Can't THANK these guys enough. Management of moving team of Safebound Logistics were awesome to work with. They were highly EFFICIENT and super HELPFUL with all of our belongings. Moving is always stressful task and they made it as uncomplicated as they could. And sensible prices for the quality of moving service. We Will definitely use them again for the next move!

My recent experience with Safebound Logistics was AWESOME. They were fast to get back to me with a best estimate, had the inexpensive of all the places I called and our moving team did the best job. Crews were helpful, caring and polite. They took care of our items. Service was fantastic and they were nice!

Safebound Logistics made our stressfull move free of stress! Moving crews were very CAREFUL with all of our items but also moved us very fast. They were efficient to make sure we did not go over our budget, in fact we were under by almost an hour because they were so FAST! I researched many rates of different moving companies in the area and they were definitely the best I could find.

This was such a TENSION FREE move - the team called before arriving and was on time. The guys were powerful and quick! They got the job done within the time frame they quoted. Very happy. Also, they were polite and friendly. I'll need to have my stuff moved out of storage in a few weeks and would definitely hire them again. Thanks!

Moving team were totally professional. My move from FL to NY went great. Awesome guys, finished in under three hours and at the estimated price (which was half the quote of a competitor). Highly highly appreciated.

Fantastic job. The movers from Safebound logistics were SUPER HELPFUL. They reached our home to start work a bit early as quoted time and I wasn't completely finished packing. They helped me quickly to pack up remaining things and didn't rush me at all. I wasn't sure what the wardrobe boxes were but they were super knowledgeable and I could hang all my clothes in them. I don't have a car and I was moving into a new apartment so they let me and my dog ride with them in the truck!!! I couldn't believe how FRIENDLY they were.

Safebound Logistics answer my quote request within a days. They scheduled a move time to my COMFORT and I received a verification email with a quote according to my approximate inventory. Prior to move date, the office guy called to confirm my move date and time, and requested any changes to my inventory. Overall 5 star experience.

The moving team from Safebound logistics ARRIVED within the quoted time, had my stuff loaded into the truck efficiently and unloaded just as quickly as possible. Moving time took a bit longer than expected, but this was due to trucks not being allowed, SO completely understandable. I will happily recommend and use them again!

Safebound Logistics relocate my expensive and new furniture for last Friday. They were HIGHLY professional and extremely CAREFUL during our move. They efficiently wrapped all our items including a glass cabinet so that everything arrived to our new place safely. I would highly recommend safebound logistics to all my siblings.

They were fast and absolutely professional from beginning to end. They showed up on time window that they gave us and got right to job. We were well prepared for them with boxes packed and a lot of our furniture disassembled, so they actually finished well ahead of time as quoted and a few 100 dollars under the quote provided. And also it was super EASY to get a quote and schedule a move. I even had to change our move time and it was no issue.

Highly communicative, friendly and fast. Everyone from the office staff to the movers themselves are very professional and helpful. I wish I remembered the name of the moving team that helped us because they were fantastic. We Would 100% recommend them anyone.

Very IMPRESSED with the service I received from this company! I was given an arrival time of 11 to 2 and they arrived on time as quoted. I was very happy about that! These guys worked their butts off and relocate all my furniture into my small storage space. They were very professional and were done in three hours. I will definitely be recommending safebound logistics to all my friends!

I called Safebound Logistics last minute and they set out to have a container that day. The driver spoke to me many times because I was not there for delivery of the container to make certain I understand where he had placed it. The container arrived as agreed, the prices was reasonable and everyone at safebound logistics was a happiness to work with and very REACTIVE all the time. I would highly SUGGEST them in the future.

Never had such a wonderful moving experience. They came on time, worked so hard and took GREAT CARE to make note of existing damage to any of our furniture. We had our boxes organized and labeled so everything got to the right room and we ended up paying LESS than our original quote. I would highly suggest them to all!

Great service on the phone discussing quote. But after actually moving, could not get a hold of same person. They are just like everyone else with low weight quote for small dollars. Then mover shows up saying weighs more at higher rate. I even went with a higher weight from original quote to avoid this. Took pictures and reviewed detailed inventory. Guy assured me he has been doing this long time and is very close. Not even close! I called back to discuss huge upcharge, but could never find him or receive return call or email.

In my opinion Safebound Logistics may be a BEST company for moving. We had a sophisticated move that involved combining of two households into one with storage time involved for one among them. But the movers made sure it might be done right. The four moving crew members were simply AMAZING and PROFESSIONALS. Their hard works and great sense of humor turned a stressful day into a smooth experience. My best wishes to those men and therefore the company itself, would highly suggest them to anyone moving out.

Our family picked Safebound out of a long list of candidates. While the price isn't cheap, our large move requires resources to facilitate and we understood that. I feel like the service we received has been worth every single penny.

I felt compelled to provide a reference for Safebound Logistics after our experience in moving from Massachusetts to North Carolina. After researching about a dozen options, and spending hours reading the fine print it was apparent that the guaranteed Quotations had so many out clauses that nothing was guaranteed...especially the low ball prices. Just use your common sense, how could they possibly provide you a quote that’s even close to what you’ll be really charged based solely on how many rooms in your house.

