Victory had a great presentation. They sounded like they knew what they were talking about. They did a great job. The quality of work done was very professional and great. They were very responsive, too. If others are thinking of any remodeling to be done, they should start having a talk with Victory. They have a lot to offer.

“They look like a professional company with good prices, but they’re not. Yes, they’re a legitimate business and they do complete work, but their prices are insanely high and their service is terrible. I got suckered in after a door-to-door salesman talked me into replacing my siding and windows even though my house was in good shape. Their young salesman lied straight to my face about their materials and claimed they manufactured their own windows — they don’t. They just slap their sticker on someone else’s product.
They quoted me one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, then talked me down to one hundred and ten thousand after I agreed to cheaper windows. Then the nightmare started. They showed up with the wrong color windows multiple times — first all white, then half painted, then with broken glass. They kept changing project managers every time they messed up. They even installed my siding before the windows, which they originally said they couldn’t do.
After months of delays and frustration, I told them I was done. They only gave me five windows but still charged me eighty-five thousand dollars. That’s twenty-five thousand dollars for just five windows. On top of that, they threw away sixteen of my original Anderson screens worth over two thousand dollars and lied about it. Months later my bay window trim started falling apart, the siding began warping from heat reflection, and they ignored me for over six months even though I had a fifty-year warranty. Only after I contacted the financing company did they finally fix things — but they still haven’t reimbursed me for the window film/tint or the screens from my original windows they disposed of.
The workers on site seemed like good people. The problem is the management and sales team — a bunch of kids in their twenties who lie to close deals and disappear when problems come up. Corey and Jason in particular made promises they never kept. Bottom line: stay far away. The prices are ridiculous, the execution is a mess, and once you’re locked in, good luck getting them to make it right.”

I liked the kind of materials Victory Home Remodeling was using. Their siding had insulation built into it. We bought double hung windows from them as well. Everything was excellent including the sales team and the installers. The installation was done in a couple of days and the products are very high-quality. It was a little expensive though. Others could negotiate on the price. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

Victory Home Remodeling had quick and knowledgeable salespeople. Also, you wouldn't know the installers were here. We had a little problem with one of the tiles coming up in the wintertime, which we have yet to address. But we had problems with the ice that would be formed because of it and that's it. They did a good job. The price was right and it was efficient. Try Victory for the pricing and how quickly they can put it together.

Victory Home Remodeling followed up with me more than once, because I put them off for about two years. I got double-hung windows and my interactions with them were all lovely. I replaced the windows that were original to my home. So, we're okay with things staying warmer or cooler without the draft. The cost was average, but for me, what also was worth it was the 50-year warranty that I could transfer to a new owner in the future. That's really what sold me.
I did my upstairs windows. I didn't do the downstairs windows and when the last person came, they were trying to sell me, “Let's do all the windows all at once.” I said, “I couldn't afford it.” It may have been the person, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I said, “I was very clear about what I was doing and why.” I don't have to do the whole house all at once. That last little interaction was the one time I felt not heard, but everybody else, I felt heard.

I'm 78 years old and my wife is 83 years old. We had asbestos siding and we initially said that if everything goes up, we’ll let our daughters and sons take care of it because they'll get the house anyway. So, I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money right then and there. But then, two guys from Victory Home Remodeling came over and did a presentation. They told us to let them give us an estimate of the work that was needed, but there was no pushing or shoving. Even if they did, I didn't mind because I know how to say the word “No.”
But one of the guys convinced me. Then a few days later, another guy came and things just rolled right on. Everything went perfectly. They did a couple of walk-arounds after they finished ad the guy that was walking around with me was impressed with the way the contractors cleaned up everything. So, I was impressed with that and I have no complaints whatsoever. Also, I'm glad we did it. The money was not a big issue and we've had compliments from the neighborhood saying that it turned out really nice.

The young man who canvassed the neighborhood was friendly and suggested that I get an evaluation. The sales team from Victory Home was very good and I liked them. The gentleman lived on the same street as my daughter, so there was a bit of a connection. He was with a young lady, and they were both great. They were not pushy at all. I was shown a sample and I was very impressed with the siding. It is lined with a Styrofoam or insulation. It's cool, which makes it hold the shape, plus gives you some insulation. Gutters came with the siding and if I could afford a roof, I'd get one, but I can't.
The installation team didn't speak English, but they were hard workers and clean. The lead guy could understand me and could relate what I said. The workmanship was wonderful and different people who have looked at the house have told me the same thing. It's very well done and I've even talked to people who are in the trade, and they said it was a beautiful job. I was very pleased with the service. The customer service kept in touch on the telephone. They were reachable when I needed them.
My experience with Victory Home was wonderful, too, except for the price. It was 59,000. I'm going to be 77 this year and I'm not going to be here. I didn't have to buy siding for the next owners, but I am in love with it. I don't promote it a whole lot because it was expensive. My son-in-law was a manager of a huge lumber company for years and he said Victory is the most expensive. It was a lot for me at my age to spend. But otherwise, it was excellent. The salesman was honest with me and said I could probably get siding cheaper with another company, but I liked what he was selling. It was just high. I was sick about it for days, but I'm over it now.

