The installers were very knowledgeable and did the work well. I have enjoyed my Safe Step tub a lot. It is very easy to get into and I seem to be more comfortable. I don’t have to step up too far because my left leg is not as healthy as it should be.

I had been in a car wreck and it was hard for me to get in and out of a bathtub. I have a damaged right leg and it doesn’t work very well. I slipped and fell a couple of times and I thought I could break something else if I don’t get something a little safer. I looked at other companies using the same tub but Safe Step was turnkey. We wanted that because I wasn't going to hire an electrician to have them put that in and they did all that. The sales rep was very good. The installers were very helpful. They answered my questions. They knew about the product well and told me how it would work. They were neat and tidy to a fault. They did very well.

The installation guys were very helpful, and did a very good job. I like the water jets and the micro bubbles features of the tub. I'm disabled. I have the day-to-day pain in my back and legs and those features make me more relaxed. It's a lot easier to get in and out of the tub. It's less stress and just enough get-away for a few minutes.

Safe Step Walk-in Tubs were the ones that came up whenever I searched for a tub. Both the sales rep and the installation team were pretty great that's why I didn't even try for a second opinion. Nowell was very polite. The sales rep was very nice and honest. Then the two who came in and did my tub could not have been nicer. They cleaned up after themselves. I wanted to thank the two installers very much. They were awesome. I also like the whole thing about the tub – the chair and the rails. It's very nice. I could get a ramp if I need it.

The sales rep that I talked to was nice. He brought a sample out for me to sit in. He wrote out the information for the contract and then when I got approved, I called him and he set up the time for them to come out and install the shower. The installers were very proficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I like that I could sit down or stand up and take a shower. I have a bad back, so it helps with not having to stand all the time. It's a lot easier and safer for me. I feel more relaxed and I like it better than the shower that I had.

I did research and it looks like Safe Step has the better built tub and good reviews. The sales representative was very nice and informative. The installation team was very good and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and I had no problem with them. I only have one issue--the back of the tub wasn't caulked, so I was going to try and get in touch with my salesperson to see if he can call them, and see what they can do about that. Although I don't use the tub as much as my husband does, I like the whirlpool feature. We basically got the walk-in tub for my husband's health, but as far as giving him more energy, that's not happened. Nevertheless, I would recommend Safe Step and, in fact, I have done so.

The Safe Step sales rep was wonderful. He sat down with me and told me about everything. The installers were good too. The only issue about the tub is that it uses so much water. Other than that, I'm really excited about it.

I’ve had some issues on my colon and I also have Factor V. I couldn’t get better so I decided I wanted to try Safe Step. I looked at a lot of walk-in tubs and I liked Safe Step the best. It was a little pricier but I liked how it looked and the features are wonderful. I like the bubbles and the jets because it helps my back and then my legs. I stay in there a good hour and when I get out I feel really clean. I use it all the time and it’s really done a lot of good for me. I absolutely love it. I’m getting stronger and better. I would recommend for anybody to get Safe Step. I told two other people about them and I think eventually that they will be getting some, too.

We saw Safe Step Walk-in Tubs on the ad on TV, plus we had just moved to a different area, and we got a little booklet in the mail with all the different items. We compared them and it looked like Safe Step Walk-in Tub had the best of all the features. The salesman that came out and showed us a DVD was very personable. He was not pushy. He just stated the facts, and the product really sold itself. Their installation team were fantastic. They were there for five hours, but they did everything they said they would do. Everything was neat when they left. They removed everything and took it with them.

I called, talked to the people and Safe Step Walk-in Tubs sounded good. They sent somebody out, it didn't cost anything, and their rep went over it with us. He was a good guy, knew the thing really well and we decided to go with it. The installers were super nice too and did one heck of a job. They did more than they should have done. We’ve had some minor problems with the tub so far. All the stuff around the buttons came off and the little old tab on the back where you put oil in have busted off it. They’re supposed to send that head rest but we never got it. But other than that, I love the tub. I get in, turn the jets on, and relax. We get in the tub all the time. It really holds more water than I thought it would, about 40 gallons of water. The tub is an expensive product but it's a good one and it's safer for older people.

Safe Step has great guys, from the sales rep to the installer. Everything was a good experience on the Safe Step tubs. Though it's expensive, I like everything about it. When I do my back with the water, it splashes on my curtains around the tub so I may just have to put up another shower curtain. But other than that, it's good and the lights are calming.

I wanted a bigger shower in one bathroom I had in my spare room but nobody would say they could make one fit. Then I saw the Safe Step model at one of those Home Depot corner thing and they said that it would make it to size. So I decided they might as well tear both of the rooms up and I bought the walk-in shower. That's what I use and am gonna enjoy it. It's easy to get in and out of it. I had a regular tub but I never liked when I had to step over. I thought that one of these days when I get old, I'm gonna fall on my head or into the tub and drown. Mike, the sales rep, was very good. The installers were super. The two of them knew what they were doing. I recommend Safe Step though it's a little expensive.

When I was in a nursing home on recovery, they had walk-in tubs there. Safe Step was in the newspaper being advertised so I called them. The sales rep was really good and informative. And the installation team was very polite and effective. Now, I’ve got to get myself a new hot water heater with a larger capacity. Also, there should be a way to drain the water at the top because it builds up a lot of foam from the soaps. But I enjoy relaxing sitting in the tub and I use the foot jets the most. I can’t use the back as it takes a little time to get to that level. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

I was looking for a tub and I was checking out different brands that were available, talking to a local supplier of plumbing fixtures, bathtubs. I was also researching and reading customer's comments online. There were very few negative comments about Safe Step but when our sales rep arrived, they were very easily explained. All the way through from the initial contacts, he has been very good. I have even in my notes who I talked with in your office and they've been very helpful and professional.

We've read how great Safe Step was and then when their sales guy came over and explained it to us, I tried the sample he had in his van and I fell for it. The installation team was great and did a beautiful job. The only issue was we had someone else come and do the tiles under the tub because there wasn't any and Safe Step doesn't do tile works. It cost us $300 more. I have enjoyed the tub and I'm sure I’ll enjoy it for a long time. I like the hydrotherapy because I have back problems. I’ve had family and friends come look at the tub and they say it's awesome, except for the price.

It would be convenient for my mother, who has two bad knees, to have a walk-in tub experience because of the way the door was shaped. But since I’ve got the tub, I’ve found out that that is not a plus. Once I'm in, the tub does everything they said it does, but getting in is not as easy as it was supposed to be. Number one, I can't sit down and close the door. I have to stand up and lift my leg onto the seat to have enough space to close the door. There's no way my mother is going to be able to lift her leg to get in the tub, sit down, and take a bath. As far as the service tech and the salesman are concerned, they were all very nice, and polite. The people were fine, but I'm disappointed in the product. I wish I hadn't gotten it.

I had already practically given in to the Jacuzzi salesman, but he told me things that turned out not to be true. He was telling me that Safe Step had an F rating in the Better Business Bureau and I looked this up while he was here and it came out to be an A plus. I got some extra things with Safe Step, like the tiling on the wall for the shower because with Jacuzzi, they didn't even go into that possibility but I would have just gotten the tub.

I thought a Safe Step walk-in tub might be a safer alternative for me since I've been having a hard time getting in my previous tub and I have fallen in or out of it a few times. The sales rep was friendly and a nice guy, but the clean up after the tub was installed could’ve been better. They cleaned up the best they could, but there was still quite a mess on my carpet and the bathroom floor. There was sheet rock all over the place. They had to take my bathroom door down, remove a bunch of sheetrock, take the trim and a couple of stuff out to be able to fit the tub in there.

