My husband liked how Victory presented things. We went with them and we purchased the Queen Anne style windows from them. Their reps were very pleasant. They explained everything on how everything was going to be done, and about how long it was going to take, and when they were going to be here. They were on time and it all worked out.
The installation seemed to be quick and easy. There weren't any issues. They were done within a few hours. So far, so good. We had a really bad storm here yesterday and the windows held up. I kept checking. We also had the gutters done and we like how everything was taken care of professionally and the cleanup, too. The reps were very personable and were very nice. They were professional and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

I opened the door, and here were these two young men from Victory Home who were amazingly engaging. When they came in, they told me Victory this and Victory that, and I had never heard of them. The very next day, I said to them, "I have to go to South Jersey," and I said, "I'm not going to be around in case you need to call me." I was in way South Jersey, on the turnpike, and who goes by me but a Victory truck. I never heard of them in my life, and here it was. I was like, “This must be a sign." It was so funny. They said, "Oh, yeah. We have an office down there." I said, "Yeah. You do, 'cause I saw the truck." They were very friendly and asked if I could set up an appointment. I never do that, but they charmed me. I set up an appointment. They were funny, and they were respectful. I had no intention of spending the amount of money I spent.
I did need a new roof. My husband had passed away the past year. We had been talking about a new roof, and we always put it off. And now I'm here alone; I have to keep this house up. When they came for the appointment, they had all the equipment with all the tiles. And what they were going to do, it seemed like a very high-quality job to me. They knew what they were talking about. They spent a lot of time with me very patiently. They were also very well-versed in the product.
I was a businesswoman my whole life. So, I appreciate someone who knows their product. And they did. I asked them a question. I interviewed them more than they interviewed me. I asked them if they liked working for this company. And they were over the top, couldn't say enough, wanted to stay there, thought that this was going to be a long-time career, liked the working conditions, liked the hierarchy, liked the ability for advancement. All of these things- I thought these were happy employees, so this is a good thing.
They did my roof. And then as they were doing the roof, because my house is built in the 1950s, and we've only had it sided once. I was going to have one big windstorm, and that was going to be it. I didn't really want to do it, but I figured I was in good hands with the same people who did the roof, and then they could match their work on the roof with the siding.
They found some problems. And the one guy who was the head of the project said to me, "I really want you to do this, because I think if you don't, you're going to have a problem." I thought about it long and hard. He took some pictures that concerned me as well. I decided to go ahead and do it, because there's just no time like the present, and there's no good time to spend that kind of money. But it's done. I'm very happy with the work.
It didn’t take long for them to finish the project. By the time everybody came through here, and we decided what to do and where to start, it had to be at least the first week of November. The roof was done in two days. There was a little bit of order time, because we didn't know they were going to side when they first came either. So, they had to order and all of that stuff. That was a few days. Before Thanksgiving, the whole thing was done.
It had the beige color. We just thought it was easier because they told me that the front of my house didn't need to be sided because there's an overhang and it had been protected for many years. There really wasn't any reason to side that part of the house. I said, "Okay. If I'm leaving that there, then we've got to match the color to the rest of them." Which they did. It's perfect.
The cost was a little on the high side, expense-wise. But you get what you pay for. I know that they did things in a very efficient way, which is why they probably cost a little bit more. And I also know that the materials they use probably aren't being used by these other things that I see happening.

When we set up the appointment with Victory, two gentlemen came. One was in training, and the second one was with them. They took an interest in what I had in the backyard. And they started throwing discs and frisbees into one of my disc catchers that was in the backyard. As strange as that is, that is what sold me on going with Victory eventually, because they took an interest in something that I like.
The installation was very good. The first offer was for the windows. We had windows that we wanted to replace. So, they did the windows, the fascia, the gutters, and the guards with them. And then they came back, and they asked if we wanted new siding. And my wife opted for that as well. They came twice. They were all good workers. And the attention to detail was top-notch.
The windows, the fascia, and the gutters were done in one day. That was very seamless and of real quality. And the siding took almost a week. That was a little longer because siding does take longer. But they were very professional. And we were very happy with both installations. We got a lot of compliments from our neighbors about the color afterwards, after it was all done. The quality was excellent. We love the windows. We changed the style just slightly. We went from those divided-look windows to just a straight window, and we're very happy with the look of them, as well as the trim that went all the way around them, because they had to replace the trim with them. We're very pleased with the overall look, the quality, and the result. The financing was easy as well. And we liked that part of it. We were able to afford it. We have since paid off the siding loan that we got.