There were some windows in my house that needed to be resolved, and from a price standpoint, Victory Home Remodeling was good. I also felt that the timing was gonna be good. They were good at answering questions that might come up, and I was impressed with the support that they provided. It was all very positive. I got slide up and down windows. The installation process was good, and I've had absolutely no difficulties or complaints with any of the windows that were installed. It worked very well. Being that they were replacements to upgrade or fix, it made me feel even better.

Victory Home Remodeling was canvassing the neighborhood, and they came to my door. The presentation was very positive, and the rep, Victor, was great. He made the appointment for all the business guys who showed up here and they had their tools, did their measurements and gave me the prices. They set up the schedule and checked the work. We hired Victory to do fascia, soffits, gutters, and gutter covers and the price was painful. I had to do financing for the big job, and that was seamless. It's one of the cleanest home repair jobs that I had in my entire home-owning life.
Victory Home Remodeling came out in early November 2025, and they did the tear-off. They were reinstalling. They got to my front porch and when they took off the fascia, I found that I had a big section of rotted wood under it. They said that was outside of the normal scope of the work that they were doing. So, they couldn't finish that part, but they finished everything else up. I then had to have an external contractor come in December and replace the rotted wood, and then they came back at the very beginning of January and finished up the job. That was both quick and easy. With Victory Home Remodeling, we got what we paid for. It was top-quality materials and first-rate craftsmanship on all the work that they did. It was on the expensive side, but it's gorgeous. It's absolutely first-rate work all around. It was a full-size living room and there were no shortcuts.

I was looking to get something done and Victory Home was the one that came out. I was very impressed with the representative. Dealing with him was positive. He demonstrated, knew what he was doing and had knowledge of the windows that he was selling. I got seven windows and it didn’t take the installers that long to install them. They were very professional. They came in and cleaned up after themselves, and were in and out. The windows are better than what I had and the pricing was the best, though I didn't look at anybody else other than them. My experience with Victory was good and people should use them.

That day that the reps of Victory came to the door, I was in the mood to talk. So I said, "Okay, come on in. Let's talk." The crew, the guys that came to do the estimate and everything else, were great. The installation went great. They were all kids. I said to the one kid, he looked like he was maybe 12. But he spoke very good, fluent English. The other guys, I could understand a little bit. But they all worked well together. They all did what they were supposed to do and they were zip, zam, zoom, they were out of here. They really did a nice job. Cleanup was great, too.

Victory Home Remodeling was awesome. We Googled and found them online. When the guy came out, he took one window out, put a window in, and he kept going from window to window until he was done. It didn't take long and the work was perfectly fine. Victory Home was professional, in and out.

Victory Home Remodeling was doing a home in my area, and they were doing a door-to-door soliciting letting everybody know that they were in the neighborhood and if we wanted to do a free quote. While they were at the door, I looked at their reviews, the pros and cons, and I could only find one negative review. The one negative review was somebody complaining about their roof. I know a little bit about roofs, so I understood their complaint and it was something that could have been fixed easily. I didn't find any more negative reviews except for two or three of them and they were nitpicking reviews. Aside from that, the man that came and gave us the estimate was really knowledgeable and friendly. We explained to him what we needed and he met our expectations. They gave us a really good financing price. They did a good job at selling their product.
The quality of the windows is really good. It has improved the visual of my home which is a fixer-upper right now. We got a bay window and the kitchen window installed. We have five bedroom windows and a bathroom window installed as well. This was the beginning of January, so it was cold outside and I was having holes in my walls. But they worked with us and did work quickly. They accommodated us and understood that it was cold. They did the biggest windows first. They did the kitchen and the living room because they're right next to each other and we stayed in one of the bedrooms. Then they went moving from bedroom to bedroom. As they did the first bedroom, which was the master, we moved into that bedroom so that we could stay warm.
The group that came was very efficient and personable. There was no arguing or bickering. They got along really well. The project manager was also very hands-on as far as answering any of the questions that we had. We had a rescheduling issue and that was resolved really quickly. Whoever did the scheduling passed it up to whoever was above them and they called us immediately. Victory Home Remodeling did a really good job. They're worth the money.

