While I wasn't initially planning on making any home improvements, I was intrigued by the idea of finding out how much it would cost to upgrade the windows in my house. The representative from Victory came over, assessed my situation, and pinpointed the most worn-out windows—specifically in my daughter's room, now an art space, and another area with a bay window.
The person who came by was well-prepared with samples and thoroughly explained the options. I appreciated their transparency and efforts to offer a price within my budget, especially since these decisions are on me alone. They managed the installation swiftly, completing the entire job in just a single day and ensuring that everything was tidied up perfectly afterward.

Victory Home Remodeling was passing through, knocking on doors, and providing information about their services. Intrigued, my wife arranged for them to come and assess our needs and give an estimate, which started our journey with them.
Throughout the project, which included installing a brand-new roof, Victory demonstrated exceptional efficiency and professionalism. The house, built over 50 years ago, required meticulous work as they had to strip the old roof, replace numerous sheets of plywood, and finally place new, beautiful roofing materials on top. Their coordination was impressive, from the delivery of the required materials and equipment to the timely arrival of the various specialized crews who executed the tasks, including the roofing and finish work like the drain spouts. Everything executed was precise and occurred exactly as they promised.
The crews that Victory dispatched, ranging from those focused on roofing to specialists tackling the drain spouts, were truly commendable, earning them an A+ in my book. Despite not being the cheapest option available, the age-old saying holds true with them: you get what you pay for. We heard about Victory Home Remodeling through another firm they work with and got our roof done. It's the best roof I've ever had. Everyone should consider getting a similar one due to its exceptional quality. The roof looks beautiful and does exactly what it's supposed to do.
This roof suffices well, especially when I compare it to others I've seen. My experience with Victory Home Remodeling was positive.
Although most of my neighbors already have new roofs, they appreciate keeping their properties in good shape. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service and outcome.

I went with Victory Home Remodeling for my roofing and gutter needs. While the project was mainly smooth, there was a hiccup when the installers placed the gutters over some bad fascia. It was only during a return inspection that this was discovered. They did rectify the issue by replacing the fascia, though I had to cover the extra cost for the boards. Despite this oversight, the overall quality of their work was highly satisfying. I am particularly pleased with the roof vent they installed. It significantly impacted our air conditioning this past summer, providing noticeable efficiency.
The roofing and gutter installations were beautifully executed, and their attention to detail, such as the soffit work and gutter guards, was commendable. I've recommended them to my neighbors, who inquired about the job after noticing the visible improvement. Throughout the process, communication was seamless. I was consistently in contact with the sales and project management teams. Overall, I’m very pleased with my choice and the end result of the project.

We were in the midst of preparing to sell our home and needed to replace 11 original windows. Victory Home Remodeling reached out to us and I had the sales guy come by. He was a really good guy and he did a really good job. The company also sent a project manager out, and the project turned out to be excellent.
On the installation day, a team of five people worked efficiently and managed to complete the entire job in just one day. They removed all 11 windows, ensured the worksite remained tidy as they went then put in the replacement windows one at a time. The process was simple and seamless, leaving me impressed with their attention to detail and workmanship.
In terms of cost versus quality, while we initially felt that perhaps the project could have been priced lower, when we looked at the design construction, we were very much in favor of the design quality that the victory windows gave us. The company truly delivered what they promised, providing high-quality products and services. They represented who they were and what they would do very well.
For anyone considering home remodeling, I'd confidently recommend Victory Home Remodeling for their reliability and quality.

I researched online and liked what Victory Home Remodeling had to say. They seemed trustworthy, so I went with them for my roofing needs. Their in-home presentation wasn't too long nor too short—just the right amount of time.
When it came to the actual installation, I found their team to be very professional. I have no complaints. They completed the work within two days, which included tearing off the old plywood, and their timeline met my expectations perfectly.
In terms of cost, while I did find it a bit steep, it wasn't excessively so. On the other hand, the overall quality and customer experience during the installation and presentation earned 5 stars from me. Plus, their website was easy to use and navigate, deserving of 5 stars as well.

Victory Home Remodeling offered free inspections for windows and sidings in my area. They caught me at a time when my family had just taken over our house, so it seemed like a good opportunity to see what might need fixing. I ended up asking them to replace 13 windows.
The quality of the new windows has been impressive, and even my neighbors have complimented them. The installation was quite efficient, as they managed to install all 13 windows in one day, which I thought was impressive. The team was professional and made sure not to inconvenience me during the process.
I appreciated their approach during the initial consultation. It was casual and direct, without any pressure or judgment. They provided useful information and even shared photos to show me what required attention.
Overall, I’d rate my experience with Victory Home Remodeling a 5. I'm actually considering having more windows done in the future, as we still have about 20 to go. I chose Victory Home Remodeling after they approached us door-to-door while they were working in the neighborhood. The representatives were friendly and enthusiastic, which gave me a good impression. When they gave their presentation about the service they offer, it was lengthy and detailed but very informative. Being a non-construction person, there were many things I needed explaining, and they took the time to do just that. I started with them by replacing all 10 windows in my house. The team did a commendable job in just 4 to 5 hours. They were very neat, leaving no mess behind—which I really appreciated. They performed so well that I got back to them later for two additional windows in my basement. In terms of service, they were punctual, efficient, and the completed works looked solid. If I wasn't happy with the price, I wouldn't have hired them.