I was getting some advertisements about windows and a bunch of calls from different people, probably as a reply to something. Victory Home Remodeling was one of the companies that called back. We were thinking about getting estimates on windows, so I set up a time for them to come over. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product and it was very positive dealing with him. The only thing was that he was here a long time and we ended up signing up after he gave us the quote for the windows. He was very nice and went through everything with us. I didn't feel pressured. Our windows were very old, and we knew we wanted them replaced. Some didn't stay up anymore and they were not energy efficient.
After we went forward, someone came back and did an exact measurement. My only feedback, which I also gave to the project manager of the project was that, at the last minute, when the guy was measuring the windows, we decided we wanted black instead of white for our front windows. They did come out nice. But when we switched to that, something changed with the screen. So, apparently, for the white ones, there's a half screen that goes up and down. It's double-hung. So, if you want to put your window top down, you can push it up and then put your window down. But with the black front windows, the screen doesn't move, and I didn't realize that. After the installers were done and they were asking us to go through the windows, the screen doesn’t stay up when I push it up. And I was upset.
The people that came to install were very professional and cleaned up after. They were here almost the whole day because we had 13 windows. So, it was a big process. I told the project manager that the people who came to measure the windows and the sales rep both told us the way that the windows were installed. They said that they push the old ones out. They’re in your house, and then they push them outside, which makes sense. It doesn't make a mess in your house. Then, they put the new windows from the outside in, but they have to come back in and put the windows from the inside out. It was just a miscommunication, and I said it wasn't a big deal, but they made a big deal. There were also a couple of spots where our paint got nicked around the frame of the window where you have the wood frame.
The quality of the windows is fantastic. They're well-made and beautiful, and I love them. We're happy with that. Even when the salesperson came and showed us how they're made, we liked that they have their own manufacturing. And the biggest thing that we liked is that they were warrantied for 50 years, and it's transferable. Everything is in-house, and the sales, manufacturing, installation and warranty are all together and we like that. Everybody who came in contact with me was very professional. People should give Victory a chance. They’re worth listening to, to see if they work for that person's home. The pricing seems high, but they are cheaper than some others.

Victory Home Remodeling first showed up with a cold knock on the door and we chose them because they were an honest group. The price was decent and the financing was good. On the first round, six windows total were installed. The day of the installation, the quality assurance gentleman came through and sold me on another six windows. So, we got 12 done total.
The first time around, from signing the contract to the installation, it took probably three weeks. Then, it was a one-day installation with one person. The next time around, it probably was another four weeks before they did the installation. A two-man group came and they were done in a few hours. The quality of the work was excellent. You could see the finesse and the skill of the contractor when they did the surround of the window from the outside. That was key to the presentation of what you see from the outside of the house.
I had a tree fall and it caused some damage to one of the surrounds. I called Victory because I was looking to get a quote for someone to come out and fix it. I was told it should be covered under the warranty, so they would send a service tech out to take a look. About three weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. It turned into me calling and not getting calls back, which was frustrating. The quality of the work was great, but the communication during the warranty process wasn't. I'm a small business owner myself, so I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I rarely get combative, but I had to push hard just to get a response. Once they came out and fixed it, though, I was back to being very happy.
The repair was covered under warranty, there were no issues, and they did more than I expected. Everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a great purchase. A lot of companies talk up their warranties, but the follow-through is what really matters. It was a little bit of a hassle getting someone out, but in the end they honored the warranty and took care of everything free of charge.

We went to the home show in Secaucus, and we got to talk to the Victory Home guys there. They were super nice and really took their time with us, explaining everything and what the differences, the pros, and the cons were. They gave us the business card. And when we got home, we talked it over. We decided to go with them because the product seemed better, more costly, but better and would last longer. We thought the resale value would be really good because there's no way we're going to be here another 50 years.
The installation went very smoothly. They didn't block the entryway, so we could get in or out if we needed to. They were respectful. They made sure that there was nothing that we could stand on. All the equipment that got dropped off to do the project was not blocking any sidewalks. And we're a corner property, so this was good because we didn't worry about people tripping or any hazards or anything lying around. They were very clean. They cleaned up after themselves every day. It was quick and efficient. They were friendly. And we didn't have to really worry about one little thing.
We had all the windows replaced. They removed the previous siding, and then they wrapped the house, and then they sided it. What's been really nice is all the compliments that we have gotten. As a matter of fact, we just got one yesterday from a neighbor on another street, just saying how much he really likes our house and how he's happy that we went with the larger siding instead of all that skinny stuff. From front to back and side to side, it's really made a difference. It's an eye popper. The roughing blends in really well. The biggest benefit has been that it's quieter in the house, and it seems to keep it a little cooler 'cause we haven't been through a winter yet. I'm assuming it'll be warmer. We're happy.