Victory Home Remodeling was timely despite weather problems. The workers get to it and know their work. They have a limited ability to communicate in English. There were two of the members that spoke English very well. I don't speak very much Spanish. I can't call it a problem because there was someone who could speak to me in English. Also, the supervisor was there every day. One of the managers checked in each day to ask how the work was going. They made rounds with all the sites they were working on. They weren't there every day, but they checked in with me every day. They were very professional and they cleaned up everything.
The work seemed very expensive to me and they validated the expense of it with the quality of the materials they use. I don't know enough to say that they were exaggerating or not. Also, they told me that I needed more work done and that I needed a new roof. I did not need a new roof. And the finance company was a high percentage for the the loan for paying. The bank had an 11.99%. But if I add on a new roof, they can lower it down to 7.1, down to what the banks could do. I said, "That's ridiculous. I just had a roof done five years ago." "Oh, no, you didn't." "Don't argue with me." They were very pushy in that way. Other than that, I was surprised that they got the work done in the time that they did because they've been delayed in a prior job and that prior job had bad weather. They started mine a day or so late, but they finished it in the time it was estimated. I was very impressed with their work.

I got two windows that were standard bedroom windows from Victory Home, and a bay window as well. The folks who were involved were pretty solid, well-informed, and pretty clear from the beginning to the end of the project. I liked their level of review and deep dive into what their plan was and what they were going to be installing visually, and features, capabilities. The installation was solid and efficient as well.
However, they have folks keep coming into the neighborhood and then introducing themselves and saying they're working down the street. That's fine, but I've had two different projects done. They should know who I am and not try to upsell me again on something. I just did with them. There should be a level of familiarity with who's done business in the area before you're knocking on doors.

I had another service and I had several windows done by them a couple of months before. And although their service was good, I thought the price was high. Victory was in my neighborhood and they came around the neighborhood, and I spoke to the man and told him to come and give me some information. And I really liked the windows a lot, so I finished up my job with them. I got the high-energy-efficient green glass for the window pane. They're heat-resistant, with a lifetime warranty. I'm very happy with that. I just thought I still paid a little more than I should have, but that's the way it goes in this game. They kept up with the job. They were constantly in contact. There was communication throughout the whole project. It was quickly done. The day they came in, they were very efficient.
They seemed to be very knowledgeable. It wasn't as though there were subcontractors on the job. It seemed that everybody there was skilled, that they were trained very well, and the project went off without a hitch. They also came in and re-measured about three times before they actually did the final job to be sure that the measurements were perfect. And I have seen an unbelievable difference this entire winter with my windows. I'm so thrilled that I got them done before the crazy winter that we had because my house was very much draft-free and quite warm.

I was looking at Andersen. They gave me a quote, but it was a large quote. Then I saw an advertisement for Victory Home Remodeling on my cellphone. I put in my information and they called me. I enjoyed their customer service. They were excellent. The guys that came in and did the work were pleasant. They showed up on time and did the work. They cleaned up well too. They did 15 windows and came back for the gutters. There are a couple of minor things on the outside and the trimmings but other than those, they did an excellent job. I would tell others to give Victory Home Remodeling a chance because I love them. The only thing is their interest rate is very high.

I had good experience with Victory Home Remodeling. When I met the salespeople, I liked the company. It seemed to be a reputable company with good quality products. I purchased two double-hung windows from them. They look to be very high-quality windows, and they were at a fair price. I dealt with multiple people, from salespeople to installers, and they were all very good. Installation went fine. They did a really good job. It was quick and easy and painless.

The house had not been given new siding in 35 years, and the insulation under our old siding was breaking down. Victory Home wanted to make the house more energy-efficient and appear better. I was very happy with the team. They worked hard. They were incredibly polite. They did a great job keeping the work area clean, cleaning up afterwards every day, and they were efficient in completing the job. Even when they were working, it was well-organized and clean. So I would recommend them because did a great job.