A friend in Kerrville, Texas bought a Safe Step walk-in tub and was so impressed and so I looked into it and the next thing I knew, I had one in my house. The sales rep was very, very knowledgeable. He convinced and told me about several things I hadn’t even thought about and I was impressed. The installation team was very professional. They put plastic over the carpet and were very careful so everything was good. I have no problem with it and I would recommend Safe Step to anybody. I love all of the tub. Even though I don’t use the tub daily, when I get extremely stressed, tired, or have a lot of back aches, I use it and it seems to make me feel a lot better and takes care of the stress.

I told my daughter that it was getting awfully hard for me to get into my shower and that I would like one of those walk-in tubs, so she got on the internet and found several companies.She decided to go with Safe Step and I'm very pleased with her decision. My daughter and I both talked to the sales rep. He was very pleasant and wasn't pushy, he just told us what we could expect with the tub and I was impressed.

My experience has been very pleasant with the salesperson and with the guys who came to do the installing. The sales representative was very, very nice, informative, answered any question that I had and called me back to be sure that everything was good. The install team that came in were absolutely great. They worked so hard and cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm just very happy with my Safe Step Walk-in Tub. I'm 82 and my skin is very dry but now with Safe Step my skin feels better. I'm really in very good shape for my age and this was something that I did thinking more like down the road when I wasn't able to get in the shower. Will I still fit in the shower or will I be sitting in the tub maybe two days a week? I just love the tub. It's very relaxing. I've already recommended Safe Step to people. I like everything about it. It just feels so good.

The Safe Step sales representative I spoke with and the installation team I interacted with were good. I'm still learning a few things about the tub and I don't have any complaints about it. I would recommend Safe Step to other people.

The installation team was marvelous too, knew exactly what to do, and stayed on the job. We’re very pleased with everything. We like the jets of the tub, its little bubbles and warm and heated seat. I got a very informative presentation from the Safe Step salesperson. For the most part, the installation team was attentive to my wishes and have been very professional and skilled. They build out on the plumbing and gave me a demonstration before they left. However, there's no published information on how to operate the various features of the tub so I had to rely on my memory as to what I saw to achieve what I expected. I haven't used all the features yet but the lower leg jets are very helpful and its use is beneficial. There's immediate relief following the use of the tub although it's not long lasting. I still have not been able to activate the Jacuzzi jets on the back and would like to know how to do so to maximize the benefits.

The installation team was very nice and quick. They were in and out in six hours and they cleaned up after themselves. The tub is enjoyable and I now feel more safe because I'm able to get in and out of the bathtub, unlike before when I had a high bathtub with sliding doors. That's important to me because I'll be living alone and I don't want to fall. I enjoy the microbubbles and the jet streams. They're very relaxing. I go in the tub in the evening because I relax more and get sleepy.

Everything went fine with Safe Step's sales rep and their installation team is very good too. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. My 89 year old mom likes that she can get in her bathtub safe now. It worked out great. My mom is happy; and while she's happy, I'm happy.

My mom needed the walk-in tub. A very professional gentleman from Safe Step Walk-in Tubs came to the house. He gave us the information that we needed and we went from there. The installation went very smoothly. My mother likes the heated seat and that's the biggest thing she really enjoys.

The Safe Step sales rep was a very good man. I liked the jets for the feet at the bottom of Safe Step's tub that's why I bought it. The guys from my plumbing and heating business installed the tub, and I love the heated seats, heated water, and the lights. I try to use the tub three times a week, and I'm very pleased. It's an excellent experience, overall.

We're happy with the Safe Step walk in tub. My 90-yr-old mother has a little bit of problem getting into the shower and my wife is falling in the tub. If it wasn't walk-in, we wouldn't have gotten it and just stayed with what I had. Now, my mother can now take a bath again and my wife, having back problems, has been looking for this too. We have a sauna in the master bathroom, but she can't step over the tub like a spa. This is something that I wanted, and the sales rep sold me two, which I took back to one a couple of weeks, thinking about ripping out that whirlpool and back.

I like the height of Safe Step's seat. Since I've had it, I have lesser pains and I sleep better. The sales representative was very good and the installation team carefully took out the tub we had so I can re-use it. It was wonderful.

I love Safe Step and it is very convenient. Everything about it is great. The installation team was extremely professional, courteous and very nice and accommodating. They switched out a toilet and had no problem with that. There was one little issue with the tub and the installation guy said he had seen it already and will be taking care of it, and he did. They've been great. I like the fact that I can stand up in the tub and not spray water all over the place. I like the spray, the foot jets and lower extremity jets of water. Also, my grandkids think the color is the coolest thing around.

The Safe-Step salesperson was really nice. He explained everything, left his name and number, and knew the products very well. Plus, the installation team was good, kind, and showed me how to work everything. One thing wrong though is that it takes a long time to fill up. Other than that, I like Safe-Step. Because I have neuropathy on my leg, it was hard for me to get out of my regular tub. This way, I can just open the door, walk in and sit down. The bathtub helps me from falling and I'm very satisfied with it.

I had a tub before but never used it. I used the shower, but at 69, I got a bit afraid of standing up on the shower as I fall sometimes. That's why I got the Safe Step tub. Their bath tubs have many other functions than other companies' products. Their salesman, after meeting him, totally convinced me that their tub is the one I wanted. The installers were good. The only thing was I had to take the carpet pad and gripper stripped up myself before the tile could be put down. But everything else they did was great. They ran water in it, turned on all the jets and explained all that to me. The Jacuzzi and micro jets, as well as the heated seat, are my favorite features. I have a wonderful experience and I feel better after taking a bath. Safe Step is a very great company.

The Safe Step sales rep was absolutely great. She was concerned with my needs, really nice and cordial, and very professional. Their installers were very efficient and clean. I had this other guy who couldn't fix some thing, but their guy, Travis, found the part that was leaking under my house and fixed it when he crawled under there to hook up the electric. They were super nice and very knowledgeable about their work. They were in and out in four hours. I have eczema and using the tub heals my skin a little bit. I also love the jets and the warmth of it on my body, and the air bubbles are my favorite.

There were several reasons we went with Safe Step. One is that it was more affordable. Two, it has a water jet that creates a lot more oxygen in the water which is good for the health. It also has a lifetime warranty so it’s never going to cost me anything. If something goes wrong, Safe Step would take care of it. The sales representative seemed to know his business and sold all the features. The installation team did an excellent job. They could not do what I was originally told and so they modified it, which took up more space than what we had thought it was going to take, so we lost 20 square feet of space in the bathroom, but, nevertheless, it worked out okay. The quality was outstanding.

Although we got burnt by another company, we were still anxious about the idea of walk-in tubs and looked into it. The sales rep of Safe Step was very knowledgeable. The installation team were very good. I like the jets the most, specifically the ones in the rear. I feel much more relaxed since using the tub. It was wonderful and excellent with Safe Step.

I looked up for walk-in tubs and Safe Step was the first company to respond to my inquiry and their sales rep was very good. I also like the tub's jets the most but there should me more of those. Since we got it, I saw that tubs from other companies have more jets than this one. Also, the tub is so expensive and now my mother's scared to use it. There's a problem with the electrical panel and she is freaked out that she could get electrocuted in there. It took me a month to get the Safe Step people out here to fix the tub and it's still not fixed. The guy didn't know what was wrong with the tub and said he needed to check with the technician to see what was going on. The guy was here last Thursday and I still haven't heard back. We need some resolutions. It has been a disappointing experience.

