We are not seeing any missed calls from our end, however we do see notes that your project manager attempted to reach you in October but was unable to connect. It sounds like we may have experienced communication challenges on both sides, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused.

Regarding the cleanup, your safety and the condition of your property are extremely important to us. Nails or debris left behind is not acceptable and we take this very seriously. We also see your notes regarding QC presence, and we apologize that you felt unsupported at completion, that is not the standard we strive to uphold.