A young salesperson knocked on my door and I usually don’t answer the door, but he seemed sincere and nervous. It was also very cold outside, so I decided to listen. At the time, I needed a new roof because I was having trouble with the gutters, and he took my name and phone number and said I would get a call from his company in a few days. And Victory Home did. We set up an appointment, and the representative, Michael, who came to our home gave a phenomenal presentation. He brought samples of the products they would use on the roof and went through everything with my wife and me. He also walked around the perimeter of the house to check for damage on the existing roof and showed me what he found. He even went up into the attic and showed me certain things. He was very straightforward,
I also have some construction experience from when I was younger, and my father was in the construction business, so I had an idea of what he was talking about. His presentation was very impressive, which was what convinced me. The supervisor told me the job would be done in two days, and I didn’t believe him at first. The house is older and they had to remove the existing roof down to the frame. Being in the business, I knew that was a lot of work. But they came with a crew of about seven and worked late into the night using lights to work on the roof. They returned the second day and removed the second layer on the opposite side of the home. Sure enough, the roof was done.
Victory Home was very open-minded and I didn’t get blown away when I had questions. Even though most of the crew spoke Spanish, a couple of workers communicated in English and were upfront. I liked the quality of the work and I was very satisfied. My neighbor next door is planning to have his roof done this summer, and I already gave him their card. A woman across the street also asked about it, so I shared the business card with her as well.
Victory Home is very professional. They’re not a gigantic company, but I did some research before committing and saw that they’re expanding into other cities. After the roof was finished, another representative came out to finalize everything and asked if I needed any additional work. I told him I was good, but he pointed out that my windows were very old. The house is about 115 years old. He even said that even if I didn’t use them, I should consider replacing the windows because it would help save on heating costs in the winter. Later on, they came back with another financing option through the third-party lender they use, which combined the roof and windows at a lower interest rate.
I also got windows done, and the installation went just as smoothly as the roof work. Overall, I was very satisfied and recommend Victory Home. They're a very good company. It was a little more expensive than I thought. But with the costs of today and being in the business in the early part of my life, material is expensive. It took me back, but I was financially able to do it. Otherwise, I wouldn't have done it.
It's a big investment in your home, especially a roof. For what I got, this roof will last longer than me. I always want the lowest price. But it didn’t blow me out of the water. I've had contractors come here, and I talked to people, and they were less money, but probably not as good a quality. I was most impressed with the quality of the products that Victory Home showed me and installed on my roof. Everything they used was top quality and state-of-the-art. Some contractors might cut corners and use cheaper materials, but that didn’t seem to be the case here, and that was very important to me.

We had been searching for about two years to find a good company and reps from Victory Home happened to stop and talk with me at a fair. They told me step by step what they were gonna do. They came by the house, and we liked what they were saying and the pricing, so we went with them. We purchased a roof for our home and the garage. The manager was good. He was available anytime we called to ask questions, and the main person from the team who came spoke English. The other crew didn't speak English but it was okay because whatever they needed to say, they said through the main person and we got what we needed.
The installation process was quick and easy. The team did it within a day and a half. They dropped off the garbage bin on a weekend, and we had to hold it for a little bit, but they came and got it on the next business day. So, everything was smooth. The quality is good and the roof is keeping our attic warm. We haven’t seen many flies and we haven’t had any animals coming through. So there are no leaks, and that’s good. If we could pay nothing, that would be great. But everything is a cost, and it's okay. You should be straightforward and give Victory Home a price upfront, so you know what you're working with.

I wanted Victory Home Remodeling to install my windows and it was good. I've had the windows for a few months and they're all right. I could’ve saved a little though. Still, I've already recommended Victory to my brother. I asked him to call them and maybe they gave him a better price than mine.

My son looked up Victory Home, which was how we got them, and I purchased 14 windows. The people that I dealt with were very good, but being a novice, I didn't realize that that's what I was going to get. I have two bedrooms in the front, and one of them was not like the original because it wasn’t new construction. I had to do the other one just to balance out the top since I have a split-level. I was not happy about that. I like that the grids are inside the windows but I don’t like that they’re smaller than what I assumed. I thought they were going to be the exact size that I had there. People should know what they’re getting, because I didn’t. The quality of work was not that neat. When I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled before, they put down cloths every time they went up and down the steps. This time, I had to ask them to do that the second time they came. I shouldn’t have to ask people to be neat.

Victory Home Remodeling knocked on the door and the timing was perfect for them. I had a leaking window and I needed it fixed. They happened to be the first one to knock on the door before I could make phone calls, and the wife made me sign the papers just before I could call anybody else. We bought double hung windows from them.
Everyone was pleasant. I enjoyed the sales guy that came to the house after the person who knocked. The actual appointment was made with the sales guy. He was really friendly, and he did a great presentation. The installer did a good job. Everything was great. It's just their window job was very expensive. Quality-wise, it's better than the windows that was there. One of the old ones we had was leaking, and another had bubbles in it, and it was so freezing cold. My daughter was complaining about all the noise that was coming in. So, the new windows were an improvement. There's 100% noise reduction.