I’m 82 years old, I had terrible cramps in my legs and feet that wouldn’t go away and happened to think to run hot water in the bathtub and put my legs in it. I got in the tub and soaked there for a while. My daughter who is a nurse helped me get out and I felt so much better. It made the cramps go away almost immediately. However, the hardest is getting in and out of the tub. My daughter said to put a little stool in the tub which I did but when I started to get out, I slipped and bumped my head on the end of the top part. If I had really bumped it really hard, I might have been a drowned goose. When I got out and got dressed, I sat on the chair, put the television on, and the first thing that came on was the Safe Step so I called them.

The rep of Safe Step was knowledgeable, honest, and kind. The installation team did all the work they said they'd do. They cleaned up after and put my door back again. But they had to come back and re-plumb it because a bunch of crap fell down where they cut the pipe. My wife really loves the walk-in tub. She can safely get in and out of it now without any help. I do like the non-slips feature, the massage, and the little jet. We're very satisfied with Safe Step and we would recommend them.

The Safe Step Walk-in Tubs sales rep seemed very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. He did a good job representing the company and that's why I decided to go with them. Others have the basic add-ons but Safe Step Walk-in Tubs seems to be more complete. The turnaround time was really good too. He said that it would be in two weeks. The two installers introduced themselves and went to work. The lead man showed us how to operate the stuff when they finished up. He also did a good job. The jets are the best thing about our tub in terms of circulating water. I've got some mobility problems and it's easy to get in and out of the tub and use it. Everything is great and everyone I've associated with thus far has been professional, very nice, and helpful. We like the tub very much.

The Safe Step sales representative I spoke with initially was not too good but the second salesperson was okay. Also, the installation team did several things that were terrible and which I discovered after they left. They knocked a hole in my bathroom wall that I haven't had the chance to get fixed yet. They knocked some paint off from the edge of corner in my hallway, in an effort to get the tub into the bathroom. One of my bathroom towels was missing too and I don't know what they used that for. They didn't tell me about any of those things which obviously they knew I'd find out about. It made me feel very uncomfortable about them.

A sales person from Safe Step Walk-in Tubs called and asked us questions about our health. When he heard some of the things that were wrong with my husband he said he had just the thing. From then it was his sales talk that helped us decide to look into it. He made us realize that there were different levels of tubs and some of them had more to offer than others. Some are more effective for what was wrong like arthritis. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly and personable.

Safe Step Walk-in Tubs' sales rep had a little showroom in his van and he was very good and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us. The installation team were very good too. They were very clean, knowledgeable and very nice. They were some of the nicest service men I've had in my house. I haven't got to use our tub very much because I don't have a big enough hot water heater but I'm having a tankless water heater installed this week so I'd be able to use it more. My grandbaby loves it. However, a few days after I got the tub, I noticed I didn't get a warranty that I was supposed to fill out. I called in to get one but I haven't received it. Also, the calf that goes over the center things that withhold it down, one little help clip was broken off. I called somebody last September the 27th but I haven't received a call back. Their service department stinks. That's the only complaint I have.

I went for Safe Step because they have a lifetime guarantee. But their forceful tactics at the end that "If you don't buy today, we're not gonna honor the price" was definitely a reason we almost didn't use Safe Step. They ended up bringing the wrong colored tub and had the wrong address but the installation team that came were great and handled it all very well. They knew more about their product and placement. My favorite thing about Safe Step is the ease of use. My mom had a stroke so she is paralyzed on one side, so the fact that she can be independent is the best thing. She now can safely take a bath for her arthritis and for her personal care every day. Overall Safe Step was very good.

I thought of trying a walk-in tub and I've enjoyed my Safe Step so far. The sales rep explained the product real well. The installation team was okay, except that they had to remove the door that goes into the bathroom. It doesn't look too good, but they did the best they could do with it. They also did good at cleaning up after themselves. I like everything about the tub. It's easier for me to take a bath or shower and the more I do it, the more I get used to it.

We got our Safe Step tub for my 86 year old mother-in-law. She was very afraid of getting into and stepping over the regular tub that we had. Therefore, she wasn't taking very many showers or baths. With Safe Step, she feels much safer and it's a big improvement. We also like the walk-in tub's microbubbles, its feel and its small in size. Their staff were all professional. The salesman was helpful and answered all of our questions. I was surprised that they said they were going to call and see how you like it and if you had any questions. And nobody called until today.

My husband uses the tub and I like its safety features. He feel safer and he can take a bath without having to worry about falling.

Safe Step had awesome sales reps and their installers got here quickly. They came up here the next day after the sales reps came though I would still love it if they came a week after. Its water circulation feature is very relaxing. I'm getting less aches and pains since using the tub. It's a great product.

The way Safe Step explained things to us and the guarantee on it made us chose them over other walk-in bathtub companies. Their sales rep was way knowledgeable and the installation team didn't take very long to put the tub in. Since using it, we feel good after taking a bath. With the jets and other features, it makes me feel better. The hydrotherapy’s real good. It’s a lot easier getting in and out of it and it’s different than just calling it a bathtub or a shower.

The sales rep came to the house and showed us everything about the Safe Step tub. The rep was very detailed and knowledgeable. I was home when the delivery guys came and they were courteous. My husband was unable to take a bath and care for himself before, and now he can with the Safe Step tub. He is able to shower by himself now without aid and no one has to be there. But I don’t use it because it takes a while to fill the tub up and I don’t ever have that kind of time. I prefer to take a shower and get out of the house. Overall, it was a good experience and I would make the purchase over again after I’ve had the tub for a while.

We called a tub company and they told us, with the space that we had they couldn't put one in there. So when the fellow of Safe Step came out, we decided to go ahead and do it with them. Their crew was absolutely wonderful, fast and efficient. I like to use the tub because it helps my migraines. I also have back problems, and I feel relaxed.

I was recommended the Safe Step tub because I am 75 years old and was getting scared about falling in my old tub. So I called Safe Step, made an appointment and their rep came out. He was very nice. The installers were very nice. They told me not to use it before the next afternoon so it would have time to dry around where they put the caulking. But after they left, I went into the kitchen to get some water but then there wasn't any. I tried to call the installers who haven't been gone 15 minutes but the woman who answered the phone got really nasty with me. She told me that the installers are not responsible for that and that I'll have to call the plumber to deal with it. But I know what happened. When they were putting it in, they were hammering the old bathtub that was in there, shaking my whole kitchen.

The Safe Step salesman was a very nice fellow and I enjoyed talking to him. He answered all my questions and I was satisfied. The installation team was a very good team and did a great job. The salesman said that the tub weigh 300 pounds and I couldn’t believe two young fellows carried it in. I couldn’t pick up anywhere near that. I like all the features of the tub and I’m doing what I want to do. I’m 91 years old and so is my wife. She couldn’t get in a bathtub so now she feels a lot safer because she can walk into it. We both feel better when we get out of the tub and we're really enjoying it. It’s what I hoped for.

Safe Step gave more options and would do the job that we wanted it to do among all other bathtub companies we checked out. Their sales reps have been excellent. They knew everything and answered all of my questions. Then their installers were outstanding and they even cleaned up after themselves. Our tub has a good jet stream and it's helping my wife when her nerves all over her body start hurting because of an after effect of her shingles. It also helps with her gout, asthma, and bronchitis when running that thing for about 30 minutes.

I had a few friends that had Safe Step walk-in tubs and they were satisfied. The reps went over the product with me and they couldn't have been any better. The installation team was great too and they were very courteous. All in all, I love the heated seat of the tub and I'm very well satisfied with Safe Step.

