Victory Home was the first to reply to an inquiry and they sent someone out within 24 hours to present their products. When the man came to speak to me about the windows, he had that sample case thing and I was ashamed to show him my old windows, because they were not anything like that. If I had had more money, I would have gotten more windows. But I had to choose the ones that I needed the most right now. He walked around my house with me inside and out, and showed me the different things where my windows really needed to be replaced. So I was very impressed with them and it was not a hard sell.

I was also impressed with the product they sold. First, I bought five windows and the products were superior to anything I had looked at prior to that in years past. When the windows were installed, the workers were on time. They gave me a window and they were here 20 minutes before their expected time. Actually, I had gone out to them because I thought there was something wrong that they didn't come in. But they said they were early and that they were just waiting. So I went out and told them to begin. They also cleaned up after themselves and everything was top dollar. I hadn't had windows installed in over 30 years and I didn't know what to expect, but these people were on the money, polite, and very accommodating. We continued to do another project with them because I was very satisfied with the first, so I also got them to do the roof installation.

I would tell my friends to start the process with them. They don't have to say yes just because Victory's reps come out, but just start the process and see if they don't agree that Victory's people are very honest about their process. I had them here for the windows and a roof installation in September and October. During those two months, things really shook me up because I needed things done, but it was extremely less stressful for me because of the people that were sent out to do the work.

Everybody was nice. The experience overall was good until the very end. When the supervisor was here to inspect, he was very pushy about leaving the reviews right then and there, to the point where he actually handled our own cellphones. So we didn't take too kindly to that, and then telling us to type even more at the end. So, overall, with the guys that came in and the installation, everything was great. The only thing we thought was not as pleasant was the finale.

The initial gentleman that came in was very thorough. He did a great job at explaining everything, like the quality of the product, checking out our property, and pointing out some things that we didn't even realize were going on with our windows. It was just a little lengthy, but overall, he did an excellent job. The only reason we didn't sign up with him was because at that time, the financing terms that were presented weren't the best. The rate was too high and if I didn't make that decision then and there, the payment almost doubled. So I was a little hesitant there.

When the next gentleman came in because there were some new terms available, I told him, "Listen, if you can make it to a price that's affordable, I have no problem getting you guys to do the thing." He delivered. He was very polite when he came in. He checked up my property line just to make sure that the initial rep did his part. It was another pleasant experience. So I signed right then and there. He wasn't pushing me to sign. He was kind of surprised when I said, "We'll do it." So that was nice. When the installation team came here, they absolutely professional. Any time they entered or exited, they made sure that they announced themselves coming in. They just worked and then cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and pleasant to deal with. I'm happy with my windows. I haven't had any issues since.

I heard about Victory Home from them going door to door in my neighborhood. They knocked on the door and offered a free estimate. They were very adamant about you signing up for it. So, I went with it and so far, I'm pleased. I got eight windows and the quality was excellent. I had everything moved away from all the areas that the installers had to work in and they came in and just started installing. It was quick. The windows in the front look almost like the ones I had that weren't installed properly. They did an excellent job in installing them properly this time.

Victory was very efficient. But I was a little confused about how the interest rate changed. If I get the product today, it’s this price. If I get it tomorrow, it will be another price. They can’t hold it at that price or maintain that interest rate. They wanted me to get the siding and it changed even more but I didn't need siding. I wasn't ready for that. And then, the rep had to get on the phone with someone to bargain with. But other than that, I’m pleased. I'm gonna try and pay it off as quickly as possible because I'm not interested in a 15-year financing for windows. That's a little bit too much for me. So, I'm looking forward to get it paid off in maybe two years, at least.

The salesmen as well as the workers were great. The workers were very courteous and accommodating. They said when they were coming and they were here on time. They cleaned up very nicely, and whatever they said they were going to do, they did. Everything was very professional. We had our roof, gutters, soffits and leaders done. We also had three windows replaced with three panel sliders in the front of the house. So far, I'm pleased. Everything has been great. The roof is not leaking and the windows feel good. I'm enjoying the windows very much because our windows were very old, and we are looking to plan for some other windows to be replaced soon as well. We would recommend Victory Home Remodeling to everyone, and we have.