Somebody from Victory Home Remodeling came out to do a quote and that took a little longer, but he was awesome. He explained to me the whole process, then we did the financing. That part took long, but then after that, the two gentlemen came to get the final measurements. I had them do just the front because that was all that I could afford right now. They told me how long the job was gonna take and when they were going to start, and it was seamless. Seven people worked at my house in two days and for that amount of work, I wouldn't be able to do it. Their work is beautiful too. I would tell friends and relatives to go for Victory Home Remodeling.

I used to have solid copper ridge molding on the ridges of the roof and it was really expensive for me to put on. I was sick at the time Victory Home Remodeling did the installation, so I could hardly walk and wasn't going out. I saw a bunch of the ridge moldings sitting in the yard then they were telling me they were done. I looked at the job and whatever work they did looks fine to me. I asked the head guy in the job, who I wasn't very impressed with, where my ridge molding was and he said it might be in the dumpster. But it was not in the dumpster. We ended up settling on $1,000 off the price, which is way less than it actually cost. I wasn't in the mood to be able to fight anybody so much, so it ended up being that.
They gave me a discount on putting insulation up in the attic. The guy who came to do it was not from Victory Home Remodeling. He was someone that they contracted with. He did all the work until he got to the very end where there's a part that sticks out further than the rest of the attic. Instead of going along with the shape of that part, he just covered it over straight. I told him to do it the right way but he said he couldn't do it any other way. I waited until the manager guy came along. I told him, but I got more ** from him. At one point, he started quoting stuff out of the contract. The job cost me money but I still don't have that top piece done right. I would never ever recommend Victory Home Remodeling to anybody.

We purchased six windows from Victory Home Remodeling. The installation process was good and the team was excellent. From the first guy until the job is completed, everything was good. It was a very neat and professional job. The windows were good. My wife is saying it's too expensive. It's very good, but it could be a little less.

I called Victory Home Remodeling and made an appointment. The guy that came in, Marvin, was very helpful, and explained to me everything. I did the first floor which had 14 windows. They said that when they took it out, they forgot to put back the blinds inside. I didn't mind because I also changed the Venetian blind, customized also from 3 Day Blinds. But the rest on the back, they cut off the grill. It has a iron grill that support the window of where to put the AC. So I'm waiting for my time to not get busy because I'm gonna call them to put it back. Victory told me before that whatever they took care of, they will put it back at the same place.
Overall, the team at Victory was very nice and friendly. They were open to conversation, like suggestions and opinion. The only thing that I didn't like was the interest in their financing. If you agree with their financing, they will charge you 12%. The interest is too high.

We had several quotes and Victory Home Remodeling had a cheaper price for the same quality as other companies. We changed two windows and the siding of the front of the house. It was a two-day job. One day, they came, did the two windows, and prepared for the next day. The next day, they came and they did everything in one day. They did a very good job. I spent some time talking to the rep and I decided that I needed to make some adjustments. He showed me some things that needed to be corrected on the house. So, we put together a package of work that they completed very nicely. It took Victory Home Remodeling one day for the guttering, and a day and a half, for the soffits and the fascia. Part of the fascia had to be broken into too many pieces because it's a curve and the material doesn't bend in that direction. Then they apply it to the fascia on that curved part of the roof. I was very impressed. Their products are very good.

I was impressed with Victory Home’s product as well as the representative. I had five basement windows installed and the installers were professional. The cost was too high though. Because afterwards, when I looked through other people's products, I think I paid too much. I regret it but it’s the price. The quality is good so it must be why I'm paying that much. Besides the windows, Victory also did the siding of the house.

The whole project was very efficient. They had to come back and do the one window. But it was taken care of quickly. It took about a week for the whole project with the windows included. So far, so good. We would recommend Victory. If you need the work done, they're good at coming and doing it and they're efficient and saves you time. Also, the pricing is pretty good.

When Victory Home Remodeling came over and did their pitch, they were very honest and I felt like everything was good. I got a new roof, new gutters, and new windows. There were no hiccups. They did the roof in one day, they did the gutters in one day, and then they did the windows in one day. They were very easy to deal with. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and they were able to give me a good payment plan and it was helping me to not break the bank.

The salesperson was very professional and explained everything. Then I had a couple of more visits after that to further explain and get prices on everything. The install date itself went without a hitch. They said they were gonna be here on a certain day and time, and they were here at exactly that time.
The quality is very good. There are some spots and seams. But it's just the nature of the beast. They're not gigantic, thick seams. You can just tell where they put them together in some spots. The front of the house is perfect. It's just the very back of the house, but basically where people wouldn't even notice. The only reason I noticed is because it's my house and I'm going through it like a fine-tooth comb. All in all, it was a good experience. Victory's product is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.