The salesman from Safe Step was a very nice seller. I was also very pleased with the installation team. The tub gets me cleaned and I use all of its features. However, I had a few problems, the worst thing was it took so long to fill the tub up. The spigot of the faucet was the reason it takes so long to fill up, it does not let enough water in. The installation guy said 9 gallons a minute but it won't get 9 gallons a minute with both spigots on. Plus, one lady called me from Safe Step argued and said the problem was the water supply. I've got a half-inch pipe coming through it and Safe Step got the size restricted down, it's 21/64", and came so much into the cutoffs. That's when I changed the cutoffs, put a straight line and now the tub fills up in 12 minutes. But overall, the tub works very nice and I'm satisfied with it.

It's nice to have the Safe Step walk-in tub. I take my bath in it and I enjoy it. It also helped a little bit with the pain in my knee. My favorite is the massage for my back and legs and I could get it warm and relax in it. It was hard for me to take a bath and get in and out the regular tub but with the Safe Step walk-in tub, I can go in, close the door and lock it, turn the water on and sit in there.

We went online looking to get a tub and we did some comparisons and set up appointments. When Safe Step's representative came out, he was very informative and was an awesome salesperson. He answered all of our questions and was straight to the point. Safe Step had great customer service throughout the whole experience. My father likes the walk-in feature as well as the jets and lights. He feels more relaxed and a lot safer when he gets out of the tub.

I chose to go with Safe Step Walk-in Tub going by the guarantees they offer. Their sales representative was very informative. The installers came in and out with ladders and equipment. I didn't notice any big messes after they left. The tub I have has the seat and the back heater plus the jets on the back, feet, and legs. I still haven't tried everything and I only got out the material last night on all that it does. I had no idea it required that much to keep the pipes cleaned, which is gonna be a problem for me because of my medical problems. My family did not want me to get it since they thought it was too much. Nevertheless, I'd recommend this tub.

I get in my Safe Step tub, turn the water on, and feel much better when I get out. I like the micro-bubbles because I like to go dancing and I like to keep my legs in good shape. The tub is beautiful. My daughter loves it, too. She uses it more than I do. She fractured her back and it's been a godsend. The tub helps her back when she gets in it. I love my tub. With Safe Step, you get what you pay for. I paid a lot of money for my tub, but it's worth it. The other tubs I saw weren't as nice as the one that I got. I have a bad back and had back surgery, and my walk-in tub surely helps me. The sales reps were nice. I have no complaints. The installation team were fine and good too.

We had a garden tub that required for us to really step up big to get over into it and another big step to come out of it. Since I’m 86 and my wife’s 84, so for our own health's sake, we needed to get something that was much easier to get in. Safe Step is very expensive, but the tub is very good. We really like the convenience of just stepping in and sitting down, and then we get a hydro spa massage from the movement. Then we had to spend more money to put in another water heater, but we're in a little condo and we can't put in a larger one so we just have to manage it and be very careful that we don't wash dishes or do laundry just before we use the tub or we run out of water.

We are not happy with this Safe Step tub. When we had it put in, the guy said that the 40-gallon of water heater is plenty big enough. However, the first time we sat down to use the tub, the hot water got to our knees and that was it. No more hot water. Also, we haven't even been able to use the jets and the shower. That's what we bought it for because we both have arthritis. All we can do is sit in there and take a bird bath. I'm very dissatisfied because the guy put this in all over the country so he should have known that the 40-gallon was not going to do it. Other than buying a new water tank, it's not going to get remedied and we can't afford to do that now.

I saw a Safe Step Walk-in Tubs ad that told me I'd have $2,000 benefit because I've gone to the AARP. I'm 85 years old, and the shower I was using every day was on the ground floor. I live in a three-floor house, so everyday I'd have to walk up about 14 steps when I'd take my shower. It was getting harder for me to do so I decided to get Safe Step and it cost me $14,000, which I thought was expensive. But I've been using it every day and I love it. Now, I can walk a little better, feel better, and I like it. There are a couple of things about the tub that I can't quite get to work the way they're supposed to. But otherwise, I know what to do. I had a very good interaction with the sales rep, though, and he was a good guy. There were no problems. Then the boys who came and installed the tub did a very good job. They got it all in in one day and everything worked fine.

I did some research and Safe Step seemed like a better product. I like the framework and the door. The ones from the other companies didn’t seem well built. The Safe Step rep was better than a lot. He did an extensive analysis of the product and gave me a video. Some of the places I investigated didn’t give me a video or an extensive analysis. The installation guys were absolutely amazing. They cleaned up. It was very efficient for two men to install it in one day. The tub was purchased for someone else, but I used it once, and I like the jets. They’re very effective for the patient.

Their sales rep was very nice though I got confused then as I didn't know that we could get this or that feature included in the package or not. We ended getting one with all the bells and whistles. But the only thing that I don't like about it is when I get in and turn the hot water on, it's cold and splashes in there. Though it's warm right now, it's gonna be worse when it gets to winter. The seat doesn't get very hot at all, so having a little heater in there in the winter time probably will make it better.

I’m not a big fan of the lights, but I enjoy the bubbles and just relax. So far, I like it very well. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that the doors in front of the pipes that go under the house are not really tight, and it concerns me that little critters and bugs can get into the house too easily. There were a couple of times that I bumped into it, and they came off, so it seems that they’re not really secure. Other than that, everything else is working very well.

It has been a good experience with Safe Step and I'm enjoying the tub. One of the jets at the feet comes out on a regular basis, so then we will stick and pop it back in there. But those two seem to come out with the water pressure. They're not hard to stick back in there, but they're not very stable in the tub. But I'm seeing benefits from the tub. I have a lot of physical pain, so at times I go in there and use the Epsom salt and relax, then it helps me sleep better. I really like it although it's quite an investment.

The guy that sold the Safe Step tub to me never said there were two different sizes. After they put it in, I called them about something and they said that I got the taller one which takes 20 minutes to fill up. I’ve only used it twice. I could've gotten the smaller one which would've been cheaper but the sales rep was more interested in selling the bigger sized one because he would get more money on it. I would've been more satisfied if it had been the smaller one. Other than that, the installers did a nice job of putting it in. They were just about done when we had a power interruption. They said I should call them if the power came back on and it did about 15 or 20 minutes after they left. I called them and they came right back and finished the job.

I cannot get anyone from Safe Step/ the BBB to help me. I am a disabled Vietnam War veteran and my wife has a broken hip problem and no one seems to want to help. Bought this tub 5-10-2011, paid fifteen thousand dollars for it thinking I was dealing with a reputable company. My tub is leaking, have notified installer, Safe Step, BBB, ABC News and no one will wants to help me. It's like I don't exist, the tub is leaking in my basement, the tub door is leaking, it's falling apart. I wish that I had never heard of these people. They advertise in my American Legion and AARP magazines and naive me thought they were being endorsed by the American Legion and AARP. Again I guess if you pay, you can play. Y'all are my last hope, I don't have the money for a lawyer to sue these people.

I got a Safe Step because I fell out of my tub twice. However, it took four months to get the tub, and it was horrible. I don't know what their problem was. The money was right there, and I've paid half of it before they even started anything. But other than that, the installation team knew what they were doing, and also cleaned up afterwards. The tub is fine just the way it is. It's really nice to be able to sit down in it, then walk out without falling. It's great, and I like it a lot.

We heard somebody in Barren County had gotten a Safe Step tub and we got interested in it. We checked with Lowe’s and there was one which was put in and completed. But in Lowe’s, they send out somebody to put it in for you and you have to pay them separately which was not right. With Safe Step, the sales rep was perfect. He had a van and a bathtub hooked up in the back of it. We checked it right there on the spot. The installers worked hard and the work was done in a day. It’s hard to get used to all the controls on it, but it's fine once you do. The tub could help with aches and pains too. I’ve told people about it. We were told that if we found a friend or a relative that would buy one, we'd be given $500. That’s quite a bit of money for telling somebody about it.