Safebound Logistics team was amazing and definitely made our stressful moving situation more pleasant for us. Movers are of good nature and work passionately without refusing anything to do. I used them for two recent moves, and have been very impressed. Moves were extremely smooth and pain-free. The movers are very nice, helpful, and careful with my belongings.

My overall experience with this company was positive - no major complaints that I can think of. My husband and I had already moved most of our smaller boxes to the house so the movers just had to move our furniture, several pieces of framed art, and a washer and dryer. Pricing was fair, and I'd consider using them again in the future.

Made a call in the afternoon and they squeezed me into their schedule the same night. Matt & Matty moved a huge sectional couch up a few flights of stairs for me.. They were great & knew what they were doing.

What a nightmare. I’ve moved so many times, and this was by far the worst. So many promises of a tight knit and family oriented group. There’s a long list of issues, but the main ones I want to warn others of are: 1) seemed organized and thorough throughout the estimate, but when it came time, our items didn’t fit on the truck. Whoever heard of that happening?? 2) Now I’ve been without the rest of my things for 2 weeks, with no word back from all of my texts, phone calls, and emails.

Smooth sailing throughout the whole moving process and I'm very satisfied that things went well. Now I can focus on unpacking and making my new home beautiful thanks to the help from Safebound Logistics, LLC. I know I couldn't do it without you guys and I'm truly grateful for your moving services.

Moving is always stressful, the team really made things a lot easier on me and the family. They were on time, professional, and polite. We did not have any broken items upon arrival which is almost a shock considering how some other move have gone for me in the past. I've moved a lot and this was by far one of the easiest moves for me.

I would highly recommend these movers. They were very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails. They also offered the best rate. The movers arrived on time, wrapped my bedroom set and dining room table in protective blankets for no additional fee. They were fast and efficient and all of my belongings arrived in perfect condition.

When I called to get a quote, the rep from Safebound was the only one who wanted to come down to look at the storage unit to give me a quote. I knew it would be more accurate than the quote that others gave me, so I decided to go with them. I moved to a place 20 minutes south of where I was and my interaction with their crew was great. They were all very nice, very polite, and respectful. Everything was ready to go and packed when they arrived though there might have been a couple little things that weren't. But I was so happy with the guys that came and everything was in good shape upon delivery.

The place where I was moving recommended Safebound Logistics. We had to change the move date and get a new elevator time because the guy didn't have it in the system and that part was unfortunate. I would've expected a discount on the quote ‘cause it ended up being more than what the original quote was even though we had to move the date. Everything was ready when the crew came. The bed was already broken down and they just had to move the stuff to the truck. They were fast in getting the move to be completed.

I was just checking Safebound Logistics online and decided on them. I’ve moved about 20 times in the last 45 years and this is probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a mover. They stayed in contact, they were always easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. The items will be delivered next week.

I found Safebound Logistics online and I talked to them and other companies. I felt like they were going to give me the best deal for the best price. I had to take pictures so I went around my room with my iPad and did that. Safebound was able to estimate how much we needed as far as packing materials go and how many pounds they thought it was going to be. They told me the cost and then, they told me that I have steps and it would be $25 extra but they didn’t charge that. It was much easier than I thought because nobody even had to come to the house to do anything.

Safebound helped me immensely through a very stressful move: they were able to book my appointment for a next-day move, late in the evening, and when we realized the space I was moving into was too small to fit nearly half of my belongings, they worked fast and carefully to package the furniture that couldn't fit, and packed it into their truck to go into storage. They were very accommodating and gave me a fair price, considering all the obstacles that came our way during the move.

I have moved quite a few times over the last decade, and it is easily something I never look forward to. Whether I’ve moved myself or worked with a moving company, nothing ever seems to go smoothly and there are usually some bottlenecks along the way. I’ve had every experience I could have imagined, from damaged furniture such as my $600 coffee table getting gouged, to delays and reschedules from companies due to poor management/planning. I would have done my most recent move myself, but I was involved in an accident over the past year and have had a good amount of back pain since, and didn’t want to risk further injury.

Used them to help my girlfriend move from Jupiter to Boynton. Info They were quick, professional and did everything I asked. They helped pack everything and we were finished very quickly. I loved how there was no stress. Moving sucks but they made it easy and took care of everything I needed.

DO NOT USE!!!! MY belongings are being held hostage. Based on WAITING FOR someone moving to Michigan. So they're sitting somewhere on a truck. I have already had to buy clothes and shoes as we were never told that it would take that ** long. Our refrigerator was on there. My washer and dryer, etc. When I asked about this lack of information. One person the dispatch manager, said it was in the contract. NO IT WASN'T. I was told by the self proclaimed "best salesperson" "Well if you had worked with me I would have charged you 8000, versus the 3700, so you would have gotten it quicker." Nowhere in the contract, nor any communications, was this ever stated.

I booked my move with Pat at Safebound logistics. Good Communication throughout, overall a great experience and pleasure to work with. The crew showed up on time, very polite and professional and handled my furniture with care. I had some large delicate pieces I was concerned about how they would be handled and was impressed with the moving and loading into the truck. I would recommend Safebound to anyone who needs a good move.

Hi I am a struggling recently single mom and trying to go back to school. When my family and I had to move from Florida to our new home in Revere MA for a better chance at life I had no idea how to move. A friend recommended me to Safebound and I’m glad they did. The guys were amazing and so helpful and friendly. They got the move done fast and I hardly had to do anything.