A young man from Victory Home Remodeling was going around from house to house. I was leaving out and he pulled up to my car and asked if he could speak with me for a minute. He was very nice young man. We started talking about their service and I decided to ahead with them. I liked what he was saying and how he sounded. Thereafter, two guys came out and showed me the demonstration of the products, how the windows are strong and that they don't break easily. Somebody threw a ball and it was supposed to be soundproof. I heard noise a little bit, but not really that much outside. They seemed very honest as well.
They put in windows all over the house, in my living room, in my dining room, in the basement, and in all the bedrooms. In my bedroom, I have the ones where you just pull it top down. I also got the roof and the siding done. I liked how they worked and everything was done in a decent manner of time. I like the windows a lot. I love how the ones in the living room slide back and forth. They're nice, good quality windows. The cost was a good deal too. However, I noticed last week up in one of the girls' rooms that there was a hole on the window screen. I think it came from the nails because a lot of nails were falling when they were doing the roof. They tried to get out most of the nails but even after they left, it was still a lot of nails out there. The job was just done in April so the screen shouldn't be tearing that fast.

I got seven windows done and there were no hiccups. Victory Home Remodeling came in, and they got done. The guy said it would take a few hours. I already figured in my head it'll be about half a day and it was. The windows are good quality. It's better than any window I've seen.

Victory Home Remodeling did my upstairs windows and they were a 10 out of 10. Their pricing is a bit difficult though. Sometimes, I'm not anticipating such a high cost, but that's just on my end ‘cause the money's tight. However, they have an offer for recommendations and I've told a few people. “Hey, they got a decent discount,” and I get it.
Their customer service is great. Everyone who's come and done the work was more than flexible with my schedule. Everyone's always been very nice and helpful too. I just had to reschedule ‘cause I was planning on getting my windows done again. Right now, I've had four windows done and it's been extremely helpful. I have an old house and now all the bugs can't get in. I'm looking at getting another five windows done on the main floor.

Replacement window & patio door and changing my front window to a bay window has been a huge improvement for my home. The service men was courteous, promp, on point. Job was completed within the morning and old windows and debris was removed. Financing was reasonably accessible. I believe I'm going to save a lot on my heating expense this yr since the windows are well insulated. I will recommend anybody interested in replacing windows and doors to consider Victory for the job.

I saw Victory Home Remodeling online, and I called them, then they came and did their work. The first process, ‘cause it was gutters, took a week or two. I also had windows put in, then I had another set of windows put in. So, it took a little time. My interactions with Victory were all awesome and everything is perfect. The guys did a great job on the window. We also had a sliding glass door replaced. They were really decent people, and they did good work. The rep from Victory Home Remodeling came to the door. That was when the stock market was doing well. By the time they put the window in, I lost a ton of money in the stock market. When they came and installed the window, they said, “You’re gonna need to redo the siding of your house. And I can only guarantee it for two years, and I could give you a rate.” However, I'm not putting more money in my house now when I'm losing money in the stock market. I gotta wait for it to go back up. I ain't got the money. I'm not gonna lay out money I don't have. What do you not understand? Nice guy, but I was like, “No. When I get the money, I will." He said, “I don't even know how much plywood is underneath the siding.” It’s usually 10 boards or more. I said, “I can't lay out money I don't have.” That's where we're at. As long as the stock market's down, I'm afraid to look.
I now got a bow window in the front of my house. I love it. They're very good, and they're guaranteed. Even if it breaks or a screen goes bad, Victory said they’d fix it. The only thing these windows open and close, and they are a little flimsy on the handles. It would have been better if they could have put something metal instead of plastic. But everything else is fine.

I originally was gonna have someone else to do the work, but somehow I could not get back in touch with them. Just as I was thinking about maybe not getting the work done, Victory came to the door. They have people going through the neighborhood, walking from door to door. They talked to me and set up an appointment, and someone came to the house and went over everything. I know I needed the work done, and I just went on and went with them. The workers were very good. They went nonstop. It was done in three different sessions. Somebody did the roof, somebody did the soffits, and then somebody did the water spout drain. It was a very smooth transition from one project to the next. It was only a few days in between the process. The only thing that really got me was, the price was phenomenal. I put a hefty down payment, and the rest was financed.
I couldn't have asked for better installation. It seems like they go for perfection. I don't think I could have asked for a better job than what they did. The final product is beautiful. My neighbors were commenting that it is very nice. Victory gives a 50-year warranty if anything happens. If anything happens, they will fix whatever it is free of charge. If you want an excellent job done, go with Victory. But if your pocketbook cannot afford it, maybe get a different company. They did a great job, but the price was phenomenal.