I'm impressed with Safe Step Walk-in Tubs since it's made in America. I like the water pressure that massages my back, but the two jets near the front and back of the legs don't do a whole lot for me. They should have been up a little higher for the legs. I have back trouble and the pain isn't really in my back. It always goes down the legs, all the way up above the knees. Some of them go all the way from the hip bone down. It would have felt better to me if there had been two where they are and two more up higher.

I like everything about my Safe Step tub. It's American made and the massage part helped with my pain levels and the light therapy is pretty. I'm very satisfied with it. When their sales rep came in, we went over the options and arrived at an agreed price. Then in about 30 days, I had my tub. The installers were very nice and courteous. It is good for my wife too because she's standing on her feet all day and it deep massages her feet.

But the salesman did such a thorough job that we felt very confident in going that direction. The installers were a lot of fun. We had a jet tub that was a little high to get in and out of and in our age we got to be safer, so we got the Safe Step walk-in tub. The reps were nice to us. However, the installers didn't finish the one section but our son was here and said he would do it. My husband has enjoyed the jets but not me. I am not too thrilled with the shower arrangement, but I will get used to it.

Safe Step was going to put the tub inside the bathroom in my room, which was small. Their representative told me that he thought the tub should be put in the big bathroom to which I agreed with. However, I saw in the bathroom that the tub itself was so small. It looks like they put in the tub that was meant for the other bathroom and put in a big one in the very small bathroom.

We like every feature there is the Safe Step walk-in tub. But if there was an extension from the rod or on the wall to put the sprinkler head overhead and to make it easier to reach, that would be nice. My wife has osteoporosis so she can't get up and down very easy. Then, the sales rep was very pleasant and the installers did a wonderful job. I am extremely satisfied. I can't imagine how they could cut that door frame 'cause it's a 24-inch door and they had opened up to 30. It looks better than it did before. The door closes good and I'm amazed.

Safe Step Walk-in Tubs has been wonderful. The sales representative is very, very good. The installation team came in and got right on the job and had it done within about a little less than five hours. They cleaned everything up and left with their goodbyes. A vent in the left front has come out and the panel on the left side of the tub, where they hooked up the water, has popped out the other night. But I'm enjoying all the tub's features and I feel more relaxed. I have the different color lights in there and I'm the big entertainer about telling people my bath water changes colors.

I like that I can walk into my Safe Step tub. I've had my left leg broken in four places so I’ve got one leg shorter than the other. I have three bathrooms and tubs in each one of them and a shower in one, and I put the Safe Step where the other tub was. I'm enjoying my Safe Step tub but I did not realize that there were other models that were available locally so I called the Safe Step people. They came and I wound up buying it. I would not have gotten it if I had known that it was available locally. I could've saved some money and maybe got it done quicker or better. The installation went fine but I had to call them back because it was dripping. In fact, it still drips slowly to this day.

I liked Safe Step's mobile showroom in a truck. They had it all set up except for the water, where I could see what it was like to sit in it. The sales rep was very professional, nice, courteous and wasn't high-pressure. He showed me the features and let me decide what I liked, and that impressed me a lot. The installation team also did a good job. They had to take down some doors in trying to get the tub in and get the old one out, but there were no problems. I like all of the tub's features, including the jets, the lights and the micro bubbles. I also feel safer with it. I can take a shower if I need to, if I’m in a hurry or I don’t have time to sit and soak. I would definitely recommend it.

Ordered tub, delivered wrong tub, waited 3-4 wks for correct tub without any communication as to when second tub was to be delivered. Tub installed to a high level installation in one day. Greatest difficulty communication! Parts have fallen off, adjustments of heater not done, and company says they will make appt., then says they will only make appt. once $1000.00 final payment is made out of $18,000.00 pymt. Took $200.00 off for mistake on order delay, and inconvenience of torn up house moving of furniture. Extremely dissatisfied concerning communication, service, and helpfulness on a $18,000.00 purchase! On a scale of 1-10, 10 being best I would give them a minus 20. What they say is not what they do should be their motto!

I love my Safe Step bathtub and I like its changing lights. I am disabled and the other companies have no other tubs like that. The sales rep and the guy and his wife who fixed it together were wonderful.

I called the number in the Safe Step ad in The Augusta Chronicle and it sounded like it was top of the line. We’re at the point in our lives where we really think the tub will help us to be able to live independently for another year or more. The installation team has been totally 100% excellent and my bathroom hadn’t been that clean since we bought it. We are very pleased and glad with the tub. My favorite feature is the Micro. It's where the fine-looking bubbles come and when the cloudy-looking stuff comes up, and it’s about to go into cleaning mode. I have an issue with allergic skin and it has helped. We have had a positive experience and the tub has been excellent. We also gave one to our son who has a brain tumor, and his whole family is enjoying theirs so that too has been wonderful.

The Safe Step sales rep was a pretty good guy. He knew everything and he did a great job. I wasn't here when the tub was installed, my wife was, but the installers stayed here all day and when I came home everything was in place. I like my feet to be soaked so I run the water on it and let my feet sit in there and soak for a long time before I do my other stuff. Everything's fine and it probably will grow on me as I get more and more used to it.

My mother had gotten her tub from Safe Step already and she enjoys getting in the tub. It also helps in the swelling of her legs but her legs are so big and when she tries to shut the door, she doesn't have enough room so she doesn't know if she can reverse the door on that or not. I'd recommend Safe Step. If they could reverse the door for us, my mother would enjoy it better.

All the safety features were there in a Safe Step tub. Some of the other companies we looked at either had part of them but not all of them. Also, Safe Step's durability brought us to them. The sales rep had all of his information available and comparisons to other tubs. He had everything from how it was made to how the install would work. He knew everything. He was able to answer all of our questions without any hesitation or guidance. The whole experience was very smooth. They were able to get it to us very quickly without any kind of delays or hitches. The install team, when they came, they set right to work. They knew exactly what they were doing. It was fabulous.

The installation team completed everything and it looked fantastic in there. There's no cure for my aches and pains but I'm enjoying the Micro.

So if I need anything done or replaced, I know I have a good warranty on it and I feel good that I can call someone in the United States and the company would come and fix it. My favorite feature is that I can put on the bubbles and then the microbubbles come through. I can relax. It's like an aquatic therapy for me because of the disabilities that I have with my knees and my ankles. Also, I feel very safe as there's not much room where I can move around and hurt myself in the tub. Plus, I like that it's a low step in, very easy to clean and maintain. I go to my bathroom and I also love the lights. The two people that installed it were excellent. They were kind and knew what they were doing. They showed me everything I needed to do.

All the interactions with the Safe Step representatives that we had were good. Plus, their installers were nice. However, my mom got stuck in the basin trying to get the tub unplugged because the release for the drain was messed up. So I called Safe Step but nobody called me back, so I had to call 911 to get a fireman. There were three firemen out here to get her out. That was not a really good experience. But the salesperson I called the next morning, who also came in our house initially, got in touch with somebody and got him over really quickly, so the salesperson was on the ball. He got the guy over within about an hour and a half that morning, and they fixed it. Outside of that, there's a lot of neat features, and my mom has liked the tub a lot.

I had called Premier Care and I had a representative to come out. He was real pushy and didn't give me a lot of information so I started doing some research and I saw that they did not get a very good rating from Better Business Bureau. The rating wasn't as good as Safe Step. I then called them and got someone to come. The Safe Step sales rep wasn't just selling a product but was concerned about my mom's health issues. She was telling how the tub would possibly help as far as her legs were concerned and some other issues that my mom has.