He mentioned how professional and neat the installation team was. According to him, they paid attention to every detail, and their supervisor even made frequent calls to ensure everything was running smoothly, urging us to reach out if any issues arose. I was impressed with the quality of the windows Victory Home offers. Although they might not surpass all the leading companies, I found their product to be of a good standard, especially after the demonstration by their salesman.
The installation process was quite efficient. They arrived on a Saturday morning with a team of two knowledgeable and focused installers. By around 12:30 or 1 o'clock, they were completely done. For the project, they installed three windows over the span of six months.
I would definitely recommend them, as my experience was largely positive. When it comes to cost, I'd rate my experience with a 4 out of 5. The overall customer experience, including the quality of the presentation and installation, also deserves a 4.

On the scheduled install day, the first job was completed in just one day with seamless efficiency. During a final walkthrough, the project manager suggested that a full roof replacement was necessary. Victory Home Remodeling contacted us about roofing services and we were surprised how they knew we were on the lookout for a roofer. They convinced us to buy an expensive roof that turned out to be overpriced. Ultimately, what was more frustrating was that the flashing around the chimney was supposed to be fixed, and it wasn't. During the roof's inspection, they suggested we needed new windows, which were also costlier compared to what we expected. Now, we find ourselves $20,000 in debt. While I can’t completely judge the roof's quality, the flashing around the chimney appears poorly done, and they never came back to fix it as promised. Additionally, the five windows installed for $7,000 aren’t comparable in quality to the ones we already had. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and personable. However, their sales tactics are exceptionally persuasive, making it hard not to feel coerced.

When they came out to present their options, they let me know about all the products they had available and what I was interested in and they gave me the different prices for any such thing. I was impressed with the quality of materials they offered.
I paid for the loan to do the house, and eight months have passed since the team worked on the siding, gutters, and window capping. Everything has held up perfectly, which speaks to their excellent workmanship.
If a friend were to ask about my experience, I'd simply relay what my friend conveyed to me—Victory Home truly delivers. The quality of work was top-notch; I'd easily rate them a perfect score. Both the customer service during the presentation and the seamless installation deserve full marks. I am satisfied with the work that was performed, but communication and response from the company after the work was completed was very poor. There was no cleanup done and I found a lot of nails and debris in my yard and driveway. Had I not cleaned that up myself, my grandchildren could have been hurt and if I ran my lawnmower, there could have been damage to my property or my neighbors' properties. When calling the company and emailing, I had no response back.
Also, there was no QC rep that came out to see the work done on the siding. They were there for the gutters, but for the bigger part of the job, no one showed up. I even asked my project manager and never heard back from him. I also feel like the reps at this company scared me into doing the work that I may not have needed to have done at this time. The sales rep and the QC rep made it sound like they were doing me a favor by giving me a good price. The sales rep said "my boss is pi$$ed that I offered you that price ... "
I have emailed multiple people, even the CEO, and no one responded to my emails showing pictures of the garbage left behind. The lack of response and poor communication is very disappointing for a company who serves consumers. I would not recommend them because if you have issues, you'll be left to fend for yourself.

Regarding the cleanup, your safety and the condition of your property are extremely important to us. Nails or debris left behind is not acceptable and we take this very seriously. We also see your notes regarding QC presence, and we apologize that you felt unsupported at completion, that is not the standard we strive to uphold.

I went with Victory Home Remodeling for replacing four basement windows. It all started when a door-to-door salesman appeared just as I noticed these windows were rotting away, which seemed like perfect timing. They suggested updating all the windows, but I was only interested in replacing the basement ones.
The replacement process took less than a month. They came on a Saturday with a team of about six guys, and their efficiency was impressive as they finished the job quickly.
The quality of their work was satisfactory. Compared to past experiences with other window replacements, it was a lot easier. The salesman was quite informative, offering details and showing samples of what needed to be done. Being retired, I didn't want to commit to a huge expense. I'd received many expensive offers, like one from Andersen for $60,000, which was just unreasonable for me at that stage of life.
Considering these factors, I'd rate them as average.

I obtained quotes from Victory Home and another company, and Victory's pricing was more competitive, with quality that appeared to be comparable. When they came to install about ten windows, the team was efficient and qualified, providing a seamless experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth installation process and appreciated the expertise of the crew. Based on this experience, I would confidently tell friends and family that Victory Home is an excellent choice for window replacement. Though I won't fully see the results until after the winter, the current quality of the windows seems good.
The pricing felt fair, and I have rated my entire experience as five stars. Both my wife and I would recommend Victory Home Remodeling based on our positive encounter with them.

We needed updated windows due to drafts coming into our home. My wife preferred Victory Home Remodeling and we opted for the up-and-down windows, not the sliders as initially considered. The installation process met our expectations. The team arrived and completed the job as scheduled, efficiently finishing everything and leaving no mess behind. I am quite happy with the quality of the windows; they appear well-crafted, though I am still waiting to test them thoroughly against the draft as the weather hasn't turned cold yet. As for the price, it was higher than I preferred. Apparently, these windows were cheaper during COVID times, but I wasn't able to take advantage of that offer. However, they did help in reducing the cost slightly by calling their boss, which I appreciated.

Companies were advertising for a discount on windows, and Victory Home Remodeling was the first one that called as well as came by, and I liked what they said.
The presentation delivered was exceptional, despite me letting the gentleman know I was primarily interested in pricing. He presented with great diligence, and the installer did a very good job—both gentlemen were highly competent. All my large windows for the Florida room were replaced, totaling six expansive floor-to-ceiling units.
At the conclusion of the project, I found their workmanship commendable. Everything came out nice. I’d rate my experience with Victory Home Remodeling about a four due to their good customer service and quality, even though determining the fairness of current pricing is difficult given today's market.