Victory Home Remodeling's sales representative came. He explained the product the best he could, and I understand it, because not only did he explain it, but showed it. So, I like the product. However, there was an extra one window he added in there by accident. I know he didn't mean that. And I miscounted. It was 27 windows and one door. But he accidentally put 28 windows and one door. The misunderstanding was he counted 28, but one of them was the door. He put the window 28 and one sliding door after. After all the price negotiation was okay, he made an appointment for the guy to come to remeasure and recounting and any adjustment, what need, we will talk about again, but a different guy.
This guy is more like specialist, not a sale. He's a measurement guy. He's very good. He caught one extra window. That's how I noticed. He deducted the cost out. So far, it’s fair. And the window itself is good until now. What the guy did with the insulation was good. But they were a bit sloppy and almost forgot one window. I caught it. They packed it up. They left. They get ready to leave, all the ladders on the truck. I said, "You missed one window on the bathroom wall." They took the ladder down and redid it. If I didn't catch that, they would have left.
Also, during the process of installing, they dented some of my Gutter Helmet. It's a cover of the gutter. When it rains, it keeps the leaves out. They dented some of that, and the ladders right on the top the helmet, and I showed them. I said, “Your guy leaned the ladder on top of there, and you dented it.” They tried to deny it. I said, "How can you deny? Look right there. You didn't move the ladder yet. Look, the ladder sit right on it.” They didn't accept it. What are you talking about? It's right there. So, I was frustrated a bit. After that, I wrote the check, gave it to the guy who does the inspection and collects the money. I know the job is almost done, so I didn't care. He said, "Since I get the check, can you do any compliments online? Like how good we do.” I said, "I don't know how to do all that.
He clicked my email. He clicked on the compliment. I said, “Go ahead and type whatever you think is good.” I let him type because I don't know all that stuff. He typed the best he can type, brag about his own company, and collected the check. But he left before the job was complete. He was supposed to be the last guy to leave, but he didn't. He left before. I do my own inspection, and I caught that window the installer missed. I did all that work on myself. From that on, towards the end, I was mad. I like the product. But the service, including that collecting the check, I was mad at them. I didn't feel like recommending to anybody, but I like the window. I don’t like the attitude of the service. He got the compliment. He got the check. He was, “I'm out of here.” That’s not right. I like the product, but I don't like the service.

I spoke to two of Victory's representatives, and I eventually decided I wanted to work with them. The windows and the siding seem fine. But the problem was centering around method of payment like when to start and how do they want their money. Also, there are too many different companies attached to them. I didn't really care for the repayment system at all. It wasn’t clear. I had different representatives and we talked about the contract and pricing but I'm still a little frustrated as to what this whole payment system is. I was satisfied with everything except the payment. I wouldn't recommend Victory to anybody based on lack of clarity there.

They were very good. They came and put the windows in in one visit, and cleaned it all up. I liked the windows. It looked like they would last and were nicer than the ones I had, but mine were quite old.

Salespeople from Victory Home Remodeling came to our development and we discussed things. I needed new windows, and they brought a cutaway sample window. I liked what I saw compared to the samples other companies had shown me. I got 23 windows, and the job took about two and a half days. I expected it to take longer, but the installers did a very good job. The quality of the windows was excellent, and I was very happy with the experience. I would recommend Victory. They did a marvelous job, but the price is high compared to Pella or Andersen. They're expensive but I could afford it, thank God.

I had eight windows, the siding, and the roof installed by Victory. They were punctual. There's always someone to contact. They got it done very quickly. They're more expensive than a lot of other places, but I like them. The convenience of it was worth it to me. The quality of the products is good too.

Victory did my gutters and five windows. They were really good. One window, they measured it, but it didn't fit right. They immediately ordered a new one and came in less than a week. It was expensive, but it was worth it. It was a great experience.