I needed a walk-in tub quick, and when I called, Safe Step was the one that took the call. I didn't realize they're quite that expensive to purchase. I knew that it's going to be high but I didn't think it'd be that high. But I had to have it. I like the tub's feet part where the jets are. Sometimes they shoot out quite a bit of water in the back part, but I like the feet better. I'd recommend Safe Step.

I like my Safe Step tub very much, although I haven't figured out how to get all the jets and everything working correctly yet. The knob that controls the leg and the back jets seems to be set in a funny place, so it's hard for me to get them going. I can reach it but I can't get it to operate correctly and I must not have the sequence down right. But other than that, it has really made my life so much better, not just the soaking when it's full of water, but also using it for showering and washing my hair. It made a tremendous difference in my life. I would definitely recommend it.

The sales rep gave me the basic information about Safe Step tub. The installation team took the time to tell me not to use it for 24 hours, showed me where the motor was, which parts come off of it, where another tank was and then just stay well ventilated. They also showed me how to clean it. I like the tub but I don't think the tub gives you enough room to get in it. It's a nice tub but it doesn't give you enough room to really stretch out and relax like you need to to get the full effect of it.

Safe Step's features were as good as the other companies and their warranty was close. They are a lot better than the others, but they could’ve still done a lot better with the price. Their sales rep was good. When he came in, I told him not to discuss everything because I already had two guys out from other companies, so I know what’s going on. I just need him to give me the short ins and outs and he did exactly what I asked him to do. He was at my house for 30 minutes, and then hit me with a final price. The installation was very good. The installers were very neat and cleaned up. I like the water massaging jets. I had two torn rotator cuffs, and the water massage has helped them out. Also, I don’t have to worry about trying to crawl out. I just step in and step out. I’m 65 now, and I get in it every night, so I’m planning for the future.

My wife was getting ready to have a hip surgery and I figured we needed a walk-in tub so I called Safe Step. Their sales rep came out and explained everything to us. He was really nice and informative. We decided to get it and their installation team was great. They were here on time and got everything done on time. I've been satisfied. The only thing I didn't get was the aroma stuff which they didn't have with them. They said they had it sent to me but I haven't received it yet and it's been a month now.

I'm not getting any younger and I had a hip replacement before so I thought that now is a good time to get a Safe Step while I can still get in and out okay. I like that it has a heated seat and back. However, it takes 10 minutes to fill it up and takes too long to empty, and I have to stay in the tub until it drains below the door. If they could just let it fill up like my other tub and then get in it, it would be great. Also, my feet don’t quite touch the floor, so the jets down below for the legs don’t hit me. But the installation team were polite, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves, and they couldn’t have been better. The rep was great as well. All of that was really good and I like the tub once it's filled and I'm in it.

Safe Step Walk-in tubs are made in the United States and that's the deciding factor why I purchased from them. The sales rep was very informative and helpful. He said he'll get me a safety bar put up on the wall but it wasn't written on the contract. So they didn't do it when they installed the tub. It's refreshing when I get to take a bath in and use the tub. My favorite feature is having the real small bubbles when I'm soaking in it as well as the massage action on my leg.

My wife saw Safe Step on TV and called the number and they came out. This nice lady talked to my wife and she worked really diligently to get us the right type of payment for it. So we got a good payment which I thought I could pay more at times to catch up and maybe pay it off a little bit sooner. The installation team that came out was really nice. I thought it was going to take two days but they were done in five hours. I was leaving for work that morning when they came and when I got home it was ready to go. I was really impressed with that. We really like our Safe Step tub. I just had back surgery and it helps me to go in and sit down and take a shower and not have to stand straight on my back. That was one of the best things about it. Moreover, the back Jacuzzi type, the jets will probably help a lot like massaging my back.

Safe Step is the best and I like getting a good soak in it. Their sales people and installers did good too. I'd recommend Safe Step Walk-in Tubs.

The rep was real nice, helpful and he didn't push us or anything like that. He explained everything really well and so we decided to go with Safe Step. The installers finished when they said they would finish and they explained things to me again like run the water and clean out the jets every two months. I like the jets that come out on your feet, the lights, the color changes and the heated seat. I also liked its price and what was all included in the one price. I'm enjoying it very much. I wasn't able to get in and out of a regular tub so it's helped a whole lot.

I was looking for a bath tub for Virginia, the person I take care of, so I did some research, and some of the tubs out there are fixed walk-in bathtubs. I wanted to go with a reputable company, so I went with Safe Step. The sales representative was very professional. We had a presentation and she measured the bathtub and where the space was going to see if it'd fit or not. The installation team came and pulled a lot of stuff out of the shower, the tiles and everything else. They also cleaned up after themselves when they left.

We decided to give Safe Step a call because I’m sick of my back, so I thought that might help with some of it. The only problem we’re having right now is the light that doesn’t turn on. I have to keep poking on the button, so it can turn on and shut off. I recommend it to other people. It’s worth the money and it is helping me out.

I've been having trouble getting out of the tub. I fell out of it about three or four times, so I figured I’d better use Safe Step and I wouldn’t fall out. The sales rep was very cooperative and she told me everything I didn’t know. She’s real persistent about selling me the tub and I appreciated that. The installers were also great. They’ve done anything I asked them to. Now I don’t have to worry about falling out of the tub anymore. I'm very satisfied with it.

We've had Safe Step installed at my mother's house. The sales rep was pretty good and explained what it was. The installers came and told me they would be scratching my walls to get the stuff down. However, they didn't tell me that they'd be putting a couple of holes in the walls but they did that. Other than that, they cleaned up fairly well after they were finished. I haven’t got a chance to use the tub but I’m very well satisfied.

I decided to get a tub from Safe Step because it's made in America. I like the jet bubbles. then I've just learned on TV that there's a heated thing now for the feet. I got a heated seat, but I didn’t get anything to heat my feet. It didn’t come with my package deal, but I'm not going to pay extra to get it. I have really bad arthritis in the legs and my knees and I thought that the tub would help me, but when I turned the jets on, it didn’t do me any good. My husband's a disabled veteran and he broke his hip a year ago so he’s not walking too good. I've not gotten him in the tub yet but I'm hoping he’ll get in and see how he likes it.

We interacted with a wonderful sales representative, who's very dedicated to the product and very convincing. We liked him and his nice personality. The installation team was fabulous also. We never knew they were here. I love the showers. And my husband, with his back problems, loves all the jets. So we're enjoying it.

The Safe Step tub enables people to get in the shower and take a bath if they're handicapped. And I was told that the tub was made in this country, which is a plus. When we bought one, their sales rep has been very nice and informative. The installers were also very efficient and did a very good job. When they left, the place looked exactly like it did when they came except there was a new tub.

The drain thing that lets the water out won't stay open so I had to hold it up with a rubber band. But everything is fine with the Safe Step tub.

The sales representative from Safe Step did a good job. The installation team did what they were supposed to do as well. I have a very bad back and I like the power of the jets, which is good. That was my main reason for looking for a tub like that plus I thought maybe the quality would be better. But there are so many things about it that I don’t like. If I’m in the tub and wanted to change the control that changes the jets from the back to the legs and feet towards the front, I have to lean forward to reach the control buttons over the faucet side. But if I move at all the least bit with my back off the jets, water sprays all over the wall. It goes everywhere including over a mirror on the wall. I have a very hard time trying to get the water cleaned off the mirror then and with the water hitting like that, I'm afraid the water’s going to loosen the backing that's holding that mirror, and if that huge mirror would fall, it could be deadly.