We got what we paid for. It was pricey, but it was worth the money because we didn't have to worry about all the rest of the crap. We didn't have to worry about the cleanup or glass being left behind. They didn't even leave a nail behind. They came around with these little metal things and rolled them all around, even on my neighbor's property, just to make sure if anything flew off to the side, they got them.

I had a connection with my first contact from Victory Home Remodeling. He called second. I said, “I've had enough. I'm doing one.” He said, “You should get more than one estimate.” He was a good spokesman for Victory. He told me where I could go to find out more about his company. I was very impressed. He was more knowledgeable. He showed me more stuff. Andersen Windows came back in and the minute we said, “We gotta call you back,” the rep said, “Now I can do something for you here. But the deal is you have to do it right now. $33,000.” From 43,000, I would have been a sucker to sign that deal, to 33,000, because I wouldn't sign right then? And if I didn't do the deal then, I would lose that? How would they justify $10,000? Victory did the same thing, but it wasn't as big of a difference. Their rep sat down after all this. It was two and a half hours he was in the house. It was a long time. But I had the day blocked off to him.

There was no pressure until he got to that point. He came to 10,600. I said to the guy, “If you can do it for 10, I'll take it.” He did. He called his manager. Twenty minutes later, he said, “Okay. We can do it for 10,000.” He went from 16,000 to 11,000. He said, “To 10,000,” which was the number. It was a good deal now all of a sudden. We just wanted to come out an even number there. We decided, looking into it with Andersen, what we would spend and which ones we had to do.

Victory did six replacement windows. They had a crew come in. There were three rooms, six windows, because there were double windows in each room. They had five guys. The one guy was the foreman. He told them what to do. They knew what they were doing. There were little things that had to be tweaked. And he did the cleanup, which was very impressive. We asked questions. He was very patient.

The staff was incredibly helpful and informative. When I was unsure about the condition of my windows and siding, the representative sent out by Victory provided me with detailed information about what was needed and what options were available. I needed significant work done on my windows and siding, including dealing with asbestos siding, which some contractors wouldn't handle. Victory took care of the asbestos removal and ensured everything was disposed of properly.

The installation process for both the windows and siding was smooth. The crews were efficient and ensured they cleaned up thoroughly, which I appreciated. The quality of the windows is excellent; I noticed an immediate improvement in room temperature after they were installed, especially in a previously drafty bedroom.

Pricing-wise, it's as you'd expect for major home renovations today, but Victory worked with me on financing, which was helpful. Based on the comprehensive service and results, I would rate my experience with Victory Home Remodeling highly and definitely recommend them to others. Even my neighbors have complimented the work done on my home, which affirms the quality of the work. If asked by a friend, I would certainly recommend Victory for their home remodeling needs.

I recently had some windows installed by Victory Home Remodeling, and it's been quite a mixed experience. I’m having nightmares about them telling me that there was a snake up there. There are two old windows in front of the house that I can't get closed and snakes get in anywhere. I was just wondering if he's between where you push it up or not because they won't close. Some of the windows seemed uneven like someone tried to tamper with them. Despite these issues, the windows were eventually fine, and the new ones seemed good overall. I had several installed, including four basement windows, two double-hungs in the kitchen, a single window in another room, and a bay window.

The team I worked with was sometimes hard to communicate with, which was frustrating. However, Victory Home Remodeling did come through when I needed a replacement screen after an animal scratched it. I appreciated that they were responsive to this problem.

All in all, the quality of the windows seems solid currently.

I recently had windows installed by Victory Home Remodeling, and while I initially chose them because their pricing was slightly lower than competitors, the experience was less than satisfactory. I found them online and set up an appointment without visiting their website. The appointment day was pleasant, and they seemed knowledgeable about the windows.

I purchased a bay window and ten double-hung windows. However, the installation process was extremely messy. They left nails and scraps in my bushes, and the cleanup was inadequate. They promised to come back and clean up, but they never did. This issue extended to the vinyl siding they also installed, which further added to the mess.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I wouldn't recommend Victory Home Remodeling to anyone. If I had to rate my experience, I would give it a 1 out of 5, although I personally feel it's a negative experience. The customer service during the initial presentation was decent, which I'd rate a 4, but the overall value for the price was disappointing, meriting only a 2, especially after finding more affordable options later.