When Victory came in to do the installation, they identified themselves and the windows that they were doing. They took out the old windows, cleaned up everything, found some growths and other things near the bathroom, secured and double-checked everything, and put the windows in. They did one bathroom window and two bedroom windows. It took about four hours. The quality was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and the outside also. So, they were very efficient.
When I went outside and watched what they were doing, they didn't mind me being there. I didn't annoy them. They did an excellent job. If I had any questions while they were working, they would stop and give me the answers. I've been through five houses. I've had other installers and they didn't communicate with their customers. But Victory did. They communicated about any problems or concerns, whether they were doing something or not doing something, plus they followed up.

Somebody from Victory Home Remodeling rang my bell at the time when I discovered that the company I was going to use to do a new roof for me was not able to do it. So, their timing was very good because I was getting estimates at that time. Since they seemed to me to be very thorough and buttoned up, I went with them. They did my roof and they had a good system in place for project management. They answered all my questions very clearly and addressed any concerns I had. I have no problem with the quality of their work and to the best of my knowledge, it was very good. I would recommend them.

Victory Home had an excellent reputation and seemed more thorough when I was looking at other companies. The sales technique needs a little work, though. Sometimes I feel like I'm dealing with a used car salesman. But the work itself is excellent. Everything was positive and worked well. The installers worked quickly and were very clean. It’s too early to tell but so far, the quality of the products has been excellent. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Our house is 50 years old. So, it really needed a lot of work. There was some moss growing on the roof. The Victory rep was so nice. He said, “We can just have somebody come and talk to you about it. You're not under any obligation...” So I said, “Okay.” We had the roof done, and then they were checking the siding. So, then we had that done. It is very good quality. I love how it looks, although it doesn't look much different because we stayed with the same colors, but it just does look wonderful. I saw some of the old siding that they tore off, and I could see that the vapor barrier was just a little thin slab of something, whereas the recent one, it was a very thick vapor barrier. So, that was where our issues were when it was done in 2020. They didn't use the proper technique and the quality of the siding was not what it should have been, and that’s what we had achieved with it. So, I'm very satisfied.

Victory Home Remodeling did a roofing job for me, and I was happy with it. This time, they did double-hung windows. They did a good job and didn't keep me waiting. Sometimes, we'd be here at 9 o’ clock, and people would show up 4:00 or 5 o’ clock in the afternoon. I don't like when they tell you they'd be there at a certain time but you wind up killing the whole day, staying at the house, waiting for them to show up. I love the windows. Victory gave me a good price as well.

The gentlemen from Victory Home Remodeling that came out for our windows and doors were excellent. They did a fabulous job. They were very thorough and very clean. I can't get over how clean they were, especially the guys that came and did the door. Usually, after you have work done, you have to go behind them and clean up. I didn't even have to. They get a star recommendation from me if there was something that I could give. They were really nice and very polite. I have not been ripped off.
Victory Home caught me on a day when I said yes. I had in my mind to do the window that they did, and then they saw that the other window needed to be done as well. So, I took their suggestion because I don't wanna have to be down the road and have to put a window in. When their guys came out, they were very congenial. They won me over. Normally, I don't adjust that quickly. Usually, they gotta call me and come back but they were good.
My door is so pretty. I get so many compliments. My baby blue door gets lots of compliments. As far as the windows, they're regular ones. They don't go back and forth. They're not slide across. They're up and down windows. Quality is excellent. The problem I had with this window that I'm standing in front of was a pain in the neck. It used to leak when it rained. And as much rain as we just had, I ain't seen near a drop of water. That's a plus for me. I'm so glad they did this one. Overall, the service has been wonderful.

We thought about getting stuff done but weren't looking at the time a guy from Victory went door to door. He set up the appointment for us, and when the next representative came, did the primary inspection, showed us what would be done, worked up the price and what the interest rate would be, we figured we would go with Victory. He showed us the quality of the materials being used, and we also liked that they have a lifetime warranty. We got a custom window instead of a premade one. They took the measurements and ordered that one. It's good.

I put in a general application online and different companies responded. Initially, we weren't going to go with Victory, but then there was a follow-up call. In the end, we went with them because of the quality of the product and the fact that they were able to work out for what was for us a more reasonable cost. They installed six windows and they did a good job. We’re pleased with the quality of the work and the product itself. My wife was more into the way things latched or opened, how you can pull the window towards you, and clean it. And so far, we have no complaints.