I looked online and compared to a lot of companies. All the reviews were higher on Safe Step so I decided to go with them. The man that came over was very nice and was not pushy which I appreciated. He explained everything in detail and gave us time to think about it. We decided to buy right there on the spot. The installers were fantastic and I couldn't believe the difference when they finished. They cleaned up every little bit after themselves that I couldn't even tell they've been here except for having the tub. It was great. I really like the tiny bubbles that come out in front of the jets and I definitely like the heated seat 'cause it takes a little while for the water to come in. It's a great feature as it keeps me warm in the meantime. I'm having gout problems right now and last night, my husband helped me in the tub and it felt so good on my feet. I felt better after I get in there.

I had a stroke and thought a walk-in bathtub might help me to get better. I got a Safe Step tub, and I like it. The sales rep who came out and the guy that put the tub in were all right. I like the seat because of all the jets. The only thing is I wish that the seat could be a little softer. I have to put something because it's very hard. Other than that, I'm satisfied with it.

Safe Step got a good salesman. The day he came to our house, he explained everything about the walk-in tub. The installation team was very good too. They're on time, cleaned up well everything and were very cooperative and nice. My husband was impressed. I've taken the shower in the tub several times and I shut the tub door and close the drain. That way my legs still get soaked. It's very relaxing using it and the microbubbles are nice. My husband is happy with them too. Plus the tub is easy to clean as well, which is important to me.

My wife and I are very, very happy with our Safe Step tub and how well it works. We got it for my ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease. I cannot use a conventional tub because I couldn't get in and out. We saw the advertisement in the AARP and thought this is something that we could use. So we had it installed last month and we've been using it and very pleased with it. They did a wonderful job on the sales and installation side. We were very pleased with the salesman who came and talked to us about it and the installation was done beautifully.

The installation crew were two gentlemen from Maine who have been installing tubs for quite some time. They were very neat, did a wonderful job, and explained things as they went along. When they finished, they completely explained the operation of the tub to me. We actually filled up the tub and put it through its phases. I'm able to sit down on the tub. It's got a heated seat and a nice handheld shower. I got very good on the whirlpool part as well. It's all very comfortable and nice.

Safe Step had more features, it looked a lot safer and the payments were where we needed them to be so we went with them. The salesman was very nice and has been on the job very long. He did a good job so we were satisfied. The installers were great too. They knew their job and had it done within one day. They had a lot to work with and they did extra little things to put the tub in right. They took it in stride, changed things around and did a fantastic job. I like the safety of the walk-in tub, sitting in it and taking a shower instead of me standing and falling. I have handles to hang on to. I'm not scared anymore to take a shower. I also like the fact that come winter time, I can get in the tub and soak and have the jets help me with my back and my legs.

The Safe Step sales rep who came out was very polite, informative, and excellent. My parents are a little older but he took the time to talk to them. He answered any questions that they had. The installation team was wonderful as well. They put the old stuff away and cleaned up after themselves. We're very happy with them. My parents are the ones that use the Safe Step tub and they love it very much. My dad had a stroke and he didn't want to take a shower. He can't stand very long and it was very difficult for him to get in and out of the tub with glass doors. Yet, he loves going in the Safe Step tub. If I just hadn't done mine, I would have gotten myself one.

The reps were courteous and they explained everything. I love Safe Step. They seem to have better features, and it's so relaxing to get in the tub, that it helps me sleep better at night. It's been a great experience.

Being a USA brand, as well as the warranty they offer encouraged me to go for them as well. Their sales representative knew his product and was very informative. The installation team was very knowledgeable, professional, and fast. I'd recommend Safe Step.

The man that Safe Step sent out who was impressive. He had a little truck with him with the whole thing set up inside. I got my sister in there to sit her down and see how she’d like the tub and she likes what she bought. Her legs hurt pretty bad so sometimes she fills the tub halfway up so that the jets will work around her legs. Other times, she fills the tub right up and it worked out good, but she doesn’t like the amount of water that it takes. She’s conscious about her water bill.

The sales representative from Safe Step was helpful and a good person. Also, the installation team was fast and convenient and they installed the tub in one day. We like the tub and the jets in it. The only problem that I have with it is getting in. Its door is not wide enough. I don’t like it and it’s very inconvenient. Other than that, I've used the tub as a hot tub too. It's been good with Safe Step.

We went through another company that wasn't American made that wanted the payment all upfront. Unfortunately, we can't do something like that, so we went with Safe Step. The sales rep took a little longer because he didn't have all the information right. It was confusing because he was in a hurry. We already gave him our bank statements, then when he turned the paperwork in, the bank statements weren't there. We ended up having to get them again, and that took a little time. The installation team did a real good job. The only thing they didn't do was leave me the stuff that I'm supposed to put in, like the salts. The rep said he had them in the truck, but we never got them. I contacted customer service and I have yet to receive anything. I like the tub's jets. It gets real hot, though, at the back and the seat when the heater is on so that I have to stand up.

Safe Step did an excellent job. I was really surprised because it took an awful lot of work on their part. They put everything, they moved a lot of things and they put everything back, cleaned up everything and it was all done in a day. I like everything about my Safe Step tub, while my husband likes the microbubbles best. I would definitely recommend them.

Safe Step has an absolutely sensational sales people. They had it back together and then they did all the work in getting the financing. Plus, the installation team was great and was right here on time. They arrived about eight o'clock in the morning and were finished at two in the afternoon. I love my new walk-in tub, but there's only one thing I don't like about it. The very first time, I didn't have all my stuff together and so I was strapped. The installers told me my water pressure is low and so it's not a case of just draining it. It's not like a bathtub that I can start filling and then get in. But once in, I can't tell how pleased I am.

We're liking Safe Step so far. Their representative was a fine fella and the guys who came to put the tub in were really nice, didn't play around with it and ensured that everything was okay before they put it in. They did an excellent job. I like using the tub's micro bubbles because it helps on my bad legs, hips and joints. I feel relaxed after using it and I'd recommend.

The Safe Step sales representative and installation team were very good. I haven't been able to use the tub because I haven't been able to get the hot water tank for it.

It's wonderful so far with Safe Step. We love our walk-in tub. The reps explained it to us really good and made sure we know how to work it. It looks a lot different than the other ones that we've seen on TV. It's built better all the way around. It's built to where the door pushes in because they left a swerve in the space there so that the door can push in and not out, and then we could pull the door. We've got room for our knees to push the door shut. It's just right for us.

I love it. It's very nice. I'm enjoying it very much and I'm so glad I finally got one. I have a lot of arthritis and I've had hip replacements and it just helps me so much. It makes my body feel so good. I like the bubbles, the jets, the heated seat is wonderful and I like the lights and I turn music on and sat in there and just relax. It's helping me a lot.

I liked the looks of the Safe Step tub and it's a whole lot handy to use. I love the jets which are feet massagers. It's still an early stage using the tub, but it has helped my feet a little bit.

I've been having a problem with my back because I have arthritis and I was reading about the stuff Safe Step does and I said I'd try it and then see how it does. The sales rep was very nice. He explained the benefits and stuff I'd get from it, what I need to do for the first couple days to feel a big difference. Since I've been using it, I don't have any problems with that. I was getting ready to go have a surgery on my back, but since I've been using Safe Step, my back doesn't hurt, so I do not wanna go have surgery on it. The installation guys were very nice, I didn't have any problem with them. It is the best investment I have ever made.

