspects. The measurements weren't quite as expected, leading to unforeseen additional molding which made it impossible to hang our existing light-blocking shades and curtains. However, the windows are functioning well and look good.
Victory Home Remodeling was easy to work with. Their team was prompt and friendly, making the overall collaboration smooth.

I first came across Victory Home Remodeling through an ad or flyer, and I decided to go with them when I needed to replace three of my windows that were over thirty years old, leaky, and not functioning well. The installation involved slider windows that move up and down, and the installer did an excellent job. The consultant during the sales visit was quite informative, helping me understand the upgrade options. The new windows look great and, although I haven't used them much because of the cold, I'm sure they'll be perfect in the springtime when I plan to use them more frequently. Once I have the funds, I intend to replace the rest of my old, faded windows that I can barely see through. Overall, I'd give Victory Home Remodeling a top rating for their service.

My experience with Victory Home Remodeling was quite positive. Victory's team did a very good job—quick and helpful. Though the basement isn't as warm as expected, the windows are well-installed and they don't leak. Before their installation, there were noticeable cracks, and I'm relieved there's no concern about insects entering now.
The crew was exceptionally polite and considerate. Being a senior and living alone, I appreciated their assistance in moving and returning items to their places. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Victory Home Remodeling, considering them a top choice for window installations.