A guy from Victory Home was going door to door. We had him come in and tell us all about it, and he showed us the demonstration. My husband and I talked about it. The price was reasonable, and they're excellent quality windows. They slide up and down. The people we worked with were all very helpful. The installation process went smooth as butter. It took all day because it was just one guy on his own, and he likes to work alone. We only had four windows done last time. Then we booked the rest of the house, and they're coming in July for that. We're very happy with Victory Home. Any questions I needed answering, I would text, and they would immediately get back to me, or I would call. If they didn't pick up, they called me back within 10 minutes. Everything was excellent.

The girl from Victory Home who came to talk to me and to inspect my windows was very positive, and I really liked her. I went with her because of that. I purchased a sliding glass door with the blinds in between. I got a front window with slides back and forth, the kitchen window, and then three windows in my bedroom. The Victory team was very good. They answered all my questions. They were very polite. I love the windows. The quality is very good. They were a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

My complaint is during the introduction and signing papers I was excited about getting a roof the same day and that they say my roof was in bad shape, they were talking about gave in, yeah all this was said I forgot to look at the interest I was gonna be paying, I sign everything. They were saying I had good credit but when I got my first bill my interest was 9.9. I feel that is too high for someone with good credit, and the finance company they set me up with I am not crazy about, they take the interest out of my payments each month, I never paid a bill like that before. I am use to paying if my bill is 600.00 and I pay 300. I owe 300. If I would have know this I would have not gotten the roof with them, or went with Upgrade who they finance me with.
Plus the roofers left all the debris in my attic. I did not think to check, I feel like I was rip off, I am 74 years old, they did finish in one day about 5 or 6 of them, it looks attractive, I think I have a lifetime warranty on the roof. I have to go back and read it, the work was done in 2025, Aug, I learned something from this experience. The job on contract is 17,800. which I feel was high. When I finish paying it off it gonna be more, I would not recommend this company to no one. Plus I am tired of feeling and being ripped off.

Victory Home Remodeling did the roof, the soffits and the gutters. Working with them was easy. They laid out everything upfront. The workers were methodical as far as keeping things nice. They were also prompt. They ran into a problem, and it changed the price a little bit. But they worked with me, and we came to a good conclusion on it. I could see that there was an issue, and they had to do extra stuff, but they did it well.
The roof was finished in one day, and the other stuff was the second day. When they ran into a problem with the roof, I thought it was gonna extend it into the next day. But it was like a swarm of bees and everybody doubled down. Another manager went and picked up the extra materials and brought it in mid process. They kept doing other things while they were waiting for that. It worked out very well. They cleaned up well too. I'm very happy with the outcome. The price was higher than anything else we have seen but for the quality of work and the things that they did that other places weren't doing as far as ventilation, it was above and beyond. In the end, it was a fair price. It was more than we wanted to spend, but we needed to.

We got estimates from companies and they were a little bit higher than Victory. Victory was reasonable, so we went with them. Our experience with them was good. Everybody explained everything, what they were doing and how long it might take. The windows took the longest because there were 19 windows. But the other stuff was done on the same day. The work done was excellent. We're very pleased with how they put the windows in and the gutters.

In late 2022, I bought a house that was built in 1962. It had super old windows that were old, thin and cold. I wanted the whole house to be warmer. I had two big kitchen windows and a door done by Victory in 2024 and that was a great experience. They did for the kitchen and the back door, which look out onto a sunroom and to the backyard.
In 2025, I was thinking about redoing the windows on the whole house. Then I happened to get a call from a sales guy from Victory, following up. He came over, measured, gave me an estimate, and we negotiated the price. There’s financing available, and I beat him up on the price a little bit. Then there was a two-man crew that came in to follow up on his measurements before installation day. They detail measured and marked every window then I did a final sign-off. I signed the contract in September and at some point, in October, it was done. On installation day, there were three guys. This time I had them do 13 windows for two floors, and it was done within a couple weeks. When they left, a post installation inspector guy for Victory came and we looked at everything.
We had the most bitter cold winter, and I'm so glad I had the windows replaced when I did. It was amazing. The windows and frames are top quality. Victory provided an amazing experience. They're very pro and efficient. They are responsive if I call or text. If I try to get information or get a person on the phone or get an answer to my question, and I can get a response. That's hugely important factor for me. It's a reason enough for me to not do business with somebody.

The young kid from Victory Home Remodeling came to the house and said they were doing a thing. He was a local kid and he was going around knocking door to door. We decided to listen to what he had to say and initially, I was just going to go with the estimate. Then, their reps ended up coming and they looked around. They found a few things and we decided that we were going to get that done. They did every window in the whole house in a couple of hours. They got there in the morning around 9:00 and they were done before 2:00. The windows look great.