My experience with Safe Step has been wonderful. It turned out to be just what I wanted and I'm really enjoying it. They gave me more options to choose from. Their sales rep was easy to contact and was able to explain the products to us. When the installation team came, they presented themselves and told me who they were. They checked it out and told me how long they would be. They cleaned up after they were done and it was nice when they left. I have the trouble of falling. So with the handheld shower, I can still sit and wash my whole body without getting up and down. I feel less pain especially in my legs, knees, and feet since having it. I'm very satisfied with them and I get so many comments from the members of my church and the people of my age who'd been in that they were considering the things that I received with my bathtub and they had never heard of anything like that.

I would recommended Safe Step. Their installation team was a hoot. I love them. They were very nice. I only hope that the jets would be stronger. I've had another tub in the past and I love the jets on it. It’s really very beneficial for my back and knees. These jets on my Safe Step are just too gentle. I hope there is way to turn them up.

I’ve used our Safe Step Walk-in Tub for five times already. I bought it for my wife because she had an aneurysm and when she's able to go downstairs to get in it, I want it to help heal her better. My favorite is the back massager for my bad back. However, the tub should be drained if it's been filled up too high to get all the scum off. There should be a little drain that sucks that off as that scum is not good.

The Safe Step company has really good reviews. Their sales rep was excellent, explained and showed up everything. That really made up our mind. The installers did a clean and neat installation. I'm enjoying the Safe Step tub so far.

I have another walk-in tub in my house in Florida and I liked it. When I heard more about Safe Step, I checked into it and liked its features better so I wanted to try a different one at this house and so I put the Safe Step tub in. I set this all up last year and the sales representative was very pleasant and explained the whole Safe Step experience. Then the installation team did an excellent job and was very pleasant. Everything was put in and cleaned up. At that time my water pressure was not real good and they're the ones that told me about it, they were very informative. The tub calmed me down more since I've used it. I like the fact that I can fill it partially and use it for my legs. I also like the microbubbles, the lighting, and the aromatherapy. I'm enjoying it.

We've talked with a couple of other tub people but we didn't like them. But when we talked to the Safe Step guy, he was real nice. He showed us one of the tubs, which he had in a van. It was a large tub, but he said we didn't need that. So, we went with what he recommended, but when it got in here, I didn't have a half inch space on each side of me. We were not pleased with that, but the installation people called around and they had a tub somewhere else. This was on a Saturday and they went and brought the tub to us and installed it on a Sunday, so that was no problem. My wife likes and really enjoys it.

The Safe Step tub is wonderful. My aunt got a tub already four years ago and only paid $12,000. There was an ad that said I'd get $2,000 off if I bought the Safe Step bathtub, but I had to pay more for mine. Their representative led me to believe that they would install everything and also told me I needed a new hot water tank, so I bought it and paid to have it installed but the installers didn't put it in. I had to spend another $1,000 for that hot water tank, plus the installation. So, all in all, I paid $14,000 for my tub. The tub is the grandest thing and nice to have. I love the tub. When I am deciding to take my bath, I go in there and push the heater because that seat is cold and it warms up. Also, I can take the nozzle, spray my hair, wash and rinse it and take my shower. When I'm not in a hurry, I can sit in there, fill it up, and enjoy.

I have restless legs and last night, I had gone with my husband to a doctor’s appointment which had taken all day. Riding back and forth, my legs gave me a fit. I got in my Safe Step walk-in tub and it eased it off and I was able to get out, get in my bed and go to sleep. My favorite feature of the tub is the massage since I can adjust it, but my least favorite is the heated seat because it gets too hot. Other than that, it has been a wonderful, exuberant and pleasant experience with Safe Step. The price was so much lower than what we had been quoted by some other companies. Their sales rep was very polite and pleasant, and explained everything to us in detail. Their installation team was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They ran into a problem but they solved it, explained to me everything that I needed to know about the tub before they left, like how to clean and care for it. I love my tub and I'm very glad that we got it.

He answered all of my questions, and it seemed like the product was just more quality than the others. My husband had a stroke, so the salesman then offered some other suggestions because we were a little confused if we were gonna get the tub or the shower. He was just very knowledgeable and expressed his opinion in a very caring way and answered everything that we asked.

The sales rep from Safe Step Walk-in Tubs wasn't hard to contact and was nice. The installation team came and put the tub in while explaining all about it. They also told us to give them a call if we had any problems. Then we did have a problem. Four days ago, we went in there to use it and it wouldn't come on. We called Safe Step and someone was supposed to call us back about it but nobody called us yet. But overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend Safe Step.

I love my Safe Step tub. Their sales rep was excellent. When he came out to make the presentation and I saw the price it was very close to what it had been 15 years ago for other brands. The installation team was amazing. I thought it was going to take them all day to do it but they were in and out of here in a very short time. They even cleaned up after themselves. It is easy to get in and out of the tub, and my favorite feature is the jets. I also like having the shower part of it, I shower more than I use the tub.

I've got neuropathy and arthritis real bad, and I've had 31 operations. I used to be in a wheelchair and had an oxygen tank, and I go through therapy. For the past year, I’ve dropped 60 pounds and I can’t eat. My stomach won’t take anything. I needed something for medical purposes so I invested in Safe Step Walk-in Tub. I love it. I needed a car but I needed Safe Step more to stay out of the paying clinic. I used to be in there and I suffered and got out from under them myself. I got tired of all the medicine and all the shots. Their sales rep did a very good job. He did a lot of working for me around the house. And, their installation team were awesome. So far, I really enjoy my tub. If I hurt real bad, I'd get in it and it feels a lot better. I've been very satisfied except that the bidet is not working.

The other walk-in tub companies have contractors that come in while Safe Step does their own. Safe Step has their warranty too. The installers that came cared about what they were doing and made sure everything was right. Getting in and out of the tub is quite easy. I've just been showering in it right now but I'll probably use it more this winter.

My mom had a Safe Step walk-in tub and since it's made in the United States, I decided to get one too. My favorite feature would be its microbubbles and that it does good on exfoliating and healing. I had a really bad tear on my leg, and I used that exfoliating thing a couple of times, and now it's gone and not even scarring. It was a fabulous experience and I've been recommending it to everybody I've talked to.

He even had his truck with a walk-in bathtub set up inside of it. I like all of the features of my tub. It's relaxing, easy to use and understand. But I do have a complaint. When I put my jets on, water hit the ceiling, and I had to clean up the water. Also, in my first time to use the tub, I didn't latch the door well. I thought that the tub is taking a long time to fill up. I looked over the side and saw it was full of water. That was my mistake but that might be something that they may need to stress to the customers -- to make sure that the door is latched good. That's my only bad experience with my tub. So far, I'm very satisfied with it.

Safe Step's sales rep was very thorough and he did his job. Their installation team were the best. Among the features of our tub, I like their foot massage the most. So far, I'm satisfied.

I really wanted a tub that I could just open the door and walk in. I didn’t care for stepping over in the tub. My husband said to get a walk-in tub now because the older you get, you get worse and the prices for the tubs are going to go up. Safe Step came out here and they talked to me, and I decided on them because I heard they were better than the other companies. I like the size that I got. It's a bigger tub and the installers filled it up completely and showed me how everything worked before they left.

Safe Step seemed like it was sturdier and it would hold up longer. Since I was installing it in my home, I wanted something that would last. I worked with a man named Jimmy and he was extremely nice and answered all my questions. The installers came just a few days later and they were wonderful. They came in and took out the other tub that I had in there. They were very nice. They showed me how to use it and explained everything. I couldn’t be happier.

My wife and I are satisfied with Safe Step Walk-In Tubs. She's 91 and I'm 93. My wife's legs are going down with some swelling, so I had the tub installed for her. It has helped her feeling better, I just fill up the tub and she would take it easy. I'm still digesting the book on what different jets do and other feature. Though I haven't had it for a long time, but I'd say put your money into it. I will recommend it to my friends.
